BURGER KING Frankfurt Hauptwache in Frankfurt am Main

When you are traveling in the city of Frankfurt, the selection of fast food shops is not as huge as some people imagine. And if you want to go quickly, then it's a little more limited. So I visited the nearest Burger King store. In the end, just the wait took longer than I imagined because only one checkout was open and in front of me there was a group of bigwig kids who demanded a special request for every single order. Of course, this takes a long time and also puts a strain on my nerves. Otherwise you get a cheeseburger that isn't filling and doesn't taste good.

Nothing to complain about. I came for lunch. Was served very friendly. Everything was clean. Food was very fresh and well prepared (not like at Megges, where the burgers are just thrown together). Top branch currently.

I ordered several vegan burgers and one of them was clearly topped with a meat patty. When I complained, I received no apology, it was assumed that I had ordered it that way!!

Unfortunately, returning reusable cups takes forever because only the manager is allowed to do it :(

Worst Burger King I have ever been too!

Dirt, stench, abomination! On the street, all the tables and chairs are littered with pigeons. The impression is that the tables are never wiped. Wait a long time for orders, not always correct, some kind of bullshit. I do not recommend.

I ordered a Big King XXL menu twice via Uber Eats, but only the burger was delivered. The driver was cool and the delivery from the driver was good. Burger King's service was hard on the feet to say the least. So be careful with the delivery service.

Late this afternoon, all of the sauces were missing from our order and an extra was forgotten with the burger. It was quite busy, so I can understand that. But when we brought it up, the man who is probably the shift manager simply reacted unfriendly and referred to the many refugees from Ukraine. Apart from that, there was no soap in the toilets and there was no disinfectant.

What a store, I can only recommend never ordering there, the waiting times are almost twice as long as a medical student

Terrible service, lack of respect for customers, especially tourists. The staff attending on 14/09/2024 at 11:15 PM were rude and inattentive.

Shortly before 12 o'clock on Sunday there was nothing going on, everything was being freshened up, but the cash register had no change. Instead of asking for card payment, the change was paid out in small bills and hard money. The same thing happened to subsequent customers.

Really friendly and motivated staff. Super professional and efficient. Abbas especially is a wonderful employee.

I ate there recently and have been suffering from nausea and stomach pain for the next few days. My companion too. Either this is a really stupid coincidence, or unfortunately something is wrong :( The cola was unusually warm and the burgers unusually cold. It's a shame that it's not the other way around

Burgers are as usual tasty. And i prefer burger king because of their grill burgers with low fat which are far better for health than anyother fast food. Staff is friendly , helping and professional. Sitting upstairs is really cool and classy. Great experience.. Surely recommended.

Hello Burger King Hauptwache, for your information: If you order Curly Fries, then you only want Curly Fries and not fries and Curly Fries mixed 50/50. Especially not if you order takeaway and only notice it when you get home. Then you feel really ripped off and the rest of it doesn't taste as good - especially not the fries that come with it!

Compared to other Burger King I found this one a little less clean and I felt like it took longer, but at least it had a second floor and you can sit by the window and look down. That is nice.

I think the restaurant has a nice atmosphere despite the limited space. The staff is very nice and responded to my special requests. I also noticed that she brought food to the table of an old man without the customer's request. You have to accept the long waiting time in downtown Frankfurt, even at other restaurants :) The food is delicious and I haven't had any problems with the taste or hygiene so far.

I'm used to a lot of things in restaurants, but this was subterranean. 1. the machines for ordering are constantly out of order 2. the orders are taking an unusually long time 3. the guest area is not maintained or checked and looks the same 4. the toilets are an imposition. There is water in the soap dispenser 5. The staff speaks broken German and has major problems communicating. 6. the quality (freshness and temperature) are not within the normal range - if I were a manager here, heads would roll

We have bought here SOOOOO OFTEN and believe me if you order more than 2 burgers you can be sure that the rest will NEVER arrive. For the money lost you could have gone for a high-class meal. Instead, I keep ordering from Burger King which I never get. A shame!!!!!!

Once again, parts of the order were missing... this time I only got teriyaki sauce without the nuggets. Of course, the nuggets were still paid for, but if you only notice it at home it will be difficult to complain. Thanks for nothing.

He gave a lecture on how he is an graduate and so he knows everything. We left the food at the counter. No reaction from fellow or the staff.

Worst experience with the staff and food I am not going back to this branch again. I ordered fries, onions rings plus drink. Onion rings was bearly eatable. When I told them that the fries are not fresh, they started arguing that I am also graduate I know what are the standards. Drink was not better than water. Apparently there was no sweet sour sauce. Then I just got sour cream with my limp chicken nuggets. I wasn't even offered a reasonable alternative. In addition, the fries were completely unsalted. After I complained, I at least got a mayo for my sour cream. Only the room upstairs was clean.

Incompetent and unfriendly staff ordered 1 burger and 9 nuggets, got 1 burger 6 onion rings. After asking and waiting for a quarter of an hour, nothing happened, until at some point they said that the store would definitely never close again.

Lots of traffic, as is typical in the city, but orders are processed quite efficiently, and there is even plenty of space to sit upstairs and it's clean. Also clean toilets. The food tastes like in any other BK ;) which means good. But the restaurant made a positive impression, because usually it looks worse in such a busy place.

Unfortunately the food was cold and half of it was missing. After a short discussion we were served everything relatively fresh and complete. Unfortunately I had severe stomach cramps afterwards.

I rarely eat at Burger King anymore and the occasional Burger King is also a way to break the habit. But here I can say with peace of mind that everything is fine. Food tastes like BK food should taste, but the service and ambience is a disaster. Some devices are defective and if you notice this, nothing is done to prevent it from happening to other customers. This means that every customer who goes through the process on one device can try it again on another device, which is very inconvenient and annoying, especially when the BK is full.

Never again. The terminals to order are extremely buggy, the waiting time is way too long, but the worst thing is the food. The onion rings were barely fried and uneatable, the fries were basically bricks and the fanta was flavored water. So 50% of our order was uneatable. When i went to complain, there was a line of people with complaints, so it seems like not a singular incident!

The man with the Rastas was very nice. Food was fresh and was handed out reasonably quickly. The toilets were not particularly clean and very narrow.

The food is decent, but the store is often overcrowded and the employees take decades to take your order first. A lot of time has already passed before the food ends up on the table!

The only good thing about my visit to Burger King at this branch were the fries! I won't go into detail about the general hygienic conditions in this branch! Very frightening, I've never seen such an accumulation of rubbish in the customer area and the view into the kitchen wasn't any better either! When I ordered my things at the terminal it took 18 minutes until I could even pay for the order at the checkout. By the time I had the food I ordered in my hand and left the restaurant, 27 minutes had passed! In these 27 minutes I got a very good impression. From employees insulting customers, employees trying to clean the ice machine, employees carrying a bucket filled with food through the restaurant and customers without a cover, overwhelmed employees and what really horrified me were conversations between two employees who talked to plant based or normal meat. I felt like they didn't know which product was vegetarian! The 27 minutes for a fast food restaurant is pretty steep. If there are problems in production, it might help to communicate with the customers. Customers complained and instead of addressing them, certain employees approached the customers in such an unfriendly manner that few customers complained. I noticed this branch badly years ago. Why did I go again? I seriously thought that it might have worked itself out, especially after all the scandals surrounding BurgerKing! Good luck guys #

Too small. Too crowded. Waiting times of 35 minutes… not clean The burgers were lukewarm and somehow smaller. Not good !!!

I wanted a chocolate milkshake. But I got something that tasted neither vanilla nor chocolate. Then I came back and said I ordered a chocolate milkshake, then I got a chocolate sauce on the ice cream mixture. When I came back shortly afterwards, I honestly didn't want to do that. They made me a new shake with the result that it was a touch darker but didn't taste like a chocolate milkshake. It's a shame, I won't leave any money there for now.

Swikar is such a sweet, ambitious, educated employee. You can see that this man works hard to achieve something. Utmost respect to this man. His colleagues were very rude to him.

The employee Swikar was bullied in front of our eyes by other Burger King employees. My girlfriend and I had a table in the said fast food restaurant. We were able to observe everything closely. His colleagues treated him very disrespectfully, even though he worked motivatedly. This man is an educated, studied man who is not above cleaning the floors at Burger King. I hope that this has consequences for my colleagues. Bullying is a no-go!

Never seen a worse Burger King. The service is terrible, people are constantly talking in Arabic and it's so loud that you think they're about to hit each other. Our onion rings weren't done. I spoke to a gentleman and was brushed off with the words “Yes, yes, bye”. They can be lucky that I was there with my three-year-old daughter and didn't have time to ask for my money back. Absolutely not recommended.

The service in this restaurant is a big disaster. Not capable worker, they prepare everything slow, and even wrong. Try to avoid this Branch if you don't want to be disappointed in Burger King experience.

It's unbelievable what a goddess works here at the cash register. The 5'1" queen looks so good that I didn't even care that my burger was cheeseless even though I ordered extra cheese. I hope she gets good money I will now draw a portrait of her from memory and place it on my home altar.

It can take a while for food to come but it's decent plus it's plenty of bang for your buck especially if you have the app for coupons. However I'd order takeout because place doesn't seem as clean and well maintained as it could be.

Very cozy Burger King in the middle of Frankfurt. There are 2 floors, you order downstairs, you can eat in peace upstairs and even charge your cell phone while you're at it! There is generally a lot of space and there is a mostly clean toilet. If you're in a hurry, Burger King is the best place to eat because it's not busy and the staff try to prepare the food quickly. The only negative point is that there is currently a large construction site in front of the Burger King and it is not always very clean outside. In addition, the ordering machines sometimes go crazy and no receipt comes out. However, you can quickly go to an employee at the checkout and report it. Then you know and everything is fine. 4/5 stars

All the employees were completely overwhelmed, even though there were hardly any guests there, we had to wait 20 minutes for our food. The pepper in my potatoes, unfortunately, was no longer quite fresh, but otherwise, a completely normal Burger King, modernly equipped and clean inside.

Everything was great, the food was fresh, the waiting time was short, very clean and well furnished with a quiet atmosphere. When it comes to side salad, Burger King has actually overtaken McDonald's, making it fresher and more colorful.

Wenn man Hunger hat und ein Burger essen will, ganz okay. Mehr aber auch nicht. Unten gibt es nur wenige Tische. Oben waren wir nicht. Es gibt keinen Tischbringservice. Die Plätze sehr eng. Das Essen hat relativ lange gedauert, war dafür aber frisch und heiss und hat auch gut wie immer bei Burger King geschmeckt. Das Klientel das dort ein und ausgeht... Wir werden diese Filiale lieber meiden. Es gibt weit aus bessere und schönere!

Ist halt ein Burger King :) Aktuell im Chiefs Motto, was ich sehr cool finde. Außerdem sind die Toiletten sauber und für jeden zugänglich.

War wie immer Burger King Qualität. Super lecker. Da wir für Foodball in Frankfurt wahren passte die Deko super zum Thema. Der ganzel Laden war in Chiefs Optik. Selbst die Tisch. An den Wänden waren Coole Sprüche und Erklärungen über die Fähigkeiten der Spieler und des Teams. Da konnte man selbst noch was als Foodball Fan lernen, oder wustest du das die Chiefs eigentlich aus Dallas Texas kommen?
