Everything's a bit old-fashioned... the toilets are rubbish!!

It's packed, and the tables are dirty. They need to put more tables downstairs.

The burger was very disappointing. The patty was dry, partially burnt, and completely tasteless. Despite the cheese and toppings, it lacked any juiciness or flavor. For the price, I expected significantly better quality.

just terrible, the food came cold, like it was made an hour ago, my burger came with a plastic on it, my friend and i got yelled at by a worker (not sure if it was the manager) who was accusing me of putting the plastic inside of my burger, and calling me a liar, and he even said the n word towards me while his coworkers were just laughing at me. the worst gastronomic experience i’ve ever had, never coming back.

Very loud, stressful music. Almost impossible to sit for even a few minutes. I don't understand Burger King or McDonald's. Do they do this on purpose so customers don't stay long? Music should be pleasant and at a reasonable volume (even better if there's no music at all). I gave it 4 stars because the staff are usually nice, and the place is usually clean.

I was at this Burger King on October 18th and ordered three meals totaling over €30 at 9:07 PM. After about half an hour, at 9:36 PM, I went back to the cashier to ask where my food was. An employee told me to wait another five minutes, then everything would be ready. I then said I wanted my money back. There were seven employees there who couldn't finish my order. It was much more important to have a private conversation at the cash register than to take care of the store. The tables and chairs were littered with food, and the floor was a mess. I will never eat here again!

The positive is that it's always pretty quick and that Burger King generally offers a lot of plant-based options. The negative is that the floor in this store is completely sticky and has been for months. It's actually pretty disgusting here, but I still go there regularly 😅🤷. I ordered there on Friday evening. I waited 15 minutes for my food. But that wasn't a problem. The problem was I had hair in one of my burgers. It was so disgusting that I threw away my entire order because I was so disgusted. My lemonade also had two flies in it, simply disgusting. I'll never go there again. An employee probably scratches his head while preparing the food and just keeps going. 🤢 I took my order with me, otherwise I would have returned it immediately.

The service is absolutely horrible. The young woman with the hijab is very unprofessional looking at customers with disdain in her eyes and no smile whatsoever. When I asked if she could put more sauce in my burgers she said no with no explanation. I know that this is a fast food restaurant but any restaurant should teach its staff proper respect.

It was okay. The food is no better or worse than at other locations. The ordering kiosks are great, and my food was ready in 1-2 minutes. I also ordered a reusable cup for my drink for a €2 deposit. Decent place, convenient location, probably no washroom or I could not find it. I found Frankfurt in general lacking any decent food options so I switched to Burger king to at least have a known meal.

Try Wrap that is not available in Japan. Is Burger King's charcoal-grilled flavor slightly different depending on the country? I felt it was a little stronger than in Japan. Service was good. About 2000 yen in Japanese yen.

The counters don't work properly and you can't redeem coupons. Then you go to the checkout (it works there) but no card payment is possible. The rolls taste expired and you literally choke on them. 99% of the burgers come out cold. One of the worst BUrger Kings in Germany. Ahhh, you order the drink with ice and it is guaranteed to arrive 100% without ice. Just ridiculous.

For the first time I ate at BK in Germany. That was a disappointment for me. I ordered a Big King and paid 11 euros, but the burger was tiny. As if that wasn't enough, my drink only tasted like water. I can't recommend this branch under any circumstances.

When you are traveling in the city of Frankfurt, the selection of fast food shops is not as huge as some people imagine. And if you want to go quickly, then it's a little more limited. So I visited the nearest Burger King store. In the end, just the wait took longer than I imagined because only one checkout was open and in front of me there was a group of bigwig kids who demanded a special request for every single order. Of course, this takes a long time and also puts a strain on my nerves. Otherwise you get a cheeseburger that isn't filling and doesn't taste good.

Fast food chain food but I just love their Fire Hotwings which were tasty and spicy enough. Typical fast food restaurants who were busy and crowded and you can order through their machine and pay with cards or order at the cashier. We got the food quite fast.

The employees are unfriendly, they don't speak any German, and the food just doesn't taste good. They don't provide good service, they are very rude. One star is too much for them. They're just rip-offs.

If it were possible, I wouldn't have given it any stars... I ordered earlier and specifically said no tomatoes because I have an allergy. This request was OK and accepted and I got a burger with tomatoes. I then asked the employees that I explicitly said no tomatoes because I am very allergic to tomatoes. The answer was, we take them down and it's fine and if you get an allergy then it's your fault.... Sorry, but a burger that was already topped with tomatoes and they just take the tomatoes down and that doesn't work ... As a result, I now have an allergy attack and have ended up in the hospital. What they are doing is not only inhumane, but life-threatening for everyone who has problems with allergies or health.

The employees have no respect at all, they just don't understand any German and they don't provide good service at all. Even though I ordered a menu they took two and I couldn't get my money back. If you want to eat decent food, do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

I ordered 2 menus but unfortunately not only were the fries and ice cream cold, the burgers weren't even lukewarm but really cold despite a short waiting time so I'm definitely never going there again. We waited 30 minutes for our food. 4 orders that came after us were ready beforehand. When asked, there was a stroppy/apathetic answer. Dirty. A loudspeaker (which was once attached to the ceiling) hung from above on thin cables, causing several people to hit their heads.

Nothing to complain about. I came for lunch. Was served very friendly. Everything was clean. Food was very fresh and well prepared (not like at Megges, where the burgers are just thrown together). Top branch currently.

I ordered several vegan burgers and one of them was clearly topped with a meat patty. When I complained, I received no apology, it was assumed that I had ordered it that way!!

I ordered a Big King XXL menu twice via Uber Eats, but only the burger was delivered. The driver was cool and the delivery from the driver was good. Burger King's service was hard on the feet to say the least. So be careful with the delivery service.

Late this afternoon, all of the sauces were missing from our order and an extra was forgotten with the burger. It was quite busy, so I can understand that. But when we brought it up, the man who is probably the shift manager simply reacted unfriendly and referred to the many refugees from Ukraine. Terrible service, lack of respect for customers, especially tourists. The staff attending on 14/09/2024 at 11:15 PM were rude and inattentive.

Shortly before 12 o'clock on Sunday there was nothing going on, everything was being freshened up, but the cash register had no change. Instead of asking for card payment, the change was paid out in small bills and hard money. The same thing happened to subsequent customers.

I ate there recently and have been suffering from nausea and stomach pain for the next few days. My companion too. Either this is a really stupid coincidence, or unfortunately something is wrong :( The cola was unusually warm and the burgers unusually cold. It's a shame that it's not the other way around
