McDonald's in Kornwestheim

For a while, the service here was really better, but today I had to conclude that the Filet-o-Fish is absolutely not worth the money anymore. The fillet is so much smaller than the roll. No lettuce, one side of the roll has a tiny piece of cheese the size of a postage stamp and nothing else, the other side has a bit of remoulade, and everything was just thrown into the box. Unfortunately, it's awful. I'll reconsider my next visit.

The McDonald's in Kornwestheim is simply unbearable in the mornings. The air conditioning is so incredibly cold that you feel like you're sitting in a refrigerator. No one can eat in peace because you start freezing after just a few minutes. It seems like management couldn't care less about how uncomfortable it is for the customers. This kind of climate control setup is simply unprofessional and shows a complete lack of consideration for customer comfort. A visit is definitely pointless under these circumstances – I certainly won't be going back until this is improved.

Unfortunately, the toilets are very unhygienic; expect long waiting times.

Yesterday at the drive-thru, the nice, friendly Black man gave me a super freshly prepared meal. I was totally satisfied this time, so I gladly give it 5 stars 🌟 and send an email. Keep it up! Friendly, nice, and fresh, hot food – then everything's perfect! ^;;o}

If you park there for more than an hour, you'll receive a letter at home with a €65 fine from a debt collection agency. The branch doesn't respond to emails, even though they're at fault for the long wait because they restarted their computers. This McDonald's branch is absolutely awful. My parking time was 1 hour and 9 minutes! €65 for 9 minutes, with a debt collection agency involved! An employee came out exactly on the hour and photographed my car, and when I said I was leaving right away, there was no response.

You order from them and what happens? After an hour and a half, you call and get yelled at and told there are no drivers. But the important thing is to take your money. I told them I was demanding my money back and suddenly they had drivers. And then the food finally arrived, but another hour later and ice cold! Never again McDonald's here!

You really have to check everything every time. Ordered a Friends meal, but the figure wasn't included. It's not the first time something's been missing...

When I ordered delivery, a MC Flury was forgotten yet again. It's disgusting to pay almost €5 (outrageously expensive) for something that never arrives. The food arrived quickly, but it was completely cold. Even the drink was warmer than the burger and the soggy fries.

Hello, I recently went to the drive-in with a colleague to order something. When we had to wait a bit, we saw several (large rats) by the garbage cans and towards the entrance, which were helping themselves to the leftovers of the food. We saw not just one but more than five. My colleague then spoke to the staff and said, "I'm sorry, but I think you have a rat problem back here." The staff member then said that you already knew about this, but more or less it shouldn't matter to you, it wasn't your problem. I don't know what to think of it. 1 star. The food unfortunately wasn't particularly good either.

McDonald's used to be much better. Today I had the Big Chicken Salad: The salad wasn't fresh, the chicken was cold, and the cheese was missing. What a shame.

I asked for three burgers without pickles, and they all came without cheese and onions. And the large fries weren't even completely filled!

Was there today at 6:30 p.m. The outside area was very clean, all the tables were clean. We then ordered inside with table service. The food came promptly... everything was very hot... excellent! The (Asian) waitress and table cleaner was very friendly, nice, and on the ball. She deserves some praise. I'd be happy to come back and thank you.

This is the fourth time I've ordered from Lieferando, and the orders are always wrong. Today I ordered again. Then just put the McFlurry in a coffee cup. Who are you kidding? You pay so much money and get ripped off. I don't recommend eating at McDonald's, and I don't recommend ordering from Lieferando.

The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to!! Let's start with the restrooms: The urine smell is so strong you can smell it all the way to the tables. The restrooms are as dirty as a public train station. The tables are all dirty and the floor is sticky!! The entire time we were there, no one cared about the condition of the restaurant. I've traveled a lot around the world, but this is definitely the dirtiest McDonald's ever!! The manager should be replaced!

Honestly, there was always something missing from our order. Today's order was TXCJ49, and the delivery was missing a fries. The order: 3 burgers, 3 fries, 3 drinks—well, super complicated, right? You can't count to 3 there? And for that, we paid a hefty price of over €45. Hopefully, someone enjoyed the fries we paid for!

Bought an mc Smart menu in mcdrive yesterday. Unpacked it while driving and wanted to eat it. The first burger was cold. I thought, well, it was stupid. The second burger was stale, cold and the bun was soggy from ketchup. I drove back straight away and asked the 5 ladies at the counter about it. They just said: 'That can't be right' and looked at me as if I came from Mars. None of the 5 ladies took the initiative and wanted to do well and offer me 2 new burgers. I threw the bag on the counter and wished them a good appetite so that they could eat their stale burgers themselves. What drove me to react like that was that all the aunts standing there just reacted like shit. I won't spend a cent anymore.

A very well run McDonalds. We really enjoy going here. Neat and clean (toilet okay by McDonald's standards). Good, pleasant atmosphere. It always happens quickly, even when there is a lot going on. Sometimes the food is a bit cold when there is a lot going on.

Unfortunately not recommended! Tried again after 5 weeks, almost stuck to the floor when entering the restaurant, there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the toilet to dry your hands. All the tables were dirty and we had to clean them ourselves to be able to eat there. Conclusion: worse than the first time..., so I won't do that to myself anymore! It's a shame, actually...!

It's happened to me here three times now: either the fries were too cold or too salty, and then the machines for the dairy cows were broken... Often unclear and not very friendly at the drive-thru.

A very good breakfast offering. The cookies were really good, and the Oreo cheesecake has never tasted so good. As for the service, they made several mistakes in substitutions or forgot items, even though we were the only customers at the time.

Outdoor space is not recommended, right next to the gas station and with your head at the level of the exhaust fumes. General atmosphere so-so. At the drive-in you often don't get very hot food. Fries always taste a little different or are half full.

Busy at the DriveIn, expensive like any other McDonald's

If you, as a customer, are rudely asked to drive your car away from the customer parking lot and park in the opposite direction, then you also expect that the food will be freshly prepared due to the delay and presented warm for collection. Unfortunately that wasn't the case!

Food is always cold. The cheese isn't even halfway melted. This time I went to the window and complained. There were a bunch of employees standing around staring because nothing was going on. I then got a replacement and drove away with it and lo and behold, it was cold again and the cheese was unmelted even though so many employees had nothing to do - the main thing was to slap 1 ton of ketchup on it. It really makes you wonder how disrespectful and lazy you can actually be.

The driveway is narrow and the rim gets caught on the curb and scratches it every time you turn. The ambience inside is great, lots of seating and plenty of space to linger for a long time. Toilet is stuffy, no air, probably because the fans don't work, stinks. The preparation and service of orders is great. Fresh and clean. I recommend this place to you!

Today we were in Mäc Drive in Kornwestheim. We ordered a cheeseburger and apple spritzer. The burger was lukewarm at the bottom and ice cold at the top. They swapped him straight away. Cold at the top, warm at the bottom. The third burger was lukewarm. We tried it, unfortunately it tastes terrible. Finally I threw it away. It's a shame that no one even apologized or offered something else that was freshly made and hot. I can't rate Kornwestheim as good.

Super nice employees! We dropped a cola and it was cleaned up straight away and the nice gentleman even brought us a new cola 😄

One of the better places I've been to and eaten

Every time something is missing from our order! In order not to annoy anyone, you take your bag and leave, and when you get home you are surprised that something is missing. In the future we will have to completely check the bags. Really a shame! Should they tell their child that they paid for something that they didn't get...

Unfortunately, it varies a lot - from staff to quality to quantity and correctness of orders. I've known McD for many years, I can't even say how long. Unfortunately, both the friendliness of the staff and the quality and correctness of the food fluctuate massively. You order 2x McRib without cucumber - then at home: extra many cucumbers but the onion is missing. Correct on the invoice, incorrect execution and unfortunately that happens more often with "without cucumber". I can't eat burgers with cucumber - even after removing the cucumber. The last time I gave everything away because someone was sleeping in the kitchen (again). The same if you order fries without salt. Leftover salt from the warmer is OK, but so much salt that the fries taste bitter is just not good. A little more sparing with the salt on the fries would be a start.

I would like to complain about an unpleasant experience purchasing a salad at your store (location, store number, date). The salad I received today was in very bad condition. The meat that came with the salad smelled unpleasant and had a very strange, rotten smell. The typical expiration date sticker was missing, which further worried me. It was obvious the meat wasn't fresh. The meat also had noticeable dark spots and dotted discoloration, which to me indicated prolonged storage or improper handling. The entire salad already smelled unpleasant, so I couldn't even try it without the meat. I request that you review this incident and take appropriate action to ensure such occurrences are avoided in the future.

Packed incorrectly again upon collection. A McPlant double pack menu does not mean that it has to contain 2 McPlants! Beginner! The burgers we ordered were 1x McPlant, 1x McRib in a double pack + 1x Ham.Royal TS. Unpacked at home and there are 2x McPlant and 1x McRib. Hhhhaaaarrrrrggg😡😡

Today it was a catastrophe... We ate there around 3:40 p.m.... Dazy, lukewarm nuggets.. Fries, lukewarm.. In the Caesar salad with chicken, the meat was also oily and dry... Burger was cold, the second one after complaining too, there was no addition to the MC Cafe Cappuccino, like a biscuit or what else you get. The second cup didn't even come with a saucer, there wasn't any toilet paper in any of the toilet stalls and then there was a rat running between the tables outside... We haven't been to such a bad McDonald's in a long time! Too bad!

I'm not coming here anymore, that's enough now!!!! Either the computer is crazy when ordering, the EC card reader is broken, today the McDonald's app was crazy. I wanted to complete my order but was unable to pay. When I asked, no one could give me a reasonable answer. Then wanted to place the order again at the checkout. Ordered at the terminal. After 25 minutes, the order finally comes to the table - without the milkshakes we ordered. Machine broken. As an alternative, a drink or ice cream is offered. I was very satisfied with the food and the nice service. Unfortunately there was a small problem with the air conditioning, which didn't work or wasn't turned on at all. So I had to eat outside with the wasps instead of in the cool room.

Forgot our drink and our fries the guy was nice at first but when we told him they forgot those two things he said are you sure? (It could have been understandable that I was lying, I wasn't) after I assured him that it was really missing, he asked three times what was missing, a large cola and large fries, he put a small fries and a large cola on a tablet Dan said I told him he was missing a large french fry, he looked at me angrily and in the end he gave us the fries but continued to glare at us. I've enjoyed going there to eat in the past when I was on the go. The cleanliness isn't exactly the best, but otherwise it's okay - as you would expect in a fast food restaurant. What really disappointed me, however, was that I found a ticket in the mailbox because I had been there for 3 hours and parked there for 3 hours instead of the allowed 2 hours. 1. I've never checked how long I'm allowed to park there because I've only ever parked there when I was visiting a customer and 2. I didn't know that the car was parked there both when I entered and when I left photographed from the parking lot. “The fun” cost me €35, even though I was actually a customer there that day with my best friend. We constantly bought something there over the long period of time and just felt comfortable and chatted. That's how you lose your regular customers, because something like that puts me off and I won't go to this restaurant again in the future. Not very customer friendly.

An older lady spends 10 minutes turning around at McCafe and has no idea how to make a latte. After 4-5 unsuccessful coffees it worked... The second older lady was totally unfriendly. HELLO, here you go, bon appetit is a taboo topic and looks bad even though she is at work and not at home. At the end she said... Offff, now I have to do table service. -Tables dirty, TOILET dirty, no organization at all here.. If there are employees like that then a lot goes wrong here... Never again!
