Impossible. It's 9 degrees outside, in the MC it feels like -5. Environment back and forth, but freezing while eating is not nice.

Burger was cold, the second one after complaining too, there was no addition to the MC Cafe Cappuccino, like a biscuit or what else you get. The second cup didn't even come with a saucer, there wasn't any toilet paper in any of the toilet stalls and then there was a rat running between the tables outside... We haven't been to such a bad McDonald's in a long time! Too bad!

Hygiene in the sanitary facilities and in the restaurant was poor. It smells disgusting.

I'm not coming here anymore, that's enough now!!!! Either the computer is crazy when ordering, the EC card reader is broken, today the McDonald's app was crazy. I wanted to complete my order but was unable to pay. When I asked, no one could give me a reasonable answer. Then wanted to place the order again at the checkout. But it would have cost me 15 euros more because they (apparently) can't use the coupons. 15 euros more for the absolutely identical product! I then left the restaurant hungry. That was definitely my last visit to this restaurant.

Long wait for the order. Unfriendly, stressed staff. Terrible service. Never go back.

Ordered at the terminal. After 25 minutes, the order finally comes to the table - without the milkshakes we ordered. Machine broken. As an alternative, a drink or ice cream is offered. When I order a Milky Way I don't want ice cream or anything. You then have to specifically point out that the money will be paid out... unbelievable.

I can only advise against devices not working. Coupons are always rejected because the system seems to be spinning a good trick to fool people

I've been ordering something to eat here every now and then for years and almost every time the staff can't get me to prepare my burger the way I want it. I just want a burger without cheese but every time I get one with cheese, I don't know whether the necessary communication is missing or whether the employees are simply too incompetent to prepare a burger

I was very satisfied with the food and the nice service. Unfortunately there was a small problem with the air conditioning, which didn't work or wasn't turned on at all. So I had to eat outside with the wasps instead of in the cool room.

Lots of embarrassing mistakes. Apples instead of juice, there were no toys for children, chicken burgers instead of cheeseburgers, small fries forgotten. Do you see apples in the account here? Someone should answer as this is not your first time 🤮

What does everyone have? We had clean tables, the atmosphere was modern, and everything went quickly. The food was good (by McDonald's standards).

Forgot our drink and our fries the guy was nice at first but when we told him they forgot those two things he said are you sure? (It could have been understandable that I was lying, I wasn't) after I assured him that it was really missing, he asked three times what was missing, a large cola and large fries, he put a small fries and a large cola on a tablet Dan said I told him he was missing a large french fry, he looked at me angrily and in the end he gave us the fries but continued to glare at us. The fries and chicken nuggets were also undercooked.

It's just a McDonald's but what really confused me was when I looked into the kitchen and saw a dead dolphin in an ice chest. However, the dolphin meat was still delicious

Total disaster and just an outrage! They are open until 3 a.m. and after 12:30 a.m. you can no longer get a cappuccino because the machine has been cleaned. The store will never see me again!!!

I've enjoyed going there to eat in the past when I was on the go. The cleanliness isn't exactly the best, but otherwise it's okay - as you would expect in a fast food restaurant. What really disappointed me, however, was that I found a ticket in the mailbox because I had been there for 3 hours and parked there for 3 hours instead of the allowed 2 hours. 1. I've never checked how long I'm allowed to park there because I've only ever parked there when I was visiting a customer and 2. I didn't know that the car was parked there both when I entered and when I left photographed from the parking lot. “The fun” cost me €35, even though I was actually a customer there that day with my best friend. We constantly bought something there over the long period of time and just felt comfortable and chatted. That's how you lose your regular customers, because something like that puts me off and I won't go to this restaurant again in the future. Not very customer friendly.

Very bad service!!! French fries and curly fries were cold and of course hard. The food or chicken burger was extremely hard. SERVICE. An older lady spends 10 minutes turning around at McCafe and has no idea how to make a latte. After 4-5 unsuccessful coffees it worked... The second older lady was totally unfriendly. HELLO, here you go, bon appetit is a taboo topic and looks bad even though she is at work and not at home. At the end she said... Offff, now I have to do table service. -Tables dirty, TOILET dirty, no organization at all here.. If there are employees like that then a lot goes wrong here... Never again!

Ordered a cappuccino with caramel shot in the café to be consumed in the restaurant - first got one for take a way - complaint - I would have liked a cup - then got whatever! Question - can I also have a spoon - there is no such thing - only wood - thanks never again!!!

Terrible restaurant. There were only 2 order kiosks, they didn't accept payment (which was acceptable), it also didn't accept the coupon code. Nobody spoke english and half of the things we ordered were "out of order". Some things were brought to us 10 minutes later than the rest of food. Consider any other McDonald's, please...

The quality of the food is okay. That is not the problem. Unfortunately you don't feel comfortable in the restaurant. In winter it is too cold inside (there is no heating here); and a cozy meal is therefore not possible. It also likes to stick to the ground. In summer the air conditioning is often not used, so it is not pleasant in the restaurant. This is a pity.

I can only advise anyone who orders take-away to check the bag BEFORE driving home. Burgers were missing for the second time! The employees are not able to pack a double pack of menu and 2 cheeseburgers!

I wanted to buy my two sisters 2 happy meals for the new hello kitty promotion. And the staff seriously forget to add 1 toy. Seriously disappointed. I don't know how to explain it to the two little ones.

There were significant problems with my last order from McDonald's via Lieferando. Despite waiting for 70 minutes, the delivery did not arrive. When I called McDonald's I was told that no order had been registered without asking for my details. Privacy policies continued to be violated. I was also informed that McDonald's had been closed for a few hours via Lieferando, even though my money had already been debited. Despite my personal presence at the branch in Kornwestheim, I was only advised to call Lieferando, which I refused. Instead, I asked to receive the food I ordered directly, which was ultimately what happened. There were unbelievable excuses. Everything seemed unprofessional. Disappointing experience.

Absolute disgrace, closed inside on Thursday at 12:34 a.m. Normally it should be open until 3:00 a.m. Drive Inn open. What can I say, the food is dry, the fries are cold and soggy. Complaints are pointless because unfortunately the employees don't speak German. Poor Germany...

Just like most other McDrive opening hours are not the same as the restaurant. And the opening times of the restaurant. Until you can see this publicly at some point, every time you try to visit the restaurant, despite the McDonald's supposedly being open, there will be negative reviews! Finally publish two opening times. I don't feel like eating in the car!!

McDonald's restaurant with modern interior design, McCafé and McDrive, current concept. Ordering possible at the terminal, cash register or mobile. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Easy to reach by car, there are enough parking spaces.

Edit: An absolute ****** shop!! I can simply ADVISE anyone from visiting this branch. Here food is simply reheated and resold. This means the fries and burgers are more than dead 🤮 + Anyone who sits in the shed for too long pays a €30 fine to the parking lot attendants. The worst McDonalds branch I have ever been to in my life. Something like that should be banned in Germany. It's a wonder what McDonald's allows people to do as franchisees 🤮 On the homepage/in the app it says they are open until 3:00 a.m. Around 1:3 0 we were thrown out of the store in the worst and most unfriendly way because they wanted to clean. Apparently from 12 o'clock onwards it's just McDrive. Then you have to write it down somewhere and even if you want to clean at night, the sound plays the music. And the manager of the store definitely doesn't know music.

When I was there there was a huge queue behind me and despite staff, the 2 checkout wasn't opened. Even when asked, the answer was no. But hats off to the cashier who remained so friendly and calm when she ran away three times because of the child and took her cell phone with a coupon... And changed it a thousand times. Absolutely bad service in my opinion!

Kaos burger cold had 2 citizens with 2 times extra meat one only with 1 extra meat the other was nothing extra had taken it with them and in the children's bag there were no toys in it everything was a mess chocolate milk stick was completely missing because you pay over 60 euros you are still hungry I complained by phone after the second delivery home, I received everything, thank you

Most child-friendly McDonald's I've ever seen. There are painting and craft supplies and a room to run around. Really great!!!

Was there on January 28th around 11:55 p.m. The employee was so unfriendly that even robots with emotion chips would take pity on his social skills. A performance that would make even comedy writers green with envy! I then left without ordering anything, absolutely not recommended.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to McDonald's Kornwestheim was a disappointing experience. I ordered a Big Mac, but the meat was undercooked and the cheese was cold. When I politely explained the problem to an employee who may have been the supervisor or manager (a bald man with glasses), his response was very rude and unprofessional. Above all, I expect customer friendliness from a leading brand like McDonald's. The person in question should urgently attend customer service training. It is crucial that all employees, especially those in leadership positions, understand the importance of treating customers respectfully and professionally. I hope McDonald's takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve service and customer experience.

Wer hier noch isst hat die kontrolle über sein Leben verloren

Wer Nachts (gegen 1:30 Uhr) da noch bestellt wird teilweise richtig verarscht. Pommes einfach nur angewärmt, damit die wohl die Fritteuse nicht mehr sauber machen müssen. Bei manchen Burgern das gleiche. Unverschämt und sollte von McDonalds besser kontrolliert werden.

Fast Food halt. Überall gleich. Aber wenn nichts anderes mehr geöffnet hat ....

Leider wurde beim einpacken ein Hamburger vergessen. Das passiert wenn man dem Service vertraut und nicht selber kontrolliert. Kontrolliert eure Bestellung zum Mitnehmen bevor ihr geht.

Ist etwas schmuddelig, Tische sind verdreckt WC könnte öfter gereinigt werden. Die Burger waren schon kalt.

Eigentlich ein ganz normaler McDonald’s. Leider funktioniert der Tischservice (Bestellung über App ) im Vergleich zu anderen McDonald’s. Restaurants so gut wie nie.

Bei größerem Andrang ist das Personal leicht überfordert

Lange Wartezeit und katastrophale Parkmöglichkeit - die Beschilderung zum Parkplatz ist auch etwas lasch.

Sehr übervordertes Personal. Laden sehr dreckig!! Also nicht viel ins gute eher ins schleche geändert. (Nach fast drei Jahren) Der McToast früher super jetzt mit richtigen Toastbrot Scheiben nicht mehr gut. Vielleicht hätte man den Namen und nicht das Brot ändern sollen. Der Rest war Ok. Angestellte wie man sie gerade erwischt mal gut gelaunt mal sprechen sie nur das nötigste. Sorry vielleicht bei manchen der falsche Beruf.

Tired restaurant, AC not working all summer making it unbearable to eat inside. Wasps everywhere outside the trash. It’s ok if you just want a drive though, unusually very quick.

Довго чекали - багато людей, але персонал працював швидко, всі були привітні і уважні. Мабуть, така завантаженість буває не так часто і персоналу не вистачає. Одне побажання- встійці з залишками і брудними підносами на вулиці чомусь було не прибрано як ми заходили в заклад і як виходили. Навколо була купа ос і бджіл, просто рій, не можливо було поруч сісти, ми навіть з страхом проходили. Або поставте закритий смітник, як в інших країнах, або налагодьте оперативне прибирання. Ще хотілося б, щоб столи частіше протирали, оскільки за так и потоком людей сідаєш за стіл брудний і встаєш, після тебе залишки кетчепу, чи просто сліди від дитячих пальців після картоплі фрі по всьому столу! За годину мого знаходження всередині бачила, як двічі прибирали залишки з стійки з подносами і жодного разу не протер ніхто столи...

Cola hatte wenig kohlensäure. Pommes und Netzpommes waren nur mäßig warm. Speck auf big tasty Burger war sehr trocken und die Soße ist an der unterseite ausgetreten. Chicken Nuggets waren frisch. Räumlichkeiten könnten sauberer sein.

Der Klassiker ! Hier muss man hin wenn man Lust auf einen BigMac hat. Schmeckt gut. Aber warum jetzt keine 5 Sterne? Naja Tischservice gibt es hier nicht oder nur manchmal und die Sauberkeit ist auch nur eingeschränkt gut. Aber im großen und ganzen alles Okey !

Ich habe mein Essen zum Liefern bestellt und es ging auch relativ schnell. Leider waren meine 20 Nuggets nicht vollständig und meine Soßen wurden leider auch vergessen.

Sah von innen als auch von außen sehr schön aus, nur leider war es drinnen unglaublich warm und lange konnte man nicht sitzen und essen.

Bei der Hitze keine Klimaanlage und imAussenbereich hat es einen Haufen lästige Wespen

Die Einfahrt dort ist sehr verwirrend, der Parkplatz könnte besser ausgeschildert sein. Innen ist es aufgeräumt, gepflegt und sauber. Bedienung sehr nett und freundlich. Leider war es bei tropischen Temperaturen nicht klimatisiert. Ansonsten kann man dort wieder einmal vorbeischauen

Leider keine beständige Qualität. Essen ist mal so, mal so.

Nun der Service der kein Wort deutsch versteht ok dann halt in Englisch geht auch. Aber dann beim Bezahlen in Bar nicht einmal die Kasse richtig bedienen kann und nicht zählen kann ist dann echt ein Armutszeugnis. Parkplatz ist auch nur PKWs geeignet, mit was größeren darfst da nicht kommen.

Kaum ist nix ist alles okay. Gibt es 8 oder 10 Bestellungen mehr drehen sie durch und sind verwirrt. Schade

Alle wie immer bei MC nur die Herren Toilette ist leider geruchtlich nicht akzeptabel. Hier sollte Mal gründlich und ausgiebigen gereinigt werden.

Negativ: Stehender Uringeruch auf dem Männerklo und in der Regel kein Tischservice was ich schade finde. Zudem keine Strohhalme 🥤 :(. Getränke sind mittlerweile sehr teurer, 2 x 0,5 l Softdrink kosten rund 8 Euro. Ansonsten ein schönes Ambiente im Gastraum.
