Be careful when ordering via Uber Eats! My order wasn't complete. When I contacted the restaurant, they assumed on the phone that the entire order had been sent out. But that's not true, otherwise I would have found everything in the bag. I find it very unprofessional to treat customers this way. I would have expected a clear apology or a straightforward solution – instead, the error was blamed on me. Very disappointing!

Many things were wrong on my tray but it was calmly taken back and replaced

The food tasted dry. The price/performance ratio wasn't great. The tables weren't clean either.

Delivery was a complete disaster: Ordered three hours in advance for a meal worth over €100. There was no notification as to whether the order would even be processed, nor was there a cancellation from KFC. It's better to let the customer wait until they find an alternative on their own. We were there today. Since then, we've had terrible stomach pains and severe nausea. Absolutely not recommended.

I waited 18 minutes for my order, even though there were no people there. The staff is disgusting, they don't care about the customers, especially the cashier on the evening shift, who not only didn't bring the order, but also was rude and impolite when I asked when my order would be ready. I do not recommend visiting.

Waiting 34 minutes for 3 crispy cheese and 1 kids menu (4 fillet bites) is crazy, the restaurant wasn’t even busy.

I had hot wings that weren't cooked through. The meat was red/pink. I complained and got new ones, but they weren't cooked through either. When I returned them, the cashier made the following comment, "You ate half of it," instead of apologizing. Next time, I'll go to Meggi across the street.

The entire building is a construction site. When I ordered at the dumpster, there was no receipt – the paper was blank… it can happen. The wait time was up to 36 minutes. Delivery services like Lieferando and Uber Eats apparently take priority. We received some of the food cold. The drinks have tasted like syrup for years – extremely sweet, almost undrinkable. I've spoken to the on-site staff about this many times. In the past, someone took care of the machines. Today, you only hear one word: "Broken."

I visited this KFC branch and had to wait over 10 minutes for my food—far too long for a fast-food restaurant. The burger was cold and obviously not fresh. When I asked for a replacement, the staff was rude and even loud. I got my money back, but my entire break was lost. It's disappointing that they seem to be selling old food here. I hope the staff are better trained and fresh food is served on time to improve customer service.

Didn't taste good at all, completely different from normal. A staff disaster, rude and disrespectful. The staff absolutely needs training as soon as possible. It's insane, impossible.

It's not really a meal, like any other KFC, but the portions are relatively small. And when I pointed out that my order was incomplete, I got small fries even though they were supposed to be large. €18 is pretty steep for that.

Well, Crispies where really small 1 was like 7cm other one barely 4. Fries good warm, Crispy Burger was tasty like every else, just the sizes are way off. As far as i know Standard crispy is more like 15cm long not 7 and def not 3. I did had coupon from app but nevertheless Crispy is a Crispy, not bites

Service was extremely poor and slow. Hardly anyone spoke German, which was probably the bare minimum. Food was so-so. A meal took 35 minutes. Never again from this place.

The lady with glasses at the checkout was very unfriendly. She didn't even behave respectfully, not even towards her employees. They even argued in front of the customers. There was even a woman at the counter who didn't even have her hair styled and was walking around in a skirt.

For 25 years, I’ve been eating at these restaurants. I’ve never seen anything this bad, slow, sloppy, and low-quality before. I hope it gets inspected and improved soon. Otherwise, I don’t think anyone will come again. You shouldn’t have to wait 25 minutes for a simple menu at a fast food restaurant.

Let me put it this way: the food at KFC generally tastes very good, but we had strange long hair in the crispy KFC pieces. Very disgusting and not appetizing.

Terrible service, every time I ordered from this crappy restaurant 90% of my order wasn't delivered and not only that, but they can't even answer the phone.

Pretty shitty, should have gone to McDonald's or Burger King. Delivery was messed up, so I went there to fix it, but the "manager" was uncooperative and I'm really pissed off right now. But hey! Some people pay good money to be pissed off.

The sauce and sesame seeds in the Korean Crispya were very sparing compared to other KFCs. The drink dispenser was completely dirty. The restrooms were a disgrace.

The following situation: I order my food from the self-service vending machine. The menu includes soft drinks in cups, but the water is pictured in a bottle. I absolutely want a bottle because it's easier to carry, so I order water. When I get my food, I'm given two open cups to fill myself. The employee tells me that only one cup is included with the purchase. I escalate the situation to my colleague, to whom I explain again that, judging by the picture, I bought a bottle and that I'm able to distinguish a bottle from a cup in a photo. She starts arguing and tells me that I should please clarify this with Burger King headquarters. They can't charge me for the deposit alone. After a long discussion, she finally gave me two water bottles and charged me the deposit by entering some small item, like a sauce, into the cash register, and I gave her the €0.50 for two bottles. In summary: if the computer is incorrectly programmed, it's the customer's problem. Then we discuss it with the customer, but ultimately the problem is solved.

It takes so long, no joke, you'd get your food faster at the Augustiner Wirtshaus. It's really sad.

It's just KFC. For a fast food chain, everything's perfectly fine.

3 free hot wings. You show the receipt. She says it's not your food. She says, "Show me your food." Some blonde woman says, "Yes, how am I supposed to show you the food?" Should I spit it out?

The worst place ever. Dirty, long wait times, no system or organization. Anyone who orders a cup will likely wait 30 minutes. The Squid Game menu looks like it was made and tastes accordingly. Better to go to McDonald's across the street.

Be sure to check that everything is included. I bought takeaway for over €25 and half of it was missing.

We went there for the second time because we wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the place. The tables are dirty and sticky. We didn't get any wet wipes because they were out of them, and the restrooms were dirty. We won't be going there again. Things have to change.

Advertisement VS Reality! - A mini chicken piece in a flabby burger bun with plenty of tomato puree and mustard - the crispy chicken meal is ready.

They got the order wrong as they missed a whole drink and meal. Then when we asked them for it they called us stupid and said we’re not smart. Then we counted the chicken and missed 7 pieces. Then when we finally got the chicken they still got it wrong but we didn’t go back to complain. Overall the service was horrible but the food was ok.

Guy at the counter didn’t give us half our food and called me stupid for saying he missed it. Absolute wally needs to sort himself out or find a job not talking to customers , other employee helped us after he walked away while talking to us. Other staff were lovely just one guy that was rude

The restaurant desperately needs to hire more staff and become friendlier. It's always full, and yet there aren't enough staff on site. It's completely incomprehensible, to be honest. The staff are also constantly rude.

Probably the worst KFC in all of Munich. Remote ordering sometimes doesn't work, and there's no one at the counter. Order numbers are called out in barely understandable Indian German instead of being shown on the display. Orders are processed in wild confusion. Waiting time of over half an hour from ordering to delivery! The food was lukewarm at best. Drinks machine partly empty and not refilled even after repeated requests. Garbage everywhere! Tables are not cleared or cleaned! Toilet shabby, smeared and dirty. No visible, effective organization could be recognized by the supervisor and the employees acted completely chaotically at their own discretion. And the KFC was only half full.

Very very unfriendly employees. Arrogance is their motto in life - you order 3 burgers, you wait 40 minutes for it and when you ask you are ignored. Incredible

The system with the displays for ordering yourself works in every other restaurant, only at KFC they thought we would make it extra crappy. Menu navigation without rhyme or reason. Products are displayed that are not available and salads are not available and there is no dressing either. Shabby restaurant with shabby employees, but really expensive!

I got a Zinger burger and chicken pieces here late on Thursday April 2nd. The chicken pieces looked anything but fresh. The result was that I couldn't move far from the toilet for two days and ruined my weekend. If you read the other reviews here, it seems like it wasn't just me.

After at least 20 minutes. When I had to wait in the drive-thru, I was yelled at and suggested that I cancel the order. That's not how it works KFC!!!!

Today I took a menu with me. The fries were so bad you could have poisoned yourself. I'm 100% sure they were from yesterday or older - just warmed up. I tried to call, but unfortunately no one answered. Very disappointing - the burgers and wings were also bad. Never again KFC!

The food, like almost all KFCs, is great, and parking is great. However, the restroom is very small and unfortunately not as clean as one would hope. Otherwise, really good.

Outrageous prices for outrageous portions. Everything has become more expensive and smaller. KFC, as it exists now, would have to be closed. Neither the employees nor the customers are in a good mood or welcome!

Raw bloody chicken and rude staff

For the umpteenth time we got the wrong burgers on the menu. 2 x zingers were supposed to be with extra cheese and 2 x colonel were included and also without cheese.

The employees don't seem to want to sell anything! Better go over to Meggi :) I used the Click & Collect function that KFC has... When I stood at the checkout to give the code for the order and to pay, there were three employees behind the counter... One looks at me and then continues playing on his cell phone, the second looked around at world history and enjoyed his drink and talked to the third who was just standing in front of the food counter as a decoration. After no one approached me for a long time, I asked the employees if they would like to take my order. When someone took pity on me, they pointed out to me that the Click&Collect function doesn't work because they don't have all of it... Then why do I select the branch and see special offers? Then I asked if I could also order the offer from them at the counter and simply have two wings instead of the missing cheese bites... That wasn't possible for some reason. I didn't want to put myself through any more of that and then I went over to McDonalds 🤷🏽‍♂️ So if you don't feel like making sales, just leave it alone 😂

Once upon a time it was clean and tasty... 10 years ago it used to be good, especially the food. Instead of crispy you now get dry chicken and limp fries, which is a shame I have to say. Nowadays the staff at least makes an effort to give the appearance of friendliness. In the past, the friendliness was really there and I was happy to go there. I'm not going there anymore, it was my last time, especially with kids. Why? Cleanliness absolutely non-existent. Doesn't a cleaner work here anymore? The ordering terminals are so full of grease, it's really disgusting. Wanted to wash my hands in the toilet, OMG 😱! Men's toilet is so dirty and smells like a sewer, unfortunately you can't call it anything else, but that was the case before. And that the floor or even the tables need to be cleaned... nope! KFC, please act here. The remodeling of the interior is nice, but it's no use if the other things aren't right, especially the lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately I won't be eating there or going to the toilet anymore, my health is more important to me, which is a real shame!

Shortly after 2 p.m. today we ordered 2 menus to take away (1x Super deal bucket and 1× 6 Original bites menu). This KFC no longer accepts vouchers! If you want to go through the DRIVE-IN, you have to accept a waiting time of 20 - 30 minutes. You stand right out onto the street. When ordering they were all! Forgot sauces, funnily enough the lady explained to us that she had accidentally ordered ketchup instead of mayonnaise, but she would give the mayo with her. Wtf?! Two menus were ordered, unfortunately one was the wrong one. So everything that could have gone wrong happened. Too bad!

This has been our standard order for at least six months. Today a lady intervened during the conversation and shouted that that wasn't possible. We would have to take what is there. And that in one tone... I was speechless: being approached like that out of nowhere has nothing to do with service. This person needs a job without human contact. The tone doesn't work. That's it for us. We're not coming anymore.

I would give minus points if possible. Very rude staff. Out of an order of 25 hot wings, 10 were missing. When you make a complaint you are treated very unkindly. Question, who served them? Do you need a handover protocol? Multiple inquiries about how many were missing... When the remaining order is handed over you will receive a comment, you can count it again……. Food is KFC standard but we will NEVER come back!!! Kiona or Tiona who takes the orders is rude, impatient and rude!!! We couldn't go back...otherwise we would have driven away. We've never experienced anything like this before. The other lady at the counter afterwards was friendly and even apologized.

Since the ordering terminals are available, something is always left out. For example the side dish, if you order a SECOND side dish, you simply add the first side dish e.g. B. French fries booked away. It has happened to me twice, this time I complained. The answer was that I had made the mistake. There is no indication that the fries were removed after choosing the SECOND side dish. That doesn't work at all.

It was missing one chicken in my box, I ordered 11 and received only 10😑 about this I still want my chicken KFC🙄 The taste could be better.

Very, very, very slow processing, this is the third time this has happened to me. I was just here for the test again (Oct 24), 3 p.m. almost empty. Took 10 minutes to get 5 chicken wings, which were already ordered and paid for on the screen. Otherwise renovated standard KFC.

I didn't like the attitude. The order was not reported. I had to check again and when agreed they added what was needed. regretted the ketchup. Even though I placed two orders, one received ketchup.

Nice staff and refillable drinks. Unfortunately the quality of the food is not brilliant. Unnecessarily greasy compared to others and sometimes fried too short, sometimes too long... 25 minutes waiting time, burger cold and then unfriendly! Obviously forgot the order number, stood in the store for 25 minutes and waited until the status “in preparation” finally changed to “for pickup”. After customers after me received their food earlier and I asked about it, a disturbance arose. Employee doesn't even apologize. Then the order was in my hands and when we arrived at our seat, the ketchup we ordered was missing. So back again. Lo and behold - then the burger is ice cold! Bad service and no interest in customer satisfaction!

I was just at KFC and unfortunately very disappointed. First of all the restaurant was quite dirty, both the tables and the floor were not cleaned properly. The staff seemed disinterested and not very friendly. Despite the relatively low occupancy, I had to wait a long time for my order, and when the food finally came, it was lukewarm and not fresh. The fries were soggy and the chicken pieces were very tasteless. I definitely expected more, especially given the prices. Overall a very disappointing experience - I probably won't be back.
