We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with any questions. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Its central location is also ideal for exploring the city. We would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it!

Yesterday I was at this McDonald's, and unfortunately, I have to say: the restrooms are in a terrible state. By 10:00 AM, there was already an extremely unpleasant smell; one stall was closed and stuffed with used toilet paper, and the floor was sticky everywhere. When I went back at 1:00 PM, the situation hadn't improved at all: the same stench, one stall was completely wet, and a yellowish liquid was running down the tiles into the neighboring stall; drops of it even appeared on the toilet. There's also an unfriendly woman at the entrance who always demands 50 cents – but for what, exactly? For what service? The restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. But the condition of the restrooms is absolutely unacceptable and leaves a very poor impression of the restaurant.

The cashier left the register for 30 minutes and didn't take the order! There were people standing in line, and she didn't care! Very bad!

A regular McDonald's. But seriously, the restrooms are abysmal. A woman who wanted to charge us, as paying customers in a restaurant, 50 cents for restrooms that were so run-down, with doors that wouldn't lock, no toilet seats, and you didn't want to touch anything because you'd catch every disease there was. The restroom attendant even came down once, but only to check that no one was using drugs.

The guys are really doing a fantastic job, despite the stress, the full cabin, unfriendly guests, and the weekend!

Do not recommend. Avoid. Unfriendly staff. The order upon arrival is absolutely not the same as the one ordered at the terminal.

Rude behavior of the administrator/manager towards customers

The chicken nuggets were hairy and stale and seemed to be from like days ago. Fries were also a letdown because they weren’t salted and they were pretty stale. Overall not a great experience.

Classic mc Donald’s food. We were there while we were waiting our bus, we had 7 hours and ordered something. Then came an old lady. Old regular lady with some bags and bought just French fries. A mc Donald’s employee( woman , black hair with glasses) came and said this lady that she has to pay to sit there there is no regular place in mc Donald’s and she has to go. After a while the old lady wanted to charge her phone next to us we had our phone also there and our phones were no problem for this employee and after she saw this woman’s phone she went to other employee ( Muhammad) and she said to he had to throw out this woman because she tried to talk to us and woman employee came and took all phones and threw the cables. We bought cake after we finished our meal, and thinking the old lady might be tempted, so we sat somewhere else. Because We were teached that if we couldn't afford it for someone else , we shouldnt show it to others they could like it. Then we couldn't find one of our cable, so I asked the employee if she'd seen one. She said, "Let's ask the woman," and she said, "She's definitely a thief." I asked, "Does she come here all the time?" She said, "No, she comes here time to time." I assumed the woman was homeless, but I want to emphasize that the old lady didn't smell of alcohol or urine, or bother anyone. She hadn't just come and sat there. She'd also ordered food. The employee went to each customer, talking about her one by one, making each customer even more uncomfortable. She spoke Arabic to some of them, pointing at her, and said things to me in German, while to my siblings, she said things in English. I was very uncomfortable with the employee and will never go there again. I hope she never finds herself in the same situation as the old lady. Most of us don't born with silver spoons. BTW if you speak with us good it doesn’t mean we think you are the best on the world. If you mean to someone else because they are in a bad situation it could be us tomorrow and you will talk to someone else about us.

As always, after a day of walking, I decided to have a snack and went to this McDonald's in the city center. Earlier, I had a sad experience in a similar establishment near the cathedral in Cologne - there I literally begged people not to go in, because everything was terrible: cramped, stuffy, slow and with endless queues. Surprise - the situation in this McDonald's is much better, despite the fact that it is also located in the city center and the flow of people here is not small. The establishment is much more spacious: the hall is large, you don't feel the crush, there are almost always free seats. This is already a huge plus. The staff work is well organized - orders are issued quite quickly, there is no feeling of chaos or delays. It is cool and comfortable inside, the air conditioning works. The overall impression is clean, tidy, no unpleasant smells, as is the case in some crowded fast food places. Compared to other similar locations in tourist places, this McDonald's was a pleasant surprise. This is certainly not a fine dining restaurant, but it is a great option for a quick bite. I can safely recommend it, especially if you are tired and want a quick and stress-free bite in the center.

Wierd non-employee women was controling access to toilets with employees tolerating this and encouraging the woman. Very unusual.

Today I visited this place where I always go for my child's Happy Meal. There were a lot of people today, I waited for my order for 1.5 hours, which made me extremely angry. In front of me stood a man who was late for the train, and he also waited a long time for his order, to which he began to express his dissatisfaction to the staff. But in response, they made him wait and spoke rudely to him. The employee in glasses is generally rude and a terrible person. I asked her after an hour of waiting, how much longer I should wait, she just smiled and said I don't know. I was outraged, this is disgusting service. Ordered Big Tasty Bacon without bacon and there was bacon at the bottom of the box... how can you be such people? Instead of making a new burger you simply remove the bacon and then you're too stupid to take the bacon out completely.... when I went back to the restaurant to complain and said my boyfriend is a Muslim, all I got was the comment: what real Muslim goes to eat at McDonald's... that comment is completely unacceptable! That's beside the point! There was bacon under the burger which was clearly ordered WITHOUT bacon!

The selection is very small, there is only coffee and a few burgers, the floors are very sticky, there are very few people, but 1 cheeseburger was cooked for about 10 minutes, the drinks and fries are very diluted, it feels like they were cooked an hour ago

Rude staff. My wife had to nurse our baby and the “customer experience” lady came over and told her repeatedly to cover her self. Not because of some rule or law but because she thinks it’s only for God to see. My wife was very polite in her response with telling her no. However it did but a bad feeling with us as this is the only place where anyone has had any problem with her nursing our baby. Food was as expected. Okay, not good, just McDonalds. Unfortunately, I didn't like the Burger Royale. It was very dry and just not what I was looking for. The potatoes were cold and salty. They also forgot to add ice cream and sauce to our order. Only the salad and the mustard and honey dressing were appealing.

This branch (restaurant would really be the wrong term here) impressively demonstrates where McDonald's has developed – contrary to all marketing promises. It's no longer about customer satisfaction or quality, but only about one thing: profit. More and more money, at ever-lower costs – and it shows. Unfortunately. Sunday, 6:21 p.m.: Every single table was completely filthy, with trash not only lying on the tables but also generously scattered on the floor. And this despite an astonishingly high number of employees. I expressly don't blame them – they were obviously busy with mass processing. The problem clearly lies with McDonald's itself: too few staff for too many customers. More profit, less responsibility. About the food: The cheeseburger? A disaster. The taste was abysmal; the patty had spent at least 15-20 minutes in the UHC. I don't even want to start with the chicken burger. The only bright spot: the fries were hot—which is no mean feat considering the amount that rushes through the fryer every second. Order 107 - on May 15, 2025 at approximately 7:36 AM I ordered a latte macchiato with oat milk! During pickup, I asked twice if the coffee was made with oat milk - the barista said YES (he was 100% sure). I got bloating and diarrhea within 10 minutes because my coffee was made with regular milk!!!

This behavior is not only unprofessional, but also completely unacceptable for a restaurant that should take customer service seriously. I hereby call on you to take immediate action and in particular to relieve the person responsible from their position. Such behavior must have no place in your company.

The tables were all really dirty and the food was only lukewarm. Downstairs there is a man sitting in front of the toilet who seriously wants money and if you ignore him he is really pushy and won't let you use the toilet. Sorry, but if I'm already paying for food there then it's right to ask for more money if you have to go to the toilet.

So an anti-social employee, blonde, a bit fatter and at the main guard station. On Saturday around 11:30 p.m. I placed my order at the machine and then paid in cash. The boy in front of me had a discussion with the guy who cashed in, but he had already placed the order and in the end refused to let the boy buy it. It looks like he hadn't taken this order out of the system, so I paid for the wrong order (his order was 13.90 and mine was 14.5). I noticed it when I got my supposed food. I pointed this out to the employee and she just held the piece of paper with the number in my face. THEN THE CORONATION, the guy who charged me looked at me and said HE DIDN'T PAY ME AT ALL, even though he was the only cashier and you could see on the receipt that I paid CASH. I was with two people who both saw what I ordered and this order would have made absolutely no sense for a woman. End of story I then argued with the lady because she simply didn't show any insight and acted as if I didn't know German. I paid €14 for free and didn't even get my food or money at the end.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Milkshake with strawberries without strawberries, remade three times, the staff speaks disrespectfully, their answer is “call the police.” Very funny, two clowns.
