McDonald's in Frankfurt am Main

Unfortunately it didn't say that it was permanently closed, so a long detour for nothing.

The opening was planned for June 18. Still closed without any information. Simply sad.

I was just in front of MCS and looked at what it looked like. I was on the sidewalk in front of the fence and the security guard shone the light in my face and asked what I wanted. I replied that I just wanted to look and he said very cheekily, look somewhere else and continued to shine the light in my face.

I had a fried fly in my fries. There was no refund. Instead, I was offered a new bag? Is that even possible?! A case for the health department! Who wants fries again when there was a fly in them before!

A complete disaster. The branch is closed, and there's only a container there. Parking is scarce.

It's okay, not very busy. I wish there were more employees who could speak and understand German fluently. I asked them something and they answered something I already knew. I ordered a McFlurry, but they used a machine labeled "McSundae." One of the employees forgot my order and gave me completely the wrong drinks. But that doesn't bother me too much; I just wanted the glasses.

This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. It's overcrowded, the ordering screens don't all work, coupons aren't accepted, the food takes forever (low-food), and half of it gets forgotten! No napkins, and no clean tables.

I just drove by and was surprised to discover that the branch is, I suspect, being demolished! So either they're completely rebuilding it or the store has closed. In any case, nothing is open there right now!! Update: Under renovation! Reopening mid-June!

McDonald's same quality throughout Germany, only the service was still a dream.

Things are more or less okay now. I used to go there quite often. The employees were rarely friendly. Now things are okay.

The drive-thru employees are awful. They treat customers very poorly. I was served on May 16, 2025, at approximately 12 p.m. Never again!!

Fries completely unsalted and if you ask someone for salt they say “did you order it with salt” and you get stupid looks, very rude, it’s not my problem if they don’t salt the fries and then answer so cheekily.

Worst McDonald's experience I've had so far. Burgers slapped together carelessly and cold, some eaten incorrectly.

The employees, especially at the compilation station, are a disaster. Nothing has changed since the last visit, still haphazard and catastrophic. We exchange the food and then forget things.

Please always check when you order a Happy Meal that the toy is there, I check straight away and if I don't do that, I'll warn you that it's been forgotten every two times. Frankfurt Grissheim doesn't have any skilled staff. It's sad for a company like MCDONALDS if you think back in the 90s you never had to check whether the toy was there and I can say the toy was always there, but today you always have to check because I only have skilled workers!

I was a little concerned about the reviews. We've experienced terrible McDonald's before, but it was really great. As everyone knows, something is always forgotten and that wasn't the case for us despite having 15 people. Food came quickly via table service, was freshly made and friendly staff. It was clean too :)

Very disappointed no supervisor on site. Very bad employee relationship. I was there today with my girlfriend. An old man served me in the MC Cafe. He didn't feel like it and after 20 minutes he made 3 cappuccinos without a spoon without a bottom plate. The cafe was made very poorly, everything was cold and smelly. The older guy who worked at this place couldn't speak normally. He shouted at me 😓🥺😥😞😞 which caused me a lot of stress! I was scared of this man! The staff is rude, very slow, when you get there you feel like you owe them something! If you choose a dish without any ingredients, they don’t care what you chose, they don’t pay attention to it! When you order ice cream, if they don’t have some kind of filling, they won’t tell you about it, they just won’t put it in and won’t offer you anything in return!

I used to go to this McDonald's often and found it to be one of the best. Unfortunately, that has changed completely. My last visit was a real disappointment – ​​and, to be honest, an imposition. I ordered yesterday at 3:50 p.m. - I didn't get my food until 5:00 p.m., and only because I asked several times. Otherwise my order would obviously have been forgotten. In total I waited almost 1.5 hours without any apology or accommodation from the staff. The food itself was a disaster: • The fries were cold and not well fried • The burgers were also cold, some of them not fully topped, and the bun was very hard and dry • The drinks (Cola & Fanta) were non-carbonated, the Fanta tasted like flavored water To make matters worse, shortly after eating I had a severe stomach ache, and my friends who were there with me also had similar symptoms - including diarrhea and feeling unwell. This raises serious questions about the quality and freshness of the products. Such an experience is not only disappointing but inappropriate for a world-renowned chain. There was no refund, no apology and zero service. I am seriously considering informing the health department because cold, possibly poorly stored or prepared food and this type of treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable.

Very disappointing! I waited over an hour for my food - completely unacceptable. When it finally arrived everything was cold. My drink (Fanta) had absolutely no taste, as if it had been diluted with water. The service was subpar: When I complained to the branch manager, I was treated rudely. That's not how you treat customers. For me that was the last time.

Catastrophic conditions. Could be the next filming location for Team Wallraf. Staff deliberately avoids customers’ questions. For me, waiting times beyond 45 minutes have nothing to do with fast food. Orders disappear from the pickup monitor without anything being received.

Worst Mces ever, I always order without cucumbers but always get them with cucumbers, just waow. I really can't recommend it any further. Employees only hear what they want. Because customer service doesn't give a shit.

The restaurant was very clean, the food tasted good and it was brought to the table.

Drive Through person was very rude, talked to two different cars at the same time and was yelling at us for not understanding, she was not talking or talking to us. For not making her rate badly she didn't even pass the bill. Food was okay though.

We ordered delivery after arriving to Germany and to hotel, as there was no other option for food last night. Order was made at 21:26 and food was received 2 hours later. They prepared food without having driver to deliver. That food was prepared 2 hours before and it was delivered like that. They didn’t bother to maybe replace fries or anything. Nope. There was no common sense. Not to mention that it wasn’t prepared as per Mc standard and update that we made (what we want inside our burger or no).

You stand in line at Mcdrive for 45 minutes and then we're told we're closed at 6 a.m. and we still weren't given any food at 5 after 6 because they certainly didn't feel like working

Sometimes there is complete chaos. Even on a weekday, when there is a small number of people, employees confuse orders, often they can add something.

The employees working there are unprofessional, rude, and deserve to be fired immediately. That's the worst McDonald's I ever visited so far. I'd strongly recommend against going there.

Between the price hike, downsized and stale food, lack of cleanliness, and inconsistent service, it's really not worth it anymore. 2 stars for convenience and being open 24/7

Orders are processed quickly (pre-ordered via the app and on site with an order code), food has always been warm and properly prepared. The drive-in is always very full at peak times, and the on-site parking situation is very limited and tight. The McDonalds could be a bit cleaner, especially the floor and the dining tables.

Tables weren't cleaned, the cleaning lady had a Monday face, the stands with the numbers were so dirty and broken that it wasn't OK. Parking lot entrance simply done wrong?!

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. When the table was ordered, the Big Mac was initially missing from a menu, and when it was brought after we asked for it, it was cold - even after a complaint, only moderately warm. The Happy Meal was also missing juice and a book/toy. In total I had to go to the checkout four times to clarify the errors made by the operator. The service was inattentive and made little effort to correct the errors. Overall very disappointing.

No matter when I go between 7-8 a.m. there is never lactose-free milk or oat milk, which makes me pissed off. In this day and age, something like that shouldn't happen. If I bring a latte for someone, it's always lukewarm and an absolute no go. For me, after trying 3 times to get hot, lactose-free latte without success, the employees work without gloves, they only take hot things with tongs, the women wear their hair loose and the older man sits and reads the newspaper, licks his fingers to turn the pages If he serves the food without gloves, this shop is no longer an option for me. Nowadays without hygiene is a no go!

The 20 spicy chicken nuggets are back! And even spicier and more delicious than last time! Recommended for the spicy chicken nuggets!! The service and atmosphere is just OKAY. Depends on the time you're coming. A bit chaotic during rush hour especially in the evening.

This morning: A beggar goes from table to table asking for money, then stands in front of the front door and speaks to everyone who wants to enter. The employees ignore him. I looked for the place to let the children play there, the room for children in the restaurant was closed. We opened the door and were told it was closed. I was just at the car counter and ordered a smart menu with 2 cheeseburgers + an extra. I got 2 cheeseburgers and a chicken burger. I wasn't there the first time but the last time I'm the customer and if I want 3 cheeseburgers then I should I also get them, I pay for them too and that's not exactly a small amount. The McDonald's is okay if you have no where else to go. If you're ordering from within the store around breakfast time, there are no other options besides breakfast menu (meaning no fries, burgers or deserts, etc). The manager is also quite rude. I ordered a meal that had a side of tomato sauce. I then noticed I didn't have it and went back to the counter after starting to eat my meal. He then told me that I'd need to pay extra for it and hit me with "this is Germany". I think ordering from takeaway could be a better option.

The food wasn't really warm, ordered three different colas, got three of the same ones, and completely forgot the water with the Happymeal. The floor was sticky and the tables were dirty
