Die leckersten Currywürste überhaupt. Frei wählbarer Schärfegrad! Das Team war sehr freundlich.

warum habt ihr keine käse soße???

Wir haben nur eine kleine Pommes, zum mitnehmen, bestellt und über 30min gewartet. Das ist viel zu lange. Pommes waren ok, aber habe schon bessere gegessen.

Ich habe das vegane Menü mit Currywurst und Pommes bestellt. Was soll ich sagen? Es besteht zu 99 % aus Ketchup und zu 1 % aus Wurst. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Der Service war schlecht. Ich bekam die Speisekarte und zahlte extra dafür, bekam aber deutlich weniger Essen. Und dann versuchte er mir auch noch das billigste und schlechteste Gericht anzudrehen. Der Typ wirkte total genervt, als ich ihm aus irgendeinem Grund Fragen zum Essen stellte. Hinweis: Falls ihr hier essen müsst, lohnt sich die Speisekarte und das Curry nicht.

Ich bin hier angehalten, weil es interessant aussah. Ich hatte Currywurst mit Pommes, Guacamole, Tomaten usw. Die Currywurst war okay, aber nicht mein Favorit. Die Pommes waren das Beste am Essen. Die Preise waren angemessen. Das Personal war in Ordnung.

Ein idealer Ort für Ausländer, die eine traditionelle deutsche Currywurst zu einem erschwinglichen Preis probieren möchten. Gutes Essen, faire Preise und ein gelungener Einstieg in die deutsche Streetfood-Kultur.

Ein perfektes kleines Lokal für einen schnellen Imbiss direkt in der Heidelberger Fußgängerzone. Das Essen ist einfach, lecker und preiswert. Die Zubereitung dauert etwas, aber das ist die perfekte Ausrede, um sich zurückzulehnen und die tolle Atmosphäre und die Schönheit der Hauptstraße zu genießen.

Die Toilette war kaputt, wir konnten uns nicht die Hände waschen, die Soßen waren viel zu scharf, die Tische waren total verdreckt, und es arbeiteten nur vier oder fünf Leute – es wirkte, als wären sie gezwungen, zur Arbeit zu kommen. Man sollte Spaß an der Arbeit haben.

3× Currywurst waren alle kalt. Reklamation wurde nicht ernst genommen. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Ich habe die Rinderwurst probiert. Eine Portion kostet 5,50. Die Portion ist zwar recht klein, aber sie war sehr lecker.

Essen ist sehr gut. Service kann noch besser sein. Ambient ist katastrofal, Tische und Stühle mega unsauber, dazu seit mindestens 3 Monaten (3 mal war ich vor Ort) die ansage "wc außer Betrieb" nur weil kein bock haben das sauber zu machen, es gehört aber zu Pflichten wenn man gastronomie betreiben will!

Wir haben ewig gewartet, bestimmt 20 Minuten, nur für eine Portion Pommes. Der Geschmack war nicht so wichtig, es sind ja eh nur frittierte „Pommes“, aber ich will nicht nochmal in so ein Restaurant gehen, wo ich so lange warten musste.

War ok. Ich hatte auch das Sparmenü. Preis war ok. Es hat auch soweit ganz ok geschmeckt. Leider war die Currywurst eher kalt. Mitarbeiter war ganz nett.

Die Bedienung, die unsere Bestellung aufnahm, beachtete uns nicht einmal; es ist ein Selbstbedienungsrestaurant. Wir mussten sogar unsere Getränkeflaschen selbst wieder zurückstellen. Wir entsorgten unseren Müll und sammelten die Tabletts ein. Trotzdem bestanden sie auf 15 % Trinkgeld.

A restaurant with a clear vibe of racial discrimination—they even 'missed' only our order while others were served. The food was incomplete, but the staff’s attitude was a total disaster. They seemed to find it 'exhausting' to give me the toppings I ordered. I guess the service here is only for a specific 'kind' of people, and clearly, I wasn't one of them. Do yourself a favor and skip this place ^^!

I ordered the value meal and was generally satisfied. The fries were very fresh and nice and crispy, the curry sauce tasted good, and the price was reasonable. One small point: I would have liked them to be a bit more proactive in asking about my sausage and sauce preferences when ordering. Otherwise, it's a great spot for a delicious currywurst.

Unfriendly and taciturn, showing absolutely no customer service, they play far too loud rap music that (only) they enjoy. They also engage in inappropriate private conversations that can be heard throughout the entire restaurant.

A delicious currywurst snack bar in Heidelberg's old town. Currywurst in various spice levels (from mild to devilishly hot). Also delicious fries in various flavors. The bread was top-quality and even warm!

Ate here today. Biggest mistake I made in years. I don't know what that thing is but that ain't currywurst. What you get here is a frozen sausage hastily cooked, smothered with ketchup and topped with some curry powder. French fries are some of the worst you can eat out too. Food sanitation is highly questionable. Better get a dull and dry pretzel from a supermarket. It will taste better and you won't run the risk of food poisoning. Items are priced as if it was a premium restaurant yet all you get is a risk of poisoning.

Unfortunately, it was disappointing. I waited about 25 minutes for my currywurst with fries, even though it was barely busy. The price was quite high, and the quality was rather mediocre. The sausage wasn't anything special, and the fries could have been crispier. Honestly, I could have done better and faster at home. It's a shame; I was hoping for more.

My order never arrived, but I was billed. I can't reach anyone by phone. Never again Lieferando, never again this store. But I'll get my money back!!!

So, normally I wouldn't say anything and bite the bullet but after sleeping one night over it - I can't. I come to Heidelberg every few years and this place is always on my bucket list as they have super spicy currywurst. When placing my order I realized that the former German staff is no longer there and now some guys from the far East are operating the place (at least when I was there). No hate against any nation BUT if you want to work in Germany either speak our language or at least good enough English to understand what clients want.. My Order - Sausage, fries, mayonnaise, fresh onions and level 5 sauce with a kakao drink. Sat down and all people after me were served ahead of me so when I got up to ask where the order is the next confusion began...anyhow when it was finally prepared no fresh onions as only roasted onions are available but due to the lack of communication methods people were unable to do the bare minimum. What surprised me the most is that the chili sauces are no longer sauces and are added as a powder to the sauce - maybe this is new but its ridiculous! The idea of the spice levels is to have intense chili flavors in your mouth but how should the flavor unfold with dusty powdered chili without any real taste? I am really sorry to leave a rating like this but either get people that speak the local language to a certain extent or close the doors as this cannot be the new level of hospitality in this country...

I pay at 01:00 for a double currywurst in the menu and get a single one without bread and that after 35 minutes

The best currywurst in the world. Your food is ready in 2-3 minutes, and it's juicy, warm, and crispy, just perfect. Service is 10/10, very friendly and helpful. You definitely have to come at least once. The prices are perfect, and they offer discounts for students.

We ordered two BBQ chicken with pommes and lemonade.Chicken and pommes was 5/10.Lemonade was not cool they warned me but problem was not the how cool was it.Problem was itself so it was 3/10. Amazing french fries experience!

A delicious alternative to the many other restaurants offering pizza, burgers, and so on. Just a quick currywurst with fries. Delicious soda to go with it, and the bread was warm and delicious. Above all, the owner is nice. We'll definitely stop by again if we're ever in HD again.

This is a fast-food restaurant where you can grab a quick meal. Because it's a chain, the menu was well-organized, and the food came out quickly. The staff spoke both German and English fluently, so communication was seamless. They also helped me order at a lower price. You could choose the level of spiciness. For Koreans, level 3 was about the same as regular ramen? Level 4 was about the same as Shin Ramyun. As the level increased, the food tended to be spicier and saltier. You absolutely must try the chili cheese fries! The rich, thick cheese sauce was delicious!

definetly wouldn’t call those the best fries in heidelberg. The restaurant looks nice, the service was kind and the food came fast. I ordered fries and they were cheap. The taste wasn’t good though. The spices were okay, the mayonnaise was alright but the fries weren’t fried enough. They were still raw inside.

Extremely unfriendly and irritated waitress. You can't ask for anything special or ask questions because you'll immediately get pissed off. Anyone who can't handle people shouldn't be served. The food is disgusting. A chicken burger with everything swimming in it, ready-made, disgusting meat. And then you're supposed to get a soft drink with the meal—but they don't even offer it without asking.

We visited this Currywurst restaurant in Heidelberg, and the quality of the food was okay, exactly what you’d expect from good street food. We sat there to enjoy a casual meal, and for this type of food, it was a nice experience. Since it’s more of a street food spot, we didn’t expect high end quality, extreme hygiene, or fancy equipment. From that perspective, it was good, and it met our expectations. If we visit Heidelberg again, we’d definitely stop by to try it again, not as a main meal, but as a tasty snack or a light afternoon bite.

Unfortunately, bad reviews were deleted... But: Worst place in all of Heidelberg. The food is disgusting and has nothing to do with a German currywurst! The sausages rot on the stove all day at almost 100 degrees Celsius. It's completely overpriced and basically costs twice as much as any other C-wurst shop. The "economy menu" costs almost €10, and all you get is a small sausage and some old, overly thick, cardboard-tasting fries, and a 0.2 liter drink of your choice. Just one currywurst costs €4.90 and tastes like the greatest disgrace to culture. The curry sauce is mixed behind the counter with Heinz ketchup and Heinz BBQ sauce. It's a truly crappy sauce. The soda tastes like pure sugar water. The trays are completely dirty and greasy. The entire store is filthy. There are no restrooms. One employee, who appears to be the boss, acts feignedly friendly, but you can tell from the way she speaks to her employees that she's anything but nice. You don't feel welcome or well-served in this store, and overall, the service and quality of the food can't even compare to Burger King. Bills and receipts couldn't be issued, which gives me a strange feeling.
