The food is great, the staff are nice and the atmosphere is clean, BUT... However, when ordering via drive, you should take into account that some things will be forgotten.

Takes longer than McDonalds, otherwise OK with coupons😅 and it's not that crowded

The quality of "check nuggets" was disappointing. Chewy and dry. Ordered a large fries, got small ones.

So after the noticeable change in management, it's okay to eat there again.

The chicken still had a pink tinge and the fries were really partially raw, I've never encountered anything like that before, an absolute disgrace, I will never be a guest here again

Burger King. I prefer it to MacDonalds

We used to always be satisfied, but today it has really spoiled our appetite. The fries were rock hard, dry and cold and we live less than 5 minutes away from there. The crispy chicken was not crispy and only lukewarm. The only thing that was halfway edible were the hamburgers. That's it for now for us. It's not worth it to us.

I previously went to McDonald's next door and had more than 600 points on my McDonald's app and I wanted to buy a free Mcflury and then go to a crappy place to eat because I liked the Burger King next door and a colleague filmed it like me I ate the Mcflurry, we were on the other side and there was a bum sitting there who was drinking a beer and we noticed that it was very cold that day and I then went in with him to enjoy my Mcflurry there at the Teke But we weren't allowed to stay for long because the boss, Mr. Hagemann, saw us and then we were kicked out It's a shame I wasn't allowed to eat my Mcfurry at Burger King

Chic Burger King in 50s retro style. Everything organized and clean. Food freshly prepared. The Whopper is great. Update 07/14/24: today my colleagues were overwhelmed. Although it didn't take much time and I was missing a sauce, I didn't notice until I got home.

Of the last three times I ordered from Lieferando, the first time the cola wasn't there, the second time my order was canceled after 1 hour, so I couldn't order anywhere else at that time. Yesterday the wrong burger was delivered, after calling the branch several times and letting it ring for minutes, no one answered and no one answered the phone. Very weak service

Food poisoning We went to this Burger King in May as we were passing through. We ordered kids menu with nuggets and a burger. Toddler 2 years old had eaten a couple of nuggets and dad had the rest. They both had food poisoning the next morning and it was terrible. Luckily I only took a bite of one nugget and luckily I only felt nauseous. Never, never again!

Impossible. Ordered online, waited 1 hour - for what? “Your order has been canceled!” - THANKS FOR NOTHING!

A completely normal Burger King. But at the time I was there, the staff was really nice. I'll definitely come by again.

[Edit] Became an absolute disaster. You can't go there anymore. Best Burger King in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. Every Wednesday evening, around midnight, we get our midnight snack here. Even after I moved to Wuppertal, I still go here. Always friendly and fresh. Keep it up.

Hello, Unfortunately, I have a lot to complain about about this fast food restaurant. I ordered a burger without pickles and still had pickles on it. However, I had already eaten the burger for a bit until I saw the pickles. Then I wanted to exchange the burger. In order to get the burger exchanged, the wrong burger must be thrown away. When my burger was supposed to be thrown away by the employee, the boss, Mr. Hagemann, came and looked at the burger before throwing it away. Then he came to me and said the burger was too small to be exchanged in a very unfriendly tone. In the end, half of my burger ended up in the trash and I didn't receive a new burger. So I paid full price for half a burger and it was all due to a mistake by the management of this place. I will never eat at this place again, especially not when this management is working. VERY BAD SERVICE!

Ordering with the machine is the last thing. It takes forever to place the order because the touchscreen doesn't work properly.

Disappointed again today. I wanted to have a Happy Meal for my little one with Tom and Jerry, there were advertisements for it everywhere, Tom and Jerry were in the display, then suddenly it said, there isn't just Kong fu Panda... then make sure you please see the advertisement changes next time. Because if there are customers who only take an HM because of Tom and Jerry, I can see the deception. Then I had to go back because the figure was missing. The saleswoman was anything but friendly. When I got home I tried the cola... and it just tasted like dish soap, just disgusting. Do we now seriously have to check the quantity and taste in the branch? Absolutely last visit from me.

Constantly receiving incorrect orders, sometimes the wrong burger then the wrong shake etc... 👎 then the burgers taste partly old and not freshly prepared, so for us the shop is done 👋 especially since it is way too expensive for this quality anyway 🤮

It's really gotten better and faster now. Only the tables could be cleaned more often. Then maybe 5 soon

Honest review: We ordered several menu items. At home we noticed that a burger was missing, unfortunately the best one. I then called and the problem was resolved. Thank you very much again. Since we always buy or order from this restaurant, we found this service very good. That's why we're coming back. Therefore full points.

At Burgerking, I don't think I have to say much, everyone knows it, not everyone likes it and that's a good thing. Because if everyone liked Burgerking, I would have to wait a lot longer for my order :-D I actually don't have anything negative to say about the restaurant in Hattingen, but I don't really have anything positive to say either. There are delicious chicken dishes, beef dishes and for our herbivores also plant based 😋

Unfortunately the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, hardly a clean table, fries on the floor, actually disappointing for this very nice location. But food and service were great.

All things are missing from the drive. You are not being listened to properly. Wrong order in the bag. Employees very incompetent. I wouldn't recommend it. Actually 0 stars.

The best Burger King in the Area around Hattingen/Bochum (Well another good one is at the A40 in Bochum, near Dortmund). Sometimes you have to wait quite some time, while the drive in is served first, regardless if you were there earlier... But this is probably the policy almost everywhere, ('drive in goes first', is what I have also heard in other Burger Kings.(something about the time on the display...)) The staff, has seen me becoming impatient and asked the boss something, the boss nodded, and she offered me an ice cream as apologies, however I declined, because I couldn't carry it on my scooter. The Burgers are made fresh, every time as well as the fries (I know also different practices) and they look tasty, not sloppy punched together, with salad/onions that probably belong in the waste as in most other Burger Kings in the mentioned area, especially the one in Bochum-Gerte, or Grumme, (Not Shure wich area of Bochum it exactly is) All in all it is a very decent Burger King and I always try to order there, even though it is a bit far away from my place.

The cleanest Burger King I've eaten at so far. The staff immediately cleaned the table after each guest and the trays were immediately removed from the designated return shelves. The men's toilet area was perfect. I've seen completely different BK there. The floor was completely cleaned, no food leftovers in the corners. Simply great! And on top of that there was a friendly wave and a goodbye!

Really bad BK. It always takes ages there even though there isn't a lot of crowds. In addition, something is constantly forgotten, not small things. Today I was missing half my order and the employee could have had her shoes resoled while she was working. No sauces, no mayo, no double steakhouse, crispy chicken was simply made with nuggets. What's wrong with them? Thanks for nothing. 30 euros left and nothing to eat. I won't go there anymore.

War hier zum Mittagessen, dafür überraschend leer (mit mir nur 2 weitere Kunden), ein sehr schöner und moderner Laden der zudem sehr sauber war. Das Essen war so gut wie ich es kenne. Die Bestellung am Terminal super simpel und die Wartezeit von nur 2-3 Minuten ist ein Traum, dass nenne ich Fast Food. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich echt nicht verstehen. Im Großen und Ganzen ein super Laden zu dem ich jederzeit gerne wieder hinkomme.👍🏼

Sehr schöner Burgerking. Alles machte einen sauberen und aufgeräumten Eindruck. Die Burger waren sehr frisch und lecker. Das Personal war freundlich. Super!

Plant based-Angebot konkurrenzlose gut. Dafür 5 Sterne.

Leider haben wir bis jetzt immer sehr lange gewartet . Mindestens 20 Minuten. Die Burger sind oft kalt oder werden schnell kalt.

Bisher war ich immer zufrieden. Personal ist in der Regel immer freundlich und gut gelaunt. Das bestellte Essen sieht meistens viel angenehmer aus und schmeckt auch besser. Ganz anders als bei der Konkurrenz auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Super laden, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und geduldig, das Essen hat eine gute Qualität und schmeckt sehr frisch und appetitlich.

Speisen, Service und Ambiente waren dem einer Fastfood-Kette angemessen. Es ist und bleibt ein Burgerking. Was nicht heißt, das ich nicht ab und zu gerne hingehe.

Das Essen, die Freundlichkeit und die Sauberkeit ist eigentlich in Ordnung aber die Geschwindigkeit, gerade in der Mittagszeit ist unterirdisch langsam. So schafft man es nicht in der Mittagspause ( 30min) Sein Essen zu bekommen. Eigentlich schade da es ja Fastfood ist und kein richtiges Restaurant.

Wir waren heute mit 40 bis 50 Leuten aus unserem Flüchtlingsheim hier essen. Lautstärke, Chaos und andere Gäste mussten leider länger warten, bis wir alle durch waren. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausschließlich freundlich, geduldig und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung bei unserem lustigen Ausflug! Es war super! 👍🏻

Eigentlich immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dass die Burger nicht aussehen wie in der Werbung, ist ja wohl normal so... Oder könnte man sich da vielleicht noch etwas Mühe geben?

Burger King typisches Ambiente. Essen war eine vollkatastrophe… Cola warm und ohne Kohlensäure (auch nach Reklamation!). Chicken Nuggets mussten ebenfalls reklamiert werden, weil diese nicht durch waren. Die Burger waren kalt.

Ergend wie immer kalt atmosfere

Sauber, gepflegt und frisch zubereitete Menues. Einziger möglucher Kritikpunkt sind die nicht abgeräumten Rücknahmestationen für die Tabletts, obwohl hierzu die Mögluchkeit bestanden hätte. Ansonsten alles sehr gut.

Essen soweit Burger King Standart, Pommes waren heiß 👍🏻 Nette Bedienung, die einem auch versteht. WC ok, wenn auch nur Stündlich kontrolliert wird. Mal kein lautes, nerviges TV mit Musik und Info 👍🏻👍🏻

Es fehlten am heutigen Abend 2xWhopper und 1xLong Chicken bei der Bestellung. Leider habe ich vor Ort nicht kontrolliert. Telefonische Erreichbarkeit über Stunden gleich Null. Kundenservice sieht anders aus.

Eigentlich unser bevorzugter BurgerKing. Allerdings bedingt durch Personalnot auch schonmal längere Wartezeiten obwohl wenig Gäste da sind. Tische auch gerne dreckig… Aber nichts, was nicht in den Griff zu bekommen wäre! Der Standort ist eigentlich optimal, trotzdem scheint der McD gegenüber stärker frequentiert zu sein. Würde mich sehr freuen, wenn hier mehr Schwung reinkommen würde!

Durch die Modernisierung der Kette hat auch diese Filiale ein Rebranding erhalten. Dadurch ist der Aufenthalt vor Ort sehr angenehm geworden. Leider kam es bereits oft vor, dass Burger oder Saucen die bestellt wurden nicht bei der Bestellung waren. Immer in die Tüte schauen und überprüfen!

Essen war sehr warm, und lecker und es ging flott, alles gut :)

Essen hat super geschmeckt an dem Personal hat mir besonders der Mitarbeiter Herr Konschak gefallen war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch
