Burger King in Heidelberg

I ordered two veggie burgers but got 2 burgers with meat. I had to pay for a new veggie burger instead of exchanging her mistake and it had bones in it. Totally disgusting

Delicious burgers and nice staff, a drinks machine to fill and mix the different flavors yourself (cherry etc.) is available, just great :-) Update June 2024: Order machines have now been set up in the entrance area and accept vouchers from the app.

It was quick and the atmosphere was good but unfortunately everything was a bit dry

DON'T GO HERE. I've been waiting for my food for 50 minutes. The employee doesn't speak German and generally has no idea.

All I can say is complete catastrophe. The displays are terrible because you had to press them numerous times until the system responded. Then the wrong order was taken and even after the 98th attempt, when everything seemed right, we still sometimes received the wrong products. Sorry, but no one needs that.

I've never visited such a bad Burger King in my life. The Fanta was rotten (it was green/brown) and simply tasted stale. The drive in took us almost an hour even though we only ordered 2 burgers, fries and a drink. Then one of the burgers was missing, I have no idea how to do something like that - there were hardly any other guests there. There was no apology or a “sorry, but it’s taking a little longer today” and we weren’t even greeted. Disgusting. I wouldn't eat there again for any money in the world.

25 minutes waiting time for 3 Menus to eat in is a little bit too much for a fast food. For that long waiting time we could have eaten at a restaurant...that is why it is called Fast food!!. What also surprised me is that they served numbers which in order where 20 after ours. Very disappointed

Freshly made salad, freshly fried burgers, plenty of toppings. What more could you want? Oh yes - a tablet for transporting food in the restaurant. But they had run out...😉 The service person behind the counter seemed unmotivated, but was correct. All in all: OK!

Cold fries, puny citizens, bad taste, Burger King is even worse than McDonald's. Not again so soon.

Catastrophe at lunchtime during the week!!! Only one cash register occupied - long queue! (Although more staff behind the counter) You will be asked to use your own ordering machine... If you just want a single cheeseburger, you can't do it without being a computer scientist... Takes over 5 minutes. To order, you are constantly asked to buy a drink even though you don't want one... ect. etc. Conclusion for me never again, lunch break too short for such nonsense! Go to the competition in the future. It's a shame, just because of the stupid self-ordering machine.

I went to Burger King for dinner around 10:20am to eat the new Brito menu. There were a lot of people there and I ordered 4 Britos. It didn't even come out after ten minutes, and I just made burgers inside. After about 20 minutes, all I could hear was the sound of themselves fighting inside and people, including me, watching outside. After 30 minutes I asked when my order would arrive so I told you to look in the kitchen now. I don't know and I'll cancel it if you want. I waited the whole time because it was a waste of time but the food was ready around 11:10 which was 40 minutes later and then someone like the manager came and waited for a long time so they said they would give me coffee or ice cream give but I didn't want to eat it so I just took what I ordered. There seems to be a problem with the system that responds to guests and education for people working outside or people making food inside seems to be absolutely necessary. It takes 40 minutes to eat something simple at a fast food restaurant...

Neither burger nor king - just disappointing You know what it's like - you're still hungry after a nice evening in HD and are looking forward to a burger. Never again at Burger King. You are just a number. Orders go through terminals. This probably saves time and money. Yes - the world is efficiently digital today. Humanity, dialogue and personal communication are no longer popular. This may also have something to do with the fact that many employees at King don't speak German fluently. Very practical. We selected our burger digitally and chose analog payment at the checkout. First mistake. After thirty minutes of waiting and constantly looking hopefully at the scoreboard, we found out - without payment, no number on the scoreboard, no burger. Everyone else in line had probably paid digitally. Now if you think - we would have gotten our burger quickly? None! The two waitresses (they didn't want to tell us their names - I only have photos) lacked any empathy. For them only numbers count - and now I was the last number of many. The first people who came with us had already left the restaurant full. There was only one. Cancel and get your money back. Anyone who now thinks that happened quickly - again, nothing. Another 5 minutes passed and only after very energetic words did Hasan Wali come. Am I deluded by my impression or did one of the employees deliberately want to put me on the back burner? But at least he had a name tag. He had zero customer orientation - Sorry Hasan. I would have thought that at least you would have received some training. I was treated as a pariah. I got my money back but in what tone? They didn't want to show me the receipt anymore - how am I supposed to know exactly what I paid? Conclusion: the best burgers are those grilled at home. In the end they go faster and taste even better o:)

Coupon doesn't work here and everything I wanted wasn't available (strawberry shake) I can't take branches that don't accept coupons anyway, not once and never again

Nowadays, there is no longer a line at the counter to place orders, everything is reduced to an LED screen, a couple of photos and that's it, swiping the card or whatever digital media you have available! The food, what can I say? Burger King, you know what you're getting!

Quick and easy. After a visit to the SNP Dome, it's ideal for a quick snack.

The food was dry and anything but good. The preparation took a very long time. The tables, floor and toilets were dirty. It's better to drive a little further to the competition with the golden M.

I ordered a delicious vegan burger here for lunch 3 years ago, there was nothing going on, it still took a while, but the taste was very good.

No good day, no goodbye. Eating took a long time even though no one was working. You had a great chat, but not with the customer. The owner probably doesn't care because it's been like this for a while.

Food was always cold and the fries were often missing. It was also addressed but never improved.

Drive in wait was bearable. The meal was complete and warm.

Friendly boss and friendly employees

Unfortunately, it has diminished significantly. Hygiene and food as usual at Burger King, okay overall. Since the introduction of the order terminals, waiting times have been really long, not just at peak times. The employees stand on each other's feet, sort trays back and forth and wait for the food. Total chaos. The staff overall is very friendly, but seems very overwhelmed. Yesterday I ordered a drink in a reusable cup. Apparently there weren't any, but I didn't get my deposit back either, it's only two euros but it's still annoying... I was always happy to be there but not anymore for now, maybe better times will come again

Unfortunately you can't give any negative points here... We (2 adults and 2 children) were there last night. The staff is totally overwhelmed with everything and can't keep up with the orders. Only 2 high chairs, far too few for the size of the restaurant. The orders were mixed up, the food was anything but fresh, and my stomach is still spinning today. They really need to get a visit from the health department. Oh yes..almost forgot, the staff at the checkout should at least speak German..

Last Sunday I went here with my daughter for a late snack after training. We each ordered a chili cheese buger to take away. The lady who served us was very friendly and the food was prepared quickly. There was nothing to complain about here. The atmosphere was dingy and very chaotic, which is why we didn't feel like staying here any longer than necessary. The burgers were a bit strange in taste, but we didn't think anything of it since we rarely go to Burger King. Now we've both been sick since Sunday night, I can only guess whether that has something to do with the food. Thank you for nothing, Burger King.

Great veggie burgers at the regular price, refill station with lots of things, long opening hours - unfortunately not very organized staff, ie. Tja, was soll ich dazu sagen ... angeblich sind die Scanner kaputt/defekt aaaalllllsso wird auch die Payback Karte nicht registriert, Kundenservice so "lala" und ich habe kein gutes Gefühl mehr da drin etwas zu konsumieren! Ok seit langer Zeit mal wieder dort gewesen und darf sagen: sehr nette Angestellte und das Essen war schön warm.

Os ingredientes parecem ser frescos, muito saborosos. As crianças adoraram os nugetes de frango, estavam crocante, sem estar queimados.

Das einzigste Burgerking indem immer das personal freundlich ist und noch nie was vergessen hat !

- Essen: immer frisch, schmeckt wie es sollte. Coupons werden angenommen. Es gibt einen Getränkeautomat wo man sich immer wieder nachfüllen kann. Es gibt besondere Geschmacksrichtungen wie z. B. Cola - Limette. - Personal: ist freundlich und vor allem schnell. Es herscht keine Hektik oder schlechte Laune wie es normalerweise in Fastfood restaurants zu erwarten ist. - Ambiente: der BK ist zweistöckig und die Tische sind immer sauber. Ich mag es oben zu sitzen und nach draußen zu schauen. Im Sommer gibt es einen großen Bereich zum draußen sitzen, allerdings direkt an der Straße. Dieser BK ist überdurchschnittlich gut. 5 Sterne!

Typischer moderner Burgerking. Essen ist gut, verfügt über 2 Mix Getränke Automaten.

Personal ist freundlich, nur hat es beim letzten Besuch leider überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Soggy Pommes, kalter Burger. Ambiente ist Burger King typisch. Kann man nostalgisch mögen oder auch nicht.

Es war keine Überragende Erfahrung. Aber für einen Burger King Besuch schon 4 Sterne. Das Highlight war der Getränke Refill Automat.

중앙역에 있는 버거킹에 비해 크고 깔끔하고 자리도 넉넉하고 편리합니다. 드라이브쓰루도 가능합니다. 하이델베르크에서는 특히나 늦은 시간까지 문을 여는 몇 없는 장소입니다.

Schade was aus dem Laden wurde. Anfangs zur Eröffnung waren oben noch tolle rote, bequeme Sofasitze und nicht nur eine einzige Kasse war geöffnet. Das Essen schmeckt, aber man muss an der Kasse länger warten. Freundlichkeit ist meist nicht vorhanden.

Keine Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Die neuen Nuggets sind super - Mini-Schnitzelchen! Der Getränkeautomat mit 1000 Geschmacksrichtungen ist Geschmackssache ;)

Ist lecker gewesen, nur traurig dass es am Getränkeautomaten nur noch Fanta gab. Sonst keine Getränkesorten

Gut für den schnellen Hunger. Alte Filiale und extrem lange Wartezeiten am Abend.

Man wartet sehr lange in der Schlange, dann nochmal nach der Bestellung. Dafür scheint das Essen entgegen der vielen Burger King Skandale hier frisch zubereitet zu werden. Trotz Immunschwäche habe ich nie Probleme mit dem Magen bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind freundlich, aber klar überarbeitet. Tolle Auswahl an Zero und normalen Softdrinks!

Essen so wie es typisch für Burger King ist. In diesem Laden bin ich leider sehr auf dem Kriegsfuss mit dem Getränkeautomaten. Viele Geschmackssorten sind nicht verfügbar, und es ist unmöglich das Eis richtig zu dosieren. Sauberkeit ist okay. Service ist mittelmäßig, man muss oft recht lange warten.

Essen wie überall bei BK. Service war in Ordnung, wirkte aber zwischendurch etwas überfordert. Deswegen lange Wartezeiten vor der Theke.
