I previously had a problem with one of my orders at this restaurant due to an issue in the McD app. Nevertheless, they contacted me about that issue and provided some compensation. I can say that they take care of their customers really well!

The fastest McDonald's I've ever seen. The food sometimes came in under a minute. That's why I often ordered something to take away there quickly after work.

Toilets were unkempt (it was black inside the toilet and the sink was simply unkempt and soap was also empty.) Employees were very unfriendly. Then the boss makes a contract in the middle of the store!! One employee didn't even know what the difference was between McFlurry or Mcsundae!! I had a stomach ache because of the food! The lady with the headscarf at the checkout is arguing with a customer!! Doesn't work at all!!!! Just a juice shop!

The staff are not friendly at all! Especially on the night shift. There's this middle-aged employee with thin white hair who yelled at me just because I asked him for salt and pepper. A few weeks ago he also behaved rudely after I ordered my food and sat down at a table. He started shouting and said that it was not allowed to eat in the restaurant after midnight and spoke to me in a commanding tone that I must leave the restaurant even though all the tables were occupied with guests! Today I also noticed how he was arguing with everyone, especially the Uber or Lieferando delivery drivers! It's unfortunate that customers are treated this way, especially since me and my family eat here regularly. I think I won't visit this branch of McDonald's again. I'm disappointed. I also ordered cola and got iced tea!

Every time I'm in Munich I go to this establishment. It is not far from the city center and there is a good English park nearby. Probably the worst MacDonald in the world. Cold fries, the ingredients slapped on the burger, sauce smeared on the outside. Wrong incomplete processing and rude. Tables not cleared. Hello MacDonald, we can do better than that!!!!!

Simple McDonald's near Münchner Freiheit. Fine for a quick snack. Very nice boss who even came to our table and asked about our well-being. We've never experienced this at McDonald's.

This McDonalds is an absolute disgrace. The staff is abusive and rude, especially the young lady with the headscarf. When I kindly asked why there was hardly a trace of ice cream or chocolate sauce in the sundae, the lady answered my question with a “disappear” incident on May 9th, 2024

A McDonald's in a prime location. But in terms of cleanliness, it's bottom drawer. I've never been to a McDonald's toilet that was so dirty and the whole McDonald's itself seemed rancid. The staff was nice and the food was almost wonderfully fresh. If you can now find a cleaner who will fix the rest while here it will definitely be 4 stars.

This was the second time in this branch. And probably the last time. The first time, a few months ago, two burgers were missing from my order. When I tried to complain about it, the employee got a bit rude but I got my burgers. After 20 minutes So today is the second time and the last chance. This time I got everything. After 30 minutes. I had a breakfast menu, toastie and two muffins. Muffins were cold, buns were hard. Toastie hard and lukewarm. The worst was the coffee. Unfortunately I can't define it in terms of taste. I didn't drink it either. Tables and floor were sticky. But the icing on the cake was the toilet. I would say it smelled like urine. But that would be a lie. It smelled like old, stale piss, the sinks were dirty and the floor was probably cleaned of concrete dust shortly after the Schwabinger 7 bomb exploded, but not much has happened since then. No thanks.

The toilets are disgusting and smell like urine, you can smell it even outside the toilets so that you have a slight urge to gag when ordering on the computers. The situation has been like this for a long time and none of the employees care.

My wife went here, I would never go to a McDonald's.. but I tried the breakfast sandwich she got and the eggs and English muffin sandwich was pretty good and it tasted like it could have been homemade. I haven't had anything from McDonald's in America for a decade but don't remember that quality.

The most remorseful McDonald's I've ever been to! The toilets are extremely dirty and you can see that they have never been cleaned properly. The employees don't know how to use the cash register system, it's dirty everywhere and everything is sticky! Even though this branch has a pretty prestigious location! Then, as MC Donald's Deutschland GmbH, I just have to put a little extra money on it if I can't find any other decent employees! The worst branch in all of Munich. The employees are completely overwhelmed, seem inexperienced and listless. Every time something is missing from the order or you get the wrong food. The branch is always almost empty in the morning, but you still have to wait longer than 20 minutes for your order. These employees should be sent to the valley for training. I miss the McDonalds on Leopoldstrasse!

We had dinner there yesterday. The waiting time was a disaster. Very long queue at the machines, but also a very long wait for the food. The branch was completely full, only one employee distributed the orders. The lobby was very dirty, the tables were not wiped down. The toilet was also very dirty and smelled of urine. Schlechtestes Personal, das ich je erlebt habe. Mc Flurry nicht wie bestellt und nur zur Hälfte gefüllt bekommen, ein Freund von mir wurde 15 Minuten lang beim Bezahlen nicht bedient, bis wir dann das Geschäft verlassen haben. Würde sagen schlechtester Mccs ganz München.

Ein schön liegender Mäcki in der Nähe Haltestelle Münchner Freiheit und dem Eingang zum Englischen Garten. Man hat die Bestellstationen, oder persönliche Kassen, man kann sich das Essen an den Tisch bringen lassen. Alles in allem ein guter McDonald's.

Sehr nettes personal und der Schichtführer war steht’s höflich. Das essen schmeckt sehr lecker und frisch und das preis Leistungsträger Verhältnis ist super der beste McDonald’s den ich kenne .
