Burger King in Heidelberg

Update: Seit dem 25.05.2026 ist diese Filiale geschlossen. Ob dies mit dem Hauptbahnhof Umbau zu tun hat, keine Ahnung. Kleiner BK der nicht das ganze Sortiment hat. Auch können dort auch die speziellen APP Gutscheine NICHT eingelöst werden. Küche wirkt von vorne etwas altbacken. Mitarbeiter teilweise langsam, ausgenommen die überaus freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Toiletten, nur über einen Zahlencode (123) erreichbar schmuddelig, Treppenhaus sehr schmutzig.

Macht um 20:30 zu, um 19:35 sind alle Maschinen aus , es gibt nur noch whopper. Was für ein schrecklicher Arbeitgeber ist Burger King bitte.

Ich bestellte einen Veggie-Burger. Das Patty war total verbrannt, also bat ich um einen neuen. Der Kellner meinte aber, selbst wenn sie ihn neu zubereiten würden, wäre er immer noch verbrannt. Sie ignorierten meine gesundheitlichen Bedenken als Kundin völlig.

Ich habe mir am Frankfurter Flughafen bei Burger King einen Hamburger gekauft und war überrascht, wie gut er war.

Funktion von App wird hier leider garnicht berücksichtigt, Toilette sieht aus wie in einem lost Place und das Essen schmeckt auch nicht wirklich gut! Von außen sieht’s auch nicht wirlich einladend aus, von innen wenigstens einigermaßen sauber.

Essen kalt, Soßen vergessen, vor dem Laden Uringeruch - wirkt alles nicht sehr gepflegt und sehr zweckorientiert ohne jeglichen Service. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Keine preisliste vorhanden,dadurch war ich dann beim bezahlen über die doch sehr hohen preise überrascht(5 euro für die große pommer und 3,69 für den chilli cheese burger auf welchen auch kein käse drauf war)

Wir waren auf einen schnellen „King des Monats“. Das Ambiente am und die Lage am Bahnhof sind nicht so toll. Umso mehr waren wir positiv überrascht, wie freundlich und schnell der junge Mann am Service Schalter war. Obwohl es sehr stressig zuging. Danke dafür.

Ich hatte einen double Cheeseburger, war sehr frisch und lecker. Der Service war auch freundlich und schnell :)

12€ für 2 Double chilli cheese ist maximal teuer, dafür dass die Steuern runter gegangen sind. Die Burger King App wird auch nicht angenommen.

Dieser Bahnhof hat keinen Freestyle-Automaten, keine Kundentoilette und kein Eis. Burger King kann man hier nicht nutzen (also keine Coupons, keine Kronkorken sammeln usw.), aber das Personal ist freundlich, es geht normalerweise recht schnell und es ist sauber.

Schlecht organisiert. Sonderbestellung ohne Tomate würde ignoriert. Schade...

Besuch heute im Burger King Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof leider enttäuschend. Der Coupon konnte nicht eingelöst werden, da angeblich kein Plant-Based-Produkt vorrätig war. Zusätzlich wurde das Bonusprogramm nicht akzeptiert mit der Begründung, das Lesegerät funktioniere nicht. Beides kann passieren, ist aber ärgerlich. Unangenehm wurde es gegen 21 Uhr: Wir wurden recht abrupt aufgefordert zu gehen mit dem Hinweis, ein Kollege habe das bereits gesagt. Als wir diesen Kollegen darauf ansprachen, meinte er sinngemäß, er habe es uns ja „in die Tüte gepackt“. Kommunikation über eine Papiertüte ist allerdings schwierig. Insgesamt wirkte der Ablauf unkoordiniert und der Umgangston unnötig schroff. Schade, denn ein klarer Hinweis und etwas freundlicher Service hätten die Situation deutlich entspannen können.

Wirklich das katastrophalste Fast Food Lokal, das ich je besucht habe. Die Sauberkeit lässt wirklich zu wünschen und der Service ist bemüht, aber wirklich nicht gut. Das schlimmste jedoch sind die Preise- ein chicken nugget burger kostet 3,49€ viel mehr als in jedem anderen BK Lokal

Sehrbfreundliches Personal und alles blitzsauber. Ich hatte aber eine große Pommes bestellt und bezahlt. Die müsste in einer Pappe und nicht einer kleinen Papiertüte kommen. War wohl eine Verwechselung. Hab ich leider erst nachbder Abholung gemerkt.

Es ist ein guter Ort, um Essen zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen! Der Service ist relativ schnell. Es gibt dort Restaurants, aber ich esse lieber zu Hause. Es ist eine gute Option nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag und wenn man keine Lust zum Kochen hat!

But such rapid price increases (even compared to "real" burgers), especially since it seems as if the burger is getting thinner and thinner, are becoming increasingly unacceptable for the quality. €9.89 for a Whopper with cheese!? A fast-food burger...

I think €3.69 for a 0.25 Sprite is excessive. A large portion of fries, on the other hand, only costs €4.90. Value for money is a different story.

We paid around €28 for 2 chicken burgers, 2 plant-based vegan burgers, and 2 cappuccinos — good value for what we got. The service was excellent: the young lady who served us was very polite, calm, and friendly, and the whole staff was attentive and professional. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and everything was prepared quickly. Overall, a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend this Burger King if you’re passing through Heidelberg!

Today I bought a hamburger here for the first time, meal number 1, for €13.29. I gave the employee €15, he took the money, but didn't give me the change. I waited for him to give me the change, but he ignored me. When he finally brought me the food, I asked why he hadn't given me the change. I was absolutely thrilled with my visit to this Burger King. The food was simply amazing; the Whopper was crispy, juicy, and, at my request, without tomatoes, just the way I like it. The fries were golden brown and perfectly salted. And for dessert, there was delicious ice cream. But what really impressed me was the staff. They were super friendly and attentive. I'd go back anytime 😊

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Fast food is a blatant lie when it comes to this Burger King. It was neither fast food nor could you call the food there food. I've never eaten such a disgusting cheeseburger, and this place is a real rival to Frankfurt Central Station when it comes to hygiene.

€6 for an absolutely microscopic portion of fries with three dressings is beyond brazen. It's disrespectful to customers. I usually only give well-deserved 5* reviews. This one is well-deserved, too. But it can't get more than 1*. Sorry, sorry. The service was very nice. But it doesn't help when the product is a rip-off.

Absolutely terrible I'm very sorry, but this statement is/wasn't mine. I've never been to Burger King in Heidelberg, so I can't really judge. I can't explain how this happened.

The mayo was spoiled. We complained that the mayo on the burger tasted sour / acidic and the manager very rudely told us that “mayo is sour”. When I said no, it is made with eggs and oil, he pointed out that it is a vegan mayo… but that still does not justify sour food. When we sat down and ate the food, taking the bread mayo out, the staff continued laughing at having rejected us in the back. Extremely disrespectful and rude for a very easy problem to solve kindly. Though there are air vents and closed doors, they have also chosen not to use the AC and the restaurant is full of gnats and flies on the food. They also do not include the “Free Doritos” that come with the Whopper Meal. Extremely unprofessional staff.

I haven't been there in a while...unable to redeem Kronen points, apparently they don't have a QR code reader. Small coffee: 2.79. I was amazed: "They haven't had a €1 coffee for a long time!" the staff told me. I should go around the corner, it's cheaper there. I then left the store. It feels uncomfortable; the store is empty, with only two customers. Despite the tables being cleared, the atmosphere isn't really great. The staff could be friendlier. BK should check out this store.

A rather older, run-down-looking Burger King branch at Heidelberg main station. I wanted to get some ice cream there while I was waiting for the train. Unfortunately there are no order terminals there, so you have to wait forever only to find out that they don't have the promotional products there. Very disappointing for a branch in such a location, I would expect it to be in a village but not at the main station.

This Burger King at Heidelberg Central Station offers guests the opportunity to fortify themselves before the trip. The stuff is really under-trained. I came first. And the stuff ordered food for the later one first. Then, after odering mine, the stuff left my cola open for 5 minutes and never remember the only two orders she made! When the whopper menu was ready, I asked her whether that is my whopper menu. She said NO even though I WAS THE ONLY ONE ORDERED WHOPPER MENU BACK THEN. Absolutely terrible.

Burger King should take a look here. Absolutely underground. Starts with the staff, goes to the dirty toilets to the cold food. And the icing on the cake was that a male employee gave his son several burgers while people were waiting... the son didn't want it, he was uncomfortable, but the father or relative wanted to give it to him.....

The toilet is very dirty in the deepest basement, it stinks and I lost the food afterwards. How can you find a toilet like that at Burger King? It's impossible, it doesn't work with a numerical code by the way

For a fast food restaurant, it was clean, and the workers were kind. The fries were good, but the burgers had a strange taste that didn’t seem like any of the expected ingredients. All in all, a decent fast food place :)

Worst Burger King ever! At least the coupons from the Burger King app used to be accepted - now they no longer accept anything at all, neither coupons nor official Burger King vouchers. Do yourself a favor and go to the Burger King on Speyerer Straße.

Shabby shop. Coupons are not accepted for illogical reasons and the aunt at the checkout has no idea what she is talking about and you only understand half of what she is saying. Coupons are only accepted in the menu??? logic??? You can't redeem crowns either. I think the good woman didn't even know what it was as confused as she looked. Incompetent woman at the checkout. She refuses to accept valid coupons because she is ignorant. It is impossible for customers to have to explain to their employees which coupons are valid and which are not. I have never experienced such rudeness at any other Burger King. I will be seeing this restaurant more often now. I was blessed with a perfect culinary experience here by probably the most pleasant employee this restaurant has ever hired. The blonde angel with a sonorous name took perfect care of me and all the other customers. I will keep this experience in my mind for a long time and specifically wish this young gentleman all the best.

I ordered, due to a language barrier the cashier got my order completely wrong. I asked her about it, unfortunately she had absolutely no insight. I wasn't given a receipt either, so I couldn't understand what I actually paid in the end.

They can't access coupons and when we ordered chilli cheese nuggets, they brought us plant based nuggets for the same price. Of course we noticed after we took a bite. They didn't give us the money back or took the rest of the nuggets to give us what we ordered. 0 stars if possible.

We wanted to redeem a coupon that was not accepted. So we wanted to opt for chili cheese nuggets and also showed a coupon (with a picture, mind you). “Yes, we have that,” was the answer. Paid, served. When we took a bite, we noticed that instead of cheese, we got chicken nuggets. Bottomless idiot, I would rather have bought nothing than the chicken nuggets, but you can't get what you ordered even if you asked nicely. People just shrug their shoulders and act like it's all normal. 0 stars
