Unchanged for 40 years, a McDonalds "from back then", toilets only accessible via stairs, staff super friendly or so bad-tempered that you're afraid of saying the wrong thing (there's no in-between)

Went in 30 before closing, asked for something plain, got laughed at, shouted at for no reason whatsoever, and told to get out. Disgraceful.

The unfriendly and dingiest McDonalds I know. If there were zero points for service, I would choose this rating. I've tried it a few times now as I live nearby, but no matter when I went I was served grudgingly. The products were prepared carelessly (Mc Flurry) and this branch doesn't look particularly tidy... Not recommended!! It's a shame that the owner makes so little effort. Especially with the unfriendly and slow-working staff.

I placed my order online and this is not the first time my order got messed up. Fries and burger were cold and stale, there was a trace of bacon (almost nothing), I also ordered a burger without tomato but I got it inside of a burger. The only thing that wasn't messed up in the order was Coca-Cola and that's just sad

One of the staff who was an old guy was very rude. Almost nobody from the staff speaks english and apparently B2 German is also not enough, since they ignored almost all of my requests. The second floor has no air conditioning. The food was what I expected. And they put my food in a bag even though I wanted to eat there, and insisted on it a few times.

I went in and said I wanted a happy meal and they gave me fries. That didn't even taste good

Never again - we visited McDonalds and it was a nightmare. The woman at the restrooms was yelling at our children, she wanted them to stop using the hand dryer because she was watching TV on her Cellphone! She was complete out of order. Mr. Eugen Besoin, the GM, sent his apologies but apart from that he was not stopping the woman and seemed powerless. My children asked me to never go there again.

If you're wondering why the fries taste so disgusting, it's because the old cold fries are in the bottom and only a few fresh ones are put on top.

The worst McDonald's in all of Germany. The fries look like they were made yesterday. There is no cash register of self-government. The cashier collects an invalid order. At the request not to put ice before the cola, ice was specially put. The order is prepared for a very long time, although there are few customers. App coupons are not accepted.

More than unfriendly staff. Don't understand your own coupons and only after discussion do you get a straw. (Addendum: The fake sauce would also be included)

Now the worst branch ever, if the place smells of feces and urine and ants are running over the napkins, even the branch manager can't smell it, something is wrong. I got the Chrispy and some medium fries after work last night... The Chrispy was ok but rather thrown together in the box... The fries were actually only half full.... And when I asked for ketchup I was told that it costs an extra 50 cents... Oke... Worst McDonald's in Munich.... PS: My service was anything but friendly. No hello or hello... And not a word about the ketchup... Just. Costs 50 extra. Of course I paid because I like fries without anything!?. After that, no goodbye... No nothing😓

Food, prices and waiting time for ordering are OK. Delicious McSet (Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola). The staff is also very good as they are nice and professional. Clean bathroom. Open until late. Minus: crowds and long lines at the checkout. I recommend McSet ;)

Good location, but bad offer: this McD is one of the old ones and the cell phone app including points cannot be used here. There is a lot of rubbish in front of the McD - unfortunately there are a lot of young people here who don't care

A classic McDonald's. Almost retro 😃 Here you have to/can still order your food at the counter, there are no ordering tables. We pay where it is ordered. As before. You almost feel like you've been transported back to the 80s/90s. I think it's really good 😉

Ich war das letzte mal vor 20jahren da. Schockierend wie herunter gekommen es da ist. Der gestank der toilette ist bis zur kasse hoch gestiegen,es wirkt dreckig als man 20jahre lang nicht geputzt.Schade die lagen neben dem kino ist perfekt. Traurig,was aus dem laden geworden ist in dem wir unsere kinder geburtstage gefeiert haben.Ekelhaft,wie soll man da essen?

öfter lange Wartezeiten (besonders während der Wiesn oder am frühen Abend). Bestellung und Ausgabe erfolgt noch nach dem alten System, also ohne Touchscreen, und Kartenzahlung am selben, und Am-Platz-Bringservice. Toiletten im Untergeschoss. Personal machmal etwas genervt.

Bueno un MC Donalds de la comida se puede decir poco la preparación es más bien normal. Ahora el servicio y la atención muy buenas el personal es muy agradable. Al estar cerca del hospital de niños llegó a ser el capricho de momentos muy duros para nosotros. El tema del baño quizás sea lo que menos me gusta y lo de tener que dar propina cada vez, aunque esto último es una práctica común sobre todo si el local de comidas está ubicado en una zona concurrida

Also auf unserem Big Mac Speck war nur ein Speckstreifen drauf. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Diese eine Speckstreifen befand sich nur auf dem oberen Patty. Insgesamt hat dieser eine Speckstreifen auch nicht viel Volumen ausgemacht, so dass es eigentlich im Prinzip keinen Unterschied gemacht hat, ob dieser Speckstreifen sich auf diesem Big Mac befunden hat oder nicht. Ich liebe wirklich diesen Big Mac. Aber dieser Big Mac mit Speck ist wirklich nicht das, worauf man sich eigentlich freut. Ich hätte mindestens 4-5 von diesen Größen an Speckstreifen erwartet. Aber es gab leider nur einen. Darauf würde ich insgesamt eine Bewertung von drei Sternen geben.ich würde zu diesem McDonald’s noch mal hingehen für andere Produkte, aber ich würde mir dieses produktspezifisch nicht noch mal holen. Cheeseburger und Chicken Burger sind immer okay. Aber ich würde mir keine speziellen Burger dort holen.

Das Personal sehr freundlich und die Leitung sympathisch, Bestellung schnell bekommen war selten so zufrieden im MC Donalds wie in dieser Filiale.

Essen ist deutlich schlechter geworden, fast keinen Geschmack. Cola mit seh fiel Wasser.

Insgesamt okay. 1. Stock ist ziemlich warm im Vergleich zu unten. Tische und Stühle könnten sauberer sein. Essen ist wie gewohnt.

Keine Punkte und Coupon-Annahme möglich wenn man die App besitzt da veraltetes System obwohl Sie ein Gerät haben zum einscannen der Nummern.Funktioniert leider nur beim Hbf oder Stachus.

Keine Behinderten Gerechte. Toiletten. Die Stufen dorthin sind viel zu Steil und die Trittfläche zu klein (schmal). Eine echte Fehlkonstruktion!!!!. Wahrscheinlich ist "Ihnen" nach der Fertigstellung aufgefallen das ja noch die WC's fehlen und haben dann sooooo tief gebuddelt wie "Sie" konnten um überhaupt die Toiletten zu haben (LoL). Eigentlich "nicht witzig"!!. Jeder der Probleme beim Gehen hat wird es sich 2oder3mal überlegen ob Er sich das antut. Ich sage nur: "Mount Everest""!!!

Personal freundlich, jedoch im OG fühlt man sich im Sommer wie in der Sauna.

Service ist TipTop. Essen ist immer warm und lecker
