Preferably 0 stars. The “restaurant” is really bad!!! The food was cold and the employees were very unfriendly and lazy. There is no such thing as a hygienic existence. The floor and our table were dirty and not wiped. There was some cheese stuck to the window next to our table. Will it still rot? Regardless, bad experience with this Citizen King. Never again!!!

Underground! Chilli cheese nuggets are rock hard and dry on the inside. The service staff spoke nicely about it, then the manager came. He told me in an unfriendly tone that they were always like that! Thanks for nothing! Service looks different! I recommend driving 150 further to go to McDonald’s!

Ordered a cheese melt beef as a menu. I don't know what I got. The russet onions and bacon were missing. Also, the burger was cold. I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink either. To do this you have to count the money 3x because you don't know that 5x - €20 also equals one euro. Normally I let the penny go, but since they didn't even give it out, I insisted on getting it. The trolleys for the tablets were overcrowded and apparently hadn't been emptied for hours because there wasn't really anything going on. That was the last time I ate there.

As many people have reported before. It actually happens every time that some vouchers/QR codes from the app simply don't work here. The time between ordering and receiving the food can sometimes simply be too long. In addition, it sometimes happened that the meat was not fully cooked. For example, orders are not taken at all by the staff. You can only order from the machine and pay in cash if at all. All in all, it's just not as good as its competitor with the capital M. There is potential for improvement!

I wanted to order from the current cupons. Scanning the QR codes was not possible at three order machines. So I wanted to place my order at the order counter. There were other customers standing there waiting for an employee to come and take their orders. After 5 minutes of waiting, I asked if someone would come to take the order. Answer I should go to the machine. In response to my objection that I was unable to do this even after several attempts, I wanted to place the order normally. Reply from the employee, if I can't do that I should leave, they don't have time to take orders. I find this to be pure discrimination. This branch should be avoided if you are not tech-savvy.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but yesterday I had enough. Ordered something to take away there. My husband wanted a double stakehouse and I got a very unfriendly answer: "It doesn't exist anymore or you can see it" My daughter wanted a children's menu with nuggets and a fruit tiger. But the nuggets didn't get the fruit tiger. The answer was "that's how it was typed then you have to take the Coke" (My daughter is 5 years old and doesn't get Coke) What really made me angry was that there was someone who had been trained and she made him so angry in front of everyone who was in the restaurant. I will never go there again, so unfriendly and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame that I can't give a 0 star rating otherwise they wouldn't have even gotten 1 star.

Disappointing service and long waiting time Today I ordered from the Burger King branch on Wasserburger Landstrasse via the drive-thru and was very dissatisfied with the service. Even though I was the only customer in the drive-thru, it took 20 minutes for my order to finally come out. I ordered two Big King XXL, a crispy chicken, a cheeseburger and 20 nuggets. That's not an exceptionally large order, and yet the wait was far too long. What I found particularly disappointing was that I could see that many employees were working. Nevertheless, no one really hurried or ensured that things went quickly. In my opinion, this is a clear sign of poor organization and customer service. For me this is a reason to avoid this branch in the future. The quality of the food was ok but the service is just not acceptable.

I was at this Burger King the other day and ordered lattice potatoes. Unfortunately I was very disappointed because the portion was far too small. I could count the lattice potatoes by eye. There were exactly 5. I definitely expected more for the price. Also, the manager was quite rude and reminded me of a character from The Simpsons - only without the charm. Please do not order from this branch! Take the many bad reviews seriously. I regretted it. I had stated directly at the address where I wanted the doorbell to ring. Later I checked the app again. And there it was, still saved. For some reason that I can't explain, this wasn't communicated to the driver. He then called me and was very angry with me. He said I had to come down now. Before I could tell where to ring, he hung up. Then I got dressed and wanted to go down. He called again. And then the bell finally worked. Then, when he gave me the order, he angrily warned me to admit my mistake. He didn't want to believe me when I said that and became more and more aggressive and loud. I told him to stop talking to me like that. He then threatened to call the police. I told him he could do it. He then left and continued to make fun of me. Afterwards I had to calm down again. Afterwards I noticed that the fries were cold and the onion rings were only half cooked. This order was truly a horrible experience.

The waiting time is extremely long (there were 4 orders being prepared and the waiting time was over 20 minutes. So much for “fast food”). Then my number was called. The old man took my bill (and refused to give it back) and then picked up more. By the time that happened, all the burgers were already cold, the sauces were missing and I got ice cream that I didn't order. Then the old man got upset because he packed me take-out even though I was eating at the restaurant and then complained about why I didn't say anything. Why do you decide in advance that you want to eat in a restaurant? And then he didn't want to hand me my trays because he thinks I can't handle it, not that I make a mess (well, you can see that no one there wants to clean them, too). All in all, it was a very stressful dinner for the family and will definitely not be repeated at this branch again

Was in the restaurant and ordered a Whopper menu. 9.99 according to the price list. At the checkout they ask for 10.29 with the argument that prices are constantly being increased and you can't always change the price lists. I've noticed several times in the drive-in that I've paid more than what was offered, but now it's in black and white with a receipt and stupid arguments. After writing to Burger King you get a standard decision without going into the problem. It seems to be standard to bill differently than what is awarded. Caution!!! Despite there being fewer guests, the place is dirty and all the tablet returns are overcrowded. There is a reason why many branches are closed. It's actually a shame, the burgers would be better than the competition

Unmotivated, unfriendly staff, preparation takes a long time, notice that the self-service checkout sells drinks that are not available in the children's menu, instead of simply leaving them out and when asked in a friendly manner the branch manager turns them down - that would just be a gift instead of apologizing for alleged errors in the checkout system and as a gesture of goodwill to offer something else, the menu was ordered and paid for! Despite the miserable reviews on Lieferando and Google, I ordered food from this Burger King via Lieferando. I ordered at 11:15 p.m., paid via Paypal, the order was confirmed by Burger King and the delivery time was stated as 120 minutes (!!). I waited until 2am and the order didn't arrive. Went there the next day, the rude manager said it was my fault because I ordered 15 minutes before closing time. He didn't give me my money back but told me to wait, my money will come back. Today it was debited from my account, I went back, he said he can't do anything, the head office does it and he doesn't have time now. He also said that it was my fault because I didn't open the door. The first time they said it was my fault because I ordered late. This incompetence is unbelievable, no wonder this branch only receives shitstorms. Conclusion: every small Asian snack bar does it better than this Burger King! This branch is a shame for Burger King!

If you see an older foreman from India or Pakistan on duty, I advise you to leave immediately. During our 30 minute stay this older gentleman didn't stop arguing with every customer. All the customers were surprised that he kept finding reasons to create conflicts or spoil the customers' mood! We even saw some customers get so upset that they gave up their order! We've been hoping for a long time that the Burger King near us will get better and better, and after the renovation you actually feel very comfortable there. But if there is such a foreman, even the best food and environment will not be able to prevent fewer and fewer people from going there and choosing McDonald's instead! The place is conveniently located. The nearest bus stop is 10 steps away. They have ample space to sit outside and inside. As well as adequate parking space. The survey is purely based on vegetarian options available. Based on the plant based burgers that we had earlier today, we would rate this one on 10, based on the test, cost, and value for money. The service was lacking the customer service skills, which is vastly seen in this region nowadays. The behavior of the employees at this location is a disaster. My meal was ready, my colleague's wasn't yet. I should take my food and go out when I'm finished. Otherwise that would stress him out. Ordered via Lieferando and paid via Paypal. Food was supposed to be there at 11:36 p.m., we got the notification that food was already there, waited again but nothing came. Lieferando contact no chance, BK contact no chance. You order food, pay for it and it doesn't come, so I ran to BK. The employees didn't want to see or listen to the screenshots. Since we had already taken the tablet with us, it was only possible to complain about the Coke. The fries are cold... Funny, the customers both in front of us and behind us had similar problems. Update 2 from April 8th We have visited the location several times since the last update. Unfortunately, old habits are slowly creeping back in. On April 8th In the evening, there was very little going on, sometimes no guests had to be served for more than 5 minutes, we experienced a restaurant in which almost all the tables and some of the benches were dirty and greasy. Although there were several times when the at least 4 people working there had nothing to do, no one had the idea to clean the tables and benches every now and then. That doesn't leave a good impression. When my wife ordered, the additional ingredients ordered were missing from the salad. Another couple also complained about their order. In any case, the topic of hygiene doesn't work that way. I can understand that unfortunately a lot of dirt is left behind and there is a lot going on at the moment. This was not the case here. Update: After the disastrous review below, I now have to update my opinion. After we discovered that the branch was being remodeled, we also hired new staff. So after a long break we tried it once. The goods arrived very quickly and were put together correctly. A burger that was already colder was immediately exchanged. They even said goodbye. Overall, cleanliness has improved quite a bit. The goods also taste better now. Unfortunately, the renovated toilets are still not very clean. I think the cleaning interval is simply too short to ensure this. Unfortunately, you can't expect much from users of public toilets... Overall, the branch deserves a significant upgrade. :::: The branch was closed for some time. The reason back then was hygiene problems. Facilities affected were the Russian operator, which, after bankruptcy, has now auctioned off the branches itself. What Burger Kind allows... In the hope that something has now changed, we visited the branch three times. 3x a total failure. The goods taste different than in other branches. We had doubts about the freshness of a pack of chicken wings. Actually, something is always missing or broken. The service is uncoordinated, therefore slow and often inadequate. Not everyone is friendly. Especially the tone between each other. What is also very annoying: The toilets have the hygiene of an old-school public train station toilet. A urinal overflowed (on 2 days), everything seems dirty. If some things can be excused by perhaps acute problems, then one has to say that there is thick dust and old dirt on the shelves, which was still exactly the same on the second visit a few days later. Toilets are a reflection of the kitchen. I, or rather we, are horrified at the thought. Quality control that used to be very strict at McDonalds, for example, does not seem to exist here in any way. Burger King was probably happy that someone had taken over the affected branches again. Even if only the same investor who was well known here....mainly due to hygiene deficiencies.

Yesterday I was with you again and noticed that someone else was working in your restaurant in the evenings.
