BURGER KING Deutschland GmbH in Halle (Saale)

I was at the restaurant on a Thursday evening around 9 p.m. Almost half of the regular menu was sold out. Is that normal? The staff was friendly, the food was good and prepared relatively quickly. The place was quite clean. Due to the lack of selection, as mentioned in many other reviews, this was probably my first and last visit here. Sorry... We visited the restaurant again recently. This time, all the dishes were available.

Long waits after ordering, food lukewarm.

It couldn't get any worse! Almost every order was wrong. Then I asked for extra cheese on a burger (with cheese). I didn't get any cheese at all. One burger was forgotten. Everything was cold. AND THE PLACE WAS ALMOST EMPTY! Still, we had to wait 20 minutes. Other customers had similar incidents. Absolutely terrible!

I no longer recommend this restaurant after learning I had to pay a fine for parking my car in their parking lot, just because I had to wait over 30 minutes for your slow employees to prepare my order. Now, 9 days later, I get a letter with a fine for parking my car for over 90 minutes: €44 + the cost of the inconvenience of mailing the letter to me: €8, a total of €52. Is that fair? I mean, I go to a restaurant to eat with my family, and they set a time limit for when I sit down to eat my paid-for hamburger. I've never experienced anything like that before, only at airports. But in a restaurant? I'll pay the damn fine, but you just lost a customer.

Food was delicious 😋 and service was also good

We're very disappointed. It used to be a good branch, but now you can't really go there anymore. A 35-minute wait, and the store was getting busier and busier. People kept coming back to the counter because something was either missing or the wrong thing. Except for one, they speak very poor German. If they say it's takeaway, you get it on a tablet, and if they say it's for eat-in, you get it served in a bag. So, I won't be coming back here anytime soon.

I was only here for ice cream. But there was none. The restrooms are nice, though.

I've been there three days now for Naruto figures. I bought a total of eight children's meals. My order was incomplete twice, the Coke wasn't carbonated three times, and today, July 28, 2025, we felt sick after eating it. Maybe Mr. Wallraff should investigate this branch... Regards.

Friendly and courteous at the Drive Thru

When you notice there's no competition for BK anymore, aside from various technical glitches or the environment, it feels like things are going downhill. The employees are dedicated and are trying to get everything done within a timeframe, but, yes, but the ice cream machine, which has been broken for 1.5 years (it's been removed months ago, and there's certainly no replacement coming), it's time for a competitor to move in.

It's actually a typical Burger King, but you always have to wait a bit. Unfortunately, they also packed the wrong burger. What's not okay is that there was no air conditioning, it was unbearably hot, and you couldn't sit outside because it was full of wasps...

Terrible!! Either the ice cream machine isn't working or something similar!! 1 ridiculously small Bug King burger for 6.50! What a disgrace!

There was a loud argument behind the counter about swapped burgers. When our food was being prepared, we were supposed to receive a burger that we complained about. The staff were overwhelmed and disagreeing. A Central European woman, approximately 50 years old, with dark hair, a ponytail, and a cap, caused a disturbance, lacked a system, and swapped the burgers. When the customer complained about the burger, he was given a new one. The complained burger was passed through all the employees' hands and landed on the cold counter. Then they placed the complained burger on our trays. We were told not to be like that. During the incident, we were sitting directly at the counter and heard everything the employees said and did. The air conditioning wasn't working, and the milkshake machine was broken. Never again from this branch!!!!!!!!!

Yes, better service than before.

Terrible...three families inside, and all completely overwhelmed... I wanted to get ice cream with my daughter...no ice cream there. So it's absolutely not worth going there!!

1. The ice cream machine has been broken for over three weeks. How can that be?! It's 35 degrees Celsius and you want to treat yourself to some delicious ice cream after work? > You've come to the wrong Burger King! 2. You can't call this fast food! We often waited 20 minutes for two meals, the food wasn't warm, and the place wasn't full. On top of that, incorrect orders are often given. 3. Employees swear and are in a bad mood. On top of that, some of them are incredibly unfriendly and impatient. 4. No matter what time of year it is, it's always cold and the air conditioning is fantastic, no matter where you sit, you're sitting on a train.

We stood at the intercom for 15 minutes before deciding to drive up to the window, where we were told to please come in because it was so busy. If we hadn't driven up, we would have probably waited another hour. They could have just communicated over the intercom.

We've always been fans of this branch in Halle, but since the beginning of the year, a lot seems to have been going wrong there. Fourth time here and the ice cream machine is broken every time. I can't stand it anymore and would recommend it to others.

The way you're treated in this restaurant is absolutely abysmal. Things are regularly forgotten in orders, and as soon as you ask the supposed restaurant manager about it, you're just dismissed with a loud noise. Furthermore, you can regularly see and hear her shouting and insulting her employees. The food is regularly cold, and the place itself is incredibly dirty. Why isn't anyone taking action? Something urgently needs to be done about this, both to the staff and to the place itself.

Tidy and clean, the food was worse than usual at Burger King, but still acceptable – which, unfortunately, is something else entirely. When the employees aren't shouting at each other, they're ignoring the four customers or enjoying what's on their smartphones... unacceptably bad.

Bottomless. Save yourself the trip and the time. A few months ago, the entire staff changed, and they can't get anything done anymore. Orders are constantly wrong, products aren't available (the tortilla-making machine is broken?? Don't even get me started on the ice cream machine). I ordered online for the first time today because I didn't know it was from this branch. After waiting for two hours, the order was updated to one hour for the third time. And you pay a delivery and service fee for that. This store is an absolute disaster.

It was good stable service and clean. It would have been great if you could change your order from take-away to eat-in at the terminal without losing the coupons.

Absolutely bad. We were the only ones there besides a family of 5. Ordered a crispy chicken tortilla and a LARGE king fries. What did we get. Chrispy Chicken Chilli Cheese and small fries. When we asked why we got small fries, the employee said that there were no LARGE packages left and that they had already put more fries in the small bag. Absolutely ridiculous and I paid almost 5 euros for my 5 fries. I don't even want to know how terrible the service is when the store is busy.

But there are always 1-2 little things missing like a sauce or fries, although only at peak times. I ordered through Lieferando and pre-ordered for 11:45, the food still wasn't there at 12:20 and then it was simply canceled. I have to get to work at 12:50 and can now worry about getting something to eat. Nobody could be reached there by phone. Very poor performance.

You can't complain about the cleanliness here, but you can complain about the waiting time. How can it be that we had to wait 45 minutes for our food even though the entire store was empty.

Dirty, tables are not cleaned, everything sticks, ice machine is regularly to consistently "broken", hygienic conditions are hopefully only so substandard in the toilets and do not rub off on the kitchen.

Burnt buns, King's Crunchy pepper chicken patty completely dry, long chicken vegan without sauce, wrong nuggets (vegan) and wrong sauce. Oh and the Coke Zero was lukewarm.

Prices went way up and there was no coffee or hot drinks, even though they were advertised as such. Cleanliness was good, staff a bit annoyed, didn't smile for guests, very unfortunate.

My worst BK experience so far! After trying to order three times, the service person watching us explained that the WiFi wasn't working. You could also order directly from her, which is what we did. The food was ok - standard Burger King. Ordering almost exclusively on the monitor. At the checkout you were ignored, even when you had questions and when returning the reusable cups... Employees were not interested in direct customer contact.

We are Burger King pioneers and fans. Wherever we are, it is our first destination and my family's favorite destination. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the most contemptible and insignificant treatment, and the reason for this was that I spoke to the employee in English. Bad treatment and unusual food we eat in Denmark. How grateful we are to all Burger King restaurants in Denmark, at all levels. Where treatment, reception and food are. We also regret this experience at this restaurant in Germany. I wouldn't advise anyone not to do it...and I won't do it again.

As far as food goes, you get what you expect. The quality is good. Unfortunately, it usually takes a long time for the food to be ready. If you go in winter you should take a thick jacket with you. It's bad when you order and constantly get wrong or incomplete food. It's annoying because these laypeople neither speak nor understand German sufficiently. The order is no longer displayed in the drive and unfortunately you can only compare the receipt after payment. This branch may be closed. It's no loss, close the mess on the B6! Complaints? Don't understand anything... Enough!

As always, no matter which branch there is no ice cream available because the machine is supposedly broken. Plant castles from the ordered menu are suddenly no longer available, but canceling the menu is no longer possible.... Medium fries from one meal are smaller than the small portion from the children's menu. So all in all a disappointment for a lot of money.
