Richtig schlechte Mc D , also Eis Mc Flurry haben sie nicht, Gerät funktioniert nicht , und alles was du fragst kommt schlecht an. Also nie wieder.

Im mcdrive fehlt ständig irgendwas im Kindermenü...ätzend!

Wie jeder MC Donalds, Standard essen und Standard Geschmack , wenn es mal schnell gehen soll bzw muss kommen wir gerne hier her

Das bestellte Essen einzupacken hier wirklich eine seltene Kunst und dann auch noch es zu bestreiten. Schade das man einen Stern geben muss, nicht mal dies ist es Wert. Nie einen so schlechten McDonald's gesehen. 5 von 5 mal hat immer etwas gefehlt.

Wir waren heute Nacht gegen 0.30Uhr vor Ort und der MC Donalds war noch sehr gut besucht. + das Essen war warm - lange Wartezeit - die Bestellung war unvollständig - um halb 2 werden die Tischnummern eingesammelt, es gibt nur noch die Abholung an der Theke - an der Ausgabe werden die Bestellung einfach auf die Theke aufgestellt und man könnte auch eine andere Bestellung mitnehmen. - die Hygiene ist mangelhaft. Die Theke klebt und ist verschmiert, im Bereich vor der Ausgabe klebt der Boden total und die Tische sahen auch entsprechend aus. Hier hat an dem Tag schon länger keiner mehr drüber gewischt. Auf die WCs sind wir lieber nicht mehr gegangen

Kein guter Laden... sowohl im Drive- In als auch im "Restaurant" werden Sachen vergessen ärgerlich bei den Preisen inzwischen... Bestellung muss immer kontrolliert werden jedes einzelne Produkt wir wohnen in der Nähe es wurde sehr oft was vergessen im Drive-In werden 4 Zahlen sehr oft nicht verstanden... im "Restaurant" sind die Tische und sitzen oft dreckig Toiletten ebenso wir gehen nicht mehr hin.

Typischer McDonald's. Leider haben sie alles zusätzlich in Papiertüten verpackt, trotz Essen vor Ort. Pommes waren gut. Burger und Fleisch latschig.

Wir waren jetzt dreimal hier und JEDES Mal hat etwas bei der Bestellung gefehlt. Im Happy Meal die Pommes zu vergessen... Letztes Mal kein Spielzeug im Happy Meal... Trotz zweimaliger Beschwerdemail keine Reaktion. So kann man auch Gewinn machen

Leider sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit dem Parkraummanagement bei diesem McDonald’s. Wir waren über mehrere Stunden ganz normal Gast im McCafé und trotzdem kam im Nachhinein eine Vertragsstrafe von Parkdepot wegen Überschreitung der Parkzeit. Kunden sollten in Ruhe essen und Zeit im Café verbringen können, ohne Angst vor späteren Forderungen haben zu müssen. Gerade im McCafé sitzt man oft länger zum Arbeiten, Treffen oder Unterhalten. Das aktuelle Parkplatzsystem wirkt leider eher kundenunfreundlich als serviceorientiert. Damit hat sich ein weiterer Besuch dieser Filiale und weiteren des Inhabers erledigt.

Wir haben bei drive 10 minuten gewarten mit eine Schlange von 12 Autos und als wir gefragt haben haben die gesagt die reinigen jetzt und wir mussen warten . Reinigen die eine Stunde vor Feierabend?? Diese mc braucht unbedingt neue mitarbeiter die mehr Lust drauf haben ...

Die haben meine bestellung nicht komplett geschickt!! Einfach 20er chicken nuggets fehlt in die bestellung und wenn ich anrufe keiner geht ran obwohl ich hinterher 15mal versucht hab zu anrufen!!! Einfach geld klauen von menschen!!!!!!!

Ich war heute den 11.5 da um das Neue Glas zu holen Hab ein ausgepacktes bekommen auf nachfrage ne gibt keins und 2 min später bekommt die Person nach mir eins mit und der komplette Karton ist voll davon ???

Gehe Mc Drive in wird einfach als Getränkeauswahl nur Cola angeboten und stilles Wasser. Angeblich haben die nichts anderes an Getränken da. Wie kann man so unorganisiert sein und nicht rechtzeitig Getränke bestellen? Saucen werden des Öfteren ausgelassen und nicht mitgegeben. Ich empfehle unbedingt eine Kontrolle, ob alles eingepackt worden ist, lieber länger warten oder am besten einen anderen McDonald’s besuchen wir den Kornwestheim.

Hälfte von unsere Bestellung hat gefehlt. Pommes zu kalt. Cappuccino ohne Milch.

Alles sehr schmutzig, Außenbereich war eine totale Müllhalde (Servicewagen war übervoll, dadurch haben Gäste ihren Müll einfach stehen lassen) Mitarbeiter kam nur und drehte sich einfach gleich wieder um

Hallo wir haben heute Abend so gegen 18.00 Uhr eine Bestellung über 53 Euro über die online Bestellung am Drive in abgeholt. Das Ende vom Lied war, daheim angekommen und festgestellt das ein Double Beef Burger,eine mittlere Pommes und ein mittlerer Vanille Milchshake fehlte. Und dann keine Zeit mehr zum persönlich beschweren gehabt.

Die Kartoffeln waren trocken. Der Burger war okay. Das Dessert war gut.

Ich plädiere dafür, dass Ihre Kunden, vermutlich überwiegend aus Kornwestheim, für ihr verwendetes Verpackungsmaterial EIN PFAND entrichten müssen!! AUF PARKPLÄTZEN, AN SPAZIERWEGEN, AN RASTPLÄTZEN, überall werden die leeren PAPPBECHER, PAPIERTÜTEN, KARTONAGEN mit ihrem FIRMENLOGO etc. wild in der Natur entsorgt. Bitte finden bzw. kümmern Sie sich um eine Lösung !!!

Heute habe ich einen chicken big mac bestellt und zuhause habe ich gesehen das ich stattdessen einen Cheeseburger bekommen habe! Wieso kann man nicht richtig nachschauen was man einpackt!? Eine richtige Frechheit! Hauptsache sich miteinander unterhalten, is ja viel wichtiger!

Ich habe mit meiner Freundin in diesem Schnellrestaurant gegessen und haben leider die Parkzeit überschritten was uns einen Strafzettel von 40 € einbrachte. Nachdem ich daraufhin den Franchise Unternehmer angeschrieben und erklärt hatte warum wir so lange dort verweilt sind und wie aufgefordert zwei noch auffindbare Rechnungen weitergeleitet habe ( der Rest wurde in bar bezahlt )wollte er noch wissen was genau wir konsumiert haben damit es den Aufenthalt rechtfertigen würde. Das ist eine riesige Unverschämtheit zumal der Parkplatz abends um 22 Uhr nicht stark frequentiert war und es nichts drumherum gibt um uns einen Missbrauch des Parkplatzes anzuhängen. Er kam mir in keinster Weise entgegen. Auf die Frage hin, ob er in einem Restaurant ein fünf Gänge Menue oder einen bestimmten Betrag umsetzen muss um seinen Aufenthalt zu rechtfertigen habe ich keine Antwort mehr erhalten.

Wenn McDonald's dann gehen ich zu diesem. Wirkt ruhig, nicht total überfüllt. Du bekommst immer ein Platz. Kannst dich in Ruhe unterhalten. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Restaurant. Essen ist wie in jedem anderen McDonald's. Service ist mal so mal so. Das Ambiente wirkt sehr freundlich und Modern. Gerne wieder

Im Nachgang gammlig schmeckenden McRib bekommen, nicht zum ersten Mal. Hab die App gelöscht. McD werde ich in Zukunft meiden.

Die Angestellten verwechseln oft die Bestellungen, der Käse in den Burgern ist schlecht und die Schnitzel sind fast trocken, und es ist nicht besonders teuer.

Wir waren heute nach langem beim mc in (Kornwestheim) frühstück und es würden chicken Nuggets anstatt Pancakes raus gegeben man ist zurück und wurde freundlich und höflich empfangen es wurde ersetz und dazu hat man die nuggets behalten bevor es entsorgt wird, und ein Eis als zusätzliche Entschuldigung, im Ganzen wurden wir noch nie so freundlich behandelt nach einem Fehler den bei einem Warp wurde oft die Tomate drauf gelassen ob wohl man es ohne bestellt hat Super zu Frieden dieses Mal

Kalte pommes, Brötchen sind kleiner geworden. Menüs ohne Getränk. Beim nächsten Mal lieber zum Konkurrent gehen.

Die Mitarbeiterin wusste nicht, was Hafermilch ist und wollte ein Milchkännchen benutzen, welches voller Kuhmilch war.. Traurig, schlechter Service. Leute nicht richtig ausgebildet..

Nach Beschwerde, keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

2 Stunden und 17 Minuten als zahlende Gäste im Restaurant (7 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder, Essen, Nachtisch, Kaffee, Eis) – trotzdem 30 € Strafzettel, weil der Parkplatz nur 2 Stunden frei ist. Mitarbeiter haben vor Ort Kulanz zugesichert, im Nachhinein heißt es: keine Kulanz. So verliert man Stammkunden. Sehr enttäuschend.

Meine Freundin hat bei unserem Besuch bei McDonald’s einen Strafzettel bekommen, weil die Parkzeit um 17 Minuten überschritten wurde. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass wir ganz normal dort gegessen haben – mit mehreren Familien, Kindern, Menüs, Getränken, Kaffee und Eis. Gerade wenn man vor Ort bestellt, isst und eventuell noch wartet, kann sich der Aufenthalt nun einmal etwas ziehen. Trotzdem wurde keinerlei Kulanz gezeigt. Für uns ist das absolut unverständlich, vor allem da wir zahlende Kunden waren. So fühlt man sich leider nicht willkommen. Sehr enttäuschend – wir überlegen uns in Zukunft zweimal, ob wir hier noch einmal anhalten.

Um 0 uhr an einem normalen Wochentag schon zu, obwohl bis 3 uhr angegeben war, würde wo anders abends hin

Ich war mit 2 Kollegen um 0:18 vor Ort um 12 Cheeseburger und ein Cola light zu erwerben. Vor Ort wurde mir gesagt, man kann nichts im Lokal erwerben. Im Internet steht, dass das Lokal bis 5uhr offen hat!… eine absolute Frechheit. Ich würde mich gerne mal mit dem Manager privat in Stammheim unterhalten.

Keine Ahnung was die in letzter Zeit haben aber das Hähnchen schmeckt FÜRCHTERLICH und zwar egal was man sich holt, Nuggets, Chickenburger etc das Hähnchen schmeckt absolut alt und die Farbe ist auch nicht die beste. Schmeißt das kack Hähnchen weg das kann nicht mehr gut sein absolut ranzig

Wir mögen diesen Mc Donalds sehr. Kommen gerne mit der Familie her. Essen gut, Mitarbeiter freundlich, sauber.

Essen wurde Frisch zubereitet. Kurze Wartezeit.Wurde Uns an Tisch gebracht.Alles eigentlich sehr Sauber auch auf den Toiletten.Findet man nicht immer so.Positiv Überrascht.

Inzwischen ist der Burger frisch. Gut gemacht.

Schließt über 30 min vor Ende der Öffnungszeiten

McDonald's halt. Aber wenn man dort hin geht, ist ja bekannt, was es dort gibt.

Leider eine große Enttäuschung. Das Essen war zwar schnell fertig, jedoch wurde der falsche Burger eingepackt und die Pommes waren kalt. Der Deckel vom Getränke war nicht richtig drauf, sodass ein Großteil der Fanta jetzt im Auto klebt. Bei fast 26 Euro für zwei Menüs ist das leider nicht mehr akzeptabel.

Leider wird manchmal bei einer Drive Bestellung etwas vergessen

Eine Zeitlang war es hier wieder echt besser gewesen mit der Leistung, aber heute musste ich echt feststellen das der Filet-o-fish sein Geld absolut nicht mehr wert. Das Filet is so viel kleiner als das Brötchen. Kein Salat mehr, eine Seite des Brötchen hat ein Briefmarken grosses Käsestückchen ansonsten nix, das andere hat bißchen Remulade und alles einfach nur in die Schachtel geschmissen. Leider doof. Nächster Besuch wird überdacht.

The McDonald's in Kornwestheim is simply unbearable in the mornings. The air conditioning is so incredibly cold that you feel like you're sitting in a refrigerator. No one can eat in peace because you start freezing after just a few minutes. It seems like management couldn't care less about how uncomfortable it is for the customers. This kind of climate control setup is simply unprofessional and shows a complete lack of consideration for customer comfort. A visit is definitely pointless under these circumstances – I certainly won't be going back until this is improved.

Unfortunately, the toilets are very unhygienic; expect long waiting times.

Yesterday at the drive-thru, the nice, friendly Black man gave me a super freshly prepared meal. I was totally satisfied this time, so I gladly give it 5 stars 🌟 and send an email. Keep it up! Friendly, nice, and fresh, hot food – then everything's perfect! ^;;o}

If you park there for more than an hour, you'll receive a letter at home with a €65 fine from a debt collection agency. The branch doesn't respond to emails, even though they're at fault for the long wait because they restarted their computers. This McDonald's branch is absolutely awful. My parking time was 1 hour and 9 minutes! €65 for 9 minutes, with a debt collection agency involved! An employee came out exactly on the hour and photographed my car, and when I said I was leaving right away, there was no response.

You order from them and what happens? After an hour and a half, you call and get yelled at and told there are no drivers. But the important thing is to take your money. I told them I was demanding my money back and suddenly they had drivers. And then the food finally arrived, but another hour later and ice cold! Never again McDonald's here!

You really have to check everything every time. Ordered a Friends meal, but the figure wasn't included. It's not the first time something's been missing...

When I ordered delivery, a MC Flury was forgotten yet again. It's disgusting to pay almost €5 (outrageously expensive) for something that never arrives. The food arrived quickly, but it was completely cold. Even the drink was warmer than the burger and the soggy fries.

Rats are running around happily outside, the burgers are of substandard quality

Hello, I recently went to the drive-in with a colleague to order something. When we had to wait a bit, we saw several (large rats) by the garbage cans and towards the entrance, which were helping themselves to the leftovers of the food. We saw not just one but more than five. My colleague then spoke to the staff and said, "I'm sorry, but I think you have a rat problem back here." The staff member then said that you already knew about this, but more or less it shouldn't matter to you, it wasn't your problem. I don't know what to think of it. 1 star. The food unfortunately wasn't particularly good either.

McDonald's used to be much better. Today I had the Big Chicken Salad: The salad wasn't fresh, the chicken was cold, and the cheese was missing. What a shame.

I asked for three burgers without pickles, and they all came without cheese and onions. And the large fries weren't even completely filled!

Was there today at 6:30 p.m. The outside area was very clean, all the tables were clean. We then ordered inside with table service. The food came promptly... everything was very hot... excellent! The (Asian) waitress and table cleaner was very friendly, nice, and on the ball. She deserves some praise. I'd be happy to come back and thank you.

You can't serve burgers like that. Wrong order and then the look like that, completely ruining your appetite.

This is the fourth time I've ordered from Lieferando, and the orders are always wrong. Today I ordered again. Then just put the McFlurry in a coffee cup. Who are you kidding? You pay so much money and get ripped off. I don't recommend eating at McDonald's, and I don't recommend ordering from Lieferando.

The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to!! Let's start with the restrooms: The urine smell is so strong you can smell it all the way to the tables. The restrooms are as dirty as a public train station. The tables are all dirty and the floor is sticky!! The entire time we were there, no one cared about the condition of the restaurant. I've traveled a lot around the world, but this is definitely the dirtiest McDonald's ever!! The manager should be replaced!

Honestly, there was always something missing from our order. Today's order was TXCJ49, and the delivery was missing a fries. The order: 3 burgers, 3 fries, 3 drinks—well, super complicated, right? You can't count to 3 there? And for that, we paid a hefty price of over €45. Hopefully, someone enjoyed the fries we paid for!

Bought an mc Smart menu in mcdrive yesterday. Unpacked it while driving and wanted to eat it. The first burger was cold. I thought, well, it was stupid. The second burger was stale, cold and the bun was soggy from ketchup. I drove back straight away and asked the 5 ladies at the counter about it. They just said: 'That can't be right' and looked at me as if I came from Mars. None of the 5 ladies took the initiative and wanted to do well and offer me 2 new burgers. I threw the bag on the counter and wished them a good appetite so that they could eat their stale burgers themselves. What drove me to react like that was that all the aunts standing there just reacted like shit. I won't spend a cent anymore.

A very well run McDonalds. We really enjoy going here. Neat and clean (toilet okay by McDonald's standards). Good, pleasant atmosphere. It always happens quickly, even when there is a lot going on. Sometimes the food is a bit cold when there is a lot going on.

At the McDonalds on Aldinger Straße, the shortage of skilled workers is more than obvious. Stressful day, stressful evening, don't feel like cooking anything...we order something from McDonald's. Stupid decision. You know that Mc Ribs have sauce on them? It's happened to me here three times now: either the fries were too cold or too salty, and then the machines for the dairy cows were broken... Often unclear and not very friendly at the drive-thru.

A very good breakfast offering. The cookies were really good, and the Oreo cheesecake has never tasted so good. As for the service, they made several mistakes in substitutions or forgot items, even though we were the only customers at the time.

Outdoor space is not recommended, right next to the gas station and with your head at the level of the exhaust fumes. General atmosphere so-so. At the drive-in you often don't get very hot food. Fries always taste a little different or are half full.

Busy at the DriveIn, expensive like any other McDonald's

If you, as a customer, are rudely asked to drive your car away from the customer parking lot and park in the opposite direction, then you also expect that the food will be freshly prepared due to the delay and presented warm for collection. Unfortunately that wasn't the case!

Food is always cold. The cheese isn't even halfway melted. This time I went to the window and complained. There were a bunch of employees standing around staring because nothing was going on. I then got a replacement and drove away with it and lo and behold, it was cold again and the cheese was unmelted even though so many employees had nothing to do - the main thing was to slap 1 ton of ketchup on it. It really makes you wonder how disrespectful and lazy you can actually be.

The driveway is narrow and the rim gets caught on the curb and scratches it every time you turn. The ambience inside is great, lots of seating and plenty of space to linger for a long time. Toilet is stuffy, no air, probably because the fans don't work, stinks. The preparation and service of orders is great. Fresh and clean. I recommend this place to you!

Today we were in Mäc Drive in Kornwestheim. We ordered a cheeseburger and apple spritzer. The burger was lukewarm at the bottom and ice cold at the top. They swapped him straight away. Cold at the top, warm at the bottom. The third burger was lukewarm. We tried it, unfortunately it tastes terrible. Finally I threw it away. It's a shame that no one even apologized or offered something else that was freshly made and hot. I can't rate Kornwestheim as good.

Super nice employees! We dropped a cola and it was cleaned up straight away and the nice gentleman even brought us a new cola 😄
