Pleasant environment for fast food and good food

Tables and benches are rarely cleared or cleaned and even if they are, they are still dirty. The staff hardly speaks any German, but I find that those who speak often understand English.

The food was fresh and prepared quickly. The ambience is nothing special, typical fast food place. I would be very grateful if the tables were cleaned because it was very sticky on the table.

Chaotic, helpless and a complete mess. I only go there when I have enough time and motivation to watch the spectacle of organized helplessness. It was early one evening around 5:30 p.m. 4 orders were open, 1 normal bag each. We all waited a solid 20 minutes. The orders take forever and three days. Sometimes the burgers were taken out of the paper and then taken to a colleague to look together at what was inside. Then closed it again and put it back. Basically there are 5 men standing around the checkout talking and taking packing slips out of each other's hands. The customers' food is placed in the middle between the speakers, delicious! When at some point no one knows what they're doing anymore, the three boys from the kitchen come along. Then 8 people stand at the front of the checkout and talk something. Unfortunately, I didn't understand anything in all the confusion, my Hindi isn't good enough. My order then just sat there for another 5 minutes until, after 20 checks and lengthy discussions, it was approved by an obviously very tired Indian with red eyes. The drink was non-carbonated, the fries were bland, the burger, a double Whopper, tasted okay.

Not very comfortable but you shouldn't expect that from a burger chain. The Whopper is unique.

I called but didn't reach anyone. I have ordered and I have not received anything to pick up my order. Please send me money back. CFHMMH order number

Was there around 1 p.m. There weren't very many guests present. Nevertheless it was not possible to order at the checkout. So via the machine. An employee was responsible for both the drive-in and the inside serving area. There were other employees in the background who were having fun but weren't interested in the issue. The table I sat down at was by no means clean. I honestly miss it at a Burger King like this.l

The upper floor was closed. On the way to the toilet the floor stuck. It's very clean downstairs.

Awful experience, I got a french fries which I think they cooked it like 2 days ago! A funny fact about this place is, it really doesn’t matter if you ordering online or eat there, it’s the same : super bad! and nobody cares at the same time! 🙂

I don't know if they can't do it or if they want to cheat people out of their money, but every second order is missing at least one burger.

I experienced extremely slow service at the Burger King in Munich. Despite only one car in front of me at the drive-through, I waited for 20 minutes. This location is ruining Burger King's standards. I will not be coming here again.

The vegetarian burgers are surprisingly better than what you would expect at a traditional meaty burger joint. There is still room for improvement with the rolls: less hidden sugar and more fiber. Pleasant: I can still get something here at 10:30 p.m.

The entire store is not the cleanest and has already been inspected and criticized by the authorities several times. The floor in the kitchen area is so greasy that the workers just slide on it. The tables in the restaurant are also wiped down, but with dirty water and cloths, so that you can clearly see the wipe marks. The toilets are disgusting and the area outside is also very dirty and is not cleaned adequately. Actually, this is a case for tissue supervision.

We had a really good experience here today! A dear employee intervened - after the cashier had already given us a voucher for Plant based Whopper - and made everything possible. A very competent young man who has the system under control and works in a customer-oriented manner. Thanks for that!:)

Unfortunately, the orders took almost 15 minutes while dark figures debated religion in the background. I'm slowly but surely a little afraid of going to this branch.

There is quite a bit of dirt lying around outside, which is due to the typical clientele from this corner of Munich. Cleaning a little more often would be advisable. The food is good as usual.

I just ordered 4 cheeseburgers, went home and I bit into them with pleasure, then my son came to me and said mommy doesn't eat????? My daughter liked it, food is far too expensive for the quality, it's better to take something with you or eat outside. There is no service, you just have to pay at the checkout 😁

One of the visually best Burger Kings around Munich! As is the case everywhere, most of Burger King's male employees have not grown up with hygiene, and watching the preparation is often torture. Burger King should finally spend more money on staff. That can not be that hard?

As always, service not professional, effortless. Ambience outside too loud inside, like food. Have fun. The only thing that's good is parking spaces, but you won't get tired of them.☺️

We ordered here again after a long time, which turned out to be a mistake. Only half was delivered (value of approx. 14 euros). And unfortunately this is not the first time. We wanted to call and let them know but no one answered the phone. Even 1 star too many!!!

Unfortunately, the food was cold and the cheese on the burger wasn't melted. The bun is too dry. Unfortunately, it took me 28 minutes to drive in even though there were only three cars in front of me. Definitely not a recommendation.

Vending machines don't always work. Vegetarian dishes are very good. Unfortunately the fries weren't that warm. Parking is ok. The place is clean

Table sticky. Toilet surprisingly clean and tidy. But don't collect the deposit and pay it back. I believe this is illegal?

Be careful if you really want to eat vegan. Normal chicken nuggets are regularly served here as vegan food. If the cola was not poured into the deposit cup but into the disposable cup, it is simply refilled. If you complain, you'll hear stupid sayings.

Ordered a whopper menu with cheese and bacon. I get a cold burger where it looks like you have opened it and put cheese and bacon in it (cheese is not melted and both cheese and bacon are to one side). I complain about the delivery of the burger and soon after I get a "new" one It looks and feels most of all like you have reheated the same burger. The paper it is wrapped in is unnaturally very hot. In addition, I ordered potato wedges but got 50/50 potato wedges and regular fries and this was also cold, but I didn't bother to complain about that.

The burger was listless and sad. The patties were shoe sole, way too much sauce and no lettuce and tiny piece of tomato. The lights flicker on the lamp, the upper floor is completely closed despite the full house. People running around freely in the kitchen even though they're obviously not part of the staff? I know different things about Burger King, but this place should be avoided. Disappointing.

One of the worst experiences I've had with deliveries. Waited 1.5 hours for the food, everything was completely cold. A coke was also forgotten and the delivery person said he didn't have time and had to go straight away. Absolute rip off and waste of money because everything is cold last time I order anything there!!!!!

Crime scene of the program "Wallraff Undercover", which highlighted untenable conditions. Unfortunately, after expressions of remorse and short-term closure, there was no improvement. The workmanship quality is still significantly worse than other branches, the milkshake machine is constantly "just cleaned" and the fries are 5°C above ice cream. Rather not.

Here the citizens were, fries were all lukewarm, quality had become very poor. This staff is simply a mistake and belongs away. I'll never come here again, no one should come here anymore, then maybe something will change... Dirty shop

Der Service in dieser Filiale ist sehr freundlich und flott und Extrawünsche werden zuverlässig erfüllt. Es gibt zahlreiche kostenfreie Parkplätze (auch behindertengerecht). Im EG befindet sich eine gepflegte Behindertentoilette.

Die Tische sind häufig etwas klebrig. Das die Pommes bei so einer großen Fastfoodkette so schrecklich schmecken ist schon auch ein Wunder, die Pommes sind trocken und kaum gesalzen, da bringt auch ein Dipp nichts mehr.

Also der BK ist auf dem Weg zu mir nach Hause, daher sehr praktisch. Die letzten Sonntage nach der Arbeit war ich 4x im Drive In und einmal zusätzlich habe ich an der Theke bestellt, weil JEDESMAL etwas gefehlt hat. Letzte Woche gab es nen falschen Burger und es hat der Milkshake gefehlt. Da ich aber dieses mal an der Theke bestellt habe, wurde es nachgereicht, nachdem ich aber erst darauf hinweisen musste und den Milkshake zudem noch für die Kassiererin vom Kassenzettel heraussuchen und drauftippen musste (ist ja auch schwer zu übersehen bei 2 Menüs....). Den falschen Burger habe ich leider erst zu Hause beim Auspacken bemerkt (Fleischpatty anstatt Vegan, mein Bruder konnte es somit nicht essen). Heute wieder nach der Arbeit im Drive In. Wollte schnell nach Hause 2HZ EM Finale. Bestellt wurden 1 Menü und 10Chilli Cheese Nuggets. Beim Menü haben diesesmal die 6er Chicken Nuggets gefehlt, aber die 2 Saucen für die Nuggets waren drin...und zum Glück diesesmal die Mayo, die muss man aber extra bezahlen. Die gab es nicht dazu, wenn man ein großes Menü per Coupon bestellt...Drive in und Thekenbestellung sind einfach völlig verplant..egal wie freundlich das Personal ist, es ist nur ärgerlich und wegen Kleinigkeiten (abgesehen vom Burger) mach ich kein Stunk. Habe selbst im Service Einzelhandel gearbeitet. Weiß wie chaotisch und unfreundlich es manchmal sein kann, aber wenn jedesmal etwas fehlt, kann es kein Zufall mehr sein. Es läuft einfach irgendetwas in der Organisation bei der Ausgabe falsch!! Edit: hat sich gebessert. Nachtrag: hat sich immens verbessert. Vor allem im Service. Die neuen? Mitarbeiter (ich meine zu glauben indischer/pakistanischer Herkunft sind alle samt top.

Es war hier ganz schön dreckig. Die Servietten/Strohhalm/etc Station sieht aus wie sau, von Hygiene brauchen wir garnicht reden. Leider verstehen die Mitarbeiter einen offenbar schlecht, wir hatten nach extra Chilli Cheese Soße gefragt, eingepackt wurde irgendwas anderes. Haben es reklamiert und es wurde genervt der Kopf geschüttelt. Ein Entschuldigung war wohl zu viel verlangt. Essen auf einer Müllhalde gefällig? Dann ist man hier genau richtig! Edit: in etwa genau dies habe ich auch an Burger King direkt geschrieben und sie haben schnell und freundlich geantwortet und sie versprechen Besserung.

Für 'nen Fastfoodladen ganz okay. Nicht gerade die exquisiteste Gegend am Ring. Die Jugend hatte aber ein positives Vergleichsergebnis: McDre** hat dabei verloren.

Essen immer in Ordnung, Gäste meistens absolute Katastrophe - egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Am Besten "drive in" und essen auf dem Parkplatz.

Die Atmosphäre könnte besser sein, wenn das Personal es möchte.

Sehr nette Bedienung. Bei Kauf eines Menüs wird automatisch Ketchup oder Mayonnaise dazu gelegt (was ja sollte) was andere burgerking filialen sich sparen versuchen. Tische sind sauber. Und die Sitzgelegenheit draußen ist auch angenehm schattig.

Ein großer Burger King mit Drive-In. 👑 Es ist sauber, nett eingerichtet und es gibt Bestellterminals, sowie Kassen. Oben gibt es eine einladende Glasfront und die Toiletten. Die Mitarbeiterin war höflich und nett. 👍 Ein große und kostenloser Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür.

Wir hatten zwei Whopper mit Extrabelag und die Burger waren groß und reich belegt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre, dass die Burger ein klein wenig wärmer hätten sein können, ansonsten waren sie aber super. Pommes und Cola waren auch gut. Da wir am Drive-In waren kann ich über das Restaurant selbst nicht urteilen. Der indische Mitarbeiter am Drive-In war sehr nett.

Ich kaufe sehr oft hier. Indische personal sehr freundlich und geschickt. Sie fragen immer zusätzlich und helfen beim bestellung. Manche albanische leute sehr doof und unproffesionel und haben keine ahnung und machen viel fehler bei bestellungen. Alles ist gut außer preis. Mindestens 70-100% ist teuerer geworden.

Die getätigte Bestellung wurde schnell bereitgestellt. Das Personal war freundlich. Leider stand bei unserem Besuch nur eine Toilette zur Verfügung und das war die Behindertentoilette. Die Burger schmeckten gut.

Dieser Burgerking war vor vielen Jahren mal richtig gut und lobenswert, doch davon ist nicht mehr viel zu sehen. Der Laden ist dreckig, unter vielen Tischen liegen Essensreste und Verpackungen und es macht den Anschein, als ob das auch keinen so recht interesiert. Des weiteren sind die Wartezeiten doch erheblich lang. Lediglich das Essen selbst war frisch und geschmacklich auf Burgerking Standard. Das war es an positivem auch schon.

Klassischer Stop-over auf dem Nachhauseweg. Liegt halt echt günstig, so kurz vor der Autobahn. Ich frage mich zwar, wozu es zwei Bestellsäulen in einer Linie direkt hintereinander gibt, aber passt schon. Geschmacklich ist es nicht so der Hit, aber manchmal muss man Abstriche machen.

D.Whooper war so kalt, dass nicht mal Käse geschmolzen ist, bei drei Burger die mittlerweilen über 20 Euro kosten, echt happig...Semmel war auch nicht frisch, sehr trocken...Service beim DriveInn top!
