So we were there with 4 children who had a junior. We adults had BigMac and riffled potatoes. Unfortunately I was charged too much for riffled potatoes (3 packs came). Not even in Eastern European countries is McDonalds as bad as this one. BigM. were cold.... Ice cream was forgotten at Junior cone...potatoes that were charged too much were not credited. A 4 year old child wanted to go to the toilet with me, this was only possible with a receipt (paid over 36 euros) but it was further away...then I spoke to the man who served us...unfortunately he said only with a receipt. In the end the child didn't want to go anymore because the lady next to the toilet scared her. I was constantly running back and forth... and finally ended up in this terrible toilet where everything was broken! So...no recommendation, just terrible...for us it was the most terrible MC ever. Sorry but this store should be renovated and better organized and maybe checked more often...! Actually not even worth 1 ☆!

The lady in the toilets blocked to door asking for money (I’d already paid for food and drink) so I said no as the toilets are in a disgusting way anyway and she was sitting doing nothing previously. She also does get paid by McDonald’s, I checked. She then kept asking and asking until I showed that my bag had no change in at all so I physically couldn’t, only then did she let me leave the toilets. This is just scaring customers and terrible service, don’t go here.

Dry, cold chicken nuggets, hot, humid air without any air conditioning turn lunch in the restaurant into a sauna session. Absolute no-go these days: Unsympathetic toilet staff who ask customers for money before/after using the toilet...

I don't recommend eating here. For this price, you can honestly find better food elsewhere. First, it is incredibly dirty. Second, we were charged for using the restroom (even though we only needed to wash our hands), even though we ordered food there. There was a huge amount of pre-prepared fries, so ours were cold from the start. No napkins were provided. McDonald's probably won't care about this review, but maybe it will help some visitors.

Best food, great price, great staff

Great McDonald's. I ordered before they technically opened and ordered a Royale with cheese. They explained that they couldn't fulfill the order or give me a refund, but they did an exchange. I had a wrap and the meal was a wrap. It was solid.

I just wanted to get a milk shake, but then there were these great glasses. So I ordered a menu. Unfortunately the glass wasn't included in the package, luckily I still ate there and didn't drive home straight away. I looked inside, glass was missing. I went back to the service and they gave me one. Was very friendly there. There are enough seats and it's clean too. After the menu I had to take a leisurely walk because the fries and the Cesar salad were too much with milkshake. So I was more than just full. All in one, 5 stars from me because I was generally happy with everything. I used to get stomach poisoning at Nord West Zentrum, the burger made me puke for 3 days and that's why I haven't bought any burgers since then, only (salads), McWrap and fries. The milkshakes are always my favorite at McDonald's. Kiss to all.
