Delivery was delayed by 1.5hrs, 2 cheeseburgers and one portion of nuggets missing. Cold food.

There's been no ice cream for a year now; the machine is broken or they've run out of ice cream. The owner doesn't seem to care. Outside, posters advertise products containing ice cream, but they're not actually for sale. Something really needs to be done about this!

We waited a very long time for our food, the burgers were cold, and the cleanliness was questionable.

waited 20mins for 1 whopper. the owner of this franchise needs to understand that running a business like this will soon fall. no soap in bathroom at all. and when soap is done they refill it with water to dilute it. the drink machine is broken. no ice. no coke. the tables are very dirty and sticky. there are flies all around my table while eating. the staff looks weird aswell and unhygienic. burger king needs to terminate the franchise contract from this owner. its sad that its in a very good location but chooses to run this way. no wonder mcdonald's is having more customers. i don't understand if the recent reviews are fake or are the people just ignoring it all?

There's never any ice cream. Service is relatively slow because there are only two people working there at any one time. The food tastes like Burger King (solid).

Burger King...I have questions! This is the first Burger King in my life where I was greeted with the sentence, "We don't have any burger patties!" The food takes longer than in a regular restaurant, the trash cans are overflowing, and family members of employees are served faster. Absolute disaster.

Order 10 times, and 8 times they don't have something, even though it's on the menu. Constant misunderstandings don't make orders any better. Especially when the wrong items or something doesn't end up in the bag at all. Then you try something very simple – fries! Large fries for €4.19?!?!, which were only a palm-sized portion, almost cold, and a bit too "firm" (No, not crispy. They were hard!).

Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. I feel sorry for the woman behind the counter. She and her team were completely overwhelmed. We arrived around midnight after a concert. Apparently, several people had this thought. Unfortunately, the Burger King branch couldn't handle the rush. The burgers were cold, and the correct amount of food wasn't on the tray. People waited forever for their food. And since when does Burger King no longer have heating? It was so cold in the store that even the food, at least the food that was still warm, got cold right away. The lady at the counter really tried her best, I think, but she didn't stand a chance. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this branch.

I used a €10 voucher and got two burgers, which were quite tasty. I particularly liked the meat. I only had to wait three minutes for my order. It's clean here, and you can have as many drinks as you like—a huge plus. Sometimes there are loud or unfriendly customers, but that's not a disadvantage of the restaurant, but rather of the people themselves. I recommend a visit.

Extremely unfriendly service! I waited 15 minutes, no one at the cashier, just a note saying "order at the machine." I tried using the machine, but my activated coupon code on my phone didn't work. When I asked, all I got was a rude "Can't you see I'm stressed?" That's completely unacceptable – absolutely unfriendly and unprofessional. I'll never go there again.

I've never normally had any problems at the drive-thru, today I ordered at the counter. I waited over 15 minutes for two burgers while everyone else got their food. Finally, they told me they didn't even have cheddar dip, even though I'd already ordered and waited 15 minutes. Ordering at the self-service kiosk didn't work before, so an old man started yelling at me why I didn't order there. I told him three times that the payment wasn't working, and he started telling me I'd done something wrong instead of taking my order quickly. Conclusion: very questionable service, food was okay, I would only order at the drive-thru.

A Wheel of Fortune prize, Flame Wings + a 0.25l drink, was not available at the restaurant the night before last. I wanted to order at the cashier because I paid in cash and there was no one in line. I was directed to the terminal because it would take longer at the cashier. I then waited and was told that the winning coupon could not be scanned at the cashier. I was then able to scan the coupon (valid for 24 hours) at the order kiosk, but the Flame Wings were sold out at the Triebstraße restaurant. I then bought a Crispy Chicken and the 15-pack churros with cinnamon, sugar, and pistachio cream. The Crispy Chicken was delicious, and the churros were actually very good and filling.

The lady at the cashier was hopelessly overwhelmed. She wanted to see my order number, so I showed her my receipt with the number. Instead of just looking, she ripped the receipt out of my hand! Is that how you treat customers?

Disgusting!!!!! Ordered through Lieferando. Food was old, fries were old, burgers were old and raw. The drink was delivered incorrectly. The sauces were delivered incorrectly. They couldn't even give me my change properly. Never again. The health department should be there!!!!!

★☆☆☆☆ – Unfortunately disappointing and chaotic I was at Burger King in Munich and wanted to order at the drive-thru as usual – but the ordering process wasn't working properly, so I had to drive up. When I tried to show my coupon (which I've used here many times), the employee initially said that such coupons didn't work for them. Only after I explicitly asked her to try it did it suddenly work. That strikes me as unprofessional and not very customer-friendly. Our meal was also missing mayo and ketchup. When I asked, I was told that you have to pay extra for sauces at the drive-thru – even though they're free with your meal in the store. Why there should be a difference is beyond me. In my opinion, that's not fair customer service. On top of that, the fries were unfortunately cold, and communication with the staff was – as has often been the case – very difficult and unclear. I used to enjoy coming here, but now visiting becomes a test of patience. It's a real shame.

The staff is rude; they insult you if you ask for ketchup. My long chili cheese had arugula on it (I'm allergic to arugula). I really wouldn't recommend it.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever had. The burgers were cold. The bacon was so cold, like it had come straight from the refrigerator. The employee was annoyed that I ordered from her. A senior couple then had to order at the order point. They left, of course. From now on, I won't eat at any Burger King. 🪦

Really bad. We ordered from Burger King. The driver didn't say hello or goodbye, just looked unfriendly. My daughter is vegetarian, and I ordered plant-based. But they came with chicken nuggets, so she didn't have any food. Instead of fries, they served Orion rings, and the toy was for boys. A disaster and a complete waste of money.

I am never setting foot at that place again. It was 17 degrees outside and probably less than 15 degrees inside (I had a winter coat and was still extremely cold). We paid 30 euros for two. The burgers and the fries were cold when we got them, it was not a nice feeling eating cold food. It is supposed to be comfort food and it was the opposite experience. From now on, I will only go to Mcdonalds. It is in my opinion much cheaper and way better and tastier (and the food is warm and the establishment has a decent temperature!!).

By far the worst fast food restaurant in the world. The service is terrible. The people don't understand a word and behave however they please. I ordered and paid for a meal, but I didn't get any food, with the explanation that I hadn't ordered anything. You can't reach anyone by phone, and if someone answers the phone, you've hit the jackpot. I don't understand how a restaurant with such employees can continue to exist. If it were even possible, I would give it a negative star. It's an absolute disgrace.

Incompetent workers at the drive-thru. You arrive home from work, your child is still in the car. You order four burgers and fries. You get home and realize you only got two of your four burgers. They should close the drive-thru; it's just incompetent. The best thing would be to convert the burger counter into a self-service area or replace the staff with machines.

After an eternity of ordering (no debit card at the ordering counter, and the terminal doesn't work properly either)... if only the burgers had tasted good. They were old, cold, and dry. One was wrong, as always—something's missing or wrong. This burger joint, in particular, needs a complete overhaul. It's terrible. I hope this was my last attempt, and I'm finally giving up hope.

No, not good. Chili Cheeseburger, fries felt like they had no cheese, and Japanese fries tasted like cucumbers. The drinks machine was moldy, it's not good. There was shit on the employee's toilet seat in the restroom. Overall, not satisfied.

Hahaha Burger King deleted my review so I'll just write another one. Yesterday I ordered a Bacon Ranch meal from you for 15€ and I had a 100€ one but I forgot to let them know. The Afghan guy wanted to give me 60€ as change and thought that was ridiculous, then said I could take it back. Then I ordered again using the app, this time a Bacon Ranch meal and another single Bacon Burger, which came to 27€ in total. Delivery took another hour and the same Afghan guy came. I wanted to see the receipt but I don't think he had it with him because I didn't get it. I gave him the money and didn't look at what I got until I got to my apartment. I got the first order, completely cold, the wrong fries and of course I paid 10€ more. When I called Burger King at the Oez they didn't answer except the 10th time I just said my name and they hung up. People, please always look directly into the bag when you get food.

I ordered from you the first time, but you couldn't change it, so I ordered again. The second order cost €10 more. I even wrote a note saying I had €100 and needed a response. The same delivery man, an Afghan (small), came and told me it cost €27 and didn't want to give me the receipt, so I gave him the money. I ordered an iced caramel coffee yesterday, but the ice cream machine wasn't ready, an hour after the store opened. Today I ordered another iced caramel coffee, the lady made me pay, and then said, "The ice cream machine isn't working. Should I put ice cubes in it?" No one came for 5 minutes even though there was nothing going on, then I had to pay 10 again, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS HARDLY BUSINESS!!! Last but not least (from a selection of 3!!) the wrong Monster Energy was put there, but this could be changed upon request.... The food wasn't good at all. The nuggets were mixed even though ordered normally. (Chili doesn't really go well with a child.), some of them were far dry. The fries tasted like old potatoes. The burgers were cold and there was no sweets in the selection. The staff didn't understand anything. The floor was completely glued...

Horrible food! Bought a Whopper meal at the drive-thru. The Whopper was lukewarm despite what felt like a 5-minute wait. The fries tasted of rancid oil. Coke can't be sold without ice because it's warm due to a broken machine. Even with ice, it doesn't resemble Coke. Better to throw it away. The employees walk around the kitchen in their street clothes. The heating is probably broken, too. The food and hygiene leave a lot to be desired. Over 10 euros for an inedible lunch. Better off with a meatloaf sandwich at the butcher's.

I ordered 3 x BigKing menus via Lieferando, but received 3 x Chili Chesse Burgers instead. I first had to wait an entire hour, starving, for the delivery person. Following this incorrect delivery, I was also rewarded by telephone with a wait and my phone call not being answered and I am completely dissatisfied - now I have to see where I can get something to eat. In case a Burgerdoof employee reads this - Here is the invoice number: 29 -- PS: I have never seen a two-digit invoice number.

Burgers usually have practically no sauce, always have to be complained about. Cola is often empty, tables in the restaurant are rarely cleaned, toilets are dirty (what does it look like in the kitchen then?).

No card payment possible, only cash and vouchers are also not possible and very unfriendly always make you close 20-30 minutes earlier in the evening... And don't serve anymore...

Nuggets were harder than an old Nokia cell phone🥴 No idea how long they were in the deep fryer but you couldn't cut them up anymore... The soap container is simply filled with water and the tap only runs for a second. What's going on hahahaha😄

Well I have to say that for me this is the worst branch in all of Munich and I know a few. I regularly order something at the drive counter and always want ketchup/mayo with it. In contrast to some other branches, here they practically ALWAYS charge about that (29 cents?) and secondly, the sauce in question is often not even in the bag. I can be kidding myself! Sometimes unfriendly, migrant employees, sometimes waiting times of at least 5 minutes (mind you from the point when you are already at the serving window) and extra orders such as a hamburger in addition to the menu are sometimes "forgotten". I find it uncomfortable inside anyway, but if it is, I'll just drive through. Food very dry every now and then! Bad!
