I like this place coz' after you can go shopping directly.

It was clean for a Burger King, the food was fresh and tasty. Caught the store on a good day I would say.

Nice place and I was lucky enough that it was quiet when I was there. Food was good and the service was friendly.

By far the worst Burger King branch we have ever visited. Had to have the order corrected several times because something was missing. The staff preferred to use their cell phones rather than serve customers.

Simple Burger King. When it's a little busier, it's a little chaotic. But the orders come quite quickly.

Around 21 o’clock I ordered two menus. Burgers were okay, beverages were served without ice, room temperature and no carbon. Fries were raw.

I ordered from Burger King for the first time via Uber Eats and after 10 minutes my order was canceled for no reason... I have no idea why but bad service for me 👎👎👎

Everything went wrong. I wanted the cup with deposit, got the regular one. Ordered a chicken burger, got beef. And my Coke had room temperature. Last time I've been there.

Dirty tables and chairs (crumbs, stains from drinks. One of the few BurgerKings where you don't like to go...

Never thought there could be such a big difference between the different Burger Kings. We had to wait a very long time here, the burgers were cold, the fries were limp and a drink was also missing.

My Whopper was fresh and neatly topped (not thrown together as carelessly as in other branches). Wipe the tables and empty the carts a little more often and it would be perfect.

There were some communication difficulties due to an additional bag of fries, which were solved charmingly by the waitress. Cola was thin and lukewarm, with little fizz, the Whopper was good and the fries were great because they were fresh from the deep fryer.

I've eaten here 3 times in the last 12 months. Nothing has improved. Waiting times unreasonable. Too few staff and the two employees who speak German but it still sounds Indian are busy with their cell phones. The toilet faucet is still not attached, there is still no hand soap, and the hand dryer is so loud it embarrasses you when you turn it on. But the most embarrassing thing of all is that the toilet doors were dismantled.

Worst Burger King we've ever been to. Cold food, unreasonable staff.

Food and service. Partly OK The last time I was given a cold burger. When I asked, I got a different burger. This was extremely greasy, I had the feeling that the bread had been roasted in hot fat to warm it up. The next time I paid for bacon that wasn't there. (Unfortunately the food was take away) There are often long waiting times. I suspect the management in this BK is non-existent or simply not interested. The shop is often dirty. Guess: too few staff

The fries were not seasoned and not even lukewarm. The chicken nuggets were warm and tasty.

Great food as always at Bk but really slow service with payment difficulties and the branch wasn't particularly clean but good music

I ordered a burger with chicken, tomatoes and salad, plus bacon. We waited for the order for 20 minutes. There was no fuss; the place was almost empty. My burger was terrible, there was one unsalted tomato, some lettuce, the cutlet was simply disgusting, they forgot the bacon. Left hungry

The quality of the food was awful, burger,bacon and even potatoes were cold and awful. Not at all recommended!

The manager is amazing. Our cola fall and he offered a new one. He was always sympathetic and friendly. McDonald’s management, give this man a raise.

I ordered a Big King menu, based on the promotional image of a large burger, with a lot of meat, but they give me a ridiculously small burger, with only one slice of meat. I protest with the staff, they tell me that there are two slices of meat, and in fact there is a second, tiny one, hidden under the one I see, but the size of the burger is ridiculous, if compared to the promotional image. They argue that everyone gets that burger for that price, and that that's the real Big King, but I think it's just a Little Prince. In the end they gave me my money back. If no one protests, like I did, they will continue forever to sell a microscopic burger as "Big King". People should stop buying this stuff at these prices. Burger King was far better 10 or 15 years ago.

I'll say it straight away - this is the dirtiest and most unpleasant facility I've encountered in Germany. There is no paper in the machines and no receipt with the number is issued. In addition, the waiting time for an order exceeds all reasonable limits. In addition, the cashier who also puts together the orders works incredibly slowly. You can literally feel that every customer is an unpleasant guest for them. There are no napkins at all in the restaurant, the tables are dirty and no one has cleared away the used trays. The food also left an equally negative impression: disgusting and inedible. I didn't notice any reactions from the administration to bad reviews. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The terrible service and the way the place operates leaves no desire to return.

The area outside of Burger King is like a Burger King dump. The store must hire someone to remove customer trash and also place its own trash cans in the area.

People don't usually have high expectations from Burger King. But this restaurant was really not good. It takes a really long time to get your “fast food”. There are no reusable cups although this option is available on the menu.

The worst branch I've ever been to! There is trash all over the floor and on the tables in the store. Trays that have not been picked up by other guests. Despite ordering via the terminal, the order was “forgotten”! When the food finally arrived after more than 20 minutes, thank you, it was still cold! I wasn't the only one who complained and waited a long time, but the staff on site didn't care about the customer complaints!

I hope you go bankrupt. It's all empty anyway and no one eats here because of the inedible food. Build something great with the space! But clean toilets

Very friendly staff. Delicious food. Try their plant-based burgers and nuggets! They worked even on Easter

My friends and I wanted to have a little celebration. We then drove to the Bk and it was closed even though it was actually still open. We were there at 9:25 p.m. and the BK was already closed and the employees didn't even pay attention to us. Personally, I find it very, very sad and sad.

Not to be compared with our Burger King. No order panel or drink refill station. Service slow but burgers really fresh.

They don't accept the free fries offer

Officially open until 10 p.m., but just cheekily closing it 20 minutes beforehand and not letting anyone in. That's what I call fast food - not :D

The cashier is very rude and very disrespectful he only complains because you are still looking for 20 cents in your pocket the food was also bad you should just close this shop and fire all the employees there that's just a break I would never go there again go and I wouldn't recommend it to you either

Impossible ! Rude service, definitely the rudest condition I've ever seen. The food doesn't taste good and doesn't even look good. My cheeseburger, for example, looked really disgusting. Every time I give this Burger King another chance and it's always the same three employees who make my mood plummet. Not recommendable!!!

Control your take away food, it's never complete!

order big king without cucumbers without onions both on it (can't tolerate onions) with country potatoes 1/4 of the package ancient cold fries and the country also at least half an hour old because it's completely hard and dry. Complete disaster due to a defect in the toilet, a yellow-brown sauce came out under the toilet door (which smelled like a mixture of urine and sewage) and spread into the ordering area (the puddle was still a good meter away from the kitchen, but something like that is still disgusting ). It looked like the puddle had been there for a while and at least in the 15 minutes that we waited until the smell spoiled our appetite, no one came to wipe the whole thing away or put something under the toilet door to stop more from leaking out. In addition, as always, you have to wait over 15 minutes in the store before you can even order. It's best to go to the losteteria around the corner or anywhere else if you want the stomach contents to stay in.

Essen schmeckt wirklich schlecht

I am so dissapointed with this place i went their at 8:40pm to buy a plant-based Danish burger and fries and this is what my burger looks like??? I once order the same burger like 2weeks ago through delivery and it was so good and well with everything inside but this time i was dissapointed it was an empty burger i can’t even call it a burger….. SO DISSAPOINTED…!!!

Neu Filiale. Ketchup/Mayo kostet mittlerweile 0,50 Euro extra.

The hamburger at this place is not very good. Only the potatoes and the sauce tasted good.

Long que due to Oktoberfest. But this was the only food joint open at this hour close to midnight. The veggie burger was ok nothing great as the patty was just deep fried crunch. Like the service as he was serving with smile and joking with the customers. Good trait of the staff taking order. Then vanilla shake was a downer.

BurgerKing Sehr freundliches Personal Gutes Ambiente

Obwohl das Geschäft eine sehr attraktive Position im Kaufhaus hat, ist dies leider ein schlechterer BK Laden. Das liegt vorallem an der starken Unterbesetzung an Mitarbeitern. Mittag Stoßzeit? 2 Mitarbeiter, die fürs Unternehmen hin- und herlaufen. Als 4te Person in der Schlange kann man dann gut und gerne manchmal 20min+ warten.

Sauber und Lecker wie immer. Bedienung ist freundlich.

Probably the worst coffee I ever had. Adding sugar, milk and ice cream hasn't changed the awful taste of that coffee. Service not the best, some of the customers left without buying anything, the okace was almost empty and the employees were chating with eachother at the side left us waiting infront of the register

Sauberer Burgerking. Angestellte tun was sie müssen nicht besonders freundlich aber ok. Dafür sehr schnell und heiß.

Burger enorme prezzo pure ma ci sta. Buona la qualità del cibo.

Freundliche Bedienung. Auch war das bestellte schell vertig und lecker.

Essen schmeckt sehr gut und macht satt

Die wechselnden Mitarbeiter:innen wirken nicht, als würden sie dort gerne arbeiten. Ich weiß nicht, obs am Management liegt oder dass ich immer gegen Abends komme, wenn die vielleicht schon einen langen Tag hatten. Die Tische sind nicht sauber genug. Die Speisen sind normal gut zubereitet - sonst würde ich da nicht ab und zu hingehen. Ich weiß nicht, ob es überhaupt Sinn macht, einen Burger King zu bewerten. Man kriegt was man erwartet zu kriegen: Es ist laut weil Familien mit Kindern da sind, Serviettenspender ist kaputt und getaped weil er viel benutzt wird (ein gutes Zeichen) und es gibt das Essen zu den Preisen die man in der App und in anderen Restaurants schon einsehen kann. Salat und Zutaten sind normal frisch. Also man kriegt dort, was man vom Burger King erwartet, aber es ist keine hervorragende Filiale.

Was das Essen anbelangt Burger King eben was soll man dazu groß sagen. Allerdings sind in diesem Restaurant die Tische die meiste Zeit verdreckt und vollemüllt

Zu Essenszeiten ist es hier vollkommen normal dass man 15 Minuten warten muss bis man überhaupt an der einzigen offenen Kasse ankommt, dann nochmal 10 Minuten drauf bis das Essen fertig ist. Ich gehe daher lieber zum Asiaten eine Etage tiefer.

Sehr freundlicher Service, trotz kleinem Fehler bei der Bestellung wurde ich um eine große Pommes kompensiert. Gerne wieder!

Great food. For 10 euro you get a meal that fulls your stomach. Patty is really well cooked and fries are salty and crisp. Never once have I had soggy fries in this place.

01/2023 Stand 5 Minuten vor der Kasse , wurde einfach ignoriert weil die drei Mitarbeiter mit zwei Bestellungen gleichzeitig überfordert waren. Ist nicht zum ersten Mal passiert. Schlechtester Service den ich je gesehen habe. Öffnungszeiten zählen hier zudem nicht. Manchmal auf, manchmal frühzeitig zu. Der Laden gehört geschlossen ! 03/23 UPDATE: Die Belegschaft wurde komplett ausgetauscht , aktuell habe ich freundliche und motivierte Mitarbeiter vorgefunden. Wartezeit in Ordnung. Essen super . Bitte weiter so 👍🏻

Burger quality was pretty mediocre, the whole place very dirty. Staff was unmotivated, service quick. Prices are higher than other Burger King chain restaurants in the city (e.g. nearly 11 € for a cheese whopper menu, others are at around 9€).
