Burger King Munich in München

Unfortunately the worst Burger King experience I've ever had. First, one of the 3 terminals is defective, although it was on, it says in small writing at the top that it is not working at the moment. Then I just switch, at least there was no queue in front of the other two. I wanted to personalize my burger, I go to the menu and see that my selection says zero zero. Well I think, I wanted to remove it anyway. Order and pay at the terminal. Order was processed quickly. I go to a seat with my tablet. The atmosphere is not very inviting. The floor is dirty, the windows haven't been cleaned and the tables are free but greasy with a film of dirt and grease. I sit down at one of the inviting tables and am a little annoyed. Now to the order itself. The burger had everything on it, was not personalized. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I only now looked at the receipt and noticed that the display on the terminal and the receipt did not match. 0 0 on the terminal probably doesn't mean that it has already been canceled. It was probably my mistake. Unfortunately the nuggets are inedible, I've never had them so bad anywhere. The fries were not soggy and felt raw in the middle. That with a coupon for €10.49, I regret it, what food could I have bought and I'm still hungry. Too bad. Was my last visit to BK Munich

I ordered and they forgot half of it. I called and they said they would bring it but they didn't do it and they just deducted €6

Of the three tablets, only one worked very slowly and with a lot of bugs, otherwise a standard Burger King

It's a disaster. No receipts at the machine (permanent condition), few guests, long wait. Service station is never stocked (permanently), so upstairs where most of the seats are, no napkins, no drinking straws.

It's a shame that there are no more trays from eight o'clock onwards. Then you eat your stuff like an animal from torn bags on dirty tables and are then allowed to pay for urination. Disgusting to no end.

Always cold burgers with rock-hard buns, salad tarnished, soggy, fresh, they're not a disaster, fries taste like they warm up the same ones every day, they're soggy, disgusting, the shop should be closed immediately but as has often been noticed, the health department in Munich is for sale, there are tons of poor shops, mainly from Run by immigrant "skilled workers" I'd rather pay €5 more at the pub for a decent meal, unfortunately it should be quick as always wickedly disappointed, life has become expensive enough to charge so much money for food poisoning is never again so bold!

Food in bags, even if it's not takeout. Product not ordered or bags not full with the quantity sold. I asked to use the toilets at 11.30pm and they acted like they hadn't heard anything to close early and send us away. There are no bags that are not in the sport. I ordered here but was served a burnt hamburger. I wanted to exchange it, but an employee named Ali refused. He was very rude to a customer and refused in a harsh manner. If you have sense don't eat here

When we tried to order tea, the lady at the checkout didn't understand German or English. For this reason, another employee came to help, but he processed our order in street clothes and with extremely dirty hands. Hygene = 0. Disgrace. I have experienced Burger King in 20 countries, but I have never seen such a disgusting Burger King. You can see the photos in the dirt. The cashier is incredibly unhappy. I guess he doesn't know English. WC is paid. We couldn't wash our hands. They gave me ice cold onion rings and cold fries. It's a Burger King, so you know what to expect. The food was good, the lattes hot. The crew were polite, prompt and well presented. You have to pay to use the toilets upstairs, unfortunately, not worth the money, the door was hanging off it's hinges and there was a terrible smell. The sink looked like it had been cleaned a month ago and the hand blower was broken.

It's still okay. Unfortunately the shop closed 20 minutes before closing time. I couldn't get any more food because I was there 20 minutes before the end. This shouldn't happen and is unprofessional.

If you want to see a Burger King at the end of its life, this is the place to come. Affable and unhelpful staff, order at the terminals deactivated and when they are, an impossible queue in front (there are only 2 activated so as soon as someone doubts their order...). No towel on the tray. Upstairs room nice but few people and above all the whole restaurant is a little dirty. But not like a Burger King, dirty, stuff on the floor, black table legs (see photo). So live it as an end of the world experience and it will be super fun. The sandwiches are the same as in France.

I don't think BurgerKing is interested in the store itself. Zero ambience, the only music is the ventilation system that drowns out the conversations, on Saturday afternoon a guy is lying at a table with his face in the tray and is asleep (or dead, I don't know), from my two citizens, which I received fresh from the kitchen one was lukewarm and the other cold. The tables are dirty, if they haven't been cleared (oddly enough it seems to be more and more the responsibility of the paying customer) they just stay standing, they probably haven't seen a rag in ages. It's probably not even the staff that should be blamed, but rather the lack of staff due to cost savings.

Disappointing visit to Burgerking - never again! I was at Burgerking today and was looking forward to a large XXL burger. Unfortunately the quality was a complete disappointment. The burger didn't seem fresh - the bun was dry and the meat looked and tasted like it was old. Instead of freshly made, the burger was simply thrown in the microwave and warmed up. It's a disgrace that old burgers are obviously being "reused" here and then simply reheated. For a restaurant that specializes in burgers, such service and quality is truly unacceptable. I definitely won't go here again!

When I finally had a "pleasure" to speak with the employees, they got my order wrong and understandably I didn't want to pay whatever I didn't want to. And the employee said they can't cancel one product and send me away. "Than go! Don't get anything". Awful

If you want to wait 20 minutes for a simple whopper, this is the place for you. The store will never see me again!

My colleague and I arrived in Munich after a train ride of several hours. Then we finally wanted to treat ourselves to something to eat. I had two burgers, fries and nuggets. The problem with the whole thing was that the food had a roughly estimated core temperature of around -4 degrees. The worst thing was the fries. They tasted like they were fresh from the freezer.

Food is cold! Staff have no idea what they actually do, toilet facilities are a disgrace and you have to pay €1 for it. For me it's a complete disappointment

What the hell? I'm a tourist in Munich and I came inside to order food and it happened that if I needed to go to the toilet I had to pay 1€... I bought my food and I just need to go quickly to the toilet, and all the employees ignored the fact that I really needed to go in the toilet, I have swiss francs that are not accepted, and the machine doesn't accept credit cards... All the employees were insensitive to my problem and they completely ignored and jocked up my situation, I never thought to have something like this happening to me in a burger king, but perhaps in all Munich it's like this, so I'll review all burger kings with 1 star, and I will only visit McDonald's during my stay here A side of this cringe situation, all the tables that I found were dirty... Complete failure... Incompetent team! A lot of the menu wasn't available at all, then something was ordered that was supposedly no longer available. It wasn't possible to pay with a card. Order was not given completely. Patties are on the floor in the kitchen. Employees are screaming at each other. Speechless... Never experienced anything like this

I recently ordered from this branch using the order machine. The machine has repeatedly removed products from my shopping cart? and constantly threw me back to the homepage, which made the ordering process unnecessarily difficult. In addition, one of the machines was completely switched off. After I was finally able to pay, I discovered that the wrong burger was listed on the receipt. So I went to the checkout to clarify the misunderstanding and point out that the machine might not be working properly. Unfortunately, I wasn't greeted warmly there. An employee said straight away that something like that couldn't be the case and called in a second colleague. This second employee was extremely angry and completely unfriendly to me. She didn't even try to see if the ordering machine actually had a problem. Instead, she immediately claimed that I had selected the wrong product and repeatedly emphasized that the system could not make a mistake. At least I got the right burger in the end and the food tasted okay, but the interaction could have been much friendlier and more professional.

Even though you order food there, you have to pay €1 for the toilet. There were blood splatters on the toilet wall and the best thing is that you can't even wash your hands because there is no water coming out of the tap. 🙃 I have no idea what else to say about that...

I redeemed my points to get 2 free small fries, a total of 400 points that were activated in the app and went through the checkout. At the checkout the employee tells me that I can't do that and that she can only give me 1 small fries, even though the two app coupons have gone through my eyes!! She called a manager for me who argued with me and said that I couldn't do that in the app, guys I was done.. 😂 It's already difficult to collect these points and then you don't get what was redeemed. Please do training with all employees about the app/coupons/service/friendliness and how to prepare food because our food was already old. As a former Burger King employee, I can only say that I have worked in larger restaurants with drive-thru and I have still served customers better. Are there better Burger King branches in the city, please stay far away from them!! 🙅‍♀️

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this branch. Staff very rude and don't know their menu. The shop is unclean, tables are dirty and they are also stuck together. But what I find most cheeky is that you have to pay 50 cents extra for ketchup or mayonnaise even though the menu includes fries. Why should I eat my fries dry? I would advise everyone not to attend these finals.

Actually a Burger King in a very good location and visually rather appealing, but the employees aren't really on their toes and a line that stretches out onto the sidewalk is not uncommon. Cleaning more often would also help

There are only 3 terminals, most of which don't work properly or don't work at all! The location is too poorly staffed for this. Fast food is more like a pizzeria in the area. Overall, a bad concept from BK

No coupons, no free toilets even though u make a purchase. After paying 1€ for toilet they are very dirty Vegan nuggets were not fresh as they were soft but topped with crispy ones.

Cleanliness inadequate. Terminals switched off. Coupons are not accepted. Too expensive (Whopper Jr: EUR 5.00) I left without consuming.

As it is in the city’s central area with lots of shops all around, it kind of lacks cleanliness. Yesterday I went there for a quick bite and to use the washroom as it was raining too much. The washroom smells so bad there. Also the food was kinda badly made. I’ve had better food in different Burger King outlets. In this outlet they didn’t have all the menus.

By far the worst BK branch we have ever visited. Toilets dirty (despite a 70 cent fee). The same goes for the rest of the ambience, everything unkempt and dirty. It's a mystery to me that the branch is still being operated like this.

Avoid if possible. We arrived late in Munich so we decided to go to BK knowing it would not be the best meal of our life. But this was just ridiculous. First of all burger and fries were cold and dry like not made on order. I selected vegan cheese burger - the reality is far from the picture I selected on the menu (no salad no veggie) just bread and pickles… Also got normal sauce when I selected vegan (it was clearly an option). At the counter, personnel does not talk to you, they just drop everything in the bag without even checking your order nb or looking at you. Thanks to the screen I could guess the order was mine. Now I wrote this review because I have been to other BKs in Europe late evening and this was just the worst of the worst.

They don't even have free customer toilets here, which is required by law. Oh and no water or soap in the toilet and excrement on the toilet walls, not recommended

They lacked a souce, gave me a small drink and an ice cream all at once on my order. In addition they refused to give me the ice cream later as if it costed them a lot to do the things right. Don‘t come to this restaurant

Worst menü ever i cant even find what to order from screens!

Went in to grab a snack and use the bathroom. I went to the bathroom first and decided that it was a good indication that I should find somewhere else to eat. My feet stuck to the floor, the water didn't work in the bathroom (hopefully the staff has a different sink to wash their hands) and the whole place had a run-down feel to it.

I would give 0 stars if I could, took our receipt so we couldn't prove they got the order wrong and then just gave a horrendous replacement nowhere near the item. Same thing happened last time. Don't give this place a chance. Worst place I've ever had the misfortune of going to. Don't try and order Sundae's, they never give them and ignore they exist. Wasted money. Place is also disgusting, weird since I literally got yelled at by a cleaning lady for just walking to my table where my fiance was waiting with maybe most of our order after trying (and failing) to get the literal food I ordered.
