Discovered something new today. The TortillaBurger. Super tasty. Tastes better to me than with BurgerBun.

Smiling staff, unfortunately the freshly prepared Whopper was lukewarm and didn't convince me in terms of taste... it lacked something spicy. I think I remember the original better.

Cozy, warm and delicious fast food. This is how all restaurants should be.

Opening hours from 10:00 a.m. and still closed at 10:30 a.m. with no notice on the door.

This branch is repeatedly characterized by absolutely poor service. The staff is hopelessly overwhelmed. The apparent “person in charge of the shift” exudes an unwavering calmness despite the full house. In addition to private telephone conversations at the ice machine, he also impresses with hygienic work clothing. You can say that the torn shirt, which is covered with grease stains and other black residue, creates a trustworthy image. On top of that, the designated “shift manager” also has full trust in his new colleagues, who cannot expect any support from him. All in all, you should think about stopping here again.

Fast and good food, I recommend it!

It's bad when you order and constantly get wrong or incomplete food. It's annoying because these laypeople neither speak nor understand German sufficiently. The order is no longer displayed in the drive and unfortunately you can only compare the receipt after payment. This branch may be closed. It's no loss, close the mess on the B6! Complaints? Don't understand anything... Enough!

As always, no matter which branch there is no ice cream available because the machine is supposedly broken. Plant castles from the ordered menu are suddenly no longer available, but canceling the menu is no longer possible.... Medium fries from one meal are smaller than the small portion from the children's menu. So all in all a disappointment for a lot of money.

This person is not, and I mean absolutely not, a great figurehead. What cashiers sometimes are. In the background we could hear people shouting in the kitchen. Not great for a waiting customer either. Not to mention the two different radio stations that sounded quite loudly from the kitchen and the TV. There was a strong and unpleasant smell of old grease in the store. The conclusion today is that we are distancing ourselves more and more from this branch. But at least today our order was complete straight away. And, it has to be said. The food always tastes good. I think the big problem here is that the checkout staff are rarely in a good mood. But I already described that above.

I'm actually a BurgerKing fan. But unfortunately at this BK, the ice cream machine is often broken, card payment doesn't work, or there are problems at the drive-in. Staff makes an effort. The new Wopper was good except for the bottom part being grilled too much. That's why it tasted like it was burnt. I ate it without further eating, which was good.

Worst store I've ever entered. Constant problems... either there are no goods or EC payment doesn't work, mc drive is closed... etc. You want to eat two cheeseburgers on site and they are cold, when you asked them to make new ones they were cold again. There are missing ingredients or something like today where the citizens were pushed into the bag, so that everything is crushed and you find the dumped fries under the first burgers. Ordered at the terminal at 4:48 p.m. for 3 people (small order) and then about 6 people waited in front of me according to the numbers trackable on the screen. Compared to other fast food chains, there is still room for improvement.

We had dinner there today. It was stuffy and warm in the restaurant. Not everything was ready right away and should be brought to the table. Unfortunately nothing was brought and we only got it when we asked. Many of the employees don't immediately understand what exactly you want. The lighting in the seating areas is very hot so that you can easily hurt yourself. The ordering system could be better as we didn't see anything about toys for the children in their menu. The citizens weren't that good either, we're used to better things in other branches.

I don't know what Team Wallraff & Co. have to complain about, it doesn't apply to this BK at all. A waitress who asks me if I have any questions about the terminal, a refreshing and convincing sentence: "Your order please, thank you for visiting our restaurant and have a nice day." Customer service is something that really impressed me because we're not used to it anymore. A small forgotten sour cream sauce that could not be selected at the terminal was served quickly and without any problems and the tip that the terminal did not have this function was gratefully accepted.

It has happened a total of 5 times that items from our order were missing. Of course this can happen, but the frequency of it is simply annoying. Yesterday we had 4! Item missing. We'll probably always have to check the bag in the future.

Was just in the drive in. Ordered a citizen menu plus a long chicken. The Long Chicken was completely forgotten. Since I trusted the people at Burger King to have everything, of course I only found out when I got home. So I paid for something I didn't get.

They had been standing on the drive since 10 minutes before closing time and with complete ignorance they didn't pay any attention to us. After a long knock and honk they managed to give us information that they had closed early even though 4 people were still clearing away with the argument from the service employee “Sorry, we’re already closed because no one is there anymore” we were able to drive home. We ordered at the drive-thru at 8 p.m. There was only one other customer there besides us. We stood in front of the window and waited for 6 burgers and fries for 15 minutes, so that, naively, without checking, both large portions of fries were missing and the burgers weren't as requested. We ate there today, ordered at the terminal, paid without any problems and waited for the food. The first thing we did was the nuggets were nice and hot but very dark. After biting them off I got a very strange taste in my mouth. The nuggets were so disgusting, slimy and slippery that we didn't have them any further Ate because we thought we were going to throw up... with every bite then the burger, the bread was dry, everything else was mashed together on top. Citizens were all cold, fries were very salty, drinks were non-carbonated and tasted like colored water. The service was very overwhelmed and the boss should hire more people. One control panel worked, all the others were out of order. Wanted to order an ice cream and a citizen after 1/4 hour we left of course without ice cream and a citizen. 😟😤😤😤
