I ordered a Happy Meal. There were no toys. I went to the checkout to point out their mistake. In response, I received accusations that a toy was supposedly being placed there. Central McDonald’s in Schwabing, which is located directly on Wedekindplatz. Thankful for the long opening hours for when you're hungry after a pub crawl or a binge at one of the bars nearby. The audience has everything there, but I always felt safe there thanks to the great staff on site!

I was always very satisfied, but recently the machine has been eating every single coupon. I complained today and the answer I got was: “Yes, the machine at the front always deletes the coupons.” THEN JUST CLOSE THE MACHINE OR HANG A SIGN. Sorry but what kind of service is this? I have been a constant customer but I will never enter this restaurant again.

Very unpleasant staff. The employees are arrogant, throw sauces around carelessly, and exude an unfounded arrogance. When I wanted to inquire about a product in more detail, the man behind the counter became visibly upset and muttered unfriendly things.

I had a really bad experience at this McDonald's. When I got to the checkout, I was initially completely ignored, even though the employees saw me. It took several minutes before someone finally deigned to take my order – and that was without a friendly word. I then had to wait a full 20 minutes for my food, while other customers who ordered after me received theirs much sooner. When I asked, I only received an annoyed response, but no apology or explanation. The entire service was unfriendly and disinterested, as if the employees couldn't care less. I've never experienced anything like this at McDonald's! I absolutely do not recommend this location.

If you want to eat the wrong thing with an (almost) 100% hit rate (regardless of whether you picked it up yourself or delivered it), you've come to the right place!

I'm not much of a fast food fan, but McCafé's coffee is really the best I know. No matter where in the world. He was particularly good in this Mäcki because it was really hot!

Macces, no particular expectations. You know what you're getting. Everything was ok, sometimes a little bit tricky because guests in particular simply left their rubbish there even though the rubbish bin was 3m away.

I bought something, just got half of the order, when I went to complain, they said they were closed, although I bought before they closed. I complained and they said they were nice to "give me anything". I paid, how are they giving me something?? Worst service I have ever seen.

A perfect experience! I recently visited McDonald’s and absolutely loved it! The service was exceptionally good - the staff were friendly, attentive and incredibly quick. You immediately felt welcome and the order was prepared quickly and without errors. The food was a real dream! The burgers were fresh, hot and perfectly flavored. Also the fries – crispy, golden and salted just right. I was particularly impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the restaurant. Overall it was a completely successful experience. I can highly recommend this McDonald’s and am already looking forward to my next visit! 5 out of 5 stars!

Cold fries, cold burgers, cold apple turnovers and when I complain about it I just get a shrug. Never had such a bad meal at McDonalds. There was little going on, but cold dishes were still not served. It's unbelievable that the standard isn't maintained.

It’s similar to McDonald’s in other places. There are long queues in front of the two self-service ordering machines. I don’t understand why I don’t use my mobile phone to order. There is a black guy in front of the toilet eagerly waiting to give money to those who enter the toilet. I have never encountered this in Munich. .

Had several broken pieces of black hard plastic in the McFlurry. I bit the biggest one and then discovered the smaller ones that I might otherwise have swallowed.

the worst experience I've ever had at mc donald chaos messed up orders. They gave us an order, everything piled up, when we got home we found out that they didn't give us 3 x cheeseburgers, so they robbed us of 7 euros, I will never buy there again

Service Disaster, I waited 20 minutes for my order and I did not receive what I ordered.

It's just terrible, none of the three urinals work, everything is overflowing or broken, the floor looks more like a basin in a sewage treatment plant. After eating I felt sick. On November 19th, 2024 at around 4:30 p.m. I had a very unpleasant experience in this McDonald's branch. I had lost my order receipt and asked the staff for help. Instead of helping me or politely telling me there was nothing they could do, a dark-haired employee accused me of lying ("You can't lie to us"). I later found the receipt on the floor and was able to pick up my order, but instead of a double chicken burger I only got a plain one. I didn't want to add more stress so I left it at that. Then I noticed a disgusting taste while eating it - there was a yellow substance in the meat. When I reported this, the same employee said in front of all the other customers, "Yes, you eat your food and then complain to get something new." This kind of thing is incredibly disrespectful and unacceptable. In the end I got a new burger, but the behavior and quality in this branch was simply disappointing. I hope that such employees face consequences so that something like this doesn't happen again.

Service concept is zero. They are very unfriendly and arrogant. Fries are always only a little over half full. And if you have it delivered to avoid this service disaster, something is always missing from the order. Pure incompetence of the staff, or a rip-off scam?!? Both very annoying.

Even tough it's a busy McDonald's branch the service was amazing. They never get an order wrong. The branch was also quite clean. Enjoyed a big mac.

We had to order new pancakes 3 times because they were always old. Just put it in the deep fryer again and it's fine. Scrambled egg wrap wasn't fresh, too much salad and far too little egg. You should urgently have the toilet thoroughly cleaned; the ladies' toilet smells awful.

The guy who cleans and tidies up everything here spilled a drink on my pants, the food is very tasty but the service is not.

The McDonalds on Feilitzschstrasse is apparently a well-run branch, the reasons for this are as follows: 1. The relatively high level of cleanliness. 2. The employees who are clearly trying hard and, for example, take trays from you even if you want to take them away yourself. You can tell that the employees behind the cash register/in the kitchen work quickly. 3. The quality of the food. I usually got really fresh fries here. You get ice in your drink (no longer standard either) and all in all the items are well prepared (and yes, there are differences between the branches). 4. There are good offers (there are differences across Germany). Things can always be better, but these days you have to appreciate all these things.

Checkout is blocked by a guest and employees don't open a second checkout. They don't care if I want to pay in cash.

The app doesn't work there and they weren't interested in solving the problem. My suggestion to simply type out the order was denied several times and only implemented after I asked again.

We were there on a Wednesday before a public holiday after the celebrations that night and were thrown out to eat straight after we ordered. we were yelled at and then they turned off the lights and continued yelling. wasn't cool and instead of McPlant I got spicy chicken nuggets. not cool either

I've experienced it twice now (during the day) where the burgers sit a little longer, you can tell by the cheese. But if you complain about this dry burger you get a new one straight away and without discussion, so I think the employees know exactly how long the food has been there, anyone who doesn't do that is just out of luck. There's a lot more going on in the evenings and you don't experience anything like that. The cleanliness in the dining area could be improved

I had breakfast there. Service was quick and friendly, food and drinks were okay, but the music was far too loud and not pleasant for breakfast (hip-hop, etc.). That really spoiled my stay in the morning when I would have preferred something quieter. Too bad, I won't come back.

Ordered an ice cream at the machine and was not allowed to get my item without showing my receipt. This I did, but the very angry young lady took this and threw it out. I asked to have it back but was totally ignored by her and could not get in touch with her. She just looked at me angrily. I did not get my receipt and had to leave the restaurant without it. I would otherwise use this for company travel settlement.

The fastest McDonald's I've ever seen. The food sometimes came in under a minute. That's why I often ordered something to take away there quickly after work.

Toilets were unkempt (it was black inside the toilet and the sink was simply unkempt and soap was also empty.) Employees were very unfriendly. Then the boss makes a contract in the middle of the store!! One employee didn't even know what the difference was between McFlurry or Mcsundae!! I had a stomach ache because of the food! The lady with the headscarf at the checkout is arguing with a customer!! Doesn't work at all!!!! Just a juice shop!

The staff are not friendly at all! Especially on the night shift. There's this middle-aged employee with thin white hair who yelled at me just because I asked him for salt and pepper. A few weeks ago he also behaved rudely after I ordered my food and sat down at a table. He started shouting and said that it was not allowed to eat in the restaurant after midnight and spoke to me in a commanding tone that I must leave the restaurant even though all the tables were occupied with guests! Today I also noticed how he was arguing with everyone, especially the Uber or Lieferando delivery drivers! Every time I'm in Munich I go to this establishment. It is not far from the city center and there is a good English park nearby. Simple McDonald's near Münchner Freiheit. Fine for a quick snack. Very nice boss who even came to our table and asked about our well-being. We've never experienced this at McDonald's.
