If you just want to take 3 portions of fries and a 9 piece of Chicken Mc Nuggets for the children when filling up, you can completely forget about it here... no sign of a SCHNELLrestaurant and that in the middle of Munich. After 20 minutes of waiting, our order wasn't even prepared! Luckily - or unluckily - I had to pay cash to an employee. The receipt said it could take a while, but of course I had no way of knowing that people who take something with them and want to pay in cash might be discriminated against. Things are quicker at Mc in our small town and there is a lot more going on there than in this branch. After me, a family ordered complete menus for four people to eat on site and received them before me. Then write straight away that you don't want to give anything out to take away! Absolutely weak and an absolute joke for a FAST food restaurant! Never again!

Too small for so many customers

Usual McDonalds. This branch specifically doesnt serve breakfasts. And staff is rude, i could tell they talk about us on German and laugh.

Rarely seen such a dirty McDonald's...toilet smells awful.

Don't go!!!!!! My husband and my son were there today at 10:30 and both complained of nausea, stomach pain and vomited!!!!!!

Note to operators - orders are set to "ready for pickup" long before they are issued... Food is also catastrophic. The fries look like lukewarm, moist newspaper. Prices high, quality down... Bravo.

Waiting times for food may vary. No matter how hard the employees try, it's no longer fun to have to order from the machine and be called by number.

It takes employees 10 years for everything and I waited over 10 minutes for 2 apple turnovers even though the store was empty. The app vouchers didn't work for some reason and when I asked him why they didn't work, the employee just said "I don't know anything" and left. The smallest mc Donalds we have ever visited. We go here most of the time after working at the fair. It's a select mc Donalds Menu, however the staff is nice and it's clean. Food was done quickly.

It's just a McDonald's. I still don't like ordering at the terminal, but I think it's quicker. Food was as expected and ready reasonably quickly. All around as I expect. The employees are friendly and nothing was ever missing from my orders within several days. All around everything good.

Ok McD. I've always had the wrong sauce in my dish (except for one one-time exception), so I would always check before taking it home.

I have never been received so unfriendly! After I ordered on the screen and couldn't order a milkshake without syrup. I immediately went to the counter and asked to please make my shake. I worked at Mcs for 10 years and planning means without anything. Without syrup. No strawberry, no vanilla and no chocolate either. Obsluha nepříjemná. Objednávka nebyla kompletní a když jsme si řekli o chybějící produkty, tak nám je dali ještě špatně. Velké zklamání!!!

Alles schief gelaufen was schief laufen konnte. Kakao bestellt, Cola bekommen. Reklamiert. Wieder falsch. Dann erst geklappt. Muffin und Donut hat funktioniert. Latte Macchiato und Kakao haben uns einen Tag lang den Magen verdorben. Die Kaffeemaschine scheint nicht in Ordnung zu sein.

Ich bin öfters Kunde und habe wiederholt schlechte Erfahrungen hier. Die Burger werden nicht richtig verpackt so das die in der Tüte sich auspacken. Hinzukommt das die Mitarbeiter viel zu oft meine Bestellung falsch gemacht haben. Doch heute war es besonders schlim. Wurde ständig beobachtet vom Kassierer, hat meine Bestellung falsch gemacht und es war Unvollständig!!! Unfassbar

My experience at this McDonald's was great. Stopped by at 18:00 for a bite to eat. The restaurant was clean. I used the kiosk to order. It was easy and our meals were ready in about 4 minutes. The Cheeseburger Royal was constructed with care and was served hot. The staff were polite. I would eat here again. 👍🏻

Ich würde mich sooo freuen, wenn es den McPlant Burger gäbe. Einige Leute in meinem Büro (mich eingeschlossen) wünschen sich das, weil die meisten McDonald's in der restlichen Stadt ihn haben! Ich würde wirklich viel öfter hierherkommen, wenn es ihn gäbe. Die McPlant Nuggets sind zwar super als Snack, aber ich hätte so gerne den Burger! Bitte, bitte bringt ihn auch hierher! 🌱

Ich glaube, das war der schlimmste McDonald's von ALLEN! Habe am Terminal bestellt, war dann kurz auf WC, und wurde dann angemault, dass der Burger schon lange fertig wäre. Sehr unfreundlich, sehr dreckiges WC und eine kleine Kakerlake ging gerade eine Wand hoch. So etwas ist echt nicht in Ordnung, vor Allem nicht bei solchen Preisen und der vielen Werbung.

Sie bekommen nicht auf die Reihe, immer fehlt irgendwas, in dem Fall das Eis aus der Juniortüte für meine Tochter

Sehr gestresste Mitarbeiter, welche sich über zu wenig Mitarbeiter bei den Kunden beschweren und diese sehr genervt entgegennehmen. Dennoch ist der Rest ganz oke. Relativ klein, dementsprechend ist ein verzehr im Lokal nicht immer möglich. Kassenautomat, hatte kein Quittungspapier mehr wodurch leider ziemlich unklar war, welche Bestellungen fertig waren zur Abholung an der Theke. Ich schätze an einem besseren Tag, mit mehr Personal, etwas besser.

Ik heb al heel wat mc donalds over heel europa gehad. Maar deze is super slecht. Ben er twee keer geweest de eerste keer was de bigmac voor de tweede keer opgewarmd denk ik .broodje hard en vlees zwart aangebrand. De tweede keer zat er totaal geen smaak aan de bigmac . En het personeel was heel onvriendelijk. (Ouwe greek). Ik zag ook dat bijna iedereen die daar naar buiten liep hun bestelling ging controleren. ( Slecht teken toch) .

Die Pommes und die Bürger waren nicht so gut bei den eis war das Eis direkt Milch aber das WLAN war gut

Warum 2 Sterne? 1 Stern dafür, dass in der Umgebung zu Fuß nichts in der Nähe ist 2 Stern für die schnelle Zubereitung Mitarbeiter tragen keine Handschuhe, Husten in das Essen und die Pommes hatten keinen Geschmack

McDonald's halt... bestellt haben wir am Terminal und dank der Coupons aus der App auch gut gespart. Der Laden war nicht zu voll und es ging schnell, bis wir unser Essen/Trinken hatten. Da es ein kleiner McDonald's ist, gibt es nur wenig Sitzplätze. Ich nehme an, dass die meisten Leute was zum mitnehmen wollen, da der Laden direkt an einer Tankstelle liegt. Es ist "ein" WC vorhanden... die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig und die WC-Tür ließ sich nicht verließen, da der Schließmechsnismus völlig fehlte... zum Glück konnte die Tür zum Vorraum zugeschlossen werden.

Ganz in Ordnung, falsche Sauce zu den Chicken Nuggets. Was soll ich mit BBQ-Sauce?

This place was the cleanest Mcdonald's I've ever been. The staff is okay, they served us really really fast without making any mistake in the order. I got the vegan sandwich and I believe they did not have the vegan mayo, so they replaced it with ketchup, but I was happy anyways ! The atmosphere is very nice, you can see it is clean and the design is beautiful as well. I have nothing bad to say !

Ein McDonalds welcher keiner ist, so die Aussage von der Bedienung. Hier hat man nicht viel Auswahl der McDonalds Produkte gehabt.

Der erste McDonald’s der keine Feuchttücher hat. Hab mir ein Big Mac Menü bestellt zum da essen, und die Kassiererin gibt es mir in der Tüte, allein das hat mich schon irritiert. Und der Big Mac wurde nicht ordentlich reingelegt, und somit sind einige Salatstücke und sogar fast der ganze obere Patty rausgefallen beim rausnehmen.. Mitarbeiterin war auch nicht besonders höflich. Gehört auf jeden Fall zu den schlechteren Filialen Münchens.

Ein besserer Mc Donalds Nette Mitarbeiter und ging sehr schnell. Bei mir hat alles gepasst.

Sehr kleiner Mc donalds im Gewerbegebiet. Praktisch gelegen, im Gewerbegebiet. Mitarbeiter sagen nicht mal guten morgen und der heruntergefallene Muffin (in der Tüte) wurde mir nicht verkauft aber nachdem ich einen anderen bekommen habe und am Platz saß einfach wieder zurück gelegt wurde. Kam mir etwas ungewollt vor.

Trotzdem es nicht voll ist sehr lange Wartezeiten, wirkte insgesamt unsauber, Personal überfordert! Einige Mahlzeiten obwohl bestellbar konnten im Nachhinein nicht zubereitet werden! Schade!

Futter typisch MC Donalds ok. Toiletten ok. Corona bedingt wenige Sitzplätze. Diese Filiale befindet sich neben einer Tankstelle und im selben Gebäude des B&B Hotels. Also von mir aus gerne wieder.

Es war kein fleischloser Burger zu bekommen 🧐Pommes waren lecker.
