I didn't find it particularly clean. The tables weren't wiped down, and the tray carts weren't emptied. It was the absolute rudeness. As a guest, I was asked to pay 1 euro for the restroom. And that was in cash.

My visit was just as terrible, especially the toilet wasn't exactly clean, it stinks everywhere and you have to pay 1 euro for that, which was expensive, only one squat toilet was OK, the rest was broken, never again

I collected points for purchases when I walked into the restaurant and tried to redeem those points, but there was an error message. I thought it might be technical issues, and when I returned to the restaurant a month later in another city, it still didn't work. But when I got home, I opened the app and went to the QR code for eat-in points, and everything worked. That is, if you're far enough away from the restaurant, everything works, but if you're nearby or already inside the restaurant, you can't buy anything with points. This is blatant consumer deception.

I don't understand why you're a customer here, but you still have to pay €1 for the toilet. The toilet smells bad as soon as you walk down the stairs!

Based on the movie The Founder, I decided to dine in here, the service was great and the food was too however the next time I visited which was 7.09.2025 I was really hungry and the only thing on my mind to eat was McDonald’s I stayed on the queue because it was really crowded then 3 persons to my turn the order till had IT issue, it was painful but the feelings of seeing how great mind achieved this success would never want you to step out without giving for charity… though disappointed but I left motivated

You should make sure you receive the entire order; that wasn't the case with us. If you don't, you can speak to the store manager. If things go as they did in our case, it will be a rather unpleasant conversation, with the store manager explaining, in a less than friendly manner, that it wasn't their fault, but the store's, that the order was incomplete.

As a Canadian I visited McDonald’s in Frankfurt and I must say the menu items are so fun and different from what I’m used to back home. My ultimate faves were the garlic nuggets and cbo smoky sauce. Absolutely delicious. This location was clean for being so busy and staff were quite organized and kind.

The MC isn't the same as the Italian one, but it's similar. They use a lot of raw onion, but the worst thing is having someone charge you a euro to enter the bathroom. They're also dirty. I'm still average.

I'm Italian and I was in Frankfurt for a few days, in the central area, and around lunchtime I decided to stop here at McDonald's. I didn't feel like looking for a restaurant or waiting too long, so I chose something safe and quick. The restaurant is located in a fairly central area, easily reachable on foot or by public transport. From the outside it doesn't look huge, but inside it is very spacious and on two levels. As soon as I entered there were a lot of people, but nothing unmanageable. Classic fast food atmosphere in a big city: a bit of noise, people constantly coming in and out, but everything quite tidy. I ordered from the totem because the line at the checkout was long. The totems work well, the interface is simple to use and there are several languages ​​available, including English (very useful if you don't speak German). I got a double cheeseburger menu with chips and Coke, and added 6 Chicken McNuggets. After ordering, I waited about 5 minutes, then they called my number. All quite quick considering how many people were there. The food was exactly what I expected, but on a positive note: everything was hot. The chips were crunchy (and salted just right), the sandwich was assembled well, no squashed sandwich or random ingredients thrown away. The hot and crunchy nuggets. So I would say that by McDonald's standards, it went pretty well. As for the seating: at first it seemed full, but when I walked around I found a free table near the window on the ground floor. The tables are cleaned quite frequently, I saw a couple of staff going around specifically to tidy up. I used the bathrooms before going out: there too, no problems, clean and functioning. Another plus: there are power outlets near some tables and the Wi-Fi is free and worked well. I took the opportunity to charge my phone and reply to a few messages. Overall I can say it was a great stopping point. Nothing "special" of course - it's still a McDonald's - but everything worked as it should: clean, fast, friendly staff, ok food. And when you're on the go all day, this is exactly what you need. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area again.
