Unfortunately a very disappointing experience at Burger King. The fries were completely cold and the burger patties were dry and tasteless. When I wanted to speak to the branch manager, he wasn't there. Instead, there was only one deputy who barely spoke German and obviously didn't understand me properly. When I asked about the cold fries, she just said that the fries can stay out for up to seven minutes. This didn't make any sense to me as the fries were really ice cold - like they had been sitting for much longer. To make matters worse, the representative wasn't even prepared to examine my concerns more closely or to accommodate me in any way. Very disappointing, I expected better service and quality.

In the direction of rude employees, the shift manager spoke to me very loudly. Whenever I went out, the workers came after me and hit my car. I ordered the wrong order once in the drive in and then complained and then got something different again and then I got something completely different so that's a disgrace. I'll never come to you again and everyone who goes there because I know I recommend something different, really disrespectful to customers and especially as a boss/shift manager and employee just as disrespectful never again

As always, no matter which branch there is no ice cream available because the machine is supposedly broken. Plant castles from the ordered menu are suddenly no longer available, but canceling the menu is no longer possible.... Medium fries from one meal are smaller than the small portion from the children's menu. So all in all a disappointment for a lot of money.

This isn't fast food. This is slow food. Standing here again for ages.

October 22nd, 2024 around 7 p.m. the employees had zero concentration. The counter was not occupied because one colleague had her baby with her and the other two colleagues (Spanish speaking) were playing with the baby outside the counter! It's really not possible that the counter wasn't occupied while some orders (including mine) were still open! In the end I had to hurry... when I opened my order at home, there were chicken pieces missing! Dear KFC employees, don't just chat with each other all the time!

The food has always been great so far. Service also courteous. I once asked if I could get some pickles like that. I got it. I found it very sweet. Of course you could take a look around a little more often to see what it looks like because there are customers who behave like the worst. Leave tablets at the table, or if the paper falls down, just leave it there. I'd love to come back

Disaster service... McCafe orders and they give the coffee in paper cups, my espresso grande doesn't fit in the cup... and then they say EX-presso...

Standard mcdonalds items, nothing spectacular.

Boy I wanted cheeseburgers and not chicken burgers

I have never received such rude service as I did in this store. None of the employees have even a hint of manners. Especially the little older woman at the checkout is an imposition!

Food is good. The McDonalds is well frequented and it shows. The cleanliness still needs to be improved.

It's sad that at the Drive Inn you never pack fresh products or even the ones you ordered. Now you can't even deliver an order correctly. After receiving not my order but someone else's and giving it back to the Uber driver, I called customer service twice within 90 minutes and ended up canceling the order and you can keep the money because I don't accept it. that I should write you an email about the order that was not completed! It's a donation to you, maybe you can see if you can hire people who actually want to work. You simply ruined the evening of two children! Bravo! Luckily there are others who can do it!
