We redeemed a mini hamburger keychain with 500 points. But they said they were out of stock and didn't provide us with any alternative product. So they got our 500 points for free. This is consumer deception.

The staff are impossible to deal with, barely understand German, give everything wrong, and are incredibly unfriendly! The evening shift even threatened us, saying they'd be finishing work at a certain time and there would be a lot of people. Unbelievable!

Another rip-off shop. On Thursday, October 24, I ordered through UberEats five minutes before closing time and didn't receive my order. I couldn't pick up the order because the shop had closed early. I've been to this store several times. The inside stinks, the floor sticks to your shoes, and the restrooms are always dirty. Today was already too much for me – I wanted to pay with cash, and there was someone in front of me at the checkout. We waited quietly for several minutes and were completely ignored. I was there with a stroller and once asked if I could pay. Two women were there, and they didn't give me a moment. So I asked again, and again. I left the store. If they had told us they needed a moment and someone would be right there, I wouldn't have said anything...

I waited over 20 minutes for my simple order of two drinks, and they even refused to give me a voucher for the wait time. Management showed no understanding.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would do it immediately. You order at 10:30 PM via Lieferando and get a confirmation that they've accepted and prepared your order. Unfortunately, after an hour and a half, I discovered that my food still wasn't on its way, which I found pretty outrageous. But the icing on the cake is when you Google it and check the opening hours. Delivery times are until 11 PM, so why do they still accept deliveries if they can't prepare them in that time? Now I have to deal with Lieferando and chase after my money. Absolutely terrible service.

I selected a cappuccino at the ordering terminal and then went to the cashier to pay. Despite the high volume of customers, I understood the longer wait. After most of the customers had been served, my order slip with the number 149 appeared on the counter – obviously intended for the employees' guidance. Shortly thereafter, a younger employee came and simply threw the slip away. However, my cappuccino was still not served. After a short wait, I politely asked for my order. The employee's reaction was rude and disrespectful – she waved me off and then reluctantly left to prepare the cappuccino. The cappuccino was intended to be taken away, meaning it came in a cup with a lid. Instead, I received an overfilled drink with cold foam that overflowed, making it impossible to put on a lid – and I wasn't offered one either. Even if it had, it wouldn't have fit on such an overflowing and poorly prepared cappuccino anyway. The foam was cold, and the actual cappuccino underneath was difficult to reach. While drinking it, I even burned my tongue due to the unevenly heated beverage. I worked at a McDonald's in Croatia for two years and know exactly how things should be done. This experience was disappointing, both in terms of customer service and preparation. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent similar situations from happening again in the future.

There was no table delivery, the food was ice cold, and there was dirt everywhere - a hygienic disgrace! I have visited many McDonald's, but this was my first time. But that was it, there won't be a second time. I have never experienced such rude staff at McDonald's. Ordering possible via tablet or cash register. Even via the app. Everything is always fresh, hot and delicious, but not when you order via Lieferando, something is usually missing or the promised delivery time is not met and it arrives ice cold. Leider wurden im Einkaufszentrum sehr viele Läden dicht gemacht das ganze obere Stockwerk soll nun als Bürofläche dienen es war eigentlich sehr schön dort einzukaufen aber durch die niedrige Anzahl der Geschäfte muss man jetzt tatsächlich immer noch woanders hin.

Servieren und Strohhalm erst auf Nachfrage. Seit dem Umbau sieht es aus wie ein einer Banhofshalle.

Das Mc Donalds im Mira ist genauso wie jeder andere aber er wurde renoviert und es gibt jetzt mehr Plätze , Platz im generellen .

Ich gehe sehr selten zu McDonalds, aber wenn man dann doch mal spazieren geht oder shoppen und man Hunger hat, geht man azch gerne mal in den McDonalds. In diesem Falle der McDonalds beim Mira Einkaufszentrum. Qualität ist gut und es wird frisch zubereitet. Wartezeiten je nach dem was los ist, mal geht es flott.mal dauert es ein bisschen, ist aber voll okay. Mitarbeiter/innen sind meistens sehr freundlich. Wurde vor kurzem Umgebait und sieht jetzt viel besser aus. Auch Draußen gibt es Sitzplätze.

Wollten dort Frühstücken. Aber man hat uns mitgeteilt in dieser Filiale gibt es kein Frühstück. Auch sind oft Artikel nicht vorhanden.

Meiner Erfahrung nach eine Standard Filiale (die Beleuchtung könnte mal instandgesetzt werden). Das Essen ist nicht besonders die Mitarbeiter mir gegenüber immer freundlich gewesen. Mein Problem ist eher das Publikum das größtenteils aus Wannabe kiddi Gangster besteht die das gratis WLAN für sich beanspruchen oder die Filiale als Freizeitheim sehen, oder aus Leuten bei den man weiß das sie die Sozialkassen bescheissen, aber nicht wie sie die Sozialkassen bescheissen. Leider werde ich nie in der Filiale mich länger als nötig aufhalten geschweige essen solang das so bleibt

Mittelmäßiger McDonald's halt, gibt deutlich bessere, aber auch schlechtere Filialen.

Eigentlich gut aber wenn man was zum Mitnehmen bestellt sollte man immer vor Ort kontrollieren ob alles dabei ist. Kam schon ein paar mal vor, dass ein Burger gefehlt hat. Ansonsten war bisher nichts auszusetzen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und wenn gefragt dann auch hilfsbereit. Aber der Laden ist viel zu klein und deswegen fast immer zu voll. Viele Familien mit Kinder kommen zum essen und deswegen ist es zu laut weil es gibt einfach zu wenig Platz. Ich denke es lohnt sich McDonalds hier eine größere Filiale zu offen, auch mit Spielplatz dann würde gemütlicher werden auch für die Leute die ohne Kinder hier essen wollen.
