McDonald's in Heidelberg

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein großes Lob an das McDonald’s-Team! Ich war heute im McDrive und schon bei der Bestellung wurde ich positiv überrascht. Die Mitarbeiterin oder der Mitarbeiter hatte eine außergewöhnlich angenehme Stimme – fast wie eine Radio- oder Fernsehmoderation. So freundlich und professionell hört man das wirklich selten. Die Bestellung hat perfekt geklappt, das Essen war in Ordnung und der Service war schnell und freundlich. McDonald’s kann sich glücklich schätzen, solche Mitarbeiter im Team zu haben. Vielen Dank und macht weiter so!

Das ist super, weil es einen Drive-in gibt und es in der Nähe des Hotels liegt!

Der Kellner war sehr nett und das Essen kam sehr schnell.

Essen ist super lecker und sauber Mitarbeiter sind super lieb und das Design ist auch toll

36 °C draußen und im Restaurant herrscht gefühlt Saunabetrieb. Da fragt man sich schon, ob die Klimaanlage nur für die kalten Wintermonate gedacht ist oder ob sie lediglich als teures Ausstellungsstück dient. Es ist erstaunlich, dass man bei solchen Temperaturen offenbar der Meinung ist, Gäste und Mitarbeiter könnten einfach in der Hitze ausharren. Service und Komfort sehen jedenfalls anders aus.

Essen war sehr heiß 😅 Service war gut. Ambiente war okay, der innere Spielbereich war sehr enttäuschend, der äußere sah vielversprechend aus leider war das Spielgefährten von der Sonne unnormal aufgeheizt und war dadurch unbespielbar .

Sehr ruhig, essen ist sehr heiß. Dazu ist das Personal auch sehr freundlich.

Unfreundlich und letzlich konnte ich gar nichts bestellen, weil der Typ schon an der Rezeption Mega voll war

Unverschämt, fast 2h auf eine Bestellung gewartet, wohne eigentlich nicht weit weg und die Lieferzeit wurde ständig nach hinten geändert, was man ja nicht ahnen kann. Verstehe diesen Service einfach nicht, denn das ist kein Service.

Totvoll alles ok so aber die haben mir mein Eis nicht gegeben was bestellt wurde, einfach fehlende produkte und dass die preise eh noch zu teuer sind, bin nochimmer sauer

Der personal war zu schlecht ich wollte nur meine 250 punkte haben die ich für meine erste bestellung haben wollte habe aber nur 20 punkte bekommen 🤬🤬🤬

Ich bestellte einen tropischen Drink mit Tapiokaperlen, aber als ich nach einem Strohhalm fragte, hieß es, die gäbe es nur für Milchshakes. Ich verstehe nicht, wie ich an die Toppings am Boden kommen soll, wenn sie unter einer Eisschicht begraben sind. Ziemlich enttäuschend.

Ein erstaunlich angenehmes McDonald’s Restaurant. Sehr freundliche Bedienung die die Bestellung an den Tisch bringt. Alles sehr sauber und auch optisch schön gestaltet. Ich habe meinen morgendlichen Cappuccino sehr genossen ❤️🌈🍀🤗🙏

Das Essen ist nicht so zubereitet wie es für gewöhnlich sein soll...manchmal sehr lauwarm oder fast kalt. Das Personal ist nicht immer freundlich. Öffnungszeiten stimmen nicht immer, sehr unzuverlässige Angaben. Ich werde das Restaurant zukünftig meiden. Nicht unbedingt meiner Meinung nach zu empfehlen.

Guter ort für 3 stunden kostenfreies relativ schnellem Wifi ,dazwischen kann man auch noch ein paar Burger zu sich nehmen. Wer braucht Workspaces ; )

Top essen, top Service... Viel besser als früher!

Hier gibt es die besten Pommes und einen perfekt zubereiteten Hamburger. Das Personal ist super, und der Laden ist immer sauber und ordentlich. Ich wünsche Ihnen viel Erfolg. Victoria.

Alle Mac & Don's-Filialen sind furchtbar, und diese hier ist die schlimmste der Welt. Meine beiden Cheeseburger sehen aus, als hätte sie ein Blinder zubereitet. Sie schmecken auch nicht besser. Man muss extra für die winzigen Ketchup-Päckchen bezahlen. Meiden Sie diesen Laden wie die Pest!

Habe heute morgen einen Big Morning Farmer gefrühstückt. Nach dem Essen wurde es mir schlecht. Als ich Zuhause ankam saß ich den ganzen Tag auf und vor der Toilette ! Übelkeit und erbrechen. Nicht schön und nicht nochmal.

Wäre schön wenn der Ketchup im Burger ist und nicht überall anders

Personal war total überfordert Essen dauert ewig und natürlich die Tische musste man wieder selber reinigen

In diesem McDonald’s erlebt man Gastfreundschaft wo immer man sich befindet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, unsere Bestellung kam heiß, mit einem Lächeln direkt an unseren Tisch. Nach kurze Zeit wurden wir gefragt, ob alles passt. Alles war sehr sauber und man spürt, dass das Team liebt was es macht. Diese Einstellung zur Arbeit und zu dem Umgang mit den Gästen habe ich bei McDonald’s noch nie erlebt. Chapeau!

Kaufland ist einfach mein Favorit

Hier arbeiten die besten Fachkräfte. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem Mann, der mich und meinen Freund um 23:00 Uhr bedient hat.

Es gibt immer einen Parkplatz und man kann sein E-Auto an der Schnellladesäule laden.

Die McDonald’s Filiale in der Heidelberger Weststadt zählt für mich zu den besten.. Der neue Betreiber ist aufmerksam, engagiert und legt großen Wert auf guten Service und gleichbleibende Qualität. Das Team tritt freundlich und motiviert auf, die Bestellungen werden zügig und zuverlässig bearbeitet und der Gastraum ist stets gepflegt. Die Speisen entsprechen dem, was man erwartet: frisch zubereitet und angenehm heiß. Insgesamt merkt man deutlich, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird.

Hervorragend! Das Team war extrem freundlich, gut gelaunt und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Bestellung ging schnell, alles war heiß und ordentlich zubereitet. Der Inhaber hat uns zudem persönlich bedient und unserem Kind etwas zum malen angeboten. So einen Service erlebt man leider nicht überall. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Weiter so!

Ich habe online in der App Frühstück zum Abholen bestellt, war um 10:33 Uhr vor Ort und habe meine Bestellung nicht erhalten, obwohl ich sie wenige Minuten vorher aufgeben konnte. Das kann nicht wahr sein. Mein Mittagessen hole ich ab sofort auch woanders.

McDonald's wie man ihn kennt. Es gibt hier im hinteren Bereich einen tiefergelegenen Bereich zum Sitzen, hat Wintergartenatmosphäre, Mal was anderes. Ansonsten ist die Bestellung über die App und Bedienung am Tisch natürlich phantastisch und für ein Schnellrestaurant toll. Die Burger wurden frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich top, gibt nichts zu meckern ☺️

Ich war heute hier und bin wirklich positiv überrascht! Besonders der Wintergarten sorgt für eine tolle, entspannte Atmosphäre, in der man sich richtig wohlfühlt. Das Essen war gewohnt gut, aber was den Unterschied macht, ist das super freundliche Personal. Für Kinder gibt es ein tolles Klettergerüst (war heute wegen des Schnees leider zu, sieht aber top aus). Komme definitiv gerne wieder!

Der Manager hat es nicht verstanden wie man mit Kunden umgeht.

Das Personal spricht größtenteils nur Deutsch, und einige Angestellte sind unfreundlich. Das Restaurant ist fußläufig von einer Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle erreichbar. Die Qualität des Essens ist durchschnittlich. Das Lokal ist sauber und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

I'm currently sitting here in the restaurant and there was a slight issue with my online order because the coffee machine is out of service due to maintenance. The shift manager resolved this perfectly. Thank you very much.

Absolute disaster of a place... I ordered food from them for delivery for the umpteenth time... just like tonight... And again everything was cold,... even though I booked priority delivery with Uber and paid extra... The same thing happened with Lieferando in the past... everything was cold and disgusting!!!!! That was the last time.

There was hair in the food, and you are accused of having put it in the food yourself.

We ordered McNuggets but they forgot to deliver the sauce. The Pommes taste like they were from yesterday. This was my worst experience with McDonald.

It's a real shame that they're supposedly open until 3 a.m. on Sundays. I walked there from the train station and found the doors locked. At least I was able to order via McDonald's Drive-Thru. However, several people without cars turned around. The employee was friendly.

Never in my life have I been treated so rudely in a restaurant as in this McDonald's. We were there at 11:50 pm and ordered to eat in. The cashier told me that only takeout was available because they were closing. I asked why, since the website said they were open until 3 am. At that point, an employee came running out of the kitchen and yelled at me that only the drive-thru was open until 3 am. I have never encountered such a tone or such an unfriendly manner. It's simply unbelievable... I will never set foot in that McDonald's again.

Sometimes the tables are still dirty, but otherwise quite a good standard for a McDonald's and super great table service that clears your trays.

I've been there three times now and I have to say everything was always fresh, which isn't the case at McDonald's here in Reutlingen. Everything was always freshly prepared and they were very quick at cooking. That's how it should be; your franchise colleagues could learn a thing or two from them.

You get what you pay for. Always loving it.

I was there today, September 26, 2025, and ordered a small item. A smiling employee greeted me with chocolate chips. I thought, "How sweet is that?" All the employees noticed me and greeted me warmly. My order was processed quickly. I left with a smile on my face. I've rarely experienced such a great team and such good service. Thank you!! Keep it up!!

Many standard products have not been available for days...

We were there at 2:30 a.m. on September 13th. The employee was very good—decent and pleasant. I give him 5 stars for his service at the McDrive.

I would like to once again thank the Mc's crew here in Heidelberg for this exclusive and princely dinner and best wishes from Mannheim 🔵⚫️💪, can only be recommended and we will definitely 💯 be back.

The food came quickly, the staff were friendly, but it deducted one star because the restaurant was dirty. The burger was beautifully presented and the fries were warm.

We're a Spanish family of six traveling through Germany. Today we went for breakfast and were served by Martín and a friend, both very kind. But we especially want to thank Martín for being incredibly attentive to us. We'll be back for dinner thanks to his wonderful service. Service makes all the difference, even at McDonald's. You don't expect much from McDonald's, but the store is completely deserted even though there are only two customers in the store.

I prefer KFC over this any day. The customer service is not that good and the food is not good. I really hope they can lock in and make their food better and make the customer feel good and get a good experience for them and make it a priority to make the food good and healthy and not just for them and the customers are very happy and they will appreciate the service they are doing to them as much and will appreciate the effort.

I was very satisfied with my visit to McDonald's. The burgers were fresh and well-prepared, as you'd expect from a good McDonald's. The food was prepared quickly, so there was hardly any waiting time, which is especially nice during the lunch break. The service was particularly positive: The employees were friendly, attentive, and cheerful, which made the visit much more pleasant. The cleanliness was also top-notch, both in the dining area and in the restrooms, which is unfortunately not a given everywhere these days. All in all, a thoroughly successful visit. This is what you'd expect from a good McDonald's!

Ordered a Double Big Mac. It was ready quickly, but not cooked correctly. The service was good; I received a new one right away.

Every now and then, it's necessary. It was clean, my food was delivered, and I enjoyed my stay.

Well-kept, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the food has declined. The fries are now soggy. The shakes are no longer filled to the brim.

One of the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to! Clean and nice furnishings, good atmosphere. Coffee came in ceramic cups. Food is decent.

Wednesday, June 4, 2025, 2:17 p.m. Staff rather unfriendly and flippant. The Chicken Big Mac was rather thrown together. Given the service and food quality, this was a definite no-go.

Had food delivered. Burger and fries were cold. The burger was flying around in pieces in my bag. The highlight was the long, black hair on the burger patty. The delivery also arrived very late. That wasn't food, that was simply an insult. I'm speechless.

Compared to other McDonald's restaurants, this one is quite nicely decorated. The selection and service are the same as at all other branches, but the young man who brought the food was very friendly.

Typical McDonald's. Unfortunately, more and more people are leaving their trays and trash behind.

A great store. Plenty of parking is available. The restrooms are very clean. I forgot something once, and there was no long discussion. It was replaced immediately and easily. :)

I'm not saying anything, the one with the giant birthmark was more than unfriendly. They were all students who wanted a few euros.

I don't know if you've already noticed, but we have right-hand traffic in Germany. This means cars park on the right if they have to wait. This also applies to McDonald's. What kind of VP planned the passage.

I was there spontaneously yesterday, but I have to say that the staff was really nice and friendly 👍🏻 and even though it was my first time there, I was really surprised that the employee even showed me where the toilets were because I didn't know where exactly they were supposed to be. 👍🏻 -> and not McDonald’s like in Weinheim Bergstrasse! The employees there are very unfriendly!!

After waiting for an hour it was canceled and now nothing is open. You really are the last thing. As if you couldn't cancel straight away. Real bastard move.

The McDonald's is overall okay, just a typical McDonald's. There is also a small playground for the children.

Opening hours until 1:00 a.m. At 12:15 a.m., a chain, barely visible in the darkness, is already hanging in the driveway. There's also a curb in the driveway. The other entrance is blocked off by a barrier. Everyone inside is already cleaning up.

Dear McDonald’s team in Kilsheim Heidelberg, I would like to express my disappointment with your opening hours on weekends. It is very annoying that your restaurant closes at midnight and after that you can only order via McDrive. This excludes many customers who travel on foot or by bike. Especially on weekends, when a lot of people are out and about, it would be desirable for the restaurant to stay open longer or at least to be able to order indoors after midnight. Very nice McDonald’s. I usually visit during the week for breakfast or lunch. Staff is always kind, courteous, and respectful. Food is good for fast food. It’s consistent. There are some healthy options and the Cafe is always nice and stocked.

I can recommend it, the cleaning staff is very attentive and as soon as something is dirty they clean it up.

Good and well-maintained branch. The McDrive is definitely not recommended with a large car.

Check your MC Drive order before you go home... Forgotten toys, mixed up your order, the meat patty was completely missing from a burger... Employees are mostly okay, but a long-time employee (male) is becoming more and more the reason why you shouldn't eat there anymore. (unhöflich, polternd, teils handgreiflich)
