Under no circumstances should you go to the drive-thru and order at the checkout line. No hello, nothing. Just walk by. Go get a pizza or something! Man waits 15 minutes for a cappuccino. The toilet is clogged and stinks like hell. No paper towels, no hairdryer.

Great service, fresh and delicious, clean inside, but not so-so outside. There's a lot of room for improvement. Broken seats, the trash area was open.

The problems of chain restaurants are being experienced here. Cleanliness—even though I wouldn't expect it there—should be given more attention. That, too, can be a winning factor!

I've had both good and bad experiences here, but I can't understand all the 1-star reviews. Every clear-thinking person should be aware that BK produces substandard "food" that should only be consumed in absolute emergencies. However, if you're willing to accept these ramen conditions, this branch is an excellent restaurant. It's clean, quiet, and the food is within the ramen range. Anyone who actually goes to BK with the expectation of being served edible food is completely insane. If unavoidable, I'll be back :D

Inedible! I ordered a strawberry milkshake. The result: all the strawberry flavoring was at the bottom of the cup, and the rest of the cup was filled with plain milk ice cream. It was also impossible to stir with the paper straw. Why do they sell such crap, or why don't they check the machine's settings?

The kitchen is very, very slow. It's well located, unrivaled in the area.

It's just fast food, so you can do it once in a while. Anyone who gave it a bad review knew what they were getting into 🤷🏻‍♂️

The restaurant is very unkempt, tables are very dirty, seats are sticky. There is rubbish everywhere that hasn't been thrown away even after an hour. No restaurant management to be seen, people in casual clothes are working in the kitchen and cash register area. Drive-in staff goes into the kitchen and picks up a deep-fried chicken fillet with their fingers, looks at it and puts it back in the storage container. Holding time expired? After I had 10 minutes at the cash register, with no customers in front of me, I asked if I could order there too. The female drive-in staff looked very uninterested and said yes. Minutes went by without anything happening, even though there was nothing going on. Well, yes, she's coming. 1 coffee please, 1 euro she said, I paid. She shuffled towards the coffee machine, I thought. Far from it. First she'll pull a Coke, then she looks at me, and then she'll pull another Coke. Now it's definitely my turn for coffee, I thought. No, first a break, aha, to talk to a delivery service employee who had previously eaten in the kitchen and now grabbed a draft Coke from the drinks station and drank it all in one go. He left, she went to the coffee machine, coffee cup, she pressed, now, joy comes. I get the coffee, unfortunately without a friendly word or comment. The restaurant was once one of the best in Munich, but those days are sadly over, what a pity, I always enjoyed coming here.

A huge shout-out to Nafisa at the Burger King Drive-Thru! She's always friendly, patient, and ensures everything runs smoothly every time. Her smile and positive attitude make every visit special – you rarely find such great service!

That evening, I was more than disappointed with the Burger King franchise system. The service was anything but good. The staff gave the impression that we were disturbing the place. The burgers were thrown into the takeaway bag in front of us, after they had been sitting on the delivery board for five minutes. Very, very disappointing. Thank goodness we ordered the food via the terminal. You know what else I could have written. The restrooms were dirty, but the place otherwise seemed mostly clean. Thank goodness there are other Burger King restaurants that I would recommend more than this one.

The woman at the delivery service is terrible. I've never experienced a delivery service hanging up on me on the phone, even though I clearly told her she could bring my food to the third floor. I've ordered from you several times and there's never been a problem. But I've had the pleasure of dealing with her twice now, and it was unprofessional. Please do something about this; it's not okay.

Another bad Burger King experience. Two, to be exact. The first time, one sauce was left out entirely, and two were swapped for a different one without us notifying us. They also gave me a medium fries instead of a large one. The second time, the same fries problem occurred again: I received a small one even though I had ordered a medium one. Combined with my experience at the Ostbahnhof branch, that was the last time I went there. May you rest in peace, Burger King.

Everything was as expected—fast food—with dirty tables. Unfortunately, we still had diarrhea and stomach pains, even cramps, afterward.

We ordered yesterday at 6 p.m. and the food still hasn't arrived. We called twice yesterday and were promised they'd send a driver out to us. An absolute disgrace – never again Burger King! I've rarely experienced such poor service as in this branch. The employees were extremely slow and inattentive. I stood at the cash register for several minutes to pay – but no one seemed to take responsibility. One employee strolled past me at least ten times without even looking at me, even though there was obviously nothing to do. When I asked if I could finally pay, the kitchen assistant only gave me a sneer – and a finger pointing at his colleague, who seemed overwhelmed by doing nothing herself. The entire atmosphere was more reminiscent of a funeral than a fast-food restaurant. Three other customers were waiting with me, who apparently had more patience than I did. After more than seven minutes of ignorance, I left the branch empty-handed. I've worked in a fast-food restaurant myself – at the cash register and in the kitchen. But what I experienced here had absolutely nothing to do with stress or a lot of customers. The employees were simply unmotivated and disinterested. This was by far the worst Burger King visit of my life – probably the worst branch in Europe. I can only hope that the franchisee urgently trains its employees in service and customer service. Zero stars – if that were possible. Postscript: This branch seems to have received nothing but critical comments for a while now… As a franchisee, I would think about it a bit differently…

The staff only understands half of what you're saying or you're ignored. They speak too quietly and aren't properly trained.

For me, Whopper always meant "meat." I accidentally ordered the Whopper with a plant-based burger. After the first bite, I wanted to return the burger, but only upon closer inspection did I realize I'd ordered the wrong one. I was confused by the photos. The plant-based burger tastes like nothing. Nothing is even properly expressed; something new would have to be invented for that. Also, the photos: what you get doesn't look like it, but it's the same at McDonald's. Five Guys didn't have any pictures, so you can't be fooled.

Quite okay. The burgers seemed to be freshly made. Unfortunately, not all available dishes/menus were listed or selectable on the ordering terminal. Unfortunately, it wasn't very clean either, even though there was little traffic.

After the bad reviews, I was almost afraid to visit the restaurant (on Eggenfeldener Str.). I went anyway. It's a completely normal, average Burger King. The food tastes just as good as it always does at Burger King, and the service was very friendly. My only criticism: Although the restaurant was almost empty in the afternoon, all the tables outside were dirty and uncleaned.

What to expect? Hair in the burger and soggy burger buns. Update 7 years later: Onion rings are soggy, tables are dirty, a 10-minute wait for the order, and the staff in the "kitchen" is completely relaxed, even though there are more than 10 orders pending. Definitely not recommended, neither 7 years ago nor today. For 14 euros, a soggy burger, soggy onion rings, and a Coke. That would have definitely been better elsewhere. The price-performance ratio is completely out of whack. In fact, it wasn't even the right order. The wrong burger and 3.5 onion rings too few. Yes, half of one onion ring was missing. Simply abysmal. Over 2 hours of waiting for an order placed by German "delicious", the journey from the restaurant to my location takes 10 minutes. The food arrived almost cold. The restaurant probably has a customer in their life. The supplier supposedly arrived at 9 p.m. and it was at 10 p.m. Only after contacting the restaurant, which was also difficult because they didn't answer, I found out that the driver would be there soon. No updates to the order. I do not recommend, in fact, I advise against ordering from this restaurant and going to the competition.

We didn't get a receipt even when we asked. Ketchup was apparently not available, which is why we were served some leftover sauce without comment. After all, we had paid 60 cents each...Probably just the tip of the iceberg. With this communication and service, they can also close the store.

We got cold burgers...the cheese was like it came from the fridge and the bacon was raw...the meat looked completely gray. When we wanted to return the burgers we were told it was normal because it was from the microwave. It's really disgusting how people are being made fun of here. We won't go to BK anymore.

The meat in the burger was very overcooked, even the color was black, the cheese (mozzarella) was dry, although it should have been stretched and soft, the burger itself was dry! Little sauce

In my opinion this is the worst Burger King in all of Munich with waiting times of over 10 minutes in the drive. The microphone on the drive is so bad. The employees don't understand you at all. You have to scream so loudly that everyone looks at you. There is no menu on the display on the drive, just an advertisement. You don't even know what you want to eat because you can't see the selection. And as I said, the waiting time was a complete disaster.

One of the best Burger King I've ever been to. I always go here because it is simply the cleanest and tastiest. Every now and then tables aren't cleared, but almost always the BK is almost completely empty at least at the tables, so you can always look for a clean table. There is no shortage of seats. Chicken wings were hot and crispy and really good, Churos was also good (of course I've eaten better) and everything else was clean (tables and toilet). I couldn't complain. Ambiance as a question is pretty stupid, it's Burger King but there's enough space, including outside and a large parking lot
