Loving, attentive service & super delicious food of great quality! We have now been here 4 times at intervals and have always received great service. Because of the great quality of the food, we decided to become regulars. “Unfortunately” I have to opt for the “Small Hunger” portions because the regular ones are simply not manageable for me due to the large portions. ... at a time when everyone else is raising prices and halving portions. I hope more people with appreciation find their way to this great Greek so that he stays with us for a long time.

I don't know what's going on there or whether the restaurant will close soon, but we've always enjoyed going there. Today everything was different, totally reduced menu, supposedly a lot of things were out, including gyros! At the Greek! It was the same at the neighboring tables, it seemed like using up leftovers. The food wasn't of a good quality and afterwards we were annoyed that we didn't go when we knew about the narrow menu. And at the end of course only cash payment, computer broken, of course. It's a shame about the good restaurant.

Ambiance: getting old Service: Drinks are requested. We were a bit pressed for time and so asked how long it would take to prepare the lamb shanks. The answer was 15 - 20 minutes. In fact it was 45 minutes! We always don't wait for the appetizer we ordered. Unfortunately that's not enough for 4v stars... although the lamb shanks were excellent.

We have been there a few times, as a couple and with the whole family of 15 people. The food was always very tasty, very quick and inexpensive. The boss was always very friendly, as were the staff. We'll be back soon.

We had dinner at Ambrosian on Sunday, August 4th, 2024 at around 6 p.m. We had called ahead and reserved a table. We were then placed in the back right corner. There were indefinable stains on the wall and the floor was full of breadcrumbs. And that even though the shop had only just opened. The menu was quite sticky and torn. We then ordered fried anchovies and baked sheep's cheese as starters. The dead fried anchovies were served with three slices of dry baquette. I then had to order tzatziki for a fee to get the anchovies down. The baked sheep's cheese was ice cold in the middle. Once it was cut, it was simply thrown back into the deep fryer. Great start. The main course was a grilled plate with pork fillet and Giros gratinated with Metaxa sauce. I asked that the meat not be cooked through. This wish probably didn't reach the kitchen. Everything was absolutely fried to death and the supposed pork fillet wasn't. And the portion of tzatziki was minimalist. I'm not familiar with Greeks like that. The Metaxa sauce was more of a soup and then everything was baked with a bunch of the cheapest analogue cheese. Not edible. When I then mentioned the deficiencies, they didn't address them at all. All I got was a snide “That was pork fillet.” Impossible! An outrage! The whole fun cost a whopping €65, including a bottle of water. Absolutely not justified. We won't be entering this store again. There is better food in a Greek chip shop.
