Super friendly staff! I got breakfast after breakfast time and they were still very kind and helpful. Great service, very satisfied! Five stars!

Extremely long waiting times at all times. No more fast food from this point on, and therefore the quality is disproportionately poor considering the waiting time.

The food always looks fresh to me. The fries have never been cold, and the McDrive has always been reliable.

Last night I ordered €80 worth of food from Wolt, and I've never had any problems with any of their branches before. Then yesterday, bam! Curly fries that no one ordered arrived, two entire meals were missing, and of course, no one answered the phone, no matter how many times I called. It's outrageous! When you're ordering €80, make sure everything actually goes out and don't forget half the order just because it's a delivery service.

Worst service ever. Everything was just thrown together. I'm speechless.

The staff member was incredibly unfriendly. I accidentally knocked over my drink while taking it from the counter, and instead of helping to stop it from spilling, he cursed in another language and rolled his eyes. The food was cold, and all the staff seemed completely overwhelmed, even though I've been to much busier restaurants. Simply unacceptable service and incredibly unfriendly!!

I strongly advise against ordering anything for delivery from this company. It's happened three times now that we've ordered something and it simply never arrived. The worst of it was two double cheeseburgers, each with two slices of cheese but only one patty (see photos). Warning!

There should be a self-service checkout, as not everyone can read and some may need assistance with ordering. An employee argued with the person, claiming they could manage it. However, they ultimately gave them what they requested; you can't assume everyone can order digitally on their own. I had to accompany them and demonstrate, but what happens if they want something different next time, or need to order multiple items? Therefore, this should be reconsidered, and the option to order directly from an employee should be offered.

I ordered three McSundays. My order number wasn't displayed on the screen. After I asked about it, the employee very rudely told me that the number had been called and that it was my fault I hadn't heard it, and that I shouldn't have left while ordering. I was there the whole time and my number wasn't called. The ice cream melted and didn't taste good.

I ordered my food 20 minutes ago and waited a very long time. I then went to a woman who told me my order had been canceled, but she still wanted a receipt and didn't give me my food at the end of the day. I didn't get a refund and had to order again. The woman was very rude, and the manager came after we had already ordered and wanted to continue arguing. Worst McDonald's in Frankfurt. I don't recommend anyone go to the Friedberger Landstraße location.

I understand that people are stressed, but the cashier was incredibly rude. When I asked for help with something on the order display, he responded very dismissively. I asked him to show me, but he ignored my question. Then my companion arrived, and the cashier reacted very rudely to my companion. I urge the restaurant to do something about this and simply explain to the cashier how to treat customers/guests. I will definitely never set foot in that store again; this is the third time. I thank the lady who came later to help us. That's how an employee should behave.

The floor on the first floor was terribly sticky; the service at the table took about 20 minutes.

In person: Okay. Sometimes very crowded and dirty. Ordering through Lieferando is a disaster. Sometimes the wait is over two hours and nobody answers the phone. It's happening right now. Paid, accepted the order, waited 35 to 60 minutes, and after two hours, the status is the same. The Lieferando chatbot doesn't recognize complaints and basically just responds with: doesn't understand the question, should select from the list... a list that doesn't exist. Terrible. Just don't accept the order if you don't have the capacity. Getting my money back is going to be a real pain. Update: After three hours, I simply canceled. I was able to contact Lieferando through the fine print, and the money will be refunded within three days, plus 10% for next time.

How can something like this happen in 2025? Six or seven workers twiddling their thumbs behind the counter instead of cleaning up this mess. No matter how busy it is, this shouldn't happen in any restaurant. We'll end up with a rat infestation. Disgusting.

I was sold a wrap with meat here, even though I ordered plant-based. No apology, they just handed me the substitute. Unbelievable!

Dirty, Unfriendly. Because of a bad review, the branch manager comes and insults people and throws them out.

At first glance, it's just a regular McDonald's, nothing special. But: the people at the next table were threatened with being banned from the premises because of a bad review. You can think what you want about that.

I am so mad and hurt I went there as a Hugh Friends fan to get the new menu there. On my way back home after I got it I was so excited thinking about what character I could have gotten. And then I open the damn menu and boom no figure no toy no nothing they scammed me I paid 13€ for it and didn’t even get the one thing that I wanted the most. I am so mad I want my figure!

Completely littered. All the scales are full, and the trash is piling up on the tables. My colleague's order was simply dismissed, and we had to prove the order with the PDF receipt. We were ignored and treated rudely. Mistakes can happen, but they apologize and don't become rude. Many standard products are only available after a long wait.

Well, I think it's a disgrace that these nuggets with the three hot sauces are still available to order, but then when you go to pick them up you're told, "Sorry, we don't have any more, they've been discontinued." I then explained that I wanted these nuggets with just the sauce and would like my €7.39 back because that was the only reason I bought them. The employee then cheekily told me "No, that's not our problem, we can't do anything about it," and then simply turned around.

Not the most modern McD, but very fast, but the work is strange: orders are pushed aside in order to improve internal service times, which only causes confusion among guests and employees. This leads to frequent errors.

Burger patty was not very fresh ok

Orders are displayed as ready for pickup early to improve internal statistics. However, I have to wait 20 minutes until the order is actually ready. "Fast food"?

Unfortunately, this branch has gotten worse over the years. Every time, really every time (!!!) I place an order, it arrives with errors. Sometimes it's missing toys in the Happy Meals, sometimes it's missing drinks, or, like today, the wrong Iced Matcha Latte. While my complaints have always been corrected, it's noticeable that errors have occurred regularly. In addition, several "displays" for ordering today are out of order. It can happen... At lunchtime, I was able to order a Happy Meal for my son at the counter because the line was already very long. In the evening, my daughter just wanted to order a matcha and suddenly they said it wasn't possible at the counter. And the line was much longer and the parking lot full. Is one employee authorized to take orders at the counter and the other not? Added to that is the presence of the public, which the company can't do anything about, but I would install a few speed bumps in the parking lot to stop speeders.

What was wrong with the cleanliness today? Everything was filthy.

Bad joke... the Happy Meal box only contained the nuggets. The drink and fries were completely missing.

It may be nice there, but if I have to follow people's work to check every bag again to make sure everything's there, I'd think about reading the receipts properly. Twice in a short period of time, things I paid for were forgotten. Thanks for nothing. Not a recommendation, and not worth the money.

One of the best McDonald's and the only one where I got the large chicken sandwich hot

Since all the ordering terminals were occupied, I wanted to order directly at the counter/cash register, but the store manager said, "Not here... only pay here... only order at the terminals." When I asked about the different ordering options, such as the app, drive-thru, terminal, or directly at the cash register, he said, "Not here, because everyone orders at the terminal, so why should he make an exception for me?" Huh...? Conclusion: I didn't order anything, I left, and I definitely won't be coming here again.

I've since switched from the McDonald's in Griesheim to this one - I thought every McDonald's tasted the same, but this one is 100 times better than the one in Griesheim.

I am very disappointed with this McDonald's because I really like coming here but the service is very bad. Firstly, we didn't get a receipt when we ordered. We then spoke to the employee who was apparently the manager and he rudely turned us away. When we reordered, they forgot to give us napkins and when I went to ask for napkins they told me to get some from somewhere else even though they were right in front of the manager and the employee gave napkins directly to the person in front of us. Which is why I am very disappointed with this McDonald's. Yours sincerely.

I drive to the mac drive. There's a really nice, blonde woman from Poland who has been working there for 15 years. I wish she worked there more often, and acquaintances and friends have noticed her friendliness! She's well-groomed and friendly. The ladies there are well-groomed and friendly anyway. But there's a really unfriendly, unkempt lady. She has a commanding tone and always touches the part where you drink from when closing the drinks. If you ask for something, like extra napkins or a wet wipe, she rolls her eyes or says, "Just for once..." she's the reason I don't get my coffee from there anymore. She's overweight, which isn't the issue here (I don't know her by name), but can she also take care of herself a little? Her hair, holes in her t-shirt under her shirt... And that tone of voice too! Hello... without us customers there's no sales, no revenue, no workforce, no labor needed, no money in our pockets! And I've endured it often enough; next time I get out of my car and want to speak to my supervisor!

Whenever I took food out and came home, there was always something missing from the bag that was paid for. It's a shame that they never include napkins, whether it's for takeout or for there. The tables are mostly dirty, sticky, greasy

Unfortunately, our experience on July 24th at 11:00 PM was very disappointing. The employees working at that time didn't speak German – only English, which made communication considerably more difficult. A particularly negative experience was a blonde employee with a strong accent (presumably a Yugoslav accent) who forgot our ice cream in the machine and then simply called it a night without informing us. The ice cream we ordered five times was broken, and we had to wait a total of over 40 minutes – without any explanation or apology. This kind of behavior is truly unacceptable. We hope the team receives better training – both in customer service and communication. We live here in Germany, so one should be able to speak German, and I can say that even as a foreigner.

We were there today and waited over 40 minutes for an ice cream. My colleague had finished work and didn't tell her colleagues that we had ordered five McFlurrys. Nobody in that store speaks German! The boss should come up with something. The employees do whatever they want there. The boss has no control over his staff at all.

It's Monday morning, and we ordered the breakfast menu with a cappuccino. The cappuccino was made first, and then, after about 10 minutes, the rest was served lukewarm. It's worth mentioning that only one employee covers the entire branch—worker exploitation at its finest!

The new garlic pepper chicken nuggets are absolutely fantastic!!! And the dips that go with them are also great! Regular Big Rösti - completely wrong 2 out of 3 times. Hüttengaudi (Big Rösti) is great, otherwise I only eat the double McRib here. Extra patty and bacon is often better than a second burger. A lot of mistakes are made; the technology here is slow. Orders are supposedly ready, but then nothing happens. A very nice older colleague often works in the drive-through.

The staff were very friendly! We ordered a McFlurry (large) with two toppings. We chose the chocolate sauce. The iceberg was manageable, and you had to use a magnifying glass to find the sauce. Plus, the wooden spoon made me gag... Conclusion: better to bring your own spoon and chocolate sauce.

A typical McDonald's. The McDonald's itself is clean, but there's often trash on the tables, and the tray carts are always full. You get your order fairly quickly, even when it's busy. I checked my order at the drive-thru a few times and found something was missing. I haven't had any mistakes with orders to eat in yet. The employees are very friendly.

We were there on Saturday evening. Everything was dirty. Our order wasn't brought to our table as requested. When we asked about it after 15 minutes, we were given lukewarm food and told that table service wasn't available. The restaurant should also note this in the app. We won't be back!

Disaster is still a harmless description. I ordered a Big Mac meal last Saturday and shortly afterward contracted salmonella. Thanks for that. You should be careful about what you serve people, given the temperatures we're experiencing right now.

Unfriendly staff, not very helpful. Coffee is served in mugs even though there are cups available. Simply a no-go. Restrooms are in the basement, accessible only by stairs. Not suitable for people with disabilities.

I just visited McDonald's and ordered two iced coffee shakes. What I got: two large cups, half filled with ice cubes, topped with ice cream and chocolate sauce. There was no sign of coffee or cream. Thanks to the employee with the long hair in a bun. He definitely did a great job. I paid for nothing. Never again. Incompetent employees.

Overall, the food is a solid four out of five — the standard level for McDonald's, no surprises, but no complaints either. What really pleased me was the service. Everything is clear, the staff is polite. If you decide to eat inside, there is a nice bonus: your order can be brought right to your table. The main thing is to correctly indicate its number when placing the order. It is also convenient that there is a parking lot nearby, and for McDonald's guests the first hour is free. A small detail, but very useful.

We like this one. It's always packed late at night at the weekend, but open 23 hours, so one can always grab dinner after a late night.

It's a normal MacDonalds restaurant. Employees are nice. It is relatively clean, especially considering that it is almost always very busy. The food is prepared quickly. However, you always have to check that you get everything you ordered.

The branch with the highest sales in Frankfurt am Main, good parking, clean and cozy. Staff super nice and quick. The food is standardized and therefore always the same within Germany.

I ordered myself a new Mcmeal in honor of the release of the Minecraft Movie, not only do they mess around with time, showing on the screen that the order is already ready, but in reality you need to wait another 5 minutes. The slowest McDonald's in Germany Today I was in the restaurant. The impression is slowly being confirmed here too. Hardly any guests, but I still have to wait too long for a standard menu
