Meine Tochter wollte sich heute ein Chicken Nuggets Menü mit dem App Code holen. Der Angestellte am Drive In ,sorry geht nicht müssen Sie reingehen,da geht es. Blinder Alarm , kein Internet. Ich bin 62 , sorry mach dir eine Excel Tabelle ,trag den Code, das Menü und den Preis ein und wenn du wieder Netz hast Schick es ab. Die Krönung des Ganzen, sie kauft dann ein normales Chicken Nuggets Menü,und die Fachkraft packt ihr VEGANE ein. Ich wundere mich, das die Angestellten ohne Internet wussten, wann sie Feierabend haben.Sorry aber ich bin GRATIS zur Schule gegangen ,ihr UMSONST. MfG Der alte Mann

So that was the last time today!!! I often go to mecces because my girls want to... and today we were out and about in Ahlen again. Nothing going on on Sundays at 1:30 p.m. We order to eat here via the app. Almost all the tables were completely dirty. The toilet facility was all dirty. Even though nothing was going on. Waited 20 minutes for our food... Woman came and couldn't speak German (the problem was we ordered at table 5 but sat at 6 because everything at table 5 was dirty (so everyone else was worse) We talked with our hands and feet until we got our food. This was really inedible and cold. Daughter 4 goes to the checkout and says sorry to the staff because she wants another bag of ketchup, it was missing from the happy meal. Everyone looked at her and ignored her, I then went over and had to find out from you, the second waitress, that she didn't speak German:-( first she wanted money for ketchup, then I told her it was missing and the food didn't taste good anyway good.. only then did she grudgingly give me the ketchup. Just thank you etc. The staff was very, very bad. Moral of the story, my girls don't want to go to McDonald's anymore yay. P.s: everything is full of rubbish outside and inside. And now 15 minutes after eating my stomach is grumbling..... :-(

Demanding money at all for a burger prepared like this is cheeky. When I checked my goods at the drive-in counter to see if everything was there, I was approached by the saleswoman. She says I have to drive away faster otherwise there would be a queue. I tried to explain to her that something was almost always missing from the order, but she wasn't interested. She then just rolled her eyes and told me to drive away. It's terrible how customers are treated and it has now become really expensive for a quality and preparation that is disproportionate.

You can never go wrong at McDonald’s. The McDonald’s in Ahlen is also great, and this is also known outside of Ahlen. The staff is always very nice too. Sometimes the tables are not completely clean. But when you ask, someone always comes straight away. Orders are placed quickly with the new mobile ordering system. Recommended 👍

So it's really starting to take off, I ordered take-away food several times and the last three times I got something different than what I ordered. Big Tasty bacon without cheese, what can I get one with cheese, Big Tasty without tomatoes what can one get without bacon, no sauce with the fries, no sauce with the nuggets, I should be grateful that when I ordered 6 nuggets I got 6 or do I always have to count?

The floor was sticky like it had been mopped with lemonade. Toilet paper on the floor in the men's toilet, no lock on the cubicle and the hand dryer doesn't work. The food is typical McDonald's...

The staff was completely overwhelmed, drinks were non-carbonated and it was incredibly dirty. Tables full of garbage and dirt (receipts that were on them were 2 hours old) and the garbage containers were overflowing.

I ordered at the terminal today (order 282) When you get home you realize that half of it is missing and the content you have is also wrong. Thank you. It was just uncomfortable being there, the air in the shop was bad and you constantly felt like you were going to be stuck to the floor.

It's nice when you notice that people are making an effort. All orders are exactly as ordered, items are nice and hot and the employees are friendly and helpful. No long waiting times, whether at the drive-in or in the restaurant. And even when I made a mistake (ordering could have been cheaper with a different configuration) it was kindly pointed out that a corresponding combination would reduce the overall price. We're happy every time, so it's a great experience for us (the children just love ordering their own things at the terminals and they enjoy using the play tower)

After standing stupidly in front of the ordering terminal in the drive for 5 minutes, the order was received incorrectly and in an unfriendly manner, they didn't listen to us either... I worked at McDonald's myself for a while and I know the headsets aren't the best but you can ask... then on Window felt like I waited for 10 minutes, haven't paid anything yet 🤷🏼‍♀️ after paying then waiting again for the rest... don't come from the corner that's why my review comes here. In my opinion, the store and the employees definitely have potential for an overhaul.

Ordered something from McDonald's after countless months, and what can I say? We should have left it alone. Apparently this happens often in this branch when I read through the posts here. We also had things missing from our order, two burgers were completely wrong, the nuggets tasted like flour and the fries were almost white, cold and half raw..... It's an outrage to sell something like that to your customers.... Why? I can only speculate about it, but maybe someone there should really take care of things so that this doesn't continue to happen.

Was forced to order on the touchscreen even though there was no guest in the store. So I ordered on the touchscreen, then went to the checkout with my slip and then paid there, more than illogical right? The employee was very harsh. I know much better McDonald's branches. There is a lot of room for improvement in the Ahlen branch in many respects!!

I've never seen such a run down McDonald's. Seat covers completely torn. Our food was shown as ready on the display, but it wasn't even being prepared yet. Fries were ready first and cooling down. We wanted our drink without ice. Cup half full with ice blocks. Really disgusting. Fries tasted really greasy. Our burgers weren't really great either. It can only make you sick and unfortunately that is what happened. Can't the health department stop by?

The food was McDonald's, so far okay, nothing special. My husband ordered a new burger and it looked completely different than the picture. We're not sure if that was him either. But you could eat. When ordering at the table there is a maximum waiting time of 1.5 minutes and with all the trimmings it is highly recommended and the food at MCs is generally very tasty

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Burgerbrötchen klitschnass durchtränkt von ???, so eine Pampe habe ich bei noch keinen Mc's serviert bekommen. Toiletten stinken wie eine Bahnhofsunterführung, zudem ist die Toilettentür defekt (aufgebrochen) so das man nichtmal ungestört sein Geschäft verrichten kann, Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten stehen in Pfützen im Toilettenraum. Tische werden anscheinend auch nicht sauber gemacht, Lokal war aber fast leer (wen wundert es). 11.Dez mittags um 11:40 Uhr.

Für Mc Donalds ist es meistens echt sauber da hab ichs schon anders gesehen im anderen MC Donalds!

Die Bestellungen sind meistens unvollständig. Oft denke ich, dass mich das Personal nicht versteht.

McDonald's halt. Saubere Umgebung, wir haben den McDrive genutzt. Dieser ist etwas ungünstig für die Zufahrt. Mehr als 1 bis 2 Fahrzeuge können nicht warten, danach macht man die Zufahrt unmöglich. Es gab sprachliche Barrieren, aber ist ja normal. Essen war heiß und vollständig.

Alles soweit in Ordnung, aber erst nach mehrfacher Hinweisen daraufgekommen, dass Mehrweg- anstatt Einwegbecher bestellt waren. Trotzdem freundlich geblieben, am Ende fehlten dann bei der Bestellung Ketchup und Mayonnaise, deswegen ein paar Abzüge.

Kalte Burger labbrige Pommes .Der Laden dreckig, die Toiletten dreckig, das Personal unfreundlich und frech. Dieser Laden ist nicht zu empfehlen und ich würde nie wieder in diesem Laden gehen. Die Krönung war, als ich mir dann meinen Kaffee holen wollte und ich noch mal nachgefragt habe, ob das ein Creme ist, habe ich die pampige Antwort bekommen :“nach was sieht das denn aus“ als ich dann gesagt hab ich werde mich beschweren, kam ein lautes Lachen mit der Aussage, „Mach doch!“ sowas muss man sich als Kunde nicht bieten lassen.

Schon zum 6 mal, dass ich mit der App Essen an Tisch bestelle und keiner es bringt. Und dann werde ich noch angeschnautz, dass ich mein Essen vorne an der Theke holen muss. Sie hätten keine Zeit dafür. Geschäftsführer gerufen. Hat den auch nicht interessiert. Mails an Mc Donalds interessiert keinen und werden nicht beantwortet. Fußboden klebt immer. Essen natürlich immer kalt, weil die ewig auf der Theke stehen, bis sie man selber es bemerkt und selbst abholen muss. Der Parkplatz ist an der Ausfahrt auch gefährlich. Ein- und Ausfahrt kreuzten sich. Bei Coupons stauen sich die Autos bis zur Hausstraße, weil das MC Drive Bestellportal fast an der Einfahrt ist. Somit kommen die Autos nicht aufs Gelände.

Wenn Kunden extra Geld bezahlten für beilagen dann sollten die Beilagen wenigsten darauf sein.Wenn ich Jalapenos haben möchte dann sollen da auch welche drauf sein.Und stochern sie nicht in meinem Burger herum um zu beweisen das sie richtig liegen obwohl ich Recht hatte das da keine drin sind.

Eine absolute Frechheit ….. nie wieder !! Jedes Mal das gleich. Für eine einzige Bestellung 45 min gewartet und das nicht das erst mal. Bei den Mitarbeiter fehlt es an jegliche Kompetenz. Jegliche Empathie für Kinder ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Unvollständige Bestellungen oder fehlende Bestellung jedes Mal.

Es ist schon wieder passiert dass die Bestellung nicht vollständig war.

O atendimento é dos piores que já vi numa cadeia do McDonald's. Edifico elegante e bem localizado, mas por algum motivo, e apesar de ter dois andares, apenas é usado o piso inferior, o que limita em muito a disponibilidade de lugares para os clientes.
