If you're craving really good chicken, this is the place to go. The breading was super crispy and the meat inside was nice and juicy – ​​exactly what you'd expect from KFC. The hot wings were especially fresh and had a great kick. The order was complete and the fries were still piping hot. Definitely the best place for fried chicken fans!

Rating: 1 star Unfortunately, a very bad experience. After ordering, I waited about 25 minutes for my food, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. There were no napkins available anywhere in the dining area. When I asked for one, I was treated rudely and irritably. Communication was difficult, which made the service even worse. The overall hygiene was poor. The restroom, in particular, was in a catastrophic state – dirty, unkempt, and absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant of this chain. I definitely don't expect this standard from KFC. Not recommended.

I think this place was renovated not too long ago. The new look is nice, and the self-service kiosks definitely reduce waiting times. Before, it was one huge queue during rush hour, but it's been better lately. The people behind the counter seem to vary a lot depending on the day, but I don't expect any special etiquette in a fast-food place. The food has always been tasty so far, but that free refillable drink dispenser... Maybe they could consider an alternative. Every time we're there, it looks awful because some drink has run out and is splashing everywhere, making the whole counter look filthy.

The service here is absolutely appalling. We waited over 30 minutes in the restaurant for our friends' order, which they had placed inside. Our order, placed through the app, was ready in about 10 minutes. The staff were unfriendly, and when we ordered extra cheese sauce, we received a cup that barely covered the bottom. When we asked about it, we received a rude comment. Never again. On top of that, most of the tables were still dirty from the previous customers.

Terrible! It starts off badly as soon as you walk in! You have to order everything digitally. The staff doesn't care about the customers at all. I was missing a drink, and then the employee, Mr. J., got upset because a coleslaw had also been missing earlier. He shook his head and even insulted me. He called his colleague and said I didn't speak German – even though I'm German and he's Chinese! Instead of just giving me a cup. The receipt clearly shows my purchase. They could have come to the table and checked. But this kind of behavior is simply outrageous. I mean, I'm paying for the food, after all. I'm even paying for food I didn't receive at this KFC, and then I have to put up with being insulted because the employees don't do everything right from the start and don't include all the items in the order. And this is despite the fact that it's empty, the place is deserted, and nobody is there. The employees simply aren't doing their jobs properly. If they're tired, they should stay home! Unacceptable. I was there for the grand reopening on May 13, 2008! For me, as a huge KFC fan, it was a highlight. My colleagues and I regularly went there for lunch, and of course, we went there privately too, since it consistently offered good quality food and was right near me – perfect! But unfortunately, around 2020, KFC seemed to suffer a massive decline in food quality, cleanliness, staff, etc. It seemed like this KFC was going out of business, which is why we avoided it and preferred to visit another KFC in Munich. We occasionally sampled the quality at the KFC in the Euro-Industriepark: the chicken was too dry, the wings stale, the breading hard and too dark, the food overcooked, the burgers soggy, the chicken tough, and the drinks too diluted, tasting more like water. But unfortunately, it was still very poor quality! BUT MIRACLES DO HAPPEN!!! KFC has completely renovated – the facade, the interior, the self-service kiosks, and probably even retrained staff! Last week, we happened to drive by and saw the new look of KFC, and we were curious to see if anything else had changed. PEOPLE, GO THERE AGAIN!!! It's back to how it was at the beginning, the way we remember KFC from back in the day. It's like I'm back at the grand opening 17 years ago (photos from 2008). Please keep it up! THANK YOU, KFC!!!

The following situation: I order my food from the self-service vending machine. The menu includes soft drinks in cups, but the water is pictured in a bottle. I absolutely want a bottle because it's easier to carry, so I order water. When I get my food, I'm given two open cups to fill myself. The employee tells me that only one cup is included with the purchase. I escalate the situation to my colleague, to whom I explain again that, judging by the picture, I bought a bottle and that I'm able to distinguish a bottle from a cup in a photo. She starts arguing and tells me that I should please clarify this with Burger King headquarters. They can't charge me for the deposit alone. After a long discussion, she finally gave me two water bottles and charged me the deposit by entering some small item, like a sauce, into the cash register, and I gave her the €0.50 for two bottles. In summary: if the computer is incorrectly programmed, it's the customer's problem. Then we discuss it with the customer, but ultimately the problem is solved.

Probably the worst KFC in all of Munich. Remote ordering sometimes doesn't work, and there's no one at the counter. Order numbers are called out in barely understandable Indian German instead of being shown on the display. Orders are processed in wild confusion. Waiting time of over half an hour from ordering to delivery! The food was lukewarm at best. Drinks machine partly empty and not refilled even after repeated requests. Garbage everywhere! Tables are not cleared or cleaned! Toilet shabby, smeared and dirty. No visible, effective organization could be recognized by the supervisor and the employees acted completely chaotically at their own discretion. And the KFC was only half full.

The system with the displays for ordering yourself works in every other restaurant, only at KFC they thought we would make it extra crappy. Menu navigation without rhyme or reason. Products are displayed that are not available and salads are not available and there is no dressing either. Shabby restaurant with shabby employees, but really expensive!

I got a Zinger burger and chicken pieces here late on Thursday April 2nd. The chicken pieces looked anything but fresh. The result was that I couldn't move far from the toilet for two days and ruined my weekend. If you read the other reviews here, it seems like it wasn't just me.

Today I took a menu with me. The fries were so bad you could have poisoned yourself. I'm 100% sure they were from yesterday or older - just warmed up. I tried to call, but unfortunately no one answered. Very disappointing - the burgers and wings were also bad. Never again KFC!

The food, like almost all KFCs, is great, and parking is great. However, the restroom is very small and unfortunately not as clean as one would hope. Otherwise, really good.

How do you manage to pack the wrong dip three times???? Today, for the third time this month (Dec '25), I got the 20-piece nuggets, among other things. Every single time, unbelievably, they came with dips I didn't order. Order: chili every single time. What did I get: sweet and sour. I don't like that at all. Conclusion: three times sweet and sour, out the window; me: nuggets without dip. Simply the lowest level of service.
