I have nothing to complain about the food. Everything very well prepared. The service was also good. But they only have 2 employees. The big problem: Lately I've been going to this KFC unit, and in the middle of summer, with high temperatures, the restaurant is like an oven!! Air conditioning always off, extremely hot place. And they have a playlist of 5 or 6 songs. Always the same. It gets boring and takes away your patience. Renew yourselves, and innovate! And turn on the air conditioning for the love of God!!

Incompetent, overwhelmed employees. Employees hardly speak German. Long waiting time despite the empty branch. Dirty tables. Food OK but overpriced.

I know why I don't normally go to KFC, this branch has confirmed it once again. Despite the empty branch, I waited far too long and my burger was dry. Tables in the store are dirty. Conclusion: Never again!

The grease stinks up the whole neighborhood, I hope the store goes bankrupt

I think it will be the last time I go to this KFC. Firstly the food is good but I had asked for ketchup and mayonnaise but they didn't give it to me. Secondly, I had to wait about 40 minutes for my order>:(

Both already eaten on site, which really isn't particularly nice. A toilet is available for a fee and is somewhat difficult to reach. The delivery is even worse. Half of orders have already been forgotten several times. Then everything arrives cold. Only the Pepsi delivered, which you would actually want to enjoy cold with a meal, is at room temperature. A pretty pathetic performance really.

Good food.. a bit cumbersome that they only have two screens and one didn't work. But nice local. Not being able to order at checkout was a bit of a minus..

How great is it when you order food from Uber... and then 50% arrives Then you contact support and are told that KFC Zoo Passage has no prices listed for individual components, which is why no refund can be made. So I got a eon wrap and chicken instead of Pomeranian, mayo, drink and coleslaw... Top win for you!!!

Not everything can be ordered, staff dissatisfied and displeased, unclean and the waiting time is far too long. Very rude and unfriendly staff, no face mask or gloves........poor hygiene is unacceptable!!

Today we were in this KFC. And we were disappointed that there were two little mice running around in the guest room. Unsanitary conditions at the level. We do not recommend this place to visit.

Unfortunately the chicken pieces tasted like they were 2 days old. Dripping with fat as if they had been warmed up several times. But burgers taste good!

I had the food delivered to me. The driver was standing in front of the neighboring kindergarten and appeared disoriented. I had to go out and receive the food, he would have been in the house next door to me. The shortage of skilled workers sends greetings. The food was cold and the cola was missing. I must be in great distress if I call there again.

food amazing, staff friendly, pommes was great and they even gave me extra pommes as a welcome bonus because I was new to Frankfurt :-)

Cold burger, 30 minutes of waiting, no traffic, missing order, old grease.

Made a return visit after vowing not to ... Big mistake... I ordered combo sandwich deal , Manager asked me if I wanted it hot. (Duh)... Sandwich came , not crispy at all , chicken overcooked and stringy, plus they are still adding herbs not in original recipe.... For € 11.89 I could barely stomach half the sandwich , was drowning in sauce plus the fries were half cooked and not even hot.... Pepsi was cold at least.... Guess after eating the Colonel for more than 50 years and working in culinary business just as long , I know what I am saying.... Will not return here but hope to find a KFC in Frankfurt that serves proper fried chicken.... So sad

The biggest problem at this branch is that the employees speak and read German very poorly. No wonder almost every order goes wrong.

I ordered from the house. The employees were very polite and the hotwing was hot and very tasty. We would happily do so again

I ordered delivery and some items were missing from my order. I had to ask them back and they refunded me what was missing, but we had to share the food because the menus were incomplete.

But it really doesn't taste very good service and it takes a long time for the poor suppliers😢

Customers should pay close attention when ordering takeaway. Our chicken pieces were obviously old and/or over-fried. They didn't look like normal chicken pieces either. In addition, the dips we ordered were missing. I would refrain from visiting this branch again.

They didn't have any change to give me, so they owed me some coins. Well, so far so good... but I paid for extras to be added to my sandwich, and they didn't. So I won't be back.

This is the first time I'm afraid to eat chicken at the KFC. Fries were cold. Burgers were actually nice but their original chicken pieces was something else. Like it has been burnt in the deep fryer but the smell of this chicken was the part that did not make me trust it. I did not finish Staff is actually nice just very slow and the restaurant looked really clean. After a complaint, they made me fresh new chicken and added the picture here. I think you can tell the difference on your own. Bumped form 2* to 3*

Bad food, meat was raw, not edible, bad atmosphere, everything was a disaster

The food was ok, it wasn't fresh and not very bad either. It tasted pretty good. The service was friendly but unfortunately also disinterested. I would have liked a little more commitment but otherwise it was good.

No chicken parts prepared at lunchtime at 3 p.m., very unfriendly staff

Unfortunately half the order was missing. The following was missing: 1 Pepsi 1 ear of corn 4 original bites 1 Capri Sun In addition, instead of 2 Lipton iced tea, 2 Mountain Dew was incorrectly delivered. I have been here a 6 times or so over a year but in 3 cases I left without food because of issues. In two cases I tried to use a machine to order and the staff started shouting as apparently he was sold out or closed (even though it was not closing time yet, could hardlyunderstandwhat he was saying). This is very poor service and I seriously consider not going here anymore. Pity as it is close and food decent but I prefer to keep my good mood. Edit: things seem to be improving, an extra star.

There were no fries, burgers were cold, one burger was completely burnt and the mashed potatoes were brought twice with sauce even though there was no order. Not recommendable.

a little bit loud. But onething, you read the section on the back of your receipt and fill in a few feedback questions to get 1€ for 1 chicken, or 1 corn or 4 nuggets. After answering, you will be given a code. Take it to the order section and pay €1 to get one of these 3 options.

When I was there, I was told they were sold out for counter sales and were currently only offering delivery services.

Absolute DIRTY STORE, ordered food, half of it is missing and then you blame yourself and no delivery is made, something as arrogant as that, no no, never again

Der Double Kentucky BBQ Zinger Burger war außergewöhnlich gut!

Ich hatte über Uber Eats bestellt, kam auch zu der angegebenen Zeit in 1h. Statt einen Eistee habe ich Mountain-Dew erhalten, vermutlich aufgrund mangelnder Getränke im Laden. Die Hotwings waren noch warm genug und lecker, der Colonel Burger etwas trocken aber trotzdem lecker. Preislich gesehen leider etwas zu teuer und die Magenschmerzen sind nach dem Essen bei KFC fast zu unvermeidbar. Werde definitiv noch öfter bestellen, das aber nicht im Wochentakt sondern eher 1x im Monat.

Hallo ihr lieben, eigentlich bin ich ein Fan von KFC, aber diese Laden verdirbt einen den Abitit.Ich empfehle es keinen, nur wenn sein muss und ihr werdet es erleben.Eigentlich sollte man, Bestellung annehmen und direkt wieder zurück geben, Das Fleisch Sollen die mal Riechen, macht keine dann bekommt ihr alles frisch, Erst mal den alten fraß los werden, das machen die hier gern am Bahnhof ist es wahrscheinlich erlaubt .

It was something missing, flavour or freshness, or something else. Not to my liking. The service was so slow, unbelievably slow, but the staff were friendly.

Hotwings waren super, Pommes weit entfernt von knusprig und alle Tische im Restaurant hätten sich über einen Lappen gefreut.

There are only 2 workers during the prime time, obviously not enough. You could wait more than 15 minutes just to place an order. As a KFC fan, don’t recommend this one here.

Food is alright, very generic kfc food, however service is very slow and order was given out wrong twice.

Es wie immer Super lecker, Der einzige Kritik Punkt ist das der Laden nicht klimatisiert ist. Und das bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur.

Eigentlich ganz gut, ein gutes KFC die umgebung ist gut, nur irgendwas bei der Rezeptur war falsch, es hat zwar gut geschmeckt aber ein kumpel der eigentlich kfc essen kann konnte die panierung nicht ertragen, aber ansonsten ganz ok.

Tiene todo lo que se puede esperar de un KFC, no hacen justicia las criticas sobre la aparicion de ratones etc, el local esta situado junto a un parque urbano y pudo ser que un raton se colase por la puerta. El personal es muy atento, las alitas que pedí estaban perfectas de fritura y temperatura, el local esta limpio, es luminoso, tiene sillas para niños y un lavabo para limpiarse las manos antes y después de disfrutar del pollo frito. Que mas se puede pedir, no olvidemos que se trata de una cadena de comida rápida. Si te gustan las alitas, los martes son tu dias 5x 3€!!

Produkte wie bei jedem KFC. Sauberkeit im Restaurant könnte man arbeiten. Leider keine Parkplätze. Eine Straße weiter ist ein Parkhaus

Angeblich bis 23 Uhr offen und um 21:30 Ist angeblich nichts mehr zum Essen da sehr trauchig wenn die Mitarbeiter kein Bock haben was zu arbeiten

Gutes warmes Chicken, service ist nicht überragend, aber man kommt trotzdem auch gerne öfter. Leider sind die Preise in letzter Zeit ziemlich angestiegen und teilweise doppelt so teuer wie zuvor

Honestly best KFC I have had in Germany. Fresh and non fatty, could tell oil was clean and hot enough. Very good customer service. Miles better than other ones I have tried in Germany. Restaurant was also extremely clean.

Bestellung / Abholung über die KFC App nicht möglich. Zwar stehen viele Mitarbeiter da, aber wenn man Fragen bei der Bestellung an Automat hat, hilft keiner dir, bzw. redet keiner mit dir. Die Portion ist ziemlich klein. Das Essen schmeckt auch nicht so wie bei anderen KFC. Es liegt nur sehr geschickt, daher habe ich diese Filiale häufig besucht (und immer wieder enttäuscht). Ansonsten würde ich nicht mehr hingehen.

Personal nicht sehr motiviert. Pommes kalt. Einiges nicht da. Toiletten nicht geöffnet.

Üblicher KFC, leider waren die Pommes alt und kalt, Toiletten waren verschlossen und man bekam schon bei reinlaufen vom Filialleiter zu hören was es nicht gibt.

Vom Essen her ein KFC wie jeder andere auch, das ist eben der Vorteil einer großen Kette. Service könnte freundlicher sein - die Leute am Schalter sind doch meistens etwas tranig. Von daher solides Mittelfeld.
