11 minutes past 10 just not unlocked. Employees conveniently clear up. Nobody say anything.

The tables are always dirty, full of rubbish, you are not allowed to use the upper floor, the burgers are carelessly filled and the overall impression is simply sad. The staff tries hard but it's not enough. It was really the last time. It's a shame, because we like the variety of veggie burgers. But I don't know of any BurgerKing in Munich that I can recommend. Recently visited one in the Bavarian Forest, it was amazing, there's no comparison!

The service here is an absolute disaster. The first time I didn't think anything of it, but the second time I got really angry. I wanted to order at the drive-in counter, the employee there didn't know the burger and after a few times he said which burger I wanted to order (instead of him checking or asking someone else and I was still friendly). Then he just said he couldn't understand me and I should move on to the window. He finally checked it halfway at the window (if you have Airpods in while you're working, it's clear to me why you don't understand the customers and that's when I got really angry). But then I had to wait forever because they didn't have burgers, nor did they have fries or curly fries. At some point my order was ready, Curly Fries were missing, I had to wait again because they weren't ready and the drink was completely forgotten. Good I stood in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. The Curly Fries were then handed over to me with an attitude that you wouldn't want to come back.

Waited 10 minutes after ordering. There were 2 people in front of me. Next time somewhere else...

One star is still too many! The staff is unwilling or unable to change an accidental order, becoming loud and rude in the process. There were no sugar-free soft drinks or water. The shop is dirty and greasy, with leftover food and packaging everywhere. And the food was less than lukewarm. Never ever!

Went there for dinner with my family at around 12:00 a.m. on July 31, 2024. The final price of our order was almost €60. All 4 portions of fries were not even lukewarm and limp, a total of 6 burgers and 20 nuggets all cold! A burger and 20 nuggets were simply forgotten. Our complaint was responded to in an absolutely cheeky and unfriendly manner by an older (Indian, Pakistani) employee. The boss (also an older Indian/Pakistani man) acted as if he didn't hear us during the dialogue. They didn't want to give us anything new to eat, but at least we got our money back. NEVER go there. Worst Burger King I've been to in years! Service station level, in terms of quality and service, although I have been served better at some service stations!

This shed needs to be closed! Waiting time too long and order incomplete AGAIN! I went through the drive-thru. After I stood at the ordering column for 10 minutes and waited for an employee to finally answer, I was simply dictated to the window without a “hello” or any other greeting. I stood in front of the window for another 10 minutes. There really wasn't much going on inside, I was looked at several times by 3 employees, which means I was also registered by 2 others. This waiting time alone is a disgrace, especially since it was once said that drive-thru customers were treated with higher priority. At least that's what I know from the competition. When I then ordered 2 menus - 1 Double Whopper with Onion Rings + Cola and 1 King's Emmentaler with fries + Cola - I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food... which wasn't even complete. The fries were barely salted, the onion rings were extremely hot but totally soggy. 1 burger was missing… Burger King charges almost €11 for that! It's almost fraudulent when you consider that this happens to me more often now. I'll never go there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else!

Food normal like everywhere else. Fries once tasted like the frying oil was old. Employees suck at everything! Unfriendly. Once I was denied coupons (the restaurant is a participating restaurant and it was in stock because I got the burger without a coupon) and today I was refused the drive in even though the window was open. I don't do it, they come in - basically no stress - if you just come back to the parking lot like that! It's a damn opposite lane separated by a green belt... I'd have to drive completely down the street and back... then put a sign in the parking lot saying "no drive today" Never again 🤬

Unappetizing, slightly unkempt restaurant, Diet Coke had a sour, milky aftertaste like overripe Bavarian beer. Food average and very expensive. Fries could have been warmer.

Once I ordered ice tea and I got a mix of all the drinks, with sparkling water, it tasted like Fanta Cola Sprite, probably from the drip tray

Extremely long waiting times. Burgers cold because they sit on the tray forever until the ordered side dishes are ready. The employees move in slow motion and can't even give out change properly. Then you count with your fingers. Ordered chocolate milkshake. Get vanilla. If I wanted to complain about it, I was told. We don't have a chocolate shake, but I can put chocolate sauce on it. This Burger King has seen us for the last time.

Biggest rubbish, don't order any food! I ordered for €40.00. It hasn't arrived and no one is answering the phone. Apart from that, the food is always relatively old and tastes as if they were just warming up the food from the day before and just giving it out. Employees are also very unfriendly.

It's just terrible, the potatoes are hard and not salty. Burgers are as if just warmed up in the microwave. They are also poorly heated. The cheese is not melted but cold. You finish everything much later than expected, restaurants are closed and you don't feel like cooking anymore, so you stop by Burger King on the way home at 11.30 p.m. Now a quick hot burger, that would be kind of cool. Well, I think so. Waiting time at the drive in about 20 minutes (at this time!!) then the burger arrived and didn't feel exactly warm. Then drove one street further to eat in the car. Set the time - no thanks. Well the burger wasn't hot, not at room temperature, but cool. Proportion of sauce, salad and patty was absurd. In short, I was really angry and will definitely never go back here!

Terminal cannot be used properly, you cannot swipe up/down. Burger ice cold, when I complained it was just put in the microwave and came back piping hot and completely soggy. The reusable cup ordered was forgotten. The staff didn't care, they just acknowledged it in a bad mood. Fries were ok.

You wait forever, (Today: 11 minutes for King Smart + Onion Rings, only order in the restaurant) Promotional burgers are often "unfortunately sold out". For the fact that they took so long, the onion rings were at least nice and limp and cold 🥰 As soon as the trays have been used during peak times, they apparently don't clean up, but instead all customers get to-go bags, every other visit. You can sometimes get a cola instead of the soft drinks you ordered. The staff is unfriendly and often has no idea about the promotions that are going on, they first say "It doesn't exist" and then you have to have a serious discussion and show them the app. In general, ingredients are often missing - more specific things that can be understood, such as parmesan sauce, rocket, normal salad, and sometimes even at lunchtime. In the last few months the upper floor and toilet were mostly closed, today they were open, but the floor was wet and it smelled of urine.

I really don't expect much from a Burger King. I would be an easy regular customer to keep, but it's enough. The shop needs to be closed.

There are several parking options directly around the building. So far I have always been able to find a parking space without any problems. The employees in the branch were always nice. The cleanliness was ok, but nothing more. In terms of ambience, the store is average. Today - March 11th, 2024 - I had the food delivered. It was relatively quick... after 30 minutes the food was there. The bottom of the burger was completely soaked, but the top side was completely dried out and as if it was made of cardboard in terms of consistency. Totally strange feeling while eating. The taste, however, was relatively ok. The fries, on the other hand, were super limp and sometimes not cooked through. This is actually not Burger King quality at all. All in all, I have to admit that I won't be ordering from here again. The prices are not justified at all - given the overall below-average quality.

I'm really very disappointed and angry...after a 10-minute wait (despite there being little going on), I got 2 of the 3 plant based products I ordered with meat 🤢 Nuggets can now be easily distinguished by the small basil pieces and one burger unfortunately simply by the smell and taste of beef (it was still in plant-based packaging)🤮 I also bought a RECUP cup for €2 more and of course got a disposable cup... €18 for everything! Vegetarians/vegans stay away from the BK branch!!! 🤕 and dear employees, please pay more attention to this in the future! This is really a no-go!!!
