McDonald's in Halle (Saale)

Oh well. McDonald's. Anyone who thinks there is meat on their burger also believes in Santa Claus.

Wrong menu and not complete even though it was on the note. I only noticed it in the car. But I didn't want to drive 20km back again.

Food was lukewarm and was ordered at the drive in via the app

Well, somehow everything used to be better, including McDonald's. The patti on the Hamburger Royal TS was totally dry and lacked a lot of mayonnaise. Really disgusting for the price. The fries also tasted kind of undercooked. Not recommended for the price.

Was there yesterday..Order was quick and tasty, although the Double Hamburger Royal cheese was a bit salty..but otherwise there's nothing to complain about..and the service was friendly too

Today I ordered at the drive-thru using a coupon (2 burgers, nuggets) and didn't receive a receipt. In the parking lot I noticed that a burger was missing, so I quickly went back in with the firm belief that I would receive a quick apology and the second burger I had purchased. Mistakes happen, whatever. It was then directly confrontational and claimed that I had only ordered a burger. Of course I couldn't prove it without a receipt. It has to be said that I had a question about the 2 burgers while ordering, so a misunderstanding can be ruled out. The same employee tells me 2 minutes later that I only ordered one. I am implying a deliberate lie here. I then left. The burger and nuggets were ok, the fries were cold and sticky. It's better to drive a little longer and go to McD near Peissen if you have to go to McD. At least the service is ok there. What is offered at the location and by the employees is an incredible impudence.

The employees are totally overwhelmed. Waiting time 1 hour! Receipts mixed up, just like the orders. Fries cold. And a lot of customers felt the same way as we did. The mood was therefore very tense. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. Yesterday, December 1st, 2024, 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m

We stood in line at MC Drive for 20 minutes and no one took our online order. Then we drove.

Halle Trotha. I drove into the drive-in and was told to “wait for a moment”, after 7 minutes there was still no one answering the phone. Unfortunately the service is getting worse and more unbearable.

Rarely have I had such a bad meal at McDonalds. The burgers and fries were cold, the fries were extremely salty. It doesn't surprise me that McDonald's is currently closing more branches and is struggling with a decline in guests and sales. The food was miserable and the money was too good for it. There are still good McDonald's locations, but this one in Trotha is definitely one of the worst. One can only hope that someone in leadership responsibility will read this and change the situation. Bad bad bad. I'll start the next attempt in 6 months, by then I'll be cured of the stuff. Too bad.

The big Mac and fries are really not good. Fries too hard and Bigmac always covered incorrectly and therefore very dry and one time the meat slices were half smaller (they are already very thin and small)

Clean and easy to find, right next to a gas station

Was there today from 6:45-7:45 p.m. The tables were dirty, I first cleaned the table myself with a damp napkin. We were there with a small dog and were "kicked out" after about an hour because he barked a few times. The guests at the next table were, just like us, outraged by the way the employees treated us and left the restaurant almost at the same time as us. The tone makes the music and in our case today that wasn't a good tone! We will no longer be guests there!

Honestly I have never seen such a friendly mcces many workers were smiling and happy and the food even came less than a minute after we were seated and the food was really good

Repeatedly gives the wrong order to the customer on the MC Drive. The customer probably had someone else's order beforehand. Additional training would be beneficial here. The order is not correct in any way. EC card receipt from the previous customer is included.

Unfortunately not very clean. Tables and tray trolleys are left to their own devices for an extremely long time. I had to wait over 15 minutes for the food at the table, even though it wasn't very full.

Thoroughly reasonable restaurant. But I'm missing the point that makes this pinnacle special for me.

Food was as usual. Unfortunately, the service forgot the food we ordered at the terminal, so we waited half an hour. Feel-good fast food restaurant.

This branch is an absolute disgrace. As a vegetarian, I have now experienced 10 times (not an understatement) that my nuggets are not plant-based, but normal chicken nuggets. Keep it up, I'll never buy anything from you again! It's the same thing every time, you're being played for a fool.

Food was better than in many other branches. Service was OK. The tables could be cleaner.

It was late. Mood of employees dampened. Fries cold. Very tidy and clean.

For Children's Day, not everything is complete instead of caramel sauce twice, just once. Annoying!!

Finally MCDONALD'S again where the German language still works in the service

Waited for almost 15 minutes in the McDrive for free and wasn't served because no one felt responsible for the McDrive... at 10 p.m. while this shop is open until 1... questionable

There were only 2 stars because the Cheesesnakers are simply awesome, but this BigMac is a disgrace. It was busy, but you didn't have to wait long, which is probably the result. The taste was a bit drier... Well, it was an attempt, I'll just stick with the competitor Burger King.

We were there all of a sudden for the first time with my family and the food was very tasty and the staff was very friendly.

The cheeseburgers were cold and smelled funny.

It's a small McDonald's with an outdoor area. There are 2 order machines and the checkout area. You can also be served at the table. It was very busy when we were there but the service was good and tried to fulfill all wishes. The furnishings are more functional than being optimized for creativity/deco.

I've never experienced anything like that anywhere, a long wait first for 2 cups of ice cream even though it wasn't full, then we wanted to take two chicken burgers with us and waited over 30 minutes for our order. When I asked if she could check when the 100 was coming, I got an answer We probably have nothing better to do, in the end we left after 40 minutes without a burger, it's just a good thing that they hadn't been paid for yet

Sunday, around 9:30 a.m., a total of 10 customers in the store and 4 staff: 20 minutes waiting time for two coffees and two small burgers. Fast food is something different.

It's getting more and more outrageous in this restaurant. Once the Big Tasty Bacon came as a vegetarian version with just a dollop of sauce and salad, but on another visit the surprise was missing from the children's Happy Meal. The burger was exchanged without any problems, since we ate there, but things were different with toys because we got them over the drive. Mistakes can happen, we thought, let's try again on the way home. Unfortunately this time the fries were completely unsalted and the children's toys were missing again. That's hard to explain. Since there is no improvement in sight, we will avoid this restaurant in the future.

Personal contact is no longer part of the concept. Only terminal orders are possible. However, people who cannot cope with it are instructed by the staff.

Cashier absolutely rude dirty table I will never order anything here again in my life.

Unfortunately, for the third time in a row, there were only 17 or 18 pieces in a pack of 20 chicken mc nuggets that I ordered. Ordered another one today on April 7th, 2024 at around 6 p.m. and we politely asked at the drive in whether 20 were included. The answer is we only take the goods from the chef 👩‍🍳. Aha, you can make money that way too. It's sad that you have to be so stupid. Just can't get enough of it. Really sad especially when the kids think dad is bringing 20. Shame on you

Ordered online and paid for pickup via app. Apparently there was no order on site. Nobody wanted to take care of it in any way. On the contrary, the employees still seem stupid. Money gone and no food.

On March 24th I placed an order. The food was take away. When we got home we realized something was missing. Unfortunately, the Chicken Caesar for €4.99 was missing from my order. It is very annoying that one of us remained hungry. We won't be ordering food there anymore."

Tables dirty. Toilet for wheelchair users and small children, heating not working, no water from the tap, no changing mats and no paper towels. Nobody reacts to these shortcomings, I don't think anyone here understands German.

The last two times my burger was missing bacon, even though I paid for more bacon. Unfortunately I only saw it at home, but that shouldn't normally happen if you're there at a time when there are hardly any other customers.

It doesn't taste like it used to for a long time. McDonald's in general.

Ich mag dieses McDonald’s am Ortsausgang von Halle Trotha sehr. Über das Essen brauche ich glaube ich hier nicht viel zu sagen, es ist halt ein McDonald’s, da hat jeder seine eigene Meinung dazu. Ich für meinen Teil fahre hier aber über die Jahre meistens Freitag- oder Samstagabend ran, um nach dem Kinobesuch in der Innenstadt noch einen Kaffee zu trinken, bevor ich auf die Autobahn fahre. Umso ärgerlicher, dass seit einigen Monaten, oder man könnte auch sagen in der „Nach-Corona-Zeit“, die Öffnungszeiten auf 23:00 Uhr gekürzt wurden. Keine Chance mehr, nach einem Film in der Abendvorstellung hier noch ein Kaffee zu bekommen. Dies finde ich sehr schade. Ich musste jetzt schon einige Male zu dem gegenüberliegenden Kaufland gehen. Dieses hat bis 0:00 Uhr geöffnet und auch einen akzeptablen Kaffeeautomaten. Das ist aber eigentlich nicht Sinn und Zweck der Sache. Hier sollte die Bürgerkette oder halt der Franchisenehmer unbedingt mal nachsteuern.

Ich hatte heute nach einen Trinkhalm (dort gekaufte Cola) für meine körperlich eingeschränkte Tochter gefragt und habe eine knallharte Antwort bekommen NEIN, die gibt es nur für Milchshakes Finde ich unter aller Sau

Hatte bisher immer super Erfahrungen, eben war ein Burger in der Packung umgekippt, den habe ich gleich erstattet bekommen, also alles super und vor allem super Service 💪

Super Service! Haben mit dem Auto bestellt und habe ein Happy Meal mit 3 kleinen Süßigkeiten Burgern bekommen dazu fanden wir sehr freundlich + wir haben eine kleine Spielzeugkarte bekommen von der Mitarbeitern und durften uns eins aussuchen alles hat gut geschmeckt die Cola ging aber sonst sehr toll und schnell. Ich empfehle es euch weiter, sollte man besuchen wenn man in Halle ist. 🫶😃🤩👍

Es ist und bleibt einfach ein Fast Food Restaurant, wo aber auch die Quali verloren ging und mehr und mehr auf Quantität gegangen wird

Gehe hier regelmäßig mit meiner besseren Hälfte essen. Wir hatten nie Probleme, weil wir Stoßzeiten (zwischen 18-20 Uhr) vermeiden, aber selbst wenn überprüfe ich immer die Bestellung, da immer mal nen Fehler passieren kann. Essen war wie immer lecker und Mitarbeiter wie immer freundlich. Sauber trotz Schnee draußen war es auch. Alles in allem alles tippi toppi! Vielen Dank!

Den Kaffee kannst du vergessen. Verdünnt so kommt es einem vor. Hab seit 33 Jahren noch nie so einen scheusslichen Espresso getrunken!

Der MC Donalds ist ein sehr schöner und Kinderlieber Fastfood laden. Die Tische werden nach jedem Gast gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiter können gut deutsch und sind sehr Nett. Im außenbereich gibt es eine kleine Rutsche und ein Klettergerüst. 👍👍👍

Ich komme ab und zu kurz vor 12.00 Uhr hier vorbei. Da ist es hier oft, sehr ruhig und weniger besucht. Schön, dass man hier von dem Personal gegrüßt wird. Das kenne ich von keinem McDonalds Restaurant. Das Essen bekam ich bisher immer frisch zubereitet.

Jedzenie jak w każdym McDonald's, zamówienie przez automat (wszystkie kupony zadziałały), toaleta czysta, zachowuje otrzymaniem szybko i nie ma się do czego przyczepić :) Może trochę mało miejsc parkingowych, zająłem ostatnie wolne, no ale to była sobota wieczór, to też chyba ruch większy (a mimo to wszystko poszło sprawnie i szybko).

Zwischen Tankstelle und Baumarkt gelegen, verfügt McDonald’s über mehrere gut zugänglichen Parkplätze. Auch hier McDonald’s, mit „klassischem“ Menü. Bestellung erfolgt über Touch Screen. Die Zubereitung ist sehr schnell. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente ist hell und sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Kinder finden Spielmöglichkeiten draußen sehr interessant.

Bestellung angeblich nur noch über die Monitore möglich. Ich hasse dieses infantile Getatsche. Ich möchte auch nicht alle möglichen "Menüs," abwählen müssen, nur um zwei belegte Brötchen zu bekommen. Und nein, ich möchte auch nicht mit Karte zahlen!

Langsam, unfreundlich, null Service

Vielen zu teuer fürs so eine bisschen Pappe mit Geschmack, wobei Geschmack 🤔 einzig diese Chicken Nuggets, die kann man essen, den Rest leider nicht.

Ein MC Donalds wie es ihn überall gibt. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und Bestellung ohne zu murren an der Theke möglich. Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig. Schnelle Abarbeitung der Bestellung

Guter McDonald mit dem üblichen Angebot. Personal freundlich und kein Gemecker bei direkter Bestellung. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Tische teilweise sehr unsauber

Ich kann diese Touch Teile zum bestellen nicht leiden . Das macht den Laden noch unsympathischer als vorher. Die Preisanhebungen finde ich übertrieben. Am schlimmsten sind diese Pappstrohhalme. Die versauen den Geschmack der Getränke.
