Long wait times, was waiting for 10 minutes for fries that the staff was not able to prepare (left without it). Much worse staff than average for the chain.

Half an hour waiting time for a single hamburger! I got it cold... I ordered it without tomatoes, of course it was FULL of tomatoes. The staff doesn't speak any German at all.

Not the best, but was hungry... Fries rather greasy instead of cross, chili nuggets rather cold. No ice cream because the machine is broken and will no longer be replaced due to it being torn down. Service was partly friendly (lady), partly unfriendly - 2 men...

I ordered via Lieferando. For 20€, I received the wrong delivery, one chicken wings and one fries, for 20€!!! I was insulted and yelled at. I didn't get the food I actually ordered. What I received doesn't cost €8 But I paid €20

We regularly ordered something from there. So far it has always been pleasantly cold. It's like it's been lying around somewhere for a while. At McDrive you can see how dirty the store is... You can even see it from the outside. Fat that runs down the wall... What you wish for. Finally clean up the place. Clean up. Don't be so unfriendly and especially... fast food... Be quicker... We're now driving on to BK... We hope he gets better

The burger menu I ordered was fine overall, but there were some aspects that marred the experience. The burger itself was well prepared with a tasty patty and fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, the cola arrived without any carbonation, which significantly reduced the refreshing enjoyment. The fries were another weak point. They appeared old and were dry, suggesting that they had either been sitting for too long or were not freshly prepared. The lack of crispiness and warmth significantly detracted from the fries experience. It seems like a possible staff shortage could be the cause of these quality deficiencies like everyone in Bavaria, who doesn't? The service continued to be friendly and attentive, which is a positive thing. I hope that future visits will reach the usual level of quality as the potential of the place is definitely there. A little extra attention to detail could make all the difference here.

I don't understand how bad a huge branch can be. Employees seemingly incompetent. No matter what time you come, expect to wait half an hour for fries and nuggets.

The ice cream machine is constantly broken and after I ordered an ice cream from the machine I was told that I couldn't get my money back and would have to order something else for the same price. In my opinion it's a juice shop even though the food actually tastes very good

The men's toilet was unusable. The drain was open and it smelled awful. Burger King has to react here.

The worst Burger King branch in all of Munich – you should seriously consider closing this branch. The employees are absolutely unwilling to work and get going. In addition, the food tastes even worse than in any other Burger King. I wonder what the employee is thinking about yelling at the customers just because she is unable to take the order and listen. Extra requests will also not be taken into account, but will of course be collected. The waiting times are also unreasonable, even with a small number of customers. The entire store feels dingy and disorganized, which makes the visit even more unpleasant. The drink dispensers often don't work properly and the staff seem overwhelmed and unmotivated, even with the simplest tasks. Very unfriendly and incompetent staff especially the cheeky manager! My children picked up ice cream and immediately all of their food was thrown in the trash!!! Food wasn't really good either, NEVER AGAIN!!!

When ordering I couldn't order in either German or English. Accordingly, the order was wrong and it took a lot of effort to get the right one. The employee's glass eye fell out on the shock. The toilet was clogged, but customers still used it. If you like action and variety or are just looking for something to laugh about, this is the place for you ;) PS: The fries were still frozen inside.

There was hardly anything going on, I was the only one with an order at Burger King and still had to wait 15 minutes. The food was simply inedible. I had a Whopper that tasted old and reminded me of cardboard. There was also an extremely dominant onion flavor, accompanied by an indefinable sauce. The bun was dry and went perfectly with this overall just disgusting burger.

I ordered food here and it was catastrophic. I waited an hour and a half for the food and in the end it was just ice cold so that I couldn't even accept it. Toilets don't work at all!!! No toilet paper, no soap, no towels. You don't even want to wash your hands here. The food and restaurant is just normal Burger King.

This Burger King is by far the worst I've ever been to. The fries and burgers had probably been lying around for a while and were definitely no longer fresh. Parts of the order and also sauces were missing. I will definitely avoid this store in the future.

One of the best Burger Kings when it comes to freshness and speed! That's how it used to be! Was there today and discovered that this unspeakable ordering system had actually been installed, where you have to enter your order into the machine after you come in! Result: Nothing works anymore, it takes 2-3 times as long, you have to ask again at the counter because you can't read the numbers anyway or they were used several times! That's why I stopped coming to Mac Donalds and now I won't come to you anymore! I asked my friends and they have the same opinion!! Not great!

What kind of shop is this? The upper floor is closed and completely emptied. Since the toilets are located in this dark hole, you are forced to walk upstairs through the garbage left by guests who still eat up there. The trash looked like it had been there for a few days. Things didn't get any better in the toilets. One toilet had probably been clogged for a while, and the other toilet was also full of germs. I ordered a plant based double Whopper menu and a long chicken. The patties were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The sour cream with the lattice potatoes tasted slightly too sour, even though it was still shelf-stable according to the best before date. Unfortunately, this indicates incorrect storage. We wanted to go to the toilet, there was a huge construction site upstairs and the toilets were so extremely dirty and smelly that we couldn't go to the toilet there. When asked, the service staff turned away and the management didn't respond. We then drove away, it was so disgusting.

The employees were kind. The toilets on the other way were smelly and generally in a very bad state. The water from the tap in the men's toilets didn't work at all. Many papers were thrown everywhere. The upstairs area looked like a bombed out landscape.Also there were spiders EVERYWHERE.I have been in many other Burger King restaurants but none of them were as horrible,messy and unorganised as this one.It was a horrible experience. I will not come to this place to eat EVER again. Neither do I recommend it to you. Im sorry that Burger Kind still keeps THIS horrible place open.

Unfortunately no soap in the toilets in the men's room, not even the water worked. Upon request, only disinfectant was offered. Something was missing from the food and the burgers were cold. Lots of room for improvement!

Worst experience ever...no one takes orders because they don't understand a word of German, they look provocative and spit on your burger...the shop should be closed...everything dirty like in the already shown RTL Wallraf undercover episodes... It only got worse...

Supposedly open until 1 a.m. but at 12:45 a.m. the door is closed and when you walk through the door 3 meters further you are asked in surprise how you got in. When I answered that it was open until 1 a.m., I was offered leftovers... so it would be better to state that it was open until 12:30 a.m., then everything would be fine. If the employees in the evening shift on 9:10 can't provide service until 1 a.m., then that just has to change. Either with the employees or with the opening times. Or you just say "open until 1 a.m. just means the lights are on until then"...

Long wait for food. Employees who don't want to work. On October 6th, 2024 I was there at 10:30 and the store was closed even though it says opening hours from 10. The employees were inside cleaning and the shift manager was relaxed behind the counter. Door was locked. Without any explanation. I'll never come back, even though I live nearby I'll go somewhere else.

Really incompetent employees ordered through suppliers, half of the order was missing, didn't want to accept it, said it would come again but nothing happened. Called the restaurant several times where the employees were of the opinion that you shouldn't answer, just plain cheeky. Never again.

If you want to be treated really badly by employees, then this Burger King is the best place to go. The taste of the food here is just that you can just eat it, but something else is delicious. But because of the unfriendly, rude staff, this Burger King will never see me again. A shame for the Burger King chain this branch.

The tables are always dirty, full of rubbish, you are not allowed to use the upper floor, the burgers are carelessly filled and the overall impression is simply sad. The staff tries hard but it's not enough. It was really the last time. It's a shame, because we like the variety of veggie burgers. If we really feel like it, we drive 20 minutes further (due to the construction site) to Landsberger Str.

September 2024: The left side of it will be demolished. To the right of it is being demolished. And hopefully this branch will get it too. Nothing works here anymore, be it the drive-thru or the squeaky ice cream machine. Run down inside and out, the staff's clothing was completely dirty. An absolute disgrace for BK Germany. At least there was no stomach/intestine from the food.

Went to the drive-in there on September 30, 2024 at 8:35 p.m. I was at the front of the car queue and waited 10 minutes for someone from the restaurant to answer the intercom. But nothing came of it, so I finally left without having accomplished anything and with a growling stomach. Too bad.

Disgusting food, most things are forgotten when ordering, unfriendly staff, unhygienic, the tables are not cleaned and the 2nd floor has not been accessible since 2019. You sometimes have to wait 30 minutes for your order, the employees give the wrong order in 50% of cases, under no circumstances eat here and contact the hygiene authorities.

It's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It was clean, the food was freshly prepared and as you would expect from BK. Ok, the service isn't the fastest, but waiting 5 to 10 minutes for an order for 3 people is still ok if the store is full.

Hello my favorite Burger King, I have a huge passion for all of your amazing products. What I really can't stand is when a single franchisee drags the entire Burger Kings name into the mud. This Burger King on Pollinger Strasse is so bad that it should actually at least serve its fair sentence to make up for it all. But now something constructive: This Burger King has been making the same crap for years. It's funny that no one is looking there, I was actually hoping that something would be better controlled after all the accusations. Well, it is well documented via the reviews on Google Maps or Lieferando that this Burger King is failing completely and has been for a long time. This whole thing has been going on for so long that, as a huge Burger King fan, I feel obligated to let you know. And if it doesn't find favor here, then I'll apply to the management team in the future to personally make Burger King my Burger King again. This shed needs to be closed. This is by far the worst BurgerKing ever. We were standing in front of the closed door shortly before 10 on a cold winter day. Not bad in itself, because the opening times say 10 a.m. But since it only opened at 10:06 and several people were already standing in the freezing cold, I don't think something like that is appropriate. The high point was when I asked the boss or shift manager that several people were standing in the cold and it would have been nice to let us in, only a mushy "we don't open until 10 a.m.." When I pointed out that it was already 6 past 10, all I got was an eye roll and a mumble. We don't even need to talk about the burgers. Even though it was supposed to be fresh, it just didn't taste good. The fries were also soggy. These were probably ready at 9:30 because fries generally take so much effort to fry... Inside and outside it was simply horrible. Garbage everywhere. Nothing emptied and nothing put away. And that even just after half past ten. That's what you do before your shift or before you open. So kudos to the manager. You are doing your best to position this BurgerKing in such a bad light. Good luck with continued success. You still manage to get below 2 stars.

The service here is an absolute disaster. The first time I didn't think anything of it, but the second time I got really angry. I wanted to order at the drive-in counter, the employee there didn't know the burger and after a few times he said which burger I wanted to order (instead of him checking or asking someone else and I was still friendly). Then he just said he couldn't understand me and I should move on to the window. He finally checked it halfway at the window (if you have Airpods in while you're working, it's clear to me why you don't understand the customers and that's when I got really angry). But then I had to wait forever because they didn't have burgers, nor did they have fries or curly fries. At some point my order was ready, Curly Fries were missing, I had to wait again because they weren't ready and the drink was completely forgotten. Good I stood in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. The Curly Fries were then handed over to me with an attitude that you wouldn't want to come back.

This is by far the worst Burger King (drive in) I have ever experienced, there is nothing going on and you wait for the first time to even be able to order. Standing in line for 20 minutes (1 car in front of me) is standard here. I'm writing this review while I wait...

One star is still too many! The staff is unwilling or unable to change an accidental order, becoming loud and rude in the process. There were no sugar-free soft drinks or water. The shop is dirty and greasy, with leftover food and packaging everywhere. And the food was less than lukewarm. Never ever!

Went there for dinner with my family at around 12:00 a.m. on July 31, 2024. The final price of our order was almost €60. All 4 portions of fries were not even lukewarm and limp, a total of 6 burgers and 20 nuggets all cold! A burger and 20 nuggets were simply forgotten. Our complaint was responded to in an absolutely cheeky and unfriendly manner by an older (Indian, Pakistani) employee. The boss (also an older Indian/Pakistani man) acted as if he didn't hear us during the dialogue. They didn't want to give us anything new to eat, but at least we got our money back. NEVER go there. Worst Burger King I've been to in years! Service station level, in terms of quality and service, although I have been served better at some service stations!

I stood in front of the window for another 10 minutes. There really wasn't much going on inside, I was looked at several times by 3 employees, which means I was also registered by 2 others. This waiting time alone is a disgrace, especially since it was once said that drive-thru customers were treated with higher priority. At least that's what I know from the competition. When I then ordered 2 menus - 1 Double Whopper with Onion Rings + Cola and 1 King's Emmentaler with fries + Cola - I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food... which wasn't even complete. The fries were barely salted, the onion rings were extremely hot but totally soggy. 1 burger was missing… Burger King charges almost €11 for that! It's almost fraudulent when you consider that this happens to me more often now. I'll never go there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else!

Once I was denied coupons (the restaurant is a participating restaurant and it was in stock because I got the burger without a coupon) and today I was refused the drive in even though the window was open. Unappetizing, slightly unkempt restaurant, Diet Coke had a sour, milky aftertaste like overripe Bavarian beer. Food average and very expensive. Fries could have been warmer.

Once I ordered ice tea and I got a mix of all the drinks, with sparkling water, it tasted like Fanta Cola Sprite, probably from the drip tray

After repeated attempts, finally it Findings: one of the worst Burger Kings in Munich. Alleged specials are usually "sold out", and the quality of the burgers varies from eatable to inedible. ... fries always old!!!! Service in the drive through was quite nice???? Nothing more....Disappointing!!!!
