It’s a McDonalds so nothing extraordinary to expect… it is at one of the busiest locations in the city, so except for it to be packed. Food was fast, can’t complain.

I went because I wanted to eat a hamburger, I can't say anything about the service. But it was very hot on the premises. And that wouldn't have mattered much considering it was very dirty, checking the bins for rubbish. I think that those who work there are more than unmotivated and it is nothing less. I saw them making the gesture of being very hot and serious and the truth is that I don't blame them since their workplace is so unpleasant. You can tell that they're selling, but also that they don't even care a bit about the impression they give to the public.

I make that mistake every few years. I buy a cheeseburger from McDonald. And what I get is exactly the same flabby thing as it was all those years ago. Bad, but definitely as bad as it always has been. A consistency of bad taste, so to speak.

The burgers were not fresh. The bread was dry and bad. Soft potatoes. Terrible service. The cashier watching the tintin without paying attention. You want to go to the bathroom and they want to charge you and they whisper things to you. I complained to the manager and as if the thing was not with him. The atmosphere is disgusting. Beggars and all the people running around and screaming getting in the way.

Went to the bathroom after paying a 29 Euro Bill with friends. First I was sent away because of cleaning. Alright. Acceptable. But after they finished I was told to pay? A guy sitting on a chair in front of the toilet was having a phonecall was demanding money before granting me access to the toilet. To pay before to enter toilet after such a bill? Terrible service We ordered two menus. My son accepted the check and washed his hands before eating. The McDonald's has seriously diminished and people constantly say it's only to go and not for sitting down! At 9 p.m. take away only! Wow, here is Mainhattan in three cultures. Maybe Saturday night midnight on Sunday is not the best time. But it was extremely overcrowded and there were two security guards who were almost fighting with each other. That has quality. Maybe I'm just too old for the store. Why an employee who stands at the checkout in MC Kaffee doesn't hand out the goods straight away (like everywhere else) but is placed in the normal queue is the next mystery.

We have been to this restaurant many times. The service is really quick considering the large number of visitors. But speed doesn't always mean quality. Last time I ordered a Big Mac. One of my favorite places. Despite the high turnover of people, orders are fulfilled quickly and efficiently. There are always napkins, a glass lid and a straw.

My friend was waiting for me in the Mcdonalds after consuming food and the staff came and attacked him that he is sitting for too long and if he doesn't buy more food that he has to leave. My friend kindly explained to them that he already ate and that he is waiting for his friends but they were so rude and aproached him with no common sense at all. Absolutely disgusting and will boycott Mcdonald's !!!

Never been treated as unkindly as here... The water was forgotten when ordering. Got mayo instead of ketchup... An exchange was not possible... All the tables are totally dirty. Gross location. Smells like fish and grease. Luckily, I only stopped for the bathroom, but even that left a lot to be desired. Dirty and the attendant is a scammer. The sign read "voluntary donation" and when I dropped 20 cents in the plate, he said it wasn't enough. "What is this??", he asked. Then he tried saying that the sign behind him required €0,50 and almost wouldn't let me and my girlfriend use the facilities. He only let us go when we verbally considered going elsewhere. He knows he's a criminal and didn't want to get caught. Other patrons that went through didn't pay before either. He targeted me (I'm American) and my girlfriend (German, but spoke English). Tourists beware.

The gentleman sitting in front of the toilet charged me €1 for the toilet. However, the sign behind him says that you can donate if you want. I felt threatened and very unsafe. The toilets weren't even clean.

Unfortunately, I will join the previous negative reviews of this #McDonald's. The floors on the second floor are so dirty that shoes stick. The tables are mostly overnight. Two employees did not react to this remark. We had to eat here. But in the city center this state of the establishment is even more unacceptable.

The fast food restaurant, if you want to call it that, is not one of my favorite candidates in this chain when it comes to cleanliness. I also think that paying extra to go to the toilet under these conditions is completely inappropriate for paying guests.

I wanted to go to the bathroom before I bought myself something to eat. Then costs 50 ct. After presenting the receipt, the 50 cents were not returned. Every trip to the toilet there is always extremely unpleasant because you are forced to give a tip beforehand. Overall, the McDonald's is very conveniently located, but that's about it. It's often dirty here. The burgers are cold and old. They have probably been around for a while. Hygiene is a foreign word here. People pick up fallen fries from the dirty floor and then go straight back to work in the kitchen without washing their hands. The toilets could also be cleaned more often. Additionally, these are not free for guests. Then there are the rats that come and go through the automatic doors. Overall, the quality of McDonald's food in general has declined quite a bit and it has become expensive.

We were just there for coffee and it was good. However, the store as a whole was very dirty. We got a place upstairs. But the 2 employees preferred to talk to each other instead of keeping the tables etc. clean. There were trays standing around at free tables and we also had to clean up at our table. Probably won't come back!

I took the most simple and classic option (1 cheeseburger and 1 chicken burger) which took unexpectedly longer to make than others who were serve faster with larger burgers.

Hey Leute, Euch sollte in Ambetracht dessen, dass auch ihr die Preise stark angehobem habt, bewusst sein, dass solch ein Service, dem Gast gegenüber sehr respektlos ist. Absolutes No Go!!!! Ein Mitarbeiter lässt die Packung mit 20 Nugets fallen und hebt die herausgefallenen Nugets mit der Hand ohne Handschuh vom Boden auf zurück in die Schachtel und stellt es in die Warenausgabe. Das war nur der Höhepunkt! Ich bin öfter nach Feierabend dort und ganz oft bekommt man die kalten pappigen Reste! Das Gesundheitsamt habe ich informiert und werde nie wieder dort Essen! Ich habe bereits vor Monaten schon MC Donald angeschrieben aber bis heute kein Feedback erhalten! Ich hoffe das sie richtig kontrolliert werden und geschlossen werden! Das Personal an der Theke ist zwar sehr Freundlich aber das macht das andere nicht wieder gut!

Teilweise unfreundliches und nicht hilfsbereites Personal, habe wegen Lieferando angerufen, da es mir anzeigt dass es momentan keine Lieferungen gibt, und es wird gesagt alles normal, zuvor wurde mir aber geholfen und es praktisch neu Freigeschaltet. Also aufpassen wen man ans Telefon bekommt.
