Unfortunately, part of my order was forgotten and was supposed to be brought afterwards. Compared to other branches, this one is noticeably slow.

Perhaps the only branch where you actually need to order at the cashier desk and really know what you want, blast from the past both service and interior-wise. Friendly employees.

I tasted the “der M” it’s great! Very hot! I didn’t like the fries 🍟… way too salty! The place is almost clean, there is still work to be done and the tables cleaned!

They don't accept coupons, the staff was extremely unfriendly, no hello, no goodbye, there's shouting from the kitchen, people talking to colleagues in a different language while you stand there and don't know what's happening.

I ordered 2 simple cheeseburgers and just got a water for €3.99. Even though the supervisor apologized, they refused to give me the money back. If I didn't have to go back to work, there would definitely have been a discussion. I actually get something quick from McDonalds for lunch almost every day because it's quick, but definitely not anymore.

Very slow and unfriendly service. No Yogurth ice cream though, you can currently get it everywhere. When I asked if I could have tap water, they told me 3 women in a bad way that their water wasn't drinkable and blah blah blah. Then they told me I could get the tap water from the toilet myself. When I asked her for a paper cup, she didn't want to give it. They can't even work quickly or clean the drawer, but they think they're better. They couldn't speak German properly. They have no idea about good service. The McFlurry was also the worst I've ever eaten. Never again. I will complain to McDonalds management as almost all recessions are also very bad. When the blonde "boss" yelled at me and I asked her name, she wouldn't give it to me. No name tags on clothing. Incomprehensible I left my phone there to see if they would give it to me, and if not, I would have reported them. At least they gave me the phone back. That's why I gave a few more stars for the service instead of just one

Paid €14 just so that the outside of the burger was dry and hard, I got sparkling water instead of a Sprite and when I asked I was told it was Sprite, one sauce was completely forgotten and the other was wrong and my vegetarian nuggets were REAL 😭💀 NEVER AGAIN !! Honestly, just shut down the juice shop

Unfortunately it closes 1 hour before opening time. Throws food away right in front of your nose - instead of doing anything decent with it.

Rude old women staff,(my two chicken burgers automatically transferred into 2 cheese burger,but the man staff is good.

We went to the McDonalds 30 minutes before closing, yet they refused to serve us fresh food. Instead we were only able to pick one of the leftovers. We were quite disappointed and the leftover burgers were also dry…

I love this McDonald's branch, maybe also because I live near it, but I think the store and the employees are very cool, not your run-of-the-mill Mc's, maybe that bothers a lot of people but I think it's real 🦅

This McDonald's does NOT support the McDonald's app and does not have any terminals for ordering. The queue is 20 meters long even on Sunday at 12:00 at night.

Dirty, rancid and simply disgusting The milkshake I ordered was sour and when I complained about it, I talked to 5 different people who were referred to as the boss by the previous one before the “boss” finally got to me. When I complained to him and wanted my money back he said in the 3 words of German he knows “You milkshake again?”. Absolutely not🤮 Long story short: Didn't get the money back and after a long discussion got a Fanta in exchange Once and never again🤮🤮🤮

Dust-dry burgers that must have been kept warm for ages.

This is the worst chain restaurant I've ever eaten at. There is only one cash register, very slow staff. They gave me the wrong sauce. The receipt was not given and the restaurant itself is in a not very favorable area. The staff are some aggressive employees. I waited 10 minutes for my order. This place cannot be called fast food. There were also no napkins in the order. And the person who got into the queue received an order the same size as mine many times faster

BASIC McDonald store. No digital service, just just order at the counter.

I felt like I was here 150 times on the way home after the party and everything was always perfect. Last time 9 Chicken McNuggets were forgotten. No problem, it can happen - I thought - I'll let you know next time. Well, unfortunately I was disappointed, no accommodation, on the contrary, there was a lot of discussion. OK, that's it. The staff was very busy with themselves. Mood wasn't good. We didn't get anything out of it when we ordered, but before and after the staff complained to each other. We were there at lunchtime. The tables were dirty and sticky. The dirt had been there for a long time. A damp cloth was not enough to remove the dirt.

The employees are all foreigners and are too stupid to make a proper order

Standard McDonald’s im Herzen von München. Das Essen ist so wie man es von McDonald’s erwartet. Das Lokal könnte schöner eingerichtet sein, weshalb ich empfehle das Essen einfach mit zu nehmen. Bestellung und Zubereitung ging schnell und verlief reibungslos. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Also wenn dieser Cheeseburger nicht mindestens eine halbe Stunde schon unter der Wärmebrücke lag,dann fress ich einen Besen…. Das Brot war vollkommen trocken,der Käse ebenfalls und der Rand war steinhart.Ungenießbar und leider hat das nichts mehr mit einem frischen Cheeseburger zu tun gehabt! Ich würde mich schämen,sowas an einem Kunden zu verkaufen aber Personal und Qualität ist seit Corona leider nicht mehr vorhanden!!!

The first two times, I had accompanied a friend there for take-aways. We were treated fairly nicely by the cashiers especially one of them being extra nice and kind which was really welcoming. Then the third time I came there, this time alone to eat there. There was this South Asian cashier who was very rude and negligent to me. I honestly I'm not sure what had happened with her that day because the experience was very ugly. The moment I stepped food into the McDonald's and our eyes met she gave me a very blatant nasty look which took me aback because I expected a welcoming atmosphere from my previous experience with my friend. The look she had given me was the one where it was like she was insulting and mocking me in her head. But of course i ignored that and proceeded to order; and when got my food and finished, I went to ask her some questions like where i could put the tray or something like that (cus it was my first time eating at McDonald's in like years) and she IGNORED ME like I wasn't standing right in front of her asking a question. I went on to ask her again in which she responded by pointing at the spot rudely. I ignored that again and moved on to leave only to get home to find out she hadn't given me full change. SHE FREAKING STOLE MY €3!! So with that horrible service she topped it off by stealing my money... and I had gone there to clear my head only to get that experience I'm not sure if it's because of my race(which i think that's the reason) I was treated that way being that she was normal to other customers.

I don't know if this is systemic in Germany or not, but a chocolate sundae seems to often get interpreted as a vanilla sundae with chololate sauce. I asked the staff, pointing to a picture, but my German is bad and her English seemed non-existant. She was not exactly thrilled to correct the mistake. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Oreos McFlurry was good. 4 stars for now until I revisit.

Vom Kellner geschubst und angeschrien, Burger war aber ok. Keine Strohhalme oder Eis.

Essen wie in jedem MC, aber das Personal wirkte unerfahren. Es war sehr warm dort und die Ausstattung war recht in die Jahre gekommen.

Nimmt nich am App Programm teil, Personal spricht schlecht Deutsch, unfreundlich des Grauens

Die Eismaschine ist immer kaputt, das Personal stets unmotiviert und es hängt fast immer komisch stinkendes Klientel rum, welches aber anscheinend nichts konsumiert

Mitarbeiter und Service sehr schlecht und unfreundlich, die Toiletten sind auch sehr schmutzig… die Tische zum Sitzen sind halbwegs sauber und das Essen durchschnittlich, lieber zu einem anderen Mcdonald’s!

Freundliches und bemühtes Personal, Essen OK, könnte entweder frischer oder/ und heißer sein. Kleines Restaurant und sehr eng. Für er ihnen schnellen Imbiss in Ordnung.

Велика черга, дуже повільне обслуговування, не працював кондиціонер і було не комфортно знаходитись там. Мале приміщення і духота. Туалет брудний. Пробили нам не те що ми замовляли (дві лишніх великих коли , ще й була тепла!) Чізбургери і нагетси були холодні, картопля не смачна і м'яка. Не рекомендую цей заклад .

i like this mcdonalds and it is very close to the university so good for a quick bite. their pommes is always fresh and the sitting area is usually clean. the coworkers are nice and friendly

Wir hatten uns bei den heissen Temperaturen sooo sehr auf ein cremiges McDonalds Eis am Abend gefreut. Was haben wir bekommen? Ein nach Milch aussehendes, nach nichts schmeckendes Wassereis. Seit wann streckt McDonalds sein Eis mit Wasser? Wir konnten es nicht mal aufessen, weil es einfach gar nicht geschmeckt hat! Absolut enttäuschend! :(

Very rude staff, seating areas are always closed off, staff REFUSES often to take orders that aren’t “big enough” or they say they won’t make new fries and your only option are the potato wedges from an hour ago

Wenig Platz, dreckige Tische und kein Mitarbeiter der sich um den Müll kümmert der sich auf den Tischen gestapelt hat. Die Mitarbeiterin sehr gestresst. Die Burger sehr lieblos in die Verpackung geschmissen wobei die hälfte raus gefallen ist. Pommes waren warm.

The place is terrible, but I understand, they seem pretty understaffed.

My review is not for this specific branch but McD altogether. Why don't they have any vegetarian options?? Take cues from bother king! They have veg alternative for almost everything!

Kassalla palvellut henkilö ei ollut ystävällinen eikä edes yrittänyt ymmärtää englantia. Hän myös puhui todella hiljaa enkä ole varma mitä kieltä se oli. Saimme tilauksesta noin ⅓ ja vaikka maksoimme myös sen verran olisi ollut kiva saada loputkin ruuista. Ruoka oli keskivertoa.

Super Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn du mal nicht weiter weißt mit der Mcdonals App. Super sauber drinnen und draußen. Macht weiter so.

Vorsicht. Nimmt nicht am McDonald Punkteprogramm teil. Keine richtige McDonald Filiale. Wir sind extra einen Umweg gelaufen und haben dann festgestellt, dass wir hier mit unserer App nicht bestellen können. Service ist freundlich, aber das war schon weg enttäuschend.
