Kentucky Fried Chicken in Heidelberg

Das Essen war recht gut und wurde schnell serviert. Allerdings war es im Restaurant ziemlich warm. Etwas enttäuschend fand ich auch, dass ich meinen Burger nicht selbst zusammenstellen konnte.

Die Männertoilette riecht schlimmer als ein Dixiklo

Obwohl nichts los war, waren die Tische dreckig. Auf der Männertoilette hat es gestunken. Bestellung war nicht vollständig (Burger und Trinkbecher haben gefehlt). Pommes waren latschig und teilweise nicht durch.

Ich habe heute essen bestellt und warte bereits seit über 90 Minuten. Anrufen funktioniert auch nicht, da dauerhaft besetzt ist, ich weiß zwar nicht was das hier für ein Service sein soll, aber mit Abstand das schlechteste was ich je erlebt habe.

Die Angestellten waren respektlos, sprachen mit Ihnen, als wären sie Ihre Herren, und boten keinerlei Hilfe an.

Ich hatte einen Dbl BBQ Original Burger Dingsbums Menü mit Pommes. Standard, nix Besonderes. Aber die Pommes waren lätschig und ungesalzen. Der Burger war kalt und das Fleisch war nicht crispy. Sitze und Tische waren verdreckt und im Gästeraum waren mehrere Deckenspots defekt und gaben stoboskopartiges Flackerlicht ab. Meine Güte. Mit dem Personal hatte ich kaum Interaktion, daher möchte ich nichts über den Service sagen. Hier geh ich nicht nochmal hin. Nachtrag: Das Waschbecken auf der Toilette war in keinem guten Zustand. Wer auch immer auf die Idee gekommen ist, eine BANANENSOẞE über das KOMPLETTE Menü zu kippen, hat kulinarisch denselben Beitrag geleistet wie ein Presslufthammer in einer Bibliothek. Ich bestelle ein Menü und bekomme stattdessen den feuchten Albtraum einer Bananenplantage. Die Soße war einfach überall. Auf dem Burger. Auf den Beilagen. Wahrscheinlich hätte ich den Tisch abgeleckt und selbst da wäre noch Bananensoße gewesen. Das hat geschmeckt, als hätte ein Clown mit einem Gabelstapler eine Obstabteilung in eine Fritteuse geschoben. Jeder Bissen war eine persönliche Kriegserklärung an meine Geschmacksknospen. Mein Mund hat kollektiv gekündigt. Wer sich gedacht hat: „Weißt du, was knusprigem Hähnchen fehlt? Eine Ladung süßer Bananenpampe!“, sollte lebenslang Küchenverbot bekommen. Das ist keine Soße – das ist ein gastronomischer Flächenbrand. Ich bin zu KFC gegangen und bin mit einer mittelschweren Bananenkrise wieder raus. Das Menü war weniger Fast Food und mehr ein Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit meines Magens. Nie wieder. Beim nächsten Mal esse ich lieber die Verpackung. Die hat vermutlich mehr Charakter und vor allem weniger verdammte Bananensoße.

KFC wird immer teurer und weniger. Nicht so sauber und leere Seife sowie Papierhandtücher. Könnte man auffüllen, da eh nichts los ist

Ich hab jetzt zweimal hier was gegessen und nach beiden Malen eine schlimme Lebensmittelvergiftung gehabt - würde ich also eher nicht weiterempfehlen!

ALLES war extrem scharf, was in der Produktbeschreibung natürlich nicht erwähnt wurde. Der Service langsam und viel zu stickig

Der Geschmack ist ganz anders als bei KFC in China. Man wird aber satt. Die Lage ist günstig und leicht zu finden. Der einzige Nachteil ist die begrenzte Auswahl an Geschmacksrichtungen.

Sehr nettes Personal, schönes Ambiente

Das Essen war leider garnicht gut! Die Pommes waren matschig und haben nach nichts geschmeckt und das Chicken hat auch ganz komisch geschmeckt... Dieses KFC würde ich nicht empfehlen.

die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe 10 Stück Crispy bestellt, aber der Mitarbeiter hatte nur noch 7 Stück verfügbar und hat von sich aus einfach 3 Hot Wings statt der fehlenden Crispys dazugegeben. Außerdem waren die Crispys noch nicht richtig durchgegart bei einer weltweit bekannten Restaurantkette sollte man sich für so einen schlechten Service und diese schwache Leistung wirklich schämen.

Ich habe über Uber Eats bestellt und es war eine Katastrophe! Alles war kalt, ich habe mir außerdem eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zugezogen und musste die ganze Nacht erbrechen. Das war das schlechteste Essen überhaupt, ich bestelle dort nie wieder.

Die Mitarbeiter können kaum Deutsch und kennen ihr eigenes Bediwnteil nicht. Essen ist gut. Aber unglaublich teuer.

Sie könnten es besser machen, sie sollten es sauberer machen, und es ist ein Schnellrestaurant. Ich habe 45 Minuten auf meinen Burger gewartet. Dieser Punkt ist wirklich wichtig. Das Essen war zwar gut, nicht überragend, aber gut. Ich hoffe, Sie arbeiten an den von mir genannten Punkten.

Normalerweise esse ich gerne bei KFC, aber dieses Essen war eine Katastrophe. Die Häppchen waren kalt und überhaupt nicht knusprig, und viel zu salzig. Am meisten enttäuschte mich aber die Unprofessionalität des Personals. Niemand übernahm die Verantwortung für die minderwertige Qualität. Ich werde diese Filiale nicht mehr besuchen.

Die Bedienung war echt freundlich. Aber dort hat alles geklebt,Boden wie Tische.

Absolut schrecklich. Alles extrem dreckig, extrem langsam, unaufmerksam. Es war nichts los und trotzdem hat alles ewig gedauert. Drei anwesende Angestellte haben es nicht geschafft meine Bestellung abzuwickeln. Das Fleisch war roh (!), die Pommes extrem schwabbelig und mit Fett vollgesogen und als das Essen nach 15 Minuten endlich fertig war wurde mir nicht mal bescheid gegeben. Leider war es ohnehin ungenießbar und ich musste alles wegschmeißen. Ich wäre sonst sicherlich krank geworden. Grauenvolle Horror Erfahrung.

Toilette ist seit Monaten außer Betrieb

Ambiente Tische nicht sauber geputzt. Moderene SB sind super. Service nicht sehr freundlich nicht motiviert bei der Arbeit, arbeiten voll langsam. Das Essen war ne enttäuschend. Bestellten Cheese balls waren cheese sticks wie von Supermarkt. Kohlsalat schon kannte von früher war ok. Teriyaki chicken waren nicht süß sondern scharf haben keine scharfen bestellt gehabt. Hatten vorher nachgesehen, denn der Service machte die Tüte zu nicht reinschauen sollen und schnell gehen sollten. Großen und Ganzen erste und letzte mal dort gewesen. chicken schmeckten früher viel leckerer knuspriger. diesemal matschig und nicht so lecker knusprig.

Alter, die haben mir einen Burger mit verschimmelten Brötchen gegeben, und als ich nach einem Becher gefragt habe, hat mir jemand meinen geklaut und ist abgehauen, weil er dachte, er wäre umsonst. Aber die Angestellten haben mir einen großen Becher gegeben, also ja.

I go there often, but sometimes they leave out a piece of chicken. Since I live far away, I usually just eat it as is.

Definitely the worst KFC I've ever been to. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food only to find that they had practically ignored my ready-made bucket the entire time (even though there were no other orders to process). The chicken was cold and tasteless. Simply an abysmal branch. I cannot recommend this KFC to anyone!

Went to KFC Heidelberg again today. It wasn't very busy. I placed my order at the kiosk and went to the counter. He prepared our food fairly quickly. First the fries, probably so they would get cold quickly. Then two other guys from the same country came along, with whom he thankfully didn't talk much. Then the chicken pieces, the 9-piece Hot Wings for me, eight small pieces with two bones in them and only one lollipop. Then the coleslaw, probably brought out late so it wouldn't get warm. Finally, the drinks arrived. The Coke was flat, warm, and tasted like chemicals. The tables were sticky with grease and leftover food. The fries were, of course, cold. All this, two meals for almost 30 euros. Then it was time to wash our hands. The men's restroom has been closed for months due to a breakdown. So you have to use the disabled toilet. Everything there was disgusting. The flush button was covered in greasy fingerprints. Disgusting... The quality has deteriorated significantly; someone should send the health department.

Yesterday we were there for the last time...we were hungry so we ate half but the fries were cold, the burger lukewarm and the coke still...3 small chicken pieces were also lukewarm...🙄and that for 12 €

You literally wait 30 minutes in a restaurant for a takeout order. Everyone only speaks English, too. If you order through Lieferando, it's usually faster than at this "fast-food restaurant."

Standard KFC atmosphere. Nothing extraordinary. But everything was to our satisfaction.

German Kentucky just hits different

The food is typical KFC and expensive. The service is practically nonexistent. You can see that the staff are suffering from the heat in the restaurant and are working without enthusiasm. The restrooms need a thorough cleaning; the door handles are a disgrace, stained from top to bottom. After washing your hands, you have to wash your hands again after leaving the restroom! The wait times are exceptionally long.

The ambiance is okay, the food was disappointing, and unfortunately, the service was also abysmal. I pointed out a broken ordering machine where you could order but didn't get a receipt. The drinks were mixed incorrectly by the machine and were unusable. After alerting the staff, we were ignored despite attempts to communicate in German and English.

Germany KFC is NOT the same as US KFC. Nuggets only. Not sure I'd recommend if you're used to the good stuff.

For me, it wasn't that exciting. The food was just average, which isn't what I'm used to from KFC. And I have to be honest, you can do it, but you don't have to.

When it comes to fast-food restaurants, my expectations are usually moderate. However, this visit was unacceptable: The restaurant was in a very unkempt condition, and the staff was unfriendly. Furthermore, three out of five items were missing from our order.

I've never eaten such bad chicken. And the cheapest fries. Honestly, the founder of KFC would be ashamed if he knew they were selling such poor quality food to their customers. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend anyone go there, I'm sorry.

The food was absolutely disgusting, the meat was raw! We ate burgers that only had dry meat, no lettuce, no mayonnaise. Never again!!! We are truly disappointed to have paid almost €100 at such a terrible KFC. We have never eaten at such a terrible KFC. I do not recommend this KFC at all!!!!!!

Everything is delicious, the service was fast!

My wife and I ate at the restaurant. What we noticed was that it was extremely dirty. Tables hadn't been cleared or wiped down. The floor was completely sticky. The food tasted like KFC should. After about an hour, however, my wife and I got severe diarrhea. That could only have come from KFC. They probably used old frying oil.

The store is so disgusting. Everything is full of germs. You can't touch anything, not the screens for ordering and certainly not the doorknobs in the bathroom. I have to honestly say, I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like 🤮

This place needs to be closed!!! The wrong food was obviously deliberately put together – as if they had just randomly packed some leftover chicken into the box. When we asked about it, we received no apology, but were met with a strange, almost chemical laugh, and were simply offered a portion of fries as "compensation." The actual chicken was cold, even raw(!) in places, and completely inedible. For a restaurant that specializes in chicken, this is unacceptable and simply disrespectful to the customers. It looked as if the team had deliberately messed up. Definitely the last time we order from there.

Unfriendly staff, broken machines, and food takes 20 minutes to serve. Kitchen workers don't speak German, have poor hygiene, and are slow. I waited 10 minutes before I could even pay, only to then wait another 20 minutes. An employee took my food with his dirty hand without gloves and reduced the portion size. Not recommended.

The food was delivered three hours later. The food arrived cold, and some food was missing. When they asked if they could still deliver the food, they told us they had already packed everything and that we were lying. Half of our order was missing, and I had to settle for "it's not our problem." Never again.

There is no air conditioning, it's so hot in here that it's hard to stay inside, it gets bad because of the heat.

There's only one star, and I'd rather not give any. We went to KFC today and were very disappointed. We had to clean our table ourselves because there wasn't a clean one. The fries were old and had only been reheated a bit, the burger buns were hard. The chicken burger had more bread and chicken mayo on it. The soda machine was sticky from top to bottom.

Absolute disaster here. All thieves!!! I ordered a menu and only the bites got nothing else. When I ordered a large fry individually I received the stingiest smallest portion I have ever received. Quite honestly these employees were unhygienic and questionable. In other words, they were dirty. And the best thing - no one can speak German, classics. After asking and complaining, the Flüschi also yelled at me. I was robbed and treated disrespectfully here. Avoid this place (outside it says “Inventor of the World’s Best Fucking” instead of “Chickens”)

Choosing food online at the so-called “kiosk” takes a lot of getting used to for older, less internet-savvy guests. But the young man at the serving counter was very helpful and friendly and the food was very good. The ambience is ok for a fast food restaurant, the entrance/exit to the parking garage is a bit narrow and tricky and the prices are a bit steep. But we were still very satisfied.

I showed up 10 minutes before the end. However, I was told it was closed.

Absolute disaster!!!!!! We ordered via Lieferando. The food arrived ice cold. Also missing were 6 pieces of Chrispy Chicken for €11.99. After we called to complain about this, they were adamant that it was included in the order. I've really never experienced anything like that. We have now complained about the incident to Lieferando and hope that we will get our money back!

Unfortunately, this time I was very disappointed, especially by the behavior of the branch manager. I was sold a product that was not fresh and when I tried to complain about it, my complaint was rejected in an unfriendly manner. I was advised to check the product before leaving the store. However, this is neither practical nor in the spirit of good customer service. After a lengthy discussion, I was refused any accommodation. The branch manager was extremely rude and unfriendly. He ended up completely ignoring me, which I found very disrespectful. In order to still get fresh food, I was forced to place another order and pay the costs. I have been a customer for many years and have always been impressed by KFC products. However, the store manager's behavior today is disproportionate to the high standards I have come to expect from your brand. For this reason, I ask you to clarify the incident and refund one of the two orders accordingly. Store was clean,food was good. got 3 large pieces of chicken in my 3 box feed staff polite served promptly

When I look at the cleanliness in this restaurant and Pizza Hut, I doubt that the hygiene of the food is any different. The benches were extremely dirty and smeared and apparently they hadn't seen a rag that was clean for a long time. The floor in the dining area was completely littered. Arrived at the toilet, people peed in a corner, urine everywhere on the floor, the toilet flush was disgusting and you can see it wasn't wiped with a clean cloth. The tap at the sink doesn't work and everything including the walls is smeared. We were definitely there for the last time. I think the WKD will definitely find what they are looking for when it comes to hygiene in this store

This is quite literally one of the best KFC I’ve been to, and also one of the most modern and cleanest. I have visited this KFC over the years, and since its renovation, it has become amazing. The quality of their food and service has improved, and I absolutely love their food. I highly recommend the bites and hot wings :)

Food adequate and plentiful. Can't complain. Unfortunately, unfortunately the toilets are more like a 4-day festival bathroom and the plumber has definitely given the taps a wide berth lately.
