Absolutely terrible experience at KFC! The chicken pieces were shockingly small – hardly any meat, just skin and bones. For the price I was expecting something decent, not this sad excuse for a meal. KFC, you guys have really slacked off. I won't spend any more money here

The wait for the food was too long and it was served incorrectly.

The meal was prepared in about 20 minutes. The quality of the food was okay, although some dishes were a bit cold. The service team is generally friendly and the atmosphere is also fine.

Messy and dirty store, the checkout staff very rude and fries taste like old fry fat and are served cold. Then it’s better to go to McDonald’s opposite.

It’s not bad. KFC in Germany is incomparable to that in China. It’s just enough to fill you up.

They have no idea which order has already been placed and which is still pending, even though I've been waiting for 15 minutes. There are about five people in the restaurant, but they can't manage to serve three people in line quickly and properly. It always takes a long time and is messy, but since this is the standard service in Germany, I'm no longer surprised.

There is no Cola, but Pepsi Zero? Sauces cost EXTRA. Chicken is dry and oversalted. You can only order on the screen, probably because none of the employees spoke German and everyone was extremely unfriendly. Talking to each other all the time in other languages, not saying hello, goodbye, thank you... You also feel really uncomfortable there. And the prices are outrageous for what is on offer.

Delivery didn't arrive! Complained straight away! At first you weren't believed... after a long explanation (delivery service via eats, catastrophic) I ordered food again (because I was hungry), unfortunately it was cold and didn't taste particularly good either. No more food from KFC ☝️there is in a pinch, MC Donald is even better 🫠

We got fresh prepared food, and it was as good as expected. The workers are very friendly and the restaurant was clean. The men's toilets smelled somehow, but the women 's toilets were clean.

When I ordered food I waited 21 minutes for it!!! There were only two customers in the restaurant. My order consisted of chicken wings, mashed potatoes, corn and a double crispy burger. The restaurant is generally neglected and untidy, my food sat out and cooled for about 15 minutes before the rest of the order was prepared. A Turk walked around my food and picked his nose. Disgusting!!! Another Turk who worked in the kitchen did not have a beard guard so that his beard would not fall into the food. The staff returned incorrect orders for fresh food. The tables were dirty and greasy. The wings were so greasy that oil was pouring out of them! I got some mashed potatoes. The hamburger was ok, just a little dry. The toilet was out of order, only one worked, the urinals didn't work, both two in the toilet, there was a big smelly puch, I didn't like that it looked like a Turkish slum because there was another employee walking in a burqa, I felt bad there and, unintentionally, a certain form of racism. Nobody said “Good morning” or “Bon appetit” or “Thank you”, this restaurant has no connection to Colonel Sanders at all. I would say that the manager there does whatever he wants and has no trained staff at all and doesn't know what to do. KFC is my favorite fast food, but this is the absolute worst I have ever seen and eaten in my life. I don't recommend this branch to anyone and the hygiene control should close it immediately because I feel bad about the food now and have a stomach ache. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

My girlfriend and I both had stomach pains afterwards. We definitely won't be coming back

The food is very good. However, the restaurant isn't particularly clean and the toilets were really disgusting. It wasn't particularly busy either.

Unfortunately, the food gets worse with each visit. A single crispy on the standard burger with a blob of sauce and something that looked like liquid cheese. The crispys used to look much better and were easy to dip. Now they are deformed parts that don't fit into the sauce bowls. The chocolate shake tasted like milk even after stirring. Hygiene: Toilets were not clean on most of the visits we had. In other words, the floors are sticky and the air dryers in the men's toilet are covered with a kind of moss where the water drips down. Service staff: The employees were actually always friendly. The language barrier didn't bother us because we could also articulate with our hands and feet if necessary.

Very tasty food but far too expensive! You have to wait far too long. There is hardly anything going on and you wait almost 10 minutes. The original bites and the mashed potatoes are particularly delicious. It's also great that you can drink as much as you want, but as I said above, it's way too expensive. At 10-15€ you can hardly get enough - you get 8 chickens plus fries for 15€. Next door at McDonalds 20 chicken nuggets plus fries for €8 will easily fill you up. So: Very tasty food but way too expensive and the waiting time was too long

A catastrophe, a pure catastrophe. If it were possible I wouldn't give it any stars. We often ordered via Lieferando. By the time the food arrived it was always cold. Unfortunately, since we like eating kfc, we tried it again and again. Payment is only possible online, we used Paypal every time and since KFC isn't exactly cheap, our order was around €50 each time. Every time something was missing and again today. There was no sauce on the burgers and the patties tasted old. And today an entire menu and side dishes were missing. Until today, we always thought it didn't matter because of the few euros, but today I've had enough. We called and were assured that the supplier would come again. That was over 2 hours ago!!! That he still blatantly lies to us on the phone. After 2 hours I no longer need my Twister Wrap!!! So all in all we've probably already paid over €30 for free to KFC and didn't get it!!!! And no one cares about it either. Instead, the gentleman on the phone blamed his wife and brushed us off. For me it's just a matter of principle: 1 time okay, 2 times okay but 4 times ????

I have and can't find any other reason to visit this store again. Have your own experiences.

Wir haben die falsche Bestellung erhalten und sie haben absolut nichts getan. Außerdem ist die Behandlung der Öffentlichkeit bedauerlich. Der Fahrer versuchte, uns eine Pepsi zu stehlen, und als wir versuchten, ihn anzurufen, ignorierte er uns. Auf der anderen Seite sagte uns der Manager an diesem Nachmittag, dass sie uns nichts schicken würden, dass wir behaupten mussten, aber dass er uns die Bestellung, die wir bezahlt haben, nicht schicken wollte. Der Fahrer kam 15 Minuten nach der Übergabe des Essens an den KFC an (und sagte, wenn er sich umdrehte, musste ich eine halbe Stunde extra zurückfahren) Kurz gesagt, eine enttäuschende Behandlung und das Essen war eine völlig andere Bestellung, außerdem war das Essen kalt. Ich gebe ihm keine 0 Sterne, weil man es nicht kann.

Die beste KFC ,die ich bis jetzt gegessen hab. Tolle Mitarbeiter. Aber es ist schade,dass sie nicht mehr die Hot amd spicy chicken haben.

Ich habe es über Uber Eats bestellt. Ich war am Verhungern, als ich eine Stunde lang auf diese Bestellung wartete. Wie werde ich für meine Zeit vergütet? Ich bestellte 30 Minuten bevor das Restaurant schloss und sie nahmen meine Bestellung entgegen. Sie verlängerten die Ankunftszeit des Essens ständig um 10 Minuten mit der Begründung, sie suchten einen Fahrer, und ich wartete während dieser Zeit weiter. Ich war es leid, über eine Stunde warten zu müssen, und habe Sie kontaktiert, aber die einzige Antwort, die ich erhielt, war, dass der Laden geschlossen sei und meine Bestellung storniert würde. Mittlerweile war es Mitternacht und alle anderen Geschäfte waren geschlossen. Der schlechteste Service aller Zeiten. Bestellen Sie niemals bei Uber Eats.

Das Bestellding war auf Italenisch, fand ich doof weil ich kann kein Italienisch. Hab nur Bahnhof verstanden. Dafür hab ich gelernt, Pollo heißt Hänchen auf Italienisch. Gerne wieder, war ganz nett hier. Essen war auch in Ordnung.

16 Euro für die kleinsten Hot wings das kleinste Hänchen Teil. Ja da weiß man wieso man da nicht so oft hin geht. Nur zur Abwechslung. Aber ich finde es dreist Preis Leistung stimmt hier gar nicht. Aber ja schaut doch mal selbst da bekomme ich wo anders viel mehr fürs Geld. Hier spart man am Hühnchen 😂 schade schade 20 Nuggets für 6€ sag ich da nur. Ein Bucket mit 40 Nuggets währen 12€ und soßen. Müssen dringend ihr Konzept ändern. Ich hab nicht gleich meine Nummer gehört. Wurde dafür sehr blöd angeschaut und grimmig bekam ich dann das Tablett. Kein guten Appetite oder ein lächeln. Laden war leer 😂 jo lange nicht mehr so unerwünscht gefühlt bzw so schnell wieder gehen wollen.

Normalerweise gehört der Laden verklagt meine Frau bekommt kaum Luft und muss sich übergeben und hat Schüttelfrost bekommen daraufhin sind wir zum Arzt und was war es eine Lebensmittel Vergiftung ich werde den dreckigen Laden verklagen das ist nicht das erste mal das ich so was von diesem kfc höre und aus diesem Grund vermeide ich ihm meine Frau wollte einfach nur was essen und jetzt haben wir es davon!!!!!

Im Vergleich zu unserem Stamm-KFC-Restaurant haben wir uns hier nicht so wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten am Display Sachen nicht bestellen. Auf Nachfrage beim Personal (die übrigens auf Englisch erfolgte, weil keiner Deutsch konnte) hieß es dann es wäre ein Produkt, das erst kommende Woche im Angebot ist. Der Belag und die Portionen waren definitiv qeniger/kleiner als gewohnt.

Am Wochenende gerade abends durch Lieferando ist das Personal am Limit, meiner Meinung nach schlecht für Kunden die dort bestellen und lange warten müssen.. Auf extra wünsche wird eher schleppend eingegangen.

Also erst war ich begeistert von dem Veggie Burger und dann hab ich ihn einige Wochen später wieder bestellt und er schmeckte ganz anders!!! Weniger Würze, das Brötchen total trocken.. echt schade. Und dann hat es ewig gedauert obwohl nur sehr wenig Gäste dort waren..

Schöner relativ kleiner KFC mit direktem Anschluss zu Pizza Hut, Restaurant ist sauber und die Tische werden relativ zügig nach Gebrauch direkt gereinigt

Die Mitarbeiter sehr überfordert. Tablettwagen voll, Toilette extrem dreckig und versifft. Bekam falschen Burger aber nach langem hin und her keine Lust mehr gehabt zu diskutieren.

Die Dame hinter der Theke war unfreundlich und völlig unkompetent. Statt Mitnahme servierte sie mir das unvollständige bestellte Essen auf dem Tablett. Auf meinen Hinweis auf bestellte Mitnahme drehte sie sich nur um und murmelte etwas vor sich hin. Dann kam die zweite Portion Pommes dazu. Die Frau hat im Service nix zu suchen !!!

Wir wollten eine Kleinigkeit essen, nachdem es - nicht wirklich spät am Abend, aber nach einem Theaterbesuch - in der Innenstadt unter der Woche gar kein Angebot mehr zu geben schien, sehr traurig, wenn es auch nicht diese Bewertung betrifft. Doch jetzt zur Bewertung: Die frisch frittierten Hähnchenteile waren noch saftig und die Pommes kross. Das war das Highlight des Besuchs. Und immerhin wurde das Essen - am Automaten bestellt, eine andere Option gab es nicht - am Tisch serviert. Es kommt am Sitzplatz keine Wohlfühlathmosphäre auf, insbesondere da kurz vor Geschäftsschluss rundherum sauber gemacht wird. Aber auch sonst, gemütlich ist's hier (und in allen anderen Ablegern dieser und auch anderer Fastfood-Ketten, die ich besucht habe) nicht. Aber ich wusste, wo wir hingehen und wir haben bekommen, was ich erwartet habe. Fazit: Zum Konzept, wie ich es verstehe, passt es und es ist daher ok.

Bestellen nur am Automaten welcher defekt war. Musste mehrfach neugestartet werden. Obwohl wenig los war, sehr lange Wartezeit (>10min). Essen war gut. Getränke waren okay. Allgemein etwas dreckig, Toilette haben gestunken.

Das Essen kennt jeder. Lecker . Ungesund aber lecker! Das Team super lieb! Die Toilette grausam! Das Geruch aus der Kanalisation ist so schlimm gewesen, dass man es sogar im Kumdenbereich zu spüren war.

War heute seit langem mal wieder mit meiner Familie im KFC und wurde dermaßen enttäuscht! Hatte die hier geworbene Super Deal Box bestellt und muss ehrlich sagen : 1. Der burger auf dem Bild ist ein Witz, statt einem knusprigen Chicken Patty , war da ein Crispy drin, der so klein war, dass ich das Fleisch im Brötchen suchen musste. 2. Die Pommes waren zwar knusprig aber hatten nahezu kein Salz dran und schmeckten nach nichts. Die Crispys waren okay aber nichts besonderes. Das Getränk war echt gut und nicht gestreckt wie in anderen Schnellrestaurants. Aber 5,99 nur für das Getränk ist echt mehr als Enttäuschend!! Gehe eh sehr selten zu euch, aber jetzt wahrscheinlich überhaupt nicht mehr 🤷
