They don't even have free customer toilets here, which is required by law. Luckily it's incredibly difficult to get around this (hypothetically of course). Oh and no water or soap in the toilet and excrement on the toilet walls, not recommended

They lacked a souce, gave me a small drink and an ice cream all at once on my order. In addition they refused to give me the ice cream later as if it costed them a lot to do the things right. Don‘t come to this restaurant

Went in to grab a snack and use the bathroom. I went to the bathroom first and decided that it was a good indication that I should find somewhere else to eat. My feet stuck to the floor, the water didn't work in the bathroom (hopefully the staff has a different sink to wash their hands) and the whole place had a run-down feel to it.

I would give 0 stars if I could, took our receipt so we couldn't prove they got the order wrong and then just gave a horrendous replacement nowhere near the item. Same thing happened last time. Don't give this place a chance. Worst place I've ever had the misfortune of going to. Don't try and order Sundae's, they never give them and ignore they exist. Wasted money. Place is also disgusting, weird since I literally got yelled at by a cleaning lady for just walking to my table where my fiance was waiting with maybe most of our order after trying (and failing) to get the literal food I ordered.

Toilet only for non-refundable payment! We were at the Sonnenstrasse branch on Sunday and wanted to have a leisurely meal after visiting the zoo; the children urgently needed to go to the toilet. There is also a turnstile with a coin slot that can only be used for 70 cents, even for the little ones. When we asked at the counter, we were told that the children had to pay as well as us and that there would be no credit towards the meal. What kind of world do we actually live in now? We have NEVER in our lives paid to use the toilet when eating out at a restaurant. You can even get a coupon at every rest stop. In addition, the employee (branch manager) was extremely unfriendly. We immediately packed our things and left. By the way, the branch was empty, now guess why... you will NEVER see us AGAIN.

While copying McDonalds they forgot they have to give a fast service. And their order machines are the worst it keeps restarting after every 5 mins.

So, somehow it managed to get worse over time. As of today, in this particular restaurant: 1. self-service machines aren't updated, so they don't have an option to scan a QR code and then check your discounts on the screen. 2. self-service Cola dispenser was removed, but an option for self-service Cola was added to the menu. genius. 3. cleaning is basically absent - tray holders (for used trays) are full, tables aren't clean. 4. instead of curly fries that I've ordered I've got normal ones without any explanation. Together with the increase in prices (or rather decrease in discounts for two-burger menus) I think that I'll avoid this franchise in the future.

The burger was packaged upside down and looked like it had been used as a punching bag before being handed out. Would not recommend the store.

Decent food, average times, but the cleanliness of the place left something to be desired. The ordering stations didn't work or got stuck in the middle of ordering. In general the atmosphere was heavy and the impression was that of little cleanliness.

Burger was ice cold. Really didn't enjoy it. Service was fast, but what do you expect when all the burgers are just cold. It had been ready for a long time because you could taste it. Not fresh at all and the whole burger stuck together. Everyone in the restaurant also has cold burgers and are not happy either!

My experience at Burger King was very positive. The burgers, fries and drinks on the menu were delicious and satisfying as always. The quality of the meat and the harmony of the sauces create a perfect taste profile. Additionally, the cleanliness and order of the restaurant was remarkable. The employees are fast and friendly, orders are usually prepared in less time than I expect. Prices are also reasonable. The quality of service is generally good, even during peak hours, but could be a little faster. In general, it is a preferred place for burger lovers. I will definitely come again.

Heroin dishes instead of soap and toilet paper in the 70ct toilets. After you have paid without a receipt and are bathed in sweat waiting for your order at an indoor temperature of 30°C (the ventilation and air conditioning were not switched on), you fervently hope that you will forget the pictures from the toilets and desperately try to imagine a clean kitchen. I wanted to go to Burger King for the first time in my life. I was COMPLETELY disappointed! The store is completely dirty and it looks like the store has never been cleaned! The staff is rude and not understandable. There were also only 3 employees. One screen where you can order was broken, there were two others where many had to queue. You had to remember your order number and it wasn't printed out. In addition, they were completely dirty. You can't speak of hygiene and cleanliness here! The tablet you received was dirty, sticky and full of crumbs. There was just a new piece of paper on it. The food was also not edible and simply disgusting. You also had to pay for the toilets! Long waiting times, customers who order after you arrive early. You don't get a receipt at the terminal and the order is never complete, burgers are forgotten. I can’t imagine how good the ingredients used in a restaurant where the toilets all cost money (there are things to buy), and then you still have to wait for a long time.

Just had food here and paid 70 cents to use the bathroom. Both bathrooms had no hand soap. I spoke to a member of staff upstairs who wasn't interested and went on with her business. Spoke to someone downstairs who eventually went to get a small cup of soap but with no sense of urgency so I left dirty handed. The place was very quiet so not as if they were rushed off their feet.

We wanted to order at one of the columns, they were not really working, and by the time we wanted to pay it said that there was a problem. We went to an other, and the issue was the same so we had to go and order at the cashier. I took a photo of what we wanted to order at the column so it would be easier to tell the cashier, and she told that it would be an extra for us to order one of the items, but on the column it didn’t cost any extras. When we got our meal, and wanted to start to eat we realised that all hand sanitizers were either empty or damaged. The toilets cost 0,7€ and you can only pay with coins.

The employee at the checkout was very unfriendly. When I ordered from the machine, no note came out and the employee didn't want to hand me the receipt either. In addition, despite ordering, they refused to go to the toilet. Music is very loud. The employee also didn't give out the order correctly and scolded me for apparently choosing it incorrectly, which was clearly not the case. I will not recommend the store and will not set foot there again.

Coupon codes didn't work. Staff was rude and didn't get anything done. The music playing is all street gang gangster rap, and nothing sophisticated.

We waited for delivery for about an hour, after it was finally delivered, one order was missing (we ordered 6 items for 6 persons). We contacted Burger King and one person answered. That person had very low proficiency in German language and it was almost impossible to communicate anything and then the person hung up the call, after few more attempts to make contact with someone who actually speaks German, they were convincing us that they prepared everything as requested. I've been to many fast food restaurants but never got this much disappointed with the service. One person is left hungry because of them. I hope they will improve something in the future.

Pay money for very dirty toilets without paper and pay for double chili cheeseburgers, but don't get them. 🤨 First I got a double cheeseburger with jalapenos and cucumbers, after complaining I got a double cheeseburger without cucumbers and then a few jalapenos when I complained again. 😒 The last hot cheese sauce probably ends up on my companion's chili cheese fries. 🙄 No thank you.

Worst experience ever. Better skip this place. Unprofessional and frivolous manager. We waited 2 hours for the delivery even though it is 1.6 km away from the delivery location. Coupons could only be redeemed at the checkout, and for some reason menus could only be redeemed at the machine. If you paid at the machine, you didn't get a bong and had to remember your number in the few seconds it was displayed on the screen. When I wanted to redeem my coupon at the checkout with the words "hi, I couldn't redeem the coupon at the machine for some reason", I was answered harshly: "come down now and don't talk to me in that tone" We thought we would be out of there in 10 minutes. Worst Burger King in the whole world! I've been to many different Burger Kings in Austria, Germany and other European countries and I've never left a Burger King with such a disgusting experience. The tables were ALL dirty! The staff wears street clothes! The terminals for paying do not work or if one does work, the paper for the invoice is empty. The food was terribly bad and I was disgusted. On May 26th, 2024 I was at the Burgerking on Sonnenstrasse in Munich at lunchtime... Unfortunately I have to admit....I had never eaten so badly up to this point....the fries were extremely dry and extremely unappetizing....and I only took 2 bites of the burger...and that Meat looked and smelled like rotten meat.....that afternoon.....I had to vomit at least 10 times....which had never happened to me until I was 48 years old if I lived in Germany , I would sue this company....but thank God we don't experience such an unhygienic kitchen world in Switzerland or Austria as it is in Germany.... A big 0 points... Unfortunately I had to click on one star because otherwise I can't post anything......for this branch... Actually, the health authority should immediately close such a branch forever. ..

Unfortunately, during my recent visit to Burger King, I was not happy with my experience. First of all, my entry into the restaurant was marred by the sight of the dirty floor. This does not give any confidence regarding the cleanliness and hygiene of the establishment. Attempting to order food through the self-service machine was also unsuccessful. Even though I went through all the ordering steps correctly, I was not issued a receipt. That means there was no document confirming my purchase. Another annoyance during this visit was the performance of the staff. In particular, the cashier worked very slowly, which caused dissatisfaction not only from me but also from other customers. However, the worst impression was the condition of the dining area. When visiting Burger King you have the right to expect order and cleanliness, but in this case the tables were dirty and not cleared and the tray tray was simply overflowing. Plus there was no napkin at all! Last but not least, and equally important, the food left a lot to be desired.

If everything else fails or closed at night, in a new city, I always find something comfortable at a burger king. Fries, cheese and jalepiño balls, and onion rings are my go to. :)

A very nice, large, centrally located Burger King. There were a lot of seats downstairs and without again. It's a shame that the toilets were blocked by a turnstile that you could only open if you paid 70 cents for it. Could there perhaps be a different solution to allow customers to go to the toilet? Ideal location if you want to grab something quick to eat before the night tram. There are a lot of employees behind the counter, which means you can get service quickly even when there is a lot of traffic.

To call this dining experience unsatisfactory would be similar to calling a dumpster fire "an unpleasant sight". While I am usually more than happy to eat at a Burger King, this particular restaurant is a stain on the good name of the franchise and brand. The service, food and amenities suffer from a multitude of issues, namely: - The half-barren menu lacking many burgers and meals, as well as common add-ons such as black tea - Broken register (we did not get any confirmation or reciept for our meal, even after explicitly asking the staff for it) - An unpleasant offtaste on the burgers themselves, suggesting undercooking - Sogginess of the onion rings - General disarray of served food (fries halfway spilt on the tray) - An undersupplied bathroom lacking soap and requiring 70 cents per use (or a reciept we, as I've mentioned, did not receive) - Rude and uncommunicative staff, especially a tall gentleman "guarding" the toilet door In summary, this experience was, to put it lightly, unsatisfactory and unpleasant. I would expect better from a restaurant in the centre of the city as large as Munich. I sincerely hope drastic changes are implemented, both in the facility itself and the occupying staff.

It would be really cool if you updated your opening times. I don't feel like looking into the dark shop every time when you're standing here and it would still be open for a few hours. Unfortunately it's cheaper than MCCES and KFC but I'm crazy every time it happens.

Toilets closed without explanation, when some people complained you could suddenly go to the toilet. All the orders from the people in front of us went wrong. Many things were sold out. There wasn't actually much going on, Monday evening at 11 p.m., but the employees seemed completely overwhelmed. The food itself was put in the bag rather carelessly, some was forgotten and was delivered later. I wouldn't come anymore.
