I ordered through Lieferando. My sauces were missing. I couldn't reach anyone by phone. Finally learn to deliver complete orders!!

Unfortunately, the portions here are getting smaller and smaller, even though the prices are rising! The staff are friendly but sometimes overwhelmed by the volume of orders. The cleanliness of the restrooms could also be improved. The menu in the picture was €6 on offer.

An absolute joke! Waited over an hour, hungry, and then the order is simply canceled without a word?! No information, no apology, absolutely nothing. I've rarely experienced such disrespect for paying customers. If you can't get it right, just don't deliver at all – but don't make people wait an hour just to cancel everything. Never again Burger King. It's sad how they treat customers!

Current: Haven't been here in a while. It's awful. Worse than any motorway service station... The food takes forever, lukewarm. Sometimes it's wrong, with no cheese instead of cheese. And the interior is reminiscent of a train station restroom... Older review: Longer wait at the drive-thru. Instead of three regular Coca-Colas, I got three Zeros. As if you wouldn't notice...

Fast, tasty, and above all, clean. One of the first Burger Kings I've rated so highly...

No drink mixer, nothing beats vanilla cola. Burgers were okay.

But I didn't get what was supposed to be on them: no caramel sauce, no cookie crumbs | ultimately just pistachio sauce, and then very little even though I paid twice – simply disappointing, especially for someone who loves baklava and looks forward to it. I honestly didn't have the energy to run to the counter a third time to complain. Because before that, I had to: • Run once because the straw and cutlery were missing (despite ordering on the spot), • and again because the ketchup and fries from the meal weren't included. This used to be my favorite store – now they just don't do enough to ensure it's as thorough as possible. It's okay for the occasional visit, but it's no longer enjoyable in the long run. It's a shame.

Hello, I went to your place for a delicious milkshake. It was solid. The staff are fantastic, especially on the evening shifts. The only strange thing is that I saw a manager on one side who shouldn't be mentioned here... Weird for both sides. I'll still enjoy milkshakes there.

Update March 16, 2025 Little going on Sunday evening: Chairs are all over the place, many tables are not clean and were not tidied up or cleaned while I was there (about 25 minutes). Update 07/14/24: today my colleagues were overwhelmed. Although it didn't take much time and I was missing a sauce, I didn't notice until I got home. Update February 14, 2025: it was very crowded. Our takeaway food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. On the way in the car we noticed that both crispy chickens had no cheese, even though we ordered and paid for them. Very annoying. Original review around March 2024: Chic Burger King in 50s retro style. Everything organized and clean. Food freshly prepared. The Whopper is great.

The food is not of the usual quality, orders often go wrong and you wait over 20 minutes. The restaurant is dirty and some employees cannot do their jobs correctly!!

It is definitely the last time in this “restaurant”. Not the first time burgers were missing from the order. Yes, it's my mistake, I could have looked better in the bag. But anyone who stands at the drive-in counter for 45 minutes and sees the cold fries spread all over the bag is already in a mood. Everything was lukewarm, except for the fries, which were already cold and extremely hard. But what can you expect for €24? Apparently nothing. Unfortunately no longer the usual quality. Since Ingrid stopped sprinting through the store, the food no longer tastes good and the waiting times at the drive are a joke! The current employees definitely have to take a course with Ingrid!

One of my now rare visits to BK, McD, etc. I saw online that BK was selling 20 Chili Cheese Nuggets for €6.99 until February 3rd. has on offer. So go ahead and get into the BK, which I think is too minimalistic and cool. I'm old school and have never used these touchboards(?) to order, but you are "motivated" to do so by the existing structure and the minimally competent-looking staff. I got along well on the board and quickly found snacks&more and the nuggets, although they were shown for €9.99 and not €6.99. It was the last day of the offer and I thought ok, then just for €9.99. Waiting for my order, 2x nuggets and 2 double chili cheeseburgers, I asked and got "if that's not listed in the promotions, then not" as an answer and left it at that for now. With the order in hand, I walked past the boards again and thought, "hmm, look again" and lo and behold, it was shown in the promotions for €6.99! My comment regarding this questionable behavior could somehow not be understood and therefore a lot of time will pass and it will be questionable whether another visit will even take place. In terms of gastronomy, service and customer service, a perfect 6! That said, it really annoys me no matter where, being lured with promotions/offers when you look at it superficially and then at the checkout you can only enjoy it with an app, coupons, clapping names, or doing a rain dance👎👎👎

Ordered on the service touchscreen at 7:56 p.m. Waited 35 minutes, later orders were brought forward. I ordered a King Selection burger and it was put on display at 8:10 p.m. At 8:26 p.m. I got my menu, a perfectly lukewarm burger, a grid of fries, half of which were normal fries, and a Coke Zero. So I waited for 36 minutes where my burger had been in the display for 15 minutes, one, fries 1/2 and 1/2 and a coke. This is more than cheeky! If I hadn't paid via EC, I would have CANCELED my order!!!

Worst BK ever! After avoiding the store because of the long waiting times (even though there's nothing going on), I ordered a double steakhouse at the drive-in today. When I got home I realized that the lettuce, fried onions and tomatoes were missing from the burger. The burger ended up in the trash after three bites because it simply tasted disgusting!

Well, for a standard stand-alone Fastfood restaurant it is a good place. It is clean (especially the toilets), the staff is friendly and there isn't more to say. A Mc Donalds like many others.

We used to always be satisfied, but today it has really spoiled our appetite. The fries were rock hard, dry and cold and we live less than 5 minutes away from there. The crispy chicken was not crispy and only lukewarm. The only thing that was halfway edible were the hamburgers. That's it for now for us. It's not worth it to us.

I previously went to McDonald's next door and had more than 600 points on my McDonald's app and I wanted to buy a free Mcflury and then go to a crappy place to eat because I liked the Burger King next door and a colleague filmed it like me I ate the Mcflurry, we were on the other side and there was a bum sitting there who was drinking a beer and we noticed that it was very cold that day and I then went in with him to enjoy my Mcflurry there at the Teke But we weren't allowed to stay for long because the boss, Mr. Hagemann, saw us and then we were kicked out It's a shame I wasn't allowed to eat my Mcfurry at Burger King

Yesterday the wrong burger was delivered, after calling the branch several times and letting it ring for minutes, no one answered and no one answered the phone. Very weak service

Food poisoning We went to this Burger King in May as we were passing through. We ordered kids menu with nuggets and a burger. Toddler 2 years old had eaten a couple of nuggets and dad had the rest. They both had food poisoning the next morning and it was terrible. Luckily I only took a bite of one nugget and luckily I only felt nauseous. Never, never again!

[Edit] Became an absolute disaster. You can't go there anymore. Best Burger King in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. Every Wednesday evening, around midnight, we get our midnight snack here. Even after I moved to Wuppertal, I still go here. Always friendly and fresh. Keep it up.

Hello, Unfortunately, I have a lot to complain about about this fast food restaurant. I ordered a burger without pickles and still had pickles on it. However, I had already eaten the burger for a bit until I saw the pickles. Then I wanted to exchange the burger. In order to get the burger exchanged, the wrong burger must be thrown away. When my burger was supposed to be thrown away by the employee, the boss, Mr. Hagemann, came and looked at the burger before throwing it away. Then he came to me and said the burger was too small to be exchanged in a very unfriendly tone. In the end, half of my burger ended up in the trash and I didn't receive a new burger. So I paid full price for half a burger and it was all due to a mistake by the management of this place. I will never eat at this place again, especially not when this management is working. VERY BAD SERVICE!

Ordering with the machine is the last thing. It takes forever to place the order because the touchscreen doesn't work properly.

Disappointed again today. I wanted to have a Happy Meal for my little one with Tom and Jerry, there were advertisements for it everywhere, Tom and Jerry were in the display, then suddenly it said, there isn't just Kong fu Panda... then make sure you please see the advertisement changes next time. Because if there are customers who only take an HM because of Tom and Jerry, I can see the deception. Then I had to go back because the figure was missing. The saleswoman was anything but friendly. When I got home I tried the cola... and it just tasted like dish soap, just disgusting. Do we now seriously have to check the quantity and taste in the branch? Absolutely last visit from me.

Constantly receiving incorrect orders, sometimes the wrong burger then the wrong shake etc... 👎 then the burgers taste partly old and not freshly prepared, so for us the shop is done 👋 especially since it is way too expensive for this quality anyway 🤮

At Burgerking, I don't think I have to say much, everyone knows it, not everyone likes it and that's a good thing. Because if everyone liked Burgerking, I would have to wait a lot longer for my order :-D I actually don't have anything negative to say about the restaurant in Hattingen, but I don't really have anything positive to say either. There are delicious chicken dishes, beef dishes and for our herbivores also plant based 😋

The best Burger King in the Area around Hattingen/Bochum (Well another good one is at the A40 in Bochum, near Dortmund). Sometimes you have to wait quite some time, while the drive in is served first, regardless if you were there earlier... But this is probably the policy almost everywhere, ('drive in goes first', is what I have also heard in other Burger Kings.(something about the time on the display...)) The staff, has seen me becoming impatient and asked the boss something, the boss nodded, and she offered me an ice cream as apologies, however I declined, because I couldn't carry it on my scooter. The Burgers are made fresh, every time as well as the fries (I know also different practices) and they look tasty, not sloppy punched together, with salad/onions that probably belong in the waste as in most other Burger Kings in the mentioned area, especially the one in Bochum-Gerte, or Grumme, (Not Shure wich area of Bochum it exactly is) All in all it is a very decent Burger King and I always try to order there, even though it is a bit far away from my place.

The cleanest Burger King I've eaten at so far. The staff immediately cleaned the table after each guest and the trays were immediately removed from the designated return shelves. The men's toilet area was perfect. I've seen completely different BK there. The floor was completely cleaned, no food leftovers in the corners. Simply great! And on top of that there was a friendly wave and a goodbye!

Really bad BK. It always takes ages there even though there isn't a lot of crowds. In addition, something is constantly forgotten, not small things. Today I was missing half my order and the employee could have had her shoes resoled while she was working. No sauces, no mayo, no double steakhouse, crispy chicken was simply made with nuggets. What's wrong with them? Thanks for nothing. 30 euros left and nothing to eat. I won't go there anymore.

War hier zum Mittagessen, dafür überraschend leer (mit mir nur 2 weitere Kunden), ein sehr schöner und moderner Laden der zudem sehr sauber war. Das Essen war so gut wie ich es kenne. Die Bestellung am Terminal super simpel und die Wartezeit von nur 2-3 Minuten ist ein Traum, dass nenne ich Fast Food. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich echt nicht verstehen. Im Großen und Ganzen ein super Laden zu dem ich jederzeit gerne wieder hinkomme.👍🏼

Leider haben wir bis jetzt immer sehr lange gewartet . Mindestens 20 Minuten. Die Burger sind oft kalt oder werden schnell kalt.
