Self service machines would get to the checkout and come up with an error message. We eventually worked out this was due to an item being out of stock. Why this item wasn’t just crossed out of the basket I don’t know but made a short visit twice as long.

It's a shame to meet/receive mediocre food quality (half of the burgers were lukewarm and fries terrible because it took so long) and disorganized + rude staff in such a beautiful and modern renovated restaurant. I can't recommend anyone to plan a stay here! BK should also really consider accepting so many delivery orders if the staff can't handle the restaurant visitors.

First of all, I've been a Burger King fan for ages ❤️ Burgers are delicious here! Tables are not clean! I changed 3 times. Men's toilet disaster! Soap dispenser fell off the wall, empty of course... that's what you want, in a dirty toilet before eating and then not washing your hands. For 2 adults and 2 children 45€ (with coupons!!!) is really steep, it's the new normal 🙄

Always the same, some burger is always missing

Fries are always subpar, taste like nothing. Almost always at least one sauce that you ordered is missing. Or someone else who you didn't want is simply tricked without saying a word. Many coupons from the app don't work.

Food was okay, very unstructured and got the wrong burgers.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this Burger King. After I ordered a set of 6 King Nuggets and only received 4 and they were also sticky, I was very disappointed.

It's absolutely disgusting that the burgers are prepared with your hands without gloves and in the meantime you're still touching your cell phone and then the burger again. You should send the kvr here. Then you point out that you want it to be new and hygienic and then they act as if it was new even though it is exactly the same as before...

There is a long wait, the food is cold, the automatic order machine does not work, everything (-).

The men's toilet is really life-threatening with the exposed power lines. The food was ok, as you would expect from BurgerKing. The cleanliness in the restaurant and on the outside terrace could be significantly better.

Very unhygienic and unfriendly. The churros we ordered were at least 2 days old. Even though we complained, no compensation or apology was forthcoming. Paid for 3 packs of churros for free… almost a risk of poisoning I definitely don't recommend it. Especially not churros. Rock hard!!!

To be honest, it's just an okay Burger King seems a little pricey for what you get. Nothing is free and you order on a laptop.

Been there, done that: I'm over it. If you're really hungry and want a quick bite, this Burger King is an option. You get "food" but don't expect much. It's surely worse than McDonald's The place was clean, not too busy and the staff was doing their thing reasonably well, albeit with little enthusiasm. UPDATE: went a second time and was seriously disappointed by the bacon burger that had 2 soggy strips of bacon and didn't remotely look like advertised

3 guests in the store = staff completely overwhelmed. Waited 20 minutes for two citizens even though we were the only ones. Staff annoyed, stressed & with absolutely no ambition to do anything for their money. Tables, benches, toilets - everything dirty. No hand drying paper in the toilet. Hygiene is zero. 🤮🤢

Clean restaurant, quiet outdoor area despite the highway, fast, friendly service and the food was prepared in an exemplary manner

I ordered a package of burgers, coke, fries. The burger tasted good, but visually it was a pile of mush. I only received wooden cutlery when I asked, otherwise I would have had to shower after eating it. The wooden cutlery wasn't the best either. No offense.

Unfortunately, Burger King Zamdorf has now become an absolute disappointment. Dirty location, tables are not cleaned, there is not even toilet paper in the toilets. The burgers were delicious, but special requests were forgotten. The dessert (churros) was either old or in the deep fryer for too long, in any case totally dried out and a pain to eat even with good teeth.

Service worse than modest! 5 employees are running around, one is building burgers without gloves (super hygienic!!), an eternal waiting time (approx. 7 minutes) for no apparent reason, and the whole thing is also very unfriendly! The staff was extremely unfriendly and gave the impression of being annoyed and disorganized. The fries were cold, the burger had the wrong bun and the wrong cheese. The Chilly Cheese Nuggets contained an old nugget. At night the stomach pains and diarrhea started. Three days later I can eat again, but there is still a feeling of discomfort in my stomach. Since it is the second time that a visit there has been so unpleasant, even if the last time was without any health consequences, I will definitely NEVER go to the BK in Zamdorf again!!

I'm very reluctant to give less than 5 stars, unfortunately I have to do it today. Of the 18 plant-based nuggets, 3 were fresh, the rest were old, dry and tough... I ordered 2x 9 nuggets. The nuggets on the nugget burger were also fresh but the rest was unfortunately inedible. Either they had been lying around for ages or they had been lying around for ages and were then fried again. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all.

Service probably didn't want to talk, at least a hello or something similar would have been nice. Burgers were rather low level in terms of preparation. I think it would be nice to improve it.

Food wasn't tasty. Fries partly unsalted and not crispy. The burger almost fell apart. Was ordered to "eat here" and packed "to take away". The FuzeTea was good.

My vegetarian friend was accidentally handed a burger with “meat” in it. The food itself is cold and is carelessly thrown into the cardboard. We're both still sick and all at prices that are slowly but surely defying description! It's hard to believe what's now allowed as food!

If you want to see something in slow motion, you've come to the right place Unfriendly employees who look like they are high and therefore work quickly and run into each other. It took forever even though we had already seen our burgers lying there for 10 minutes Toys were simply packed for us and when I asked, I was looked at disparagingly and made fun of I can only agree with the other reviews, I didn't see any gloves.

Unfortunately, my experience with Burger King was disappointing. I placed an order that was not delivered correctly. Instead of the 2 Veggi King Burgers, 1 Chicken Crispy Burger and a portion of Crispy Fries I ordered, I only received a Veggi King Burger, chicken burger and crispy fries. 1 Veggie King Burger was missing. Despite several calls, no one was available to solve the problem. It is disappointing that the service was so unreliable and there was no opportunity to resolve the issue. As a long-time customer, I am very disappointed with this experience."

I ordered a salad and just got to the counter. They said unfortunately no. After waiting for a while, they said sorry. Could it be that the system does not keep full stock?

Fries lukewarm, onion rings pale and so disgusting, endless waiting time that the staff was hopelessly overwhelmed. There is trash everywhere. No thanks 🙂‍↔️ #mcdwillbewellinthefuture

Food is prepared without gloves. What does prepared mean? Just kind of thrown together. Staff doesn't work at all. No communication, nothing. Store super dirty. I'll send the health department there. Hopefully I don't get diarrhea. Shame about the money! Burger King...WAKE UP AND ACT.

Incredibly unfriendly staff. Arrogant and condescending, obviously not interested in working. Yesterday at 2 p.m. drive. 5 stars to the kitchen, everything was freshly prepared! I will still never come here again.

I do not know where to start. Starting with the toilet, which looks like it hasn't seen any cleaning products in days. Then we had to wait 20 minutes for our order, which we ate at dirty tables that we had to clean ourselves... Then the food, the tablets were wet and that's why two burgers were soaked and had to be returned. The only positive thing was that the staff was nice and gave us free fries and a burger because we had to wait so long.

The employees are the unfriendly ones there are! Ignore the customers, forget some things in the order and when asked they say "that's not true, they're lying". After smoking, an employee goes straight into the kitchen without washing his hands and packs fries for customers... Recently waited 27 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 1 coke. The burgers were cold and soggy. And the store just had 5 customers in there... there was me and another woman standing at the checkout. So the store definitely wasn't full. Well, never again.

It was so hot in the store that the cooking was extremely slow.

Tables were partly crumbled and trays were only cleared slowly. No WiFi (I specifically asked) - completely unusual and not up to date. No toilet paper in the men's toilet. But the real disappointment: I wanted to use a coupon at the terminal to order 2 chili cheese burgers without jalapenos, with bacon and double sauce as well as 1x chili cheese fries. Display in the terminal: "Chili Cheese Fries not available". So I chose Chili Cheese Nuggets- also "not available". However, both items were still in my order, could no longer be deselected and I could not order. So do everything all over again, without the unavailable items. At the checkout I asked if both really weren't available and I was told "of course, we have both". I then ordered chili cheese fries, but without comment they were charged 3.99 instead of the coupon price of 2.99. The food came quickly, was fresh and hot. I ate the first burger in the restaurant and it was as ordered. The second one was too much for me (I had also eaten the fries) and I took it home with me. At home then the disappointment: NO cheese, NO bacon, NO double sauce, but the jalapenos that I ordered were on it! Completely unacceptable!

It's unbelievable how long you have to wait for your food here even though no one else had an order. When the food came it was cold.

Is 830PM and restroom clean up supposedly was at 4 pm. Due to no soap and restrooms been really dirty, I don't think it was ever done during the whole day. Also they disconnected the machines so in person order had big line and employees where working super slow compare to other burger kings. With the lack cleaningness and no soap I believe the employees don't wash their hands. Do not recommend due to health hazard.

A male employee (I think branch manager) is very hardworking and customer oriented. Unfortunately the fries were cold. The burgers quite well. What I don't really understand is why there is a door open in the kitchen. As you can see, mice etc. are guaranteed to get in there.

Contrary to the older reviews, the store was clean, the staff was nice and professional and the food tasted the same everywhere but no worse than anywhere else.

Unfortunately I couldn't scan a coupon code. When I tried to speak to the staff, I was completely ignored, even though the store was almost empty. Instead, about 5 civilians stood in the kitchen with the employees, talking loudly in Indian. I was noticed but treated like dirt. This store is really the last one.

Employees seem to not be motivated. The food overall is too pricy for what you get. 10€ spent and still hungry. Unfortunately there is very few alternatives in that area.

When I ordered GOUDER LOVER there was hardly any sauce in it and it wasn't a cheese bun but a normal bun. When asked, they said that Käsebun was out. The burger tasted good.

Früher war das einer der besten Burger King... deswegen sind wir extra dahin. Leider... dreckige Tische, kalter ausgetrocknete und labbrige Burger. Pommes kleine Tochter völlig versalzen, große Tochter hatte keinen Krümel Salz drauf. Wir haben gelernt, leider sieht uns nicht mehr.

Jeder macht einmal einen Fehler, niemand ist unfehlbar, aber wenn man als Unternehmer partout aus gemachten Fehlern nichts lernt, dann wird das Unternehmen mit Garantie in der Versenkung verschwinden. Hatte über Lieferando eine BurgerKing-Bestellung aufgegeben. Online wurde eine Lieferung binnen 45 Minuten bestätigt. Nach 60 Minuten zeigte das Portal, dass die Lieferung in den nächsten Minuten erfolgen würde, nach 90 Minuten habe ich mühsam die Konatktdaten herausgesucht, angerufen und nach endlosem Klingeln hob tatsächlich eine Dame ab, die sichtlich gestresst mit sehr limitiertem Deutsch verkündete, dass die Lieferung "schon" unterwegs sei und in 2 - 3 Minuten eintreffen werde. Nach weiteren 20 Minuten klingelte der Fahrer und war sehr erstaunt, dass ich nachfragte, warum es derart lange gedauert hätte. Ergebnis: Wir haben die beiden Getränke getrunken und den Rest weggeworfen, da die Burger kalt, die Patties strohtrocken und die Bunns sich mit Salat und Sauce zu einer ekeligen Pampe vermatscht hatten. Die ebenfalls kalten (nicht etwa noch lauwarmen) Country Potatoes befanden sich ebenfalls in einem Zustand zwischen "Matsch und teilverbrannt". Aber: Das Heineken Bier war wirklich gut gekühlt. NIE WIEDER - aber das ist ja auch seit längerem der Grundtenor aller Google-Rezensionen. Dass Burger King offensichtlich keinen Grund sieht, hieran etwas zu ändern spricht Bände bezüglich der Unternehmenskultur.

In diesem Saftladen kann man absolut nichts bestellen, telefon ist permanent besetzt (vermutlich ausgeschalten) Es fehlt ausnahmslos jedes mal ein Teil der Bestellung. Man kann keinen Kontakt mit diesen Affen aufnehmen, die einzige Möglichkeit die mir bleibt ist in diesen Mülleimer zu fahren und diesen Namen-tanzenden hirnlosen "sogenannten Menschen" die Rechnung um die Ohren zu werfen. Bitte esst hier nichts, war auch unser letztes mal.
