Shocked by the process! We ordered from Burger King via Lieferando. All well and good. Then we waited a total of two and a half hours for our food. By that point, we'd already lost our appetite anyway. The delivery person finally rang the bell, but told us that everything was sold out and handed us drinks we hadn't ordered, which were in his pockets. Not even a carrier bag. The delivery person tucked the bag with our supposedly warm food neatly under his armpit so his arms were free. That's probably the only reason the food was still halfway warm... The food was also faulty and didn't match our order. Dear Burger King team on Pollinger Straße, we've lost you as a customer.

This is the 6th or 7th time that I have eaten at the BK on Fürstenrieder Straße. Just as often I did not get any ice cream because they were supposedly sold out or the machine was broken. That is why there were no ice cubes with my Coke. I ordered at the terminal and wanted to pay in cash at the cash register, but only after a long wait and then shouting did someone come to the cash register even though I had been seen. They were not very interested and unfriendly, and preferred to speak to the person making the fries in their native language. The lady in question was busy spreading her thick, black hair in the fries she had just made. The crust was sticky, I was almost afraid of it sticking. Why the health department is not interested in the shop is a mystery to me. I have read a few reviews and each one is absolutely accurate. The positive ones seem to have been written by the people themselves. In future I would rather drive a few meters further to McDonald's.

Today, September 21, 2025, I was at Burger King at Fürstenrieder Straße 249 – it's simply a disgrace! I clicked "print directly" on the terminal, but no receipt came out. By law, receipts are mandatory – so I pointed this out to the man at the counter. Instead of helping me, he started shouting at me aggressively in very bad German and just left me standing there. Then he ran into the kitchen yelling "no more printing today!!!!!!" I've never experienced such disrespectful, choleric behavior. Zero service, zero friendliness, just pure aggression. Burger King should be ashamed of having such staff!

Want to order something warm? NOT here! The last order was once again awful! The stated delivery time was 45 minutes. The actual time was 1 hour 15 minutes, and the food is completely cold! Refuse to take it? That's not an option either, because the driver will just throw it at you and run away! I went there myself, wanted to speak to the store manager? No luck! It's in-house, but he doesn't have time for that. Instead, a rude employee approaches you. "You accepted the food, we're no longer responsible for it!" they say! You're stuck with the cost and the ice-cold food! You want the store manager's information, the name of the employee in question, or the restaurant number? You don't get that either! The employees just rudely turn you away! Hygiene? What is hygiene? But there's already been more than enough coverage here... The notice at the checkout says "...Last unannounced inspection by TÜV Süd was successfully passed...." With a date of 2014 and a validity period until 2020... Order elsewhere and save yourself these problems. Because here it'll only cost you unnecessary stress.

The food was not good. The service was below average. The place is absolutely filthy; I've never seen anything like it. The upper floor is closed to the dining area; only the restrooms are accessible, and they are in a disastrous state. It looks like this place will be demolished soon, otherwise I can't imagine such filth. It's nothing short of a miracle that the health department and the food hygiene department haven't shut the place down yet.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (sadly forced to give one star) I'm rarely speechless, but this visit to Burger King was an absolute disaster. The service? Abysmal. The staff seemed consistently unfriendly, disinterested, and completely unmotivated, as if every customer were an annoying interruption. When I simply asked about the ketchup included in the coupon, I only received an annoyed "It's only available at the terminal, not here at the checkout," so now I'm supposed to guess whether I'll get it or not? The hygiene was appalling: There were piles of fries on the floor, as if they had been deliberately placed there. A veritable breeding ground for rats, and right in the middle of the dining area! I don't even want to know what it's like behind the scenes. The food was the sad climax: My colleague and I had severe stomach aches after the visit. It's easy to suspect that expired or improperly stored products were used. This isn't just disgusting, it's a health hazard. This place urgently needs to be inspected by the health department. I'd normally give it zero stars, but unfortunately, I'm forced to give it at least one. My advice: Stay away from this Burger King.

New record: Today, at 12:20 a.m., they announced that the store was closed, and that if you were there, you could only get some burgers. So, on the night of Sunday into Monday (May 18th - 19th). The employees are obviously not that good at "working together." But it's usually the same employee...unfortunately, I don't have her name handy. Definitely damaging to business. Five other people were standing next to me, surprised by the work ethic and the seemingly fictitious business hours. In complete contrast, I was there recently, and there were young, new (I guess Indian) employees. They were incredibly nice and helpful! That was the best service I've ever had there! Update: On the night of July 9th to 10th...the same lady was there again. At midnight, all the screens were off, and you could only order at the counter, which of course took longer. At 12:20 a.m., the main entrance was locked to prevent anyone from entering. It's always the same lady...she closes the shop little by little starting around midnight, even though it's open until 1 a.m. Hundreds of euros are lost. So either you make it public that the place is only open until midnight, for example, or you fire the lady...the other employees manage well, stick to the opening hours, and make a corresponding amount of sales. The food is BK...the atmosphere too, so you can't expect much. Service when the lady is there = 0 stars. Damaging business beyond belief. Get rid of it.

The food was okay. But the service was an absolute disaster. The place was empty. We were the only customers. But the waitress was so slow and moved in slow motion. I've never seen anything like it in my entire life. Like a 90-year-old. The tray with the Coke and the burger was eventually on the counter and the fries were ready. But because the woman moved like a grandmother and kept going back to the kitchen, I eventually went to the front of the counter and asked her if I should get the fries myself. She just looked at me wide-eyed and then moved like a comatose snail to the fryer to get the fries. By the way, it seems to be a general problem at Burger King that you can scratch the soles of the staff's shoes while walking. This isn't the first place this has happened to. Are they hired based on slowness? Unbelievable. That woman should be fired immediately. How does she even move when the place is full??? At least the burgers were tasty and weren't completely cold from the long wait. Hence two stars. But that's absolutely the maximum, and I wouldn't eat there again.

Completely unacceptable. My order was left on the mailboxes at the building entrance – completely unprotected and accessible to anyone. Despite clear instructions that the delivery should be made to my apartment door, the driver (Atanaska) ignored this and simply left the order there. I never received the food. This kind of service is unprofessional, negligent, and dangerous. I don't understand all the bad reviews. I was at this BK for the first time this morning. Seating is only available on the ground floor. An employee had just cleaned the tables. The upper floor is empty. You can only go to the restrooms. They were clean. I have no idea how long orders take when it's full. My place was empty, and it didn't take long for the food to be ready. It was tasty, too. The employee was friendly, too. It's ridiculous that people are complaining about the poor view. It's not BK's fault that there's roadwork going on there or that the neighboring property is a construction pit. I go to fast food because I'm hungry and want something quick, not because I like a beautiful mountain view.

BurgerKing Munich has not changed. Here employees walk around in casual clothes and serve people, generally very poor hygienic conditions, long waiting times, bored employees, no one feels responsible, no service quality at all. Complaints are considered “normal”, I mean if the meat patty is black, then it is black and charred. Probably run it through the grill twice before throwing it away, better turn it on for the customer. All in one “stay away”!!!

This Burger King branch is an absolute disaster! You stand at the checkouts for hours without being asked about your order. All employees just scurry around in the back or at the grill. One gets the impression that the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. It's absolute chaos. Unfortunately, no one there speaks German, which means that you are often served something completely different than what you ordered. Once you finally have your food in front of you, it is usually cold. I have only experienced problems like this on a regular basis in this branch. Things are much more orderly in other Burger King branches. It doesn't make any difference whether you go there in the evening, on a public holiday or at lunchtime. There is always chaos. Everything is somehow disorganized. That was definitely my last visit there today.

Absolute impudence I am extremely disappointed and angry! My order was simply canceled without informing me. The app kept saying that my delivery was “arriving shortly”. I waited for over two hours - hungry and tired - only to finally get someone on the phone after countless unsuccessful calls to tell me that my order had been canceled because there was no driver available. Apparently someone called me - a blatant lie! Nobody contacted me! This is a bottomless impudence! I relied on my food, instead now I sit hungry and angry. And then should I just accept that my order was canceled without any compensation? I want my money back immediately! This branch (Burger King Waldfriedhof) is the largest juice shop in all of Munich anyway. Even in the store you wait forever for a simple burger - absolute incompetence across the board. That was definitely the last time I ordered here! I expect an immediate refund and an explanation for this miserable service.

I was waiting so long something like 1h20minutes and then it’s coming something different from that what i was ordering. I was also at the place and a few times they messed my order, I hope they will better next time!

1 star is actually not enough... unfriendly staff and very poor hygiene. Rats are also said to have been here often and the entire restaurant is simply disgusting

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Absolutely disgusting people. I went there with my son. For some reason i didn't have my Giro Card with me, only my Credit Card which i havent used in a long time and wasnt 100% sure about the PIN-Code (online purchases dont require the PIN). I told the Cashier that it might be more reasonable for me to try to to pay first before even preparing the order since i wasnt sure about the PIN. The man told me that he "can't allow me to try it" if i wasnt sure about the PIN... If i didnt tell him that i wasnt sure, i would just try to pay it and if the Payment didnt go through he would just "forfeit" the Order (called "Stornierung" in German, very common) BUT NO, he had to go through with the Ego trip. When i asked for the manager, he went in the back and came back in about 7 seconds telling me the manager wasnt here 😂 Are we in Zimbabwe or in Germany??? All this for a payment of 20 Euros worth of Fast Food for my Son and me. I'm absolutely shocked at Burger King's hiring policy. After reading some of the reviews(2,7/5), i can't understand how this place is still running and im calling for an immediate Change of Personnel.

I can only say that the other Munich branches should take a leaf out of their book: Fast, friendly, clean - that's how it should be everywhere!
