Burger King in München

This place should be shut down. The staff are incredibly lazy and don't understand a single word of German. The burgers are sometimes cold and packaged in such a way that you have to assemble them yourself out of the bag... In short, an absolute dump, the worst of the worst... Burger King should be ashamed of running such a place!!!

The cola and onion rings were edible, but unfortunately the red wine was not.

Great shop. Friendly team and super easy to reach, right next to the Ostbahnhof (East Train Station). Nice owner.

That was the last time I'll ever go to Burger King. The staff was incredibly rude, my burgers looked disgusting and were cold. The restaurant was filthy, with Burger King wrappers lying around everywhere. This branch should be reported to the health department.

Communication problems with about half the staff. Service starts off friendly, but when it comes to overly complicated or unfamiliar products, the friendliness quickly turns into irritated, blunt replies. If an elderly lady drops her napkin in front of me, I pick it up and don't walk past.

As a manager with experience in system catering, I visited the Burger King at Ostbahnhof to get an overview of the operational situation. Unfortunately, the overall picture reveals serious concerns in almost all areas – especially with regard to hygiene, service quality, and employee training. The young, fat man with the mustache did not hand over what was ordered. This will likely have to be reported to the German/Bavarian state.

Had fries with only two slices of doner meat today. The kebab burger simply had a hair in it. Either you do your work quickly or close the shop. Honestly, how disgusting is it? You pay money and get this! The health department needs to be informed urgently.

So, I had a terrible meal at BK today. Price over €15. The fries had three pieces of meat on them. When I asked, they said that's just how it is. The kebab-style tortilla was missing sauce, so I went back and the nice lady rolled her eyes and slapped so much sauce on it that it was inedible. I could have saved myself that today.

We asked for nuggets and they gave us vegan ones instead of regular ones. The staff was a bit disorganized and even the toilet was chargeable, even though we paid €50!

My order was ready quickly, but that was the last of the crappy food. Burger King is usually good, but not this Burger King. I almost never regret spending money on food, but this was an absolute disaster. I never thought I'd say this, but I would have preferred to go to McDonald's.

EDIT: Bathrooms cost 1£ for customers (not free for customers) and were absolutely disgusting. Reported this to the health department. Normal prices, not price gouging. Has kiosks to order in multiple languages. Lots of seating. They struggle to keep up with trash, but this is also during Oktoberfest.

The say your number in German only. If no one comes to grab the food (cause they don't know german) they just yell louder and louder. You have to pay to use the bathrooms and they are the nastiest bathrooms I've used in a while. Avoid this location at all costs.

Simply disrespectful!!! I ordered a King Fushion, but instead a Princess Fushion arrived. The cup wasn't even half full. Customer service is terrible, I was working on my laptop after my drink, although the place was nearly empty they asked me to leave. Will never visit again. Atmosphere is super loud and washrooms are nasty even tho you have to pay 1 € entry fee. Food is mediocre.

I ordered my food a solid 45 minutes before closing. Nobody said a word about the dining area closing early—no signs, no heads-up, nada. Just good ol’ fast food trust. So there I am, peacefully enjoying my Summer Crunchy Whopper, when suddenly an employee starts kicking everyone out. More than 35 minutes before closing! No joke—everyone had to pack up mid-bite. It went from dine-in to dash-out real quick. Apparently, “Have it your way” has now evolved into: “Have it on your way out.” 🍔🏃‍♂️‍➡️ People were literally eating standing up. Me? I took my food home, only to discover that my crunchy Whopper had lost its crunch. Just a soggy, royal disappointment. That’s what I get for betraying the clown. 🤡 The only thing flame-grilled tonight? Your customers.

We ordered a €6 meal, and even though the menu only included a cheeseburger, fries, and a Coke, we had to wait 30 minutes for our order. The food was cold, and the fries weren't even salty. Felt sick after eating the chicken wings, otherwise food is ok if you know what you like. I come here when i get coupons, otherwise Burger King loses to other fast food chains. And paying extra for sauces is a joke. There's a secret socket you can use if you know which seat it is at, but good luck getting there first. And I doubt you would want to work or charge your laptop there. The place is usually full of unsavoury characters and theres constantly someone drunk being searched by the police (it's Munich East after all). Last time I saw a guy lying unconscious in recovery position, with people waiting for first aid around him. There are better places for chargers in proximity like Coffee Fellows or CUP. But if you're stranded in Munich after midnight it's a good base.

The employee did NOT want to hand me my PAID meal because I wanted to take my receipt with me, but I was rudely shouted at and my food was snatched out of my hand! Employees don't adhere to hygiene regulations and that's why I wanted proof for the health department, and they know exactly why that's the case.

If you're asked three times at the self-service terminal whether you're still there while the total for your order is being calculated, "at least it says so at the terminal," you know you're at the Bürger King at Munich's Ostbahnhof. Nowhere else does it take this long to get your money back...

Probably the worst Burger King in all of Munich, if not all of Bavaria. We waited an unreasonable half hour for an order for 3 people, but when we were called our food wasn't ready yet and the chips were out. When we agreed to receive a few more nuggets as compensation, we waited another 10 minutes. So almost 45 minutes for a three person order. Has nothing to do with FAST food anymore. Then two sauces were missing; when we asked, they simply swapped them because they were also empty, but without informing us in any way. Last but not least, and this was by far the worst, towards the end of the on-site meal, a homeless man sat down with us and told us about his political views while the staff just watched him instead of doing anything. All in all, the worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever. I will no longer be a customer at this chain any time soon.

They told me Kit-Kat is good. Then I got this from a refrigerator in a box. This isn't Kit-Kat at all, it's cocoa powder with residual waste. It didn't taste good at all. Very poor quality and very poor service. 4.29 is definitely not worth the ice cold drink. I want my money back

I got food poisoning here for the first time in my life - nice! I simply shouldn't have continued eating the onion rings. You should urgently send the health department over here. The seating is absolutely disgusting. There wasn't a table that wasn't dirty. A large Arab family sits at a neighboring table, the children smear their greasy fingers everywhere and throw fries at each other. On the other hand, a woman is talking on the phone very loudly on loudspeakers and letting everyone in on it (at least if you could understand Romanian). In between, a junkie runs through, completely apathetic and you're afraid he'll pull out a knife at any moment. He bumps into one or two people, then luckily disappears towards the exit. All in all, an absolute nightmare even for a grown man, and that on a Sunday at 6 p.m.

Everyone knows Burger King isn't much to talk about

The last time was at the Burgerking in Memmingen at least 10 years ago. It was clean and tasty there, but here in Munich at the Ostbahnhof it was generally bad. All the tables in the area were really dirty Also (smeared and crumbs) the floor was full of dirt. Once there was a standstill of about 10 minutes so they had time to clean the tables, but no one did. The toilet costs €1 but at least it was as clean as it smelled, any train station toilet is better. Burgerking no thanks never again.
