I came with my family, and the hamburgers had cold buns, overcooked and dry meat, flat sodas, and cold, soggy fries. Plus, the bathroom was one of the smelliest and dirtiest I've ever been in. Customer service in Germany is usually hit or miss (mostly miss 😃) because they don't really ascribe to the concept of the customer is always right. This McDonald's at the corner of the Konstablerwache main station though is pretty bad. I ordered my food (which is actually good) and tried to find a table to eat. All the tables are taken in the ground level so I go to the upstairs seating area (there was no signs saying it was closed or anything blocking the way). After I was 1/2 done with my meal, an employee comes up demanding I leave and go downstairs so I pick up my tray and try to look for a table free. Still none. I put my tray in the only area with a flat surface, the one in front of the area to pick up meals, and just wanted to finish my meal and leave. The employees kept demanding I leave that area. I didn't finish the meal and just left. Definitely will not come back, not worth the aggravation.

This chair is a terrible choice. It is neither practical nor comfortable. It must be replaced immediately.

Always funny. Ordered double onions on my burger, delivered with zero. When I complained, the guy from the kitchen glared at me hatefully and, without gloves, contemptuously slapped together a burger with just one onion. I hope the guy hadn't been to the toilet beforehand.

But when I got home, I opened the app and went to the QR code for eat-in points, and everything worked. You should make sure you receive the entire order; that wasn't the case with us. If you don't, you can speak to the store manager. If things go as they did in our case, it will be a rather unpleasant conversation, with the store manager explaining, in a less than friendly manner, that it wasn't their fault, but the store's, that the order was incomplete.

As a Canadian I visited McDonald’s in Frankfurt and I must say the menu items are so fun and different from what I’m used to back home. My ultimate faves were the garlic nuggets and cbo smoky sauce. Absolutely delicious. This location was clean for being so busy and staff were quite organized and kind.

The MC isn't the same as the Italian one, but it's similar. They use a lot of raw onion, but the worst thing is having someone charge you a euro to enter the bathroom. They're also dirty. I'm still average.
