I went in, I asked, I wanted to go to the bathroom and some ladies wouldn't let me in because they wanted me to pay them 50 cents. The employees don't fire them. It's a shame to pay for food and not be able to use the bathroom.

So an anti-social employee, blonde, a bit fatter and at the main guard station. On Saturday around 11:30 p.m. I placed my order at the machine and then paid in cash. The boy in front of me had a discussion with the guy who cashed in, but he had already placed the order and in the end refused to let the boy buy it. It looks like he hadn't taken this order out of the system, so I paid for the wrong order (his order was 13.90 and mine was 14.5). I noticed it when I got my supposed food. I pointed this out to the employee and she just held the piece of paper with the number in my face. THEN THE CORONATION, the guy who charged me looked at me and said HE DIDN'T PAY ME AT ALL, even though he was the only cashier and you could see on the receipt that I paid CASH. I was with two people who both saw what I ordered and this order would have made absolutely no sense for a woman. End of story I then argued with the lady because she simply didn't show any insight and acted as if I didn't know German. I paid €14 for free and didn't even get my food or money at the end.

I don't recommend the place because it is completely overcrowded, dirty, loud and also located in the basement with overpriced toilets. The only positive point: the food comes quickly if you were able to order it after a long wait at the terminal.

If you go to McDonalds then it's very clear that McDonalds exists... The opening hours are also a big advantage because this branch is sometimes open until 4 a.m. or 5 a.m. That's why I gave so many stars because you can't compare McDonalds with a pizzeria or a restaurant... ...McDonalds is and remains McDonalds....
