If you live nearby, the restaurant has definitely caught your eye, but I often read reviews that say they came there "from other cities" or after a "long bike ride". It sounds really confusing to me because it's really hidden and I'm wondering how it can be seen. Let's assume that a neutral person visits the restaurant...the ambience would immediately put most people off. The cold smell of cigarettes, which you probably also know, clings to the furniture and is everywhere. The furniture is also clearly run down and, quite honestly, it should be changed urgently, because it does not resemble a "1970s flair" as I have read from other comments, but is simply simply not wearable and is not a design that resembles a "restaurant". equals. I'll tell you honestly: I think it's completely legitimate as a pub where you can just have a beer or a schnapps, but not for enjoying a nice meal with my family. Now we come to the point of food: I always read that the schnitzels are “juicy” and “largely portioned”, but I ask myself the question: “Is that the point of eating?”. I was there and am now explaining my problem to you. Put yourself in my shoes. You sit down, it smells like old smoke everywhere and the chair almost falls apart, you get the menu that really ONLY contains schnitzel. Let's leave out the two starters here, but there's nothing else. I would even find it acceptable if you only offered schnitzels that were really high quality, but THAT's not even the case!!!! We saw the meat and it definitely doesn't come from the butcher, as well as the breading, which is definitely not homemade. I ask the Rosenberg staff and no one else to be angry - it is constructive criticism and not negative wishes. I simply recommend that if you continue there, rework your whole concept and love your job. It all seems so listless to me and there is no love in the cooking profession... I noticed that older men were consuming cigarettes at the counter and also down in the bowling alley and that from reliable sources. 3. Of course I think the specialization in one dish is extremely excellent, but it's not worth eating a schnitzel there for the quality of the food. Even if you get the meat from Rewe, the further processing is not the same as a schnitzel, which is what they specialize in. My mother can also prepare this dish at home and is not worth going to a restaurant. I also think the overloading of the sauces is clearly exaggerated, as the schnitzel is really swimming in it and you can't taste the taste of the meat at all, as the 5 liters of cream sauce drowns everything out.
