**Incredibly bad – never again!** I got a combo box from KFC on Borsigallee 33A and it was an absolute failure. The fries were ice cold and had a disgusting taste, like they were ancient. The hot wings were actually *cold wings* and tasted like they came from an old laying hen. The chicken part looked like it had been scraped off the street - and that's how it tasted: totally rotten and disgusting. Worst part: I can barely get this horrible taste out of my mouth, and my tongue feels furry, like I've eaten something spoiled. The American chicken baron has absolutely failed here. This restaurant is an imposition and should actually be reported to consumer protection. It's a shame that you can't give zero stars here. Absolutely disgusting - I will never enter this disgusting restaurant again.

Can there be a worse KFC in the Rhine-Main area than on Borsigalee? Hard to imagine! Disinterested, bored staff on the lookout for the customer. You can save yourself the drive in, you'll starve in front of the intercom. Luckily there are other fast food temples a few meters away.

Unfortunately not a positive experience. Restaurant and tables dirty, partly littered. The toilet and sink were unappetizingly dirty and there was vomit (?) on the toilet seat. Eating took forever and different chicken pieces than ordered were served without comment. The taste was good, but despite the 'offer' it was disproportionately expensive. All in all, not worth visiting again.

Were at the drive in, ordered a menu and a citizen and for the sixth time forgot the fries at the menu. That doesn't work at all. The best thing I would do is give zero stars, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I'll just give this restaurant one star and I'd rather go to Hanau

A little cramped in the store but orders are prepared quickly and the staff is friendly. The toilet was pretty dirty though.

Ordered through uber eats. Part of the order was forgotten (it can happen, but it's not that bad). I contact the Uber driver and he tells me to call KFC (sounds understandable). The gentleman at KFC didn't WANT to help me under any circumstances. I called several times and each time he hung up (see attachment). In the end the gentleman from KFC seriously says that I should call the Uber driver and send him to KFC. Are you serious? What kind of service is this? I hope this comment discourages as many people as possible from ordering from you. What horrible service, unbelievable.

I'm not surprised at all by the negative reviews! Long waiting times in front of the intercom and further in front of the pick-up window! My burger was so “warm” that the cheese didn’t melt! That was definitely the rest of the afternoon… The only thing that improved at KFC was the fries! Thanks for nothing.

It's not what it used to be. The coleslaw is getting smaller and smaller... the seasoning on the hot wings is becoming less and less. The price is always outrageous for what you get. But all the fast food places don't care anymore.

Ordered food via Lieferando, just under €40. The order was never delivered and I couldn't reach anyone at the time. I have contacted Lieferando who say KFC refuses to refund. Call KFC, they keep putting me off. Don't get any further. Suddenly everyone can't speak German. Rip off!! Don't order there!!!

I recently visited Borsigallee KFC and was impressed by the friendly service by Krishna and team and of course the flavorful food!!! The Original Recipe chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just the way I like it. The mashed potatoes and gravy were also delicious. I appreciated the clean and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and I'll definitely be back for more of that finger-licking' goodness!!!

Food ordered yesterday only arrived after 1.5 hours. All of the side dishes were missing when I called them 15 times. I was rudely told on the phone that she would send her colleague out again because he had made the order. No apology, nothing, of course the two supplements didn't arrive. So we called again and as expected no one answered the phone anymore, very disappointing and a total bummer.

It was obvious that the food was packed hot as the paper bags were completely soaked. This is not only unsavory, but simply disgusting. 3. Absolutely no value for money: We spent €40 on this disaster and couldn't enjoy a single dish. This money is wasted and I feel cheated. This experience was simply disappointing and frustrating. KFC should be ashamed of offering such poor service. I cannot recommend this delivery service under any circumstances.

Smaller, much too expensive and the food is not enough for you, much too expensive and the service is no, if you go there as an illiterate, you won't be served properly and they leave it and don't even try to ask what the problem is and the boss is there, Apparently doesn't feel like working there at all, so I would rather get something real from the chicken stand for less than half the price and then actually get something to eat and not keep saying that it's not what I ordered 😝❕️

Good morning, I have placed an order with you with order number F9JH7C. My order is a 1 Big Home bundle for 4 people. I only received the burgers and fries and a children's menu. But the chicken wasn't included in my KFC order. just the burgers. and I have no answer from KFC Borsigalle Frankfurt. Last but not least, I have a few relatives at home waiting for my food order and all we got was a 5 euro burger and fries. Very dissatisfied with this order, I always order from your site but am very disappointed with this order.

Disappointment. The chicken crisps consisted of 90% breading and there was only a tiny piece of meat in the burger that didn't even cover a quarter of the burger. The only good thing is that you can refill your drink. Next time I'll go to the McDonald's next door. At least you won't be deducted.

First of all, the store was very empty at the time, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The cleanliness of the shop and the tables was above average and suggested that the staff attaches great importance to hygiene and order. My food was freshly prepared and served hot, which really pleased me. But what really made the visit outstanding was the above-average friendly staff. Every member of the team looked full of friendliness and helpfulness, which really made my visit pleasant. A particularly nice moment was when a mother and her child were in the restaurant at the same time as me. A staff member grabbed a toy and played with the child, which made not only the child but also the mother and I smile. This small gesture showed that the staff are not only professional but also show genuine warmth and care for their customers. Overall, my visit to the Kentucky Fried Chicken at Borsigallee 33A in Frankfurt am Main was a completely positive experience. I can only warmly recommend this fast food restaurant if you're in a hurry!

Achja die nacht zuvor hab ich Türgriff am Einfang repariert..... komme rein will essen bestellen, ein aggressiver Mitarbeiter zeigte mir die Faust und schlug 2 x dolle im Brust. Weil ich mich dort wohl fühle und länger aufhalte soll ich von zuhause Teller mitbringen, Toilettenmann spielen Geld kassieren. SUPER SERVICE ! Nach der Gewaltattake drohte er mir mit hausverbot. Seit der Eröffnung lasse ich als Stammgast jeden monat 300 € hier. NEIN danke ! Ich unterstütze kein Gewalt und abwertendes Verhalten ! Wir Gäste finanzieren eure Gehälter, es ist beschämend Aggressionen als Spass hinzustellen. Ich bin seit 25 Jahren in der Gastronomie und habe sowas noch nie erlebt. Aus Respekt verzichte ich auf Polizei und Strafanzeige, mir ist das ganze einfach zu asozial. Wenn Gäste sich nicht mal hier ausruhen und wohl fühlen können, könnt ihr den laden gleich dicht machen !!!! Der Vorfall ereignete sich am 09.12.2023 gegen 17:00. Eine Entschuldigung kam nie.

Bitte teilen Sie Ihre Mitarbeitern mit, dass das anfassen, bedrohen, schlagen von Gästen nicht zum professionellen KFC Restaurant Gästebedinung gehört. Anstatt Gästebeschwerde ernst nehmen sich entschuldigen, das Belästigungende verhalten sein zu lassen, wird das ganze als Spass abgestempelt. Der Mitarbeiter sagte: geh zu Polizei dann siehst du was mit dir passiert. Ich werde nie wieder ein fuss in ein Laden in der Gäste bedroht werde rein setzen. Es gibt für alles Grenzen !!!

Bewertung gilt für den Drive in : oft ist nicht das in der Tüte was man bestellt hat. Oft kalt. Immer wieder fehlen Teile eines Menüs. Aber natürlich vollen Preis bezahlt, im Auto alles penibel zu kontrollieren ist nicht immer so einfach. Probleme bezüglich Kenntnis der eigenen Produkte. Wenn ich gefragt werde am Apparat was Filet Bites sind… Oder es ist eine Zutat zu einem Bundle nicht vorrätig. Draußen hängen Plakate über neue Aktionen und die Zutaten sind nicht vorrätig - woran liegts ? Zu spät geordert ? Passiert leider öfters. Gerstern war angeblich der LKW mit den Cheesebites noch nicht da. Da musste ich dann doch mal lachen. Nee, war jetzt mein letztes mal dort. KFC in Enkheim ist leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Essen triefte vor Fett, es roch extrem nach Frittierfett im ganzen Raum. Wir lieben KfC, aber dieser war der schlimmste bei dem wir je waren.

Das beste Kentucky- Qualität an Fleisch, was wir bisher in diesen Restaurants gegessen haben. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Ich würde nach Möglichkeit nur noch hier hin gehen.

Es wär gut wenn man hier das bekommen würde, was man bestellt hat. Ich hatte am Drive In bestellt. Hatte dann zwei Tüten voll mit meinen bestellten Sachen erhalten. Leider hatte ich erst zu Hause geschaut, ob alles komplett ist und musste feststellen, dass bei zwei Gerichten jeweils das Kartoffelpüree mit der Soße fehlten. Dafür hatte ich Pommes, die ich nicht bestellt hatte. Beim dritten Gericht fehlten die Pommes. Dafür habe ich dann 50 Euro bezahlt. So etwas kann ich nicht empfehlen!

Практически безлюдное место. Ждать долго не приходится. Место новое и ещё выглядит свежим. Иногда в зале сильно пахнет жареным маслом. В автомате для напитков вместо Punika мне налилась простая минералка.
