Today, October 26, 2025 I waited 17 minutes from the time I ordered until I received my food. During this time, I noticed: There is no power or light in the kitchen or on the kitchen monitors. This means that the food is being cooked in the dark. 2. After 10 minutes, I had to use the restroom, which also had no light. I've attached a photo of the restroom. My daughter also wanted to use the restroom, but the women's restroom seems to have been even worse. She was outside. In my opinion, in a situation like this, with a power outage and the resulting hygiene deficiencies, the manager should have the courage and decency to temporarily close the restaurant until the deficiencies are remedied. This is definitely unacceptable.

I have to honestly say that of all the Burger King restaurants, I find it the most pleasant and enjoyable. Every time, I'm greeted with a big smile, and my special requests (e.g., no pickles) are NEVER forgotten. I always look forward to going there!! I highly recommend it :))

We ordered from Burger King, but unfortunately, our King fries weren't included. After we pointed this out to the delivery person, he reacted very rudely and aggressively. He repeatedly claimed to have put the fries in the bag, indirectly implying that we were lying. We want to be clear: We certainly wouldn't lie about a portion of fries. This kind of treatment is very disrespectful and unprofessional for a customer. As a salesperson, you should handle complaints in a friendly and solution-oriented manner, instead of accusing the customer of being a liar and simply hanging up the phone... Very disappointing – we hope Burger King does something to prevent this from happening again. Burger King at Wasserburger Landstr 4 has definitely lost us as a department with 30 employees!

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I went to the Burger King branch on Wasserburger Landstraße and wanted to try out the new Kebab Style Lover promotion. We ordered two burgers with doner meat and the Tortilla Kebab Style. Unfortunately, we got the wrong burger; instead of the tortilla, we just got another regular burger. Mistakes happen, so I wanted to complain. But at first, no one at the counter paid any attention to me. I said "Excuse me" three times, but no one responded. The employees just frantically ran back and forth, not paying any attention to waiting customers. I found that really disrespectful. When someone finally did, I explained the situation. The employee took my burger, went to the back, simply put more meat on it, and then said, "Here, this is the tortilla." He even pointed at the meat and touched it with his hand – absolutely unhygienic. But it still wasn't a tortilla, just the same burger. Additionally, the bread was wrong; instead of the advertised kebab bread, we only got a regular burger bun. This had absolutely nothing to do with the product advertised. Only afterward did I realize that this branch apparently doesn't carry the tortilla kebab style at all. They could have simply told me that instead of pretending everything was correct. Communication seems to be a major problem there, unfortunately. In the end, I got my money back thanks to a really friendly employee who, although she only spoke English, at least understood me and took me seriously. Kudos to her for that! Overall, however, the visit was very disappointing: unfriendly service, lack of communication, incorrect products, and no overview. If a product is unavailable, it should be deactivated in the ordering system to avoid such situations.

I've never been as disappointed as this time. Honestly, I've never eaten so badly here. The food was dry, the sauces were mixed together, and the restaurant was dirty. All right 👍 – here's a more factual version of your review, which still clearly expresses criticism: --- Today I was at Burger King on Wasserburger Landstraße. I was the only customer in the restaurant, and yet my order wasn't executed correctly. I ordered two King Chicken Burgers and two King Chili Cheese Burgers, each using coupons from the app on the menu. However, I received two nugget burgers instead of the King Chicken Burgers. Of course, I only noticed this when I unpacked them at home. The two chili cheese burgers were correct, but had little to offer in terms of flavor. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time something has gone wrong here. Even when it's very quiet, mistakes regularly occur with orders, so you always have to double-check. The employees simply chat too much with each other instead of paying attention to the orders. Overall, very disappointing. With such a low volume, it shouldn't be a problem to serve orders correctly and with good quality.

I called more than 20 times and the person said that someone called and canceled my order when everything had already been paid for, which is completely impossible because I ordered myself and only my husband was at home with me. Stunned I usually went to this Burger King every now and then - but this was my last time. As I often did, I came in the evening, ordered my burger, and everything. Upon entering, however, I already saw that there were ready-made burgers at the counter. By the time I finished ordering and paying, they were still there. So, they had been there for 5-10 minutes. Then, I couldn't believe my eyes! An employee took one of the burgers (he had probably ordered the same one as the one already there), wrapped it in a new foil, and went to the microwave to reheat the old burger. Of course, I confronted the employee, who tried to justify this outrageous behavior - of course, I insisted on a new burger (what's up with that?!). Then one of the employees reached into the fryer, where the ready-made fries were sitting, waiting to be wrapped, and took some out with his hand and put them in his mouth. I've never seen anything like that before. You can't trust that the food at this Burger King is hygienically prepared. Accordingly, I can understand reviews that allegedly reported it to the health department. RECOMMENDATION: Go 500 meters further, to the competitor with the M. The hygiene will most likely be better there!

Ideally, the staff should be replaced. Unfortunately, there have already been several incidents. Today it was taken to the extreme. You're sent away by the cashier when you want to order. It makes no sense to use the machine if you're paying in cash. Then being yelled at for paying in cash is taking it to the extreme. I went to this Burger King today and am still shocked by the behavior of the manager. The sauce was missing from my order – it happens sometimes, no problem. When I politely asked if I could have it again, I was told in an inappropriately loud tone that the sauce was out. No apology, no alternative, nothing – just pure rudeness. When I tried to stay calm and clear up the misunderstanding, the tone became even more aggressive. The manager actually tried to start an argument with me (!) – and in the end, I was thrown out of the store. Just like that. Just because I asked for the sauce I had paid for (!). I felt humiliated as a customer and can only advise everyone: Avoid this store. This is not how you treat customers, no matter how stressful your daily life is. This was my last time here – and I hope others stay away too. Anyone expecting courtesy or customer service here will be sorely disappointed. If 0 stars were possible I would give 0 stars

The first thing I experienced was that fries that had been left lying around for hours were given to customers. The meat on the burgers was so hard you could hardly bite. We bought three different burgers and all three were not freshly made. It's best not to talk about hygiene. Employees are cheeky and don't care about anything. I was at the branch on April 14, 2025 in the evening around 11:30 p.m. The whole store was uncleaned, drinks or something similar had spilled in one of the aisles, and everything was wet. The tables were no less dirty that evening, so I had to search before I could sit down somewhere to eat. When I pointed out that something had leaked, I only received stupid comments and two employees argued in a different language about who had to clean up the shit. No one cared about it and the puddle stayed as it was. So this branch is probably the most run down in Munich. Better go to McDonald’s or eat something real! Really bad!!

Every 6 months I make the mistake of trying this BK again. Of the last 4 visits, I went back without eating 3 times. No specials (04/2025 - no tortillas), no king deals (probably too cheap), etc. Since this store was involved in the hygiene scandal back in the day, one would hope that they would step up now. That was just too much today. I like BK, especially because they have a great selection of vegetarian products, some of which taste better than the "original" such as the long chicken. The shop in Trudering was renovated some time ago. Soon you won't see any of that anymore. The toilets have always been avoidable and are still the case today, and it doesn't smell good either. I just dare to wash my hands with my foot in the door. The rest of the cleanliness like the tables themselves leave a lot to be desired. It's very rare to see someone walking around and wiping during their day-to-day operations. The tray trolleys tend to be overcrowded, leaving a lot of things on the tables. The mess with the fries and the drink was already on the floor when I entered the store, which just had a few people in the ordering pipeline. When I finished eating it was still there. It was cleaned shortly before I left. The poster from February is still hanging outside where the really tasty king rib can be seen, but it's just not available. The television has been broken for over a year and shows the skin colors of people like those in the Blueman Group, i.e. blue, and at some point your brain becomes wishy-washy. This can also be done without a broken flicker box, but with the broken color it is significantly faster. Unfortunately, the staff is often too few as soon as more customers come in and, in my opinion, is neither well trained nor well-coordinated. I almost feel sorry for them. When ordering in the store or at home, it often happens that you get something different or something is missing. I can't even say who to be mad at. On BK himself or the Frenchiser who probably also runs the (at least at that time) terrible BK at the nearby Olympia shopping center, because he had the same handwriting as the one in Trudering. Oh God please change something. McD is no longer a real competition for you. It's like FC Bayern Munich and 1860. (Be careful, I'm in the 60s). Some can, others would like to.

Yesterday we were at the Burger King in Munich Wasserburger Landstrasse and were served by an employee named Natalia. She was exceptionally friendly, hard-working and always ensured cleanliness. Despite being busy, she worked alone in the service area and always kept a smile. What was particularly impressive was that she constantly wiped the tables and kept things tidy - the branch was very clean overall. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case at the other Burger King branches we visited - they were often dirty. We would like to praise Natalia all the more for her great work! Such committed employees make the difference. Thank you very much and keep it up!

Unfortunately a disappointment! The King Beef was without arugula, bacon and tomatoes. Instead, wilted lettuce and stale bread. The picture actually says it all. No one can be reached by phone and the invoice was not provided. Well, then the bad memory will remain 😖 Update November 5th, 2020: we were there again today and received a free replacement just by showing the picture. The employee, the same as the first time, was very accommodating. The new burger was also impressive ;-) So there is nothing left to complain about and I am changing the rating from 1* to 5* Update 06/24/24: Today the food was dry again - bread and especially the nuggets. The biggest problem, however, was that an employee asked for our receipt and crossed it out with his finger “so that we can’t resubmit it again.” He ignored our request to create a new receipt for the billing. Update March 13, 2025: I puked on the food and we were thrown out after we wouldn't immediately take our food off the counter even though it wasn't complete. We were also denied an invoice receipt. Toilets smell like a train station. This store should be closed.

Ordered a cheese melt beef as a menu. I don't know what I got. The russet onions and bacon were missing. Also, the burger was cold. I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink either. To do this you have to count the money 3x because you don't know that 5x - €20 also equals one euro. Normally I let the penny go, but since they didn't even give it out, I insisted on getting it. The trolleys for the tablets were overcrowded and apparently hadn't been emptied for hours because there wasn't really anything going on. That was the last time I ate there.

Delicious and fresh fries, burgers with bacon too. I would like to note the perfect cleanliness and friendly staff. The only downside was that there was no soap in the women's restroom.

As many people have reported before. It actually happens every time that some vouchers/QR codes from the app simply don't work here. The time between ordering and receiving the food can sometimes simply be too long. In addition, it sometimes happened that the meat was not fully cooked. For example, orders are not taken at all by the staff. You can only order from the machine and pay in cash if at all. All in all, it's just not as good as its competitor with the capital M. There is potential for improvement!

I wanted to order from the current cupons. Scanning the QR codes was not possible at three order machines. So I wanted to place my order at the order counter. There were other customers standing there waiting for an employee to come and take their orders. After 5 minutes of waiting, I asked if someone would come to take the order. Answer I should go to the machine. In response to my objection that I was unable to do this even after several attempts, I wanted to place the order normally. Reply from the employee, if I can't do that I should leave, they don't have time to take orders. I find this to be pure discrimination. This branch should be avoided if you are not tech-savvy.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but yesterday I had enough. Ordered something to take away there. My husband wanted a double stakehouse and I got a very unfriendly answer: "It doesn't exist anymore or you can see it" My daughter wanted a children's menu with nuggets and a fruit tiger. But the nuggets didn't get the fruit tiger. The answer was "that's how it was typed then you have to take the Coke" (My daughter is 5 years old and doesn't get Coke) What really made me angry was that there was someone who had been trained and she made him so angry in front of everyone who was in the restaurant. I will never go there again, so unfriendly and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame that I can't give a 0 star rating otherwise they wouldn't have even gotten 1 star.

It took more than 30 minutes to get our order. There seemed to be just two people working there - at times the counter was empty and no one pick up or pay for their meals. As a fast food restaurant this is a cardinal sin.

If I could give zero stars, I would do so straight away! Service leaves something to be desired. You are skillfully ignored at the “drive in” despite repeated eye contact. Even after a 7 minute wait, no sign of life to place an order. Since this has happened to us frequently, we will now avoid this branch. Thanks for nothing!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Absolutely disgusting people. I went there with my son. For some reason i didn't have my Giro Card with me, only my Credit Card which i havent used in a long time and wasnt 100% sure about the PIN-Code (online purchases dont require the PIN). I told the Cashier that it might be more reasonable for me to try to to pay first before even preparing the order since i wasnt sure about the PIN. The man told me that he "can't allow me to try it" if i wasnt sure about the PIN... If i didnt tell him that i wasnt sure, i would just try to pay it and if the Payment didnt go through he would just "forfeit" the Order (called "Stornierung" in German, very common) BUT NO, he had to go through with the Ego trip. When i asked for the manager, he went in the back and came back in about 7 seconds telling me the manager wasnt here 😂 Are we in Zimbabwe or in Germany??? All this for a payment of 20 Euros worth of Fast Food for my Son and me. I'm absolutely shocked at Burger King's hiring policy. After reading some of the reviews(2,7/5), i can't understand how this place is still running and im calling for an immediate Change of Personnel.
