The food was okay, but it looked a bit old. But it's delicious. My father got the food and he said the service was good and quick. But I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. But thank you for the food!

Food was ready in under a minute. I actually wanted to watch something on my cell phone and suddenly it was done.

An absolute disgrace that I had to experience here. You put together your food at the terminal and while you want to pay, the terminals are simply switched off. When you go to the checkout to order your food, you are suddenly told that you don't have the food you want, even though everything was still available to choose from at the terminal. This service is absolutely substandard and completely disgraceful. The end of the workday begins too late without paying any attention to the customers. You can understand a punctual end of work, but I definitely don't understand it 10 minutes before closing time...

If you want to miss your train, order food here … slow and forgot all extras, of course already paid. Thx!

Today June 30th Late afternoon. Employees (according to their own statement, the boss) were unfriendly, condescending, arrogant, insulting and unable to take an order. Dressed in dirty private clothes. The food was cold and seemed old. Worst Burger King experience ever. The company should be ashamed of such employees who ruin its reputation. There will be no next time.

Unbelievable, I was served old burgers that tasted like they were days old. Dust dry. If only they had at least been the right burgers. The staff at this BurgerKing is extremely overwhelmed. Ordered were 1*cheeseburger, 1*chillicheeseburger, 1*onion rings. The bill confirms this. I was given two dry old cheeseburgers which would have been better thrown in the trash. They were dust dry and had probably been lying under the lamp for a while. In addition, all order terminals are broken. There are no Smart Menus at this BurgerKing. This store cost me 50 cents and a solid three quarters of an hour of my valuable life, in addition to the really miserable food.

Schrecklich! Die Mitarbeiter wusste überhaupt nicht was sie tun sollten, sie waren komplett überfordert haben nicht mal mehr Bestellungen aufgenommen … haben durch dem ganzen Raum gerufen das sie das und das Produkt nicht haben, wobei sich auch die Frage stellt wie kann man dann die Bestellungen aufnehmen. Als dann auch der Display nicht ging, ging überhaupt nichts mehr…. 4 von ca 15 Mitarbeitern die schon viel zu überfordert waren haben sich dann lieber mit dem kaputten Display beschäftigt anstatt die sich schon stapelnden Bürger in die Türen zu packen. Mach all dem noch die falsche Bestellung zu bekommen war für mich kein Wunder mehr .

I have visited this Burger King twice during my travels through Europe (once takeaway, and once sitting in the food court area) and both times the quality of the food and the service was some of the best I have experienced from a fast food store.

I ordered two meals, both were with 2 cheese burgers, fries and coke. Both meals were very old and I barely ate them. I hope so next time I will get fresh meal. Moreover, the fries were not fried well,

Unfortunately very disappointed with this local. I had to wait half an hour for my food even though I only had three things (a drink, a chili cheese burger and chili cheese nuggets). I thought I could at least redeem the coupon for a double chili cheese burger + drink but this “was not available in this restaurant”… but now I had to pay a little more than €9 for 6 nuggets, a normal chili cheeseburger and a drink. What is something like that? Simply unnecessarily expensive even for Burger King. Absolutely no recommendation for this Burger King restaurant.

The first thing I see are machines but no service. So I stand in front of the great machine and press everywhere but the machine doesn't move. Well then we'll just go back and invest our money in something healthy.

We ordered nuggets, long chicken burger and curly fries for takeaway. Everything was ultra salty. I like salt but this was unbearable. Nuggets and chicken burger were so soggy I don’t understand how they deep fry it. Curly fries was good and crispy but too salty that we couldn’t eat the second piece.

The branch has improved a lot, orders are processed quickly and special requests are implemented.

Heute Abend habe ich mir 6 vegane Nuggets gekauft und der junge Typ an der Kasse, als auch das Mädchen mit den roten Haaren, sind mir unheimlich entgegengekommen, obwohl sie in 5min zu machen mussten und noch so viele Kunden hatten. Ich komme wieder und ich freue mich, falls wir uns wiedersehen! Top Mitarbeiter, der Filialleiter kann stolz sein & im Plan nachschauen wer an dem Tag gearbeitet hat um ein fettes Lob auszusprechen!

We ordered several things today, including 4 cheeseburgers. We got two and two others. We complained about it as soon as we were at our table. Employees say they are not allowed to exchange it! It wasn't our fault, it was given to us in the wrong way. Unfortunately very unfriendly staff. Customer service looks different.

Die Filiale hat sich die letzten Wochen richtig gut gemacht. Jetzt komm ich wieder öfters. Die Bestellung wird schnell bearbeitet und die Burger sind lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind richtig freundlich und arbeiten zügig. Bleibt so wie ihr jetzt seit und fallt nicht mit der Zeit wieder in die schlechte Version von früher.

Das Personal ist freundlich und unaufgeregt. Die Burger können in Ruhe auf dem Tablett abkühlen, bis die Bestellung komplett zusammengestellt ist. Die Jalapeños waren matchig und säuerlich, erinnerten eher an weiche, scharfe Gurken.

Sehr leckeres Essen, sah sogar fast so aus wie auf den Bildern, alle Bestellgeräte funktionierten, freundliche Mitarbeiter und schnelle Zubereitung, selbst bei hohem Andrang und bei Extrawünschen wie dem Weglassen von Tomaten.

フランクフルト中央駅にも、バーガーキングがありました。テイクアウトして、ホテルの部屋でワッパーを食べることができました。タッチパネルでの注文も可能で、日本人でも英語で細かくオーダーできます。 日本で言うセットはミールで選べば大丈夫です。 飲み物に氷が入ってなかくて、持ち帰るには氷が必要だと思うのですが、実はドイツ人はコーラなども常温でも平気なようで、冷蔵庫から取り出してもぬるいことが多いです。タッチパネルで氷ありを選ぶ方法は見つかりませんでした。

After more than three hours sitting in the train, the first thing we needed to do was something to eat when we arrived in Frankfurt. This burger King is located near the south entrance, the way to our hotel. What I like of this place is, the menu of vegetarian. They offer you quite nice vegies. I like the cheesy onion fries.

Burger King ist Systemgastronomie - insofern kann ich bei der Gesamtwertung das auch nur innerhalb dieser Kategorie bewerten und nicht mit einem Gourmet-Restaurant. Der Burger Kind am Hauptbahnhof bietet das übliche Programm an, ich fand es sehr sauber dort d.h. auch die Tische werden regelmäßig gereinigt. Da der Burger King hier in einem Gastrobereich am Hauptbahnhof untergebracht ist, ist das Publikum auch deutlich angenehmer als in anderen Ecken des Bahnhofs.

Eigentlich liebe ich ja einen Wopper Jr. als kl. Imbiss zwischendurch. Hier war der Bun total trocken und der Patty lauwarm. Trotz Bestellung zu vor Ort essen bekam ich unnötigerweise eine Tüte. Nächstes mal wieder McD.

Located in the Markthalle of the Frankfurt train station, I've visited this Burger King each time I've been in Frankfurt.....my hotel being right across the street. What can I say? Burger King is Burger King. I would always choose the cheese burger and fries. It was satisfactory. I wouldn't make a habit of this food, but......well, once in a while I weaken. Seating is limited, and you're usually sharing a table with strangers. But that was never a problem for me

I had a really bad experience at this Burger King. Got the wrong order (Double Cheeseburger instead of Big King) and the staff wanted to explain me that I was wrong and that I got the right burger. Kjøpte en kyllingburger men følte at burgeren ikke var godt nok stekt. Har spist denne burgeren mange ganger med det smakte ikke godt. Kjøpte også fanta og den smakte ikke som andre fantaer jeg har drukket i byen. Pomfrien var også bløt og kald.
