Really really bad McDonalds! ALL tables dirty! We selected table service and they call out the table number instead of bringing it to the table. Made the wrong food. 3 homeless people lurking outside the McDonalds, looting the tray returns and peeing on the floor in the toilets... I feel VERY uncomfortable! Employees do nothing!

Food tastes great even if you know it's not the healthiest. The service has become significantly worse. In my last 3 orders, half of the items were wrong or something was missing. Now you always have to look in the bag before you go because you can't trust McDonald's anymore. It's a shame, Meggis used to be very good.

0.00000 out of 5, a complete disaster and literally without words. Today was the last time I went to this juice shop with my son. Staff seemed listless, unmotivated and not enough employees. 🍟 were cold and tasted unreasonable. The fish burger was prepared completely wrong. We wanted to eat there, but our food was wrapped up and left on the counter. After about 15 minutes to 20 minutes, I asked what was actually going on here and where our order was, but received no response. I took the bag from the counter and went outside so as not to bother myself any further. Quickly satisfy your hunger and leave... We weren't the only ones who complained about the service there. Apparently customer service is not very important there or is not at the top of the list.

Doors are often closed before stated or signposted opening times. In the drive-in, the vehicle in front of me waited a full 13 minutes until the next employee was there and last week I was simply not served at the drive-in despite the fact that the store was supposed to be open. Even after knocking on the window you were just looked at stupidly and didn't get any information.

Unfortunately very very unfriendly…. The rest is typical as usual.

I was there again today to try the new M Burger. I received a very friendly welcome again...the two loving ladies who already know me...since I pick up my double-chilli-cheese burger there almost every day, they were very charming to me again. I got a Coke on the house...thank you very much for that, I feel very honored. Best MCs ever. Oh and of course the M Burger was fabulously delicious...for me it's like an extension of the cheeseburger only with salad and its own sauce. Was very satisfied today as always! Keep it up 🖤

The first McDonald's to intentionally prevent wheelchair users from entering the restaurant through structural measures. I LOVE THIS Mc's. I work at Session next door and am so happy that I always get my food very hot and prepared quickly. Among other things, I'm there very often and seeing how the employees greet me with a beaming smile is so warm! Just got a large Coke on the house today. Inflexible, rude and sometimes arrogant staff. The lady at the drive-thru to take the order ignored my questions after taking the order. We went to the next counter and weren't allowed to order anything else. This rude, ignorant lady has no place in this job! mess

Bad service, only one kiosk open with dozens of people. Referred to the open kiosk in an unfriendly manner, the manager or something is simply unfriendly and should be fired. Not the first time. Otherwise a standard Megges.

You arrive at 5:50 and want to order. The gentleman at the counter says that breakfast will only be available in 10 minutes. Otherwise just nuggets and little things. Service 0 stars. We specifically asked about the glass color when ordering to see if it was available, which was confirmed. Glass ended up not available and my coupon is gone. But unfortunately the service speaks neither German nor English!

I was there shortly after 12:00 a.m. on April 6, 2024 and was told that coupons would no longer be accepted after 12 a.m., but I could take 20 nuggets or a double pack menu but my app wouldn't be scanned. Hard to believe such rude staff. Code doesn't work due to system errors at MC Donalds so they don't release the cheese dip either. Then being so rude instead of being accommodating!! If the shift manager is so unfriendly, what should the employees be like!? Warmed fries were then a bonus. Sad

Wow! Das war der beste McDonald's Besuch meines Lebens. Wir wurden freundlich bedient und der Herr hatte viel Geduld mit uns, wir kamen mit der McDonald's App nicht zurecht und die Burger waren heiß und ordentlich belegt. Danke für den Service!

In Mc Drive sollte man die Bestellung Vollständigkeit prüfen, du kommst nach Hause und es fehlen Sachen , zurück fahren lohnt sich nicht .

Sind mit 15 Kindern gekommen und wurden unhöflich darauf hingewiesen, das so etwas nicht geht und man zwingend so etwas anmelden muss. Das Restaurant ist fast leer gewesen und Sie sind nur eine kleine Filiale mit 5 Mitarbeitern. Bei einer anderen Bestellung wurde nicht an den Tisch geliefert, die Pommes waren kalt, wurden dann umgetauscht, aber mit dem Satz das Essen steht hier schon 10 Minuten. Tischservice Fehlanzeige?!? Die Toiletten riechen stark nach Urin, im Allgemeinen der Service nicht freundlich aufgrund unserer Personenanzahl.

Eigentlich immer dreckig da. Allerdings wenn man nachfragt wird es sauber gemacht. Zumindest wenn man einen Tag hat am dem jemand deutsch versteht.

Burger waren ok. Pommes schon alt und trocken. Nuggets waren gut. Zum Ambiente, ziemlich runtergekommen und teilweise auch dreckig. Und es wird geduldet das Obdachlose durch den Laden laufen und Gäste ansprechen und nach Essen und Geld fragen..... Sehr unangenehm. Bedienung hat wirklich sehr sehr schlecht deutsch gesprochen. Bestellen geht , aber irgendwas nachfragen hat garnicht funktioniert...

Brandneu wird auf der Werbetafel der neue Double BigMac präsentiert, was man bekommt ist aber nicht so brandneu sondern nur widerlich. Siehe Bild.

Ich hatte kürzlich eine Erfahrung in dieser McDonald's Filiale, und ich muss sagen, dass es nicht gerade beeindruckend war. Der Service war in Ordnung, aber es gab einige Probleme, die meine Erfahrung getrübt haben. Zunächst einmal war der Laden nicht besonders voll, was bedeutet hätte, dass sie in der Lage sein sollten, Bestellungen rechtzeitig zu bearbeiten. Leider kamen sie jedoch nicht hinterher, und es dauerte länger als erwartet, bis meine Bestellung bereit war. Ein weiteres Problem war die Sauberkeit des Ladens. Es war wirklich schmutzig und unordentlich, was die Essensqualität negativ beeinflusste. Die Atmosphäre war alles andere als einladend. Zu allem Überfluss wurde auch noch ein Teil meiner Bestellung vergessen. Statt das Essen in einer Tablette zu bekommen, wurde es mir in einer Tüte gereicht, was zu Unannehmlichkeiten führte. Die Toiletten waren ebenfalls in einem bedauerlichen Zustand. Sie waren total dreckig, was die Gesamtsauberkeit des Ladens noch weiter in Frage stellte. Es war wirklich enttäuschend, diese Einrichtung zu besuchen, und ich hoffe, dass sie dringend Maßnahmen ergreifen, um die Sauberkeit und den Service in dieser Filiale zu verbessern. Mit all diesen negativen Aspekten kann ich nicht mehr als 2 Sterne vergeben.

Frechheit wie sich manche Ma benehmen. Und das geilste bei - Graden ist es üblich das man Eiswürfel in seine Getränke bekommt 🥶🤬 ist mir noch nie irgendwo anders passiert und zurück nehmen tun sie es auch nicht. Jetzt weiss ich auch wieder warum ich dieses Restaurant seit langem gemieden habe. Update es hat sich gebessert vor allem der eine Herr mit den etwas längeren Haaren toller fleißiger Mann

Das essen kam schnell, aber war trotzdem bereits lauwarm bis kalt. Leider war es überall sehr schmutzig. Keiner der freien Tische war wirklich sauber, sondern überall waren Krümel/Essensreste zu finden, weswegen man nicht wirklich mit Appetit essen konnte.

Bedienung wirkte überfordert, Unterstützung durch Kollegium sehr schwach, wurde allein gelassen. Sowas sieht man nicht gern

Naja was soll ich sagen wie McDonalds halt ist wenn man keine lust mehr hat selbst zu kochen kann man sich das Essen mal Gönnen. Cheeseburger waren ok nur etwas zuviel Ketchup drauf! Chickenburger waren etwas trocken. Für die mindere Qualität des Essens ist McDonalds mittlerweile unverschämt teuer geworden. In Ausnahme Fällen zu empfehlen sonst kocht lieber selbst oder geht Pizza essen. Ps: Das Personal war nicht wirklich freundlich aber auch nicht unfreundlich ziemlich neutral.

Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen. Der Kaffee ☕️ war sehr gut. Wir haben draußen gesessen und ich musste feststellen das man es mit der Hygiene nicht so ernst nimmt. Die Tische waren schon sehr schmutzig.

Man sollte meinen, das ein Royal TS heutzutage halbwegs ordentlich ausgeben wird. Hier wurde ich eines besseren belehrt. Den Burger fand ich Loser Form am Platz vor als ich die Verpackung öffnete. Bereits zuvor fiel mir Thekenpersonal sehr unangenehm auf als ich nach den fürchterlichen Pappstrohalmen fragte. O-Ton mit Aggro Gesicht: Gibs nich mehr.... Lieber Sotor oder whatever Franchisenehmer. Gutes Personal in der Branche ist knifflig zu finden, völlig klar, aber kann man die Leute nicht ein bisschen in Produktqualität und Service Schulen? In der Hoffnung das wenigstens Gesundheitszeugnis ordentlich geprüft wurde, MFG Stammkunde.

Die Burger waren kalt, und die Netzkartoffeln trocken. Der Laden war nicht voll, der MC Driveschalter ebenfalls nicht. Wartezeit ca. 15min. für mich persönlich gerade noch im Rahmen. Für Einen Royal Käse Ts Menü Plus Einen McDouble Chile Chesse Die Toilette war schmutzig.Weitere Bemerkungen lass ich jetzt mal weg. Das positive war, der Service. Nicht desto trotz. So definitiv nicht weiter zu empfehlen. ZWEI Sterne

Ist halt MC Donalds wie in allen Filialen bekommst du immer lauwarme bis fast kalte Burger fragst du nach sind sie gereizt und erklären das das normal ist der Weg bis zum Kunden ,mein Fazit anstatt ewig zu quatschen und man das Gefühl hat zu stören sollte der Manager mal die Augen öffnen ,Jeder weiss Personal ist knapp vielleicht sollten die Kunden selbst helfen

Eine dreckige Toilette (und das deutlich unter dem Niveau, welches man von Festivals & Co kennt) und bei Hinweis darauf pampige Antworten.

Geht voll klar, typischer McDonalds, man versteht mittlerweile sogar am McDrive die Bedienungen (sprachen früher öfters nur schlechtes Deutsch, momentan geht das) und die Bestellungen werden ohne Fehler rausgegeben. Der McDonalds hat übrigens 24h auf.

Vorab, ich bin kein Fan von McDonald's aber Morgens um kurz vor 7 gibt es nicht viele Möglichkeiten. Die Bedienung war freundlich, der Kaffee okay, die "Frühstück Toast "unter aller Sau" - Sorry

Da wir auf der Hanauer arbeiten fahren wir öfters zum Essen holen durch den McDrive. Viele Mitarbeiter, welche die Bestellungen dort aufnehmen sprechen leider schlecht deutsch und sind schwer zu verstehen. Oder verstehen mich nicht. Hatte es schon oft dass sie einfach nur "chicken" gehört hatten und dann z.B. einen McChicken Classic machten statt einen Bacon Clubhouse Chicken. Ansonsten recht schnell und das typische McDonalds essen. Pro: 24 Stunden geöffnet. Super für uns Nachtschichtarbeiter.
