McDonald's in Heidelberg

The best McDonald's in town. Burgers fresh and fries hot. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.

McDonald's as we know it. There is a lower area at the back where you can sit, it has a winter garden atmosphere, something different. Otherwise, ordering via the app and service at the table is of course fantastic and great for a fast food restaurant. The burgers were freshly prepared and tasted great, nothing to complain about ☺️

Many thanks especially to the staff. I ate there with my brother and the staff made us very welcome.

Sorry, how can I eat here? Pure chaos, food was literally lost. After a good hour including complaints, we got the money refunded. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Good and well-maintained branch. The McDrive is definitely not recommended with a large car.

Check your MC Drive order before you go home... Forgotten toys, mixed up your order, the meat patty was completely missing from a burger... Employees are mostly okay, but a long-time employee (male) is becoming more and more the reason why you shouldn't eat there anymore. (unhöflich, polternd, teils handgreiflich)

Completely unsuitable staff throughout the store. Point 1 You order at the terminal and are interrupted and sent away because the “nice” cleaning person sends you away because he absolutely has to clean there now… Point 2. This “love” when it comes to burgers (see picture) is incredible. And you pay just under €15 for that This branch is rude. Actually, one star is too many for this juice shop.

The service person named Hasan Kara is the best servant I have ever seen. He is friendly, nice and brings the food to the table excellently

Ich bin aus Heidelberg, und der Service in diesen Mc Donalds ist furchtbar, Bedienung sind nie freundlich ausser 1 oder 2 Mitarbeiter, dann bekommt man zum Cappuccino kein Hahnen Wasser mehr dazu ,nur zu Espresso ergibt keinen Sinn ,ausserdem mittags Böden kleben Tische schmutzig ,es macht kein Spaß mehr in diesem Mc Donalds es sollten mehr Kontrollen erfolgen auch zwecks Sauberkeit der Toiletten ,ekelig, alles in allem fahre lieber zu Mc Donalds nach Kirchheim

It's just a McDonald's. Fast food for a lot of money... when I think about the fact that last Friday I had a huge piece of cod fillet with risotto and salad in a restaurant for €11 and today I had a burger and (cold) fries for €20... here comes it you start to ponder.

Got food poisoning after eating there.......nausea, diarrhea, stomach aches & fever.

Even worse is it with the prices, irrational changes to the menu without drinks or without french fries? And even more expensive because of it. We're out! Sorry, but the toilets stink of urine, the floor is sticky, the tiles on the floor look awful. There is no one to wipe the tables anymore, in fact all the tables outside are dirty! At the prices that the Mackie now charges for the same performance as ever! Hardly any customers left, I'm no longer surprised!

Fast service, good drinks, great burgers

Friendly staff, helped me with my coupons. The food is good, and the place is usually not too crowded. The toilets are very clean and the rest of the restaurant is also clean.

what can you say. it's just megges. But what unfortunately happens too often is that special requests for food are not taken into account due to intolerances and then I get food delivered that I can't eat and I then have to throw it away... I would really like that again see what is sent out :)

It's just a McDonald's as we know it. If you drive past you can go in, but I wouldn't go there now.

Sorry that I drove into the barrier chain, which was still stretched invisibly over the exit in a dark place after it opened ~7'10 / weekday. Luckily, after the chain had already taken half of the car, I noticed it and was shocked to free myself from it by reversing. My tip: Maybe you should remove the chain when you open and not just when the first customer drives into it. Something like that is incredibly careless 😒

A very dirty food and very strict employee and the Iranian employee is very disrespectful and just go there

My husband and I used to really enjoy ordering there. Today it was a no go. Burgers were cold and the nuggets were stone hard, as if they had been warmed up again in a microwave. After an event like that, I don't think we'll get something to eat there again and switch to the competition... it was a real shame...

We ate there on Sunday...afterwards I had nausea and severe stomach pain when I got home. This branch also has a problem with the lack of cleanliness: dirty toilets, dirty tables, garbage on the floor, etc. Absolutely cleaner than many other branches of this chain!!!

Hello, I wanted to come at 2:20 and have something to eat because Google says it's open until 3:00. As soon as I arrived in front of the store the lights went out. Now I have to starve, you really liked me.🥲 Please update opening times!

Unfortunately it is rather remote or a little bit away from the main train station as a pedestrian, but can definitely be reached within 15-20 minutes. Has a parking lot with around 15-20 spaces, has an integrated drive in and a McCafé. You get your food quickly, delivered to your table and the staff are friendly. Much cleaner than many other branches of this chain.

The opening hours are not right we only get food on the drive in we can not sit inside.

Sooo sports fans Unfortunately the food was cold today and the drinks were warm. The service was extremely unfriendly and we were given the wrong food despite the late time. When we asked we were insulted and we were turned away despite the receipt. The ambience was only worth 3 stars because a good friend accompanied me and calmed me down. In conclusion, I would come to the conclusion that despite the lack of hygiene and inadequate service, we will not be returning. LG Ps: make it better

A fast food restaurant. It was very warm inside, outside temperature 31 degrees and outside it was very dirty.

My wife, our daughter and I went to this McDonalds late Tuesday afternoon. At the next table were two very nice women of advanced age who had been searching through the restaurant trash for carelessly thrown away competition stamps. My wife redeemed these tokens using her app, and when her limit was reached I used my app. Unfortunately we couldn't redeem all the tokens because the restaurant manager forbade this. It would be good for a company like McDonalds to serve a menu "pro bono" to those who are obviously in need without them having to dig through the trash. A disgrace in my eyes.

I don't leave comments often after McDonald's, but this one deserves 5 stars. Fast, clean, staff is smiling and friendly to kids. They have a small indoor kids corner and outside kids climbing for the most impatient guests.

I ordered a hamburger Royal Ts from Mc Drive, there was hardly anything going on and I got the food relatively quickly. Problem was that I got a burger without bread and without sauce. Just annoying :|

It's terrible the fries are half raw and the chicken nuggets are soft like they were dipped in water. The drink had a hair and it takes years to get the order and then cold food, especially the shop here is empty and it was 30 minutes before we got the food

I really like this McDonalds. The workers there are really kind and they also have the self service stations for ordering. It is really big and you will always find a place to eat. Prices are OK.

RACISM I accidentally ordered "to go" from McDonald's, but I wanted a tray. The employee was very rude and said that I ordered “to go”. I then asked if I could get a tray. He got very angry and said that I should order "to eat here" next time. That upset me too and I said that it was just about a tray and that he shouldn't lecture the customers. Later in the kitchen he said something about Chinese. Isn't that racism?

One of the best of all McDonald's. Food is almost always very warm, fries are good, generally quite quick in comparison. Unfortunately, it depends a lot on the staff. For some it tastes like a restaurant, for others it tastes like a gas station. But definitely by far the best of all so far.

Was there yesterday to have a coffee in the cafe. The coffee was only lukewarm and then only half full. I pay around 4 euros for half a cup of milk foam... And then the toilets. I told an employee that we should clean. But after 1 hour it still looked like that. If the hygiene there is so standard, I don't want to look into the kitchen.

The food is bad. When I ate, I vomited. It is one of the worst McDonald's restaurants in the world in terms of taste and food. Please pay attention to this restaurant

When I arrived at the establishment I was pleasantly surprised! Nice staff, clean interior and melt-in-your-mouth fruit nonsense. Considering that some people here (Ms. Wilhelm) complain about the quality of the food in the reviews, I found the food highly recommended. Through the visit I learned that some opinions (Mrs. Wilhelm's) should not be taken into account. Any time! :=)

A really very nice establishment I was honestly blown away by the atmosphere here (but I would love to go back haha) After we ordered our food we were allowed to sit in the lower area (very very classy vallah) But the food was the best part, even if a certain Ms. Wilhelm blurted out something else in the comments (no one needs such unfounded criticism) Overall a very good visit WOW

Unfortunately there is always a lack of salt on the fries 😜 otherwise quick. Don't take part in vouchers, it's a shame!!

It has now become quite expensive with declining quality. When we were told that there were no more straws at McDonald's, we said goodbye - what a shame.

Super erinnert mich an meine Kindheit leider lange Wartezeiten.

So viel Platz und doch so eine enge Ein- und Ausfahrt zum Drive-in. Ich muss immer langsamer als Schrittgeschwindigkeit fahren um nicht meine Felgen zu beschädigen oder bei der Einfahrt gegen die Leitplanke zu fahren. Macht die hohen Bordsteine weg, verbreitert die Spur.. Das Essen war bis jetzt immer gut und vollständig.

McDonald Heidelberg , nach dem Konzert noch ein Burger gegessen . Wie alle Mc Donald , Essen muss man mögen oder nicht. Filiale wie fast alle Mc Donalds eher schmuddelig.

Unglaublich Tolles Team hier im McDonald's ein dickes Fettes Lob an den Herrn der einer Person der augenscheinlich nicht gut ging eine Flasche Wasser und ein Cheesburger auf den Tisch gestellt hat.

Schon seit meiner Kindheit immer wieder gerne dort. Sauber, freundlich, modern und essen ist sehr gut. Mehr will ich nicht.

Das System McDonald's ist weiterhin nicht in der Lage die Burger wenigstens warm zu servieren , die Dinger sind nicht mal lau warm !!!!

주차장이 많아서 주차의 걱정이 없고 야외에 아이들을 위한 놀이터가 있습니다. 음식은 그냥 보통 McDonald's와 큰 차이는 없습니다. 화장실 갈 때 돈을 낼 필요가 없습니다. 식당 내부에 아이들을 위한 간단한 게임도 있고 당연히 유아용 의자도 준비되어 있습니다. 야외에도 자리가 있어서 여름에 밖에서 시원하게 즐길 수도 있습니다!

Die Burger 🍔 können wärmer sein

Ich hatte hier, wie in jedem McDonalds das ich besuche.. als Vorspeise...Spargelcreme-Suppe Hauptgericht... Zanderfilet mit Salzkartoffeln und frisches Mischgemüse. Nachtisch....Vanilleeis mit flambierten Feigen. Ich bin öfter beruflich in Heidelberg und werde diesen Gourmet-Tempel sicherlich nochmal aufsuchen.

Das schlimmste ist die Schließung des Restaurants ab 22 Uhr regelmäßig nur noch Mc drive. Dann muss das auch offiziell und deutlich angegeben werden, auf gmaps und in der mcD app. Generell: Nicht einladend. Ziemlich dreckig und unhygienisch, sowohl der gästebereich als auch die Toiletten und der Boden. auch die Arbeit des Personals in der Küche soweit man es sieht eher unhygienisch. Mitarbeiter sind eher lustlos, unmotiviert, gestresst und dadurch oft unfreundlich. Teilweise sprachbarriere bei Kommunikation mit Personal.
