JUST DON’T ORDER!! Have tried to order there several times, either the delivery was incorrect or things were even forgotten. In addition, the order was often canceled shortly before it was supposed to arrive and then you wait for your food when you're so hungry and then you're told sorry, we can't make it. And at a time when everything else is already closing and you can't order anything anymore. This store is unbelievable. Even on site, just rude! Leave it alone people. Ordered somewhere else

Large, tidy and clean McDonald's with lots of seating, even outdoor. There is also play equipment for the children and the main street next door is not so loud.

I'm really annoyed. We have just come from the hospital to the MC to quickly grab something to eat. The staff were quick and friendly and the fries were even fresh, but they forgot all the sauces with the dishes. I asked specifically and it wasn't the first time there. Code bk3c-rr8o-5u3t Maybe the employees could do a checkup to learn that this doesn't always happen. I'm definitely annoyed by it! And you pay for it too.

I ordered here on Saturday evening. 1 star for the fast delivery. But the result was very sobering. I've often had a MC rib with too little sauce, but I've never had anything like that before... I couldn't eat it, the burger sank into the sauce and was accordingly soaked. I threw away 3/4. I think the picture speaks for itself. Thanks for nothing.

Great shop. Very friendly staff. Had ordered food with table service. The food is warm and fresh. We didn't manage to do everything, when we went out the staff asked us to wait a moment and then we would get a bag! We've never had anything like this before. A branch that inspires.

Actually a completely normal, typical McD branch - but... There are other branches where the employees are friendlier. Friendliness and service don't seem to be well known, wanted or skilful here - that's why only one service star. The burger preparation - ok, next time I'll take photos. Burgers thrown together carelessly, crookedly and crookedly - that's unfortunately what the Big Mac often looks like. The McRib is either drowning in sauce or is dry and just saw the sauce fly by. Sprite without sprite syrup was complained about - wordlessly, simply replaced without any facial expressions/reaction. The cleanliness in the restaurant is okay.

When I asked at the McDrive window whether the restaurant was closed, the obvious answer from the restaurant manager was that I should get in line at the back and that from 12 onwards there would only be McDrive. I ordered a box of 20 chicken nuggets and a large cappuccino. I waited like everyone else. When my order was shown as “ready” I went to the front but my order wasn’t ready at all.

Catastrophe! I ordered breakfast to go online from Drive In. The employees are so slow that you don't get breakfast until they get there. Instead, just a roll that can be ordered at any time. I rarely go to McDonalds and will be there even less often now, especially at this branch.

Seems pretty stressed. Apparently he hasn't slept yet from the weekend. Good, quick service, nicely decorated. Delicious food, everything served. This time there was even more in it than ordered.

Actually good. I don't think it's a good thing at all that you can no longer go in at night and have to order at the drive-thru (even as a pedestrian). If it were different I would give it 4-5 stars

The ordering terminal hangs and takes what feels like 5 seconds to load between each “touch”. Simply no longer recommended.

Absolutely unclean, dirt everywhere on the floor

We had to wait an interminably long 20 minutes for our food. It is so cold in the restaurant itself that you can only sit with a jacket on. There were rats running around in the parking lot. Unfortunately, the overall concept seems extreme unhygienic!

I ordered via Uber Eats. Everything was fine and the service on site was also good :)

It's pretty outrageous when you're standing at the order counter at 4:25 a.m. and the store is closed even though it's open until 5 a.m. That's not possible.

I was just at the McDonald's at the Friedberger Warte and I waited at the checkout for 5 minutes before an employee told me I can only order from the machine. Then I asked why he hadn't told me that before. His answer was that I was busy. Then I ordered at the machine and asked him if I could pay. He then threw my order slip into the trash can and said he didn't want to take my order. That's why I kindly ask you to choose your employees better - that's a cheeky thing that just happened to me.

Quite a good McDonald's branch, compared to other branches. The quality of McDonald's food is relatively poor, but MC Cafe is very good. The individual branch can't do anything about the food in general. This branch is usually clean and has quick service. I would currently criticize the MC Cafe because of the availability of the cappuccino, the last 4 visits there were none.

Most disgusting McDonalds! Instead of a cozy dinner, it's a nightmare! Disgusting environment, unhygienic tables and disgusting food. The Big Mac tasted like crispbread. Other people and especially certain young people come into the store every week and scream and completely destroy the store! Staff very undereducated, unfriendly and very incompetent and can't say a straight sentence in German! After I complained I was threatened with the police. The staff is a bunch of asylum seekers on minimum wage. The tables look like pigs and cows ate there. My tip: Avoid McDonalds at Friedberger Warte!

So it's a disgrace that the shop is still running, there are mice running around on the terrace, the employees are stingy with the portions and the orders usually come wrong, late, cold or incomplete, they don't get anything done. I wanted to go to McDonalds, suddenly I ended up in the zoo! But a much worse version. This day showed me that some people are not descended from monkeys, but from pigs and sloths. The shop is dirty, unhygienic, smells of urine and is always filled with asylum seekers from the Egyptian zoo in the evenings. Poor Germany! The staff? I could literally put a donkey and a chimpanzee at the checkout and they would do their job better. The staff is very rude and after criticism you are threatened with a report. The toilets? I thought I ended up in the sewers. The floor is made of urine, the squat toilets are made of feces. The seats are dirty and have leftover food as well as chips and salads. This store is just disgusting and disgusting. Best regards especially to an employee who was quite overweight and who didn't want to give me a new burger after I found hair in my moldy burger. Beverages? Buy a cola, buy tap water or even urine. No carbonation. I think the staff mixed it up that the food was supposed to be warm and not the drinks which were warm and tasted like I had put the Coke in a microwave. Just to throw up.

Unfortunately, things are getting worse and worse. On February 5th, my husband and I went to get something quick after a stressful morning. We arrived home really hungry and were bitterly disappointed as we had forgotten the fries several times before. So all we had left was the burgers - I had a strong craving for a McRib and just got a burger that I've never seen before... There's no mention of it being busy. If the service gets better, we will come back again.

Der letzte Drecks….. mittags um 15 Uhr vollgekotzte Toiletten alles schon festgetrocknet kein Toilettenpapier im Damenklo ein Schreiender Junkie und die Restaurant Leiterin schickte überfordert eine Mitarbeiterin zum Sauber machen die Schicht vorher hat weder sauber gemacht noch kontrolliert unter aller sau und mir wurde gesagt das kann alles nicht sein als ich dann die geschossenen Fotos gezeigt habe plötzliches Schweigen einfach nur lächerlich und unprofessionell die Fotos hier einzustellen erspare ich euch lieber 🙈

Hab heute einen bigmac bestellt und nach etwas mehr Soße gefragt was ich bekommen habe war eine absolut Frechheit . Der Herr in der Küche hat gefühlt die komplette Saucenflasche über meinem Burger ausgekippt das hat nichts mehr mit etwas mehr zutun gehabt . Burger schwimmt in der Verpackung , war nichtmal möglich das Ding anzuheben geschweige denn rein zu beißen . Reine Schikane wenn man nach etwas fragt und dann scheinbar aus Prinzip übertrieben wird das gleiche mit Salz auf Pommes nach etwas mehr gefragt , und in Salz gebadete Pommes bekommen .

Alles bestens! Kann nichts beklagen..

Wir haben den Drive In genutzt, keine Wartezeit, Bestellen war easy. Essen wurde frisch zubereitet, Sonderwünsche wurden perfekt erledigt. Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich zu uns ä.

Das ist das letzte mal das ich dort bestellt habe. Der Fahrer drückt mir die Lieferung in die Hand und hat die Getränke und das Eis vergessen und so zocken die Leute ab !!!!echt traurig

Mit Abstand der beste Mc Donald in Frankfurt & Umgebung!!! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Essen immer frisch, heiß und total vorbildlich zubereitet - Burger sehen aus wie in der Werbung! Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und total bemüht! Hier kommen wir immer sehr gerne essen!!!

This place is the worst McDonald in the whole world. We didn’t get our food correctly for 4 days in a row, the cashier is disrespectful, even said to me and I quote “or just find another McDonald’s” unbelievable. Then they mess up our order from take away to dine in and THEY PASS US THE BAGS TO TAKE OUR FOOD TO THE BAGS. How is this even real? Absolute rubbish and bad experience. 0/5 I do not recommend this McDonald’s. EDIT: after a while we went there again, and a Big Mac is still missing from the order.

Bester und sauberster McDonalds in FFM

Sehr schnell und frisch. Kleiner schnuckeliger Mc Donalds mit Drive In. Das Klientel führte leider wie immer zu verdreckten Tischen. Das Personal versuchte hinterher zu kommen.

Ganz normale Standard MC Donald. Ich habe nur Freundlichen Personal begegnet

Das Essen war alles super frisch zubereitet.

Hatte ein MC-RIB und ein Chilli-Cheese Burger.. Der Rib war ersoffen in Sauce und kaum händisch zu verzehren. Der Burger war wie üblich nicht annähernd dem Poster entsprechend. Und etwas trocken. Der Parkplatz mal wieder voll mit unfähigen parkenenden.

McDonald’s in Frankfurt is way better than McDonald’s in India, they ingredients are better and tastes much better than here. Must try McDonald’s in Europe.

Im McDrive 2 McFlurry mit KitKat bestellt (ja, war draußen auf der Karte angeschrieben). Mit Oreo bekommen. Laut Webpage McD gibt's das gar nicht mehr. Hinweis wäre schön gewesen. Das Eis selbst hat auch schon mal weniger wässrig geschmeckt.

Lebe sehr lange in dieser Gegend und für mich ist das der sauberste McDonalds in Frankfurt! In 1 von 10 fällen kommt mal ein pampiger Cheeseburger, was jedoch üblich Mcdonalds ist und in anderen Filialen Standard. Wenn du den Burger dem Personal zeigst, bekommst du auch immer einen neuen frisch zubereiteten. Personal leistet sehr viel Arbeit jedoch bleiben Sie trotzdem sehr nett. Insgesamt 5 Sterne im Vergleich zu den anderen Mcdonalds

Gestern war ich das erste Mal in diesem McDonald's, der zwar nicht sehr zentral liegt, aber trotzdem gut erreichbar ist (besonders für Autofahrer, da auch McDrive vorhanden, aber auch für ÖPNV-Nutzer über die Haltestelle Wasserpark der Straßenbahn-Linie 18 in der Nähe). Der Mitarbeiter, der mich bedient hat, war sehr freundlich, flott und hat mir in guter Qualität das derzeit in der McDonald's-App zu findende Sonderangebot für eine 20er Spicy Chicken McNuggets-Packung inkl. 3 Saucen gebracht. Essen konnte ich diese geballte Ladung Chicken McNuggets in einem freundlichen Ambiente. Zum Abschluss könnte ich mir in einer ausreichend sauberen Toilette die Hände waschen. Wegen der guten Erfahrungen empfehle diese Filiale hier gerne weiter und würde sogar sagen, dass ein Besuch hier angenehmer ist als in den Innenstadt-Filialen.

Das Personal ist super. Sie nehmen sich Zeit für das Anliegen der Gäste! Auch die Burger sind immer frisch. Nur die Pommes sind ab und zu zu bemängeln. Einer der besten McDonald’s in Frankfurt.

Nach den ganzen negativen Bewertungen mal austesten. Also Toiletten sind etwas altbacken, Sauberkeit aber Note 1. Das Essen ist heiss und wurde frisch zubereitet, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und auch der Spielplatz für Kinder ist sauber. Alles in allem ein solides McDonald. Da gibts deutlich schlechtere. Ich würde hier wieder essen.

Seit Umstellung der Bestellung mit Nummernaufruf läuft hier nichts mehr. Totale Überforderung der Mitarbeiter, die lieber mit leerem Blick zur Tür starren, anstatt mit anzupacken, während die Warteschlange zur Abholung immer länger wird! Und das mittlerweile seit Wochen, egal wann. Die Restaurantleitung hat hier so gar nichts im Griff, die Mitarbeiter geben auf Nachfrage nicht einmal Antwort, wenn die Nummern einfach verschwinden und man kein Essen bekommt!

Pommes wurden zurückgebracht weil diese nach Reinigungsmittel rochen und auch ungenießbar seltsam schmeckten. Da ich gerade vorne stand und schaute hat die Dame mich gefragt ob ich auch probieren könne. Das habe ich getan und war tatsächlich ungenießbar ich musste es sofort in den Müll spucken. Beim Riechen an der Pommes vernahm man auch einen chemischen Geruch. Als die Kundin dies der Mitarbeiterin mitteilte grinste diese ungläubig mit hochgezogenen Augenbrauen und teilte dies ihrem Kollegen mit. Der wiederum sagte dass dies nicht sein könne, und fragte wie das denn sein solle ihrer Meinung nach. Die Kundin erklärte dass SIE dies nicht wisse aber es schmecke definitiv nach Chemie oder Reinigungsmittel. Sie bot den Attendants an selber zu probieren. Diese warfen die Pommes in den Müll, die Dame von den zwei grinste wieder Augenbrauen hochziehend über die Kritik der Kundin und sagte dass sie eine neue bekäme aber dass es nicht sein könne dass die Pommes nach Reinigungsmittel schmecke. Die Schichtleiterin wurde NICHT hinzugezogen !!! Woraufhin ich mich dazu äußerte indem ich erwähnte dass ich diese Pommes ebenfalls gekostet hätte, bestätigen könne was die Kundin sagt, und ob nicht die Möglichkeit bestünde dass jemand der Mitarbeiter, in der Eile, nach benutzen eines mit Reinigungsmittel getränkten Lappen, Pommes abgefüllt hat??!!! Man bestätigte diese Möglichkeit. Ein weiterer der VIELEN untragbaren Zustände gestern Abend 20-24 Personen an EINER Kasse. Weder der Umgang mit dieser Situation noch der Umgang mit konstruktiver kundenseitiger Kritik war profesionell geschweige denn lösungsorientiert. Zwei Kassen aktiv/eingeloggt. Nur eine Kasse, durch offensichtlich noch unzureichend eingearbeitete Mitarbeiterin, besetzt. 1 Person am Mc Drive 1 Person am pick up pass 2 Personen an den Stations 1 Schichtleiterin steht mit Papiertüte und wartet minutenlang auf Hamburger zum Weiterreichen an mcdrive 1,5 Meter entfernt direkt hinter der zweiten Kase Kunde fragt Schichtleiterin ob sie nicht zwischendurch auch die zweite Kasse bedienen könne. Antwort: Man solle das elektronische Bestellterminal benutzen. Sie habe keine Zeit. Wenn man bedenkt dass die Dame danach noch minutenlang offenbar nichtstuend dort herumstand, und dass bei Bestellung über dieses Terminal die Kunden sich dennoch an diese eine EINZIGE Kasse anstellen mussten ist es eine Frechheit DASS EINE SCHICHTLEITERIN NICHT EINMAL IMSTANDE IST EINE BEREITS VORKONFIGURIERTE FERTIGE BESTELLUNG INNERHALB VON 45 SEKUNDEN, AN DER ZWEITEN KASSE, LEDIGLICH ZU KASSIEREN und so die Wartezeit aller Gäste um ein wesentliches zu verkürzen. Fast 25 MINUTEN VON BESTELLUNG BIS ERHALT DER SPEISEN!!! DER GASTRAUM WIE EIN SCHWEINESTALL: Ketschupverschmierte Tische Überall Müll und Essensreste Sprite über den Bänken Keine Servietten Keine Strohhalme Pommes kalt und ungesalzen Hamburger Salat nicht drauf sondern komplett einfach in der Box um den Hamburger herum. Wrap eine einzige Teigmatsche (reingeQUETSCHT und dabei mit kartonrand zerrissen) Apfeltasche ok Mc Sunday ok Fragen an die Unternehmensleitung: War es Überforderung aufgrund von Unterbesetzung (vor allem Schichtleitung)? Oder war es, wenn ausreichend Mitarbeiter in der Schicht, mangelhafte Kompetenz und unzreichende Stressresistenz einer Führungskraft von Mc Donalds? Was ist der zukünftige Lösungsansatz bei Mc Donalds Frankfurt Friedberger Landstraße? Die, meiner Meinung nach, absolute Frechheit: Als sich der Andrang stark gelegt hatte verschwindet die Schichtleiterin und ist im Fall der chemisch kontaminierten Speise (Pommes) nicht zu sprechen weil sie wie es uns schien Backoffice oder WhatsApp oder sonst was wichtigeres als Kundenbetreuung zu erledigen hat ????? Äußerst seltsame Zustände welche den gesundheitsFÖRDERNDEN Aspekt der Nahrungsaufnahme, in diesem McDonald's Restaurant, MICH in Frage stellen lassen. Eigentlich NICHT EINMAL EINEN PUNKT WERT !!! P.s.: Ein einziger Mitarbeiter ist uns extremst positiv und engagiert aufgefallen. Er ist in unseren Augen derjenige durch welchen dieses Mac Donalds noch einen Punkt erhalten kann Er war der einzige der später ohne Unterstützung den Gastraum gereinigt hat. Und dies in einer Geschwindigkeit und Präzision die bewundernswert ist. Davor hat er die Ausgabe in perfekter Art bedient. Es fehlte NICHTS auf dem Tablett und auch den Personen am Nachbartisch viel er derart positiv auf dass diese sich über ihn unterhielten.
