Kentucky Fried Chicken in München

It pains mo to give 2 stars to KFC but this this is the worst experience I had in KFC by far! Chicken thigh drenched in oil and not fully cooked, chicken nuggets dry and cold and the sitting there wasn't fun too, very amature.

Extremely unfriendly staff The food is cold

food was alright, pretty bad compared to other kfc's and the personal was so unfriendly and the service took way too long. Waited 40 mins while others waited 10 for a smaller order. They didn't have any system for completing the orders and only after complaining multiple times i got my food.

As usual, the KFC area provided food that was good enough, and the service was fast. Honestly, compared to other KFC locations mostly around stations that are usually not clean enough, this one was clean and nice. I mostly liked it because I expected a typical experience, but it was interesting to find it so well-maintained. The taste of the food was good, and the crispy chicken lived up to my expectations. The staff was friendly and made sure that everything was organized.

The food was not good at all. It was not crispy as the advertising said but was instead as if the food had been in a heatingplace for multiple hours. Neither the chicken or fries was fresh.

Very disappointing, food comes WAY too late. Lieferando doesn't help, employees don't help, even better, they don't answer my call and hang up in my face on the first phone call when I ask when the food is coming. I'm absolutely dissatisfied, there's definitely another way. Will NEVER order here again, terrible experience.

We ordered from uber eats and the order arrived missing. No customer service is understood either from the app or from the store we did not get a clue.

I paid in cash, but the owner gave me the wrong change and when he gave me food, I just sighed and didn't leave. It's not good.

The coleslaw tasted great. But the chicken weren't freshly cooked, it wasn't even hot and the mashed potatoes tasted liked flour. The toilet rooms felt like it was a cellar in an abandoned building.

Food was allegedly left on the main street 50 meters away from our house. There was no food in sight. Impossible! I want my money back!!!

Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience – hygienically unacceptable! On the evening of April 17, 2025, I was eating with someone at the KFC when a homeless man with a visible stomach and crutches entered the restaurant and specifically approached customers to beg for food. What was particularly frightening was that he simply reached into our chicken bucket without permission - even though we had already politely refused him. Not only was it extremely unhygienic, it also spoiled our entire appetite. He had previously “begged” food from our neighboring tables. It is absolutely incomprehensible why the staff did not intervene here. A visit to a restaurant should be a safe and pleasant place for guests - an incident like this should not happen and should have been stopped immediately. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures a safe and clean environment in the restaurant in the future. In any case, I can't and don't want to eat there anymore.

As an American tourist, I appreciate the kiosks and the staff calling out numbers in German and English. I visited during peak hours and could see the pile of chicken sandwiches that orders were being taken from which was a little worrying. Got kind of sick the night after.

Terrible shop. The food was cold and soggy, but the drinks were warm and non-carbonated. People beg you at the kiosk and you have to wait a long time because the delivery drivers line up and get priority.

Horrible. They gace me food I did not order which triggered my food allergy. They told me it's not their fault themselves but the fault of the person that gave me the food. And the person that gave me that food said it's the fault of KFC and not his. Currently in a real issue here an mailing everyday to resolve this. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The meal went like this. The "restaurant" was dirty, the tables were stuck (like the floor) The staff was overwhelmed and you could say rude. The tray or bag was thrown halfway onto the counter. Ok, there was a lot going on, but that doesn't have to be the case.

My order took forever. The staff was very unfriendly. The butter for my corn on the cob was missing because the unfriendly waitress didn't want to go to the warehouse. When I pointed out my order, I was accosted. Then my burger was cold. I got one that was a little warmer, but it was just bland too. There was rubbish everywhere at the tables next to us. You're forced to order at the kiosk. Is KFC tired of it? And does a bucket look like this? And the quality of the meat has declined significantly... KFC used to be my favorite... never again....

The food was hot and fresh and inexpensive. I had eaten the food in the US and here it is better and tastier.

I just stick to the facts and consciously don't get emotional. Unfortunately my KFC experience was very bad. The meat is still very pink, the fries are lukewarm and the extra fries with sauce... see attached pictures. What is shown when ordering and what does it look like in reality? Last but not least, the toilet could only be used if you opened the door first with 50 cents. I'm sorry, but unfortunately I can never come back...

Cool KFC in the center of Munich

This food in Germany is horrible. The service, well, there are places with better service. I say this is a regular place.

Unfortunately I have to take back my review for service because I was in the branch yesterday with the employee Farid, a very unfriendly one, maybe he's not normal, he's just bad with guests. He's looking for arguments with guests, he's ruining the whole image of KFC. I really enjoyed coming to you, but that was the last time, the guy belongs in the psyc., and not in a restaurant, I am very disappointed, I will never visit KfC again. I don't know who the manager is but he doesn't do anything for the branch and the well-being of this branch for the guests. I would like to personally address the KFC bosses, they should change something in this branch otherwise they will only lose guests. It's not my style to complain but it should be reported.

I've been meaning to try KFC for a long time... as a chicken fan, that seemed ideal to me, after all, they don't do anything else. So I was looking forward to hot, juicy pieces of chicken, a “secret” special seasoning and absolutely professional handling of poultry. So much for the theory. What I actually got had absolutely nothing to do with my expectations, not even remotely! The note "May contain traces of chicken meat" was missing for me - I received a box with greasy crisp breading, which, with a lot of imagination, contained a few lukewarm and bone-dry chicken meat components. Only the fries were fresh, hot and good - but that's not why I go to KFC, I can get them on every corner. So either KFC simply can't do it (at least the place at Munich main station), or they simply don't want to - which is probably also true when it comes to the cleanliness of the table area. So I fell in the classic way, but gained an experience! I recommend the shop to do an internship in the Vienna Woods, they can do Hendl - and I'll go there again next time!

I generally like KFC, but this branch didn't convince me. The atmosphere was somehow unpleasant. The hot wings were okay, the burger was average - I've had better at KFC. Unfortunately the fries were cold, dry and barely salted - really disappointing. And the toilet was an absolute no-go! You have to go down stairs to the waiter and the lights keep going on and off - it was like a horror movie. Something should be done urgently.

I arrived at 12:00 a.m. It says online that it's open until 1:00 a.m. and because the boss didn't want to continue working, he kicked me out even though other customers had orders. It's a shame... but no thanks, never again. We had a very manageable order of 5 things, 2 of which were missing. You don't need to expect something like "sorry" there, instead we were assumed that we hadn't ordered ketchup. But I was able to prove it with my receipt. Still not a word of apology. But later we noticed that the toys in the kids box were also completely missing. Then we refrained from bringing it up. Unsympathetic, listless, incompetent and everything is missing!

Not recommended, the floor inside sticks, it's dirty and smells unpleasant. When you want to go back to the car, there are a whole row of KFC delivery drivers outside in the second row who, even when asked, won't move their cars so that you can get out of the parking space yourself. I visited this store several times. I usually get the bucket of wings. I noticed that on Tuesdays when the price is on sale, the wings are hot and come out at that time. I have no complaints about the quality, except once they were cold and hard. (It wasn't Tuesday). The staff is friendly and helpful. All good. Nobody is perfect. Next Tuesday and every Tuesday, I'll be here!

I dont really understant. Do kfc have a standart or its depend on worker mode? I bought 2 same hamburger in same time. One of them had just 1 small chicken other had 2 big? Wtf? I think they don't know math's because I bought chicken wings already 3 times, and on the description comes that it have 11 wing's but every time I buy I get only 10 and yesterday 9 idk why I'm paying for 11 if I'm not getting 11, and I was hurry l really needed to go but this have to end because I can't pay for something I'm not getting. Turns my doctor's visits in Munich city center into a little celebration. I've never had old or untasty dishes. For at least 15 years. And if I can't find my way around the menus anymore, I'll always kindly ask for more. For a place with so many disposable dishes, it's very tidy. There is never anything on or under the tables. Bravo

At least I always thought they prepared very good food. However, if it doesn't work and you're completely ripped off from start to finish, it's difficult to evaluate it. And whoever is allowed to answer the phone in this store to deal with such problems should consider delegating the whole thing to someone who won't scare away customers. I won't be ordering from here again in the future, it's a shame.

I came at 10.00 and ordered on the big tablet only got yelled by the personal that they open at 10.30 and I should have read the small sign on the door. Rude and inconsiderate. I am not saying costumers are king or always right but it’s not necessary to humiliate for minor mistakes. As I myself work in a field where I have to deal with people, but even if they’re wrong you I would not yell at them in humiliating way. How could such people work in that field seriously? It’s even below minimum bar. Very unpleasant.

I would like to share my extremely disappointing experience with this KFC branch. 1. Incomplete order: My order was not delivered completely. Parts of the order were missing even though I paid for everything. 2. Unprofessional behavior: When I contacted the branch by phone, I was rudely told that this was “not their problem” and that they “had nothing to do with it.” The employee refused to offer a solution and simply hung up. 3. Lack of responsibility: Instead of correcting the mistake or at least showing understanding, responsibility was shifted to others. The behavior of the employees was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. I expect more professionalism and customer focus from a brand like KFC. This experience severely damaged my trust in this branch and the brand. I hope that such incidents are taken seriously and the branch reconsiders its behavior.

An employee repeatedly stole food from both of my orders. I called but the man who answered the phone denied it and just hung up.

I ordered two buckets of takeaway, but only one was delivered. Finally, when I called, the clerk was like a neighing horse. His attitude was very negative and vague. He even hung up the phone without responding and refused to come to eat. I even suspected that the clerk stole my meal, and the whole family was bustling.

The restaurant overall was very dirty. The guests also do their part, but if the staff just walks past and ignores the dirty tables, that needs to be addressed. It only takes a few seconds to give it a quick wipe with a damp cloth. It almost feels like you have to do it yourself, but you don't get the wet KFC wipes to go with your order or unhindered access to the toilets.

Short walk from Karlplatz subway. Fast service and loads of seats available. Staff members are friendly and the restaurant is clean. It is fairly packed but should be able to get seats for large families as well. Children friendly and area is large enough to accomodate prams / strollers. Easy to order from self-order kiosks using credit cards. Wanna visit the toilet? Flash your receipt to exchange for a token from the staff to access the toilets a floor below. Will come here again if I have a craving for KFC.

I love KFC food but I feel like it's getting tinier and more expensive every year. The ordering went quick. The toilet was rather creepy.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Ordering is very chaotic. Staff are unfriendly. Water we paid €3.49 for came in paper cups… and it was sparkling water despite ordering still water. KFC itself is quite dirty, tissues all over the floor. When food was ready, had no idea until we went up and checked. We were desperate for food so had no choice. I would recommend AGAINST going to this KFC

I love fried chicken, but I found this to be the worst fried chicken I have ever had in my life. I waited ~20 minutes for the food after ordering. I found the food to be visually unappealing, bland in taste, and lukewarm/cold.
