You have to pay attention to your order because once you lose sight of it, you'll never get it again. Even if you have evidence. In addition, the restaurant is always full, there are rarely empty times. It is also dirty, the floor is sticky and the air is often stale. People with claustrophobia should not come here.

It's just a McDonald's in downtown Frankfurt. Attention is paid to cleanliness - you can see that, otherwise everything is friendly and typically Mecces

Basically a normal McDonalds. But when we wanted to go to the toilet, we weren't allowed because we ordered online and didn't get a receipt to show. The staff wasn't interested in the email we wanted to show from the online order.

Always take a good look at the packaging... I had something delivered to my home and the packaging was completely different than what I ordered. Instead of a chicken burger there was a normal hamburger. We also saved money on napkins.

Out of curiosity, I tried the mcplant nuggets and it was stale and nasty. I guess it’s hard to replicate the iconic McNuggets. Unfortunately, the plant taste is quite strong. Not a fan of the spicy dip, sour cream dip is ok.

On November 17th, 2024, I placed an order with my family at this restaurant. When we got home we realized they didn't serve us burgers...terrible attitude. They didn't put toys on the children's menu.

Toilets are dirty and an additional €1 is charged to use them. To be polite, I gave the toilet man €0.30 himself, explaining that I was a guest and ate at Mc'Donalds. That didn't sit well with him, he started complaining. I asked the Mc’Donald’s employees upstairs whether guests had to pay to use the toilets, and they said no. I informed the employee about the incident in the toilet. Not professional from Mc'Donalds towards the customers 👎🏻

Food and service were good. Pay to use the toilet. Very busy location. Tables were dirty, but trash was maintained.

The food was bottomless. The fries were cold and the nuggets were slimy and also cold. It tasted like they had been sitting around somewhere all day.

Basically an average McDonalds, just a little cramped. When I wanted to go to the toilet, I was asked for a euro because they didn't believe I had bought something, which was somehow understandable because I didn't have the receipt with me. However, when I returned with the receipt, the man inspected it for a minute before asking me about the order and, even though I answered his questions, accused me of not buying anything. In itself it wouldn't be a bad thing as I don't go to McDonalds to use the toilet, however I think it shows how much we paying customers don't care about McDonalds.

Overall, the McDonald's is very conveniently located, but that's about it. It's often dirty here. The burgers are cold and old. They have probably been around for a while. Hygiene is a foreign word here. People pick up fallen fries from the dirty floor and then go straight back to work in the kitchen without washing their hands. The toilets could also be cleaned more often. Additionally, these are not free for guests. Then there are the rats that come and go through the automatic doors. I asked an employee about it and they said there were so many and you couldn't catch them all. Overall, the quality of McDonald's food in general has declined quite a bit and it has become expensive.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Dirty and then you also get cold food and when you go there and say sorry but it's cold you get the cheeky answer that when you order at the table you supposedly always get it cold. We always do it that way and we've always been happy with the service everywhere...But here everything is simply outrageous.

So, the food was good, McDonald's standard. But the employee on the phone, after I wanted to know whether the food would come after an hour, simply lied to me coldly. Nothing happened with the order status for almost an hour. I called and gave the order number. "No, we don't have an order with that number." When I asked if he had a number or twisted letter in it, I got a mushy "No, I do "I'm not stupid." Immediately after the phone call, the status suddenly updated after almost an hour of nothing happening and it jumped from 41 minutes to 28 minutes and "your order is being prepared". Lo and behold, when it arrived, the order number was in bold on both bags. There's a lot going on at the weekend, I understand. But lying and being mushy? It doesn't work at all. What's more, the nuggets weren't delivered, but instead two wraps instead of just one, but the whole sweet and sour sauce was there. Edit: there was NO chicken in the wrap I didn't order, just sauce and vegetables. No more words. All in all, unnecessary and annoying. Next time just don't lie and say the order was forgotten or whatever.

Unfortunately the staff is disrespectful and completely incompetent

The team makes an effort and is always friendly.

Fast to deliver food after the order. Enough staff to cover the floor and delivery. Enough place to eat peacefully.

Unfortunately I forgot my beloved apple bag again today and just recently forgot my double choco bag. I'm really sad, I was really looking forward to it after work :/ Lattice fries are more like chips than fries, which is a shame.

The man in the bathrooms who demands €1 to enter the toilet did not let me enter and in a very bad way, I did not have cash, another man who came in to use the toilet gave me 0.50 cents so that I could enter, embarrassing.

Man infront of the toilets demands money even though there is a sign saying it is a donation. He does not let you enter even if you have a reciept showing you have purchased food here. Definitely not a way to treat paying customers.

The McDonald's has seriously diminished and people constantly say it's only to go and not for sitting down! At 9 p.m. take away only! The ambience understandably suffers somewhat due to the large crowds here in downtown Frankfurt; But the extremely fast service + freshly prepared burgers that are served hot to the table easily make up for it. Ergo: what more could you want?

Yesterday I ordered Coca Cola without sugar. But the store employee gave me regular Coca-Cola (high in sugar). My blood sugar levels rose dramatically. I have sensors to measure blood sugar.

It’s a McDonalds so nothing extraordinary to expect… it is at one of the busiest locations in the city, so except for it to be packed. Food was fast, can’t complain.

Worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Bad at everything

I make that mistake every few years. I buy a cheeseburger from McDonald. And what I get is exactly the same flabby thing as it was all those years ago. Bad, but definitely as bad as it always has been. A consistency of bad taste, so to speak.

I went because I wanted to eat a hamburger, I can't say anything about the service. But it was very hot on the premises. And that wouldn't have mattered much considering it was very dirty, checking the bins for rubbish. I think that those who work there are more than unmotivated and it is nothing less. I saw them making the gesture of being very hot and serious and the truth is that I don't blame them since their workplace is so unpleasant. You can tell that they're selling, but also that they don't even care a bit about the impression they give to the public.

The burgers were not fresh. The bread was dry and bad. Soft potatoes. Terrible service. The cashier watching the tintin without paying attention. You want to go to the bathroom and they want to charge you and they whisper things to you. I complained to the manager and as if the thing was not with him. The atmosphere is disgusting. Beggars and all the people running around and screaming getting in the way.

Went to the bathroom after paying a 29 Euro Bill with friends. First I was sent away because of cleaning. Alright. Acceptable. But after they finished I was told to pay? A guy sitting on a chair in front of the toilet was having a phonecall was demanding money before granting me access to the toilet. To pay before to enter toilet after such a bill? I am sorry that's just outrageous.

Terrible service We ordered two menus. My son accepted the check and washed his hands before eating. At the entrance, an African-American employee told him to give him the check, looked at it, and then threw it in the trash! My son came back without a check. Wow, here is Mainhattan in three cultures. Maybe Saturday night midnight on Sunday is not the best time. But it was extremely overcrowded and there were two security guards who were almost fighting with each other. That has quality. Maybe I'm just too old for the store. Why an employee who stands at the checkout in MC Kaffee doesn't hand out the goods straight away (like everywhere else) but is placed in the normal queue is the next mystery.

Vouchers are not accepted, apparently they have already been used. Staff extremely unfriendly. No thanks. Many of my friends avoid this McD because it has been renovated over and over again for years, but the rest of it doesn't get any better. I will now avoid him in the future.

One of my favorite places. Despite the high turnover of people, orders are fulfilled quickly and efficiently. There are always napkins, a glass lid and a straw.

I ordered three cheeseburgers with the special request "without onion and without cucumber slices", to go. Then I got the three cheeseburgers with the sticker, no Z and no G. But when I got home I found out that they had cucumber!!! If they can't do it, then they shouldn't offer it

My friend was waiting for me in the Mcdonalds after consuming food and the staff came and attacked him that he is sitting for too long and if he doesn't buy more food that he has to leave. My friend kindly explained to them that he already ate and that he is waiting for his friends but they were so rude and aproached him with no common sense at all. Absolutely disgusting and will boycott Mcdonald's !!!

Never been treated as unkindly as here... The water was forgotten when ordering. Got mayo instead of ketchup... An exchange was not possible... All the tables are totally dirty. When I asked if I could have a sponge to wipe the tables, I was just looked at stupidly. The upper floor was already locked at 8 p.m. Never again!
