Best Greek takeaway in the greater Hattingen area! For us, this is once again the best Greek takeaway around. We pre-ordered and ate at home. I had the gyros plate, but without salad, and with extra tzatziki. The portion was really large and the value for money was incredible. The gyros was delicious, juicy, and crispy. The fries were also very tasty, and you could even taste the potato. Even at home, the gyros and fries were still piping hot. The tzatziki was a really nice, large portion and absolutely delicious. The gyros plate easily lasts for two days. I also ordered a very tasty cucumber salad, which was also delicious. Simply top-notch! Thank you to Akropolis for the delicious food!

My boyfriend and I eat here often. The value for money is simply unbeatable. We've had fries and gyros several times before. This is truly the best. You get a very large portion of fries and gyros for the price. Everything is incredibly delicious. Yesterday we had souvlaki there for the first time, and the meat was so tender. Everything is truly amazing. The food is very high quality, there's a short wait, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I can recommend it to everyone.

The price-performance ratio and friendliness were definitely good. However, unfortunately, one star was deducted for the lack of a customer restroom. These should really be standard in a restaurant like this!

The best place to get your fill. Large portions that are even tastier than any other restaurant. The best proof of this is that people come not just from Niederwenigern and the Ruhr Peninsula, but from all over the Ruhr region. The competition doesn't stand a chance. 🤣🤣 Keep it up!

I was there again today from Bochum after I was on vacation there recently and had to turn back. Very nice and friendly owner family, I was immediately offered the outdoor restaurant in the nice weather. The food was delicious, they even have croquettes (not a given in the snack bar) as an alternative to fries. There was always a nice conversation with the owner every now and then, as it was quite empty in the afternoon. When the ladies and two children went home, they said a friendly goodbye to me. Everyone is really very nice, even as a “foreigner” you immediately feel at home and like you are in Greece. :-) Thank you very much for the nice stay (and kind regards especially to the very small lady, maybe about 5 years old, who always smiled at me so kindly).

The food is Greek good and plentiful. The owner is a super friendly Greek guy. Update: have now moved. In a former pub, opposite the church. Now larger inside and with outdoor dining. Large portions for the prices.

A classic (Greek) "chip shop". Clean and friendly, food is well packaged and special requests are taken into account. A kind of "Hamburg" on the menu would be a nice addition, that's what the "Taxi-Teller" is for. Freifunk access point/node. TIP: You can also pre-order by phone, which saves time.

I didn't know that so much good food could fit in one box. The portions are more than generous and the prices are good :) I like to pick something up there when I'm in the area.

Der Lade ist sehr gut besucht das Essen ist super lecker und die Preise sind auch vollkommen in Ordnung was ich sehr gut finde ist das sie das Gyros komplett selber herstellen und das schmeckt man auch also ich kann diesen Laden nur empfehlen

Wir holen seit langem oft hier griechisches Essen. Die Speisen schmecken super, besser als im Restaurant. Preise dazu echt in Ordnung.

Wir sind heute das erste Mal hier gewesen und extra aus der Hattinger Innenstadt angereist. Die Fahrt hat sich absolut gelohnt! Ich glaube, ich hab noch nie so gutes Gyros gegessen! Die Portionen sind riesig und alles ist perfekt gewürzt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ich würde auch viel mehr Sterne geben, wenn das möglich wäre.

Essen schmeckt gut, Portionen sind genau so wie ich sie mir vorstelle. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Immer Freundlich. Natürlich kann es mal länger dauern am Wochenende, aber das kann man nicht verübeln wenn das Telefon durchgehend klingelt und der Laden voll ist.
