It happened to me several times in the MC that I got the wrong order and this time it ended rather badly. I got my menu but unfortunately the wrong burger and then I went to the checkout and reported it and the woman took the burger away from me and threw it in the trash. I asked why and she said annoyed (in broken German) sü something winir nikt mahen hie. So she made me wait about 15 minutes for a new burger. I asked 3 times when it was ready because it was outrageous. Then the manager came and I told him to look for a more competent team and he gave me that House ban🚫🚫🚫. The floor is sticky and look at the picture, you often see something like that in MC's in the city

For quick hunger, McDonald's is and remains the number one, also because of its price-performance ratio! However, this branch has unfortunately developed into a disadvantage in terms of cleanliness! It is dirty (especially the toilets🤮) and therefore it smells of feces (urine...) near the toilet (stairs exit). 🤢

The McDonald's doesn't have a toilet because it's too small. The McDonald's actually has extra seats for cell phone lovers whose battery is dead, these sockets don't work. The McDonald's is actually pretty clean and the staff is friendly and ordering goes quickly too. McDonald quite small. It is right on Bismarck Ring and therefore there is little parking nearby.

Male bathrooms seem unmaintained/uncleaned, dirty, sprayed with graffity and soap was empty. The payment station at the bathroom entrance is broken. I avoid eating at places that don't maintain their bathrooms.

We wanted to order a small snack and go to the toilet. The toilets were more disgusting than any toilet. We accidentally dropped a cup on the floor and broke it... the owner claimed he had never experienced anything so bad in the store 😂😂😂 Yes, exactly, a cup has never broken in downtown Heidelberg 😂😂😂 Embarrassing to be expelled from the house for this, unpleasant over 9000.

It stinks to me, a stupid burger costs €7.49 without anything! The shop is mostly empty, the tables are full of dirt from the previous person and the toilet stinks of urine. Unfortunately it's not the only Mackie 🤧 it's winter at the moment, there's apparently no heating anymore either! It's 13 degrees cold inside THE RESTAURANT!

Coffee costs 2.50 euros and that's small coffee, just sticky in the cup. I sent it to a friend at night. I'll come back if it's that expensive, please give me a full cup of coffee. One star for the food and service. It's a shame it's not half a star

A bit tight due to the location.

The only reason to go here is convenience. This year alone, in this very McDonald's, I had a significant amount (about half a liter) of mystery water drop on my head from the patched up hole in the ceiling next to the door, when I went to tell staff some other staff cleared out my not finished meal. No word of compensation, no question if I was okay, no apology. Where does the water come from, why does it seem to happen so often that the staff is not surprised... And I had a person throw up in the middle of the dining area and cleanup was (in my opinion) inadequate. You don't know why that person threw up, so clean properly and if you have to kick guests out the area do that. Not have them walk through it. The floor is sometimes sticky even at the start of breakfast service. I had received orders wrong multiple times. Promotional items or McDonald's stickers are sometimes not handed out even in calm service times. (Less than 5 customers in store) Pros: so far I have not gotten food poisoning I guess ... I only use this McDonalds if I need to go to the toilet when I'm out and about, it's free. When I entered this branch today, I immediately noticed that the entire floor was glued. As I walked down the stairs towards the toilet, I was met with a very strong smell of urine. I don't want to go into more detail about the cleanliness of the toilets, you can imagine your own part. But the entire branch is so dirty that it always surprises me that people even eat there! Every time this McDonalds is well attended, you can tell that these people are worthless to themselves!

Definitely cleaner than it was ~10 years ago, and the food tastes as good as any other McD's.

The food was prepared in the morning and was dry and wrinkled. The restaurant was dirty, there was food everywhere. No clean service, just people taking money. Employees laughed at you when you asked a question.

For many years I went to the McDonald's next to Bismarck Platz every now and then. For years the toilets have been worse than the Bahnhofsviertel. Amir, the Venezuelan woman and the other employee who worked the late night shift from August 17th to 18th, 2024 were very welcoming. They all deserve a raise. They all served us very nicely. They very modestly did not accept tips. Great service. Please give them a raise.

A gastronomic experience that pleased not only us, but also our taste buds! This unforgettable experience was made even better by a very nice gentleman who gave us a straw and a bag for free. It just wouldn't be the same without his charming personality. Here we learned all about the history of hamburgers and overall, this McDonald's branch really opened our eyes. So apart from the fact that this chain isn't particularly popular with me, there simply wasn't enough staff here. Long waiting times and the filing system was overflowing. The play tower was a small ray of hope and sorry...but the prices are also disgusting now. We only had something to drink and that meant waiting around 10-15 minutes. If you can stop somewhere else, you should.

The good: Convenient independent ordering in the electronic terminal. Service is fast. Delicious tea at the bar. Cons: Very noisy place! Small distance between tables, a bit cramped. The room is not very clean. The burger batter is not tasty.

I saw in the app an offer with 2 Big Macs ordered through the display board of qr code was ready in there was only 1 I asked the reason I was explained that I ordered the wrong item asked to change the order. The cashier politely tried to get into the situation called a senior .The woman asked the problem I said that it wasn't exactly I ordered and asked to change the order offering to pay the amount of the difference .To which, what I was told we have to throw everything away to order again and pay again and this you have already paid and can't help. I was willing to pay the difference, only 1 or 2 Big Macs difference, nothing else to change wasn't worth it.

Usual service, food was good. But the ambience, the clientele and the noise in the branch are unpleasant. Five boys who have probably been sucking on a Coke for hours are hanging in a corner and throwing paper balls at you. When you come in, you are immediately insulted by other customers and you have to make room, even though the corpulent gentleman could have gotten through comfortably. Two of the four order screens have broken down and the service staff is twiddling their thumbs behind the counter. Please get an effective security force, it's no longer possible without it.

It was finished very quickly. 1.20 minutes for an MC smart menu! The music doesn't quite fit but everything is clean and new. The food is like McDonald's. But warm.

McDonald's restaurant chain in Heidelberg. Not much room inside. There is a McCafe. On the plus side: there are screens for self-ordering; sockets near some tables; orders are prepared and issued quite quickly. One big minus of the establishment: cleanliness. She is not there. Dirty tables, floor, even walls covered in sauce and leftover food (I attach a photo). The restrooms are generally in a terrible condition - painted walls and doors, faulty toilets, garbage and someone's belongings on the floor. Even at the entrance to the toilet there is a turnstile, it's a good thing that it's not open, because it would be wild to pay money for such a toilet.

It does not matter if you have made a purchase, you must pay to use the WC. It makes no sense. Also not enough seats, lots of groups of teenaged boys who act ridiculously (you know the types I’m talking about…), and a real sense of apathy from the staff. Food is McDonald’s.

Nice, but the problem for me was, I was looking forward to a menu and they didn't offer that. The other menu was relatively good, but I got a stomach ache a few minutes later.

For my family, a visit to McDonald's was usually a treat. But visiting a restaurant on Bismarckplatz evokes negative emotions due to the discriminatory attitude towards Ukrainians. Coffee was brought to me in slightly damaged dishes and this happened regularly in the presence of my friends. The last time I didn't like the drink at all and left it on the communal table. This made the employee unhappy and he and another employee brought me the remains of the drink again, so that I could no longer enjoy my breakfast in peace. In revenge, they also tried to expel me from the institution by threatening me with the police. According to their logic, perhaps the police are an instrument of revenge for a different opinion. Such actions have nothing to do with democracy and quality services. I don't want to talk about cleanliness at all. I just have one question. Why do employees get involved in customer conflicts instead of avoiding them? The employer of this particular restaurant poses a threat to people of other ethnic backgrounds. This is my opinion, formed on the basis of the facts of the attitude towards me. I have not had such precedents in any institution in other countries. Despite this provocative situation, McDonald's was and remains one of my favorite restaurants.

Good location, it's a classic after partying. Normal McDonald's food, employees are ok, but not particularly friendly and it's often crowded and not super clean.

I wasn't happy, there was a lot of chaos in the restaurant that I didn't expect. Be patient.

Too much sugar in ice cream. is treated very badly by the workers. One time I bought iced coffee and they didn't give me a straw. When I asked them to return the coffee, they gave me a straw. I can't understand how a global brand makes billions and treats them so badly.

It was okay! But there were a few things that bothered my daughter & me. 1.) Too little space & tight!! 2.) The stairs to the toilet are far too steep and difficult to manage for people with crutches and other disabilities!! PS: I really had to struggle down there and up again with my crutch!!! 😩😤 3.) Dogs in McDonalds!! PS: We really have nothing against dogs or anything, we have a dog + a cat ourselves!! But we just find it unhygienic that dogs are allowed in and even up to the counter!! Sorry, but a no-go for us!! 4.) Crowds from all sides!! We couldn't even order at the machine in peace and had the next people right behind us, which was very uncomfortable for both of us!! Even when my daughter, 9, went to pick up our order, she was harassed from all sides. It was just way too cramped in this branch!! You probably don't know how to keep your distance in Heidelberg!?! 🤔

It's dirty here...dirt from yesterday is still right here... Unfriendly people clearly show their unwillingness to work. Yesterday evening and this morning.

Unfortunately I have to give bad grades. The cleanliness here is really subpar, ketchup on the walls, the charging socket are completely dirty, and there has been rubbish at the service point for days.

The potatoes were fresh and crispy. The toilet is clean, as is the hall. The special order burger was prepared quickly.

Actually 0 stars for service. I ordered a promotional item via the app. My order was out of stock and my order was replaced with standard items without consultation (!). Management on site refused to change or cancel the order.

Um den Hunger zu stillen ganz ok. Allerdings scheinen die Mitarbeiter nicht besonders motiviert zu sein. Müllbeseitigung ist keine schöne Aufgabe, die allerdings auch gemacht werden muss. Sauberkeit ist in diesen Bereich äußerst wichtig, Allerdings ist das wohl nicht bei der Führung des Ladens angekommen.

Hatten nur Cappuccino bestellt, dieser war gut. Die Frau im McCafé war bemüht sich zu beeilen. Ansonsten ist es ein kleiner Laden, hatten Glück noch einen Platz gefunden zu haben, aber wahrscheinlich nur weil dieser Essensreste vom Vorgänger hatte und sich deshalb keiner dorthin gesetzt hatte. Musste dann einen anderen Stuhl holen. Kleines Manko jemand ist ins Restaurant rein gekommen um nach Geld zu bitten, war ein bisschen unangenehm aber ansonsten geht's, gehört vermutlich zu einer Großstadt dazu.
