As if you were Italy 😁 you felt comfortable the first time you entered the restaurant and that didn't change throughout the evening. The food was delicious and the service was very attentive and very friendly. In one sentence: Perfect evening 👍😁
Unfortunately, I had bad experiences with the “boss” once again.
This is not how you treat guests or employees in the guest room.
The food and the friendly and courteous male service deserve 5 stars!
We appreciate "Corso Toscana" in Friedenau for its refreshingly classic Italian pizza and refreshingly pleasant atmosphere, unlike the hip Neapolitan pizza shops in Kreuzberg. The service is always VERY attentive and authentically friendly, and they truly understand what "being a host" is all about.
That's why we always travel from Kreuzberg to Friedenau to eat at "Corso Toscana" because we know we'll definitely get a seat here, get excellent pizza and good drinks for a fair price, and 100% have a great evening.
A little tip: the Sienna pizza with garlic salami is a must!
My boyfriend loves the Bitburger in the thin 0.4-liter glasses.
This was our second time there. This time I had a Pizza Salsiccia: not only was the base black and burnt - the pizza gave the impression of a finished product from Wagner. Dough thin, small bulge on the edge, salsiccia in mini crumbs, the taste is just like this type of ready-made pizza.
The price was waived for me, but I would like to be informed in advance that today there are only ready-made pizzas --> then I can choose something else or leave straight away.
A very small, cozy restaurant. The food is average. The service is very taciturn and unfriendly. They have no eye for empty glasses. They would be very happy if I simply asked if I could have something else. (Some training would probably be needed here.) And then the crowning glory: the topic of tips. I'm used to rounding up the requested amount depending on the service and how well I felt. Which is what I wanted here. Apparently it wasn't enough for the server, so he only deducted the requested amount from the bill. Of course, there was no goodbye from the restaurant either. Thank goodness there are plenty of other restaurants where you are welcome, feel comfortable, and can go.
An absolute delight! The Italian Napoli convinced us across the board. The food was simply excellent – authentic Italian, with fresh ingredients and perfectly prepared. Every bite reminded us of a vacation in Italy.
The ambience is also a highlight: upscale, stylish and yet cozy. You immediately feel at home and can enjoy the food in a wonderful atmosphere.
A place where everything is really right - from the quality of the food to the great wine selection to the attentive service. If you're looking for real Italian flair and great cuisine, you've come to the right place. Unreservedly recommended!
Very good food, very good ingredients. I would think a small salad would be appropriate with the meat dishes, which are priced higher. The pinsas with fresh tomatoes are highly recommended. Pleasant atmosphere, not so obtrusively Italian. The staff is friendly, but quite cold. There is still potential for improvement.
We had a lovely evening and will come back.
