McDonald's in Frankfurt am Main

I ordered from McDonald’s via the app and chose the delivery service. Normally the food here is simply brought to my table. But today the employee was very rude and called me loudly to ask what I ordered. After I showed him the order screenshot, he still didn't stop and continued to ask what I ordered. Is it because I'm a foreigner and he thinks I'm easy to bully? Or is it just discrimination? A really bad experience. He probably discriminated against me and thought that I didn't speak German.

Don't go to other mcdees, go to this one. I liked my big mac 🙃

Don't go to this McDonald's. Full self service. The sauce on the citizens is average, the tables are dirty and not wiped, the quality of the food is at the lowest level. You have to pay 1 euro to use the toilet. This is not the case at any McDonald's.

Always take a good look at the packaging... I had something delivered to my home and the packaging was completely different than what I ordered. Instead of a chicken burger there was a normal hamburger. We also saved money on napkins.

Basically a normal McDonalds. But when we wanted to go to the toilet, we weren't allowed because we ordered online and didn't get a receipt to show. The staff wasn't interested in the email we wanted to show from the online order.

Out of curiosity, I tried the mcplant nuggets and it was stale and nasty. I guess it’s hard to replicate the iconic McNuggets. Unfortunately, the plant taste is quite strong. Not a fan of the spicy dip, sour cream dip is ok.

On November 17th, 2024, I placed an order with my family at this restaurant. When we got home we realized they didn't serve us burgers...terrible attitude. They didn't put toys on the children's menu.

Toilets are dirty and an additional €1 is charged to use them. To be polite, I gave the toilet man €0.30 himself, explaining that I was a guest and ate at Mc'Donalds. That didn't sit well with him, he started complaining. I asked the Mc’Donald’s employees upstairs whether guests had to pay to use the toilets, and they said no. I informed the employee about the incident in the toilet. Not professional from Mc'Donalds towards the customers 👎🏻

Basically an average McDonalds, just a little cramped. When I wanted to go to the toilet, I was asked for a euro because they didn't believe I had bought something, which was somehow understandable because I didn't have the receipt with me. However, when I returned with the receipt, the man inspected it for a minute before asking me about the order and, even though I answered his questions, accused me of not buying anything. The food was bottomless. The fries were cold and the nuggets were slimy and also cold. It tasted like they had been sitting around somewhere all day.

Overall, the McDonald's is very conveniently located, but that's about it. It's often dirty here. The burgers are cold and old. They have probably been around for a while. Hygiene is a foreign word here. People pick up fallen fries from the dirty floor and then go straight back to work in the kitchen without washing their hands. The toilets could also be cleaned more often. Additionally, these are not free for guests. Then there are the rats that come and go through the automatic doors. I asked an employee about it and they said there were so many and you couldn't catch them all. Overall, the quality of McDonald's food in general has declined quite a bit and it has become expensive.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Dirty and then you also get cold food and when you go there and say sorry but it's cold you get the cheeky answer that when you order at the table you supposedly always get it cold. We always do it that way and we've always been happy with the service everywhere...But here everything is simply outrageous.

So, the food was good, McDonald's standard. But the employee on the phone, after I wanted to know whether the food would come after an hour, simply lied to me coldly. Nothing happened with the order status for almost an hour. I called and gave the order number. "No, we don't have an order with that number." When I asked if he had a number or twisted letter in it, I got a mushy "No, I do "I'm not stupid." Immediately after the phone call, the status suddenly updated after almost an hour of nothing happening and it jumped from 41 minutes to 28 minutes and "your order is being prepared". Lo and behold, when it arrived, the order number was in bold on both bags. There's a lot going on at the weekend, I understand. But lying and being mushy? It doesn't work at all. What's more, the nuggets weren't delivered, but instead two wraps instead of just one, but the whole sweet and sour sauce was there. Edit: there was NO chicken in the wrap I didn't order, just sauce and vegetables. No more words. All in all, unnecessary and annoying. Next time just don't lie and say the order was forgotten or whatever.

It’s a McDonalds so nothing extraordinary to expect… it is at one of the busiest locations in the city, so except for it to be packed. Food was fast, can’t complain.

I make that mistake every few years. I buy a cheeseburger from McDonald. And what I get is exactly the same flabby thing as it was all those years ago. Bad, but definitely as bad as it always has been. A consistency of bad taste, so to speak.

I went because I wanted to eat a hamburger, I can't say anything about the service. But it was very hot on the premises. And that wouldn't have mattered much considering it was very dirty, checking the bins for rubbish. I think that those who work there are more than unmotivated and it is nothing less. I saw them making the gesture of being very hot and serious and the truth is that I don't blame them since their workplace is so unpleasant. The burgers were not fresh. The bread was dry and bad. Soft potatoes. Terrible service. The cashier watching the tintin without paying attention. You want to go to the bathroom and they want to charge you and they whisper things to you. I complained to the manager and as if the thing was not with him. The atmosphere is disgusting. Beggars and all the people running around and screaming getting in the way.

Went to the bathroom after paying a 29 Euro Bill with friends. First I was sent away because of cleaning. Alright. Acceptable. But after they finished I was told to pay? A guy sitting on a chair in front of the toilet was having a phonecall was demanding money before granting me access to the toilet. To pay before to enter toilet after such a bill?
