The staff there are extremely rude. The place is dirty, and the worst part is that you can see them blowing their noses and then preparing the food. Never again.

The toilet didn't work, there was nowhere to wash your hands.

ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN... On January 3rd, 2026, we ate KFC for the first time in our over 70 years of life, delivered via Wolt... it wasn't even "fast" food... abysmal, tasteless... the breading was borderline and had nothing to do with the advertised crispiness... the two crispy breaded chicken drumsticks shown in the picture were actually two pieces with very little meat and breading covering a lot of chicken ribs... The mistake was: we ate it... because after about 24 hours, we both had an extremely strong urge to defecate until last night – so for almost two days... neither of us has a sensitive stomach and we have good digestion... therefore, we can only attribute this "incident" – which has now passed – to this "food" from KFC... however, since we have neither the packaging nor any other "proof" of this, it remains a suspicion... nevertheless, we will inquire with the relevant authorities whether our report is still useful... because perhaps – as in the reviews here – there are other reports Hygiene deficiencies (cleanliness) are present... this is particularly important with chicken (salmonella) and fat (old and rancid)...

The food was very bad and the service extremely rude. We ordered, and there was a small mistake: pork was added to our order, which I didn't understand. They take too long to prepare the order

On Saturday, December 27, 2025, at 2:41 PM, I bought food. The cashier didn't say hello or thank you at all and treated me like I was invisible. She ignored my greetings, thank you, and goodbye. My order number was K7011. The name on the receipt was Ramandeep. She was very unfriendly. It's a real shame for such a large restaurant chain like KFC. Very disappointing.

Guaranteed KFC quality for our hungry group. The restaurant is clean to the usual fast food standard. The service is brisk and clear.

I was really disappointed on this KFC. The order took a little longer than expected, the chicken was not warm all the way trough, the corn tasted bad, the employees (which were SO many and half of them just doing nothing) had a bad attitude. Meh, I would not go back.

Takeaway food resulted in one less burger.

We ordered cheese balls, two burgers, corn on the cob, and fries. The cheese balls were bad; you could barely taste the cheese. The burgers were good, and the fries were good too. Beggars came into the area and even approached the tables, bothering people.

Although the restaurant is conveniently located between the main train station and Stachus, this very location also makes it very busy. The restaurant also offers delivery service, which, however, means longer waiting times for dine-in. There is no refill station.

😮‍💨😮‍💨I won't comment on the food; KFC generally tastes pretty much the same everywhere. My complaint is that, for what is supposed to be Germany's third-largest city, a supposedly developed country, there's absolutely no service. I wanted to wash my hands in the restroom, but the doors were locked! Fine, the restrooms are locked, but (because in developed countries like Germany, some public restrooms still charge a fee, speechless). There wasn't a single sink in the entire KFC. How are people supposed to eat here? KFC basically just serves fast food with your hands, unlike other places where you have a knife and fork. So, after ordering and finding I couldn't wash my hands, I felt it was utterly ridiculous. This developed country is so advanced! The experience was terrible 🙀. And there weren't even tissues in the takeout; I had to get them myself from the counter 😑😑. Couldn't they just put them in the bag when packing the food? Utterly speechless… Although the experience was unpleasant, we still cleaned up and disposed of the food waste before leaving.

Okay where do I start. Walked in and went up to the order machine and when I went to pay it gave me a ticket to then pay at the counter. Upon walking up to the counter I noticed how dirty the place was. Very concerning. Paid for my meal and went to wait. Didnt have to wait for long but for good reasons. (See photos). Fresh, ha, good one! Got my order, sat down at an empty dirty table and began to eat. First thing I noticed is that the fries were cooked in old oil as they tasted extremely off, so moved onto my burger which was actually okay but the bun was a little dry. Left with a bad taste in my mouth and still hungry. Proceed with caution.

served cold chicken which was not at all hot and not cooked properly, most of the fried chicken is already made in advance and kept in board in order to serve fast as soon as possible, chicken was too much oily and foul oil smell (seems like oil is being used for decades) wasted my time and appetite to have KFC Again 🤦

I would give fewer stars if I could. The food was ice cold and inedible; we threw half of it away. I went into the restaurant with no expectations and was still disappointed. The bacon on our burger was raw, the meat tasted like it had been soaked in a toilet, and we paid €50 for two burger meals and some chicken wings! The toilets were also unusable. The mush they sell as mashed potatoes was unacceptable; it looked like a toilet in broth, and the two bites I managed to eat were simply disgusting. They even messed up the fries—they were completely oversalted. Stay away from this place and go home hungry!

As far as the food quality is concerned, yes. But otherwise, the restaurant could be a bit cleaner. The staff doesn't seem unfriendly, but they are somewhat unprofessional. I had a negative experience when I tried to redeem a voucher. The server told me it was only valid for online orders. So I would have had to order with my smartphone and then pick it up. I would have liked to use this option, but he insisted I pay for my order first; I could redeem the voucher later. He repeatedly assured me that this would be no problem. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Therefore, I feel somewhat cheated. Another negative point I noticed is that everyone only understands German rudimentarily, which makes things even more difficult. I've been going to other Kentucky Fried restaurants for over 25 years where it's much better.

The food offers were good, but I found them to be less spicy than anticipated, and the food was not very warm when served.

I never leave reviews. Hands down worst kfc ever. It was very quiet yet they had dozens of premade burgers, wraps and pre-poured drinks. My burger was stale, who knows how long it had been sitting in there for. Food inspector definitely needs to pay a visit.

Very bad experience! My order was incomplete, and several items were missing, not just one. At home, I also discovered that even the ingredients in the burger were incomplete, which upset me even more. It's incredibly frustrating because I paid for many items I didn't receive. Such a mistake is completely unacceptable and I was truly disappointed.

A typical KFC, however, a chicken wing was stolen by a homeless person while I was getting napkins. The staff were very friendly, but perhaps a little overwhelmed by the location.

The driest food I got in a KFC by far, seems like the sandwich stayed in an air fryer for half a day, the bread was crunchy like croutons. And not 1 but both of my sandwiches. Chicken was also bland. Though second time I went there it was fine. - The service is pretty slow, especially on Friday nights, expect to wait a while. - Probably one of the sketchier places in Munich as well, looked like a low budget movie : someone leaning and staring at their hands in front; many homeless nearby ; inside someone was yelling; another person slouched on the counter; a suspicious person roaming by you when you're ordering at the terminal. All in all have never gone there a week day so I don't know how it is. Anyway on Friday nights you either choose: UberEATS; McDonalds or that KFC. I'd say go for the McDonalds on a Friday it's a nicer and less sketchy place to sit if you want to rest.

The chicken in the non-spicy burgers is too salty, and so are the cheese bites. The coffee was actually quite good though.

The chicken still tastes very good, but the prices are very high. The burgers weren't good and sat heavily in our stomachs. Everything was also far too greasy.

I wanted to quickly grab a burger, but it turned into a complete disaster! The burger was extremely dry and the fries were completely soggy. Maybe it was because of the deal of the day that it was so bad, but it just wasn't for me. The ambiance was already set up, but the service was a bit slow, which is understandable for a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, it's too expensive for a student like me. What a shame.

By far the blandest, most tasteless KFC chicken I have ever eaten on three continents. I could not believe that chicken could possibly taste so bland. The chicken was so bad I dont think I will ever step foot into a KFC ever again. And the size of the corn on the cob for half a euro is insulting.

This KFC location is great. The seating is comfortable and it's not too crowded. The food is served quickly—we didn't have to wait long at all. Best of all, they provide a restroom, and it is exceptionally clean.

The entire area was dirty – the tables and chairs were sticky and dirty. Even though there were only a few customers, I had to wait about 20 minutes for my order. I ordered two small meals (two burgers, two Cokes, and some spicy chicken wings) for about €20. As I cleaned the table and started eating with my companion, we noticed that one burger was missing. I went to the cashier to clarify, but the employee asked me five times what was missing and finally said he couldn't give me the burger because the receipt had already been thrown away. Only after about 15 minutes of discussion did I receive the missing burger – with an unfriendly expression on my face, and the burger was squashed. That was a truly unpleasant experience. I'm a huge KFC fan, but I've never experienced such poor service and such a dirty restaurant.

This KFC branch is like a bad fever dream! It's what you imagine the job center in Gelsenkirchen to be like: unpleasant clientele, strange guests, and employees who obviously neither understand nor speak German. The atmosphere is so unpleasant that you feel like you're in a nightmare – food or no food, you just want to get out of here immediately.

The price is overpriced and doesn't do justice to the food! There was far too little mayo on my burger, and we had to beg the employee to add more. He wanted to charge us 25 cents for it, which is outrageous! We won't accept this! It was also dry and the chicken was way too small. There was no proper burger sauce, just mayo (I hate mayo), and I would have liked a wider selection of sauces! My food was also cold!

A fairly large KFC with a clean interior. Orders were processed and served quickly. It wasn't too crowded, and it was easy to find a seat.

That was my girlfriend's and my first and definitely last visit to KFC. Those weird Chrispyburgers were ice cold! When we tried to exchange them (that definitely wouldn't have happened at McDonald's), the lady reluctantly took them and put them in the microwave, just as they were. Disgusting! The bun was dry, and the rest tasted soggy. Those twelve fries and burgers for a pittance for two people, and that service. Never again! The employees all seemed annoyed, too. No more KFC!

Good seating arrangements but although being not busy they gave us wrong orders. Also, they forgot to give the dips. The fries tasted like half cooked and were soggy.

Unfortunately, many branches look equally dirty. The food was okay. I don't like the bottom of the buns. I take the food with me because the store is clean. I ordered from this branch via Lieferando on August 28, 2025, at 7:45 PM. The delivery arrived around 8:30 PM, but unfortunately, the order was incomplete: no corn on the cob, only one small fries instead of a large one, and 12 bites instead of 18. When I called the branch, I spoke to an employee named Nabil, who literally told me, "You're out of luck, there's nothing I can do." When I asked for the shift manager, the guy simply hung up. Later, I reached someone who claimed to be the shift manager, but was just as rude. When I asked for his name, he became aggressive: "What do you want with my name? Should I tell you all the names?" Such disrespectful treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable. What an incredibly dry, stale mess. Normally, KFC's food is always good, but the chicken bites were dry and tough, the chicken on the burger even drier, and the buns so dry and hard you could smash a window with them. They might just close the whole place down if this is what they're serving here.

It's crowded, loud, boisterous, and quite expensive. Much more expensive than, for example, Hungary.

The wait times are pretty long for a fast-food restaurant. And there are always people asking for money, and no one to check on them.

Ever heard of hygiene? Well, just forget it - can't even wash hands properly, since the soap dispenser in men's room is ripped out. Chicken is way too salty and frankly dry. Ruined my whole image of KFC, I used to like it.

When the ordering machine translate as "Bottled water"... Water in a cup. Fridge outside that you are not allowed to open... Nothing makes sense.

Guess what the toilet is closed for repairs... again... that's pretty bad KFC.

My experience at this KFC location was extremely disappointing. We had to wait an excessive amount of time to receive just a single item (not even a menu), which is simply unacceptable. The staff came across as unfriendly and burnt-out, with an attitude that felt careless towards customers. The restaurant was dirty, and there seemed to be no proper order in processing purchases — orders were clearly not served in the order they were placed. After a long wait, one of the staff members had to approach me to ask for my order number after noticing I had been waiting far too long. I am unsure what kind of management or supervision is in place at this branch, but it is evident that urgent changes are needed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location under any circumstances.

The fries were hot, but that alone wasn't enough. The burger was cold, the chicken bites were ice cold, and the Pepsi was already bottled, ready for the next 20 customers. There has to be a better way in a city this big.

Everything is crap. If you could give KFC less than one star, it would be in the negative range. All the cups were sticky and watered down, there was dirt in every corner; hygiene was simply nonexistent. It was just as clean as an "Indian street food" place. Given the friendliness of the staff, you wouldn't expect something like that. We asked them to clean up the leftover food from the table that wasn't ours, and the answer we got was that the table had already been cleaned and wouldn't be cleaned again. If you don't want to waste money, never go there. In general, KFC is really tasty and recommendable, but this is the biggest exception!!! NEVER AGAIN.

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. The burgers are dry and awful. The hot wings were raw. There's dirt everywhere, and everything is greasy. I ordered a Pepsi, but the cup was sticky and wet, full of Pepsi. I asked them to change my drink, and the employees just threw it on the floor. The restrooms are impossible to find; they're hidden. It's stuffy, there are no towelettes, etc. I'll never come back!!!

Like all KFCs, the location is large. We ordered it to go because it's not very quiet in the area at night.

RUN AWAY URGENTLY! The order terminals didn't work properly, and the order summary didn't even appear. Furthermore, the staff didn't try to help us when we explained our problem and our incomprehension regarding our meal. Two pieces of chicken (undercooked) were dueling, the order was incomplete, and the fries were numerous, but cold and undercooked. Furthermore, my friend's order was missing a drink (even though she had paid for it). If you want to eat cold food in small quantities while paying a lot, this is the place to go; otherwise, move on.

Always crowded and homeless people come to the store and want money also it is expensive and small amount of money, but there is a deal every Thursday there for special chick.

We came here specifically because the reviews were rather poor – we wanted to see for ourselves. And honestly, we were pleasantly surprised! The food was fresh and delicious; everything tasted good. The staff seemed a bit annoyed and unfriendly, but since you could easily order everything using the ordering machine, contact was minimal. Overall, a solid visit – definitely better than expected! Another minor negative point was the cleanliness. The tables aren't actively cleaned, but rather cleaned when you sit down. Ours was a complete mess from previous visitors. However, an employee immediately approached us and cleaned it without being asked.

My Coke is warmer than the castle 5 minutes after opening, so the shovels should be done.
