Burger King in München

The first thing I experienced was that fries that had been left lying around for hours were given to customers. The meat on the burgers was so hard you could hardly bite. We bought three different burgers and all three were not freshly made. It's best not to talk about hygiene. Employees are cheeky and don't care about anything. One person was so cheeky that he told me he could do anything he wanted and there would be no law for it. I will file a complaint with the health department.

When I asked if I could please have a rag and clean the disgustingly dirty table myself, I was told, "I don't have one." Thanks for nothing!

I was at the branch on April 14, 2025 in the evening around 11:30 p.m. The whole store was uncleaned, drinks or something similar had spilled in one of the aisles, and everything was wet. The tables were no less dirty that evening, so I had to search before I could sit down somewhere to eat. When I pointed out that something had leaked, I only received stupid comments and two employees argued in a different language about who had to clean up the shit. No one cared about it and the puddle stayed as it was. So this branch is probably the most run down in Munich. Better go to McDonald’s or eat something real! Really bad!!

Simply the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen in my life.

Every 6 months I make the mistake of trying this BK again. Of the last 4 visits, I went back without eating 3 times. No specials (04/2025 - no tortillas), no king deals (probably too cheap), etc. Since this store was involved in the hygiene scandal back in the day, one would hope that they would step up now. The opposite is the case. No wonder it's always empty. Never again! (so see you in 6 months...)

That was just too much today. I like BK, especially because they have a great selection of vegetarian products, some of which taste better than the "original" such as the long chicken. The shop in Trudering was renovated some time ago. Soon you won't see any of that anymore. The toilets have always been avoidable and are still the case today, and it doesn't smell good either. I just dare to wash my hands with my foot in the door. The rest of the cleanliness like the tables themselves leave a lot to be desired. It's very rare to see someone walking around and wiping during their day-to-day operations. The tray trolleys tend to be overcrowded, leaving a lot of things on the tables. The mess with the fries and the drink was already on the floor when I entered the store, which just had a few people in the ordering pipeline. When I finished eating it was still there. It was cleaned shortly before I left. The poster from February is still hanging outside where the really tasty king rib can be seen, but it's just not available. The television has been broken for over a year and shows the skin colors of people like those in the Blueman Group, i.e. blue, and at some point your brain becomes wishy-washy. This can also be done without a broken flicker box, but with the broken color it is significantly faster. Unfortunately, the staff is often too few as soon as more customers come in and, in my opinion, is neither well trained nor well-coordinated. I almost feel sorry for them. When ordering in the store or at home, it often happens that you get something different or something is missing. I can't even say who to be mad at. On BK himself or the Frenchiser who probably also runs the (at least at that time) terrible BK at the nearby Olympia shopping center, because he had the same handwriting as the one in Trudering. Oh God please change something. McD is no longer a real competition for you. It's like FC Bayern Munich and 1860. (Be careful, I'm in the 60s). Some can, others would like to.

Yesterday we were at the Burger King in Munich Wasserburger Landstrasse and were served by an employee named Natalia. She was exceptionally friendly, hard-working and always ensured cleanliness. Despite being busy, she worked alone in the service area and always kept a smile. What was particularly impressive was that she constantly wiped the tables and kept things tidy - the branch was very clean overall. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case at the other Burger King branches we visited - they were often dirty. We would like to praise Natalia all the more for her great work! Such committed employees make the difference. Thank you very much and keep it up!

Unfortunately a disappointment! The King Beef was without arugula, bacon and tomatoes. Instead, wilted lettuce and stale bread. The picture actually says it all. No one can be reached by phone and the invoice was not provided. Well, then the bad memory will remain 😖 Update November 5th, 2020: we were there again today and received a free replacement just by showing the picture. The employee, the same as the first time, was very accommodating. The new burger was also impressive ;-) So there is nothing left to complain about and I am changing the rating from 1* to 5* Update 06/24/24: Today the food was dry again - bread and especially the nuggets. The biggest problem, however, was that an employee asked for our receipt and crossed it out with his finger “so that we can’t resubmit it again.” He ignored our request to create a new receipt for the billing. Update March 13, 2025: I puked on the food and we were thrown out after we wouldn't immediately take our food off the counter even though it wasn't complete. We were also denied an invoice receipt. Toilets smell like a train station. This store should be closed.

Underground! Chilli cheese nuggets are rock hard and dry on the inside. The service staff spoke nicely about it, then the manager came. Ordered a cheese melt beef as a menu. I don't know what I got. The russet onions and bacon were missing. Also, the burger was cold. I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink either. To do this you have to count the money 3x because you don't know that 5x - €20 also equals one euro. Normally I let the penny go, but since they didn't even give it out, I insisted on getting it. The trolleys for the tablets were overcrowded and apparently hadn't been emptied for hours because there wasn't really anything going on. That was the last time I ate there.

Delicious and fresh fries, burgers with bacon too. I would like to note the perfect cleanliness and friendly staff. The only downside was that there was no soap in the women's restroom.

As many people have reported before. It actually happens every time that some vouchers/QR codes from the app simply don't work here. The time between ordering and receiving the food can sometimes simply be too long. In addition, it sometimes happened that the meat was not fully cooked. For example, orders are not taken at all by the staff. You can only order from the machine and pay in cash if at all. All in all, it's just not as good as its competitor with the capital M. There is potential for improvement!

It used to be so much better, now 90% of the employees are unmotivated, aggressive and do not adhere to the standard.

I wanted to order from the current cupons. Scanning the QR codes was not possible at three order machines. So I wanted to place my order at the order counter. There were other customers standing there waiting for an employee to come and take their orders. After 5 minutes of waiting, I asked if someone would come to take the order. Answer I should go to the machine. In response to my objection that I was unable to do this even after several attempts, I wanted to place the order normally. Reply from the employee, if I can't do that I should leave, they don't have time to take orders. I find this to be pure discrimination. This branch should be avoided if you are not tech-savvy.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but yesterday I had enough. Ordered something to take away there. My husband wanted a double stakehouse and I got a very unfriendly answer: "It doesn't exist anymore or you can see it" My daughter wanted a children's menu with nuggets and a fruit tiger. But the nuggets didn't get the fruit tiger. The answer was "that's how it was typed then you have to take the Coke" (My daughter is 5 years old and doesn't get Coke) What really made me angry was that there was someone who had been trained and she made him so angry in front of everyone who was in the restaurant. I will never go there again, so unfriendly and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame that I can't give a 0 star rating otherwise they wouldn't have even gotten 1 star.

It took more than 30 minutes to get our order. There seemed to be just two people working there - at times the counter was empty and no one pick up or pay for their meals. As a fast food restaurant this is a cardinal sin.

Disappointing service and long waiting time Today I ordered from the Burger King branch on Wasserburger Landstrasse via the drive-thru and was very dissatisfied with the service. Even though I was the only customer in the drive-thru, it took 20 minutes for my order to finally come out. I ordered two Big King XXL, a crispy chicken, a cheeseburger and 20 nuggets. That's not an exceptionally large order, and yet the wait was far too long. What I found particularly disappointing was that I could see that many employees were working. Nevertheless, no one really hurried or ensured that things went quickly. In my opinion, this is a clear sign of poor organization and customer service. For me this is a reason to avoid this branch in the future. The quality of the food was ok but the service is just not acceptable.

What happened to this store? There are no products, even though it is on the menu. Burger cold. Unfriendly, unprofessional staff who prefer to be on their cell phones instead of taking care of the customers. I'd rather go to the neighboring MCD now. I was at this Burger King the other day and ordered lattice potatoes. Unfortunately I was very disappointed because the portion was far too small. I could count the lattice potatoes by eye. There were exactly 5. I definitely expected more for the price. Also, the manager was quite rude and reminded me of a character from The Simpsons - only without the charm. I will eat elsewhere in the future.

Please do not order from this branch! Take the many bad reviews seriously. I regretted it. I had stated directly at the address where I wanted the doorbell to ring. Later I checked the app again. And there it was, still saved. For some reason that I can't explain, this wasn't communicated to the driver. He then called me and was very angry with me. He said I had to come down now. Before I could tell where to ring, he hung up. Then I got dressed and wanted to go down. He called again. And then the bell finally worked. Then, when he gave me the order, he angrily warned me to admit my mistake. He didn't want to believe me when I said that and became more and more aggressive and loud. I told him to stop talking to me like that. He then threatened to call the police. I told him he could do it. He then left and continued to make fun of me. Afterwards I had to calm down again. Afterwards I noticed that the fries were cold and the onion rings were only half cooked. This order was truly a horrible experience.

Was in the restaurant and ordered a Whopper menu. 9.99 according to the price list. At the checkout they ask for 10.29 with the argument that prices are constantly being increased and you can't always change the price lists. I've noticed several times in the drive-in that I've paid more than what was offered, but now it's in black and white with a receipt and stupid arguments. After writing to Burger King you get a standard decision without going into the problem. It seems to be standard to bill differently than what is awarded. Caution!!! Unmotivated, unfriendly staff, preparation takes a long time, notice that the self-service checkout sells drinks that are not available in the children's menu, instead of simply leaving them out and when asked in a friendly manner the branch manager turns them down - that would just be a gift instead of apologizing for alleged errors in the checkout system and as a gesture of goodwill to offer something else, the menu was ordered and paid for! A friendly customer-oriented approach is missing. Ambiance is also not good, tables are dirty, lights flicker, you don't feel comfortable!!!!

Despite the miserable reviews on Lieferando and Google, I ordered food from this Burger King via Lieferando. I ordered at 11:15 p.m., paid via Paypal, the order was confirmed by Burger King and the delivery time was stated as 120 minutes (!!). I waited until 2am and the order didn't arrive. Went there the next day, the rude manager said it was my fault because I ordered 15 minutes before closing time. He didn't give me my money back but told me to wait, my money will come back. Today it was debited from my account, I went back, he said he can't do anything, the head office does it and he doesn't have time now. He also said that it was my fault because I didn't open the door. The first time they said it was my fault because I ordered late. This incompetence is unbelievable, no wonder this branch only receives shitstorms. Conclusion: every small Asian snack bar does it better than this Burger King! This branch is a shame for Burger King!

Very very unfriendly! We ordered to eat at the restaurant at 11:30 p.m. We weren't told anything that everyone would be kicked out at 12:00 am. At 11:52 p.m. the food was ready and handed over in a bag and they told us to go out! They behaved very rudely and unfriendly.

The place is conveniently located. The nearest bus stop is 10 steps away. They have ample space to sit outside and inside. As well as adequate parking space. The survey is purely based on vegetarian options available. Based on the plant based burgers that we had earlier today, we would rate this one on 10, based on the test, cost, and value for money. The service was lacking the customer service skills, which is vastly seen in this region nowadays. The service staff does not want to smile, does not want to interact, does not even want to sell any items. Really a pity. We would read this place 01 on 10.

Ordered via Lieferando and paid via Paypal. Food was supposed to be there at 11:36 p.m., we got the notification that food was already there, waited again but nothing came. The restaurant was clean, the order was prepared very quickly and the employee brought the king nuggets fresh to the table afterwards. Food was also very tasty, in my opinion one of the better Burger King in Munich
