Unfortunately, the burgers here are served basically cold. I don't know what's going wrong in the branch, but it's obviously a system that the burgers aren't even served lukewarm.

I was there today and ordered a vegan burger. Either it wasn't transferred correctly or I made a typo - I don't know. When I realized it wasn't vegan, I told the employee I couldn't eat it because I was vegan and asked if they could exchange it. Her reaction was extremely unfriendly – ​​she just said: “Tough luck.” I definitely won't go to a store like that again. If you make a mistake or someone doesn't consume meat, you should at least show some goodwill. Instead I was told that it was my problem and my money was gone. Customer service and goodwill: zero!

For the first time I ate at BK in Germany. That was a disappointment for me. I ordered a Big King and paid 11 euros, but the burger was tiny. As if that wasn't enough, my drink only tasted like water. I can't recommend this branch under any circumstances.

When you are traveling in the city of Frankfurt, the selection of fast food shops is not as huge as some people imagine. And if you want to go quickly, then it's a little more limited. So I visited the nearest Burger King store. In the end, just the wait took longer than I imagined because only one checkout was open and in front of me there was a group of bigwig kids who demanded a special request for every single order. Of course, this takes a long time and also puts a strain on my nerves. Otherwise you get a cheeseburger that isn't filling and doesn't taste good.

Fast food chain food but I just love their Fire Hotwings which were tasty and spicy enough. Typical fast food restaurants who were busy and crowded and you can order through their machine and pay with cards or order at the cashier. We got the food quite fast.

The employees have no respect at all, they just don't understand any German and they don't provide good service at all. Even though I ordered a menu they took two and I couldn't get my money back. If you want to eat decent food, do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

If it were possible, I wouldn't have given it any stars... I ordered earlier and specifically said no tomatoes because I have an allergy. This request was OK and accepted and I got a burger with tomatoes. I then asked the employees that I explicitly said no tomatoes because I am very allergic to tomatoes. The answer was, we take them down and it's fine and if you get an allergy then it's your fault.... Sorry, but a burger that was already topped with tomatoes and they just take the tomatoes down and that doesn't work ... As a result, I now have an allergy attack and have ended up in the hospital. What they are doing is not only inhumane, but life-threatening for everyone who has problems with allergies or health.

The employees are unfriendly, they don't speak any German, and the food just doesn't taste good. They don't provide good service, they are very rude. One star is too much for them. They're just rip-offs.

Unfortunately you have to give 1stetn but this branch doesn't deserve one. I ordered 2 menus but unfortunately not only were the fries and ice cream cold, the burgers weren't even lukewarm but really cold despite a short waiting time so I'm definitely never going there again. The tables were also very dirty and unfortunately I can't recommend chips from the previous person under the table.

Very friendly people work here and are constantly trying! Sometimes it happens that something is forgotten, but a new, fresh order is immediately made and returned with a smile and apologies. It's great that the checkout staff can also have a conversation while working, instead of just working automatically without saying a word. A special respect goes to the administrator for the help with the order!

We waited 30 minutes for our food. 4 orders that came after us were ready beforehand. When asked, there was a stroppy/apathetic answer. Dirty. A loudspeaker (which was once attached to the ceiling) hung from above on thin cables, causing several people to hit their heads.

After an Italian unfortunately couldn't keep our booking, Burger King came to our rescue! The food was delicious and the Bacon King was simply unbeatable. Thank you for always being there for us!

Unfortunately for my favorite fast food chain, this one in this location is disaster. The service in this restaurant is a big disaster. Not capable workers or even able to speak or understand English. They prepare everything slow, and even wrong. Try to avoid this Branch if you don't want to be disappointed in Burger King experience. Terrible service, lack of respect for customers, especially tourists. And the worst of the worst, the crew that is working there behind the counter where you can literally see them preparing your food THEY ARE NOT USING GLOVES AT ALL❗️❗️. Someone who is touching food, that is someone supposed to eat, guys, you need to pay little bit more attention about the cleanliness of the restaurant also, the tables are disaster!

Nothing to complain about. I came for lunch. Was served very friendly. Everything was clean. Food was very fresh and well prepared (not like at Megges, where the burgers are just thrown together). Top branch currently.

I ordered several vegan burgers and one of them was clearly topped with a meat patty. When I complained, I received no apology, it was assumed that I had ordered it that way!!

Worst Burger King I have ever been too!

Dirt, stench, abomination! On the street, all the tables and chairs are littered with pigeons. The impression is that the tables are never wiped. Wait a long time for orders, not always correct, some kind of bullshit. I do not recommend.

I ordered a Big King XXL menu twice via Uber Eats, but only the burger was delivered. The driver was cool and the delivery from the driver was good. Burger King's service was hard on the feet to say the least. So be careful with the delivery service.

Late this afternoon, all of the sauces were missing from our order and an extra was forgotten with the burger. It was quite busy, so I can understand that. But when we brought it up, the man who is probably the shift manager simply reacted unfriendly and referred to the many refugees from Ukraine. Apart from that, there was no soap in the toilets and there was no disinfectant.

Terrible service, lack of respect for customers, especially tourists. The staff attending on 14/09/2024 at 11:15 PM were rude and inattentive.

Shortly before 12 o'clock on Sunday there was nothing going on, everything was being freshened up, but the cash register had no change. Instead of asking for card payment, the change was paid out in small bills and hard money. The same thing happened to subsequent customers.

I ate there recently and have been suffering from nausea and stomach pain for the next few days. My companion too. Either this is a really stupid coincidence, or unfortunately something is wrong :( The cola was unusually warm and the burgers unusually cold. It's a shame that it's not the other way around

Burgers are as usual tasty. And i prefer burger king because of their grill burgers with low fat which are far better for health than anyother fast food. Staff is friendly , helping and professional. Sitting upstairs is really cool and classy. Great experience.. Surely recommended.

Hello Burger King Hauptwache, for your information: If you order Curly Fries, then you only want Curly Fries and not fries and Curly Fries mixed 50/50. Especially not if you order takeaway and only notice it when you get home. Then you feel really ripped off and the rest of it doesn't taste as good - especially not the fries that come with it!

Compared to other Burger King I found this one a little less clean and I felt like it took longer, but at least it had a second floor and you can sit by the window and look down. That is nice.

I think the restaurant has a nice atmosphere despite the limited space. The staff is very nice and responded to my special requests. I also noticed that she brought food to the table of an old man without the customer's request. You have to accept the long waiting time in downtown Frankfurt, even at other restaurants :) The food is delicious and I haven't had any problems with the taste or hygiene so far.

I'm used to a lot of things in restaurants, but this was subterranean. 1. the machines for ordering are constantly out of order 2. the orders are taking an unusually long time 3. the guest area is not maintained or checked and looks the same 4. the toilets are an imposition. There is water in the soap dispenser 5. The staff speaks broken German and has major problems communicating. 6. the quality (freshness and temperature) are not within the normal range - if I were a manager here, heads would roll

We have bought here SOOOOO OFTEN and believe me if you order more than 2 burgers you can be sure that the rest will NEVER arrive. For the money lost you could have gone for a high-class meal. Instead, I keep ordering from Burger King which I never get. A shame!!!!!!

Lots of traffic, as is typical in the city, but orders are processed quite efficiently, and there is even plenty of space to sit upstairs and it's clean. Also clean toilets. The food tastes like in any other BK ;) which means good. But the restaurant made a positive impression, because usually it looks worse in such a busy place.

Unfortunately the food was cold and half of it was missing. After a short discussion we were served everything relatively fresh and complete. Unfortunately I had severe stomach cramps afterwards.

Food tastes like BK food should taste, but the service and ambience is a disaster. Some devices are defective and if you notice this, nothing is done to prevent it from happening to other customers. This means that every customer who goes through the process on one device can try it again on another device, which is very inconvenient and annoying, especially when the BK is full.

Never again. The terminals to order are extremely buggy, the waiting time is way too long, but the worst thing is the food. I wanted a chocolate milkshake. But I got something that tasted neither vanilla nor chocolate. Then I came back and said I ordered a chocolate milkshake, then I got a chocolate sauce on the ice cream mixture. When I came back shortly afterwards, I honestly didn't want to do that. Swikar is such a sweet, ambitious, educated employee. You can see that this man works hard to achieve something. Utmost respect to this man. His colleagues were very rude to him.

The employee Swikar was bullied in front of our eyes by other Burger King employees. My girlfriend and I had a table in the said fast food restaurant. We were able to observe everything closely. His colleagues treated him very disrespectfully, even though he worked motivatedly. This man is an educated, studied man who is not above cleaning the floors at Burger King.
