Bottomless. Save yourself the trip and the time. A few months ago, the entire staff changed, and they can't get anything done anymore. Orders are constantly wrong, products aren't available (the tortilla-making machine is broken?? Don't even get me started on the ice cream machine). I ordered online for the first time today because I didn't know it was from this branch. After waiting for two hours, the order was updated to one hour for the third time. And you pay a delivery and service fee for that. This store is an absolute disaster.

It was good stable service and clean. It would have been great if you could change your order from take-away to eat-in at the terminal without losing the coupons.

Unfortunately there were only two of the employees. But otherwise great and friendly.

Absolutely bad. We were the only ones there besides a family of 5. Ordered a crispy chicken tortilla and a LARGE king fries. What did we get. Chrispy Chicken Chilli Cheese and small fries. When we asked why we got small fries, the employee said that there were no LARGE packages left and that they had already put more fries in the small bag. Absolutely ridiculous and I paid almost 5 euros for my 5 fries. I don't even want to know how terrible the service is when the store is busy.

You can't complain about the cleanliness here, but you can complain about the waiting time. How can it be that we had to wait 45 minutes for our food even though the entire store was empty.

I ordered through Lieferando and pre-ordered for 11:45, the food still wasn't there at 12:20 and then it was simply canceled. I have to get to work at 12:50 and can now worry about getting something to eat. Nobody could be reached there by phone. Very poor performance.

Dirty, tables are not cleaned, everything sticks, ice machine is regularly to consistently "broken", hygienic conditions are hopefully only so substandard in the toilets and do not rub off on the kitchen.

Prices went way up and there was no coffee or hot drinks, even though they were advertised as such. Cleanliness was good, staff a bit annoyed, didn't smile for guests, very unfortunate.

My worst BK experience so far! After trying to order three times, the service person watching us explained that the WiFi wasn't working. You could also order directly from her, which is what we did. The worst Burger King I've ever seen, I was the only customer at the drive in, I order two Woppers, a Coke and a 20 nuggets, I only get a burger, no napkins, no wonder there's nothing going on here.

The food was ok - standard Burger King. Ordering almost exclusively on the monitor. At the checkout you were ignored, even when you had questions and when returning the reusable cups... Employees were not interested in direct customer contact.

We are Burger King pioneers and fans. Wherever we are, it is our first destination and my family's favorite destination. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the most contemptible and insignificant treatment, and the reason for this was that I spoke to the employee in English. Fast and good food, I recommend it!

It's bad when you order and constantly get wrong or incomplete food. It's annoying because these laypeople neither speak nor understand German sufficiently. The order is no longer displayed in the drive and unfortunately you can only compare the receipt after payment. This branch may be closed. It's no loss, close the mess on the B6! Complaints? Don't understand anything... Enough!

As always, no matter which branch there is no ice cream available because the machine is supposedly broken. Plant castles from the ordered menu are suddenly no longer available, but canceling the menu is no longer possible.... Medium fries from one meal are smaller than the small portion from the children's menu. So all in all a disappointment for a lot of money.

I don't even know where to start today. It was the worst visit to this “restaurant” ever. We arrived at 9:20 p.m. when all the chairs had already been put up. 40 minutes before closing. At 9:22 p.m. the “lovely” Beatrice shouted across the store: “But nothing more to eat here today” (38 minutes before closing)...brother, what’s going on? I'm no longer allowed to eat there 38 minutes before closing time? Class. I always thought that if the door said open until 10 p.m., then I could eat there until 10 p.m. Well, apparently good Bea has something against it. After all, she had already put all the chairs up and wiped them. We were also horrified to see how she handled the other guests' orders, which she slammed onto the counter and audibly shouted the order number in annoyance. This person is not, and I mean absolutely not, a great figurehead. What cashiers sometimes are. In the background we could hear people shouting in the kitchen. But at least today our order was complete straight away. And, it has to be said. The food always tastes good. I think the big problem here is that the checkout staff are rarely in a good mood. The new Wopper was good except for the bottom part being grilled too much. That's why it tasted like it was burnt. I ate it without further eating, which was good.

The air conditioning was constantly broken, as was the ice cream and shake machine. From 7 p.m. part of the restaurant is cordoned off, so you either have to sit outside or inside at the four outer tables. They often close much earlier than 10 p.m. Employees are overworked, trays are usually stacked in unsightly towers.

For no apparent reason, orders are no longer accepted in the restaurant after 7 p.m., even though you have already pushed through the terminal and want to pay. There was also an unfriendly comment from the staff. It's a shame that you can't give fewer stars.

I've never waited so long for just a few burgers. A 40 minute wait is really not possible in a fast food restaurant. It's better to leave the store open than to provide such poor service.

The burgers are basically delicious if you didn't have to wait so long for them to get cold again. The staff were friendly but clearly understaffed. The ice cream machine was broken, but that was probably due to the temperatures.

Worst store I've ever entered. Constant problems... either there are no goods or EC payment doesn't work, mc drive is closed... etc. You want to eat two cheeseburgers on site and they are cold, when you asked them to make new ones they were cold again. There are missing ingredients or something like today where the citizens were pushed into the bag, so that everything is crushed and you find the dumped fries under the first burgers. Ordered at the terminal at 4:48 p.m. for 3 people (small order) and then about 6 people waited in front of me according to the numbers trackable on the screen. Every now and then I just hear the employees arguing, which doesn't work at all. The food we ordered came at 5:12 p.m. after 24 minutes and that for a quick restaurant. Tables were sticky and the floor was completely dirty, and the waste containers were completely full. The food was totally sticky and cold.

Compared to other fast food chains, there is still room for improvement.

We had dinner there today. It was stuffy and warm in the restaurant. Not everything was ready right away and should be brought to the table.
