AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Absolutely disgusting people. I went there with my son. For some reason i didn't have my Giro Card with me, only my Credit Card which i havent used in a long time and wasnt 100% sure about the PIN-Code (online purchases dont require the PIN). I told the Cashier that it might be more reasonable for me to try to to pay first before even preparing the order since i wasnt sure about the PIN. The man told me that he "can't allow me to try it" if i wasnt sure about the PIN... If i didnt tell him that i wasnt sure, i would just try to pay it and if the Payment didnt go through he would just "forfeit" the Order (called "Stornierung" in German, very common) BUT NO, he had to go through with the Ego trip. When i asked for the manager, he went in the back and came back in about 7 seconds telling me the manager wasnt here 😂 Are we in Zimbabwe or in Germany??? All this for a payment of 20 Euros worth of Fast Food for my Son and me. I'm absolutely shocked at Burger King's hiring policy. After reading some of the reviews(2,7/5), i can't understand how this place is still running and im calling for an immediate Change of Personnel.

Even though we ordered food, we still had to pay €1 per person for using the restroom. Communication was a disaster; nobody understood each other. Not recommended. Never again.

My wife and I could only eat the bottom half of our long chicken burgers because the lettuce was old and soggy. My son's kids' meal was okay, although they forgot a portion of fries. Ordering drinks was problematic; the terminal showed we could have had apple spritzer, but instead of a 0.5-liter carton, we would have received a 0.2-liter carton. My wife ended up ordering water instead. Communication was very poor; no one seemed to understand German.

The ordering terminals are broken, and everything here is far from fast... And charging extra for the toilet is just outrageous!

This Burger King is in an absolutely desolate state! (Like the entire city center from the main station via Stachus to Schwanztaler Straße, a dystropic, apocalyptic cityscape) Regarding the Burger King at Sonnenstraße 6: - All the ordering terminals are out of order/not working - You don't get a tablet, only takeaway, so you end up sitting at a sticky table with bags. - Staff was friendly! - The downstairs area is full of weird, drugged-up people (some upstairs too) - Without ordering terminals, it's difficult to order when the display behind the counter keeps changing quickly - The upstairs restroom has a €1 charge behind a barrier, which isn't surprising given the filthy surroundings; otherwise, it would degenerate into a public restroom for the homeless. Because the signs were confusing men and women, I accidentally went into the restricted staff area to use the restroom and discovered that Burger King doesn't even have clean, fully functional restrooms for its own employees. The atmosphere is dirty: the faucet is completely covered in limescale and splashes, the flush doesn't work properly, the toilet brush is completely filthy with crumbled toilet paper and feces, there's no mirror, and the trash cans are overflowing. The employer doesn't seem to have good intentions for its employees. This Burger King is probably on the verge of bankruptcy anyway. - Tip: If you get hungry while partying at night, you should go to a kebab shop that's open late. - Burger King branches in Munich are generally very run-down, including the branch in Pasing near the train station.

My recent experience at Burger King was truly disappointing. The order took forever to be prepared, the staff was indifferent and far from friendly. The food, which should have been hot, was almost cold; the fries were stale, and the burger ingredients were put together carelessly. On top of that, the restaurant itself was quite dirty — tables hadn’t been cleaned, and there was trash on the floor. I expected much better service from such a big brand. Honestly, after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back again.

Dear Burger King Team, I would like to describe an extremely unpleasant incident that occurred during my visit to one of your restaurants. I was dining with my wife and son. We ordered approximately €50, but after our meal, we were confronted with a very unexpected situation: When I asked about the restroom, the staff told us that access was subject to a fee – €1. Even though we were already your customers and had spent a considerable amount in the restaurant, we were asked to pay an additional fee. We agreed to pay the amount, but discovered that card payments were not possible. Since we didn't have any cash with us, we couldn't use the restroom and had to leave the restaurant with a very negative impression. I find such behavior towards guests completely unacceptable. Charging paying customers an additional restroom fee seems disrespectful, and the fact that card payments are not possible in 2025 seems simply incomprehensible. We came for the food and the comfort, but all we were left with was disappointment. A normal burger, but the waitress was nice anyway.

Now I want to comment on this, as I've known this branch for several years. Sorry, but this branch urgently needs an upgrade, let's say, because what's been going on there for a long time is no longer acceptable. You pay a lot, and what you get is no longer acceptable for the price. The quality and appearance leave a lot to be desired, the environment isn't exactly inviting, and as a woman, I wouldn't go there in the evenings. The same goes for cleanliness; there's a lot of room for improvement there. I've been avoiding this branch for quite some time; there are plenty of alternatives where you can get delicious fast food for your money, and you're also full. BK, if you're still interested in this branch, PLEASE CHANGE this branch ASAP or conduct a comprehensive inspection. I'm sitting here trying to find something good about the food I ordered, but nothing is happening. Cold chili fries with cheese taste bad at all. The three-person team behind the counter, who are so overwhelmed, are an outrage. Unqualified, not at all interested in making amends, and the team doesn't respond to feedback. The dirty floor to top it off. The single preparer in the kitchen was great and fast. It just took so long to put the menus together that the food was cold in the meantime. You don't win customers that way. None of the employees took any notice when I pointed out that some of the few service terminals weren't producing order slips. Next time we'll go to the burger chain with the M. A real disgrace. Many customers left the store beforehand because there were too many complaints. Good night, Burger King, to these employees.

Review (12.09, 18:30) I was really disappointed with my visit today. I saw the staff put burgers into a microwave before serving them to customers. When I pointed it out, they redid mine properly, but later I went upstairs to eat and noticed the same microwave in use again with old burgers being reheated. Honestly, that’s really not ok . food should be the standard, not microwaved leftovers. Very frustrating and definitely not visiting again.

There are a lot of places to sit and hang out but you have to pay for the bathroom even just to wash your hands before or after eating, and they had very little options for drinks and toys: no water, and they only had two naruto toys left. The vibe in these food chains is usually chill but the table in front of us had a group with quite a lot of people that were shouting and moving chairs to make noise on purpose and then laughing about it, and they made it really hard to be able to hear my friend and communicate with him, making the atmosphere kind of uncomfortable and annoying.

The girl working the hall looked at us with such a face as if I came to her house for salt. We ordered a large menu with a black T-shirt, she said no black, gave a white T-shirt, a toy in the second menu, we chose one, came for the order, she gives not what we ordered. Shows on the wall a sheet of A4 with crossed out toys that are there, but on the monitor the menu all the toys are available. I was disappointed with this place, of course, the city is big, but people come to such establishments with pleasure, but with such staff there is no more mood to return.

Dried patties and potatoes are the norm, and the floors and tables are filthy, as if they've never been cleaned before. Worst of all, the waiters are not only unfriendly but also make racist jokes and giggle among themselves. If you want the worst burger of your life, this is the place to go. If Burger King lets this store continue like this, it will have a very negative impact on their corporate image.

Toilets cost money, no air conditioning Food: regular Burger King

Moody service. Grumpy staff. They prepare fries a special way that ensures not a single grain if salt hits them. Asking for salt results in a frown, followed by a grunt and a point. You can't use the toilet or wash your hands without paying for a cash only toilet. But about right for the place as a whole. Burger was very good though which is why they get 2 stars. Oh and you have to pay for ketchup too.

Absolutely not recommended – dirty tables, lights flicker or are completely off, ordering via terminal doesn't work with debit cards, the toilet costs a euro, burgers were swapped, and trash is overflowing. I pointed this out to the staff, but they weren't bothered. Better go somewhere else in Munich! In my opinion, this is the worst Burger King in Germany so far!

Really great service, great food

The burgers and fries were cold. When I asked about it, I was met with a rude comment that it was normal for the lettuce and tomatoes to be cold. No sympathy, no apologies, etc. It's simply outrageous at this price.

My friend fell off a broken chair and was then accused of breaking it and we were violently shown the door and threatened with the police.

Dirty. The vending machines don't work and they don't give you a receipt. The bathroom costs 1 euro in cash and they don't give you a receipt! But it's dirty! They forget the sauces.

Unfriendly, dirty, whether it was the floor or the kitchen area, what you could see was disgusting....the waitress constantly slaps her face and then gets the fries...the health department should urgently come and visit...toilets, even as a customer, ate for 38 euros, but you still have to pay 1 euro for the toilet...we won't be coming back given the hygiene.

The Service is terrible. Its actually embarrassing that McDonalds is so much better. Only went here for the naruto figures and even that was disappointing. On the self-order display we opted for a milkshake and the naruto figure. Neither of those were available and we only got informed of this AFTER ordering and paying at the terminal. In comparison, mcdonalds puts informations on the screen regarding availabilty, so you actually get what you want. The food was cold, we got no napkins nor straws. The bevarage bottles are paper thin and hard to hold without squeezing. Overall a horrible experience, just go to McDonalds if you want a low quality burger.
