Yes, I haven't been there for a long time and this is the last time. € 12.90 for a so-called "double" currywurst with mini side dishes, around 10 pieces of fries and a 0.2 l cola. There can be no question of double sausage at all, normal to below average size. Absolutely poor value for money and not recommended. Yes, we live in “expensive” times, but this is just a rip-off.

Our experience at My C was marred by the fact that when we entered the store to order, instead of being greeted, we were told that there were no toilets. impudence……

Even though we did not clarify good what we wanted to eat , they gave us what we wanted with no extra cost from the initial one. As for the taste, its no wander so many people come here and give recommendations. Just perfect tender and crispy, with many different versions. Much appreciated.

When we are in HEIDELBERG, My Currywurst is a must. Excellent quality when it comes to currywurst. We tried different sauces and they were all very good! Levels of spiciness from level 5 onwards It tastes good first. Fries great The homemade lemonade is RECOMMENDED 5 stars 🌟 The only negative point is the open entrance door This means that it is always cold when consumed in the restaurant

My Currywurst Restaurant is a small cozy place on the touristy Hauptstrasse of Heidelberg city, serving delicious Chicken BBQ Fries, Vegan Currywurst, Guacamole Fries, Chilly Cheese Fries, Vegan Burgers etc. We enjoyed their Crispy Chicken and Fries on our visit to the city which was awesome. Priced reasonably with good servings was worth the value.

Used twice, not so clean. The other visits the area was cordoned off and it was said that there was none. When I mentioned that I had already used it twice, they said it was being renovated. Great place! It’s Halal as per staff who is from Tunisia. Very nice and helpful people. Best for spice lovers as they actually have spicy food that will blow your mind! I tried Rindwurst and Jalapeño fries. Good vibes!

We were a family, of 4 persons and we gave 30euro in total. Everything were so delicious!! Oh my God!! And the portions ? just perfect !!! Of course we will come again !!

Excellent fast food in the city center I went to this fast food restaurant for lunch with my girlfriend during a day in Heidelberg. The restaurant is located along Hauptstraße, the main street of the historic city centre. Outside, on the public pedestrian street, there are some tables reserved for customers. You can choose different types of food and fixed price menus, I had a spicy cutlet with fries accompanied by a local beer. I found everything very good and tasty. The prices are honest and the service is fast.

We had a currywurst menu and the chili cheese fries once. The currywurst was delicious. Luckily you can choose the level of spiciness, everyone should find something here. It worked for us. The fries and the piece of bread were OK, nothing special. There was also a small 0.2l Fanta (personally I'm not a fan of 0.2 bottles as there's hardly more than a sip in them). The chili cheese fries were run of the mill. Were OK, but nothing that you can't get on every corner. The bottom line is that it was good and the price was right.

Wanted to redeem a 2 for 1 deal for 2x vegan currywurst. The NeoTaste app says “Currywurst of your Choice”. In business it's just normal, instructions from the boss.

Well suited for vegans! 🌱 I had the vegan menu, i.e. vegan currywurst, fries with mayo, a piece of bread and a soft drink. A portion that fills you up well. The currywurst tastes surprisingly similar to a traditional currywurst. The vegan mayo was also very tasty. I like that you can choose the spiciness of the currywurst. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair and definitely makes the visit worthwhile. I'd love to come back!

Sono stato in questo fast food per pranzo con la mia ragazza in occasione di una giornata a Heidelberg. Il locale si trova lungo Hauptstraße, la via principale del centro storico cittadino. All'esterno, sulla pubblica strada pedonale, sono presenti alcuni tavolini riservati ai clienti. Si possono scegliere diverse tipologie di cibo e menu a prezzo fisso, lo ho preso una cotoletta piccante con patatine fritte accompagnata da una birra locale. Ho trovato tutto molto buono e gustoso. I prezzi sono onesti e il servizio è veloce.

Service and location are great, you can watch the world walk by, but the food is very salty, the cheese is a liquid that barely resembles the real thing. Curry wurst is sausage with ketchup and a sprinkle of curry powder. I really don’t know how this place has so many good reviews.

The worst thing I've eaten so far was the menu I ordered at 2230 yesterday evening and I was really happy about it, although I have to mention it wasn't the first time that the sausage was lukewarm/cold. I have it with me When I ordered I mentioned that I wanted a hot or well-done sausage, the waitress put it on the aluminum foil and said it means well I get two cold sausages for me and the fries 🍟 real means only full of ferret fat uncertain bar and the whole thing for 12 euros 90 the operators should be ashamed of themselves, they should do a test meal secretly in their shop then maybe they would notice that the service is not the best when there are a bunch of girls in front of you and the young man takes care of them and the order takes a long time and incomplete then comes and said in German for .... so it tastes better, save the money and eat a donut or go to Bismarckplatz because at least it tastes good and is said to be well with the fries, the wkd should come and have a look.

Well, the sausage wasn't very good but it was overpriced. And the fries with the ready-made cheese sauce were just as overpriced and not tasty.

Despite the good reviews, our experience was unfortunately very mediocre. In our opinion, the ambience of the restaurant was not very inviting, rather dark and not very comfortable. But that is subjective and everyone has to decide for themselves. The picture continued into the order/service. There was very little going on when we visited, and yet we were not given a friendly welcome or a lift. Even when we stood in front of the counter for a few minutes to think about what we wanted to order, there was no explanation or help about the offer. In other shops you are at least asked what your idea or taste preference is, so that you can then offer the menu accordingly, or perhaps try something new through recommendations... We were also not asked what type of sausage we would like. The colored water in the drink dispensers also seemed uninviting. Our order was then taken rather slowly and apparently "without any interest". And as we discovered when we picked it up, it wasn't complete either. The employee who took the order seemed subtly overwhelmed, his colleague at least apologized and then reliably took care of the rest. Then we had our food and unfortunately the first impression continued... My currywurst was at most lukewarm, and the sausage was a simple white bratwurst with a moderate taste. The sauce was okay, but lacked freshness and finesse. We've tried much better ones here. Then all that remains is the value. You understand correctly, the currywurst was okay, but in my opinion just mediocre. I would have preferred to pay a little more and try a consistently delicious product. And it wasn’t “cheap.” A portion of sweet potato fries for $5 that were only slightly crispy is not appropriate. Given the number of gastronomic competitors in Heidelberg, I wonder how this concept works. Unfortunately we won't be coming back, but maybe our experience will help the owner to improve one thing or another?

Positive: Sweet potato fries were delicious Rarely eaten a currywurst where the fat floats on top of the ketchup. Fries not completely soggy. Sausage quality disaster. The floor is incredibly slippery and you can skate on it. Tables wobble about 20 centimeters from right to left when you touch them lightly. When you put the chair on it, some of the catches have broken off where you put your feet on it and are just hanging loose. It's better to get 2 Viennese and throw them in the roll and have more of them.

Yummy the curry wurst for my order I got level 6 is hot. For people can’t take spicy please don’t order this level, and I mixed with guacamole fries so it can blend to reduce the heat.

Very tasty food and short waiting times. There are a number of unusual varieties, but of course there is also the classic currywurst. You can even choose the spiciness of the curry sauce yourself from a scale of 1-10. (Although level 3 is already pretty sharp). The food was ready very quickly, after about 2 minutes. The interior is quite small, but nicely decorated. However, there are hardly any seats inside and there aren't enough seats outside either and it's all a bit cramped. Would go again.

I went for the maxi menu and was pleased with the generous portion size. The dish came with plenty of sauce, which was tasty at first, but as I neared the end of my meal, I found it to be a tad too salty for my taste. That said, the sausage and chips were both absolutely delicious and packed with flavor.

Ordered fries and currywurst. We waited 15 minutes for our food. 2 or 3 people who ordered 5 minutes later and received it 5 minutes earlier than us. Fries were okay. Curry was rather bad.

The best currywurst in town! Very friendly and helpful staff who speak good english as well. You have choices from pork, beef or vegetarian sausages. Delicious different toppings for fries and they also have sweet potatoes one! The best part for spicy lovers (or not) is that you can choose the level of spiciness for your sauce! And it goes until 1,5million SHU🌶️ Highly recommended when you visit Heidelberg!

Went to MyCurrywurst and saw the garbage being taken away by the employee with disposable gloves (before I went in..) I have to tell the employee when ordering to change the gloves (he was very surprised but also annoyed, took them off and new ones weren't put on anymore..) *Language barrier exists* When I paid I was asked what I would get back...?! Hygiene concept not good, got a stomach ache at home. Currywurst test not passed

I haven't eaten as badly as I did here in a long time. The fries are hard as a rock, the sauce is too thick and not really tasty, the tables are all dirty and I shouldn't even talk about the toilets, but I'll do it anyway... if I had gone to the toilet before ordering, I would have gone as quickly as possible out of the store again... the floor full of urine, the toilet full of traces of feces, the door punctured several times... no soap available, etc... I actually don't know where to start or stop. I won't go there anymore.

Fries were lukewarm and limp, currywurst was ok, sauce wasn't that good, it felt like ketchup with curry. Also too cold in winter because the doors are constantly open. But at least you can sit inside. Plus point, the bread that came with it tasted good and the cola was cold. Overall a bit too expensive for what you get.

Liegt zentral in der Fußgängerzone in Heidelberg. Da sind wir rein weil von außen nettes Ambiente und bei mir kleiner Hunger vorhanden war. Die klassische Currywurst ist ganz oben im Vergleich zu anderen Mitbewerbern und die BBQ Chicken Streifen mit Fritten aus Süßkartoffeln sind zum Niederknien.

Für ein Fast-Food-Lokal ist Eine-Stunde-Wartezeit auf zwei normale Portionen Currywurst ein Desaster. Trotz mehrfacher freundlichen Erinnerungen wurden wir immer wieder vergessen und dies trotz wenig Kundschaft. Kunden nach uns wurden schneller bedient und wir mussten ewig warten. Erst nach dem wir - wortwörtlich - auf den Tisch gehauen haben, kam unsere Bestellung, die aber komplett falsch war und dazu noch schlampig in der Eile zubereitet wurde. Die Mitarbeitende waren mit ihrer Arbeit sichtlich überfordert. Diese haben sich gegenseitig bei lautestem Ton vor der anwesenden Kundschaft beschimpft und beleidigt. Dieses waren uns gegenüber auch nicht höflich. Ein kulinarisches und gastronomisches Desaster.

Good place to eat cheap and local in the heart of Heidelberg. Portions are quite small though and it's probably not the best Currywurst you'll get in your life but it's still quite good. Friendly workers.

Buen sitio para comer algo barato y en un lugar céntrico. El menú que te ponen es buena opción, pudiendo cambiar las patatas normales por algunas con salsa. Con el cambio nos costo 11 euros en total (todo el menu). Además, la comida estaba muy buena.

Super Currywurst und auch die Pommes und das Brot sind klasse! Waren wirklich positiv überrascht und kommen gerne wieder.

Fast and efficient concept, food was decent for a fast food restaurant, portions are not that big. Level 5 spiciness which was 80,000 scovilles was very hot, level 4 was 40,000 scovilles was better suited to my tolerance. The lower rating is due to the toilets, that were not very welcoming, the hand towel dispenser hadn't been changed in a while, in the end we had to go to a nearby cafe for the rest of our group to use a clean washroom!
