The food is cold every time and something gets mixed up; today I got regular nuggets instead of pepper nuggets.

Standard McDonald's. I like going there.

McDonald's is getting worse and worse. I don't go there often, and I wanted to treat myself to something unhealthy again after 6 months. I picked out special coupons, paid via PayPal, and placed the order at the store, but the order hadn't been received at the store. I then showed the payment to PayPal, but the employee wasn't interested. Anyway, after 5 minutes of discussion, I decided to cancel the payment via PayPal and left. Too bad. But now I know why I stopped going to McDonald's...

So far so good...at least I had some really hot fries. Respect

Doesn't even deserve a star. Ordered from Lieferando today and gave them a second chance. After about 1.5 hours, the order was simply canceled again 😡 Of course, it was in the evening again, at a time when you can't order anything like that anywhere else. It's just become a... shop. Whether through Lieferando or directly from the branch. Just sad and... the hell. They don't care about people at all.

We ordered drive thru, when we reached home we find out that 2 cheeseburgers were missing. Even they put the wrong sauces that we ordered. Lesson learned, we better check it next time. We can’t trust mcdonalds anymore. So disappointed!

It's a disgrace to cancel an order after an hour and twenty minutes. The same thing happened on Borsigallee. Why do you make people wait so long before you cancel? It's the worst. You don't care about your customers.

The staff was very sweet and the food was okay. They understand better than those in Turkey.

The store was already cleaned up an hour before closing time, and no more customers were allowed in. Some lights above the tables were turned off to create an almost adventurous and exciting restaurant experience. A few flies buzzed around the restaurant, but otherwise it was "okay."

We ordered through Lieferando. Unfortunately, the order was stuck in the server, so we had to order again. Now we did that, and this time it worked. However, they forgot the fries and curly fries, so we called them. On the phone, I was told they'd call me back right away. That hasn't happened yet. Could you please film your employees so we can see what they forget? We'll never order from them again. At another branch in Giessen, this wasn't a problem; they delivered directly. It can happen, though.

I can't understand how someone could simply forget 50% of an order; even the sauces were wrong. McDonald's on Hanauerlandstrasse is completely unreliable.

I ordered the new chicken big mac menu from mcdrive today. When I got home I looked and saw that I had gotten 6 chicken nuggets 👍🏻 I have been buying from there for many years and almost every time something is missing or something different comes along.

Fast service, familiar taste and convenient location - everything you need from McDonald's. Orders are always served hot, the staff is polite and works quickly. A great place to grab a bite on the go or take away. Reliable and delicious, as always!

I ordered plant-based nuggets and got real chicken nuggets in a plant-based nugget wrapper. Absolutely unacceptable!

McDonald's looks very nice, but unfortunately, it's not very clean. The tables are covered in bird droppings, and the employees are rude. The food is okay, sometimes cold. The order display doesn't seem to work. But the restrooms are very clean, which is great 👍🏼.

Crazy Mc Drive.. the customer was insulted in Albanian in front of me and the entire family was insulted... unfortunately I was at home again otherwise I wouldn't have left it alone.... 2x fries.. completely raw and of course cold... the horror.. Cola Zero tasted like there was alcohol in it.. almost broke... you could see a smear film on the Cola... I want to know what that was.... cleaning agent from the machine? No idea. That was my McDoof experience again after 1.5 years... vomit

Mega unfriendly group messing around behind the counter. And forgot the extras we ordered on the burger. After asking if we get the extras, the food is thrown away and made new, with complaining and then done wrong again. Once and never again!

The app says it's open 24 hours a day. The door is open until 2am. On a Friday evening we weren't allowed in at 11:30 p.m. Even though people were still eating there and people were still standing at the machines to order. The employee who didn't even manage to explain this rubbish but waved us off in an unfriendly manner was completely wrong!!

The staff wasn't too friendly, the burger was fried and cold, the fries were in the deep fryer for too long and were too salty. The operation was average, so we could have worked with the number of staff present without any problems. Fresh products and a proper lobby, as required by McDonald's guidelines, wouldn't have been rocket science at all. Experienced shift leaders can do this better. Too bad! Not to say that without praise: The cola was really good. Fresh and well-tempered!

It took them 2 hours to deliver the food, they overcharged and the delivery was not complete, food was missing from the order.

So if you know it's a busy Friday or Saturday, why don't you hire more people?! It's really annoying, I'm hungry

Food was very bad, the fries were prepared in old fat, very disgusting. Burger .. Big tasty would have been made with bacon despite the information on the terminal that it should be without bacon but this was ignored and half-heartedly re-prepared. Tables dirty.... The service from employees is OK...

They cheat when you place an order. I specifically chose a sesame seed bun, but they actually put me a regular bun without sesame seeds. Not a professional approach, I don't recognize McDonald's.

Prepared quickly, good service and a super nice employee who comes to the table (despite being busy) and asks if everything is OK 😊 It couldn't be better for Mc Donalds.

We ordered something to take away. Unfortunately, we saw how the two McDonald's employees treated each other! One treated the other badly. We were disappointed and picked up our order and left straight away. Please train your staff professionally! We won't come again.

Our visit on December 29th. at 9 p.m. The food was ok. Service without complaint. However, not a single table was clean, there was a lot of rubbish, the floor was stuck everywhere and had definitely not been cleaned for a few hours. The entrance door was broken. This franchise is not a flagship for McDonald’s!

I was told by an employee that there were no more meat parties after I redeemed 2 coupons and ordered 2 big macs. There are also a lot of rats running around outside the shop.

This is supposed to be a 24 hour McDonald's??? Completely by chance, the employees close the shop. Sometimes also the drive in. If you're lucky enough and the drive-in opens at night, you can expect waiting times of around 1 hour per vehicle.

I ordered food on the device using a coupon. It's all ok. €11.99 to pay in cash. I stand at the front to pay and am ignored for a while. Even on request after 10 minutes. When I was able to pay I suddenly had to pay €13.48 on the grounds that they couldn't change that now. In broken German. Any attempt to clarify it was rejected. Really just bad service and very incompetent!!!

An absolute no. This branch is absolutely chaotic in terms of service. It was very dirty and untidy and you wait a long time for your order. It wasn't that busy. It didn't taste good either and it looked chaotic and dirty behind the counter.

How to get 5 items in an almost empty restaurant at 3 p.m. Chicken nuggets, fries, cola, french rolls & cheeseburgers take just over 20 minutes is a mystery to me.

Fries tasted old (floppy and dark brown around the edges). After complaining, I was brought new ones to the table (hence service ok), but they were only crispy, but also way too brown and not really tasty (old fat????). The Double Royal Cheese was nothing either. NOT a single slice of cucumber on it, just some onions, minimal cheese on the meat (has nothing to do with the pictures, where you can see 2 whole slices that also hang over). Door to the outside area locked and music inside that was way too loud. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I EATED THERE.

A real juice shop that I will never visit again. I don't go to McDonald's often, but the last three times in three months I had to wait longer than 4 minutes at the microphone counter. So today I had to wait too but this time I drove through. The other McDonald's, where the staff is much friendlier, is on Borsig Allee and is only a few minutes by car, so head to Borsig Allee. And never again McDonald’s on Hanauer Landstrasse. P.S. I had to wait even though there was no line in front of me and it was evening so there was nothing going on.

I'm not necessarily a fan of fast food, but this McDonald's is really underground, so I would really wait and see, you really need nerves of steel to get there, especially with McDrive.

Really really bad McDonalds! ALL tables dirty! We selected table service and they call out the table number instead of bringing it to the table. Made the wrong food. 3 homeless people lurking outside the McDonalds, looting the tray returns and peeing on the floor in the toilets... I feel VERY uncomfortable! Employees do nothing!

Food tastes great even if you know it's not the healthiest. The service has become significantly worse. In my last 3 orders, half of the items were wrong or something was missing. Now you always have to look in the bag before you go because you can't trust McDonald's anymore. It's a shame, Meggis used to be very good.

Staff seemed listless, unmotivated and not enough employees. 🍟 were cold and tasted unreasonable. The fish burger was prepared completely wrong. We wanted to eat there, but our food was wrapped up and left on the counter. After about 15 minutes to 20 minutes, I asked what was actually going on here and where our order was, but received no response. I took the bag from the counter and went outside so as not to bother myself any further. Quickly satisfy your hunger and leave... We weren't the only ones who complained about the service there. Apparently customer service is not very important there or is not at the top of the list.

Doors are often closed before stated or signposted opening times. In the drive-in, the vehicle in front of me waited a full 13 minutes until the next employee was there and last week I was simply not served at the drive-in despite the fact that the store was supposed to be open. Even after knocking on the window you were just looked at stupidly and didn't get any information.

I was there again today to try the new M Burger. I received a very friendly welcome again...the two loving ladies who already know me...since I pick up my double-chilli-cheese burger there almost every day, they were very charming to me again. I got a Coke on the house...thank you very much for that, I feel very honored. Best MCs ever. Oh and of course the M Burger was fabulously delicious...for me it's like an extension of the cheeseburger only with salad and its own sauce. Was very satisfied today as always! Keep it up 🖤

I was in drive through, I ask for a icy cola, and they gave me a hot cola, when I ask where is ice, they told me what is ice, I told him in German language wo ist Eis in der Cola, es ist heiß, he said ich weiß nicht, was Eis ist. The first McDonald's to intentionally prevent wheelchair users from entering the restaurant through structural measures. What am I saying, this is my first restaurant that I can't get into because someone not only didn't create a barrier-free path, but deliberately made sure that I couldn't get in. I LOVE THIS Mc's. I work at Session next door and am so happy that I always get my food very hot and prepared quickly. Among other things, I'm there very often and seeing how the employees greet me with a beaming smile is so warm! Just got a large Coke on the house today. Just like that...🥹🙏🏾 I'm really very happy with you. Thank you for this great work and the love you always put into my food.
