Waiting time too long, unfriendly staff, wrong order

Everything was fine. The tables may need to be cleaned more often. Of course it also depends on the guests.

Demanding money at all for a burger prepared like this is cheeky. When I checked my goods at the drive-in counter to see if everything was there, I was approached by the saleswoman. She says I have to drive away faster otherwise there would be a queue. I tried to explain to her that something was almost always missing from the order, but she wasn't interested. She then just rolled her eyes and told me to drive away. It's terrible how customers are treated and it has now become really expensive for a quality and preparation that is disproportionate.

I ordered food and they forgot me, I went 3 times where the order came, but it wasn't like 30 minutes, I waited then our order came

I got old hamburger rolls and I suspect there was already mold on the bottom. Simply disgusting and ended up in the trash 🤮

You can never go wrong at McDonald’s. The McDonald’s in Ahlen is also great, and this is also known outside of Ahlen. The staff is always very nice too. Sometimes the tables are not completely clean. But when you ask, someone always comes straight away. Orders are placed quickly with the new mobile ordering system. Recommended 👍

So it's really starting to take off, I ordered take-away food several times and the last three times I got something different than what I ordered. Big Tasty bacon without cheese, what can I get one with cheese, Big Tasty without tomatoes what can one get without bacon, no sauce with the fries, no sauce with the nuggets, I should be grateful that when I ordered 6 nuggets I got 6 or do I always have to count?

Orders are not taken properly, something is constantly missing from the menu and when you call, you hang up in the middle of the conversation. The most incompetent employees I know!

The three of us were there at around eleven o'clock. The whole store makes a very unkempt impression, with leftover food on the tables even though the store was empty. The floor was sticky like it had been mopped with lemonade. Toilet paper on the floor in the men's toilet, no lock on the cubicle and the hand dryer doesn't work. The food is typical McDonald's...

The staff was completely overwhelmed, drinks were non-carbonated and it was incredibly dirty. Tables full of garbage and dirt (receipts that were on them were 2 hours old) and the garbage containers were overflowing.

I ordered at the terminal today (order 282) When you get home you realize that half of it is missing and the content you have is also wrong. Thank you. I'll save myself the trip to McDonald's in Ahlen in the future. Calling there doesn't help either, it's just a tape. You wait in vain for a call back. Service and customer-friendly looks different.

Appalling service. I thought €26 for black hair in a burger was too expensive. For me, as an absolute fast food fan of the "Golden M", it was the last time in the Ahlen branch. It was just uncomfortable being there, the air in the shop was bad and you constantly felt like you were going to be stuck to the floor.

It's nice when you notice that people are making an effort. All orders are exactly as ordered, items are nice and hot and the employees are friendly and helpful. No long waiting times, whether at the drive-in or in the restaurant. And even when I made a mistake (ordering could have been cheaper with a different configuration) it was kindly pointed out that a corresponding combination would reduce the overall price. We're happy every time, so it's a great experience for us (the children just love ordering their own things at the terminals and they enjoy using the play tower)

Indescribable, with luck 2 out of 5 orders are correct. I've picked up something several times so far and have often gotten the wrong thing and then been told I said it differently and then the employees are unfriendly and disrespectful. Not recommended. Simply outrageous! Never again!

In the entire lower area there are only very very dirty tables. After I cleaned the table and benches that were smeared with ketchup myself so that I could actually sit somewhere with the kids, the cold food arrived at some point. Where is the problem packing orders correctly? Things were missing, some were wrong... All in all, out of 7 parts, only 1 was right and that was a fries. A pity. Where is the problem? While reading?

After standing stupidly in front of the ordering terminal in the drive for 5 minutes, the order was received incorrectly and in an unfriendly manner, they didn't listen to us either... I worked at McDonald's myself for a while and I know the headsets aren't the best but you can ask... then on Window felt like I waited for 10 minutes, haven't paid anything yet 🤷🏼‍♀️ after paying then waiting again for the rest... don't come from the corner that's why my review comes here. In my opinion, the store and the employees definitely have potential for an overhaul.

Ordered something from McDonald's after countless months, and what can I say? We should have left it alone. Apparently this happens often in this branch when I read through the posts here. We also had things missing from our order, two burgers were completely wrong, the nuggets tasted like flour and the fries were almost white, cold and half raw..... It's an outrage to sell something like that to your customers.... Why? I can only speculate about it, but maybe someone there should really take care of things so that this doesn't continue to happen.

Well, I never do reviews like that, but I have to do one here because this branch in Ahlen is by far the dirtiest branch I know, to put it plainly in German You have to wipe the tables yourself so that you can eat properly. The employee standing at the drive places the order incorrectly. The drink is missing. I have to go back in to get my drink and what I'm told in a loud tone is "I don't feel like discussing it with you".

Was forced to order on the touchscreen even though there was no guest in the store. So I ordered on the touchscreen, then went to the checkout with my slip and then paid there, more than illogical right? The employee was very harsh. I know much better McDonald's branches. There is a lot of room for improvement in the Ahlen branch in many respects!!

I've never seen such a run down McDonald's. Seat covers completely torn. Our food was shown as ready on the display, but it wasn't even being prepared yet. Fries were ready first and cooling down. We wanted our drink without ice. Cup half full with ice blocks. Really disgusting. Fries tasted really greasy. Our burgers weren't really great either. It can only make you sick and unfortunately that is what happened. Can't the health department stop by?

Bruv is just a normal mcces. Unfortunately we were there for iftar. I didn't even know that manners were also renounced at that time.

The food was McDonald's, so far okay, nothing special. My husband ordered a new burger and it looked completely different than the picture. We're not sure if that was him either. But you could eat. When ordering at the table there is a maximum waiting time of 1.5 minutes and with all the trimmings it is highly recommended and the food at MCs is generally very tasty

My MC Rip was so dry with hardly any sauce on it that you almost choked. Now that I've read the reviews, my own stupidity.

MC Drive is like a surprise egg, you don't know who is serving you and whether she speaks or understands your language. Not necessarily always friendly, waiting time is a disaster despite pre-ordering with the app. Food, yes, fast food tastes okay.

Die Bürger werden nicht verkauft,wie auf der Abbildung dargestellt und ich hatte einen dreckigen Eiswürfel in meinem Eistee, was ich erst festgestellt habe nachdem ich das Getränk fast leer getrunken habe. Geht besser woanders hin

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Burgerbrötchen klitschnass durchtränkt von ???, so eine Pampe habe ich bei noch keinen Mc's serviert bekommen. Toiletten stinken wie eine Bahnhofsunterführung, zudem ist die Toilettentür defekt (aufgebrochen) so das man nichtmal ungestört sein Geschäft verrichten kann, Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten stehen in Pfützen im Toilettenraum. Tische werden anscheinend auch nicht sauber gemacht, Lokal war aber fast leer (wen wundert es). 11.Dez mittags um 11:40 Uhr.

Anstatt sich darauf zu konzentrieren, den kompletten Auftrag zu erteilen, redeten die Mitarbeiter. nicht vollständige Bestellung

Leider eine Katastrophe. McDrive sollte auch umbenannt werden in McParken. Mitarbeiter/innen sind oft völlig überfordert. Wollten die Pizzataschen probieren, Chicken Nuggets bekommen. Läuft..

Für Mc Donalds ist es meistens echt sauber da hab ichs schon anders gesehen im anderen MC Donalds!

Die Bestellungen sind meistens unvollständig. Oft denke ich, dass mich das Personal nicht versteht.

McDonald's halt. Saubere Umgebung, wir haben den McDrive genutzt. Dieser ist etwas ungünstig für die Zufahrt. Mehr als 1 bis 2 Fahrzeuge können nicht warten, danach macht man die Zufahrt unmöglich. Es gab sprachliche Barrieren, aber ist ja normal. Essen war heiß und vollständig.

Alles soweit in Ordnung, aber erst nach mehrfacher Hinweisen daraufgekommen, dass Mehrweg- anstatt Einwegbecher bestellt waren. Trotzdem freundlich geblieben, am Ende fehlten dann bei der Bestellung Ketchup und Mayonnaise, deswegen ein paar Abzüge.

Kalte Burger labbrige Pommes .Der Laden dreckig, die Toiletten dreckig, das Personal unfreundlich und frech. Dieser Laden ist nicht zu empfehlen und ich würde nie wieder in diesem Laden gehen. Die Krönung war, als ich mir dann meinen Kaffee holen wollte und ich noch mal nachgefragt habe, ob das ein Creme ist, habe ich die pampige Antwort bekommen :“nach was sieht das denn aus“ als ich dann gesagt hab ich werde mich beschweren, kam ein lautes Lachen mit der Aussage, „Mach doch!“ sowas muss man sich als Kunde nicht bieten lassen.

Schon zum 6 mal, dass ich mit der App Essen an Tisch bestelle und keiner es bringt. Und dann werde ich noch angeschnautz, dass ich mein Essen vorne an der Theke holen muss. Sie hätten keine Zeit dafür. Geschäftsführer gerufen. Hat den auch nicht interessiert. Mails an Mc Donalds interessiert keinen und werden nicht beantwortet. Fußboden klebt immer. Essen natürlich immer kalt, weil die ewig auf der Theke stehen, bis sie man selber es bemerkt und selbst abholen muss. Der Parkplatz ist an der Ausfahrt auch gefährlich. Ein- und Ausfahrt kreuzten sich. Bei Coupons stauen sich die Autos bis zur Hausstraße, weil das MC Drive Bestellportal fast an der Einfahrt ist. Somit kommen die Autos nicht aufs Gelände.

Wenn Kunden extra Geld bezahlten für beilagen dann sollten die Beilagen wenigsten darauf sein.Wenn ich Jalapenos haben möchte dann sollen da auch welche drauf sein.Und stochern sie nicht in meinem Burger herum um zu beweisen das sie richtig liegen obwohl ich Recht hatte das da keine drin sind.

Eine absolute Frechheit ….. nie wieder !! Jedes Mal das gleich. Für eine einzige Bestellung 45 min gewartet und das nicht das erst mal. Bei den Mitarbeiter fehlt es an jegliche Kompetenz. Jegliche Empathie für Kinder ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Unvollständige Bestellungen oder fehlende Bestellung jedes Mal.

Es ist schon wieder passiert dass die Bestellung nicht vollständig war.

O atendimento é dos piores que já vi numa cadeia do McDonald's. Edifico elegante e bem localizado, mas por algum motivo, e apesar de ter dois andares, apenas é usado o piso inferior, o que limita em muito a disponibilidade de lugares para os clientes.

Lange Wartezeiten, Bestellungen oft unvollständig, Essen oft kalt.

Alle vor mir konnten persönlich am Schalter bestellen. Dann Wechsel an der Kasse und der unfreundliche Mann hat sich geweigert, mich zu bedienen und an den SB Terminal verwiesen, obwohl ich etwas in der Schlange warten musste. Nach dem Bestellen hätte ich zum bezahlen wieder in der Schlange stehen müssen. Vielen Dank auch ... Sauladen ... Kundenunfreundlich ... Der hat den Mindestlohn nicht verdient !

Das Bestellterminal ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und hat nicht richtig funktioniert, zum Glück konnte man beim Personal bestellen. Es war nach 24 Uhr und warm, daher habe ich im freien gegessen, was allerdings etwas umständlich war, da es draußen an den Sitzplätzen keine Beleuchtung gab.

Ist ein normaler McDonalds. Essen wird an den Tisch gebracht und schmeckt normal. Meistens ist es sehr voll im Abend.

Wenn die Damen hinter der Theke mit einem Lächeln, mehr Elan die Bestellung zubereiten würden und so freundlich wie der Filialleiter sein dann würde man dort auch gerne öfters halten :)

Schrecklich schon das dritte Mal das meine Kids krank wurden ,und denen ihr Besuch mit ,traurig Kinder geht es seid gestern schlecht übergeben sich ,Bauchlrämpfe nach bigmäc und vanille shake schon die dritte schlechte Erfahrung es ist nicht besser ,sowas muss man melden,und sauber ist es dort nicht.!!!

Ich habe kürzlich über die McDonald's App eine Bestellung bei McDonald's Delbrück aufgegeben und bin äußerst enttäuscht von der schlechten Servicequalität, die ich dort erlebt habe. Ich möchte meine Erfahrung in dieser 1-Sterne-Bewertung teilen, um andere potenzielle Kunden vor ähnlichen Frustrationen zu warnen. Nachdem ich meine Bestellung auf der App aufgegeben hatte, fuhr ich zum Drive-In-Schalter, um meine Mahlzeit abzuholen. Zu meiner Verwunderung wurde mir am Schalter mitgeteilt, dass meine Bestellung nicht gefunden werden könne. Anstatt eine Lösung für das Problem zu finden oder mir bei der Bestellung erneut zu helfen, wurde mir einfach gesagt, ich solle weiterfahren, damit die anderen Kunden nicht warten müssten. Ich war schockiert über die mangelnde Hilfsbereitschaft und das Fehlen jeglicher Bemühungen, mein Problem zu lösen. Als zahlender Kunde hätte ich erwartet, dass man sich um mein Anliegen kümmert und versucht, eine zufriedenstellende Lösung zu finden. Stattdessen wurde mir quasi gesagt, dass meine Bestellung nicht wichtig sei und dass ich einfach verschwinden solle. Ich war nicht nur enttäuscht, sondern auch verärgert darüber, dass mir nicht gestattet wurde, meine Bestellung erneut aufzugeben. Es scheint, als ob es den Mitarbeitern völlig egal war, ob ich mein Essen erhalte oder nicht. Der Mangel an Kundenservice und Professionalität war frustrierend und unakzeptabel. Insgesamt war mein Besuch bei McDonald's Delbrück eine äußerst negative Erfahrung. Der mangelnde Umgang mit meinem Anliegen und die fehlende Bereitschaft, eine Lösung zu finden, haben mich sehr enttäuscht. Ich werde definitiv meine zukünftigen Besuche in diesem Restaurant überdenken und kann es anderen Kunden nicht empfehlen, die nach einem zuverlässigen und kundenorientierten Service suchen. Es ist bedauerlich zu sehen, wie ein etabliertes Unternehmen wie McDonald's solch einen schlechten Kundenservice bietet. Es sollte eine Priorität sein, die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu erfüllen und angemessen auf Probleme zu reagieren. Dies war definitiv nicht der Fall bei meinem Besuch bei McDonald's Delbrück.
