Extremely long waiting times, even for basic burgers... absolutely not recommended.

The two BigMacs were totally cold and the McRib we wanted was not available.

The app says it's open 24 hours a day. The door is open until 2am. On a Friday evening we weren't allowed in at 11:30 p.m. Even though people were still eating there and people were still standing at the machines to order. The employee who didn't even manage to explain this rubbish but waved us off in an unfriendly manner was completely wrong!!

As you would expect from a Burger King. No better and no worse.

Really disappointing and unhygienic! I was at McDonald's in Hattingen today and unfortunately I was anything but enthusiastic. The food was okay as you know the pressed chicks there...but what didn't work was an employee who emptied the ashtray on the floor right at the table! His only statement was that he would get rid of it later. But the worst part: Immediately afterwards, he probably brought food to the table without washing his hands. Sorry, but that's really disgusting and unhygienic. You really lose your appetite. Hopefully this won't happen again and the staff will be better trained!

Paid a lot of money and once again wrong content. You actually have to check every takeaway order immediately... annoying

Food cold, staff unfriendly and it sometimes takes over 1.5 hours before you get your order.

I ordered through Lieferando and pre-ordered for 11:45. By 12:20, the food still wasn't there, and then it was simply canceled. I have to be at work at 12:50, and now I have to figure out how to get something to eat. I couldn't reach anyone by phone either. Very poor service.

Typical fast food. It's okay from time to time. Two stars because you can't give more for fast food and self-service.

I came on a day when there wasn't a game, and it was very nice. Everything was well taken care of. The waiter was very friendly.

The quality, the cleanliness, and the service – it gets worse every year. When the employees behind the counter are louder, shouting, and laughing than the customers eating up front, that says it all. Ketchup is sometimes forgotten, and curry sauce too. The counter is unclean and disorganized.

I ordered Filet Bites and have to say the breading and seasoning were very strange and over-seasoned in my opinion. The lady at the cashier was quite unfriendly, but the food came quickly. I know of branches that are definitely better organized and where the food tastes better. It's a shame.
