Pungent unpleasant smell of stale fat. An impertinence for every guest - disgusting!

There are many McDonald's that are quite restaurant quality. This is definitely NOT one of them. Dirty floors, staff smoking outside, tables full of rubbish... and well, the burgers don't exactly taste like they were freshly prepared either. If possible, avoid.

Unfortunately not good😭Workers very nice but food there was catastrophic!! Everything is too old and the oil hasn't been changed in years!! There were 4 of us and everyone had a stomach ache!!😩 No Go

Please do yourself a favor and don't come here - the fries are raw and the burger is cold

This store is very old — you can only order at the counter, and there are no self-service machines. For fries, they only offer ketchup, while larger McDonald’s have a variety of sauces. I had prepared a picture of the meal I wanted to order and told her I wanted mustard sauce and iced tea. She explained in German that they didn’t have the sauce I wanted and showed me the ketchup. Then, even knowing I couldn’t understand German, she continued speaking German, asking whether I wanted just the burger or the full meal (even though I had shown her a picture of the meal and mentioned iced tea). How could such a stupid woman not have been fired yet? After that, another staff nearby heard me say “iced tea” and repeated to her,(which means the women cannot understand the same word from me) and I finally managed to finish ordering. Then she actually said “oh my god” — I’m not sure if that’s the only English phrase she knows. Honestly, I also wanted to say “oh my god,” shocked by her stupidity and rudeness. Other people’s comments： The lady who works here does not speak English. That is not a problem, the problem is that she makes no effort to understand someone who does not speak German and furthermore she speaks German even when she knows the customer doesn’t.

It was a nice feeling after a long time, I was thrilled, as always a good meal, I had the Big Mac menu plus a classic salad, as always it was perfectly prepared and tasted perfect.

Incredibly dirty shop. Cold burgers that have been lying around for ages, service disorganized (although interesting to see what they're doing), long waiting times despite few customers. This branch should not only be avoided during Oktoberfest.

The McDonald's on Goethestrasse is a great place for a quick meal. The location is very convenient, right near the Goetheplatz subway station, so you can quickly get there by public transport. The restaurant is clean and well organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. What I particularly like is that they have long opening hours - you can enjoy a meal here both early in the morning and late in the evening. As usual, the selection of classic McDonald's dishes is varied and the quality is always good. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and orders are processed quickly, so you don't have to wait long. So if you want something quick to eat, this McDonald's is definitely a recommended option!

sometimes i go to this McDonald's for ice cream, the staff are quite friendly. A big minus for me: there are no terminals for self-ordering. Sometimes i order delivery from this McDonald's, but the last time i received a package with a kind inscription, after that i really want to leave a positive review! I hope in the future to also receive correct orders from this place and the burgers will not be scattered inside the box

I was shocked when I saw the abysmal reviews here. We thought this was the one McDonalds in Munich city which still has the old classic taste of burgers. Apparently they still have an old system of grilling and hence I loved how good the burgers tasted. The bun is also pretty soft. Again I have no idea how the place has such bad reviews. Maybe I am wrong. Honestly though the best McDonald’s burgers I have had in Germany.

Typical McDonalds, with the usual offerings. The ambience of the restaurant on Goetheplatz is getting a bit old. The feel-good factor is correspondingly small. At least...in summer you can sit on the large terrace in front of the restaurant.

Unfortunately, even though you can get there within opening hours, the mcflurry machine and the French fryer are already working.

Honestly, I come pretty often here, but because of this last time, I won't come here again. Burned burger, hart bread, + 3xfried Nuggets, dry as Sahara. Also very uncomfortable staff at this shift. It is super empty at the time I'm writing this review, so they ain't overcrowded, no reason to be THAT BAD.

I went there to get breakfast, there was one person ordering before me and one after me so not a lot of crowd. It took them over 8min to hand me the prepare and already ready pancakes and the sauce cause the personal didn't know how to make the order... To topp is all they forgot my hot chocolate which is concerning considering I ordered only two things To add to it, they didn't have any milk alternatives like thy have in every other mcdonalds, no ordering terminals, no use of the app. The atmosphere was also really shady as the flooring is broken in several parts and just simply nit restored and the tables were all quite dirty

Oh man... Been there again after a long time. Completely run down... in the evening at 7.30 p.m. an annoyed employee at the checkout. Tiled floor big holes... no fries stickers... had to eat ketchup with mayo with my fingers... Urgently needs to be renovated and given a management update.... The burgers I got must have been sitting on the counter for hours. It's absolute disgrace. They give something like that to the homeless for free after work. Bought an MC rib yesterday and had no sauce on the burger. Landed straight in the trash and the chicken nuggets were cold and soggy for at least 30 minutes. It's really a disgrace because everything ended up in the trash Never again

If I could I would give -10 stars, no possibility to choose a menu from the app, no possibility to choose a menu from the menu with corresponding side dishes.. no coupons accepted and unfriendly staff as a side dish. Never experienced this before.

One of the worst McDonald's I've evere been at. I asked a staff member if a burger had some vegetables in it, she kept telling me the there were no extras, I also asked anoter guy and he answered that there were "tomato, lettuce, sause, etc" I then asked to remove the vegetables in the burger and they told me again "no extras"... Obviousely the burger had vegetables inside, I coudn't eat it because I'm alllergic to tomatoes and wen I asked for it to be remade they made another one with vegetables inside. I l'm aware of linguistic differences but, I've ordered in English, which, at my advise, they should know, and the feeling was that the staff knew english in a very superficial matter.I think that this is a big fault because we were in Munich for the Oktoberfest and everywhere else we could have been satisfied.

The unfriendly and dingiest McDonalds I know. If there were zero points for service, I would choose this rating. I've tried it a few times now as I live nearby, but no matter when I went I was served grudgingly. The products were prepared carelessly (Mc Flurry) and this branch doesn't look particularly tidy... I placed my order online and this is not the first time my order got messed up. One of the staff who was an old guy was very rude. Almost nobody from the staff speaks english and apparently B2 German is also not enough, since they ignored almost all of my requests. The second floor has no air conditioning. The food was what I expected. And they put my food in a bag even though I wanted to eat there, and insisted on it a few times.

Never again - we visited McDonalds and it was a nightmare. The woman at the restrooms was yelling at our children, she wanted them to stop using the hand dryer because she was watching TV on her Cellphone! She was complete out of order. Mr. Eugen Besoin, the GM, sent his apologies but apart from that he was not stopping the woman and seemed powerless. My children asked me to never go there again.

The worst McDonald's in all of Germany. The fries look like they were made yesterday. There is no cash register of self-government. The cashier collects an invalid order. At the request not to put ice before the cola, ice was specially put. The order is prepared for a very long time, although there are few customers. App coupons are not accepted.

Now the worst branch ever, if the place smells of feces and urine and ants are running over the napkins, even the branch manager can't smell it, something is wrong. The McDonald's was easy to get to and had enough space to sit, which was particularly convenient.
