Burger King in München

The pimply and the unwashed guy behind the counter said my rotten milkshake tasted normal. Rotten milk tastes like rotten milk. Period. If the milkshake always tastes like that there, you know how clean and hygienic they are. They could take a shower. And of course, I didn't get my money back...

As usual - reliable, accessible, tasty and pocket friendly :) We visited with kids for BD celebration. The veggie options are good as well.

Food is handled without gloves. Chef plays with his mobile phone and then touches food.

Please respect the people that work here! They are doing the Lord's work during Oktoberfest. Loved the staff and loved the atmosphere.

It took about 15 minutes for our order to be ready (for three people), and one burger was wrong. The freshly made burger had raw bacon on it. We wanted to eat together in peace, but that wasn't possible. The first floor is a ruin, and it was very loud overall.

This is a Burger King branch with a limited selection. If you're looking for new promotions, this is the wrong place. Wait times are longer during Oktoberfest. This branch is 5 minutes away.

We still hadn't received our food after three hours, so we canceled. We actually called five times.

1) Very long wait time; there were about six people ahead of us, and we waited about 25 minutes. If it's "fast" food, it should be quick. 2) You don't expect much from fast food, but it should at least be tasty.

Important! ⚠️If you buy something for pickup check everything before leaving the place. Either I am the unluckiest person on earth or the staff doesn’t know how to count properly or check the items. Every time I order something there, there is always missing. Incredible… Also be prepared to wait 15 minutes for your “fast” food.

The Burger's food was excellent. I hadn't been there in a while, and I was truly pleasantly surprised by the taste. Unfortunately, the prices were a little higher than the competition.

I've eaten here three times in the last 12 months. Nothing has improved. The toilets are absolutely terrible! Waiting times are unreasonable. Too few staff, and the two employees who speak German, but still sound Indian, are busy on their phones. The toilet faucet is still not fixed, there's still no hand soap, and the hand dryer is so loud that you're embarrassed to use it. The most embarrassing thing of all is that the toilet doors have been removed.

A 15-minute wait for: a burnt burger, cold fries, and a drink without ice cubes (despite explicitly ordering). The staff don't speak any language and are therefore extremely slow on the uptake. I recommend everyone avoid this place. Please close soon!

I ordered a menu form BK app with discount, but OMG took sooooo long for I receive this menu, maybe 20 minutes, just wait to be prepared.... This the place it's OK and nicely.

First, I had to wait five minutes at the checkout. No one had to be served before me. The gentlemen simply had more important things to do, so as a guest, you just have to accept that you're not even noticed. Of course. Nobody needs service. I then ordered my cheeseburger without a pickle. The courteous employee insisted on getting me a replacement, so I had two small, rock-hard, unchewable objects on my burger. I think they were pebbles. I will never go to that Burger King again. Maybe the management could hire people who don't care about everything, including their job.

20 minutes for a plant-based cheeseburger, and Cappo isn't fast food anymore. It wasn't the employees' fault; they were clearly working hard, but I think there are really too few employees in the store.

No order where there isn't something wrong, severely limited range, order terminal is sometimes not cleaned for weeks

Moldy vegetables, rotten meat, and cold fries. To top it all off, the staff was understaffed and incompetent! Don't eat there!

I enjoyed it. I did have to wait a while for my order. But those people have three people preparing and serving everything. So, they're really good. They do their job. My friend's burger was a bit colder, but it had been ready longer than the rest of the order. And there was no bacon on it. But the rest of the order was warm. They could use a bit more cleanup. But I enjoyed it.

There were quite a lot of people but the service was fast.

We couldn't eat in the restaurant but had to leave because there was no electricity. They didn't give us what we ordered but instead put other things in. For example, I ordered ice cubes which the employee didn't put in. I ordered fries but got onion rings and the food generally tasted awful. We were the only ones there but we waited almost 20 minutes for the food.

Unfortunately, I didn't get any plant-based nuggets, and when I realized they were meat, I had to vomit it all back up. If I'm ordering plant-based food, I don't expect meat! Mistakes happen, but this just isn't right, folks.

It's inexplicable to me that during Oktoberfest weekend, they would close the restroom (because it's "broken") and only let three employees work. You wait forever for your food and then sometimes get the wrong thing. The money they're giving away!

A small, typical Burger King in the middle of town. It's inconspicuous from the outside, but you can't miss it. The building is well-maintained and relatively modern. No parking is available due to its location. The interior is nice, well-maintained, and modern. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff are friendly.

Nice place always happy. Staff nice.

Actually I wouldn't give it any stars Burger King in forum is unhygienic. Employees scratch their heads and continue with the burgers. Never spit all evening again Burger King should pay more attention to hygiene or close the final straight away

The employee behind the counter - disgrace! He repeatedly put his hand on his face, including his nose and mouth, and used his cell phone in front of me. This behavior is unhygienic, unmotivated and unprofessional. The food wasn't great, but it was okay. But this behavior doesn't work at all. It disgusted me a bit. As a boss, I would fire such an employee.

What a disgrace! I wanted to get a McSunday, then I was told the ice cream machine was broken, then they said it worked and then suddenly it didn't. Bad service! Indistinct conversation between worker and customer. Not recommended further! McDonalds is better anyway! They should have done a McDonalds in the forum instead of such an impudence!

I am so dissapointed with this place i went their at 8:40pm to buy a plant-based Danish burger and fries and this is what my burger looks like??? I once order the same burger like 2weeks ago through delivery and it was so good and well with everything inside but this time i was dissapointed it was an empty burger i can’t even call it a burger….. SO DISSAPOINTED…!!!

01/2023 Standing in front of the checkout for 5 minutes, it was simply ignored because the three employees were overwhelmed with two orders at the same time. Didn't happen for the first time. Worst service I've ever seen. Opening times don’t count here either. Sometimes open, sometimes closed early. The shop should be closed! 03/23 UPDATE: The workforce was completely replaced, and I currently find friendly and motivated employees. Waiting time ok. Food great. Please keep it up 👍🏻 UPDATE: 01/2025 Three Indians bustling around, I waited 15 minutes for three cheeseburgers. One of the three candidates picked up the burgers a whopping four times and then put them back on the display. Long orders were simply brought forward because no one knew how to pack THREE CHEESEBURGERS in one bag!!! A manager had to come and refund me my money. I then went to MC DONALDS and received my burgers in 2 minutes! I thought it was a hidden camera... But because of that!!! Worst performance at BK I've ever seen. Exclamation point ^^

Slowest fast food restaurant ever. 4 employees stand around and you wait 10+ minutes for your food

The employees are so rude, I've never experienced anything like that, they ignore you, raise their tone towards customers and don't take your orders. On a stressful day I could understand all of this, but if there's nothing going on, no one here needs to be rude to me several times. Unfortunately it's like that every time we want to eat there, every time we're disappointed...

Fast food is actually quick, cheap food. With waiting times of 15-20 minutes, you can't talk about eating quickly. At the Italian restaurant next door, pizza and pasta is prepared much faster, costs less and is of better quality. I really wonder how long this BurgerKing can stay afloat...

Ordered to take away. Only saw when I got home that the completely wrong burger was in the right box. I couldn't eat because I was allergic. Completely wasted money.

When I arrived there was a gentleman who had already ordered, so I was there straight away, even though there were only two of us, I waited for OVER TEN minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and the store looked like it was after a child's birthday party. The tenant should maybe open his eyes, I'll never eat anything there again

i was still on time way before the restaurants closing time, however the staff said the kitchen was already closed. i mean like just say you’re closing this damn restaurant at 9:30 pm. very disappointing and i dont recommend!

Well, a Burger King. Two order terminals were broken. It wasn't very clean. The food was unhealthy and expensive. Like everywhere.

Shocking experience at Burger King. My visit to Burger King on Theresienwiese was an absolute disaster. The food was actually rotten! The burger smelled and tasted so bad that I couldn't even begin to eat it. The fries were cold and old, like they had been sitting around for hours. It was the most disgusting meal I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Added to this was the condition of the restaurant itself. The toilets were dirty and unsanitary, and the entire store appeared unkempt. There was trash everywhere, the tables were sticky, and the floor didn't seem to have been cleaned in a long time. You don't expect something like that, even in a fast food joint. I will definitely never eat there again and can only advise against it!

Since all Burger King branches in Augsburg are dangerous to health, we were pleasantly surprised here. The Burger King in Schwanthaler Höher is still a “normal” branch. The burgers were what you would expect from Burger King - in a good way. Salad was fresh, fries were ok and the shop was relatively clean. No dirty floors, no sticky tables and the staff was normal - neither particularly friendly, at least not unfriendly (greetings to Augsburg again). Not much can be said about the service since the BK set up these self-ordering terminals with EC payment. Actually you should give it 0-1 stars, but the staff can't do anything about the system. Hence two stars - after all, you don't get served. Own order, own EC payment, own collection after notification. As I said, the food was ok/good for BK.

Everything went wrong. I wanted the cup with deposit, got the regular one. Ordered a chicken burger, got beef. And my Coke had room temperature. Last time I've been there.

There were some communication difficulties due to an additional bag of fries, which were solved charmingly by the waitress. Cola was thin and lukewarm, with little fizz, the Whopper was good and the fries were great because they were fresh from the deep fryer.

Never thought there could be such a big difference between the different Burger Kings. We had to wait a very long time here, the burgers were cold, the fries were limp and a drink was also missing.

My Whopper was fresh and neatly topped (not thrown together as carelessly as in other branches). Wipe the tables and empty the carts a little more often and it would be perfect.

This was extremely greasy, I had the feeling that the bread had been roasted in hot fat to warm it up. The next time I paid for bacon that wasn't there. I ordered a burger with chicken, tomatoes and salad, plus bacon. We waited for the order for 20 minutes. There was no fuss; the place was almost empty. My burger was terrible, there was one unsalted tomato, some lettuce, the cutlet was simply disgusting, they forgot the bacon. Left hungry

The manager is amazing. Our cola fall and he offered a new one. He was always sympathetic and friendly. McDonald’s management, give this man a raise.

I ordered a Big King menu, based on the promotional image of a large burger, with a lot of meat, but they give me a ridiculously small burger, with only one slice of meat. I protest with the staff, they tell me that there are two slices of meat, and in fact there is a second, tiny one, hidden under the one I see, but the size of the burger is ridiculous, if compared to the promotional image. They argue that everyone gets that burger for that price, and that that's the real Big King, but I think it's just a Little Prince. In the end they gave me my money back. If no one protests, like I did, they will continue forever to sell a microscopic burger as "Big King". People should stop buying this stuff at these prices. Burger King was far better 10 or 15 years ago.

I'll say it straight away - this is the dirtiest and most unpleasant facility I've encountered in Germany. There is no paper in the machines and no receipt with the number is issued. In addition, the waiting time for an order exceeds all reasonable limits. In addition, the cashier who also puts together the orders works incredibly slowly. You can literally feel that every customer is an unpleasant guest for them. There are no napkins at all in the restaurant, the tables are dirty and no one has cleared away the used trays. The food also left an equally negative impression: disgusting and inedible. I didn't notice any reactions from the administration to bad reviews. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The terrible service and the way the place operates leaves no desire to return.
