It's good, it tastes good, and it's better than McDonald's. Everything I know is good, the staff are very nice, and Burger King is better than doner kebabs.

For years I haven't dared to eat at Burger King again. I still feel guilty about the time I ate the chili cheese and got sick from it (salmonella). First I had a stomach ache, then a headache, and then nausea. I went to the doctor and they said I'd been poisoned by eating fast food. They then sent me to the hospital where they treated me, and now I'm healthy. But if I go back there, I won't order the chili cheese from a meal deal. The price at Burger King has changed, too. I felt guilty again today that I might get sick. I hope not.

Polite service, the food tastes good, and the shop is very clean.

It's been a while since I've been to Burger King and I was a bit disappointed. I wanted still water, but unfortunately they didn't have it. As I said, we ordered water, but the receipt said Coke Zero (I think that makes a difference in price). The food was okay, but the lack of still water annoys me.

The service from the lady behind the counter was excellent. I use a walking frame to walk, and the lady immediately offered to help me and brought me my delivery. The menu was so-so, a bit bland. The 7-year-old girl accompanying me was unable to sleep all night and was constantly vomiting after eating the food. When ordering, I specifically requested that the food be served fresh and hot. I have been working in the food service industry with fresh products for 6 years and can tell very clearly whether something is fresh or stale. The product had clearly been previously prepared, stored, and reheated. It was likely prepared that morning, not sold, and served again later. Friendly Indian staff, I feel like I'm in India, but the food is quite heavy on curry. And the Indian man with glasses is the best. He doesn't have a German Indian accent, he does his best.

Two items forgotten even though paid for. Waited 15 minutes because the patties were being carried out in boxes, no idea where. Mixed with fries. Nuggets were vegan instead of meat.

Waiting time of around two hours is unnecessary. The food tastes terrible. You wait an hour for a burger, and two or three hours for a meal. It's a disaster. You have to ask several times. They always say two or three minutes. But then it turns out to be 20 minutes.

Completely overrated "fast food" restaurant!! I just wanted two cheeseburgers and bacon and had 7 minutes to spare for my bus!! It wasn't exactly busy on a Sunday evening at 8:30 p.m., but I still couldn't get it!! NEVER AGAIN!

We ordered a children's menu and chose a toy. But when we came back, they didn't give us any toys. When we asked why there were no toys, it turned out there were no toys. And no one talks about it.

I'd rather not recommend this Burger King. My super-simple order of a single Junior Burger was botched, and shortly after I sat down, an employee grabbed the burger from my tray on the table with a confused, incomprehensible comment that something was "wrong, chicken." Using the restroom costs 50 cents, even for guests. My visit was on May 16, 2025, at approximately 12 p.m. No risk of a repeat.

This branch is notorious in Giesing and was forced to close several times due to hygiene problems (they often had rat infestations). Hygiene is generally a disaster there, the employees neither speak German nor are in the mood for customers. The filthy, piss-filled toilet now apparently costs money, but used to be free. One more reason to rate the store poorly and avoid it.

I can only report positive things about my visit today. My uncomplicated order of 2 hamburgers (although even with 2 reorders) came, firstly, super freshly prepared and secondly, super quickly. Sure, everyone would like to rush to the train station to catch their S-Bahn, but it really worked here! It tasted good too. Many thanks to the team of two who served all the customers quickly! Thanks so much!

The guys working in the place are soooo unclean and rude too.. One time the guy gave a sandwich to my meal and I took my seat to eat and before I eat it, he grabs it out of my hands and gives me another smaller sandwich in a very rude manner.. if this was your mistake to give me a wrong sandwich simply ask me to hand it to you but he is very impolite and rude and unclean, I guess his skin is too unclean as well. I think also his colleague spits on the food he is very unclean too!! It’s not like the typical quality we get in Germany and Munich anymore!

Considering that there was almost nothing going on, the place was anything but clean. Even what was ordered was only partially on the tray. Next time we will go somewhere else!!!

Despite several people in front of me, the order went quite quickly. Location is well placed. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately they forgot my sauces.

It's ok for takeaway for fast food standards but I would be reluctant to eat inside. The floor is partially sticky and the tables don't look particularly clean. At least the burger we ordered was warm and fresh.

Unfortunately, the food we were served was cold and not of the usual quality we expect from Burger King. When we reported this to the manager we were treated rudely and shouted at, which was a very unpleasant experience for us.

Completely bottomless. You have to pay €1 for the unhygienic and dirty toilet and you get a 50 cent coupon for it. You can only use one coupon per order and only in this branch. But at least you get sticky fries and cold burgers

Today I had to enter the Burger King restaurant because my 7-year-old child urgently needed to go to the toilet and we still had a long wait for the bus. Unfortunately I didn't have any money with me as we were on the way home. I asked the staff if they could allow us to use the toilet as an exception. They conferred briefly and then just shook their heads slightly, which obviously meant "no." I turned to the person in charge at the counter, explained the situation to him and offered to bring the money - after all, using the toilet only costs 1 euro. However, he answered categorically: “No” and asked if they should pay for us themselves. The toilet is accessed via a turnstile, but they could still have let my child in. I ended up having to ask another guest for money for the toilet, which was an unpleasant experience for us. In addition, the building is not suitable for bicycle trailers: the entrance door has two leaves, but only one half can be opened. It is questionable whether a child's chair or wheelchair could fit through without any problems. We will not visit this restaurant again. I hope incidents like these will help rethink Burger King's rules and provide more understanding for parents and children in similar situations.

You know when you usually look at the fast food menu and the burger looks great but ends up coming out and you get served nothing like it? Well this didn't happen here, wow a very tasty burger that looked just like the picture itself. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the toilets were out of order. There's nothing worse than going somewhere for food and you can't nip the toilet before you leave if needs be.

Some very incompetent staff. Today I ordered 5 chilli cheese nuggets, showed him the coupon but he still types in the original price... Then I wait 10 minutes for my order until he realizes that he gave my nuggets to 2 other people. Then he goes to the 2 people at the table, takes the nuggets from the tablet and looks at how many are in the bag (there were only 4 because the person had already eaten one, so he touched the bag, etc.) and then he grabs me a normal nugget because there are no cheese nuggets left... Technically hygiene is of course terrible... And unprofessional at that

First and last time I will shop there. We went with my husband and our two small children in the afternoon. While we were waiting for our food, a guy came in and asked us for money. He was annoying and insistent, none of the employees intervened. My husband had to carry him out of the store by himself when the guy came at him.

I was in your branch in Giesing today and unfortunately have to describe an extremely disappointing experience. The service was very slow, the staff seemed unmotivated and the cleanliness of the tables left a lot to be desired. In addition, I was served cold and dry fries, which further worsened the overall impression of the visit. The staff also seemed unkempt to me, which doesn't contribute to the pleasant ambience you would expect in a restaurant. Worst fast food place I've ever been to. The employees almost fall asleep standing up and constantly prepare the wrong order. Either something is missing, or the meat version is packed instead of the vegetarian option, but in vegetarian packaging. Already had the vegetarian option instead of meat. An absolute disaster for people who follow a purely vegetarian diet!

Oh well. Long Chicken Menu with two cheeseburgers. The fries got a little too much salt that they forgot the ketchup. The long chicken was warm, which couldn't be said about the two cheeseburgers, which were more like semi-warm. And you could also work on the friendliness a little.

We live nearby and go to this branch frequently at different times. Regardless of whether you order just ice cream or several menu items, something will always be done wrong or even forgotten. From experience we know that we have to check every time to see if everything is OK, which 9 out of 10 times it isn't. We give them another chance every time, but we are only disappointed again. We ask ourselves how it can really happen every time that you don't stick to the list. For example, one or more portions of fries or even a whole burger are often forgotten. Drinks are often mixed up and you get, for example, a 0.4 Cola instead of a 0.5 Fanta, often the wrong ice cream toppings or even meat burgers instead of the vegetarian version. Therefore the recommendation is either to go somewhere else or to check carefully whether everything has been delivered as desired. If something is wrong, they usually at least take care of it. (Nevertheless, this is not always done with joy, but what should you do if it doesn't happen straight away functions?!). In summary, many opportunities have already been missed and still disappointed again and again!

Because the Burger King is on my way to work, I gave it several chances. Out of 4 vegetarian orders, 2 were with meat. Apart from that, I often didn't get what I ordered. The employees were always unfriendly and I usually had to wait a long time, even though it was never busy.

Well, this means that every weekend I was there for lunch, but never again. Hygiene -100, but there is no hygiene, and there are 4 people in the kitchen on Saturdays and only two on Sundays. several times because they don't speak German well, the toilets are below hygiene, the table was not wiped, so I had to ask for a cloth to wipe the table before I could sit down to eat....horrible disaster. and just to add, the French fries taste like matured oil, because the oil is not changed often, it has a terrible smell.

If you want to eat and order something at this Burger King, you should bring plenty of time. The burgers are freshly prepared, but a wait of around 15 minutes is simply too long despite three other customers. The employees also make you feel like you are being watched as a customer, especially since a little more friendliness wouldn't hurt. Unfortunately the ambience is not good. It's a small Burger King, but the seating is very close together. People who come from outside without an order and discuss loudly with each other will be tolerated without further ado, even if they have a negative impact on the stay for the other guests.

Boy I ordered a bacon burger with curly fries and my girlfriend ordered fries. First she got her food but she had curly fries, the woman chatted something about the menu or something. After 50 leap years I got my meal but with fries. Then this woman babbled something again about menu this that. I bet they mixed it up again. My burger had RAW bacon and it generally smelled like sweat from school sports or something. The floor had more ants than a children's playground. Overall a 0/10. People trust me, you get food poisoning when you go to Mc Donalds and those who still like Burger King more than Mc's are damaged or are low earners. That's a complete waste of money.

Classic burger king but somewhat poor food

Rip-offs. I paid with a card at the machine. However, the machine was broken and the invoice stated that the payment had not been made. However, the money is already reserved in my bank account. I asked the shift manager, the Indian guy with the glasses, about it and even showed it to him. But he didn't care and was also disrespectful and didn't respond to my question at all.

Worst experience. Very slow and unorganised. I had to wait for 15 mins to get a Veggie King while others who came after me got their order. The reason cited was: The system at the front cash counter area didn’t pass on the order to the order preparation screen. Totally weird. On top of that, the guy with specs was very rude.

There are always too few plant-based nuggets!!! I've had the vegan nuggets 5 times and there were always 18 or 19!! never 20 and never too much. it can't be like that. I pay for 20, then I want 20!

The employees wear the same gloves all the time, they use them to prepare the food and clean up afterwards. The gloves are NOT changed. I asked the guy in the black shirt that it wasn't ok and he just shrugged his shoulders. Health department Hello.

We had food delivered. First the wrong order came. That can happen from time to time. We then called the branch several times and were confirmed that it would be delivered again. After more than 2 hours of waiting, the real food arrived. Unfortunately, individual parts of the order were missing again.
