Kentucky Fried Chicken in München

Probably the worst KFC in all of Munich. Remote ordering sometimes doesn't work, and there's no one at the counter. Order numbers are called out in barely understandable Indian German instead of being shown on the display. Orders are processed in wild confusion. Waiting time of over half an hour from ordering to delivery! The food was lukewarm at best. Drinks machine partly empty and not refilled even after repeated requests. Garbage everywhere! Tables are not cleared or cleaned! Toilet shabby, smeared and dirty. No visible, effective organization could be recognized by the supervisor and the employees acted completely chaotically at their own discretion. And the KFC was only half full.

Too few staff for too many orders. Takes forever forever forever

Very very unfriendly employees. Arrogance is their motto in life - you order 3 burgers, you wait 40 minutes for it and when you ask you are ignored. Incredible

Non-German speaking woman filled up her plastic bottles at the gas pump. It was amusing to see how an employee spoke to her.

Very bad shop, No napkins, my drink forgotten + my receipt taken away, how am I supposed to deduct it from my taxes?

The system with the displays for ordering yourself works in every other restaurant, only at KFC they thought we would make it extra crappy. Menu navigation without rhyme or reason. Products are displayed that are not available and salads are not available and there is no dressing either. Shabby restaurant with shabby employees, but really expensive!

Everything is completely tasteless. The best thing was getting out of the parking space and driving again.

I got a Zinger burger and chicken pieces here late on Thursday April 2nd. The chicken pieces looked anything but fresh. The result was that I couldn't move far from the toilet for two days and ruined my weekend. If you read the other reviews here, it seems like it wasn't just me.

After at least 20 minutes. When I had to wait in the drive-thru, I was yelled at and suggested that I cancel the order. That's not how it works KFC!!!!

Today I took a menu with me. The fries were so bad you could have poisoned yourself. I'm 100% sure they were from yesterday or older - just warmed up. I tried to call, but unfortunately no one answered. Very disappointing - the burgers and wings were also bad. Never again KFC!

The food, like almost all KFCs, is great, and parking is great. However, the restroom is very small and unfortunately not as clean as one would hope. Otherwise, really good.

Outrageous prices for outrageous portions. Everything has become more expensive and smaller. KFC, as it exists now, would have to be closed. Neither the employees nor the customers are in a good mood or welcome!

Honestly, things have gotten really bad in this branch. Drinks totally sweet and taste like pure sugar. The chicken parts as we know them taste totally bland. It used to be much better, it's a shame that this branch has fallen into decline. I know others that are a lot better

Raw bloody chicken and rude staff

For the umpteenth time we got the wrong burgers on the menu. 2 x zingers were supposed to be with extra cheese and 2 x colonel were included and also without cheese.

The employees don't seem to want to sell anything! Better go over to Meggi :) I used the Click & Collect function that KFC has... When I stood at the checkout to give the code for the order and to pay, there were three employees behind the counter... One looks at me and then continues playing on his cell phone, the second looked around at world history and enjoyed his drink and talked to the third who was just standing in front of the food counter as a decoration. After no one approached me for a long time, I asked the employees if they would like to take my order. When someone took pity on me, they pointed out to me that the Click&Collect function doesn't work because they don't have all of it... Then why do I select the branch and see special offers? Then I asked if I could also order the offer from them at the counter and simply have two wings instead of the missing cheese bites... That wasn't possible for some reason. I didn't want to put myself through any more of that and then I went over to McDonalds 🤷🏽‍♂️ So if you don't feel like making sales, just leave it alone 😂

Once upon a time it was clean and tasty... 10 years ago it used to be good, especially the food. Instead of crispy you now get dry chicken and limp fries, which is a shame I have to say. Nowadays the staff at least makes an effort to give the appearance of friendliness. In the past, the friendliness was really there and I was happy to go there. I'm not going there anymore, it was my last time, especially with kids. Why? Cleanliness absolutely non-existent. Doesn't a cleaner work here anymore? The ordering terminals are so full of grease, it's really disgusting. Wanted to wash my hands in the toilet, OMG 😱! Men's toilet is so dirty and smells like a sewer, unfortunately you can't call it anything else, but that was the case before. And that the floor or even the tables need to be cleaned... nope! KFC, please act here. The remodeling of the interior is nice, but it's no use if the other things aren't right, especially the lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately I won't be eating there or going to the toilet anymore, my health is more important to me, which is a real shame!

Shortly after 2 p.m. today we ordered 2 menus to take away (1x Super deal bucket and 1× 6 Original bites menu). Unfortunately, the lady at the drive was unfriendly and unprofessional because she had something else to do even though the shop was almost empty. When we got home we noticed that 2 x small fries were missing. Next time we'll order across the street from Mc, the employees are always nice there

This KFC no longer accepts vouchers! If you want to go through the DRIVE-IN, you have to accept a waiting time of 20 - 30 minutes. You stand right out onto the street. When ordering they were all! Forgot sauces, funnily enough the lady explained to us that she had accidentally ordered ketchup instead of mayonnaise, but she would give the mayo with her. Wtf?! Two menus were ordered, unfortunately one was the wrong one. So everything that could have gone wrong happened. Too bad!

Food takes forever to get to you and is then cold. Staff unfriendly and some don't understand German or English.

Unfortunately, the employees are becoming increasingly rude. We asked at the drive-in for an additional piece of chicken and asked not to get a leg. This has been our standard order for at least six months. Today a lady intervened during the conversation and shouted that that wasn't possible. We would have to take what is there. And that in one tone... I was speechless: being approached like that out of nowhere has nothing to do with service. This person needs a job without human contact. The tone doesn't work. That's it for us. We're not coming anymore.

I would give minus points if possible. Very rude staff. Out of an order of 25 hot wings, 10 were missing. When you make a complaint you are treated very unkindly. Question, who served them? Do you need a handover protocol? Multiple inquiries about how many were missing... When the remaining order is handed over you will receive a comment, you can count it again……. Unfortunately unbelievable but true.

It has nothing to do with FAST food...it definitely can't be any slower...It's just crazy how slowly orders are processed...Never again!!

Absolutely inferior quality at an exorbitant price. Apart from all the hair in the breading of the wings, the breading is probably 40% waste paper... never again!

Food is KFC standard but we will NEVER come back!!! Kiona or Tiona who takes the orders is rude, impatient and rude!!! We couldn't go back...otherwise we would have driven away. We've never experienced anything like this before. The other lady at the counter afterwards was friendly and even apologized.

Since the ordering terminals are available, something is always left out. For example the side dish, if you order a SECOND side dish, you simply add the first side dish e.g. B. French fries booked away. It has happened to me twice, this time I complained. The answer was that I had made the mistake. There is no indication that the fries were removed after choosing the SECOND side dish. That doesn't work at all.

It was missing one chicken in my box, I ordered 11 and received only 10😑 about this I still want my chicken KFC🙄 The taste could be better.

Very, very, very slow processing, this is the third time this has happened to me. I was just here for the test again (Oct 24), 3 p.m. almost empty. Took 10 minutes to get 5 chicken wings, which were already ordered and paid for on the screen. Otherwise renovated standard KFC.

I didn't like the attitude. The order was not reported. I had to check again and when agreed they added what was needed. regretted the ketchup. Even though I placed two orders, one received ketchup.

Nice staff and refillable drinks. Unfortunately the quality of the food is not brilliant. Unnecessarily greasy compared to others and sometimes fried too short, sometimes too long... I hope they at least find out soon how to assemble burgers correctly, because they actually taste good. However, the price is ridiculously expensive for fast food.

25 minutes waiting time, burger cold and then unfriendly! Obviously forgot the order number, stood in the store for 25 minutes and waited until the status “in preparation” finally changed to “for pickup”. After customers after me received their food earlier and I asked about it, a disturbance arose. Employee doesn't even apologize. Then the order was in my hands and when we arrived at our seat, the ketchup we ordered was missing. So back again. Lo and behold - then the burger is ice cold! Bad service and no interest in customer satisfaction!

I was just at KFC and unfortunately very disappointed. First of all the restaurant was quite dirty, both the tables and the floor were not cleaned properly. The staff seemed disinterested and not very friendly. Despite the relatively low occupancy, I had to wait a long time for my order, and when the food finally came, it was lukewarm and not fresh. The fries were soggy and the chicken pieces were very tasteless. I definitely expected more, especially given the prices. Overall a very disappointing experience - I probably won't be back.

Even though it is clean and has a parking garage with good options to park your car, the food was unfortunately not that good. Zinger and fries were okay. Unfortunately the HotWings are partly raw, as can be seen in the picture. There wasn't even much going on at the time of my visit that could be attributed to stress. Oh well. Once and never again.

I'm just disappointed with KFC. I don't understand how they can't even manage to deliver a simple burger correctly. A part of my order was missing, and that's not the first time! It really makes you wonder if anyone there is competent enough to fill an order correctly. The incompetence displayed here is simply a catastrophe. Will definitely not order here again!

Dogs not allowed. The only suggested solution: leave the dog alone on the terrace while you wait for the food. The discussion about it and the subsequent cancellation took longer than simply giving me my order...

What can you say? Here in the Ruhr area the service and the food are better. First we got the wrong order and then we had to wait another 15 minutes. I've never had such fatty chicken parts from KFC. It may be that it has to be like that in Munich, but I don't know it that way

Very tasty KFC, clean and friendly staff. The best thing is the large parking garage, you always get a parking space and can eat in peace

All good but toilet could be cleaner

Food is as always and at every KFC - delicious. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, dirty floors and no one wipes the tables. 1st floor cordoned off, crowds of people unable to find a seat. This KFC should actually be closed just because of the toilets: for men 1 kilo bowl and 2 pee basins, 1 tiny sink. There is 1 usual room for the disabled to change children for women: NOTHING!! NO toilets! So: forget and move on.

Fries were old and cold - meat was dried out and hard and tough at the edges - had probably been in the warming zone for a long time. Everything is fresh and hot right across the street at MC Thurs. In addition, the staff is very unfriendly and you can barely understand them. That was the first and last time we went to KFC, as we had similar experiences in other KFC stores recently. Here you only know how to make money.

All order terminals are staffed all the time. And I find it quite uncool to be shouted at for using them... The cashier spreads stress throughout the store

You cannot order at the desk, out of 4 ordering kiosks, only one was working. The queue was very long. Poor service.

I rarely go to KFC, I ordered fries with mayo at the drive-thru and paid €4.39. Seemed outrageously expensive for the few fries I received. That's why I just looked at the prices on the homepage...it turns out that a large portion of fries was simply charged and a small portion was handed out :( If it had been the other way around, I wouldn't have complained, of course, but strangely enough, that's never happened before🙃

The worst experience with KFC in my life. The only eatable thing is the fried chicken wings. The burger tastes very oddly. The corn on the cob is not fresh and seems to be stored in the fridge for more than one year.

I was there today like every other week and ordered two portions of chicken wings that are on offer on Tuesdays: 1) there are now only 5 wings instead of 6 2) the BBQ sauce now costs 70 cents extra 3) there are no more wet wipes. Instead, reference is made to the toilet 4) a urinal in the men's toilet was blocked and it smelled terrible. KFC: please don't. I'm out of it Was today on July 23rd. there again. Some of the employees are arrogant and disrespectful. They treat the delivery drivers very badly and never respond to the greeting. It takes a long time to collect an order because the employees are talking instead of completing the orders. The manager is totally unfriendly and when you ask her something she answers very badly and aggressively. The place should be cleaned more often

Were there on June 15, 2024. Ordered a zinger at the terminal. Then waited with the pickup slip. After 20 minutes we went to an employee saying yes it was busy. I say orders from the number after me have already been manufactured and issued to customers. I then asked in the kitchen and received my zinger after another 5 minutes. And what I got was a normal burger. There was probably no more heat that day. It was too stupid for me to wait again because we actually just wanted to eat quickly.

Food is okay. But they regularly cheat you on the number or even products that aren't packaged. Anything for profit, even ripping off customers.

Today I went to order in person to take the food home. and they renovated it, it's a shame the staff isn't up to par. Now you just order at the checkout and I ordered a box for €23.90 with 2 drinks in it. The problem is that at the checkout it didn't say how to get them, only whether the drinks were in a bottle or in a plastic cup without a cap. When I picked up the order I found the surprise. They gave them to me in two jars, but I had a bike and couldn't take them with me. and politely asked if I could have the bottles, and explained why, but the rude and annoyed girl didn't want me to change them, she wanted another €3.50 for the bottles, I asked if she could give me something else instead of drinks but she refused. and I had to lose 2 drinks I paid for because I couldn't take them with me in the glasses. After this umpteenth prank I'm done with the KFC chain, I hope they go bankrupt and come to a bad end, I've never seen such rudeness in one place, they really disgust me.

There is no ladies' room. Apparently only men can use the toilet there. The ladies could use the disabled toilet, which cannot be locked. A “no go” for me.
