Schlechtes Service und essen nie wieder!

Hallo. Bin jeden zweiten tag vorort und bin kunde über 30 Jahren bei buerger king. Ich benutze die app für gutscheine und für meine angesammelten punkten. Wie kann es sein das bei jeder Bestellung die man über die app macht eure Mitarbeiter den code nicht scannen verdammt. Das ist das 10 te mal . Jedes mal sagt man das der person aber trotzdem passiert nicht. Wollte eben mit 5 personen essen kommen aber ne ne wir Gehn lieber Zum KFC oder MCS weil die schätzen ihre kunden. Ab heute habt ihr stammkunden verloren. Nur weil eure uns einfach nicht verstehn.

Shake / Eismaschine ist seit vielen Wochen (mind. 6 Wochen) kaputt, anscheinend wird sie auch nicht mehr repariert ...?

Minus 10 Sterne! Schaut euch mal euer Essen unterm Mikroskop an! Oder schickt es ins Labor! Würmer(?) in Milchprodukten... trotz "Maschinenreinigung"!??? Bekommen tut man auch nur die Hälfte als man bestellt hat. Online via Feedback beschwert, weder Entschuldigung noch Geld zurückerhalten. NIE WIEDER!

Keine Selbstbedienungskioske. Ganz normales System mit einem Mann am Schalter.

Online bestellt & es kommt einfach nicht. Bietet halt keine Lieferungen an, wenn ihr nicht könnt!

Ein lebensrettender Ort, an dem man sonntagabends essen gehen kann, wenn man zum ersten Mal in dieser Gegend ist.

Nimmt nicht an dem Krone-Treueprogramm Teil. Wäre gut zu wissen before man den QR Code in der App aktiviert und seine Kronen verschwendet ohne was zu bekommen

Puh… bestellt da einfach nix und geht nicht hin. Dreckig, unfreundlich und Burger können sie auch keine machen. Heute leider kein Foto für Burger King Enkheim

Widerlich! Händewaschen sollte eigentlich selbstverständlich sein, wenn man mit Lebensmitteln arbeitet. Schlimm genug, dass der Service miserabel war und die Tische und vor allem die WCs verdreckt waren... Ich war auf der Toilette und war gerade beim Händewaschen, als ein BK-Mitarbeiter aus der Toilettenkabine ging und das WC, ohne seine Hände zu waschen, verließ. Ich bin ihm direkt hinterher und wollte nachsehen, ob er dann wenigstens im Mitarbeiterbereich die Hände wäscht - tl;dr: Hat er nicht! Ich folgte ihm, bis er durch die Tür zum Mitarbeiterbereich ging. Ich konnte ihn dann noch kurz durch das Glas der Tür beobachten, ehe er verschwand. Ich ging dann weiter zu den Kassen, um zu schauen, ob er direkt in die Küche/den Arbeitsbereich ging. Keine fünf Sekunden, nachdem ich ihn aus den Augen verloren hatte, war er schon an seinem Arbeitsplatz und begann, mit den Papiertüten zu hantieren. Ich sprach daraufhin einen Mitarbeiter an der Kasse an. Er gab an, dass es ein Waschbecken im Mitarbeiterbereich gebe. Als ich darauf hinwies, dass man das dann auch benutzen sollte, behauptete der Kassenmitarbeiter (ohne überhaupt den anderen Mitarbeiter zu fragen oder ihn gesehen zu haben), dass er die Hände gewachen habe. Als ich auch da widersprach, erwiderte der Kassenmitarbeiter, dass sein Mitarbeiter nicht in der Küche arbeite. Klasse, danke für nichts! Er hantiert ja trotzdem mit den Utensilien, die dann gezwungenermaßen in den Kontakt mit seinen ungewaschenen Händen kommt. Mal angenommen - auch wenn er es definitiv nicht hat-, der Mitarbeiter hätte seine Hände gewaschen: In ca. fünf Sekunden die Strecke von der Tür zum Arbeitsplatz zurückzulegen und dabei die Hände zu waschen, ist schon sportlich. Mal rein hypothetisch: Er wäre nicht gelaufen, sondern könnte sich teleportieren: Fünf Sekunden mit Einseifen, Waschen & Abtrocknen? Das wäre schon sehr fix. Gehen wir mal aus, er könnte das: Er arbeitet im Lebensmittelbereich, da sollte man gründlich die Hände waschen. Da reicht es nicht, nach dem Urinieren, dass man angeblich zwei Sekunden lang seine Hände gewaschen hat. Tut mir leid, dass es jetzt nicht wirklich Lust auf den Big King mit Extra-Urinspritzern habe. Ich werde jetzt einen Bogen um derartige Filialen machen.

Pommes sind lauwarm, Cola schmeckt wässrig. Der Service wirkt unmotiviert. Der Fußboden klebt. Nicht angenehm.

Ich habe am Samstagabend bei Burger King eine wirklich schockierende Erfahrung gemacht und werde diese Filiale nie wieder betreten. Ich wünschte, ich könnte ihnen null Sterne geben – sie verdienen weit weniger als einen. Der junge Mann mit Bart, der mich bediente, war nicht nur unprofessionell und unhöflich, sondern wirkte auch völlig ungeschult und unhygienisch. Als ich versuchte, mit Karte zu bezahlen, drängte er mich, stattdessen mit Bargeld zu bezahlen, und gab mir dann absichtlich keine Quittung. Dafür gibt es keine harmlose Erklärung – ich vermute stark, dass er Betrug begangen hat. Dieses Verhalten ist inakzeptabel und wirft ein äußerst schlechtes Licht auf das Management. Es muss dringend kompetentes, professionelles Personal einstellen und für eine angemessene Schulung sorgen, um solche Vorfälle in Zukunft zu verhindern.

Sollten fähige kassierer hinstellen. SEHR langsam. MANAGER kommt hinzu. Macht die 5 jungs hinter uns fertig, aber unser bestellung dauert angeblich. Du hast 5 menüs die nach uns bestellt worden sind fertig gemacht aber unsere bestellung nicht hinbekommen? WER macht so jemand zu manager? Wer zu erst bestellt der wird bedient, nicht anders herum.

Service, Essen, Sauberkeit – hier ist alles erstklassig.

Sehr freundliches Team, schneller vor Ort und Lieferservice. Die Burger King Filiale könnte aber mal eine Modernisierung im neuen Design und mit Bestellterminals vertragen.

Ein Fastfood Tempel der das Wort Fastfood mit Füßen tritt. Sorry früher hat man keine 5 Minuten gewartet, heute kommt einem ala carte schneller vor. Aber ja man kann es essen. Immer noch besser wir der Mecces gegenüber. Achso und günstug war einmal. 28 Euro für Chicken Nuggets, Saft, Big King XXL Menue und ein Cheesburger. Echt reudig. Das waren mal fast 60 Mark. Dafür hätte man damals die Mistgabeln und die Fackeln geholt und die Betreiber aus dem Land gejagt.😂

Ich gehe schon jahrelang ab und zu , zu diesem Burger King und bin wie immer zufrieden gewesen Mitarbeiter waren schnell und freundlich, Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und hat geschmeckt

Das Kindermenü ist immer ausverkauft. Entweder fehlen Spielzeug oder Obst. Das war's. Ich komme nie wieder. Ich gehe lieber zu McDonald's nebenan.

Also diese Pombox könnt ihr euch sparen,das ist Betrug. Eine mittlere Pommes mit 3 Fleischstücken und die Soße schmeckt sauer. 5,19€ ist definitiv Betrug.

Essen war schnell und war auch sehr warm bzw frisch zubereitet. Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder

It's simply very expensive these days. Special burgers often cost over €10 (without a meal), and are still only average. This branch also doesn't have an ordering kiosk. The service staff is friendly.

Very bad Burger King, the food tastes like it was saved and reheated, the fries are inedible, taste a bit floury (hard to describe), and the burgers are almost empty. (Nothing against the service, but the food is 60% of the weight in something like this.) Not recommended.

Is this a joke? 1 regular Whopper Meal 1 King Nuggets 9-Eat Meal for €29? The King Nuggets were lukewarm. The fries were old. The Whopper was okay. After 2 hours, we both got severe stomach cramps, and the evening was ruined. Never again!

07/31/25 The place is relatively dirty. We had various long chicken (4 people), and we were sold a cheese dip that was supposed to be warm for dipping the burger. After we had the cold cheese on the table, we were told that the device for heating the cheese was broken. If the motivated employee had told us this earlier, we could have saved ourselves the cheese. I don't have to go to Borsigallee anymore.

Unfortunately, the quality is very poor. This branch has already been closed due to hygiene deficiencies, and there were media reports about it. My post keeps getting deleted.

Not recommended. I was there two days ago after a long absence and won't be back anytime soon. There was one other customer besides me, but the drive-thru was empty, yet it took a good 15 minutes to order. The staff should be made more aware of hygiene. As someone who works with food, it's incomprehensible to cough into your hands and then just go back to working with food with your bare hands without washing them properly. That's a no-go. Perhaps a visit from the health department would be a good idea.

I've never experienced anything like this before. Today, Wednesday, June 25th, at 5:12 p.m. after a long day at work, we ordered a bundle for four people worth 30 euros. Our order arrived at 5:46 p.m., but two burgers were missing. When we called the branch, we were confronted with excuses. When we told them where we lived, the branch manager in charge that evening simply said, "Phew, that's quite a distance." He didn't want to deliver our burgers, which led to a heated conversation. Finally, the branch manager simply hung up! This is the height of outrage. We called several times, but each time he hung up. After much back and forth and our threat of fraud, the branch manager finally agreed to deliver the two missing burgers. It is now 7:19 p.m., and our burgers are still not here. We have been repeatedly put off. The doorbell just rang, and after over two hours of back and forth, we received our order. Aside from the fact that the first burgers and everything else were completely cold, it was the worst delivery experience we've ever had. I will definitely never order anything from Burger King or this branch again, and I advise everyone not to!

We waited forever, only to receive the wrong burger three times (each time!). That was truly the craziest thing I've ever experienced.

The restaurant is very bad. The staff are rude beyond description.

The air conditioning has been broken for 15 years, the restaurant is dirty, and we don't even need to mention the restrooms. No investment has been made here in a long time. Cashiers work at the cash register and in the kitchen simultaneously with dirty hands due to understaffing.

Yesterday I went to BK for the first time since the scandal – today I immediately regret it – my stomach is acting up. The store was empty. The burger was "freshly made," but who knows how long the patty had been sitting in the drawer...

The Whopper and curly fries were delicious as always, just like a franchise. The service, however, was a complete disaster! There was a single employee at the counter, who was also in charge of the drive-thru. Even though we were second in line, we had to wait almost 20 minutes for our two meals to arrive on our trays. The poor communication only made matters worse. A line stretched across the entire store after us. Slowing down and eating is fine, but not at Burger King.

The food was delicious and arrived quickly, and the place was moderately busy. There's no need to describe what Burger King food is like; I think very few people are familiar with it.

Ordered vanilla milkshake and fries. Milkshake was sour and fries were also not edible. After I brought it up, I was told that it was so normal. I was still offered something else, but there was no money back. Because I found it disgusting, I didn't take anything else and just left the store.

I ordered two menus and both menus felt a problem and no one answered the phone

Fast food with a wait of >15 minutes. The lunch break will be over quickly! It's shocking that the food was kept warm for so long that it was almost cold again by the time it was served. When I unpacked it, the burger was poorly assembled and parts of the toppings were lying on the paper next to the burger. While waiting I was asked 4(!) times if I wanted my food packed to take away. Conclusion: chaotic, unstructured and very, very slow Never again

An absolute disaster. The staff is a disaster. They treat customers like little children. They have a completely bossy and unacceptable tone. Hygiene is a foreign concept. This was the first and last time I was there.

Order via Lieferando at 5:08 p.m. delivered at 6:57 p.m. The driver said they only have 1 driver then they should specify the times in Lieferando Then, after almost 2 hours of waiting, our order arrives cold, completely dry and incomplete - we ordered 1 bic Mac menu 2 cheeseburgers 1 chicken burger 1 fries 1 happy meal with chicken nuggets and fries It was ordered for my sons and me and of course the complete happy meal wasn't delivered so my 2 year old son was sitting at the table and his food wasn't there, although that's not true. Fruity and toys were there. He probably gets tired of it 🤦🏼‍♀️

Ordered the food and it came cold. The only thing that was warm. That was the fries. I didn't like it at all. Waited around 20 minutes with 8 customers until the conversations in the cooking area were over. The residual waste bins were overflowing and the tables had not been wiped down. The three men in the kitchen only had themselves to do. Finally, a guest complained about a meat pad that wasn't fried properly. 2 adults, 2 children. 38 euros No more desire.

The meat just looked disgusting, I have no idea why I still ate it. This made me sick and I struggled with it in my stomach all night.

The shop, TipTop you can't say anything about it, but this delivery service is the worst I've ever seen, I wait 60 minutes for my food (normal waiting time is 50-60 minutes), the food doesn't come, I wait another 60 minutes, it doesn't come again, then I call and I'm told 20-30 minutes, just cheeky, for 40€ I wait 150 minutes, that food **ALWAYS** arrives cold, you don't have to put up with something like that.

Were there late in the evening. Unfortunately, since all burgers are always freshly prepared, it takes quite a long time. There were also only a few employees on site so it felt like it took even longer. Restaurant is ok. Cleanliness 3. Tables were dirty and no toilet paper.

We on October 26th on site and stood in the checkout area with 4 other guests. The staff was in the back area and didn't acknowledge a total of 6 guests. After more than 5 minutes we left the restaurant. I can also spend my money at the competition, apparently the store is doing so well that you can ignore customers. I was here on a Sunday evening and was served more politely than in any other branch before. The food came quickly and was up to the chain's usual standards. Unfortunately, there is still a slight deduction because the fries were barely lukewarm when they landed on my tray.

Worst branch I've ever been to. There's one good thing - I'm cured. Never again Burger King no matter where. The food was cold. The employees don't understand each other and move like snails. You can't expect friendliness here. And unfortunately it wasn't clean either, including missing hygiene items such as towels. Tables massively dirty. The food was delicious, but unfortunately almost cold.

This is the third time that has happened to me and always with the children's menus, this time they forgot to give us water on the menu. I don't know why they do it when I come home. I have seen it. They are like mini thieves.

The lady who met me on June 15th Served at 24 at 5 p.m., I wasn't in the mood at all... rude, almost impertinent. The sun doesn't shine brightly on me every day, but I at least try to stay friendly. This person's bad mood even surpassed the carelessly clapped together and sauce-dripping mushy plant-based 🍔, which actually only tasted like indefinable sauce. As I said, I'm really not the complaining Karen next door, but that wasn't my first bad experience with this branch.

Drive in is incompetent, better go in and order. There are mice running around outside and it's not a nice atmosphere. Food as acceptable as in any Burger King.

Ich habe die Burgers persönlich und direkt an der Kasse bestellt. Der Burger war extrem lecker, weil er auf einem echten Grill und einem echten Feuer zubereitet wurde. Der geschmackliche Unterschied zu anderen Burgern in der Stadt ist deutlich zugunsten von Burger King. Deshalb ist der Preis hier etwas höher. Die Pommes sind angemessen gesalzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
