Ice machine has been broken for months. Very unfortunate

We were at the drive-in around 7:45 p.m. and were told: Please come in and order, we can't process the drive-in Dispatched. An impudence from the gentleman... Close the place!

Discovered something new today. The TortillaBurger. Super tasty. Tastes better to me than with BurgerBun.

Super great service, actually wanted to go out for something to eat. It was open until 10 p.m. on Sunday, but at 9:15 p.m. the shop was already locked even though the lights were still on. Then we'll go to the competition.

I had severe stomach problems after the visit and am still struggling with nausea. Matched the overall impression. Waited half an hour for the order. Employees are completely overwhelmed, albeit friendly. Was my second and last visit. I know it completely differently from other branches. I think there are too few staff here, which means stress and cleanliness suffers. I am angry and very disappointed.

The air conditioning was constantly broken, as was the ice cream and shake machine. From 7 p.m. part of the restaurant is cordoned off, so you either have to sit outside or inside at the four outer tables. They often close much earlier than 10 p.m. Employees are overworked, trays are usually stacked in unsightly towers.

For no apparent reason, orders are no longer accepted in the restaurant after 7 p.m., even though you have already pushed through the terminal and want to pay. There was also an unfriendly comment from the staff. It's a shame that you can't give fewer stars.

I've never waited so long for just a few burgers. A 40 minute wait is really not possible in a fast food restaurant. It's better to leave the store open than to provide such poor service.

The burgers are basically delicious if you didn't have to wait so long for them to get cold again. The staff were friendly but clearly understaffed. The ice cream machine was broken, but that was probably due to the temperatures.

Ordered at the terminal at 4:48 p.m. for 3 people (small order) and then about 6 people waited in front of me according to the numbers trackable on the screen. Every now and then I just hear the employees arguing, which doesn't work at all. The food we ordered came at 5:12 p.m. after 24 minutes and that for a quick restaurant. Tables were sticky and the floor was completely dirty, and the waste containers were completely full. The food was totally sticky and cold.

We are pioneers and fans of Burger King. Wherever we are, it is our first travel destination and my family's favorite destination. Worst store I've ever entered. Constant problems... either there are no goods or EC payment doesn't work, mc drive is closed... etc. You want to eat two cheeseburgers on site and they are cold, when you asked them to make new ones they were cold again. There are missing ingredients or something like today where the citizens were pushed into the bag, so that everything is crushed and you find the dumped fries under the first burgers. Here, too, my husband had checked above and had to give it back to a citizen because the packaging was soggy and then the rest of the surprise at home. (See photo)

Compared to other fast food chains, there is still room for improvement.

We had dinner there today. It was stuffy and warm in the restaurant. Not everything was ready right away and should be brought to the table. Unfortunately nothing was brought and we only got it when we asked. Many of the employees don't immediately understand what exactly you want. The lighting in the seating areas is very hot so that you can easily hurt yourself. The ordering system could be better as we didn't see anything about toys for the children in their menu. The citizens weren't that good either, we're used to better things in other branches.

Went there today at 9:50 p.m. Chairs were already upstairs. Dishes returned were tidied up, staff were busy sweeping. Besides me, two other customers were waiting and wanted to order. Here we closed the shop 20 minutes before closing time. Very bad.

We were there today (9:30 p.m.). The door at the front was locked and no one answered at the drive in, and there was no one to be seen at the cash register at the drive in either. We honked because we thought they wouldn't hear us. There was also no reaction and no one to be seen. It's like the lottery here. If you're lucky the store is open, that doesn't mean everything is available. HotBrownie is an example.

I don't know what Team Wallraff & Co. have to complain about, it doesn't apply to this BK at all. A waitress who asks me if I have any questions about the terminal, a refreshing and convincing sentence: "Your order please, thank you for visiting our restaurant and have a nice day." Customer service is something that really impressed me because we're not used to it anymore. A small forgotten sour cream sauce that could not be selected at the terminal was served quickly and without any problems and the tip that the terminal did not have this function was gratefully accepted.

It has happened a total of 5 times that items from our order were missing. Of course this can happen, but the frequency of it is simply annoying. Yesterday we had 4! Item missing. We'll probably always have to check the bag in the future.

!Staff urgently needs training on the subject of payback! It's really annoying when people try to make me believe for the second time in this branch that Burger King is no longer a Payback partner, even though that's not true. I was there on April 7th - it worked, but 2 days later an employee said "It hasn't worked since April 1st" (weird, because it still worked on the 7th) I then researched online and it said: You can no longer redeem Payback at Burger King, you can only collect it because Burger King now has another collection program of its own. 2 months later I went to this branch again and caught the same employee who refused to scan my Payback card last time. I told her that it says online that Burger King is still a partner & she said again "No, not since April 1st". It's funny that both the Payback app and the Burger King app and on the website advertise that the two are still partners. Even in the FAQ it says Collect Payback points: yes Redeem Paypack points: no There is an urgent need for training of our own staff....

Unfortunately, Burger King is seriously declining. Unfortunately there is no breakfast, you can only order on a stupid display, and in the Burger King app there is about half of it only for registered users. So overall I think it's pretty bad... I ordered from Burger King today and two things were missing. After the 8 call, a lady answered the phone and I explained the situation. This cheeky statement that came, I thought, I was crazy, cheeky came then you have to order again then it will be included so I think I'm crazy, that was the last time I ordered there, the ad was out and I also complained. The ice cream machine there generally doesn't seem to be in operation 10 days a year. Similar are the payment machines, where half of the devices are usually out of order. The store is usually empty and you still have to wait a long time. Staff changes there every month. You cannot redeem the app’s points there either. Never again.

Ambiance takes some getting used to. I was very shocked about the prices. For the money, I'd rather go out and eat at a Greek restaurant.

Unfriendly service!!! We wanted to eat ice cream, so you can ask whether it was small or large. When I said I would like big ones please, she barked at me and mumbled into her beard. So far we have always been satisfied. The employees are super friendly and hardworking. Especially very friendly to children. Unfortunately we were missing one drink today, Curly Fries, and the burgers weren't what we ordered. I assume that an order was simply mixed up. However, there really weren't many people in the store or on the drive.

I was there today at the drive-in counter with my son. Was served promptly and was asked about everything and given advice. The dishes were prepared quickly and according to our wishes. I would say the restaurant was half full (according to the parking lot) and everything went really smoothly. The parking lot and the outdoor area of ​​the restaurant were also very tidy and clean. I've been there several times to buy something to take away and have always been satisfied.

Yesterday, after my partner and I were able to observe how friendly and courteous the shift manager was explaining the ordering machine to an older gentleman, we were able to take advantage of his helpfulness ourselves. Personally I can't really recommend it because in my opinion the quality of the food isn't the best and the burgers are also rather soggy. The service is relatively okay, but if you only speak German, there could be a bit of misunderstanding. The ambience is good and the restaurant is decorated in an American style.

Was just in the drive in. Ordered a citizen menu plus a long chicken. The Long Chicken was completely forgotten. Since I trusted the people at Burger King to have everything, of course I only found out when I got home. So I paid for something I didn't get.

They had been standing on the drive since 10 minutes before closing time and with complete ignorance they didn't pay any attention to us. After a long knock and honk they managed to give us information that they had closed early even though 4 people were still clearing away with the argument from the service employee “Sorry, we’re already closed because no one is there anymore” we were able to drive home. Incredible!

We ordered at the drive-thru at 8 p.m. There was only one other customer there besides us. We stood in front of the window and waited for 6 burgers and fries for 15 minutes, so that, naively, without checking, both large portions of fries were missing and the burgers weren't as requested. Simply bad.

At 10:30 there was no more ice cream available, supposedly sold out - the machine was probably simply switched off. If things have to go quickly, it's better to go to the competition.

Citizens were all cold, fries were very salty, drinks were non-carbonated and tasted like colored water. The service was very overwhelmed and the boss should hire more people. One control panel worked, all the others were out of order. Wanted to order an ice cream and a citizen after 1/4 hour we left of course without ice cream and a citizen. 😟😤😤😤

We ate there today, ordered at the terminal, paid without any problems and waited for the food. The first thing we did was the nuggets were nice and hot but very dark. After biting them off I got a very strange taste in my mouth. So the service on the ordering computer is perfect, but that's about it. The tables were all dirty and some were very wobbly. Toilet soap dispenser is next to the sink (already covered in dust) Orders were not complete. 30 percent of the offer was sold out.

Die automaten zum bestellen spinnen rum und man muss seine Bestellung mehrmals eintippen, die getränke werden war und ohne Kohlensäure rausgegeben auch nachdem man sagt das das Getränk so nicht genießbar ist werden einfach eiswürfel reingemacht und das getränk umgekippt sodass auch das letzte Bisschen Kohlensäure verschwindet. Auf dem cheesburger war nur käsesosse welche extrem nach Essig geschmeckt hat. Nach 2 bissen dann lieber nicht weitergesssen. Die bedienung/kassiererin. Steht da in provaten klamotten und telefoniert hinterm tresen und regt sich am Telefon lautstark über die kunden auf (während 5 wartende vor ihr stehen) Das ist mit abstand der schlimmste fastfoodladen in dem ich jemals war! Selbst hbf ffm ist besser! Wo ist der besitzer bzw irgendwie jemand der die kinder da überprüft bei dem was sie machen!?

Wie immer sehr sauber und freundliches Personal

Meine Kinder und ich waren heute in der Sturm und Drang - Zeit das erste Mal in diesem Burger King. Trotz des Zeitdruckes hat sich das Personal äußerst umsichtig, zuvorkommend und im hohen Maße freundlich verhalten. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Die Pommes waren wirklich heiß, die Bedienung ausgesprochen hoeflich.hat sich sogar während des Essens nach unserer Zufriedenheit erkundigt. Selten.

Seit 3 Jahren mal wieder in der Heimat. Mc ist weg 😳 auf zu Buger King 😱 Freitagabend 21.30 Uhr und es ist geschlossen! Was ist da denn los???

Mit einem Wort: Katastrophe Auswahl eingeschränkt, kleine EC Zahlung (vorübergehend), ewige Wartezeit. Keine Ahnung, was hier los ist.

Essen war kalt Reklamation (meine Fanta mit Eis hatte dieselbe Temperatur) laut personal nicht möglich.....nicht zu empfehlen

Nicht geöffnet obwohl geöffnet sein sollte.

Es ist ein Typisches Fast-Food Restaurant.

Total nette und fleißige Service Mitarbeiter am Start, haben trotz viel Arbeit auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt Jederzeit wieder gerne ☺️

Bin jetzt nicht so der Burger Junkie aber hier hat es mir sehr gut gefallen. Die bestell Terminals funktionierten einwandfrei, der Laden war sauber und schön hell, das Personal war freundlich und auf Zack. Alles was ich bestellt habe wurde frisch zubereitet, okay war nichts los immer so zwei drei Leute aber wie gesagt dafür alles frisch und lecker. War definitiv nicht mein letzter Besuch in diesem Bürger King.

Das Essen ist ok, der Laden wirkt für ein Restaurant dieser Art relativ sauber, Personal ist freundlich aber "Schnellrestaurant" kann man diesen Burger King wirklich nicht nennen. Ca. 20 min Wartezeit

Es hätte mich schon interessiert wie ein BigKing schmeckt wenn er warm oder heiß ist. Lauwarm war jetzt nicht so ganz mein Fall.. Da nur 3 Tische besetzt waren kann es nicht an der vielen Kundschaft gelegen haben.

Das Lokal war realtiv leer, trotzdem lange Wartezeit. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Geöffnet bis 22:00. Um 21:40 da gewesen und man muss sich anhören kein Essen mehr da uns es wird auch nichts mehr gemacht. Geht gar nicht, wenn man noch 20 Minuten geöffnet hat.

War super besser als bei den anderen 😏

Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter im McDrive. Essen ging schnell, war lecker und mit Gutscheinen günstig. Fand es super!
