We stood at the intercom for 15 minutes before deciding to drive up to the window, where we were told to please come in because it was so busy. If we hadn't driven up, we would have probably waited another hour. They could have just communicated over the intercom.

Slowest BK ever. Things are constantly sold out. The store is completely unacceptable.

There's always something wrong there. One time, card payments aren't accepted at the drive-thru, the next time the ice cream machine is broken, etc. It's just annoying...

The manager completely ignores you when you tell me that something is wrong with your order. She just looks away and says she's busy.

We've always been fans of this branch in Halle, but since the beginning of the year, a lot seems to have been going wrong there. Starting with the heating breaking down in the winter, and it wasn't much warmer than outside, and now, for at least two months, the ice cream machine hasn't been working?! So today we went home empty-handed for the third time in a row. On our last two visits, something was always missing, or we received half the order after us. I can't complain about the friendliness, but some employees seem less motivated and have rather forced smiles.

Unfortunately, it took a while until my food arrived: I waited 16 minutes for two burgers

The way you're treated in this restaurant is absolutely abysmal. Things are regularly forgotten in orders, and as soon as you ask the supposed restaurant manager about it, you're just dismissed with a loud noise. Furthermore, you can regularly see and hear her shouting and insulting her employees. The food is regularly cold, and the place itself is incredibly dirty. Why isn't anyone taking action? Something urgently needs to be done about this, both to the staff and to the place itself.

Tidy and clean, the food was worse than usual at Burger King, but still acceptable – which, unfortunately, is something else entirely. When the employees aren't shouting at each other, they're ignoring the four customers or enjoying what's on their smartphones... unacceptably bad.

Orders are constantly wrong, products aren't available (the tortilla-making machine is broken?? Don't even get me started on the ice cream machine). I ordered online for the first time today because I didn't know it was from this branch. After waiting for two hours, the order was updated to one hour for the third time. And you pay a delivery and service fee for that. This store is an absolute disaster.

It was good stable service and clean. It would have been great if you could change your order from take-away to eat-in at the terminal without losing the coupons.

Unfortunately there were only two of the employees. But otherwise great and friendly.

Absolutely bad. We were the only ones there besides a family of 5. Ordered a crispy chicken tortilla and a LARGE king fries. What did we get. Chrispy Chicken Chilli Cheese and small fries. When we asked why we got small fries, the employee said that there were no LARGE packages left and that they had already put more fries in the small bag. Absolutely ridiculous and I paid almost 5 euros for my 5 fries. I don't even want to know how terrible the service is when the store is busy.

I ordered through Lieferando and pre-ordered for 11:45, the food still wasn't there at 12:20 and then it was simply canceled. I have to get to work at 12:50 and can now worry about getting something to eat. Nobody could be reached there by phone. Very poor performance.

Dirty, tables are not cleaned, everything sticks, ice machine is regularly to consistently "broken", hygienic conditions are hopefully only so substandard in the toilets and do not rub off on the kitchen.

My worst BK experience so far! After trying to order three times, the service person watching us explained that the WiFi wasn't working. You could also order directly from her, which is what we did. The worst Burger King I've ever seen, I was the only customer at the drive in, I order two Woppers, a Coke and a 20 nuggets, I only get a burger, no napkins, no wonder there's nothing going on here.

The food was ok - standard Burger King. Ordering almost exclusively on the monitor. At the checkout you were ignored, even when you had questions and when returning the reusable cups... Employees were not interested in direct customer contact.

We are Burger King pioneers and fans. Wherever we are, it is our first destination and my family's favorite destination. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the most contemptible and insignificant treatment, and the reason for this was that I spoke to the employee in English. Bad treatment and unusual food we eat in Denmark. How grateful we are to all Burger King restaurants in Denmark, at all levels. Where treatment, reception and food are. We also regret this experience at this restaurant in Germany. I wouldn't advise anyone not to do it...and I won't do it again.

As far as food goes, you get what you expect. The quality is good. Unfortunately, it usually takes a long time for the food to be ready. If you go in winter you should take a thick jacket with you. It's bad when you order and constantly get wrong or incomplete food. It's annoying because these laypeople neither speak nor understand German sufficiently. The order is no longer displayed in the drive and unfortunately you can only compare the receipt after payment. This branch may be closed. It's no loss, close the mess on the B6! Complaints? Don't understand anything... Enough!

As always, no matter which branch there is no ice cream available because the machine is supposedly broken. Plant castles from the ordered menu are suddenly no longer available, but canceling the menu is no longer possible.... Medium fries from one meal are smaller than the small portion from the children's menu. So all in all a disappointment for a lot of money.

The new Wopper was good except for the bottom part being grilled too much. That's why it tasted like it was burnt. I ate it without further eating, which was good.

The burgers are basically delicious if you didn't have to wait so long for them to get cold again. The staff were friendly but clearly understaffed. The ice cream machine was broken, but that was probably due to the temperatures.

Worst store I've ever entered. Constant problems... either there are no goods or EC payment doesn't work, mc drive is closed... etc. You want to eat two cheeseburgers on site and they are cold, when you asked them to make new ones they were cold again. There are missing ingredients or something like today where the citizens were pushed into the bag, so that everything is crushed and you find the dumped fries under the first burgers. Here, too, my husband had checked above and had to give it back to a citizen because the packaging was soggy and then the rest of the surprise at home. (See photo)
