I ordered at 11:15 p.m., paid via Paypal, the order was confirmed by Burger King and the delivery time was stated as 120 minutes (!!). I waited until 2am and the order didn't arrive. Went there the next day, the rude manager said it was my fault because I ordered 15 minutes before closing time. He didn't give me my money back but told me to wait, my money will come back. Зашёл в воскресенье утром, посетителей не было, так что всё готовили только ради меня, потому и картошка фри была вкусная и горячая, и биг кинг только что собран. В зале очень чисто и довольно тепло, что редко зимой в этой сети. Туалет тоже на уровне, чисто, без неприятных запахов. В общем, уверенные 5 звёзд!

Bei meinem Besuch war nichts los. Das Essen wurde schnell bereitgestellt und es war auch sauber. Nichts zu meckern.

2 long chicken Menü mit oninon rings 49 min Lieferzeit, habe über eine stunde gewartet und das Essen lauwarm ungenießbar.

War hier an einen Dienstag Nachmittag, es war nicht viel los. Ich habe den King des Monats bestellt, es ist ein Double Cheeseburger Bacon mit Pommes und Softdrink hat zusammen 3,99€ gekostet. Ich konnte mich noch nach Draußen sitzen, da das Wetter schön war.

Viele Probleme, die ich allgemein mit Burgerking habe kommen hier zum Vorschein. Sei es das wirklich ironische und sarkastische Personal was mich von Anfang an unfreundlich duzt und sagt, dass ich etwas falsch gemacht habe oder dass locker mal 20 Minuten Wartezeit fällig werden obwohl nur 3 kleinere Bestellungen ausstehen. Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass das einem die Dinge sehr lieblos hingeworfen werden und sehr unfreundlich reagiert wird wenn die Nummern die übrigens nicht unter fertig auf dem Display stehen und sehr undeutlich in schlechtem Deutsch ausgerufen werden nicht sofort verstanden werden. Viel mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen, das Essen schmeckt einigermaßen ok und die Einrichtung könnte etwas besser sein.

Heute war ich mal wieder rseid länger Zeit bei Burger King und heute war der Service echt Topp der Verkäufer SOT steht zumindest auf dem Kassenzettel war wirklich super habe mich nie erlebt das jemand zeigt und aufzählt was in der Tüte ist und auch noch ohne Fehler wirklich super heute kann ich empfehlen mfg. Lokation ist gut gewählt, viel befahren und an sich auch einen sauberen Eindruck gehabt. Lieber am Automaten bestellen, es herrscht viel Sprachbarriere. Auch nochmal kontrollieren ob alles drinne ist, es hat schon paarmal was gefehlt, aber auf Nachfrage dann bekommen. Was mir vermehrt aufgefallen ist, ich buche mir normale Menüs, bekomme aber immer die Planty Version ungefragt oder kreierte Menüs. Ich selbst würde den Laden Privat oder mit Freunden nicht betreten, nur im Beisein meiner Tochter, wenn's mal schnell eine Pommes sein soll.

Die Burger sind gut / ok (wie üblich beim Burger King). Bieten auch einen Drive In an. Restaurant ist sauber und genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden. Leider ist der Hot Blondie nie verfügbar, obwohl gleich daneben eine große Reklame ist, auf der der Hot Brownie und der Hot Blondie geworben werden. Trotzdem ganz gut.

Der Whooper war etwas fad im Geschmack, Pommes trocken und nach wenigen Minuten nicht wirklich genießbar. Bei gerade einmal 2 Menüs war eine Beilage als auch Getränk falsch. Zudem war das Personal (der Kassierer) nicht sehr freundlich und kaum motiviert. Einen weiteren Besuch sparen wir uns.

Ich hätte gerne draussen gesessen, aber dort saßen einige Gestalten, die laut bei mitgebrachtem Dosenbier rumkrakelten. lch habe mich hier unwohl gefühlt.
