So really? We waited 10 minutes for a burger, 2 chicken and a cola + milkshake, I think it was a normal waiting time, but the chicken tasted soo, well fake and the skin was kind of strange, the atmosphere was ok, good access

July 22nd around 6:10 p.m.: I ordered a small Pepsi and had to wait almost 15 minutes!!!!!! For a little Pepsi! The young, slim, black-haired employee spilled a cup of soft drink and took this as an opportunity to clean a table in a completely relaxed manner for almost 10 minutes. Every customer saw that it was intentional and he was avoiding work. Such a disgusting employee!!!!! If he is so dissatisfied and doesn't feel like it, he should please quit and let other capable colleagues go first at work!

I thought the small renovation would have improved something. I ordered two small burgers for the way home. The meat covered a maximum of half of the roll, the rest was bread with ketchup. The bag was "thrown" at me on the counter, the number was just mumbled instead of typed on the screen, so that two or three people always ran over to see if it was their order. It's definitely not a dream job, but coldly ignoring a tourist who asked for an extra napkin in English is tough.

The food was totally over-salted and the nuggets were too dark, almost black, and the breading was limp. When ordering from the kids menu, there were children's toys. When we were eating, we noticed that there were no children's toys. When asked, they said they didn't have any toys. I ate here once but I wouldn't do it again

Came 40 mins before closing, were only selling food who was already made and staying in the shelves , no possibility to order a sandwich or even fries, just wings and crispies. If closes at 22 you must be able to serve till 21:59, is not acceptable that at 21:20 you refuse to make new food

I ordered a menu with crispies. After opening the box, I briefly thought I had accidentally gotten fillet bites, but they were tiny crispy pieces. All three together were the size of an ordinary Crispy. When a complaint was made, the saleswoman pointed out that you can sometimes be unlucky and that they are only small ones. A joke!

The employees don't want to take orders. But it fits with the overall image of Frankfurt Airport. Just rubbish

Absolut unterirdisch! Nicht dort essen!

Wartezeit war okay. Wie haben zwei kleine Burger bestellt zu einem guten Preis, beide waren kalt, der Käse nicht mal angeschmolzen und das Brot zäh. Lieber zu McDonalds direkt gegenüber gehen.

Wer kalte Küche mag, ist hier richtig. Bin Burger eher warm gewöhnt.

Ich habe Mc Donalds den Rücken gekehrt weil der Bic Mac immer kleiner wird. KFC ist allerdings der absolute Abstieg und nicht zu empfehlen. Hänchenteile werden immer kleiner und trocken. Der Kartoffelpüree in der wässrigen Soße ist nicht genießbar. Der Burgerbrötchen ist vertrocknet. Die Käsesoße zu den Pommes ein fester Klumpel. Und der Hammer ist das alles im Schnitt teurer ist als Mc Donalds und Co. Das die Dame hinter dem Tresen ihr bestes gegeben hat ist lobenswert. Das war das letzte mal das ich dort war. Nie wieder.

When you order food in the restaurants like KFC, you already know that quality is poor, hygiene is not even a real thing, and being organized is not expected, but you get food only because you don't want to spend so much time. In this KFC, everything was poor, and we waited for around 40 minutes to get the food. So, overall not recommended!

Unmögliche Bedienung, sagt keinen Ton, Grüßt nicht, kein Lächeln nix … Steht in der Ecke und glotzt aufs Handy. Ein Hinweis, dass wir am Terminal bestellen müssen erfolgt nicht. Lässt und dumm stehen, bis wir es selbst merken. Knapp 20, lange dunkle Haare …

Meine Chili-Cheese-Pommes waren durchaus akzeptabel, der Bestellvorgang am Terminal ist einfach und verständlich, die Wartezeiten kurz. In meinen Augen eine passable Alternative zur Mc-Konkurrenz direkt gegenüber. Geschmacklich natürlich nicht erwähnenswert, Fast Food eben.

2tes mal das ich mim Flieger um 21:15 ankomme und der KFC um 21:30 „nur noch Zinger Burger“ hat. Alles andere gibt es nicht mehr weil man schon am Zusammenräumen und Vorbereitung fürs Schließen treffen wäre. Kurz vor Schluss nicht mehr alles zu haben, ist richtig und auch ressourcenschonend. Eine halbe Stunde vorher wäre mehr als nur ein Gericht schon angebracht.

Zingerburger mit Bacon bestellt, Zingerburger ohne Bacon erhalten. Der Mitarbeiter sah uns erst eine Weile stehen und bediente Kunden mit Ladegeräten-dann kam der Hinweis, dass man am Automaten bestellen muss. Umständlich, wenig serviceorientiert. btw: Der Burger war lecker.

Schade, dass man nicht bei einer Person bestellen kann. Sonst war alles okay!

Unterdurchschnittliche Filiale. Panade der Wings zu massiv und hart, musste mich richtig "durchbeißen", um überhaupt zum Fleisch zu kommen. Crispy Bites sehr trocken, kaum essbar. Gegen Aufpreis bezahlte Butter wurde vergessen. Rest war in Ordnung (Mais, Coleslaw und Hähnchenteil) Pluspunkt: schnelle Zubereitung, Sitzplätze werden schnell gereinigt und abgeräumt

Nur Selbstbedienung möglich. Ich finde die Menüführung etwas unkomfortabel. Die Zubereitung hat fast 10 Minuten gedauert. Finde ich für ein Fastfood Restaurant etwas zu lange. Geschmacklich aber gut.

Nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Ich habe selten so unmotivierte Mitarbeiter gesehen. Es war nicht viel los und man hatte als Kunde das Gefühl sich entschuldigen zu müssen, dass man etwas bestellt. Essen war fast kalt und alles andere als Crispy.

Keine Pomes, die Fanta war warm. Nie wieder, lieber zum MC Donalds gegenüber!

Didn't want to fry items one hour and ten minutes before closing. I used to work Fastfood, and I get it, we all want to close parts of the kitchen early so we can go home just a little earlier. I understand 30 minutes, I get even 45. But to begin shutting down the kitchen 1 hour and ten minutes before hand, and then toss some extra filet bites into the order as compensation--before asking me if it was alright, or telling me any of this.. ehh. Not a good move. I would have instead appreciated a heads up that the kitchen was closing instead. I would have gotten something else or just gone elsewhere.
