The food was cold. Instead of the ordered Coke, we received Sprite. It was all takeaway, so we didn't notice the Coke issue until later.

It's relatively small, but it's a good McDonald's with good staff. The food was quite well prepared for McDonald's. It wasn't soggy, didn't fall apart, wasn't smeared, or anything like that. The skin was nicely browned and it looked appetizing. The price is ridiculously high these days. I paid €13 for a meal. For that money, I can get a decent meal in a decent restaurant. The most positive thing was that although we initially received fries that weren't tasty, when I went to the register and mentioned it, there was no delay or argument. The employee immediately took them from my hand, threw them away, and handed me a fresh batch. Really good 👍

Due to a language barrier, the staff was difficult to understand. I then spoke to the shift manager, who rudely explained that many products were unavailable today because the store had run out of bread. No solution was offered. After half an hour without food, I left. Furthermore, the area in front of the store was filthy with broken glass. One star is too generous!

It's usually okay, but today I had a really bad experience: I got meat nuggets instead of McPlant nuggets, IN McPlant nugget packaging (!!!!), and they simply forgot to include the Filet-O-Fish in the order. Thankfully, Wolt was quick to issue a refund, but that doesn't excuse the employees who processed the order. And this was a €40 order. From now on, I'll order McDonald's somewhere else; I no longer trust this place to put my order together correctly.

Unfriendly, they didn't read the order properly, and today's worst part was that the apple fritter tasted like old frying oil! The owner should be replaced as soon as possible!

We were at McDonald's at 10 pm. The staff were very courteous and everything was prepared quickly. Even though they have a tough job, they still managed a smile :) Excellent service! The restaurant was also clean!

McDonald's tastes great but makes you fat

Today, my girlfriend and I went to this McDonald's. She reserved a table for us, and I stood in the huge line to place our order. Almost everyone in the restaurant was sitting in pairs at tables. While I was ordering, an employee, along with another customer and her child, came over to my girlfriend and started forcing her to move from the table she had just taken a minute ago, simply because the mother and child supposedly needed to sit somewhere. When my girlfriend explained that she was waiting for me with the order, they simply replied that we could all sit together (four people) at a small table. They forced my girlfriend to stand up. Then this employee (I couldn't see the name on her name tag; she was about 50-53 years old and short) came over to me and started saying that we could all sit together at one table because the "poor mother and child" also wanted to sit down. When I complained about this and said that we had taken the table first and that I didn't want to sit at a table with a stranger's child, she started asking, "What did the child do to you?" My answers, "I don't want to sit with a stranger's child" and "We took the table first," were completely ignored, and she stuck to her guns. As soon as we left the table, this mother and child immediately spread their belongings, jackets, and bags across it, and it was quite clear that there wasn't room for two more people. I have never experienced such terrible service. They treat guests without any respect, address you informally, and simply kick you out of your seat just because a mother with a child is more important to them.

The food tastes good, and ordering is straightforward, but depending on the time of day, there are a lot of customers at the ordering kiosks and the cash register. I don't want to say anything about the staff, as it's like everywhere else... some are great, friendly, and motivated, while others are extremely rude or seem very unenthusiastic. The restroom is a bit annoying because the sliding door with its motion sensor reacts to every movement in or out and opens – even when you're using the toilet. What really bothered me, though, is the personalization of the burgers. If you order 4x bacon and pay an extra €2.40, I expect at least 4 slices of bacon. I get the feeling that it doesn't matter whether you order 1x bacon or 4x bacon... the same amount is always added. So, in the end, you can save €1.80 since you don't get any more anyway.

The burgers seem to get smaller every year while the prices go up. But you know what you're getting into. It's fine for a quick bite.

The food tastes good, but you don't feel welcome at all. There's one employee who doesn't work but talks about other customers. You don't need that kind of person in a job.

I just picked it up and once again something is missing. The staff simply don't make you feel welcome.

The McDonald's is ok, the employees are sometimes not friendly, they hardly understand German and the toilets are annoying too, the door opens the whole time when I'm standing up to pee and almost all the women look in so I don't have any privacy, that's really outrageous 😠

I've ordered food there twice now, and each time at least two items were missing. Burgers are partially squashed, fries are half-raw! The shop is never accessible!

For the second time, we were delivered a regular Big Mac instead of a double Big Mac. It's also unfriendly on the phone, so it's better not to shop.

Today I ordered two Ice Latte Caramel with oat milk and extra caramel for €8.99 to go. When I asked the lady if it really was a drink with oat milk, she even confirmed it. When I got home, I was surprised. I only got a cold coffee with no ice cubes, no caramel, and no oat milk. That's a great way to rip off regular customers.

If you order coffee, you will never get sugar.

We ordered drinks here and received our coffee in to-go cups. • One was that the cups were smaller than at the other branches. • Two only had 1.5 ice cubes in each. Iced is something else. • Three: One of the cups didn't have a straw, and the employee said with a demeaning accent, "That's only available at Shaks, so why does every branch have a straw?" • Four: And the best part was that the Albanian employees laughed at us, even insulting our mothers, because they didn't understand that two of us were from their own country. How embarrassing are you guys?

My friends didn't get the burger they wanted. They yelled at them and had to wait 15 minutes. The employees didn't believe them. They yelled at me for losing the receipt and told us we wouldn't get the food next time. We were blamed for things we didn't do, for which the employees were responsible.

Expired food, very poor service and unfriendly staff, dirty restrooms. You can't eat for long.

They're too stupid to pack a bag, let alone answer the phone. You'd think they earn too little, but for the service and the experience, it's still way too much.

Had food delivered, and it was delivered quick. Ordered a Double Big Mac, got a single. The fries felt and tasted like they were made 4 hours prior and left on the counter. I'll consider the dumpster at my hotel before thinking of getting food here again.

Extremely horrible tasting dishes. Very uncomfortable outdoor seating. Fast service, but they forgot to give me cutlery for my salad, and the jokes from the employees were not the most appropriate when I asked for a fork. The only good thing was the apple pie. I don't know what's going on at this McDonald's. They always have to check everything. We've been ordering from this McDonald's via Lieferando for the past few months, and every time something's missing. Lieferando handles complaints really well, but it's unacceptable that two items are missing from an order of six. Maybe they should hire someone to just handle this. I've already called to complain. It's no use; they practically make you look like a liar.

Food, prices and waiting time to order are OK. A tasty McSet (Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola), as well as ice cream and first-class coffee. Clean bathroom. Open until late. An adequate rating for the attractiveness of this place ;) I recommend!

Were there on April 9th. It was my 3 year old daughter's birthday and she really wanted the pink toy from the Happy Meal. When I asked if that would be possible, I received a rude answer. Incredibly hostile male middle aged clean up worker. Just within 15min of being there he got outside and yelled at some customer for not flushing the toilet and was nagging people in front of the toilet on how to use it.. He was basically forcing me to get out and harassed on why I changed my mind from take out to eating inside. Started cleaning up my table mid meal! What the actually hell? I was previously a Crew Trainer in McD before I quit and from all the things Ive seen in horrible service this tops it definitely. Who doesn’t know how to act at least a bit customer friendly or better say normal shouldn’t work in gastronomy whatsoever.

My friends and I bought two iced teas for around €6 and a small one for 0.25L. It didn't even taste like iced tea, just soap and normal water.

I had 2 slices of meat in my McPlant in the McPlant packaging without having ordered anything with meat. My personal opinion is that I find this absolutely disgusting.

I was there to pick up my food and - as always - wanted to check that everything was there, as in the past something was often missing. I put the bag on the table for a moment and suddenly one of your employees shouted at me in front of all the guests! The cleaning man shouted at me that I wasn't allowed to eat here or take anything with me and that I should get out immediately - because of the tax! Absolutely outrageous! I didn't say a single word and left straight away. But that wasn't enough for him - he ran after me and yelled at me again because he thought I wanted to sit outside. But that wasn't the case at all! And as if that wasn't enough, he swore before he finally left. One thing is certain: If I am treated like this again by your employees, I will not hesitate to report it to the police. And what's best? Of course, something from my order was forgotten again! I have never experienced such audacity - simply unbelievable

Ordered online and picked up. Unfortunately you forgot to add the 20 nuggets you ordered to the order. Annoying and shouldn't happen. Because no one can be reached at the phone number. So it's just a waste of money!

McDonald's at Harras - Always a reliable treat! I go to McDonald's on Harras regularly and I am always satisfied with the quality and service. The branch is clean, well organized and the staff is always friendly and quick. I particularly like that they're open 24 hours a day - so you can grab a tasty snack or meal at any time. I use the branch most when the vouchers are available, as you can save even more. The modern equipment and the practical McDonald's app also make ordering even more convenient. I also appreciate the quick processing, whether picking up myself or via delivery services. A great stop when you're craving a burger or a quick bite!

Out of my own stupidity, I spread a portion of Curly Fries on the floor of this McDonald's and immediately received a new portion of Curly Fries without asking ❤️

The employees are partying and you are only served reluctantly. 2 out of 3 machines don't work. My spicy chicken nuggets had 7 instead of 9. The burger was distributed completely chaotically in the box. And that even though there were no more customers there. An outrageous experience today.

Just had a particularly great experience in this store. Drove there, bought a burger, drove home and discovered that the "meat" had been forgotten on my burger... When I went back and explained the situation, they quickly ran back to make me a new burger. However, I didn't want a new burger. I just wanted my money back. However, this request, which I made several times, was ignored. When they came back with the new burger and I still didn't want one, they handed me a 10 and said "that's fine". The burger cost €7.49. I didn't want any more money either. A friendly approach and perhaps a short, “serious” apology would have been enough. When I said that I didn't understand how you can forget the "meat" on a burger, I was given a tip as a farewell, which I would now like to pass on to all readers here. “Please check that everything fits before you take your food with you.” So what have I learned.... from now on always check whether there is MEAT on my burger..... thank you👍 I didn't think (until now) that the level was that low...

McDonalds is truly one of the worst fast food restaurants there is. The food, the staff nothing is really good. There are also too many other fast food restaurants that are worlds better.

McDonald's on Harras, the worst there is, really bad staff who constantly give out incomplete orders. Always check your bags!!!! Otherwise you will be screwed!

Ordered with my McDonald’s app and paid €10.48. According to the app, my code at checkout indicates that I can pay the amount. Then the gentleman at the checkout wants €27.98 from me and says that can't be right. Please take another look and see what's there, yes, and then the branch manager comes and says what do you want? Don't you have any money to pay, Serge? What does one have to do with the other? Look at the app, it says €10.48 that you have to pay and the gentleman wants me to pay €27. He says what the gentleman says will be true. Oh well, the McDonald’s app says something different and your cash register says something different. Last time I was in this store was Harras..

I only rate the service and someone who prepares the burgers here. How come? This is the fourth time I've ordered a burger that was supposed to have a special type of cheese and then gotten the wrong one even though the correct product name was printed on the package. Since this always happens in the later hours after 10 p.m., I assume that it is the system of an employee or branch management. I don't know whether the branch management wanted it that way or whether this one employee in particular did it on purpose. Unfortunately, I can no longer assume that this was an oversight. So far I've always noticed it on weekends, i.e. Friday, Saturday and Sunday from around 10 p.m., but I've never had this problem here at other times of the day. What happened last? I order a Big Rösti Raclette menu and get a Big Rösti Normal, which costs €0.50 less. It was the same the time before last, I took it with me and couldn't complain/get it replaced. But now, the last time, it was funny: I was there to eat and didn't order takeaway because I already suspected it would happen again. And yes, it happened! I went back, showed my note that I had ordered the Big Rösti Raclette, showed the packaging where “Raclette” was printed, opened the packaging and what was in the burger? The yellow cheddar! The woman apologized, walked away briefly, said she needed a new Raclette Burger (..), and a loud male voice said “here, here”. She gave it to me, I went back to the table… and another raclette wrapper with a cheddar hash brown! Then I was angry, ate the fries, drank the Coke and waited for an employee to come by. I told him that I had already exchanged it once, he had also seen me before that I had complained about it to her colleague and I showed him my note and the exchanged burger again. After about a minute he brought my real raclette burger. That was my last experience that led me to write a review here. Because the other two times it happened to me with the “Der M” burger. I once ordered it with an extra three slices of M cheese and what did I get? Just the normal amount of cheese plus parmesan! They usually only use parmesan in salads (!?!?). So how does he come up with this? How come? That's intentional! It wasn't like there was no cheese left either! There has to be a system or the guy is an absolute ...... I have a feeling it's because of this one employee who often works the night shift on weekends. I've never noticed it at other times of the day. In case the branch manager or someone from McDonald's headquarters is reading this: I was last there on Friday, November 29th, 2014, around 11:30 p.m., "Order 161", a Big Rösti Raclette menu, if you can keep track of who this was. …… then please train him properly. If I buy a burger with extra cheese, I pay more money, and if the extra cheese isn't there, which was the case with my first M-burger, or if the wrong cheese is deliberately put on it (Parmesan slices) why!?!? Is he selling customers the idea that we can't distinguish between types of cheese? That's annoying, what's the problem with putting the right cheese on it? The guy has a problem, I wonder what makes him tick! Especially when it's to go and I don't realize it until I get home, it's damn annoying. Actually, I also want compensation for the three burgers before that, which unfortunately I couldn't complain about.
