Since renovation unfortunately no toilet there

If the store would accept coupons (according to the app, they do), I'd eat there more often. So I just walk right back out of the store.

No toilet, no number, no help... ... Come on, let someone help you.

The McDonald's on Augustenstraße is solid, but rather average. The food is okay as usual, but orders are now only placed via monitors or touchscreens. It's often a bit crowded and there's limited space, but the customers are more pleasant than at some other branches. It's fine for a quick snack, but it's not exactly cozy.

Very disappointing! Two of our nine Chicken McNuggets were missing, and the sweet and sour dip we ordered was simply replaced with curry. We also had a small cheeseburger and fries – a total of almost €17. For that price, I expect the order to be correct and complete. A complete disappointment – ​​definitely never again for us!

The staff is very unfriendly and needs to be replaced immediately. Customers are sometimes shouted at and treated badly. Many products are unavailable. The store smells absolutely disgusting and doesn't give a clean impression. Avoid at all costs!

McDonald's was remodeled and finally started serving breakfast after reopening. I went there today at 10:00 AM and found out they'd no longer be serving breakfast. I have no idea what kind of lost soul starts their day at 10:00 AM with a Big Mac, etc.

WHAT THE? What did you do with this cozy restaurant? Yes, everything was a bit older, but at least it still had some of that old McDonald's charm, warm and cozy. And - there were restrooms! Since the renovation - capitalism at its peak. Ordering is only possible via terminals, unless you find an employee at the checkout window who takes pity on you. Everything is gray and angular, looking like a shell of a building. No more open counter or kitchen, just a single window through which orders are passed. No more hellos and goodbyes, everything anonymous. Is that supposed to be the future? Well, good night then. And I feel the most sorry for the employees who have to sit in this gray box without any daylight all day. I will never go to this store again and will go to the one at Nordbad instead, hoping that it doesn't get modernized soon too. Simply sad!

Staff treated me so badly never go there

There are simply no toilets and no possibility to wash hands here - unhygienic!

It's going to be a total mess after the renovation. There's no restroom, very few seats, and the space is very cramped. They only serve the basic menu, everything's new. The M, a special offer, doesn't exist at all. When we want to buy something cheap from the app, it's simply not possible. It's impossible to give a good review.

I went at 1:00 pm to buy a meal for me and my friend. When I went, I waited a long time. When I got the food and left, I arrived home and found that the mayonnaise was missing and the fries were very cold.

The place has been renovated quite a bit, and the ordering process is improved, but even more anonymous, and the ice cream portions have become smaller. Unfortunately, seasonal offers/events, like the mango ice cream, are no longer available.

This is the first time I've seen a McDonald's without a restroom. Even though we ordered at the counter, our food arrived cold. The thin lady with the tattoos on her arm treated us very badly. Even though we ordered two separate dishes for two people, they brought everything on a single tray, stacked like a pyramid. When we asked for a second tray, she cursed and yelled at us.

I ordered a Dribel burger. It was actually just a double. I politely indicated it, but at first they didn't understand. And then a third petticoat was carelessly placed on the salad. The worst McDonalds I've been to in my life. There were uncleared trays everywhere, and the employees moved so ostentatiously slowly that their unwillingness to serve the customers was obvious. Unfortunately the food was also accordingly. The Royal TS had been kept warm for so long that the cheese could only be seen as a semi-transparent layer on the meat. “It can happen sometimes,” I thought to myself and asked for a freshly prepared copy. While I had previously received a freshly prepared sample with a noticeably fresh slice on steaming fresh meat at every McDonald's branch after a complaint, here I received - after a few minutes of waiting - a burger that was obviously at least as old as the first one. My request to refund the purchase price was only granted after some resistance and demonstrative disapproval.

Worst Mc in Munich, food has probably been on display for hours, cheese on the cheeburger is totally dried out and the food is totally cold, tastes totally old. Totally annoying. The wrap had 2 huge pieces of cucumber in it measuring 3cm. Unbelievable, what was going wrong?

It is always a celebration to dine in the Golden Seagull Restaurant.

Unfortunately there is no Peking Duck and you are not allowed to shower in the toilet after the Oktoberfest. Otherwise friendly staff and the usual food. No table reservation necessary.

Been here with a stroller and 2 children. Not too busy. But the one step at the entrance and the 2cm door step when the door opens outwards are stupid. Nice staff and it was clean.

It's close to the library of TUM so I eat there when I study and its no worse than a typical McDonald's

This McDonald's is just a McDonald's, there's not much to say. You can't order by cell phone here, and there's no table service either. Everything else is fine so far. However, there is a lot going on in the evenings, so plan your time accordingly.

Food has always been cold. Never experienced it being “freshly” made. Yes, you can't expect much from Mecces, but there are definitely better branches there. This one is also dirty and sticky.

Prices are higher than in comparison with other McDonalds, and the system often doesn't work on site and then the employees want to charge you the normal price without a price.

Staff replied aggressively for no apparent reason when I was placing the order and even raised their voice, general unfriendliness, squalid venue (let alone the restroom). No automatic self-checkout machines. If you want to grab some McDonald's in Munich, I would rather recommend the stores in Marienplatz and central station

The worst Macdonalds I've ever been to. It's run by an Indian or Pakistani guy and I'm not a racist...what I want to say is that I've experienced MUCH better MACS throughout my travels in Asia. It was so trashy. Dry burger, oily fries. The drink was normal as was the ice in it...that's about it.

I ordered 2 simple cheeseburgers and just got a water for €3.99. Even though the supervisor apologized, they refused to give me the money back. If I didn't have to go back to work, there would definitely have been a discussion. Very slow and unfriendly service. No Yogurth ice cream though, you can currently get it everywhere. When I asked if I could have tap water, they told me 3 women in a bad way that their water wasn't drinkable and blah blah blah. Then they told me I could get the tap water from the toilet myself. When I asked her for a paper cup, she didn't want to give it. They can't even work quickly or clean the drawer, but they think they're better. They couldn't speak German properly.
