Wir waren heute um 21:38 dort und man hat uns gesagt das es „closed“ ist! Warum sind die Öffnungszeiten dann bis 22:00 angegeben? Leider kein Verständnis!

Meine Bestellung kam relativ schnell und alles war korrekt. Der Burger war einer der besten, die ich in Deutschland gegessen habe, und das Hähnchen war frisch und perfekt zubereitet. Ja, die Bedienung könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein, aber solange das Essen gut ist, bin ich zufrieden.

Eine absolut furchtbare Erfahrung, es gab nicht genügend Angestellte, um die Kunden zu bedienen, alle mussten warten, und sie wärmten nur das Essen auf, eine der schlimmsten Erfahrungen überhaupt.

Das war das schlechteste KFC, in dem ich je war. Der Service war extrem langsam, aber vor allem waren die Zutaten nicht frisch! Ich habe letzte Woche vor meinem Flug dort gegessen, und das Hähnchen nach Originalrezept war tatsächlich verdorben.

Warum stellen sie die Zubereitung neuer Speisen kurz vor 21 Uhr ein? Bis dahin hatten wir nur noch eine Sache zur Auswahl. Ich war gestern dort, bestellte Chicken Strips und mir wurde gesagt, dass sie gleich schließen würden und nur noch Hot Wings übrig hätten. Es war 20:45 Uhr, also noch 13:15 Uhr bis Ladenschluss. Man bot mir die gleiche Menge an Hot Wings zum gleichen Preis an: 25 Stück für 29,98 €. Ich kannte den Preis für Hot Wings nicht und dachte, es wäre ein Schnäppchen. Später stellte sich heraus, dass sie eigentlich 18,99 € kosten sollten. Das heißt, sie betrügen die Kunden am Flughafen Frankfurt. Der Service war schlecht, und ich werde dort nie wieder hingehen.

Von Fast food kann ja keine Rede mehr sein, von der Bestellung am Terminal bis zum Erhalt eines Burgers. Mit einem Getränk dauerte es über 30 Minuten. Weiteres ist eben nicht hinzuzufügen. Nie wieder.

Dreckige Sitzplätze, die nicht gereinigt werden, Wartezeiten von 25 Minuten. Wollen dem Mann vor mir alte Hotwings andrehen, weil sie die falschen gemacht haben, aber die sind nunmal zu scharf für seine Kids. Die Tüten stehen jetzt schon 15 Minuten beim warmhalten. Ekelhaft.

Nach einem Flug wollten wir uns noch eben etwas bei KFC am Frankfurt Airport holen. Mal eben bedeutete knapp 25 Min. Wartezeit, obwohl nur 2 weitere Leute vor uns waren. Am Ende wurde die Tüte mit der Bestellung von einem missgelaunt schauenden Mitarbeiter wortlos auf die Theke geknallt und zu mir geschoben, die Tüte nicht geschlossen sondern offen. Hier war ich zum letzten Mal, auch wegen den langen Wartezeiten, die es in der Vergangenheit schon mehrfach gab, obwohl zu dem Zeitpunkt jeweils nicht viel Betrieb war.

Ich habe ein Zingerburger-Menü plus Chicken Wings bestellt, aber ich habe weder Pommes noch einen Salatlöffel oder den richtigen Burger bekommen.

Ich wollte mir für die Zugfahrt einen Chili-Cheese-Crispy-Chicken-Burger holen und habe stattdessen das hier bekommen. Wo zum Teufel ist das Hähnchen?!

Ich war Heute in diesem KFC! Der Krispy Kebap war sehr gut 👍 Die Kebap Pommes 🍟 waren auch sehr gut 👍 Im großen und ganzen hat alles gepasst 💪☝️ 1 Stern Abzug gibt es dafür das es keine Gabel gab und das Essen hätte ein bisschen wärmer sein können! Aber sonst hat alles gepasst 💪☝️👍😉🤙

Ich war heute bei KFC und hatte eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Das Essen war frisch, heiß und richtig lecker. Besonders das Hähnchen war knusprig und gut gewürzt. Ein großes Lob an Varun – er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der Service ging schnell. Auch das Restaurant war sauber und ordentlich. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Sympathische mitarbeitende und das Essen wie man es erwartet.

Das langsamste KFC überhaupt. Ich bin schneller gealtert als Colonel Sanders, während ich auf meine Chicken Wings wartete.

Ich habe das falsche Essen bestellt, und als ich anrief, ging niemand ans Telefon.

So lange habe ich noch NIE auf ein Essen für 1 Person gewartet…

Alles war super :)) KFC ist immer lecker! P.S.: Man kann Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellen und im öffentlichen Bereich essen, der auch anderen Restaurants zur Verfügung steht.

Kein Hallo, kein Tschüss. Gar nichts!! Einen schlimmeren Service gibt es nicht. Wenn man keinen Bock auf den Job oder auf Kunden hat dann sollte man es lassen. Mit dem Typen an der Kasse heute um 16 Uhr sollte man mal ein ernstes Gespräch aufsuchen. Entweder er soll seine Herangehensweise ändern oder er fliegt

Mitarbeiter sprechen nur Hindu und Englisch. Kein Deutsch. Außerdem dauert es oft mehr als 15minuten bis man die Bestellung erhält

Absolut enttäuschender Besuch bei diesem KFC. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchgehend unfreundlich und wirkten komplett desinteressiert an ihrer Arbeit. An der Kasse wurde ich einfach ignoriert, obwohl ich deutlich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ich bestellen möchte. Statt einer Reaktion wurde ich stehen gelassen, als wäre ich gar nicht da. So ein Verhalten gegenüber Kunden ist schlicht respektlos und unprofessionell. Wenn man keine Lust hat zu arbeiten oder Kunden zu bedienen, sollte man vielleicht einen anderen Job wählen. Service scheint hier ein Fremdwort zu sein. Für mich definitiv der letzte Besuch – diesen KFC kann ich niemandem empfehlen.

This is outrageous. I've been waiting for over 15 minutes for two burgers. So I have time to write a review for this supposedly great fast-food restaurant. There are four customers and the employee could barely tie his shoes while walking. Get a noodle box next door. It'll be three times faster.

The fries were extremely old, the food was completely cold and greasy… the Crispy Chicken Burger was okay… except for Pepsi, only sugar-free crap… this place is impossible! Not recommended!!! Ate at 3 PM, the place was almost empty.

I got a Double Crispy Classic with extra bacon and cheese. Because I had to catch my train, I didn't unwrap it until I got to the platform and was greeted with raw, finely chopped bacon. Since my train arrived, I didn't have time to complain to the store itself. But the biggest joke is KFC's customer service. I explained the problem and attached a picture, and all they replied was, "Sorry, we've informed the restaurant. Hopefully, you'll give us another chance. Bye!" No offer of a refund, no voucher, NOTHING. I followed up again and haven't received a response.

The chicken was raw. The cashier didn't speak German and started speaking Indian to me. I wanted to return the raw chicken, but they refused. KFC used to be my favorite fast food chain, but this was my last time at KFC.

I'm so angry. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken and 6 hot wings. They packed 3 mild wings and 6 hot wings, no pieces of chicken, but I paid almost 17 euros. I work at the airport, and I'll sort this out in person tomorrow. This happens all the time. If you don't feel like working, stay home.

7 people behind the counter, still waited over half an hour for our food. Then half of the order was wrong, the other half was missing. We were told that we would have to wait an additional 20mins if we wanted our full order, which, mind you, we had paid for. Total scam. DONT GO HERE!!

I had 3 items in my order and the fries were simply forgotten, but the main thing was that the sauce was packed.

Nice saleswomen but understaffed, if you want to miss your flight you can eat here, you have to expect about 30 minutes

The mashed potato portion is literally one scoop (it was a full cup in the recent past)… and this scoop not even done right. Bad quality for KFC, weird environment to seat. Service ok.

The worst KFC I've ever been to. The chicken pieces were tiny. They didn't even look like they were from yesterday, but three days ago. The fries were cold, oily, and chewy! The only good thing was the S.Pellegrino sparkling water and the staff, who were polite and friendly.

Yesterday I have visited the Kfc in Frankfurt Flughafen . It was a good outlet which I recently went. The food was great. The staff was very friendly.

20mins of waiting for Coleslaw, Coke and 3 pieces of chicken... 2 people before me also with small orders. what a joke... plus homeless people sleeping in the eating area.

As far as KFC goes, this was great. For airport food it was excellent.

I would love to like this place but everytime I go, the order takes very long (25-35 minutes) and is overcooked and really dry. So much as I love colonel, I guess just skip this place

So really? We waited 10 minutes for a burger, 2 chicken and a cola + milkshake, I think it was a normal waiting time, but the chicken tasted soo, well fake and the skin was kind of strange, the atmosphere was ok, good access

July 22nd around 6:10 p.m.: I ordered a small Pepsi and had to wait almost 15 minutes!!!!!! For a little Pepsi! The young, slim, black-haired employee spilled a cup of soft drink and took this as an opportunity to clean a table in a completely relaxed manner for almost 10 minutes. Every customer saw that it was intentional and he was avoiding work. Such a disgusting employee!!!!! If he is so dissatisfied and doesn't feel like it, he should please quit and let other capable colleagues go first at work!

I thought the small renovation would have improved something. I ordered two small burgers for the way home. The meat covered a maximum of half of the roll, the rest was bread with ketchup. The bag was "thrown" at me on the counter, the number was just mumbled instead of typed on the screen, so that two or three people always ran over to see if it was their order. It's definitely not a dream job, but coldly ignoring a tourist who asked for an extra napkin in English is tough.

The food was totally over-salted and the nuggets were too dark, almost black, and the breading was limp. When ordering from the kids menu, there were children's toys. When we were eating, we noticed that there were no children's toys. When asked, they said they didn't have any toys. I ate here once but I wouldn't do it again
