Beim hineinsehen in die Küche einfach ekelig, wenn man sieht wie mit den Lebensmitteln umgegangen wird

Bestellung war nicht vollständig. Eine gitterpommes hat gefehlt.

Es ist schnelles Essen und man bekommt das was der Preis verspricht aber es ist nichts gegen ein echtes Restaurant!

Es war ok. Das Personal war teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Für die Gebühr von 50 Cent nur um mal kurz auf Toilette gehen zu dürfen, war kein Verständnis. Die Tische waren dreckig und unaufgeräumt.

Netter Typ mit locken macht seine Arbeit schnell essen direkt bekommen

Service war Bombe, wir haben extra Becher für später gebraucht und es wurde uns einfach gegeben. Proletariat steht im Fokus.

Wie du weißt, sind McDonald's-Restaurants in Deutschland nicht sehr verbreitet! Das in Heidelberg ist das einzige, das ich kenne. Es ist oft voll, aber ich habe immer einen Platz gefunden. Wenn du am Tisch bedient werden möchtest, musst du die Tischnummer bei der Bestellung angeben. Wenn du also alleine bist und einen freien Tisch möchtest, musst du schnell sein, damit ihn niemand anderes nimmt. Ansonsten ist es eben McDonald's.

Schlimmer Ort. Der Service war schrecklich. Ich habe 30 Minuten auf mein ****** McMenü gewartet und habe dann zu hören bekommen: „dauert noch bisschen“. Also insgesamt mindestens 45 Minuten. Gegen die Fastfood Kette habe ich an sich nichts. Gegen DIESE FILIALE schon. Nicht empfehlenswert und lohnt sich nicht hingegangen zu sein, falls ihr euch das überlegt. Rückerstattung ist bei diesem Geschäft natürlich nicht möglich. Schlechter Service schon.

Seit der neuen Leitung hat sich dieses McDonald’s wirklich zum Positiven entwickelt. Das Restaurant wirkt deutlich sauberer und besser organisiert, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, motiviert und kümmern sich aufmerksam um die Gäste. Die Bestellungen werden schnell und korrekt ausgegeben, und die Qualität der Speisen ist konstant hoch. Ein großes Lob an die neue Restaurantleitung und das gesamte Team. So macht ein Besuch bei McDonald’s Spaß. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann diese Filiale uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! 🍔👏

Personal war mit der Menge an Bestellungen überfordert. Generell ein eher schmuddeliger McDonald.

Ich war jetzt schon öfter bei dem McDonald’s & muss sagen , es ist Mega sauber & das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich , was den Besuch natürlich nochmal anders aufwertet. Das Essen schmeckt gut & ist ordentlich zubereitet. Komme immer wieder gern her !

Also ich bin öfters hier und mir gefällt es sehr das es sehr nettes Personal gibt und alles schnell geht weil man wenig Warte Zeiten hat.Ich kann es weiter empfehlen

Von Hilfe oder Interesse gegenüber Kindern und Ausländern ist absolut keine Rede; es scheint, als ob man dächte, es wäre besser, wenn sie gar nicht erst kämen.

Ich muss immer mich von sportlich-eleganten Unbekannten ansprechen lassen - nach Geld wird dreimal gefragt, oder mehrfach nach gratis Mitbestellung am Bestellterminal (Touchscreen-Bildschirm mit Kartenzahlung). Diese Unbekannten kommen immer wieder, auch selbst bei einem Nein und kommen sehr nahe. Bei einem deutlicheren Nein, gehen die dann zu jemand anderem oder kurz raus und nach wenigen Sekunden stehen sie wieder weniger Zentimeter neben mir und fordern zu bestellendes Essen oder Geld von einem. Keiner vom Restaurant tut was dagegen oder merkt offenbar immer die selben Unbekannten. Die Restaurant-Leitung sollte einen Security-Mitarbeiter hinstellen, der sich umschaut.Man muss sofort diesen Männern Hausverbot erteilen. Und wenn die nochmals im Restaurant dort zu sehen sind wie sie bestellende Gäste oder auch sitzende essende Gäste belästigen, dann SOFORT die Polizei rufen! Die Polizei kommt schnell, nächster Posten ist auf dem Bismarckplatz um die Ecke. Anders geht es nicht. Es wird sonst zur Gewohnheit und Belästigung beim Essen, wo man seine Ruhe haben will und genießen/oder beim Bestellen darf kein Alltag werden.

Ich hab Cheeseburger bestellt und ich hab die Bahn verpasst. Normalerweise brauchen Cheeseburger nur 3-5 Minuten und 10-15 Minuten gebraucht. So ne Scheiße

Guten Tag! Ich hatte vor, mir die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Heidelberg anzusehen und bekam Hunger. Auf Google Maps sah ich einen McDonald's und beschloss, dort hinzugehen. Service und Essen waren gut.

Ich besuche diesen McDonalds jetzt schon seit ein paar Jahren regelmässig. Aber echt mal ein Lob: In den letzten Wochen ist mir aufgefallen, dass es hier viel sauberer ist als sonst, da wird scheinbar gerade richtig drauf geachtet. Auch die Angestellten sind super freundlich und haben gute Laune, was ja auch nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Da kommt man einfach gern her wenns mal schnell gehen muss!

Es ist halt ein ganz normaler McDonald’s – Standard-Essen, wie man es kennt: Burger, Pommes, alles wie immer, nix Besonderes, aber das erwartet man ja auch nicht anders. Leider ist es hier immer sehr dreckig, es wird nicht oft geputzt, Tische kleben, Boden verschmiert – das nervt echt. Die Toilette unten ist katastrophal, wirklich unterste Schublade, da will man gar nicht hingehen. Ambiente ist nicht nice, alles wirkt abgenutzt und vollgeräumt. Dazu ist es ständig brechend voll mit teilweise fragwürdigen Leuten, was die Stimmung nicht besser macht. Hygienisch gesehen ist es definitiv schwach. Ansonsten funktioniert’s als schneller Stopp, aber mehr auch nicht – für besseres Ambiente und Sauberkeit würde ich woanders hingehen.

Heute war ich im McDonald’s - Bismarckplatz und bin wirklich enttäuscht. Wir haben zum Mitnehmen bestellt und mussten bereits 10–15 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung warten. Leider fing das Problem damit erst an. Als wir zu Hause ankamen, waren die Burger in einem absolut unappetitlichen Zustand – der Käse war komplett an der Verpackung festgeklebt. So etwas sollte bei einer einfachen Standardbestellung wirklich nicht passieren. Die Pommes waren schon auf dem kurzen Weg zum Auto (keine 10 Meter entfernt!) kalt. Das ist einfach inakzeptabel, wenn man bedenkt, dass es sich um frisch zubereitetes Fast Food handeln sollte. Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass bei unserer 20er Nuggets-Bestellung sämtliche Soßen gefehlt haben – ebenso wie Ketchup und Mayo. Meine Kinder mussten ihre Nuggets zu Hause ohne Soße essen. Das war wirklich enttäuschend. Insgesamt eine reine Katastrophe. Der Service wirkte unorganisiert und unaufmerksam. So einen Besuch erwartet man nicht – vor allem nicht, wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist. Hier besteht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf.

Sehr unangenehme Erfahrung. Eine einfache Frage zu nicht funktionierenden Steckdosen führte zu aggressivem Verhalten des Administrators. Es wurde geschrien, nicht zugehört und die Situation völlig unnötig eskaliert. Zusätzlich gibt es regelmäßig Probleme mit der Toilettennutzung – selbst zahlenden Gästen wird der Zutritt teilweise verweigert. Kommunikation auf Deutsch ist oft kaum möglich. Besonders unangenehm war der Eindruck, dass wir nach Bekanntwerden unserer Herkunft (Ukraine) anders behandelt wurden als andere Gäste. Für ein internationales Unternehmen wie McDonald’s absolut inakzeptabel. Ich komme hier nicht mehr gern her.

Fünf Minuten Wartezeit ist super. Aber dann einen kalten und trockenen burger zu bekommen ist traurig. Die curly fries waren mega. Der burger leider nicht. Five guys ist da wesentlich besser was burger angeht in Heidelberg.

McDonald's is fine, but the toilets there are an absolute disaster, disgusting, really. This needs to be fixed ASAP. The tables were also dirty because nobody cleaned anything while I was there.

I ordered a Fish Mac and Cheese there today. Instead of a large portion of fries, I received a handful. This was a small portion. When I asked about it, they told me it was a large portion 😂😂. Both in Mannheim and everywhere else, you get a large portion of fries that will fill you up. This McDonald's will never see me again.

I was recently at McDonald's with friends. Everything was actually great, the food was actually good, and the employees were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, the evening took on a very negative aftertaste when the supposed manager interfered. A truly unpleasant and unfriendly person. Just the way he spoke to the employees and gave them orders made it immediately clear that he doesn't see the team as a whole. I felt the negative energy myself and was also treated disrespectfully by him. I truly wouldn't wish that on any other customer. I've never experienced anything like that in all the years I've been a regular at McDonald's. It's a shame, because the rest of the team was great and made a lot of effort. But this one person just makes you feel uncomfortable. I really hope something changes soon.

The employees at this McDonald's are particularly unfriendly and mostly only partially fluent in German. It's also always very dirty there; I've never been able to sit at a clean table; the floors are always sticky when I walk. I would avoid eating there, if I even order. The food, at least, is up to McDonald's standards.

Dirty The toilet is supposedly downstairs, but the main thing is not to describe the route.

A small McDonald's with no kids' corner, outdoor seating, or drive-thru. Staff are often unfriendly. Food is often cold by the time you get it. No parking.

The staff made my day and gave me new energy. At this price point, I was sure the food would be excellent, but I didn't expect this. The burger pleasantly surprised my taste buds. It's a bit noisy, but I like it that way. The restroom, however, was worse than one at the main station.

I ordered at the terminal and ordered an iced chocolate coffee. I got a Grimace Shake and let them know. I then got a new shake. I tried it outside and, lo and behold, I got the wrong shake again. How is that possible? And it really wasn't that busy.

Table service was extremely fast and very friendly. The food was hot and typically McDonald's delicious. The interior was nice and clean, too. Unfortunately, the restrooms were extremely dirty.

Everything was bad. The schnitzel was so cold that the cheese didn't melt. The potatoes were too salty. Only the chili sauce was okay.

The staff is really very friendly, and the opening hours are really party-friendly. Yes, the branch often looks dirty on weekends, but some customers just need to take a look at themselves... After all, it's the visitors who litter this place in a very short time. Otherwise, it's a standard McDonald's...the food is substandard, but consistently substandard. At least you know what to expect after a long night downstairs.

Food is good. But: I have NEVER experienced such a DISGUSTING McDonalds. We were there at 3 a.m. after an evening in the Untere, but even if the customers were drunk, that's no reason to simply throw the hygiene regulations in the trash. In fact, that was the only thing that ended up in the trash. There were bags, packages and leftover food everywhere. I ordered 20 Chicken McNuggets and got 20 Plant Nuggets. I only noticed it when I got home and I was stuck in the pile. The store also looked like the biggest 🐖stall and none of the ordering machines worked. Never again!

One of the worst McDonald’s there is probably in Germany. Actually the rating is way too good, but somehow it was still tasty. The worst thing about this store is the staff use the word customer focused. Don't know you there at all. I know that it is a system catering establishment, but even there you can expect the lowest service basics. And the staff is really terrible. I don't know whether it's due to training or whether it's a general rejection of the staff towards their customers. But hygiene isn't really a priority there either. The toilets are actually terrible as is service. You can see that the toilets are checked once a day, probably even several times a day. But this is not enough if you look at the toilets there. The food was so okay. So I thought two stars, okay that's fine. Basically, I can only recommend one thing. You would have to replace the entire staff, including management, and then start again from scratch. Basically, I'm not the only one reporting on these deficiencies. I hope that McDonald's management department reads this at some point. In conclusion, one can only say that if nothing fundamentally changes, you should give this McDonald's a wide berth

No, absolute catastrophe.....dirt everywhere on the facility. Tables and floors...everything sticks. You should let the public order office know. Service people don't understand what you want...they mixed up what you ordered...luckily for us, they were just passing through. Not recommended...

I'm just referring to the local. The floor around the checkout area is so greasy that I almost slipped. When I said this at the checkout, the person cashing out simply pointed to a sign that was there on the floor saying, "Be careful of slipping." But it wasn't wet, but greasy. A basic cleaning would really be urgently needed!!! Incredible. I don't want to know what hygiene is like in the kitchen.

I actually just wanted to use this McDonald's branch to quickly go to the toilet. The condition of the toilets (at least for the ladies) were in such a catastrophic condition that I left them immediately without stopping in the quiet place. On the way out, I also noticed that the entire branch looked more like a garbage dump than a place from which to consume food. Sometimes there was even food on the floor! Here even one star is too many!

I ordered a mc smart menu with a cheeseburger and a chicken burger. I got fries, cola and the chicken burger. I opened my bag in front of the staff and realized, hey, there's only one burger in there. In response to my complaint, the employees tried to tell me that I had apparently eaten the burger in 1 second or given it to my imaginary friend. After asking several times, they just ignored me and I had to be content with the one chicken burger. It's a shame that the employees are scamming the customers. Pure incompetence and I'm really sad. Very long delivery time after ordering, more than 90 minutes.

Weekday evenings, around 8 p.m.: moderately full. Employees are standing around, talking, there are no straws or napkins in the self-service boxes. The cart for the return trays is completely overcrowded so that everything comes in when you put it in. Store completely dirty. I'm kind of stunned.

The staff is doing their best to meet the high demand, but the place was quite crowded. The toilets are vandalized with graffiti, which takes away from the overall experience. As for the food, it’s the usual McDonald’s quality—nothing special but as expected.

This branch is NOT recommended. Negative aspects: -Cleanliness -TOILETS -General hygiene -Prices -Vegetarian selection Positive aspects -long opening hours -fast service We were there as a group late at night to get a small snack, but were shocked when we first entered the branch. There was packaging waste everywhere on the tables, not just on the tables but also all over the floor. The employees stood gathered behind the counter instead of addressing the problem and creating a pleasant atmosphere. The worst thing, however, were the toilets (see pictures), which were probably the most unkempt toilets I've ever had to use. The walls were smeared, the towels were scattered all over the room, the floor was covered with urine and other "substances". I completely lack understanding of how such a situation can be accepted and permitted by branch management and health authorities. Furthermore, a general criticism of McDonald's regarding the selection of vegetarian dishes. There is only a very small selection of vegetarian burgers and other food. This is what the competition does, e.g. Burger King is significantly better. However, the late opening hours and the fast service are positive.
