Burger King in München

My wife loves the spicy burger meal and every time she sees Burger King she screams and runs to the restaurant like a child 😅

Fraudulent. Small fries with dip cost 4.09, medium fries with dip would have only cost €3.49. No recommendation

Burger King Ostbahnhof has my heart but it's just BK so it tastes bad but not quite as rancid as other Burger Kings. 5/5 Burger King bags 3/5 popcorn bags

Probably the worst Burger King in all of Munich, if not all of Bavaria. We waited an unreasonable half hour for an order for 3 people, but when we were called our food wasn't ready yet and the chips were out. When we agreed to receive a few more nuggets as compensation, we waited another 10 minutes. So almost 45 minutes for a three person order. Has nothing to do with FAST food anymore. Then two sauces were missing; when we asked, they simply swapped them because they were also empty, but without informing us in any way. Last but not least, and this was by far the worst, towards the end of the on-site meal, a homeless man sat down with us and told us about his political views while the staff just watched him instead of doing anything. All in all, the worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever. I will no longer be a customer at this chain any time soon.

The whooper menu is very delicious

Very poor quality, the employees have no idea. I threw away €4.29. It has to be ice cream with cookies. There were American cookies as an option, which is what I chose. Then I was asked, at first I didn't understand what kind of cookies - they asked me kit-kat, smarties or something else. Because my cookie was not available for selection. They told me Kit-Kat is good. Then I got this from a refrigerator in a box. This isn't Kit-Kat at all, it's cocoa powder with residual waste. It didn't taste good at all. Very poor quality and very poor service. 4.29 is definitely not worth the ice cold drink. I want my money back

Not cozy, lives up to the name fast food.

I got food poisoning here for the first time in my life - nice! I simply shouldn't have continued eating the onion rings. You should urgently send the health department over here. The seating is absolutely disgusting. There wasn't a table that wasn't dirty. A large Arab family sits at a neighboring table, the children smear their greasy fingers everywhere and throw fries at each other. On the other hand, a woman is talking on the phone very loudly on loudspeakers and letting everyone in on it (at least if you could understand Romanian). In between, a junkie runs through, completely apathetic and you're afraid he'll pull out a knife at any moment. He bumps into one or two people, then luckily disappears towards the exit. All in all, an absolute nightmare even for a grown man, and that on a Sunday at 6 p.m.

Everyone knows Burger King isn't much to talk about

The last time was at the Burgerking in Memmingen at least 10 years ago. It was clean and tasty there, but here in Munich at the Ostbahnhof it was generally bad. All the tables in the area were really dirty Also (smeared and crumbs) the floor was full of dirt. Once there was a standstill of about 10 minutes so they had time to clean the tables, but no one did. The toilet costs €1 but at least it was as clean as it smelled, any train station toilet is better. Burgerking no thanks never again.

Eat sola. Service bottom drawer. They deducted 200 from my collected points for coffee but didn't give me any coffee. Apparently it wasn't shown in the checkout. The statement was that it is also a private BK. And next statement I'm "only employees" can't do anything. Wanted to talk to the operator or boss and ignored it. I will definitely report this to the BK headquarters.

Unfortunately not recommended. Food partly cold, cheese on the burger not melted. Tables dirty. To top it all off, the toilets. I entered after paying €1, for which there was a €1 voucher. I couldn't do anything with it after dinner. I won't be ordering any more food. The only urinal had overflowed and the toilet room was under water.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Waited 15 minutes for 2x burgers, 2x fries and nuggets. The only thing that came warm were the fries. The Birgers were cold and the nuggets were inedible! That was by far the worst food I have ever seen!!!!

It was very tasty as you would expect from Burger King, but there were a few things that weren't available like the current kringel fries and the tortilla. I would have liked to eat both of those things. Otherwise I've always been very satisfied, not like at McDonald's where you get old crap.

I had a coupon for a free Rebel Whopper that can only be redeemed once. When I showed it to the checkout they said they didn't have a Rebel Whopper in their product range. That's it for you with the free Rebel Whopper. The coupon is no longer redeemable for me. Later I came back to see if they actually didn't have a Rebel Whopper. So I went to the checkout and ordered a Rebel Whopper. They had one.

So already hours old. The iced tea with ice cubes I ordered came without ice cubes. However, the Mac and Cheese Knuspertaler piece for €2.99 was surprisingly tasty.

You should plan on 15 - 20 minutes. Putting the orders together always takes forever, even when there is little going on. Employees appear overwhelmed and poorly trained. Not very customer oriented. When I asked to change the Cheedburger I accidentally ordered into a Plant Base Burger of the same price in the kids menu (before I received my order), the manager replied: "We won't do that, you ordered it that way yourself from the machine." I found it a bit unfortunate. Fries were good. Somewhat hectic train station flair in the restaurant.

It is a station loyalty. It's ok to dirty. Toilets are last, although not free. But the burgers are made very neatly and carefully prepared, in complete contrast to the Mäkki at the main station.

Dirty, bad food, dry and measly portions

Unfortunately the ordering machines didn't work again. So I ordered a burger and a king fusion with strawberry sauce and smarties from an employee at the checkout. After he didn't want to list the King Fusion for the reduced price as shown in the menu, I of course asked. But even when I repeatedly said I would like the king fusion as shown in the menu, the employee didn't understand me. When I picked it up I asked another employee about it, but they didn't believe me either. The service was incredibly bad and so bold that they just tried to take me for a fool.
