Truly the best Burger King I've ever eaten at!! Mr. Sohail is one of the best and friendliest people I've ever met.

Out of every five orders, something is missing 4 times. It's advisable to check your order for completeness directly at the restaurant. The staff is sometimes friendly, and they will bring the missing item, even if it's not the one you ordered. You need a lot of patience, stamina, and a strong stomach. The shakes and ice cream are always great 👍

I like Burger King because the patties are always nice and juicy. That's why I always recommend it when it comes to fast food.

I simply asked them to quickly clean the table. The answer: "We don't have any staff." That's what the "manager" himself said!

I ordered a crispy chicken meal with waffle fries, but I received the wrong food. Instead, there were regular fries in the bag, and the few waffle fries that were included were far too few. When people order, do you not even read the order, or do you just do whatever you want?

It's outrageous that we ordered food at 6:00 PM and the delivery didn't arrive until 8:00 PM. The food was cold, the fries were soggy, and the drinks were only half full! What surprised me was that we live right across the street, and it shouldn't take two hours to travel about one kilometer. That was the last time I'll ever eat at their restaurant.

Everything was ok if it weren't for the extreme smell of acid sweat that spread throughout the room, which was a shame because the food was good.

Tables aren't cleared for long periods of time, are always dirty after cleaning, and wait times are long. Staff are reluctant.

I've never!!!! seen such a filthy, dirty, clogged, smelly, damn urinal like this! Unbelievable! I didn't wash my hands. I was afraid of getting an infection! I kept my hands away from my face the entire ride home to avoid risking infection.

August 28th: ​​Ordered a Naruto Whopper. It came with the "regular" bun, but the special one was sold out nationwide. This can happen, but it should be communicated. Even worse, the promised fried onions, which are what make it taste, were missing. After a complaint, a new one was prepared.

Not recommended, food not good, much too expensive

It was clean and there was plenty of space. The food was as usual, just Burger King. But the service was noooo. They forgot toys in the kids' menu. They forgot ice cubes in the drinks, even though they ordered them! We got paper cups, even though we had ordered plastic ones (which cost €2 extra). We complained. Then, with a grimace, we were given a new Fanta with ice! The second Coke Zero was poured into the plastic cup, but since they forgot ice cubes again, we complained again. Then we dumped everything out and got a new one... and in the end, the Coke I ordered tasted like iced tea... But then I didn't feel like saying anything else...

Today, July 22, 2025, at around 11:15 PM, I was cheated out of my money by a young, well-built employee at the cash register! The cashier threatened me loudly and clearly with a ban from the premises when I confronted him about it. After I pointed out that yelling at customers was a no-go, the employee didn't understand. Thanks to this employee, there's no way I would ever order from this Burger King as a customer.

The Indian at the drive-thru order line simply doesn't understand what I want. I have to argue that I want the food I want. He wanted me to want something else.

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. There was a hair in our food – absolutely unhygienic and disgusting. When we politely pointed this out, we weren't taken seriously. Instead of an apology, we received a rude response: "I know what I took out, and it wasn't there." No consideration, no understanding – just rudeness.

I've never had such a bad experience as today at Burgerking! After we received our food and I wanted to bite into my burger after the nuggets, I noticed that it was ice cold and the bun was rock hard and dried out. After I wanted to complain and asked for a fresh burger, the employee said he wouldn't give me one because I had already received it 5 minutes ago and since it was clear that it was cold, then I had to argue with him for 10 minutes and show him that the other burger that I got at the same time was, strangely enough, much warmer! After he talked to me really disrespectfully, another employee finally gave me a fresh burger.

Restaurant in the style of a train station toilet, cold like the burgers.

We've been coming here often for years, and since the coronavirus pandemic, it's always been closed. To use the toilet, we have to go to the disabled toilet, which is incredibly dirty.

Service is very hard inside! Drive-in is very expandable. Difficulties in communication and be sure to check whether everything is in there! January 19, 2025 - update: Drive-in service is not getting any better, on the contrary: absolutely unfriendly in communication!

The terminals didn't work, you had to order at the cash register. My code for the menu didn't work and I only got the burger. The menu costs €6 and I got the burger for €3 even though the rest of the menu is worth more than €3. In addition, the burger was only half the size of the one from another menu where you can get 2 burgers twice as big for €12 and the rest from the other menu. They also only have one disabled toilet that you can use. I've never felt so ripped off. I can't recommend it.

Burger ice cold service really unfriendly never again

There were four of us there. Ordering went quickly. Food was normal, as Burger King is. Was clean. Tables and floor were cleaned. But guys, the whole parking lot was full of ice, totally slippery. You have to spread it.

The burger is excellent, but the fries are cold and, according to the taste, not quite fresh, plus the service, which doesn't even understand German properly.

For some time now, Burger King has really gotten better, cleaner, the employees are friendlier and the food is fresher too. I'd love to come back here now!

A very disappointing experience I ordered online from Burger King today and was very disappointed. A burger was completely forgotten, which is annoying in itself. However, the way the problem was handled was even worse: I tried to contact the branch several times, but no one picked up. It was absolutely pointless. A call to headquarters didn't get any help - I was told they weren't responsible. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority here. It's a shame, I expected a lot more.

Despite a long wait, which I assumed was freshly prepared, the food was only lukewarm to cold. Either the vegan patty was heated too briefly. Or the burgers were lying around for a while and no one bothered to put them in a bag. It's a shame, because the plant-based burgers are actually very tasty.

When we unpacked it at home, we noticed that the chili cheese was missing. It's better to check on site, which shouldn't happen when my number is called and the bag is closed. Next time everything will be unpacked at the counter and packed up again. From the employee, of course.

Food is always just lukewarm. By the time you unpack your burger, it's already cold. I actually have that every time I visit. Somehow you could taste the not entirely fresh fat on the fries. Disaster! Employees converse with each other in a foreign language, while their friends receive priority service and get their food quicker. You wait half an hour for a Coke and then only get it a minute after a reminder. There was a hair in a burger, the ice cream was runny and tasted strange - never again! Instead of preparing our order, the employees prefer to prepare their own food and eat it...

Very long waiting time. During a visit - MA was distracted by a colleague - didn't see that the order was to take away. On another visit - I got the wrong burger twice (instead of the beef I ordered, it was chicken) - unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. Wherever possible, there is a local reading disability! Not all coupons on the BK app can be redeemed - it's a shame. Will avoid this branch in the future.

Today, October 29th, 2024 at around 7:55 p.m. the total disappointment again. Ordered a burger from Danish King, ordered without onions and cucumbers because I couldn't tolerate it and now I had stomach ache and nausea again! Simply poor!!!!!!!

I'm not a fun of fast food, but I eat there when it's the closest open place, surround me. I don't know is it my lucky or it's regular situation there, but at night (0:20) products there are terrible. Sometimes in other bg I met approximately normal quality of products, sometimes it's not ok in the same place, but I don't feel do bad experience about food there

It's no longer fast food when I have to wait so long for my food that I could have cooked something myself in that time. And when it was finally ready, the burgers were still cold, as if they had been there forever.

So far so good... The food (quality) was great... The quantity was out of the question... Paddy only covered half of the rolls... Everything tasted fresh... The service was very good and friendly despite the annoying and sometimes cheeky boys on site. Only the man with a dark and unfriendly facial expression who was always running in circles around the store to clean was a bit annoying... The toilet was ignored when cleaning the guest room... toilet paper on the floor, paper for hands (used) on the floor, around the toilet various liquids on the floor and on the glasses... Therefore only 4 out of 5 stars...

Been there several times, the cashier had often rounded up the amount herself, despite repeated complaints that this was not okay. Wrote to Burger King Germany, no response so far. The system is the same in Ingolstadt and Landshut. Food was ready relatively quickly on site because there was a system of relevant employees on site.

Pleasant environment for fast food and good food

Tables and benches are rarely cleared or cleaned and even if they are, they are still dirty. The staff hardly speaks any German, but I find that those who speak often understand English.

Chaotic, helpless and a complete mess. I only go there when I have enough time and motivation to watch the spectacle of organized helplessness. It was early one evening around 5:30 p.m. 4 orders were open, 1 normal bag each. We all waited a solid 20 minutes. The orders take forever and three days. Sometimes the burgers were taken out of the paper and then taken to a colleague to look together at what was inside. Then closed it again and put it back. Basically there are 5 men standing around the checkout talking and taking packing slips out of each other's hands. The customers' food is placed in the middle between the speakers, delicious! When at some point no one knows what they're doing anymore, the three boys from the kitchen come along. Then 8 people stand at the front of the checkout and talk something. Unfortunately, I didn't understand anything in all the confusion, my Hindi isn't good enough. My order then just sat there for another 5 minutes until, after 20 checks and lengthy discussions, it was approved by an obviously very tired Indian with red eyes. The drink was non-carbonated, the fries were bland, the burger, a double Whopper, tasted okay.

Not very comfortable but you shouldn't expect that from a burger chain. The Whopper is unique.
