Kentucky Fried Chicken in Frankfurt am Main

Es war die schlimmste Erfahrung überhaupt. Die Angestellten waren unhöflich.

Absolut enttäuschend – Fehler bei der Produktion!Ich habe hier Bites bestellt und sie waren mit einer Mangosauce übergossen. Ich habe diese Soße nicht bestellt und außerdem mag ich keine Mangosauce… Durch die Mangosauße waren sie nicht knusprig. Außerdem sehr dunkel, als wären sie 2 Mal frittiert worden. Ich bin ein riesen KFC Fan ,aber leider war ich von diesem Essen sehr enttäuscht.

Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Die Lieferung entsprach nicht der Bestellung: Eine Beilage fehlte komplett, während stattdessen Pommes geliefert wurden, die nicht bestellt waren. Die Qualität des Services hat mich insgesamt enttäuscht. Wer eine korrekte und zuverlässige Lieferung erwartet, könnte hier leider enttäuscht werden.

Wir hatten etwas bestellt. Die Toilettennutzung kostete dennoch für Kunden 0,50€. Ich hatte jedoch keine 0,50€ Münze. Wechselgeld konnte der Mitarbeiter auch nicht zugreifen. D.h. Ich habe eine neue Bestellung für 0,50€ aufgegeben und dann nochmal 0,50€ für Toilette bezahlt. Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich, aber mussten sich an die Firmenvorschriften gehalten.

Ich habe heute bestellt. Qualität: schlecht Ich werde nicht mehr bestellen.

Das Hähnchen war sehr trocken. Es wurde ein Eimer für 4,99 € beworben, aber er stand nicht auf der Speisekarte.

In jeder stärker frequentierten Filiale wären wahrscheinlich kilometerlange Schlangen, die Mitarbeiter wissen wohl nicht dass sie in einem fast food Restaurant arbeiten

Ich war vor kurzem bei diesem KFC und bin leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Tische im Gastraum waren dreckig und insgesamt wirkte der Essbereich nicht sauber. Das hat keinen guten Eindruck gemacht und man fühlt sich dort nicht wohl. Mein Burger war außerdem nur kalt und das Brötchen trocken und wirkte alt. Die Hot Wings hatten ebenfalls einen unangenehmen Geschmack, der für mich nicht frisch war. Insgesamt habe ich für den Preis eine deutlich bessere Qualität und mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Dieser Besuch war leider eine Enttäuschung und ich werde diesen Standort vorerst nicht mehr besuchen.

Leider war meine Erfahrung in dieser KFC-Filiale sehr schlecht. Das Essen hat überhaupt nicht gut geschmeckt und die Qualität war enttäuschend. Insgesamt eine negative Erfahrung, ich kann diesen Standort leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ziemlich gut, aber schrecklicher Service

Mit einem Wort: Ekelhaft! Ich war seit Jahren jetzt das erste Mal wieder bei KFC, weil ich Lust auf Hähnchenteile hatte. Die Hähnchenteile waren nicht frisch, durchgeweicht (nicht knusprig), das Fleisch innen dunkelgrau und trocken. Geschmacklich hat es nur nach Öl geschmeckt. Die Pommes waren geschmacklich gut, jedoch zu 60% noch roh und matschig! Das Beste war mit Abstand der Coleslaw, der ist abgepackt und verschweißt. Obwohl die Filiale nahezu leer war, hat es eine Ewigkeit gedauert. Fazit: NEIN DANKE!

Die Qualität der Hähnchenteile war schlecht. Sehr fettig und die sonst knusprige Haut war auch sehr fettig. Die Bedienung hat kaum deutsch sprechen können.

Wan mann einen maus in die restaurant gesehen hat , was kann mehr schrwiben .

Die Tür war kaputt und ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, sodass ständig kalte Luft hereinströmte.

I always buy from this kfc but I order my food 2HOURS ago and I’m still waiting. I live at the beginning of the street where they serve, like honestly I’m really close, I just don’t go there bc it night and I already got followed home one time by a drugged man. So give me my food!!

This KFC has the nicest staff in all of Frankfurt! I had a special request with my order — they didn’t have to do it, but they still took their time and helped me out so everything was just right. Everyone here is super friendly, clean, and fast with their service. I actually come all the way from Offenbach at least twice a week just because it’s that good!

I really like this particular KFC. Very friendly service and typical KFC food. What I find special is that the food is usually freshly made because the place isn't that busy. However, you do have to wait a bit longer.

The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly.I had been to many KFCs but this branch is stands out its clean ,welcoming and has an attractive atmosphere. A special mention to Kavitha for her exceptional service — she was polite, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who serves with such a warm smile and genuine care. They only take orders from the digital menu. Service is a bit slow but the food is fresh and hot. I recommend it.

The staff failed to point out that the special Squid Game chicken boxes were out of stock and refused to accept returns.

Big mistake...I was already dissatisfied with the service there, but the home delivery topped everything. Took 2 hours for delivery until the order was simply marked as delivered via Wolt. The food there was cold and smelled strange. As a result, I didn't eat it and they didn't want to refund my money. Keep up the good service. It's a shame considering the good food, which other KFCs do much better.

Slow people when they work in front of customer

For the quality, it's not worth €30 to me. The Squid Game burger bun came straight from the chemical industry and tasted raw. I can easily make the mayo myself using cement and melted plastic straws.

Worst KFC ever. Ordered, had to wait 20 minutes and only chicken was ready. Chicken had been sitting on the counter for 7 minutes and was lukewarm to cold when order was called ready. No Fries, because they ran out of cheese (ordered chili cheese fries). After complaining about the lukewarm chicken, the guy behind the counter simply told us that the Korean chicken supposted to be served lukewarm (?!?!?) Unbelievable, we asked our money back and went somewhere else. 11 euros for the below, that's just a joke! Unfriendly staff, no airconditioning and Terrine service. Never again!

Ordered a bucket of chicken to take home for 20€ but what I got was a box of chicken. Very bad. Not okay at all. The price is also way too high. Not worth it at all.

I recently visited KFC and am absolutely satisfied with my visit. The food was fresh, hot and really tasty – exactly what you would expect from crispy chicken! I particularly enjoyed the Zinger Burger menu – beautifully spicy and perfectly prepared. The fries were also crispy and well salted. The employees were friendly and quick, despite the store being busy. The branch was clean and the waiting time was pleasantly short. If you're looking for hearty fast food with a great taste, you've come to the right place. I'll definitely be back!

I recently went to KFC with a friend because we were just craving something quick and hearty - and we weren't disappointed. The chicken was really crispy and juicy, exactly how you want it. I particularly liked the bucket for sharing - super practical if you don't know exactly what you want and just want to try everything. The dips were also delicious, especially the honey mustard. The staff was friendly and, despite being busy, pretty quick. Sure, it's fast food, but you still feel like you're in good hands. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm craving chicken.

Across a lot of KFCs this one is a the best in my experience. A lot many times being fried chicken, you tend to feel that extra oil in food, however, every time I order food from here, that extra oil is never there. You are content and happy eating fried food. Coming to the staff - I was greeted by Kavitha, who always has a smile on her face and would make sure you have the best ordering experience. She made sure to suggest choices and options to help build my order as per my liking. All in All - Best KFC Outlet Though they discontinues the potato cheese bites, but that was one of the best vegetarian options to nibble on. But their Hot wings is unmatched and to die for.

Yesterday evening (March 22nd, 2025) at 10:15 p.m. we were still a little hungry and didn't feel like going to the usual fast food shops. Kentucky used to be really good, but now we were very disappointed. Ordering: Only possible via a terminal, I may be old-fashioned, but I prefer to talk to a person directly, I'll probably only be able to go to the kebab shop in the future. Selection: Well, it used to be better, we then decided on 2*2 pieces of chicken and a large fries, cost €16.59 What we received was: Unfortunately, we only discovered at home that there were 3 pieces of chicken, extremely dry, tasteless, no idea how old they were. The Colonel, much talked about by KFC, would probably be rolling in his grave at 2000rpm if he had to eat this. The fries were unsalted, limp and tolerable with lots of mayo. Conclusion: That was definitely the last time we ate at KFC, it's really a waste of money, there are better alternatives, even a zero diet is better than this food!

When you crave for chicken. KFC never disappoints you, same is the case with this KFC, staff is generous, food served was hot and fresh, thanks to staff Kavitha for her help and giving food with smile.

Ordered to take away for 9.50 euros, large fries were a joke, as I paid for large ones but only received small ones and didn't even have the sauce I had paid for. Bought here for the first and last time.

The restaurant has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. One of the employees, a blonde lady, was particularly polite and helpful. Since we were in a hurry, she got our order ready for us very quickly. We really enjoyed eating there and would definitely go back

The food retains KFC standards with respect to taste as well as quality and quantity for the amount given. The service was excellent even at the time of rush hours due to holiday season. Staffs helped me to place the order and the order delivered to me not took long.

The food wasn't good, the employees barely spoke German and had to wait quite a long time despite the empty shop. It was generally my last visit to KFC.

Unfortunately no parking spaces for customers

I have nothing to complain about the food. Everything very well prepared. The service was also good. But they only have 2 employees. The big problem: Lately I've been going to this KFC unit, and in the middle of summer, with high temperatures, the restaurant is like an oven!! Air conditioning always off, extremely hot place. And they have a playlist of 5 or 6 songs. Always the same. It gets boring and takes away your patience. Renew yourselves, and innovate! And turn on the air conditioning for the love of God!!

I think it will be the last time I go to this KFC. Firstly the food is good but I had asked for ketchup and mayonnaise but they didn't give it to me. Secondly, I had to wait about 40 minutes for my order>:(

Both already eaten on site, which really isn't particularly nice. A toilet is available for a fee and is somewhat difficult to reach. The delivery is even worse. Half of orders have already been forgotten several times. Then everything arrives cold. Only the Pepsi delivered, which you would actually want to enjoy cold with a meal, is at room temperature. A pretty pathetic performance really.

How great is it when you order food from Uber... and then 50% arrives Then you contact support and are told that KFC Zoo Passage has no prices listed for individual components, which is why no refund can be made. So I got a eon wrap and chicken instead of Pomeranian, mayo, drink and coleslaw... Top win for you!!!

I had the food delivered to me. The driver was standing in front of the neighboring kindergarten and appeared disoriented. I had to go out and receive the food, he would have been in the house next door to me. The shortage of skilled workers sends greetings. The food was cold and the cola was missing. Made a return visit after vowing not to ... Big mistake... I ordered combo sandwich deal , Manager asked me if I wanted it hot. (Duh)... Sandwich came , not crispy at all , chicken overcooked and stringy, plus they are still adding herbs not in original recipe.... For € 11.89 I could barely stomach half the sandwich , was drowning in sauce plus the fries were half cooked and not even hot.... Pepsi was cold at least.... Guess after eating the Colonel for more than 50 years and working in culinary business just as long , I know what I am saying.... Will not return here but hope to find a KFC in Frankfurt that serves proper fried chicken.... So sad

The biggest problem at this branch is that the employees speak and read German very poorly. No wonder almost every order goes wrong.
