Normal Big Rösti - totally wrong in 2 out of 3 cases. If you have no idea and no plan, you shouldn't sell it. Quality management 0 points. Hüttengaudi (Big Rösti) is great, otherwise I only eat a double McRib here. Extra patty and bacon is often better than a second burger. Lots of mistakes happen, the technology here is slow. Orders supposedly ready, but then nothing happens. A very nice older colleague often works in the drive through, and she is a particularly likeable exception.

Sour cream was forgotten, the netted potatoes were ice cold, my Big Tasty was ice cold, the double cheeseburger was ice cold and had no onions or mustard, but the 6 nuggets were burning hot. I've never experienced anything like this in a McDonald's. Whoever has responsibility there does not belong in the management level. I was there last Saturday it was so full and they couldn't handle that amount of people. Either you hire more people or you draw a line somewhere, but at some point there were so many people waiting and no one was served. Those with a lot of orders waited a long time. Our order took over an hour and a half. Outside, the cars were waiting everywhere. Some people didn't get any more orders because they wanted to close even then. So I've really never experienced anything like that. Especially on a Saturday you should have enough people there to be able to counteract something like that. So they really left a lot of sales behind.

Do not order there online or via Uber! We got 3 of 7 items delivered... unbelievable. Unfortunately, it's not the first time that things are missing. I would prefer to give 0 stars.

The food and the McDonalds itself are great on weekdays. But if you order something via Uber Eats on Sunday evening, it is inevitable that a) you will always get the wrong product and b) the driver will not find your place of residence correctly. Hence a sobering 3 stars.

Large, tidy and clean McDonald's with lots of seating, even outdoor. There is also play equipment for the children and the main street next door is not so loud.

I ordered here on Saturday evening. 1 star for the fast delivery. But the result was very sobering. I've often had a MC rib with too little sauce, but I've never had anything like that before... Great shop. Very friendly staff. Had ordered food with table service. The food is warm and fresh. We didn't manage to do everything, when we went out the staff asked us to wait a moment and then we would get a bag! We've never had anything like this before. A branch that inspires.

Actually a completely normal, typical McD branch - but... There are other branches where the employees are friendlier. Friendliness and service don't seem to be well known, wanted or skilful here - that's why only one service star. The burger preparation - ok, next time I'll take photos. Absolutely unclean, dirt everywhere on the floor

We had to wait an interminably long 20 minutes for our food. It is so cold in the restaurant itself that you can only sit with a jacket on. There were rats running around in the parking lot. Unfortunately, the overall concept seems extreme unhygienic!

I was just at the McDonald's at the Friedberger Warte and I waited at the checkout for 5 minutes before an employee told me I can only order from the machine. Then I asked why he hadn't told me that before. His answer was that I was busy. Then I ordered at the machine and asked him if I could pay. He then threw my order slip into the trash can and said he didn't want to take my order. That's why I kindly ask you to choose your employees better - that's a cheeky thing that just happened to me.

Quite a good McDonald's branch, compared to other branches. The quality of McDonald's food is relatively poor, but MC Cafe is very good. The individual branch can't do anything about the food in general. This branch is usually clean and has quick service. I would currently criticize the MC Cafe because of the availability of the cappuccino, the last 4 visits there were none.

I wanted to go to McDonalds, suddenly I ended up in the zoo! But a much worse version. This day showed me that some people are not descended from monkeys, but from pigs and sloths. The shop is dirty, unhygienic, smells of urine and is always filled with asylum seekers from the Egyptian zoo in the evenings. Poor Germany! The staff? I could literally put a donkey and a chimpanzee at the checkout and they would do their job better. The staff is very rude and after criticism you are threatened with a report. The toilets? I thought I ended up in the sewers. The floor is made of urine, the squat toilets are made of feces. The seats are dirty and have leftover food as well as chips and salads. This store is just disgusting and disgusting. Best regards especially to an employee who was quite overweight and who didn't want to give me a new burger after I found hair in my moldy burger. Beverages? Buy a cola, buy tap water or even urine. No carbonation. Most disgusting McDonalds! Instead of a cozy dinner, it's a nightmare! Disgusting environment, unhygienic tables and disgusting food. The Big Mac tasted like crispbread. Other people and especially certain young people come into the store every week and scream and completely destroy the store! Unfortunately, things are getting worse and worse. On February 5th, my husband and I went to get something quick after a stressful morning. We arrived home really hungry and were bitterly disappointed as we had forgotten the fries several times before. So all we had left was the burgers - I had a strong craving for a McRib and just got a burger that I've never seen before... There's no mention of it being busy. If the service gets better, we will come back again.

Hab heute einen bigmac bestellt und nach etwas mehr Soße gefragt was ich bekommen habe war eine absolut Frechheit . Der Herr in der Küche hat gefühlt die komplette Saucenflasche über meinem Burger ausgekippt das hat nichts mehr mit etwas mehr zutun gehabt . Burger schwimmt in der Verpackung , war nichtmal möglich das Ding anzuheben geschweige denn rein zu beißen . Reine Schikane wenn man nach etwas fragt und dann scheinbar aus Prinzip übertrieben wird das gleiche mit Salz auf Pommes nach etwas mehr gefragt , und in Salz gebadete Pommes bekommen .

Zugang vom Parkplatz nur durch kreuzen der DriveIn-Straße möglich. Sonst gut.

Einfach nur dreckig die Tische werden nicht abgewicht, es wird nicht aufgeräumt es gibt kein Service es wird es fehlen irgendwelche Bestellungen. Also nie wieder danke!

Wir haben den Drive In genutzt, keine Wartezeit, Bestellen war easy. Essen wurde frisch zubereitet, Sonderwünsche wurden perfekt erledigt. Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich zu uns ä.

Das ist das letzte mal das ich dort bestellt habe. Der Fahrer drückt mir die Lieferung in die Hand und hat die Getränke und das Eis vergessen und so zocken die Leute ab !!!!echt traurig

Mit Abstand der beste Mc Donald in Frankfurt & Umgebung!!! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Essen immer frisch, heiß und total vorbildlich zubereitet - Burger sehen aus wie in der Werbung! Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und total bemüht! Hier kommen wir immer sehr gerne essen!!!

We didn’t get our food correctly for 4 days in a row, the cashier is disrespectful, even said to me and I quote “or just find another McDonald’s” unbelievable. Then they mess up our order from take away to dine in and THEY PASS US THE BAGS TO TAKE OUR FOOD TO THE BAGS. How is this even real? Absolute rubbish and bad experience. 0/5 I do not recommend this McDonald’s. EDIT: after a while we went there again, and a Big Mac is still missing from the order.

Sehr schnell und frisch. Kleiner schnuckeliger Mc Donalds mit Drive In. Das Klientel führte leider wie immer zu verdreckten Tischen. Das Personal versuchte hinterher zu kommen.

Ganz normale Standard MC Donald. Ich habe nur Freundlichen Personal begegnet
