I came to the KFC with the biggest hangover and hoping to counteract my hangover, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with this branch, the bread of the burger was incredibly dry, the Chilli Cheese fries are just Chilli Konkarne on fries, I prefer KFC I have never been so disappointed with a meal, why with you today.

Not bad, that's good enough. I ate it with rice at home. But, it makes me really miss Indonesian KFC 😭 It's really good.

Ordered a bits and bites meal on Uber eats, it came and was missing 1 burger. When we called and tried to tell them it was missing the “chef” got really angry saying he made it and he knows it’s not missing. Clearly it is I wouldn’t just make it up, I took photos when we opened it up. The guy was super irritated about it over the phone and hung up on us.

Food is delicious, just KFC. Since most of the employees are Mexican or Indian, language barriers may arise. Toilets cost money. Regarding ambience, the store is located on Bayerstrasse, a homeless stronghold. That's why sometimes even homeless people come into the store to help you, and it's often not particularly clean

We visit this store often. They serve food super fast, but sometimes they make mistakes, for example, miss the drinks. The kid's menu is too salty, much saltier than normal food. And the drink is less than described. The door is not buggy friendly. But in the entire fast food industry in Munich, this restaurant is still good, at least it is fast enough.

Terrible service, they didn't bring what we ordered. They didn’t bring a toy to the child. The food is not tasty.

Worst KFC ever, avoid. We could see all of the food sitting in lukewarm storage, waiting for the next unsuspecting customer to be scammed, as we ate our disgusting stale chicken. Even the Pepsi had been left out to sit, so long that it had become lukewarm by the time it was foisted upon us. Obviously a symptom of extremely lazy management and non-existent quality control by staff, I’m shocked that a chain such as KFC has allowed this rot to fester. Disgraceful and vile. 1 star.

it was my first ever time at a kfc. i do NOT recommend this place, for some reason i needed a special key to go to the toilet and i almost fell down bc the floors were so slippery. the smell was also awful I couldnt breathe then when I went back up to eat there were 4 huge disgusting mosquitos above me like I was so disappointed.. the people who worked there only knew like 1% of the English language like it was so awful, i had to ask more than 5 times so they could underatand what im saying when I only needed some tissues lol 2/10

I've been to many KFCs throughout Europe, but in this one it's the only one where I can't refill the drink you have to pay, if it's a chain it's right that it's the same for everyone.

The KFC at Stachus is the antithesis personified. The famous hot wings there are flawless, the meat is always perfectly juicy, the breading crispy; The freshness of the hotwings is particularly impressive when there is a lot of demand. Thank God we didn't eat anything there! We watched from above as an employee "cleaned" the outside seating and tables with a broom that had previously been used on the floor. This is worse KFC I ever tried. The chicken breast and legs were disgusting. The breading was soft rather than crispy. The fries were soft and cold, as if they had been sitting on the counter for days. In the menus for 4 persons ( 62€) only Pepsi and ketchup was good... If Harland David Sanders can try his branded food in this branch, he would definitely shot himself. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!

You cannot order from the staff, only at the electronic terminal. If you as a paying customer want to use the toilets you have to pay €1 and then the access door to the stairs for the toilets in the basement opens. Alternatively, you queue for ages to go to the toilet and justify yourself to the staff for using the toilet and get a chip to open the toilet access door. It's better not to go to the toilet urgently. I will avoid this KFC in the future.

First time at this store. I came in at 2 in the afternoon and ordered through the electronic board, without having to go to the cashier. It is incredibly easy to use and it also pulls up the deals of the day. I ate spicy wings from the third offering. They were fluffy and warm as they should be. The meat was juicy and the crust was crispy and tasty. The only thing I didn't like was the Pepsi max. It tasted very sweet and had no gas at all. (Maybe it's just the setup here and it just seems different to other stores around the world. All in all, I'll definitely be back to try more. Good appetite!

I ordered a chicken wings bucket for 20 euros through wolt, and got small wings with its feathers staying intact even after deep frying. Very disappointed with the order. I couldn't complete the bucket, due to this.

Where to begin? The bun in the burger I ordered was dry and seemed like it was prepared hours ago. The chicken patty is probably the worst I’ve had.. cold, boring and extreme uninteresting. The chicken crips were soft and cold. We were missing half of our items we ordered.. the chicken original piece was one big piece of unidentified meat, very greasy almost nasty. One of the most poorly managed KFCs I have ever experienced. Because a burger wasn't made the way it was ordered, the burger was given an old receipt. When the manager asked, they played stupid and accused the customer of lying and cheating. And that only because the customer came from abroad. Simply levelless. In my opinion, such staff should be fired and management should definitely be replaced.

They so conveniently forget to fulfill all of your order in takeaway, so it is theft. I recommend you to check it before you pick it up, often the answer is we don’t have mashed potatoes, or this or that, but they won’t put a substitute or give you back your money until you ask. They hope you don’t notice the theft, second time I realized this I had to start a fight to get what I paid for, which is really a bad experience. Customers don’t need to go through this.

Toilets are a mess, with blue lights in each stall and nonexistent cleaning. Go to Karlsplatz train station for toilet after your meal. But definitely visit the toilet here for an amazing life changing experience. Chicken was OK, had better KFC chicken before...

It should have been a warning to me that the store was almost empty, in the evening and after renovations. It used to be super crowded here! What's wrong with KFC, what have they done to the food?!? A yellowish burger bun, totally tasteless and dry. The typical breading was completely missing, the rest was old, hard and dry. Probably kept warm forever. Instead of a slice of cheese, there was some kind of cheese sauce on it. No trace of the previous fillet burger. The chicken part was also without breading and smelled strange. Fries and cole slaw were as usual. That was the last time KFC 🤢

I can say that this is a nice snack with Fast Food dishes and a side salad. Especially the children's menu is extraordinarily beautiful and delicious, I eat the zinger menu for myself all the time and I loved it, it was so delicious.
