German Kentucky just hits different

Service was so quick and my order was accurate and well presented.

The food is typical KFC and expensive. The service is practically nonexistent. You can see that the staff are suffering from the heat in the restaurant and are working without enthusiasm. The restrooms need a thorough cleaning; the door handles are a disgrace, stained from top to bottom. After washing your hands, you have to wash your hands again after leaving the restroom! The wait times are exceptionally long.

The ambiance is okay, the food was disappointing, and unfortunately, the service was also abysmal. I pointed out a broken ordering machine where you could order but didn't get a receipt. The drinks were mixed incorrectly by the machine and were unusable. After alerting the staff, we were ignored despite attempts to communicate in German and English.

Germany KFC is NOT the same as US KFC. Nuggets only. Not sure I'd recommend if you're used to the good stuff.

For me, it wasn't that exciting. The food was just average, which isn't what I'm used to from KFC. And I have to be honest, you can do it, but you don't have to.

When it comes to fast-food restaurants, my expectations are usually moderate. However, this visit was unacceptable: The restaurant was in a very unkempt condition, and the staff was unfriendly. Furthermore, three out of five items were missing from our order.

I've never eaten such bad chicken. And the cheapest fries. Honestly, the founder of KFC would be ashamed if he knew they were selling such poor quality food to their customers. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend anyone go there, I'm sorry.

The food was absolutely disgusting, the meat was raw! We ate burgers that only had dry meat, no lettuce, no mayonnaise. Never again!!! We are truly disappointed to have paid almost €100 at such a terrible KFC. We have never eaten at such a terrible KFC. I do not recommend this KFC at all!!!!!!

My wife and I ate at the restaurant. What we noticed was that it was extremely dirty. Tables hadn't been cleared or wiped down. The floor was completely sticky. The food tasted like KFC should. After about an hour, however, my wife and I got severe diarrhea. That could only have come from KFC. They probably used old frying oil.

The store is so disgusting. Everything is full of germs. You can't touch anything, not the screens for ordering and certainly not the doorknobs in the bathroom. I have to honestly say, I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like 🤮

This place needs to be closed!!! The wrong food was obviously deliberately put together – as if they had just randomly packed some leftover chicken into the box. When we asked about it, we received no apology, but were met with a strange, almost chemical laugh, and were simply offered a portion of fries as "compensation." The actual chicken was cold, even raw(!) in places, and completely inedible. For a restaurant that specializes in chicken, this is unacceptable and simply disrespectful to the customers. It looked as if the team had deliberately messed up. Definitely the last time we order from there.

Unfriendly staff, broken machines, and food takes 20 minutes to serve. Kitchen workers don't speak German, have poor hygiene, and are slow. I waited 10 minutes before I could even pay, only to then wait another 20 minutes. An employee took my food with his dirty hand without gloves and reduced the portion size. Not recommended.

The food was delivered three hours later. The food arrived cold, and some food was missing. When they asked if they could still deliver the food, they told us they had already packed everything and that we were lying. Half of our order was missing, and I had to settle for "it's not our problem." Never again.

There is no air conditioning, it's so hot in here that it's hard to stay inside, it gets bad because of the heat.

There's only one star, and I'd rather not give any. We went to KFC today and were very disappointed. We had to clean our table ourselves because there wasn't a clean one. The fries were old and had only been reheated a bit, the burger buns were hard. The chicken burger had more bread and chicken mayo on it. The soda machine was sticky from top to bottom.

Absolute disaster here. All thieves!!! I ordered a menu and only the bites got nothing else. When I ordered a large fry individually I received the stingiest smallest portion I have ever received. Quite honestly these employees were unhygienic and questionable. In other words, they were dirty. And the best thing - no one can speak German, classics. After asking and complaining, the Flüschi also yelled at me. I was robbed and treated disrespectfully here. Avoid this place (outside it says “Inventor of the World’s Best Fucking” instead of “Chickens”)

Choosing food online at the so-called “kiosk” takes a lot of getting used to for older, less internet-savvy guests. But the young man at the serving counter was very helpful and friendly and the food was very good. The ambience is ok for a fast food restaurant, the entrance/exit to the parking garage is a bit narrow and tricky and the prices are a bit steep. But we were still very satisfied.

I showed up 10 minutes before the end. However, I was told it was closed.

Absolute disaster!!!!!! We ordered via Lieferando. The food arrived ice cold. Also missing were 6 pieces of Chrispy Chicken for €11.99. After we called to complain about this, they were adamant that it was included in the order. I've really never experienced anything like that. We have now complained about the incident to Lieferando and hope that we will get our money back!

I was sold a product that was not fresh and when I tried to complain about it, my complaint was rejected in an unfriendly manner. I was advised to check the product before leaving the store. However, this is neither practical nor in the spirit of good customer service. After a lengthy discussion, I was refused any accommodation. The branch manager was extremely rude and unfriendly. He ended up completely ignoring me, which I found very disrespectful. In order to still get fresh food, I was forced to place another order and pay the costs. I have been a customer for many years and have always been impressed by KFC products. However, the store manager's behavior today is disproportionate to the high standards I have come to expect from your brand. When I look at the cleanliness in this restaurant and Pizza Hut, I doubt that the hygiene of the food is any different. The benches were extremely dirty and smeared and apparently they hadn't seen a rag that was clean for a long time. The floor in the dining area was completely littered. Arrived at the toilet, people peed in a corner, urine everywhere on the floor, the toilet flush was disgusting and you can see it wasn't wiped with a clean cloth. The tap at the sink doesn't work and everything including the walls is smeared. We were definitely there for the last time. I think the WKD will definitely find what they are looking for when it comes to hygiene in this store

Food adequate and plentiful. Can't complain. Unfortunately, unfortunately the toilets are more like a 4-day festival bathroom and the plumber has definitely given the taps a wide berth lately.

This is quite literally one of the best KFC I’ve been to, and also one of the most modern and cleanest. I have visited this KFC over the years, and since its renovation, it has become amazing. The quality of their food and service has improved, and I absolutely love their food. I highly recommend the bites and hot wings :)

Well, if you go to eat here, you have to do it quickly. I was here and ordered, it was actually ready very quickly (about 3 minutes) you can take whatever you want with the drinks because you have to fill it up yourself. The employees, there were two, a man and a woman... They would rather talk behind the counter than clean the tables in use. Toilets weren't the cleanest either but it's just a fast food place...

At the end of the day, they are more or less quality chickens.

Don't speak any German, everything is in foreign hands. Service not available. Food didn't taste like cardboard, fries, chicken pieces, burgers were all dry. Like it's been sitting in the warming cupboard all day. Prices are premium, products are crap. People avoid the store. Never again.

I don't understand the bad comments at all. I was at several branches in various cities. What I ate at this branch was masterpiece. Hammer. Perfect. Fresh, delicious... Like an original KFC. It's exactly what it's supposed to be. Thank you 😍

Absolutely terrible experience at KFC! The chicken pieces were shockingly small – hardly any meat, just skin and bones. For the price I was expecting something decent, not this sad excuse for a meal. KFC, you guys have really slacked off. I won't spend any more money here

It’s not bad. KFC in Germany is incomparable to that in China. It’s just enough to fill you up.

They have no idea which order has already been placed and which is still pending, even though I've been waiting for 15 minutes. There are about five people in the restaurant, but they can't manage to serve three people in line quickly and properly. It always takes a long time and is messy, but since this is the standard service in Germany, I'm no longer surprised.

There is no Cola, but Pepsi Zero? Sauces cost EXTRA. Chicken is dry and oversalted. You can only order on the screen, probably because none of the employees spoke German and everyone was extremely unfriendly. Talking to each other all the time in other languages, not saying hello, goodbye, thank you... You also feel really uncomfortable there. And the prices are outrageous for what is on offer.

Food is good, one star deducted because the meat is sometimes a bit dry and not juicy. The service is good, but there could be better indications for offers, especially daily offers.

Delivery didn't arrive! Complained straight away! At first you weren't believed... after a long explanation (delivery service via eats, catastrophic) I ordered food again (because I was hungry), unfortunately it was cold and didn't taste particularly good either. No more food from KFC ☝️there is in a pinch, MC Donald is even better 🫠

We got fresh prepared food, and it was as good as expected. The workers are very friendly and the restaurant was clean. The men's toilets smelled somehow, but the women 's toilets were clean.

When I ordered food I waited 21 minutes for it!!! There were only two customers in the restaurant. My order consisted of chicken wings, mashed potatoes, corn and a double crispy burger. The restaurant is generally neglected and untidy, my food sat out and cooled for about 15 minutes before the rest of the order was prepared. A Turk walked around my food and picked his nose. Disgusting!!! Another Turk who worked in the kitchen did not have a beard guard so that his beard would not fall into the food. The staff returned incorrect orders for fresh food. The tables were dirty and greasy. The wings were so greasy that oil was pouring out of them! I got some mashed potatoes. The hamburger was ok, just a little dry. The toilet was out of order, only one worked, the urinals didn't work, both two in the toilet, there was a big smelly puch, I didn't like that it looked like a Turkish slum because there was another employee walking in a burqa, I felt bad there and, unintentionally, a certain form of racism. Nobody said “Good morning” or “Bon appetit” or “Thank you”, this restaurant has no connection to Colonel Sanders at all. I would say that the manager there does whatever he wants and has no trained staff at all and doesn't know what to do. KFC is my favorite fast food, but this is the absolute worst I have ever seen and eaten in my life. I don't recommend this branch to anyone and the hygiene control should close it immediately because I feel bad about the food now and have a stomach ache. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
