Burger King in Heidelberg

Staff seemed annoyed and bored. The hygiene is terrible, although there are hardly any customers, dirty tables and benches. The self-service drinks machine is totally dirty - see pictures. Unfortunately nothing has changed since the last post.

The food is okay, as always. The staff is friendly

You couldn't order from menus and it wasn't a friendly atmosphere.

This is not food .check nuggets hard as rocks. Eat what I took with me. This is suitable for animals, not humans. Never again ............

What can you say - Citizen King as you wish. There are a few machines where you can order, or you can order directly at the checkout. There is a huge selection of drinks that you can put together and pour yourself from the vending machine. Everything was freshly prepared, yet it was quick.

What would you expect from a Burger King at the train station.

The lady at the drive-in was very unfriendly and disoriented to customers. No accommodation whatsoever after a clear mistake on your part. Look, it's a shame! Already had a much more positive experience at BK!

I've order from here several times if not more time than that, almost everytime I order they leave my fries out or send me the wrong food and today was the first time I called to let them know this happens alot and they didn't help me or fix the problem at all. They also just wanted to get me off the phone as they couldn't be bothered to fix their mistakes so I'd use a different burger king if you can. As most likely you wont get what you paid for and they won't help rectify the issue.

When I stayed at a B&B hotel, I decided to take it out from Burger King! I think it was a very normal atmosphere. It took me a while because I wasn't used to operating the touch panel (lol)

Nice, modern Burger King. The refill station is particularly great and more Burger Kings should introduce this!

At the drive-in, the order was only spoken to in extremely broken German, then the order (single hot brownie) was mixed up and the immediate complaint was not responded to or ignored. Very bad service. In the end, the product that was dispensed was not even remotely baked

This Citizen King is so sophisticated philosophically. There are often a group of young physicists on the first floor who have enriched my life a lot with their controversial and complex debates. The meatball bun was also quite OK.

All employees walk around aimlessly and disoriented. Waited for ages even though nothing was going on. Thanks for nothing….

Only the cola machine was not working

Was just there an hour ago, so 3:40. According to the opening times, the drive-in closes at 4:00 a.m. and at the counter we hear in the car that we only have 3 individual burgers. Not more. So with 20 minutes to go it's a bit crazy 🤷🏾‍♂️🙈

I can't rate the service because we ordered at the counter but it was quite quick. The place looks great from the outside, but was a bit unclean. The food was already quite cold and the burger was carelessly placed in the box, it wasn't stacked properly.

Absolutely disorganized staff. Supervisor who cannot give clear instructions. After 15 minutes I had my two burgers. These were ice cold. A Burger King can hardly be worse.

Been back to Burger King for a while. I decided to do this despite the scandalous reports about hygiene in some branches. Unfortunately I was massively disappointed. I paid over 18 euros for the menu with extra bacon and cheese and wasn't full. The meat was also burned. Looking back, I'm annoyed that I didn't let it go back.

Products advertised on boards at the restaurant are not available at all, and when asked, employees respond condescendingly.

The burger was delicious, the fries were crispy and it was delivered quickly. The upper floor has a good view and all in all a clean shop.

I'm not a fan of the self-order terminals, so unfortunately it wasn't quite enough for the best rating. Otherwise everything is very clean and there are good parking options

Called Burger King November 17, 2024. Around 6:00 p.m. I asked if we might have forgotten our bag there because we ate there because I couldn't understand the man on the phone. Exactly what his name was, I had asked his name again so that I would know who I was just talking to. Then the answer came from your dad, so cheeky, so disrespectful. I find that sort of thing. So that doesn't exist. How can you actually let such cheeky people work? I worked at this Burger King for years myself.

The food was okay and the service was okay because I once had to wait 15 minutes for my food and it was only 1 burger. Otherwise it was very nice and you could refill your cup endlessly. The atmosphere was very nice

Disgusting: all items of my menu were stale

I ordered two veggie burgers but got 2 burgers with meat. I had to pay for a new veggie burger instead of exchanging her mistake and it had bones in it. Totally disgusting

All I can say is complete catastrophe. The displays are terrible because you had to press them numerous times until the system responded. Then the wrong order was taken and even after the 98th attempt, when everything seemed right, we still sometimes received the wrong products. Sorry, but no one needs that.

I've never visited such a bad Burger King in my life. The Fanta was rotten (it was green/brown) and simply tasted stale. The drive in took us almost an hour even though we only ordered 2 burgers, fries and a drink. Then one of the burgers was missing, I have no idea how to do something like that - there were hardly any other guests there. There was no apology or a “sorry, but it’s taking a little longer today” and we weren’t even greeted. Disgusting. I wouldn't eat there again for any money in the world.

25 minutes waiting time for 3 Menus to eat in is a little bit too much for a fast food. For that long waiting time we could have eaten at a restaurant...that is why it is called Fast food!!. What also surprised me is that they served numbers which in order where 20 after ours. Very disappointed

Freshly made salad, freshly fried burgers, plenty of toppings. What more could you want? Oh yes - a tablet for transporting food in the restaurant. But they had run out...😉 The service person behind the counter seemed unmotivated, but was correct. All in all: OK!

Cold fries, puny citizens, bad taste, Burger King is even worse than McDonald's. Not again so soon.

Catastrophe at lunchtime during the week!!! Only one cash register occupied - long queue! (Although more staff behind the counter) You will be asked to use your own ordering machine... If you just want a single cheeseburger, you can't do it without being a computer scientist... Takes over 5 minutes. To order, you are constantly asked to buy a drink even though you don't want one... ect. etc. Conclusion for me never again, lunch break too short for such nonsense! Go to the competition in the future. It's a shame, just because of the stupid self-ordering machine.

I went to Burger King for dinner around 10:20am to eat the new Brito menu. There were a lot of people there and I ordered 4 Britos. It didn't even come out after ten minutes, and I just made burgers inside. After about 20 minutes, all I could hear was the sound of themselves fighting inside and people, including me, watching outside. After 30 minutes I asked when my order would arrive so I told you to look in the kitchen now. I don't know and I'll cancel it if you want. I waited the whole time because it was a waste of time but the food was ready around 11:10 which was 40 minutes later and then someone like the manager came and waited for a long time so they said they would give me coffee or ice cream give but I didn't want to eat it so I just took what I ordered. There seems to be a problem with the system that responds to guests and education for people working outside or people making food inside seems to be absolutely necessary. It takes 40 minutes to eat something simple at a fast food restaurant...

Neither burger nor king - just disappointing You know what it's like - you're still hungry after a nice evening in HD and are looking forward to a burger. Never again at Burger King. You are just a number. Orders go through terminals. This probably saves time and money. Yes - the world is efficiently digital today. Humanity, dialogue and personal communication are no longer popular. This may also have something to do with the fact that many employees at King don't speak German fluently. Very practical. We selected our burger digitally and chose analog payment at the checkout. First mistake. After thirty minutes of waiting and constantly looking hopefully at the scoreboard, we found out - without payment, no number on the scoreboard, no burger. Everyone else in line had probably paid digitally. Now if you think - we would have gotten our burger quickly? None! The two waitresses (they didn't want to tell us their names - I only have photos) lacked any empathy. For them only numbers count - and now I was the last number of many. The first people who came with us had already left the restaurant full. There was only one. Cancel and get your money back. Anyone who now thinks that happened quickly - again, nothing. Another 5 minutes passed and only after very energetic words did Hasan Wali come. Am I deluded by my impression or did one of the employees deliberately want to put me on the back burner? But at least he had a name tag. He had zero customer orientation - Sorry Hasan. I would have thought that at least you would have received some training. I was treated as a pariah. I got my money back but in what tone? They didn't want to show me the receipt anymore - how am I supposed to know exactly what I paid? Conclusion: the best burgers are those grilled at home. In the end they go faster and taste even better o:)

Coupon doesn't work here and everything I wanted wasn't available (strawberry shake) I can't take branches that don't accept coupons anyway, not once and never again

Underground service. We waited 45 minutes for our food. And we weren't the only ones. The drive in was given preferential treatment. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately not very productive. Never again without a car...

Nowadays, there is no longer a line at the counter to place orders, everything is reduced to an LED screen, a couple of photos and that's it, swiping the card or whatever digital media you have available! The food, what can I say? Burger King, you know what you're getting!

The food was dry and anything but good. The preparation took a very long time. The tables, floor and toilets were dirty. It's better to drive a little further to the competition with the golden M.

I ordered a delicious vegan burger here for lunch 3 years ago, there was nothing going on, it still took a while, but the taste was very good.

No good day, no goodbye. Eating took a long time even though no one was working. You had a great chat, but not with the customer. The owner probably doesn't care because it's been like this for a while.

Food was always cold and the fries were often missing. It was also addressed but never improved.

Drive in wait was bearable. The meal was complete and warm.

Pick up via drive in. Unfortunately, I didn't check what was handed over to me again. I then noticed that things were missing. Unfortunately this has happened several times. Here you should always check whether what was ordered is being handed over.

Friendly boss and friendly employees

Unfortunately, it has diminished significantly. Hygiene and food as usual at Burger King, okay overall. Since the introduction of the order terminals, waiting times have been really long, not just at peak times. The employees stand on each other's feet, sort trays back and forth and wait for the food. Total chaos. The staff overall is very friendly, but seems very overwhelmed. Yesterday I ordered a drink in a reusable cup. Apparently there weren't any, but I didn't get my deposit back either, it's only two euros but it's still annoying... I was always happy to be there but not anymore for now, maybe better times will come again

Unfortunately you can't give any negative points here... We (2 adults and 2 children) were there last night. The staff is totally overwhelmed with everything and can't keep up with the orders. Only 2 high chairs, far too few for the size of the restaurant. The orders were mixed up, the food was anything but fresh, and my stomach is still spinning today. They really need to get a visit from the health department. Oh yes..almost forgot, the staff at the checkout should at least speak German..

Food baba but staff was very slow

Last Sunday I went here with my daughter for a late snack after training. We each ordered a chili cheese buger to take away. The lady who served us was very friendly and the food was prepared quickly. There was nothing to complain about here. The atmosphere was dingy and very chaotic, which is why we didn't feel like staying here any longer than necessary. The burgers were a bit strange in taste, but we didn't think anything of it since we rarely go to Burger King. Now we've both been sick since Sunday night, I can only guess whether that has something to do with the food. Thank you for nothing, Burger King.

Great veggie burgers at the regular price, refill station with lots of things, long opening hours - unfortunately not very organized staff, ie. Sometimes you wait until the burgers are cold, even though they have been in the kitchen for a long time. This is probably also due to how strongly drive through is prioritized.

Regular Burger King. Burger carelessly, sometimes incorrectly topped. Now relatively expensive. If necessary you can eat it.
