It's a great place to go for Sunday lunch! There's plenty of room to eat there, and the soda comes with a refill!

Unfortunately, tables are often dirty. I was embarrassed in front of my child!! Update 3 months later - the cleanliness is absolutely abysmal, inside and out. Unfortunately, I went there again to eat with my children. A waitress, chubby in build and with tattooed arms, threw the food onto the tray with such listlessness that I wanted to leave. I stayed for the sake of the children. The manager who runs around among the staff, making sure the pizzas are served correctly, should take a look at the bigger picture and take action. Burger King used to be a pleasant experience, now it's a disaster. Next time we'd rather go to Mandy's next door.

I ordered without cheese and got everything covered in cheese. I feel very cheated because I ordered it at the counter without cheese and it was late in the evening. It feels like cheating for my money, especially since I can't tolerate cheese and unfortunately only noticed this at home. Burger King has good food and plenty of seating because there are two levels where you can sit, so you don't have to wait long, and there's a drive-thru.

Probably the best Burger King I've been to so far. Refillable cups with a huge selection of drinks. Great building. Quite clean, too. The food didn't take long to arrive. The only downside: it's inconvenient and unpleasant to walk to.

The food is fast food, but it's okay. The vending machine is a great feature; it's been the reason I've come here several times. At the drive-thru, your order is usually correct, except for a few minor errors with the sauces. Since the introduction of the terminal, ordering has improved significantly. The branch and restrooms are clean...special requests are honored. Orders are prepared quickly. The parking lot is large and always free. I can recommend the branch.

Most people there don't speak a word of German and setting up a meal usually takes me more than 30 minutes. Today I also came by and immediately regretted it because they took 42 minutes just for a Coke even though the store is almost empty.

I ordered via Lieferando yesterday, and after the food still hadn't arrived two hours later, I called them. They told me no order had been received and that I should contact Lieferando, as the problem was on their side. I contacted them right away, and they just said they would take care of it. Another hour later, the driver suddenly appeared at my door and handed me my order. When I asked why the order had arrived now, I just shrugged. A quick glance in the bag showed that the order wasn't even complete... so all in all, a really interesting evening.

Today we had a really positive experience at the drive in for a long time. Ms. Polat was still full of energy and very accommodating, even at a very late hour. What would you expect from a Burger King at the train station.

I've order from here several times if not more time than that, almost everytime I order they leave my fries out or send me the wrong food and today was the first time I called to let them know this happens alot and they didn't help me or fix the problem at all. They also just wanted to get me off the phone as they couldn't be bothered to fix their mistakes so I'd use a different burger king if you can. As most likely you wont get what you paid for and they won't help rectify the issue.

The lady at the drive-in was very unfriendly and disoriented to customers. No accommodation whatsoever after a clear mistake on your part. Look, it's a shame! Already had a much more positive experience at BK!

Been back to Burger King for a while. I decided to do this despite the scandalous reports about hygiene in some branches. Unfortunately I was massively disappointed. I paid over 18 euros for the menu with extra bacon and cheese and wasn't full. The meat was also burned. Looking back, I'm annoyed that I didn't let it go back.

Products advertised on boards at the restaurant are not available at all, and when asked, employees respond condescendingly.

The burger was delicious, the fries were crispy and it was delivered quickly. The upper floor has a good view and all in all a clean shop.

Called Burger King November 17, 2024. Around 6:00 p.m. I asked if we might have forgotten our bag there because we ate there because I couldn't understand the man on the phone.
