I only received 5 nuggets. I ordered 6 :/

I've now placed three orders, including a Ben & Jerry's, at this Burger King. I live 250 meters away as the crow flies, and even when I exceptionally get the order directly, the ice cream is ALWAYS in the same cone. You live 250 meters away and get ice-cold food. I'm sorry, I just can't wrap my head around it.

I once ordered from Burger King after a very long time, and I probably won't do it again. My fries were carelessly thrown into the takeaway bag, so grease leaked out. There wasn't enough fries, and they simply forgot the sauce. The taste was okay, but for the price, there are much better options. I definitely can't recommend it.

The worst Burger King experience ever. The crispy chicken was just a bun and a patty. No sauce, and they forgot the cheese. The waitress didn't speak a word of German or English, or didn't want to. The chicken nuggets only had five nuggets and no sauce, so they charged €14.

Very poor service. The sauce we ordered wasn't there, or the German was very poor. The kebab box was too salty. You could hardly see the meat. Too many fries. Quality was not good, the wait time for the order was too long.

I had a hamburger, side salad, and a Coke Zero. The hamburger 🍔 was good, but a bit sloppy with mustard and ketchup. The side salad was exceptionally good, with a generous portion of balsamic dressing. I washed it down with a tasty Coke Zero. I enjoyed my meal. It was also a good value.

Great location, quick service. Lots of choices of food including veg. Sitting was nice. Location at Frankfurt train station makes it really convenient. Same food City 3 areas had plenty of other options. Over recommended.

Very rude and unfriendly staff. Customer service seems to have no meaning here – you don't feel welcome, but rather dismissed. For a major brand like Burger King, this behavior is absolutely disappointing. The tone is disrespectful and far from what one should expect as a minimum standard. In my opinion, the licensee should be urgently investigated – they are unacceptable under these conditions.

Yesterday I went to Burger King, and unfortunately, my experience was very bad. The atmosphere in the restaurant was chaotic. Staff were busy chatting and joking among themselves in their native language, while customers were completely ignored. There was absolutely no attention paid to the customers. On top of that, I even got the wrong burger. My advice to the staff: focus on your work and the customers, instead of laughing and chatting in front of the customers. This comes across as very unprofessional and makes for a bad experience.

I was at Burger King in the Markthalle Frankfurt yesterday and unfortunately had a very negative experience. An employee named Mollei (according to his name tag) reprimanded his colleague in front of customers in a disrespectful, almost bullying tone, even though she had merely advised him to work more professionally. Instead of acting in a customer-focused manner, he was primarily occupied with arguing and making derogatory comments toward colleagues. This not only noticeably strained the atmosphere within the team but also severely tainted the impression we, the customers, had. I strongly recommend an internal review of this behavior, as this behavior is unacceptable for both employees and customers. I hope this doesn't happen in front of customers.

There is no toilet to wash hand and you should pay extra 1.5€ pro Person to wash your hands !!!

Not up to the usual standards of BK. The food often seems to have been prepared long before serving, and quality is disappointing. Definitely not a good option for night travelers.

Today we ran out of Coke. I told the employee: your entire fridge is full of Coke. "Just for Lieferando." Thanks. That's customer appreciation. How a burger joint can survive without Coke is another matter. And they often confuse plant-based with non-plant-based.

Burger King at Frankfurt Central Station. Ordered takeout. It was very crowded. There were no free seats. Preparation also took longer than usual. Then, on the train, I realized they had packed the wrong burger. I ordered the King Mozzarella Beef. I got the King Beef.

The gray-haired cleaning lady is very unfriendly. She immediately yells at you; she's obviously never learned how to treat people in a friendly way.

It's really a disgrace... I wanted to order a small meal to go so I could still make my train. But the employees just stood around. While I waited for my food, three employees talked about personal matters (for at least ten minutes) while only one person took care of the food. I sometimes really think the employees think they're at a coffee party or something... but not at work! The bottom line is: I missed my train and my appointment. Because I couldn't take the food with me (because I missed the train), I ended up eating it on site. They don't seem to know anything about cleanliness either. Everything is covered in dirt, the floor is sticky and there are bits of chewing gum stuck to everything and there are leftovers like chips and lettuce leaves lying around everywhere. I'll never eat here again, I've really lost my appetite. (Of course, this isn't the case in every branch. One near me is really great and clean, but here at Frankfurt Central Station it's truly catastrophic. I'll never eat here again...

It's a shame that the least you can give is one star, because that's already too many. The place is extremely incompetent, one person is working and five are standing around. If you want to quickly grab something to eat because you're hungry and have to catch your train, you shouldn't expect to catch it. I missed the train I had to take for an important appointment. I ordered from Lieferando, and it was one of my top 5 most disappointing experiences of my life. I ordered at 10 a.m. and the food arrived at 12 p.m. I looked hopefully into the bags, and half of my order was wrong. The aftertaste from the fries and the plant-based nuggets was also questionable. BG is one of the worst Burger Kings in Germany, not even Frankfurt. Our order was 50 minutes late, and we got completely the wrong food: a regular burger instead of a veggie burger, and regular fries instead of curly fries. With the delay, you'd think they had to catch a rat and use it as meat for the burger. And the whole thing tasted weird. -10000000 Aura

We waited an hour and a half for the food... After a strenuous day of exams... only to not get the entire meal delivered. The phone number provided is constantly busy. The money's been paid, but the food isn't there. That's how you like to tip. And then there are the old, dry, hard curly cookies... unbelievable and incredibly unappetizing that you can't even bite through the curly cookies because they're so rubbery and hard.

The wait was very long. It took so long that I didn't have time to check the order. Unfortunately, it was incomplete, and I paid money for nothing.

One star is too many. An absolute disaster. I'm slowly losing faith in this company. There are no napkins. No salt. The King at Burger King is definitely undeserved. The self-service kiosk is also complete garbage. The tables are sticky. I'd recommend the McColl's, but it's just as disgusting here.

I hate writing bad reviews, but in my case, the service was unfortunately extremely slow, so I had to leave my food behind to avoid missing my train. Many customers who had ordered much later than me were served before me. I'm frustrated, especially since my order wasn't large or complicated, and I'm now sitting on the train feeling hungry. Der Burger King befindet sich im Food Court. Man kann hier am Schalter oder an der Theke bestellen. Die Wartzeiten auf das Essen ist Unterschiedlich und hängt ab wie viele Kunden da sind. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Das Essen an sich ist war ok Burger King Typisch. Der am Hauptbahnhof gehört schon zu den besseren Burger Kings in Frankfurt. Die Pommes sind denke ich das Highlight. Der Crispy Chicken war leider nicht knusprig. Preis-Leistung ist ok wenn man die Coupons benutzt.

It was hectic, just like any fast food restaurant at a train station, and the burgers didn't taste that good, probably because they were made in advance. But I liked the chicken wings because they were salty and crispy. It's good for a simple meal. There are also about four kiosks.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Today at around 9:23 a.m. I ordered fries from Burger King using the self-service counter (order number 229). The display showed my order as ready, but my number was not called. When I politely asked if my order was ready, the employee unexpectedly treated me angrily and rudely. He claimed my order had already been issued to someone else with number 232 - which obviously wasn't my fault. The behavior of the employee (man with black hair) was aggressive and inappropriate. That's not how you treat customers. I really hope that Burger King pays attention to the suitability of its employees in customer contact. I usually enjoy coming here, but unfortunately this was a very unpleasant experience.

Varias personas no pudieron recoger sus alimentos antes de sus vuelos, siendo el personal innecesariamente difícil reembolsarlos. Fue una carnicería absoluta. No es aceptable en un entorno aeroportuario donde las personas tienen vuelos para tomar, el restaurante debe dejar claro el tiempo de espera. La mejor parte fue cuando alguien dijo que tenía que correr para un vuelo y el personal estaba contando lentamente sus pepitas individualmente 😂

Less than 10 tables for 2 so be fast. We ordered food and waited for (no jokes) 15 minutes for it. It’s not fast food anymore.

According to those responsible, if you order from them via the terminal and pay with your card and they don't have the stuff, they can't give you the money back and instead offer you something you didn't order. I would therefore recommend that everyone only pays in cash at the checkout, unless you are into surprise meals.

Unfortunately parts of the order were missing, the fries and burgers were cold and the children's burger had the wrong sauce. Unfortunately, the response was not customer-oriented. The cold burger was warmed up again - clearly visible by the bite. Hygiene?! The wrong burger with hot sauce for our child was not believed and, after repeated warnings, they reluctantly made it again. Unfortunately, Burger King will no longer be an issue for us in the next few years...

The line is far too long for fast food in the train station. No chance of buying food, even if you have 30 minutes until departure.

A Burger King in the main train station that doesn't offer everything that Burger King shows on its homepage, but the dishes available are still served fresh and hot. The staff are polite and friendly. The tables are cleaned immediately and the trash cans are emptied.

It's a shame that you can't get the burgers here, since the instructions are right on the burger board. Bacon cold and raw. Onion rings old.

Unfortunately burger was old and taste off

I have a relatively fine experience here. This is the place I visit frequently whenever I am waiting at Frankfurt train station. The order preparation is quick and the staff is friendly. The burgers ( although I have always tried the plant based ); always do taste good. The burgers are prepared nicely, the sauce is even,the salad inside is crisp and the patty is delicious. The chilli cheese fries we tried once was also fine. We do get a sitting place to relax and eat; so overall experience has been fine here.

Food was cold and a complaint was made. Just got another cold burger. An employee constantly shouts the order numbers throughout the restaurant. BK has slacked off so much.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience! We ordered from Burger King and the delivery was incomplete. Of the five sandwiches we ordered, only three arrived and two drinks were completely missing. It's really annoying to pay money for something that isn't delivered. Such service is unacceptable. I expect significantly more professionalism and reliability from a large company like Burger King. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this experience.

The worst, dirtiest and most unfriendly Burger King I've ever been to. 1. Of the 4 terminals, only 2(!!!) are functional 2. Groupon and promotional codes are not accepted 3. The masses are queuing at the cash register and it's not possible to order - because the cash register is broken!, it's strange but when a "buddy" from the staff comes, then it just suddenly happens - like a miracle from God. 4. When asked how long it would take since you had already been waiting 25 minutes, the answer was "so what, then you have to wait another half hour"! Typical of their clientele! Once and never again. Unfortunately you HAVE to give it a star Oh yes: Cola 0.25 was only three quarters full...

Terminals didn't work and we were simply sent away.

This shop can't be topped in terms of cheekiness. I ordered a menu this morning with a Planet Base Burger, but I had to hurry to my train on the train. I wanted to eat the burger, it was raw and cold In the following picture you can clearly see from the cheese that the burger has never seen a pan before. I even took a bite once and it was confirmed that it was raw. This bite gave me stomach cramps all day. I threw the burger away. I dined at this establishment again today after a long time. However, what I was given in terms of service and product was an absolute disgrace. This is the bottom of every barrel. Not only was I sold “burgers” that differed from what I ordered. These “burgers” were cold and had been on display for at least an hour. AND NOW THE HAMMER. There was simply a 5ct piece “hidden” in the included fries. This ingredient is new to me and not particularly digestible (apart from the bad, hygienic reputation that copper money has). In an act of anger, desperation, sadness, total incomprehension and hunger, I made the "service" staff (rarely laughed so hard) aware of these untenable grievances. Result: I was accused of lying (I probably would have ordered the burgers that I got - although I was able to prove the opposite with the help of the app - it didn't matter), I was shouted at and insulted in broken German (I think/hope it was German) and thrown out of the store under threat of police involvement. Not that I would expect anything high quality from a fast food restaurant. But as Lord BigMac from and to Whopper, I now allow myself to leave this - admittedly - not very good review. PS: Shoutout to the brothers and sisters from Zeiss (share the hut) who made me a schnitzel roll in one of the darkest hours! Love goes out!

Abzocke Laden, nie wieder. Ich habe mir vor meiner langen Zugfahrt noch ein paar Burger geholt, die ich im Zug verzehren wollte. Es hat die HÄLFTE meiner Burger gefehlt, was ich leider zu spät gemerkt habe. Gleichzeitig hat die Zubereitung ewig gedauert.

Ich habe gedacht, ich hätte schon viel erlebt, aber in diesen Burger King setze ich keinen Fuß mehr. Dort wird man als Gast so unhöflich behandelt und nicht als Mensch, sondern als lästiges etwas, das nun mal halt da ist. Das Personal wird da teilweise genauso schlecht behandelt. Gefühlt haben alle schlechte Laune, die an die Gäste weiter gegeben wird. Der vermeintliche Chef gibt seinen Angestellten bellend Befehle und schleudert seinen Schlüssel, den er an einer Kette in der Hand hält, bedrohlich im Kreis. Wir als Familie wussten nicht über die Öffnungszeiten Bescheid, wir sind davon ausgegangen, das ein Burger King am Frankfurter Bahnhof mindestens bis 24.00 Uhr offen hat, dem war aber nicht so, unser Fehler. Wir haben den Burger King um ca. 21.15 Uhr betreten, am Terminal etwas zu Essen bestellt, abgeholt und uns vor Ort an einen Tisch gesetzt. Man muss dazu sagen, dass die Räumlichkeiten eine Kombination aus mehreren Restaurants beinhaltet, u.a. auch Nordsee. Als wir so am Essen waren, um ca. 21.30 Uhr, wurden um uns herum schon sämtliche Stühle lautstark auf die Tische gestellt, es war quasi schon ein gefühlter Rausschmiss. Ein männlicher Angestellter schaute uns schon ganz böse an und wir wussten gar nicht was los war. Dann kam eine Angestellte auf uns zu und meinte auf Englisch, wir sollten uns einen anderen Platz suchen, weil hier wird schon sauber gemacht, aber wir hätten noch 1 Stunde Zeit, erst dann wird das Restaurant geschlossen. Wir haben uns dann einen anderen Platz gesucht, aber auch da wurden wir, nach ein paar Minuten gebeten doch endlich zu gehen, weil sie machen dann zu. Da war es ca. 21.45 Uhr, was wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht verstanden haben, weil wir da noch in der Annahme waren, das der Burger King um 22.30 Uhr schließt. Dann haben wir schnell unseren Tisch geräumt und unser Sohn ist noch einmal auf die Toilette gegangen. Währenddessen haben mein Mann und ich vor der Toilette auf unseren Sohn gewartet. Die anderen Gäste im Burger King wurden genauso unhöflich raus geworfen, das konnten wir während des Wartens auf unseren Sohn beobachten, das war ein unwirkliches Schauspiel, ich konnte das nicht glauben mit welcher unhöflichen Art die Gäste raus geworfen wurden. Anschliessend wollte das Personal uns auch raus werfen und wir erwiderten, dass wir noch auf unseren Sohn warten, der noch auf der Toilette ist. Das wollte uns zunächst keiner glauben. Man muss dazu sagen, das die Toiletten durch eine Schranke Zugangsbeschränkt sind und man muss 1,00 EUR bezahlen um dort auf die Toilette gehen zu können. Wir hätten ja auch noch 1,00 EUR spendiert um zu unseren Sohn zu kommen, aber wir durften nicht mehr auf die Toilettenanlage. Schließlich ging der vermeintliche Chef auf die Toilettenanlage, und wir konnten es von draußen hören, hämmerte mit so einer Brutalität an die Toilettentür und sagte: „Komm raus!“. Unser Sohn hatte so eine Angst, weil er dachte ein Schlägertyp steht vor der Tür, dass er sich nicht raus getraut hat. Der vermeintliche Chef begründete auch seine brutale Vorgehensweise nicht gegenüber unserem Sohn, er hätte ja sagen können wir schließen jetzt. Unser Sohn hatte so viel Angst, dass das ein Schlägertyp ist. Irgendwann hat er sich dann doch raus getraut, Hände gewaschen, bei dem er von dem vermeintlichen Chef mit fuchtelnden Händen bedrängt wurde schnell raus zu gehen. Die ganze Situation war für meine Familie und mich ein Albtraum und wir haben nichts verbrochen. Wir waren uns der Schliessungszeit des Restaurants nicht bewusst, dass hätte man uns auch höflich mitteilen können. So geht man jedenfalls nicht miteinander um, ich verstehe auch, dass die Angestellten Feierabend machen wollen, aber wir sind alle noch Menschen und haben nichts getan.

An absolute disgrace that I had to experience here. You put together your food at the terminal and while you want to pay, the terminals are simply switched off. When you go to the checkout to order your food, you are suddenly told that you don't have the food you want, even though everything was still available to choose from at the terminal. This service is absolutely substandard and completely disgraceful. The end of the workday begins too late without paying any attention to the customers. You can understand a punctual end of work, but I definitely don't understand it 10 minutes before closing time...

If you want to miss your train, order food here … slow and forgot all extras, of course already paid. Thx!

Today June 30th Late afternoon. Employees (according to their own statement, the boss) were unfriendly, condescending, arrogant, insulting and unable to take an order. Dressed in dirty private clothes. The food was cold and seemed old. Worst Burger King experience ever. The company should be ashamed of such employees who ruin its reputation. There will be no next time.

Die Mitarbeiter wusste überhaupt nicht was sie tun sollten, sie waren komplett überfordert haben nicht mal mehr Bestellungen aufgenommen … haben durch dem ganzen Raum gerufen das sie das und das Produkt nicht haben, wobei sich auch die Frage stellt wie kann man dann die Bestellungen aufnehmen. Als dann auch der Display nicht ging, ging überhaupt nichts mehr…. 4 von ca 15 Mitarbeitern die schon viel zu überfordert waren haben sich dann lieber mit dem kaputten Display beschäftigt anstatt die sich schon stapelnden Bürger in die Türen zu packen. Mach all dem noch die falsche Bestellung zu bekommen war für mich kein Wunder mehr .

Unbelievable, I was served old burgers that tasted like they were days old. Dust dry. If only they had at least been the right burgers. The staff at this BurgerKing is extremely overwhelmed. Ordered were 1*cheeseburger, 1*chillicheeseburger, 1*onion rings. The bill confirms this. I was given two dry old cheeseburgers which would have been better thrown in the trash. They were dust dry and had probably been lying under the lamp for a while. In addition, all order terminals are broken. There are no Smart Menus at this BurgerKing. This store cost me 50 cents and a solid three quarters of an hour of my valuable life, in addition to the really miserable food.
