Burger King München in München

Over 2 hours of waiting for an order placed by German "delicious", the journey from the restaurant to my location takes 10 minutes. The food arrived almost cold. The restaurant probably has a customer in their life. The delivery guy supposedly arrived at 9 pm and he was there at 10 pm. Only after contacting the restaurant, which was also difficult because they don't pick up, did I find out that the driver would be there soon. No updates on the order. I recommend and advise against ordering from this restaurant and going to a competitor.

Underground. You order in House 2x ice cream, it is prepared in front of your eyes in reusable cups and then tipped back into the top of the ice cream machine. We are still waiting for the order. After 10 minutes of waiting, we asked and luckily had a receipt and were told that the order was not available. The store manager has to come and after some back and forth says that it was canceled due to a missing ingredient... Huh? We stand in front of their eyes in the store and are not noticed... It's best to give the store a wide berth. Very disappointing…

We didn't get a receipt even when we asked. Ketchup was apparently not available, which is why we were served some leftover sauce without comment. After all, we had paid 60 cents each...Probably just the tip of the iceberg. With this communication and service, they can also close the store.

Usually it's OK, but if there are misfires, then it's right. There is no communication at the drive thru, especially if a mycode is not recognized correctly. Cashier refuses to listen and ignores customers, then asks them to order the rest inside.

I've been waiting for my food for 3 hours and have called several times but unfortunately to no avail. Please don't order from this branch, this is the second time, although nothing actually arrived the first time. Absolutely not recommended! 🤗

We got cold burgers...the cheese was like it came from the fridge and the bacon was raw...the meat looked completely gray. When we wanted to return the burgers we were told it was normal because it was from the microwave. It's really disgusting how people are being made fun of here. We won't go to BK anymore.

I've never seen such a bad Burger King in my life. It starts with the staff who can't speak German properly. Which isn't a bad thing. However, you should take the order correctly. Had bacon on it even though it wasn't ordered. I must have had a bit of a hard time there. Reaching them by phone is simply not possible. Nobody answers. Staff rude and food tastes terrible. Not to be enjoyed although I always associate Burger King with quality. I worked at Burger King myself for three years but you can forget this branch. 1 star is already too much

The meat in the burger was very overcooked, even the color was black, the cheese (mozzarella) was dry, although it should have been stretched and soft, the burger itself was dry! Little sauce

Amazing Whopper, really enjoyed it. Drinks are poured by staff (they have self service stations in Austria). Restaurant was rather quiet and clean. Fries were fine, onion rings a little saggy.

I had diarrhea and stomach pain after this Burger King. Burger cold and compressed like a pancake. I was served the long chicken with the wrong sauce, but since the staff doesn't speak German, the complaint wouldn't have been worth it anyway. Never again, better eat somewhere else.

The worst Burger King I've ever been to. I was there around 3 p.m. and the store was pretty empty. Almost all of the tables were dirty and not cleaned. Then advertising for promotions everywhere, but none of the promotional products available. The lattice potatoes were kind of cold and the burger wasn't really warm anymore either. Last but not least, the faucet in the bathroom didn't work either. Incredible branch

I would strongly recommend checking orders, whether via delivery or in-restaurant, with this restaurant. The staff forgot to pack a burger when I delivered it, but it had already been paid for. I complained about this and waited in vain for the promised replacement delivery that evening. The next day I complained again. They said that food delivery would begin at 11:30 a.m. and my replacement delivery would arrive then. At 1 p.m. I checked again how the replacement delivery was going. The shift manager then said that the delivery person was on the way (the distance from the restaurant to the delivery location was approx. 15 minutes by car). No matter when I've been here so far, I haven't had anything that was really objectionable. Restaurant sufficiently clean, tray return not full and the food is always fresh and very tasty. In my opinion this is the worst Burger King in all of Munich with waiting times of over 10 minutes in the drive. The microphone on the drive is so bad. The employees don't understand you at all. You have to scream so loudly that everyone looks at you. There is no menu on the display on the drive, just an advertisement. You don't even know what you want to eat because you can't see the selection. And as I said, the waiting time was a complete disaster.

One of the best Burger King I've ever been to. I always go here because it is simply the cleanest and tastiest. Every now and then tables aren't cleared, but almost always the BK is almost completely empty at least at the tables, so you can always look for a clean table. There is no shortage of seats. The employees know how to do their jobs, very friendly people. They can prepare everything quickly and neatly, even under stress at peak times. Top! Please keep it up, you're great!

Chicken wings were hot and crispy and really good, Churos was also good (of course I've eaten better) and everything else was clean (tables and toilet). I couldn't complain. I held back for a long time because I wanted to shop here several times before writing a review. Since I have lived near here since 2012 and have now visited many McDonald's and Burger King branches, this is my personally worst branch. In none of my at least 10 purchases over 2 years was “everything” okay. Either something was missing or the freshly made food was limp, as if it had been sitting around for a long time. That's a real shame because it's very close to me.

Been there, done that: I'm over it. If you're really hungry and want a quick bite, this Burger King is an option. You get "food" but don't expect much. Self service machines would get to the checkout and come up with an error message. We eventually worked out this was due to an item being out of stock. Why this item wasn’t just crossed out of the basket I don’t know but made a short visit twice as long.

It's a shame to meet/receive mediocre food quality (half of the burgers were lukewarm and fries terrible because it took so long) and disorganized + rude staff in such a beautiful and modern renovated restaurant. I can't recommend anyone to plan a stay here! BK should also really consider accepting so many delivery orders if the staff can't handle the restaurant visitors.

First of all, I've been a Burger King fan for ages ❤️ Burgers are delicious here! Tables are not clean! I changed 3 times. Men's toilet disaster! Soap dispenser fell off the wall, empty of course... that's what you want, in a dirty toilet before eating and then not washing your hands. For 2 adults and 2 children 45€ (with coupons!!!) is really steep, it's the new normal 🙄

Always the same, some burger is always missing

Fries are always subpar, taste like nothing. Almost always at least one sauce that you ordered is missing. Or someone else who you didn't want is simply tricked without saying a word. Many coupons from the app don't work.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this Burger King. After I ordered a set of 6 King Nuggets and only received 4 and they were also sticky, I was very disappointed.

It's absolutely disgusting that the burgers are prepared with your hands without gloves and in the meantime you're still touching your cell phone and then the burger again. You should send the kvr here. Then you point out that you want it to be new and hygienic and then they act as if it was new even though it is exactly the same as before...

Very unhygienic and unfriendly. The churros we ordered were at least 2 days old. Even though we complained, no compensation or apology was forthcoming. Paid for 3 packs of churros for free… almost a risk of poisoning I definitely don't recommend it. Especially not churros. Rock hard!!!

Staff annoyed, stressed & with absolutely no ambition to do anything for their money. Tables, benches, toilets - everything dirty. No hand drying paper in the toilet. Hygiene is zero. 🤮🤢
