A truly fantastic culinary experience. We were there as a group of 14 people and were able to enjoy a three-course meal with an African theme. The kitchen is located directly in the dining room, where Nicole prepares all the dishes fresh in parallel. The three-course meal also included a thematically appropriate aperitif and a smoothie with the main course, both of which appropriately enhanced the culinary experience. You don't feel like you're in a restaurant, but rather visiting, like at a family celebration. If you have the chance to get a reservation here with a group, you should definitely take the plunge; you will certainly not be disappointed. We were all thrilled with the great food, the family atmosphere, and the warm hospitality. Nicole serves, cooks, and tells stories all in one person with the utmost professionalism and warmth, so that you want to come back straight away. Thank you so much for this wonderful evening.

Wonderful atmosphere in the historic old town of Hattingen! German cuisine with regional dishes. Delicious, perfectly poured pilsner. Highly recommended.

In hardly any other establishment is a group of around 30 people served à la carte food within 5 minutes. Vegetarians might have a hard time. Vegans should choose something other than a steakhouse. The salad bar is small but excellent. Raw vegetables and pickled salads are available.

A small and charming restaurant with a creative menu featuring dishes such as rabbit, various fish dishes like sea bream, as well as different pastas and lovely appetizers. The food was delicious, and the service was very attentive and friendly. All dishes were beautifully presented. A very good Italian restaurant serving authentic Italian food! UPDATE: On our second visit, the food was unfortunately very disappointing. The fish soup contained no fish, only crab shells and a few mussels, and the seafood pasta was similarly underwhelming. It's also odd that an appetizer plate is automatically served and then removed if you don't order one. Overall, the second visit fell far short of expectations.
