​Enttäuschend – Kein Fast Food, sondern lange Wartezeit ​Ich war heute zum zweiten Mal innerhalb von einem Jahr im Drive-In dieser Filiale und die Erfahrung war erneut sehr enttäuschend. ​Nach der Bestellung musste ich gut 10 Minuten am Fenster warten, bis überhaupt jemand kam. Mir wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass ich für einen Original Bucket nochmals mindestens 20 Minuten warten müsste.ich habe dann zum zweiten mal meine Bestellung storniert. ​Ein solches Zeitmanagement hat nichts mit Fast Food zu tun. Zweiter Versuch, zweite Enttäuschung – hier werde ich definitiv nicht mehr bestellen.

Die Belüftung funktioniert nicht und es ist ziemlich heiß im Inneren.

Die Qualität von Service und Produkt ist wie erwartet sehr hoch. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, ein Tagesangebot zu nutzen, wodurch der Endpreis sehr günstig ist. Sehr gute Öffnungszeiten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben am terminal bestellt . 30 min gewartet bis mal Personal kam . Essen alt nicht frisch . Kalt . Lokal super dreckig obwohl wir 22 uhr haben und nicht viel los ist. Personal kommt von hinten mit handy in der hand ohne sich die Hände zu waschen ekelhaft.

Statt Cola fließt Wasser aus dem Automaten, die Tische werden vom Personal von Hand, ohne Tuch, gereinigt. Die Toiletten sind nicht sehr sauber. Ich rate dringend davon ab, in dieser Unterkunft zu übernachten.

Unfähig .... doppelt Käse bestellt und bezahlt und was ist, alles muss man kontrollieren, daheim angekommen.... nix drauf! Kostet eh schon viel Geld im Verhältnis zu anderen Fast Food Ketten! Hot Wings Katastrophe trocken wie .... Colonel Burger versalzen .... Nix los Wartezeit trotz App Bestellung über 15min und dann noch so schlecht ....Was ist los KFC ?

Rechne mit langen Zeiten auch wenn du nur eine Kleinigkeit bestellt hast. Die Tische werden nicht gereinigt, das du musst du selbst tun, wenn du an einem sauberen Tisch sitzen willst. Das Essen schmeckt hier jedesmal anders, was bei einer Kette wie KFC nicht sein sollte. Es fehlt nahezu jedesmal ein Teil der Bestellung, deswegen immer schön kontrollieren. Am besten macht man den kurzen Umweg zur Hanauer Landstraße. Da läuft es definitiv besser

Ein kleines Lokal. Leider war das Essen so trocken als hätte es bereits den halben Tag gelegen. Das war leider das erste Mal, dass ich das Essen von KFC weggeschmissen habe. Die Burger gingen ja noch, aber sowohl die Hähnchenteile als auch die Chrispys und die Filet Bytes musste ich entsorgen.

Wir waren dreimal hier essen. Schon beim zweiten Besuch kam uns der Service merkwürdig vor, beim dritten hat sich der Eindruck bestätigt. Über 25 Minuten aufs Essen gewartet, trotz Beschwerden keine Besserung. Der Service ist sehr schlecht, die Preise dafür zu hoch. So etwas habe ich selten erlebt. Für uns war es definitiv das letzte Mal. Nie wieder.

Die Pommes waren ungewürzt? Das ist seltsam, denn in allen anderen KFC-Filialen in Frankfurt, die ich kenne, wurden sie gesalzen. Ich bin dummerweise an einem der heißesten Tage dort gewesen, und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Ich habe die Angestellten gefragt, und der Manager meinte nur: „Sie ist an“, obwohl sie nicht funktionierte. Ich gehe da nicht mehr hin.

Ich habe hier gestern mit Uber Eats bestellt. In der 3er Hähnchenbox waren 2 panierte Knochen, also kein Fleisch dran und eine kleine Keule mit kalten Pommes für ca.17€. Das war richtig unverschämt.

Personel spricht kein Deutsch, Essen nicht besonders frisch. Ein Stern ist eigentlich zu viel

Ich gebe normalerweise keine schlechten Rezensionen ab. Sorry, hier muss ich es! Für eine normale Bestellung (3 Personen) 45!!!!!! Minuten Wartezeit. (Es waren nur 2 weitere Kunden im Restaurant, niemand im Drive in). Die Hälfte der Bestellung hat gefehlt! Essen war trocken. Pommes waren kalt! Für den Preis nicht zu akzeptieren! Schade….

Bin echt enttäuscht sind nicht freundlich nur schnell schnell und dann hab ich nicht das bekommen wofür ich gezahlt habe frechheit.

Leckeres Essen und nette höfliche Bedienung

Ich war hier essen. Durchfall bekommen, Bauchschmerzen. Der Schichtleiter war zudem äußerst unhöflich und die Mitarbeiter können kein deutsch.

Der Bestellautomat hat nicht funktioniert und an der Kasse wollte man nicht helfen.

Achtung, schlechtes Essen und Abzocke!!!! Parkplatz kostenpflichtig, 40 €Ticket beim Essen erhalten, nach nur 10min, das wird profesionell gemacht. Danke KFC, hier war ich das letzte mal.

Es ist schon lange her dass man KFC als Lecker bezeichnen konnte, aber Ihr habt es gepackt ! Mir sind bei meinen Besuch Persönlich keine großen Kritik Punkte aufgeallen, bis auf unordentliche Tische und Nachfüllstation (ob es an der Uhrzeit lag?)

Nicht zu Empfehlen! Unsere Hähnchenteile waren sehr trocken. Unserem Sohn 13 Jahre wurde vom Personal ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken ein Zinger Dunked Burger verkauft. Er wurde nicht auf die Schärfe hingewiesen. Nach dem Verzehr hatte unser Sohn tagelang Probleme mit dem Magen. Hier sollte man das Personal sensibilisieren.

War der einzige im Laden außer eine person und die leute brauchten wirklich ungefähr 15 Minuten. Wenn ich bar bezahle werde ich auch immer nach Wechselgeld gefragt.

Das Essen war alt, die Chicken Wings waren schwarz statt gelb. Es waren Auberginen, die genauso aussahen. Der Saft war ungenießbar, der Angestellte sehr arrogant, und es waren Teenager da, die extrem laut waren – niemand hat etwas gesagt. Meidet dieses KFC!

2/3 Automaten defekt und es lässt sich nicht bei einem Menschen bestellen, der sich hinten langweilt.

Ich war gestern hier essen, weil ich in der Gegend zu tun hatte. Ein Zingerburger Menü zum Verzehr im Restaurant und 18 Stück Hot Wings zum mitnehmen. Leider war das Filetstück im Burger, so versalzen, dass man es nicht verzehren konnte. Man wollte wohl das Fleisch wohl mit Salz konservieren. Zuhause angekommen, wollte mein Sohn die Hot Wings nicht essen und musste feststellen, dass diese zum zweiten Mal frittiert wurden. Wir haben dann diese entsorgt. Nie wieder!

Essen ist nicht gut. Alle anderen KFC waren besser.

Die einzige Toilette für m/w ließ sich nicht abschließend, der Rahmen war verzogen. Das geht leider gar nicht!

Die Toilette war sehr schmutzig und wurde trotz Mittags niemand geputzt.

Ein Menü mit Pommes und Hähnchensticks zum mitnehmen bestellt. 15! Minuten später konnte ich dann alles mitnehmen. Zuhause schaue ich in die Tüte, was fehlt? Das Hähnchen! Das ist doch ein schlechter Scherz. Jetzt habe ich 11 Euro für Pommes und ein Getränk bezahlt.

Was für Fast Food....da hab ich schneller ein Hähnchen gegrillt...man wartet 40 min a6f sein Essen...letzte mal echt

Vorsicht Abzocke, ich war bei diesen KFC um mir was mitzunehmen als ichnach vielleicht 5 min an mein Auto ging hatte ich ein strafzettel in höhe von 45 euro an mein Auto. Der Mitarbeiter drinne machte ein Foto davon und versicherte mir das Die Sache erledigt sei. Wochen später kriege ich nicht nur den strafzettel sondern eine Mahngebühr. Geht es euch wirklich so schlecht das ihr den Kunden auf so eine eklige Weise das Geld aus der Tasche ziehen wollt. Also ich werde niewieder in einem Kfc essen gehen, genauso wenig ist das Unternehmen auf irgendeine Weise erreichbar damit wir die sache klären können. Absoluter Betrügerverein ist das

Eben gegessen. Milchshake Erdbeere hat sehr komisch geschmeckt 10 min zum Hotel gegangen nun hab ich Durchfall. Ich werde Anzeige beim Gesundheitsamt machen das ist nicht normal

Leider war ein Teil des Essens nur lauwarm obwohl vor Ort verzehrt. Service hervorragend, Reklamation werden sofort bearbeitet,

I ate at KFC today and shortly afterward, I had severe stomach pains. I also noticed that an employee in the kitchen emptied the trash can and immediately continued working without washing their hands. There was no soap or hot water in the restroom – very unhygienic. Absolutely not recommended for families with children!

Slowest KFC I know. Nobody speaks German, it's catastrophic.

Worst KFC in all of Frankfurt. Ordered on-site, opened at home, and half the order was missing, and that's not the first time this has happened. I don't feel like driving another 20 minutes there.

Unfortunately, the food at this KFC wasn't particularly good; perhaps the staff was just having a bad day; that can happen sometimes. What really surprised me, however, was the level of cleanliness. In my opinion, it was very unhygienic: The tables seemed to have not been wiped in a long time, and the restrooms were also in very poor condition. Luckily, I only had to stand; I'd rather not sit there.

The woman at the drive-thru is absolutely unfriendly, but otherwise it's a good place!

I actually like coming here. You wait for the late-night special and arrive at 10 p.m. Instead of the hot wings I ordered, they deliver crispies. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food, the fries were cold, and in the end, half of them were forgotten.

As usual, service depends on the staff. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, like any fast food restaurant.

What a disappointment! The fries were terribly limp and greasy, not even cooked through. The hot wings were still passable, and the chicken burger was tasty. But the most astonishing thing was that the table was completely unclean, and the "garbage cart" used to clear the trays was a complete mess. None of the staff seemed bothered, even though it wasn't busy...

The food we paid for never arrived. All they did on the phone was make excuses. A real dump. It should be closed immediately. No food, but €40 was gone.

The drinks are endlessly refilled and the food is delicious. The service isn't particularly good or bad.😆

You're looking forward to a delicious meal in an air-conditioned KFC when it's over 33°C, but unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any. It was just as hot inside as it was outside. The burger was okay, but the fries were soggy, even though they should have been crispier in this heat.

It's not on the level of other KFCs.

A few hours after eating there, I experienced stomach pain and diarrhea. It could be a coincidence, but given the poor Google reviews, I don't think so. Something is wrong at the restaurant.

Unfortunately, only three stars—simply because you can't get the iconic chicken pieces here. And those are my main reason for going to KFC. Otherwise, it's impeccable 👍🏼

Everything looks like KFC but unfortunately it doesn't taste like it at all.

He shouldn't be surprised why fewer and fewer people are eating there. It's not clean, the food isn't what it used to be, and it's not really hygienic either. Perhaps RTL should investigate this as well, and not just Burger King.

9 p.m., no milkshakes, no toys for the kids' box, no tea (the 13-year-old is offered a coffee instead), not all cold drinks are available, all ordering terminals are broken, the staff are completely overwhelmed, several items are missing from their order, but they are given to other guests first! Some restrooms are closed, wheelchair accessible toilets are open, not particularly clean, and the trash can is overflowing. Standard KFC food.

Simply disgusting, the food is dry and tasteless. I ordered a large portion of potatoes, but they only added a small amount and said there was nothing left. Everything is dirty, and they work very slowly. The most tasteless place.

Overall, it's quite good, but the staff seems anything but motivated. I was there this week and was simply ignored while ordering. Instead, the staff preferred to play around with their phones rather than take orders. This also happened a while ago: while ordering, they also played around with their phones the entire time.

First of all when we arrived for lunch the machine to order gave us an option of changing the language to english but then kept reverting back to German. Not ideal but hey we carry on. We then managed to get our order complete and the pay function wouldn't work at the machine so we had to ask a member of staff to help and transfer the payment to the counter. They did help alot. We then received our food and to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. To be honest I wouldn't even want to feed it to a dog. All in all a very bad experience only made slightly tangible by the helpful staff. Would definitely not recommend.

I usually go to the KFC on Hanauer Landstraße or in Nordwest-Zentrum, but this time I was near Borsigallee and was hungry for KFC. So I went there. I ordered the Bacon & Cheese as part of the meal and got a piece of chicken with it. It's a shame they no longer serve 7UP without Zero, but I'll just drink a Pepsi. The employee was very friendly, and my food came very quickly. Unfortunately, the "bacon" in my burger was a 2cm wide, hard slice – like chewy meat. I couldn't bite or chew it. After that, I wanted to eat my piece of chicken. It looked like a piece of breast meat. But in reality, it was a big lump of bone, and there was only 1cm x 2cm of dry meat. The rest was just a big breaded hunk of bone. I left everything and left. I won't eat there again. I usually like KFC, but I won't be going back to that store.

A terrible service: If you can't place an order at the machine, the cashier won't take it. Even when I explained why, he demanded I go to the machine. Finally, after a long discussion and a demonstration at the machine, he took the order. Proof that he didn't want to, because he could do it anyway. On top of that, we waited 45 minutes for an order at the "fast food" restaurant.

Unfortunately, my visit to KFC was very disappointing. I had to wait a full 35 minutes for my food. Far too long for fast food. Another customer left before me because of the wait. The employees seemed visibly overwhelmed, which was also reflected in the condition of the restaurant: all the tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped. Overall, a very poor experience that definitely needs improvement.

It's KFC... The meat was okay, but coleslaw and gravy were forgotten, no sauces were included, and all the extras were missing. Considering I spent €62 with you, I have to say it was terrible. If you really want KFC, go to the Hanauer.

We already suspected something was wrong in the store, since the customer before us had already had dry meat. The employee just looked really annoyed. Our meat was absolutely dry and inedible. The health department really should be there! On top of that, the coleslaw was expired.

Ordered via drive through the 3pc original box and extra hot wings. We got home and realized they only gave 2 original pc and changed it to 3 hot wings. Basically it looked like they ran out of original chicken and thought it’s best to replace it with hot wings. The idea is okay but there was no information whatsoever about this change and this is Not okay! We have ordered the original chicken meant for our kids. Now we have spicy chicken wings.

Friendly, but forgot two portions of fries that were part of the bucket. Unfortunately not checked and noticed too late. It was too expensive for that.

When I was there, the chef touched my burger with his hands. When I asked him about it, he said I'd make you a new one and then picked out the smallest chicken for my burger. When I asked him about it again, he cut the chicken in half again in the other room

Food was delicious and the food came to our table quickly 😊 the only disadvantage was that it was way too warm in here, otherwise it was great 👍

It takes to much time to get the food ready and it’s dirty

A branch with 2 well-known chains doesn't even manage a daily turnover of over €3,000. The Franchies have systematically run the store down. Burgers are cold throughout, expired food is labeled with new times. Dirty tables, toilets.

I've known KFC for a long time, even from the USA, and it was the worst fried chicken I've ever eaten. Never again

A poor employee had to take care of all the orders (KFC and the second one). Unfortunately she had no idea how to prepare anything, so apart from pizza nothing was possible. A thorough cleaning of the tables and floor would also have been urgently necessary

I ordered Menu for 16.18 euro, and realised that I need more Ketchup. I asked cashier to give me one more ketchup, and she said that it costs 50 cents. Reallyyy???!!! For 17 ml ketchup? I paid for the menu already, that shouldn’t be any extra payment.

They were very friendly and helpful when ordering and it went quickly. Unfortunately, 2 people cannot hold 5 positions at the same time. Looks like a win!!!

I like KFC, the best fast food restaurant in Germany. And the service here has gotten better and better. But when I buy offers, I expect them too. I got 4 plus 12, I got 2 plus 12. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home

**Incredibly bad – never again!** I got a combo box from KFC on Borsigallee 33A and it was an absolute failure. The fries were ice cold and had a disgusting taste, like they were ancient. The hot wings were actually *cold wings* and tasted like they came from an old laying hen. The chicken part looked like it had been scraped off the street - and that's how it tasted: totally rotten and disgusting. Worst part: I can barely get this horrible taste out of my mouth, and my tongue feels furry, like I've eaten something spoiled. The American chicken baron has absolutely failed here. This restaurant is an imposition and should actually be reported to consumer protection. It's a shame that you can't give zero stars here. Absolutely disgusting - I will never enter this disgusting restaurant again.

Can there be a worse KFC in the Rhine-Main area than on Borsigalee? Hard to imagine! Disinterested, bored staff on the lookout for the customer. You can save yourself the drive in, you'll starve in front of the intercom. Luckily there are other fast food temples a few meters away.

Unfortunately not a positive experience. Restaurant and tables dirty, partly littered. The toilet and sink were unappetizingly dirty and there was vomit (?) on the toilet seat. Eating took forever and different chicken pieces than ordered were served without comment. The taste was good, but despite the 'offer' it was disproportionately expensive. All in all, not worth visiting again.

Were at the drive in, ordered a menu and a citizen and for the sixth time forgot the fries at the menu. That doesn't work at all. The best thing I would do is give zero stars, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I'll just give this restaurant one star and I'd rather go to Hanau

A little cramped in the store but orders are prepared quickly and the staff is friendly. The toilet was pretty dirty though.

Ordered through uber eats. Part of the order was forgotten (it can happen, but it's not that bad). I contact the Uber driver and he tells me to call KFC (sounds understandable). The gentleman at KFC didn't WANT to help me under any circumstances. I called several times and each time he hung up (see attachment). In the end the gentleman from KFC seriously says that I should call the Uber driver and send him to KFC. Are you serious? What kind of service is this? I hope this comment discourages as many people as possible from ordering from you. What horrible service, unbelievable.

Not recommended, Meat dry and hard, both the taste and texture were not as usual. Drinks were tasteless, apparently the syrup in the drinks dispenser was empty. Shame about the money
