Waited almost 2 hours for an order even though it said a maximum of 75 minutes. We thought it wouldn't come at all. Ordered there last time.

This branch is really bad - no taste, no service. Waiting time for 3 burgers 1 fries and 1 drink 22 minutes!! There were 2 people in front of me... The rubbish is piling up in the corner - you should consider informing the relevant authorities.

Today (Sunday) opening hours from 10 a.m.... I was there at 10.15 and the devices had just been turned on... I will never go there again and I absolutely cannot recommend it to you. The employees lie to customers and say they don't speak German when someone asked if they had any food, but speak German before and after. One Mr. Albert was just hanging out with the other employee the whole time, while customers were standing at the checkout, they were just joking around instead of selling something. In addition, when the customer orders, they don't listen and simply charge the wrong thing.

It wasn't clean when I was there. Floors and the terminals looked like a cleaning lady hadn't been there for a long time. The food wasn't great either. Won't go there anymore. Things used to be much better here.

I was standing in front of the counter while I was waiting for my food when an older gentleman (employee) came forward, took a napkin and used it to wipe the sweat from his forehead and then cleaned his nose with it, mind you WITHOUT gloves. Immediately afterwards he reached into a freezer and pulled out new rolls. He neither washed his hands nor put on gloves. Something urgently needs to be done about hygiene here!

Couldn't redeem the app's vouchers at the machine. So we wanted to order at the counter and then left because a lady takes the orders at the drive-in counter as well as in the restaurant, collects the money and packs everything up herself and gives it to the customers. There were 4 people standing in front of us paying and another 5 waiting for their food. So you can roughly calculate how long we would have waited. No thanks

Rude customer service, I ordered via the app. Ordered plant-based, got beef when I called to solve the problem I was told it was my mistake for ordering wrong cause their system doesn’t show when you switch a patty to plant-based if ordered by app. How about you fix your app then?

Ordered the plant based long chicken burger - had a hair in it and it seemed undercooked. Salad was not fresh either. The fries were great though! Service was… well they served me the food so I can’t say it was non existent. I only stopped here because I had my car in the shop across the street - wouldn’t come here otherwise.

I went to this Burger King yesterday to buy a menu. I gave the cashier €25 but she only gave me change of €15. I told her she made a mistake, but she didn't want to hear about it. Even the manager of the company was rude, and when I asked for a receipt, he banned me for no reason! Be careful and count your money before buying from this store.

The worst BK I've ever been to. The little darker man at the counter can't pay money, always gives!! Too little change out. Food is cold. Staff completely overwhelmed, you wait about 30 minutes until you get there even though there are not 10 people in front of you. There's always something empty at the drinks machine, there's no carbonation in the drinks and it's also different when it comes to cleanliness.

Employees go out with guests while the store is full to talk privately with others. The drinks machine was super sticky, more than just from that day. In general, the store didn't seem particularly clean or inviting.

After a long time, Coke Zero is finally available again at the free refill machine. Since the introduction of MyBurgerKing in the app, the ordering machine has crashed without exception when using this function. Since then, you can't use coupons at the ordering machine without the system hanging up. There are no plans to repair anything.

My visit to Burger King was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. When I received my order the fries were cold. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the “boss” reacted aggressively and unfriendly. Instead of apologizing or fixing the problem, I was treated disrespectfully. I sat in the car for 10 minutes until the burger arrived, only when I got home did I see that the bun was hard as a rock, it was quite clear that the bread was from the day before, the salad (see photo) was already brown and the nugget breading was no longer fresh but mushy!!!!

To put it kindly, the whole store can be extremely improved when it comes to cleanliness. I'm surprised that the Burger KIng headquarters let something like this get away with because it's extremely damaging to the brand and it's not the first case of its kind. It's a matter of time before it goes bankrupt, I'm sure. Or the health department will close the store even faster. Unfortunately there are no minus stars, otherwise I would use them for rating. This Burger King branch doesn't even deserve half a star. The staff was so unfriendly that I thought I had landed in a horror movie. Ordered some ice cream. WAY too little sauce. If I politely asked if I could get more sauce, I would have to pay €0.50. This is the “standard” ice cream with strawberry sauce from Burger King. Check it out for yourself.

My experience at Burger King on Triebstrasse was extremely disappointing. As soon as I entered the restaurant I noticed that the door was dirty and the ordering machines also seemed neglected. Despite the low number of customers, the staff would have had enough time to keep the area clean, but this obviously didn't happen. After placing my order, I received my menu, which I ordered as a large menu. Unfortunately, it was only after I left the restaurant that I noticed that instead of the large fries I had ordered, I was only given small fries. Apparently this problem is not an exception but occurs frequently in this Burger King. The service quality also left something to be desired. The employees seemed uninterested and hardly communicative. All in all, I can't recommend a visit to Burger King on Triebstrasse. The lack of cleanliness, repeated ordering errors, and poor service experience make this branch a disappointing choice for dining out.

Definitely not have it your way... Must only be an American thing. Not a lot of lettuce on the whoppers, but still tasted good. Asked for a side of pickles, but they don't do that... Came twice because it is walking distance from our hotel. Was fairly clean. Ordered using kiosk, so was able to order in English without problems.

The service leaves much to be desired + some kind of post-apocalyptic atmosphere: the cash registers don’t work, there are no trays, there aren’t enough lids, and the toilet stinks as if someone ran out of $ there two days ago.

Man reden mit ihm und er geht einfach in dir Küche diesen typ sollte man feuern 😡😡😡😡 Ich hab ihn gefragt ob er bitte ihn der küche sagen könnte das sie bitte ein Whisky er meinte es war schon fertig obwohl es nicht fertig war. Für Gastronomie sollten man gewisse Anforderung erfüllen. Und er hat definitiv kein bock auf sein job bezahlt ihn lieber 8,20€ die stunde oder schmeiss den Typen endlich raus

Ich musste 1 1/2 Stunden warten bis meine Bestellung angekommen ist, obwohl der Burger King nur 10 min von mir entfernt ist und dann war das Essen noch nicht mal mehr warm.

Es war nicht so besonders .Die Tische waren teils nicht sauber,Getränke Reste werden vor die Tür gekippt naja Essen war ganz ok .Diese Filiale würden wir nicht mehr aufsuchen sorry .

Parken oft nicht möglich, da der Parkplatz von der Hauptschulabbrecherfraktion dort regelmäßig residiert.

Die Bürger sind so gut das man danach die ganze Nacht auf der Toilette hängt, da es einem danach sorichtig gut geht. Diesem Laden sollte man das Gesundheitsamt auf den hals jagen. Die Einrichtung total verdreckt der Müll liegt auf den Tischen herum. Die Küche will man da erst garnicht Inspizieren. Das Personal teils der Deutschen Sprach nicht mächtig und total unfreundlich. Also wer gern eine Woche vom Alltag ruhen möchte, auf Kosten der Krankenkasse der sollte dort dinnieren gehen.
