McDonald's in Frankfurt am Main

My girlfriend and I went here specifically for the Pokemon cards, but we were only given the cards once during the two Happy Meals. Unfortunately we only noticed the whole thing when we got home :/

I don't like. The food is always the same in all McDonald's in the World. But the people here are not respectfully neither hygienic. I don't feel comfortable here. I prefer to drive-in and don't dinner inside. The service is not good and neither nice. The Atmosphere is uncomfortable! I don't recommend at all!

Ordered a McChicken today with 2x bacon and jalapenos, w/o sauce and once getting home realized there was no chicken patty...how do you forget the chicken patty???

We ordered delivery after arriving to Germany and to hotel, as there was no other option for food last night. Order was made at 21:26 and food was received 2 hours later. They prepared food without having driver to deliver. That food was prepared 2 hours before and it was delivered like that. They didn’t bother to maybe replace fries or anything. Nope. There was no common sense. Not to mention that it wasn’t prepared as per Mc standard and update that we made (what we want inside our burger or no).

Was very good. Sockets and toilets are available. Friendly employees. Food was processed quickly and served very warm

Sometimes there is complete chaos. Even on a weekday, when there is a small number of people, employees confuse orders, often they can add something.

The employees working there are unprofessional, rude, and deserve to be fired immediately. That's the worst McDonald's I ever visited so far. I'd strongly recommend against going there.

Between the price hike, downsized and stale food, lack of cleanliness, and inconsistent service, it's really not worth it anymore. 2 stars for convenience and being open 24/7

Orders are processed quickly (pre-ordered via the app and on site with an order code), food has always been warm and properly prepared. The drive-in is always very full at peak times, and the on-site parking situation is very limited and tight. The McDonalds could be a bit cleaner, especially the floor and the dining tables.

Tables weren't cleaned, the cleaning lady had a Monday face, the stands with the numbers were so dirty and broken that it wasn't OK. Parking lot entrance simply done wrong?!

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. When the table was ordered, the Big Mac was initially missing from a menu, and when it was brought after we asked for it, it was cold - even after a complaint, only moderately warm. The Happy Meal was also missing juice and a book/toy. In total I had to go to the checkout four times to clarify the errors made by the operator. The service was inattentive and made little effort to correct the errors. Overall very disappointing.

No matter when I go between 7-8 a.m. there is never lactose-free milk or oat milk, which makes me pissed off. In this day and age, something like that shouldn't happen. If I bring a latte for someone, it's always lukewarm and an absolute no go. For me, after trying 3 times to get hot, lactose-free latte without success, the employees work without gloves, they only take hot things with tongs, the women wear their hair loose and the older man sits and reads the newspaper, licks his fingers to turn the pages If he serves the food without gloves, this shop is no longer an option for me. Nowadays without hygiene is a no go!

The 20 spicy chicken nuggets are back! And even spicier and more delicious than last time! Recommended for the spicy chicken nuggets!! The service and atmosphere is just OKAY. Depends on the time you're coming. A bit chaotic during rush hour especially in the evening.

This morning: A beggar goes from table to table asking for money, then stands in front of the front door and speaks to everyone who wants to enter. The employees ignore him. The trays are not cleared away. The tray cart was completely overflowing, the tables next to it were full of trash and trays. I looked for the place to let the children play there, the room for children in the restaurant was closed. We opened the door and were told it was closed. Unfortunately, the climbing frame outside was closed, only the slide was open, so older children could still use the slide to get into the climbing frame inside. A boy about 6 years old slipped from the scaffolding, he fell from the upper level to the middle level and then to the floor. No one could get to the boy, all the doors were locked! He had to climb everything back. Traumatic for all the children present! The mother was able to comfort her child. After 3 people desperately tried to open the doors on the scaffolding. I was just at the car counter and ordered a smart menu with 2 cheeseburgers + an extra. I got 2 cheeseburgers and a chicken burger. I wasn't there the first time but the last time I'm the customer and if I want 3 cheeseburgers then I should I also get them, I pay for them too and that's not exactly a small amount. Were there for the second time from the airport... Every time the restaurant in the customer area tables, benches, floor, washrooms were very dirty. So we had to clean a table first. The McDonald's is okay if you have no where else to go. If you're ordering from within the store around breakfast time, there are no other options besides breakfast menu (meaning no fries, burgers or deserts, etc). The manager is also quite rude. I ordered a meal that had a side of tomato sauce. I then noticed I didn't have it and went back to the counter after starting to eat my meal. He then told me that I'd need to pay extra for it and hit me with "this is Germany". I think ordering from takeaway could be a better option.

Absolutely shocking service here. I wanted to pay cash so waiting by the till but was IGNORED for 15 mins. I asked 2 people including the manager and was told to wait, 15 mins waiting and my order still wasnt taken. In the end I had to go pay by card at the self service just to order my food which took another 10 mins to arrive. Wouldn't get this poor service in England......

The monitor for collecting the food is broken. The number appeared briefly and disappeared. As I stood at the pick-up counter, an employee said: Go away, go away. Then I asked if the ad would come again. Then he waved his hand and disappeared. The guy probably doesn't know whose money his wages are paid from. If table displays had been available, I would have liked to have it brought to the table. But they weren't where they were supposed to be. A complaint to the branch manager was only half-heartedly accepted. He kept my receipt. If only I had gone to Burger King.

Order at the terminal to pay at the cash register... wait 10 minutes in front of the cash register and no one comes to collect even though they pass in front of us very regularly! Went to McDonald's in Frankfurt/Griesheim today and it was great service. When I went to my table with the drink and food, the cup with the drink fell over and everything was on the floor and table. An employee immediately came and wiped everything up and brought me a new drink at the house's expense. That's what I call great service and friendly staff!

The n West Frankfurt is lacking…. A pity Update: Ordered takeout today and they don't serve takeaway. Then I have to pack the things myself because they can enjoy their food while they work. What kind of work philosophy and ethic is that? They don't even feel bad and talk about it as if the customer had always been treated the way they always do. Very bad experience and unfriendly employees. Waiting time after the order was made: 20 minutes, and the restaurant was not crowded. They told me to take a table and they would serve the order: it never happened. In the end, I had to go to the cassier and get it....totally cold fries and warm drink. No salviette. No straws. No apologize. The order was not complete: they even forgot to give me the ice cream, and complained when I went back with the summary of my order, showing the problem. They did not apologize and even started to complain, and raise the voice in front of me and other customers. I will never go back there again.

Tried McDonald's delivery service. Of the 2 Big Tasty Bacon, Royal TS, Royal Cheese and 20 McNuggets ordered, only the 2 Big Tasty arrived and they were cold. Conclusion: Never again. I was here at the drive in in this McDonald’s One Macedonian gilr was taking my order, I had to pay 13,50€ I gave her 50€ and she gave me back 17… Disappointed People be careful and don’t try to talk nicely with those people because she did it on purpose. 🤮
