Kentucky Fried Chicken in München

Turns my doctor's visits in Munich city center into a little celebration. I've never had old or untasty dishes. For at least 15 years. And if I can't find my way around the menus anymore, I'll always kindly ask for more. For a place with so many disposable dishes, it's very tidy. There is never anything on or under the tables. Bravo

At least I always thought they prepared very good food. However, if it doesn't work and you're completely ripped off from start to finish, it's difficult to evaluate it. And whoever is allowed to answer the phone in this store to deal with such problems should consider delegating the whole thing to someone who won't scare away customers. I won't be ordering from here again in the future, it's a shame.

Toilets are not allowed to be entered, cleanliness is non-existent, next time Burger King

I ordered Sprite, they put cola in it, I ordered ketchup, I didn't put anything in it :))

The food is bad, you have to pay one euro to enter the bathroom, they even charge you for the dressings, in short they charge you from the moment you enter until you leave, very bad and the food is horrible.

I came at 10.00 and ordered on the big tablet only got yelled by the personal that they open at 10.30 and I should have read the small sign on the door. Rude and inconsiderate. I am not saying costumers are king or always right but it’s not necessary to humiliate for minor mistakes. As I myself work in a field where I have to deal with people, but even if they’re wrong you I would not yell at them in humiliating way. How could such people work in that field seriously? It’s even below minimum bar. Very unpleasant.

I would like to share my extremely disappointing experience with this KFC branch. 1. Incomplete order: My order was not delivered completely. Parts of the order were missing even though I paid for everything. 2. Unprofessional behavior: When I contacted the branch by phone, I was rudely told that this was “not their problem” and that they “had nothing to do with it.” The employee refused to offer a solution and simply hung up. 3. Lack of responsibility: Instead of correcting the mistake or at least showing understanding, responsibility was shifted to others. The behavior of the employees was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. I expect more professionalism and customer focus from a brand like KFC. This experience severely damaged my trust in this branch and the brand. I hope that such incidents are taken seriously and the branch reconsiders its behavior.

The restaurant overall was very dirty. The guests also do their part, but if the staff just walks past and ignores the dirty tables, that needs to be addressed. It only takes a few seconds to give it a quick wipe with a damp cloth. It almost feels like you have to do it yourself, but you don't get the wet KFC wipes to go with your order or unhindered access to the toilets.

We ordered two wings buckets, they only delivered one. And refuse to get us refund

An employee repeatedly stole food from both of my orders. I called but the man who answered the phone denied it and just hung up.

I ordered two buckets of takeaway, but only one was delivered. Finally, when I called, the clerk was like a neighing horse. His attitude was very negative and vague. He even hung up the phone without responding and refused to come to eat. I even suspected that the clerk stole my meal, and the whole family was bustling.

The restaurant has now improved!!

This is the worst fast food restaurant in Europe. The staff is unfriendly and the food comes out very slowly. After dialing number 1359 and waiting for an hour to ask for a refund, they only gave me food. I called the staff several times, but there was no response. What was even worse was that two of the fries were missing. A place I never want to go again

Short walk from Karlplatz subway. Fast service and loads of seats available. Staff members are friendly and the restaurant is clean. It is fairly packed but should be able to get seats for large families as well. Children friendly and area is large enough to accomodate prams / strollers. Easy to order from self-order kiosks using credit cards. Wanna visit the toilet? Flash your receipt to exchange for a token from the staff to access the toilets a floor below. Will come here again if I have a craving for KFC.

McDonald's is a thousand times better. Burger flaky Fries are better juicier at McDonalds.

This store is a bit disrespectful in terms of the consideration for our female fellow citizens, who in this store don't even have the opportunity to use a toilet without having to go to the disabled toilet.

😵‍💫Never again. Thanks to the KFC I ended up in the hospital 1 week later because I had such severe stomach pain. Thanks to a few tests at the KKH, it turned out to be caphylobacto. A poultry bacterium. Please be careful. Very very painful. 😵‍💫

I love KFC food but I feel like it's getting tinier and more expensive every year. The ordering went quick. The toilet was rather creepy.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Ordering is very chaotic. Staff are unfriendly. Water we paid €3.49 for came in paper cups… and it was sparkling water despite ordering still water. KFC itself is quite dirty, tissues all over the floor. When food was ready, had no idea until we went up and checked. We were desperate for food so had no choice. I would recommend AGAINST going to this KFC

I love fried chicken, but I found this to be the worst fried chicken I have ever had in my life. I waited ~20 minutes for the food after ordering. I found the food to be visually unappealing, bland in taste, and lukewarm/cold.

Food was ok, we had a family bucket with 2x fries and 1x corn. It was immediately embezzled and missing. The display boards indicating which menu is ready and ready for pickup were not maintained and the employee simply placed the tablets on the counter for pickup without audible number calling. Now you've waited a long time to get a lukewarm meal at the end, which is still missing something. Not again, thank you.

26.11.2024(Please don't make the mistake of ordering any kfc here) Today we ordered takeout from this KFC branch, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The ordering process was chaotic as the screen was not working, and staff were shouting out orders. After a long wait, we were eventually told that the open food sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes was actually our order. When we pointed out that this was incorrect—our order was supposed to be takeout and was missing two burgers—we were met with an apology. However, instead of preparing fresh food, they began packaging the cold meal that had been left out, adding the two missing burgers taken from a pile of pre-made ones. The result was an unappetizing meal: cold, tasteless, and lacking any crispiness. It felt like we had been served leftover chicken. The overall presentation of the food, the staff's attitude, and their handling of our meal with dirty hands were utterly unacceptable. My boyfriend was so disgusted that he refused to eat any of it, and we ultimately decided to throw it all away. Additionally, the staff did not appear clean or presentable, which added to our unease. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Bathroom with poor access and not very clean

Food cold. The fries had also been on display for a while. The burger wasn't prepared as usual. The staff, well, are busy with themselves and you're such a nuisance. Not to mention the knowledge of German. Sure, no recommendation is not worth the money.

The colleague at the tap prefills 25 cups so that they stack up and you are then given a real bottle of Pepsi that looks like the inside on the outside. "It's only been there for 2 minutes." The stuff wasn't sold until I was done. Everything is non-carbonated and warm. You just don't check what's "fresh"...

I ordered KFC wings eat in and got “feathers”. Its a food safety concern. The staff replaced the meal but still its a major issue as I ve already seen review comments of people with similar experiences.

By far the worst KFC I've ever eaten at. The employees are mercilessly overwhelmed and unfriendly. The display board with the numbers to pick up food is broken, but the employees don't care. And you should inform the office about the toilets. Really never ever again 🤢🤮 I give it 20 negative points YUCK!!!

Worst experience ever. One star too many. The health department should take a look here. Raw poultry meat?!?!?! I've never experienced it before. And that in a system catering!! Bad service. Unfriendly staff. The cornflakes in the breading tasted like Summer of 69!!. The language barrier continues. To get to the toilet you have to get a chip with your receipt. What is that supposed to mean??? Speaking of the toilet. Something is rotting down the stairs to the toilet. At least that's what it smells like. And on the toilet you fight against the urge to vomit. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Check & Share Hot Wings ordered and delivered. Chicken feather and hair glued to Hot Wings. Complained to the branch manager, drove to the branch, showed the goods, wanted the money back. I was met with incomprehension and said they were just chickens. Offered me new goods, no apology. Money was not returned, I was asked to contact the delivery service about returning the money. This has never happened to me in other KFC branches, the products there were always good.

Looking for a place to eat at midnight. The salad was surprisingly good.

Since the renovation, the KFC has become much more pleasant to eat on site and the staff, as always, are trying their best. I'm actually surprised at how good the food at this KFC can taste compared to before (I haven't been there for about a year) What I'm just a bit sad about is that the terminals just crash every now and then, even though other restaurants can't handle it either. However, you should be careful with stairs to the toilet. The last time I was there the first few steps were soaking wet. So either put a warning sign or dry it next time please!

The food is so-so. But the establishment is dirty, I don’t say anything about the toilet.

The food was okay, but what happened on my toilet a short time later could be described as nothing other than rectal Niagara Falls. Apart from KFC, I had only eaten a few granola bars that day, so the trigger seems pretty obvious. Since Munich's newest natural spectacle dried up again after a few hours, I can also rule out gastro-intestinal flu. Please check hygiene.

KFC Darmstadt is conveniently located in the city center, making it a popular spot for students from TU Darmstadt. I recently visited the restaurant and appreciated that the menu was available in English, which made ordering quick and easy. My order was ready within 5 minutes, and there were plenty of seating options with a pleasant view outside. The food is really a disaster. The chicken was still pink, the burgers are so dry and tasteless as well as the mashed potatoes and fries that you can't eat two bites. It's just uncomfortable here.

The burgers are dry, the meat is pink and the employees can't get their turn putting together 2-3 orders within 5 minutes. I waited about 7 minutes for my order even though there was only a small order in front of me! After I got my food, the next shock came: the buns were dry, the lettuce in the burger was very brownish and the meat was pink. The public order office definitely has to stop by here and take care of the store!

Coming from Austria where KFC isnt as prominent, this KFC is a godsend. However, the chicken seems to lack proper frying with the skin often soggy and soft, not crispy.

Go to Japan and compare what difference there is with the same company. Every time something is missing. Ordered 6 portions and I get 4 portions. 30 pieces are not the same as 20 pieces. The employees have to work precisely! I have such thoughts why I took it. Definitely never again!

We stayed next door at Hotel Stachus . This was our nightly place to grab a snack after drinking all day . Crispys and dip !

normal food quality. they are very high traffic with customers, which makes getting thw correct order sometimes chaotic. but then gravy was hot and delicious. comfort food for american immigrants.

The food was ok, what you expect from KFC. My problem with this restaurant is the bathroom. The bathroom is always locked and requires a special coin to be opened, which can be obtained by showing your receipt to an employee. This is ok, the problem is that there are no instructions on how to open the door and most of the time the machine only takes your coin and doesn't open the door. This was extremely frustrating and forced me to eat without washing my hands. Horrible experience overall.
