It's a good idea; the burrito is delicious, and the service is friendly and fast. The only thing that's a little outdated is that card payments are only accepted for €10 or more. Considering the portion size, the price isn't exactly cheap, but it's still OK.

Sorry, but none of us liked what we ordered. And the nachos we ordered were just dry tortilla chips with a spoonful of dried avocado goo that was overpriced.

Tastes pretty good. Prices have gone up everywhere, and unfortunately, this is noticeable everywhere. The tacos aren't as filling as a kebab, so I find the price a bit high.

Ordered the Fajita; my standard for Latin foods comes from the Mexican-bordering states of the US, so I expected the meat to be more juicy and fatty. However, because they most likely used the shawarma meat, it was rather dry and needed a lot of sauce to make up for it. However, for €7.90 in central Heidelberg, it was a decent meal for a great price.

Had a pizza. Tasted okay. Cutlery and napkins weren't served cleanly.

We had a really great experience out there. The team is welcoming and comprehensive (we have made a mistake by a misunderstanding in our order), the food is tasty (we took a pizza and kebabs) and the place is clean. We recommend !

I don't know what I just ate. Its Not a Taco, and definitely not a kebap. They put minced meat on top which was completely cold and I wouldn't wonder if I get food poisoning from it. Taste was meh. On the bright side, the guy working there was really nice.

Gino's special after a long evening is always good

The place didn't look good from the outside. The rotisserie looked disgusting, which is why I decided against a rotisserie dish. The meat looked absolutely dry on the outside. The food was a complete disaster. I ordered a quesadilla, which was served with a salad. It didn't look good. The cutlery alone made it clear that the food wasn't going to be good. The ground beef filling in the quesadilla was a complete disaster. It was completely oversalted and had a strange, even disgusting, taste. I couldn't finish the whole thing. I left the place after a very short time. Absolutely not recommended. I'm glad the food wasn't that expensive, but it was a complete waste of money and food.

We stopped here on the recommendation of a friend from Heidelberg. The food is delicious, prepared very quickly, and brought to our table. We're deducting one star because we paid about €23 for two tacos and two Cokes. That's quite a lot for a quick bite to eat. Otherwise, I recommend Gino's to everyone!

I got lukewarm fries at Gino's menu. At Gino's, the meat was cold and limp, and the overall quality of the ingredients left a lot to be desired. Comparatively, it's a very bad kebab.

The food is ordinary. Nothing special. The potatoes are cheap and small, the gyros and salad are bland. I was especially disappointed by the sauce. Actually, it's not a sauce. Just yogurt without spices.

Today I had the pleasure of eating at Gino's in Heidelberg – and honestly, it was 10 out of 10! The food was incredibly delicious, served on time, and piping hot, just as it should be. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My experience there was perfect, and I will definitely be back!😋

The best kebab of my life – world changing! I was just in Heidelberg and ate the kebab of my life. No joke – it wasn’t fast food, it was a culinary awakening! Juicy meat, crispy bread, perfectly seasoned sauces and vegetables that were as fresh as if they had just been dancing in the field. Every bite is a fireworks display. I was about to shed a tear. This kebab has rearranged my world view. I will never be able to eat another kebab again without thinking back to this moment. If you're in Heidelberg and don't visit this store, you're missing out on one of the most important experiences of your life. Point. (Thanks to Simone for ignoring the Volksbank in the background.)

A must when visiting Heidelberg. The taco is unique.

We have loved coming here for over 35 years to enjoy our beloved Taco Special and Gyros Special (both without tomatoes). We were always greeted warmly and always went home full and satisfied. I can only warmly recommend my favorite snack bar here in Heidelberg. We will continue to come by regularly.

We came accross Gino's by chance on our late night's walk. We were not on empty stomachs so we just ordered one Gino's special kebab to share between the two of us. Here the kebab was wrapped in a tortilla instead of the usual yufka flatbread and we liked it very much. We liked the perfect balance of the grilled meat, veggies and yoghurt sauce, not saulty and creamy which is very much to our taste. We also came back a second night to order exactly the same. And on our last day, we had to bring our children to show them our kebab discoveries. The chips were not our usual snack to order but we have 2 chip lovers in the family and they rated the crispy chips 9/10. Lastly, I have to give 5/5 stars to the staffs. For a fastfood eatery, out of the 3 times we visited, we were greeted very warmly by the staffs. Short encounter but nice ones. And last but not least, we love how the outdoor seats lend a perfect view to the end of the street where you can see the Karl Theodore's bridge's towers and part of the Heidelberg castle. It was a short but nice experience that we would like to share.

The food was really bad. Pizza looked and tasted like the frozen one from the supermarket, the vegetarian burrito contains only salad and no other veggies, and the meat in tacos does not look nor taste like meat pretty sure it was really old. Terrible experience.

Today I was passing through downtown Heidelberg with my family and wanted to grab some lunch. This shop spoke to me directly from the outside with its modern, well-kept ambience. When we sat down, I ordered at the front from very nice staff, which helped a little over the very confusingly worded menu. My salad was excellent; The tortilla wraps, on the other hand, were cold after a short time and the meat was unfortunately not particularly tasty. So overall the store was average.

The Chicken burrito we had did not taste that good. Since we had it in the afternoon, the veggies were a little smelly.. May be in the mornings, it must be tasting really good. Overall a 3.

Unfortunately, Gino's in Heidelberg could not fully meet my expectations. Although the location in the old town is very convenient, the service left a lot to be desired - the waitress seemed stressed and inattentive. The food was okay, but not exceptional: the tacco was well topped, but a bit bland in taste, and the dough could have been crispier. You also had to look for the minced meat. It used to be different! The waiting time was also relatively long despite moderate crowds. Overall, I would have expected more for the prices. I give it 3 out of 5 stars."

An excellent restaurant, very respectful staff, delicious meals and first class service. We do not forget that the restaurant is very clean and deserves 5 stars with distinction.
