They said no to coupons. Service was bad. Response was not at all good to modify the final order before paying.

Incompetent woman at the checkout. She refuses to accept valid coupons because she is ignorant. It is impossible for customers to have to explain to their employees which coupons are valid and which are not. I have never experienced such rudeness at any other Burger King. Despite being made aware several times that the coupons were valid and that it was written in black and white, they didn't even try to type them in.

Outrageousness.. For a Whopper cheese (just the burger!, no menu) they charge €9.19 here.. 30% more expensive than in a normal Burger King, so not close to the train station.. it's like a rip-off. And all this in a dingy, run-down "burger restaurant" with bad service and dirty floors. The "blonde angel", who was probably previously praised several times by the same author, was not there either.

20 minutes before closing time I was told to please make a quick decision as they wanted to go home. I'm going somewhere else

I will be seeing this restaurant more often now. I was blessed with a perfect culinary experience here by probably the most pleasant employee this restaurant has ever hired. The blonde angel with a sonorous name took perfect care of me and all the other customers. I will keep this experience in my mind for a long time and specifically wish this young gentleman all the best.

Be careful, never go! No screen order here It would be fine if you were fluent in German and English, but when I said "This One Please" while looking at the menu at the counter, I was laughed at, and when I was about to leave, I found myself saying "Asian Chinese" and looking at me and laughing. The name of Burger King of the world is crying It was a really terrible store.

Rating of the honorable house "Burger King" Anno Domini MMXXIV, it came to pass that I entered the Temple of Lent, popularly known as “Burger King,” with a heavy heart and tormented by doubtful memories. For in days gone by this became a place of great calamity: the meat that was given to me threw itself from my stomach back into the light, and the stench of vomit permeated the halls. Even the coffers were full of counterfeit coins, and the servants rarely understood the people's simple wishes. But see! A bright day came when a radiant king with golden hair, like from the legends of the north, stood at the checkout. The noble blonde, with an aura of righteousness, took the helm. Suddenly my meal was correctly counted and prepared, as if the Lord himself had laid his hand on it. The change was correct down to the last penny, and the smell that once offended the nose was no longer as strong as before. One could almost believe that there was magic in this place. So I would like to rightly announce: This blonde king, ruler of patties and fries, truly deserves to wear the crown as branch manager! Praise him, for he has led the empire of the “Burger King” out of the shadow of ruin and transformed it into a kingdom of good taste and order. Long shall he live!

I ordered, due to a language barrier the cashier got my order completely wrong. I asked her about it, unfortunately she had absolutely no insight. I wasn't given a receipt either, so I couldn't understand what I actually paid in the end.

They can't access coupons and when we ordered chilli cheese nuggets, they brought us plant based nuggets for the same price. Of course we noticed after we took a bite. They didn't give us the money back or took the rest of the nuggets to give us what we ordered. 0 stars if possible.

We wanted to redeem a coupon that was not accepted. So we wanted to opt for chili cheese nuggets and also showed a coupon (with a picture, mind you). “Yes, we have that,” was the answer. Paid, served. When we took a bite, we noticed that instead of cheese, we got chicken nuggets. Bottomless idiot, I would rather have bought nothing than the chicken nuggets, but you can't get what you ordered even if you asked nicely. People just shrug their shoulders and act like it's all normal. 0 stars

Small branch with a limited range and slightly higher prices. No order terminal available yet. No free parking possible on the station forecourt.

Been here again after a long time. The restaurant has changed a lot for the worse. App coupons are not accepted except for menu items. The app as such apparently cannot be scanned (collect customer program crowns), and the staff present speaks little German. Ingredients on the Whopper are borderline fresh in terms of freshness. Onions dry, woody. You don't have to give in!

Eating is too slow, you can't actually use vouchers, for example with the mobile phone app, and there are no promotions available here, such as mbk or King of the Month, and only vouchers with a menu are now allowed (the decision-maker really doesn't want you to save money but pay more money for an extra long chilli cheese than for a large kebab...wow). Ambience... what can you say, the station is tiny and dirty... even if there is a fan there in the summer after years... meh

You probably don't want to earn anything here. There is a sign at the checkout that says "Coupon only for the menus" and when I wanted to give a coupon for a menu that I had gotten from Burger King, it said that it couldn't be done here and that I should go to another Burger King.

I was a bit skeptical about this store at first but something drew me in. I quickly became aware of the narrow guest area and never in my life had I had such a disgusting smell in my nose. But just as I was about to leave, the young cashier with blonde hair spoke to me. This man alone carries this restaurant and without him they are truly lost. He should be paid more.

What's quick is that the prices there are now so expensive that people prefer to eat a donut before going to the Burger King

One day I walked into Burger King, hungry and unaware that my life was about to change dramatically. Behind the counter stood a young, blonde squire named Marco. He took my order with a friendly smile, but suddenly the room was shaken by a loud bang. Panic broke out and a dangerous situation arose. Marco didn't hesitate for a moment. With amazing calm and determination, he led me and the other guests safely out of the building. His bravery and quick action saved my life. From that moment on, Marco was no longer just a simple Burger King employee to me. He was my knight, my hero. In my mind, he became my king, ruling with courage and kindness. I will forever be grateful to him, and in my eyes Marco will always be the noble knight who saved my life.

Once I was traveling at Heidelberg main station and got hungry. I then bravely decided to visit the king of burgers. When the gates of the establishment opened and I was allowed entry, I quickly noticed the strong smell. As I ordered my food, I was struck by the stunning beauty of the lovely blonde squire who took my order. Embarrassed, I stuttered, "I... I'd like an L-long chicken menu," while blushing uncontrollably. He smiled charmingly at me and happily took the order. After receiving my order and making my way to my seat, the customer in front of me dropped his Coke cup, creating a puddle that posed an insurmountable obstacle for my small, petite body. The blonde employee immediately rushed to help and spread his (private) shirt over the puddle so that I could cross over unharmed. Unfortunately, when I finished eating, I never saw my hero again. He seemed to have already finished work. I will never forget my knight in a dazzling Burger King uniform. He's the king of my burger. The Chicken McNuggets are particularly recommended at this location.

After a long day of work that I wanted to end in this dive bar, in addition to my soggy burger and the lukewarm drink that was complaining about BK Cola, I also had to watch as the blonde cashier with the Leonardo DiCaprio hairstyle approached the Indian gentleman from the kitchen inappropriately . After the whole spectacle started with a slap on the butt and a few electrifying looks, I had to watch as Leonardo stuck his tongue down his friend's throat. The whole thing was crowned by the two of them disappearing into the kitchen and leaving me alone as the only guest... all that was heard was a quiet moan and the hum of the ice cream machine.

Just rubbish, I ordered a burger without cucumbers and got an old burger where the cucumbers were simply fished out.

Real crap shop. There is no King of the Month and you can only redeem the app coupons with menus - why does BK allow that? There are self-printed pieces of paper hanging everywhere with “only this”, “no that” blah blah. Absolute disgrace.

A decent Burger King at a train station. Unfortunately it's not as modernly equipped as other train stations, but that's not a bad thing.

You should urgently train your employees about card terminals! The penny should drop at the latest when the customer has pointed out twice that the error is in the payment method set up. The customer behind me then had exactly the same problem. Food was ok. Ambience more like a train station pub.

Fries are dry and unapetizing, whopper smelled like fish and had pieces of bone in it

I found the food too expensive and unfortunately not very tasty, but the young cashier with the blonde hair got everything back. His smile cheers me up a lot and makes up for the bad atmosphere. App offers don't work, which was only commented on by the staff with a shrug of the shoulders and then they simply continued unpacking the cup. When asked what else was on offer, there was an annoyed snort and then ignored again. Unfortunately, due to my visual impairment, I can't see what's written on the back of the boards and that's why I ask. So service is different for me. If people don't feel like doing their job or don't need it, then they should just change jobs

You can't buy individual burgers but only from the menu🤣 Some vouchers probably don't work because they need the app and can't scan it. I stood there with the app and QR code and number for the voucher

The employees are annoyed and do not recognize products from the Burgerking app. Generally very uncomfortable and very dirty. However, food is made quickly and as usual.

After I saw the cute cashier, it was clear to me that waiting in the long line was worth it. As nice as he looks, the service from this young man was a full 5/5 and makes up for the rather poor ambience and the unpleasant smell. The food is typical of a train station restaurant, nevertheless, I will come back for the young blonde at the checkout!!!

Food and shop as you would expect from Bahnhof's Burgerking's. The manager stood at the back complaining loudly without helping and urged the checkout employees to be faster even though there were only 3 people in the store. Very bizarre and definitely not ok.

Already closed from 8:30 p.m. At Heidelberg main station?! Really now ... Well, with the prices now (including McD), you'd rather order another pizza for the same money and then be really fed up. Tastes better too. But for a little emergency hunger, the fast fooders are still useful. If it's open... Simply poor.

I think the one on the counter was tired and exhausted as hell. I understand,all day work and standing. Buying a menu was a way cheaper option but i just couldn’t stand the response ,when i asked her to change my order.

By far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. 1. There are no coupons which is actually BK's strongest feature in my opinion 2. Paid 6.58 for 2 chilli cheese burgers (I thought OK at first, they became more expensive over the New Year) then looked at an official price list and realized I was simply being ripped off. I don't expect much from Burger King and that's fine, but I had the feeling that they really just want to annoy their customers here

There was one person in front of me in line, it takes 10 minutes. The motivation of the individual employees seemed very manageable. There is also a sign behind the employees informing them that certain burgers cannot be made. Even the cheeseburger doesn't take part. When I read the law, the owner is not interested in feedback and various reviews. Maybe they will soon follow their competitor and close the branch. Better no Burger King than a bad one.

The place does not have somewhere to wash your hands. There’s bathroom with lock which the staff don’t know the code for it. Food is normal, not as good as Five Guys.

Essen okay, Ambiente auch aber der Service ist eine Frechheit. Mitarbeiter sind zwar nett jedoch dauert das Essen viel zu lange, oftmals ist der Laden auch schon um 20.30 geschlossen obwohl er eigentlich erst um 21 schließen sollte- man kann sich nicht darauf verlassen ob er geöffnet oder geschlossen ist. Auch davon abgesehen ist die Öffnungszeit bis 21 Uhr sehr bescheiden

Maybe it me or maybe the whole of Germany, but the chicken burger which more commonly known the French chicken sandwich is really small here as compared in Asian n Western countries.. no offencdpe, yah

It is a small restaurant and the whoppers don't taste the same than in a larger restaurant. It is located in the train station so may be handy for many. I would recommend to just get a sandwich in any other place in the station instead. Save your desire for a good whopper in a proper burger king restaurant.

Right at the main train station. The service is friendly but the food lacks the taste. We are big fan of chilli cheese fries, but the taste of the cheese was too sour. The coffee was too less for the price. We could not believe that it was normal size.

Wir wollten einen Coupon aus der App einlösen. Antwort des Mitarbeiters “den haben wir hier nicht”. Daraufhin wurde ein plant-based Cheeseburger bestellt “den haben wir auch nicht”… Eine Hälfte des Ladens war auch verschmutzt und der ganze Boden voller Flüssigkeit. Wartezeit war auch unnatürlich lang obwohl der Laden fast leer war.

Nicht sehr empfehlenswerter Burger King! Ein Burger King ohne Terminal wo man an der Kasse noch bestellen muss, was eigentlich kein Problem darstellt, wenn die Mitarbeiter auch zuhören würden und nicht mitten in der Bestellung weglaufen würden. ich habe klar gesagt das ich gerne vor Ort essen würde und mir wurde alles eingepackt. Essen ist leider auch nicht sehr appetitlich gewesen, da es pampig war. Und zur Krönung vom ganzen gab es auch noch keine Toilette.

Das Plus: es gibt die veganen Gerichte und das Essen war schnell zubereitet. Jedoch fehlte 1 Nugget und auch das Getränk wurde vergessen (hatte zum Mitnehmen bestellt). Der Mitarbeiter wollte mir das zuerst nicht glauben, ich musste ihm extra nochmal den Beleg zeigen. Schade, dass Inkompetenz auch noch mit Unfreundlichkeit ergänzt wird.

Sorry, aber wenn man schon einen kleine Filiale hat, dann kann man eigentlich rechnen das es ohne große Wartezeit und Umstände eine Bestellung an nehmen kann. Leider ist es heute nicht passiert... da Jugendliche sich nicht entscheiden konnten und nur 2 Mitarbeiter völlig überfordert an der Kasse standen. Das einzige positive Feedback was ich geben kann... gemütlich kleiner Laden und der Boden war sauber.

Plant based Whopper ziemlich geschmacklos. Milchkaffee angeblich nicht erhältlich, obwohl auf der Karte. Der "große" Cappuccino für 3,49€ siehe Foto(einmal dran genippt)😡. Habe ungläubig nachgefragt, das wäre ok so.

Eine Kasse auf aber nicht viel los. Anscheinend hätte ich mit Käse bestellt. Was ich nicht glaube. Toilette unter aller Kanone und keine Seife mehr und dann zum Schluss Cola auf dem Boden fast bei der Ausgang. War nicht so schön.
