Essen war ok und relativ schnell da. Leider oft überfüllt. Außerdem sind die Bestellungen manchmal nicht ganz richtig.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hungersnot am Flughafen Frankfurt. McDonald’s komplett überfüllt. Hoffnung? Gleich null. Plötzlich erschien am Horizont ein gelbes Shirt – die Mitarbeiterin mit blondem Zopf und Brille. Was dann folgte, war keine Schicht mehr, sondern ein legendärer Solo-Run an der Kasse. Ich bin satt nach Hause gegangen und habe den Glauben an die Menschheit zurückgewonnen. Gebt dieser Frau eine Gehaltserhöhung. 🍔👑

Der Tischservice hat gut geklappt. Die Sauberkeit der Tischplätze ließ zu Wünschen übrig. In 30 min in der Mittagszeit kam leider keine Servicekraft zum Saubermachen vorbei - und die Tische waren fast alle dreckig.

Öffnungszeit bis 1 Uhr. Ab 23:30 Uhr wurde niemand mehr reingelassen. Frech.

Habe per App meine Bestellung am Tisch mit Tisch Service bestellt .Leider war Mc Donalds die Mitarbeiter ueberfordert mit der Arbeit gewesen . Bin selbst nach vorne zum Schalter gelaufen um es selbst abzuholen . Aber die Mitarbeiter haben mich ignoriert . Besonders die Afrikanische Dame mit lange geflochtene Haare . Die hat mich so dumm angemacht.. sie meinte wenn ich nicht warten möchte .. sie kann mir das Geld zurück geben . Dabei wollte sie nicht wissen was ich bestellt habe und welche Nummer ich hatte . Meine Getränke ICE latte macciato Redbull berry und CheeseBurger Menü standen bereits da . Das hat die nicht interessiert . Extrem unfreundliche Mitarbeiter .. , lange nicht mehr so unfreundliche Menschen beim Service entdeckt .

War heute vor der Arbeit noch kurz bei McDonald’s und habe einen Ice Latte Caramel bestellt. Geschmacklich war er nichts Besonderes und der Becher zudem nicht einmal ganz gefüllt. Für 4,29 € passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich einfach nicht. Außerdem gab es keinen Airport-Mitarbeiterrabatt. Ob es auf dieses Getränk überhaupt einen Rabatt gibt, weiß ich allerdings nicht. Insgesamt hat mich der Besuch dieses Mal nicht überzeugt.

Mein Freund und ich waren vor 2 Wochen dort da wir jemanden zum Flughafen gebracht haben. Haben beide Hamburger Royal TS gegessen und beide in der selben Nacht mit Durchfall und Brechen flachgelegen. Uns gings wirklich sehr schlecht, sodass ich sogar ärztlich versorgt werden musste. LEBENSMITTELVERGIFTUNG. Beim dortigen Zulauf kein Wunder dass die Hygiene auf der Strecke bleibt.

Chaos und Schmutz. Niemand hat den Beleg kontrolliert, als ich mein Essen abgeholt habe; es hätte buchstäblich jeder nehmen können. Das Tablett sah schmutzig aus, das Papier darauf wirkte wiederverwendet. Die Tische waren schmutzig. Mein Hamburger war so zubereitet, dass er meinen Appetit zügeln sollte, und die Mayonnaise fehlte, als ich ihn abholte.

Das Restaurant ist vom Ankunftsbereich aus schwer zu finden...

Bin gerne mal bei euch weil ihr einer der besten hier in der Region seid. Aber bei 11,39€ für eine 20er Chicken Mc Nuggets Box bin ich raus!

Absolut enttäuschender Service und schlechte Stimmung! ​Wir haben in dieser Filiale lediglich 4 Getränke bestellt und mussten sage und schreibe 35 Minuten darauf warten. Die Getränke standen die ganze Zeit sichtlich fertig im Hintergrund bereit. ​Als wir das Personal darauf angesprochen haben, wurden wir nur mit einem kurzen „Warten Sie!“ abgespeist. Was den Aufenthalt aber besonders unangenehm gemacht hat, war der Umgang der Mitarbeiter untereinander. Der Tonfall und das Miteinander im Team waren extrem unfreundlich und giftig – das bekommt man als Kunde unfreiwillig mit und sorgt für eine ganz schlechte Atmosphäre. ​Wenn man schon für ein paar simple Softdrinks über eine halbe Stunde braucht, sollte zumindest das Arbeitsklima stimmen. Hier gehen wir definitiv nicht mehr hin!

Allein die Zubereitung des Getränks dauerte über 15 Minuten. Da wir unseren Zug erreichen mussten, mussten wir mit dem Essen allein gehen. Keine besonders schöne Erfahrung.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich dieses McDonald's im Untergeschoss (-1) befindet! Sie finden es nicht im Terminalbereich. Nebenan gibt es außerdem ein kleines KFC.

Burger kalt, Pommes hart weil in der Friteuse wiederaufgewärmt.

Einer der schlechtesten McDonald’s-Besuche überhaupt. Wenn man etwas extra bestellt, wird es vergessen, und mein Burger musste zweimal zubereitet werden. Überlegt es euch also gut, ob ihr dorthin geht, wenn ihr bereit seid, 20 Minuten mit anderen Kunden auf euer Essen zu warten und am Ende nicht das zu bekommen, was ihr bestellt habt!

Kommen Sie bloß nicht hierher, außer Sie haben keine andere Wahl. Ich zeigte ihr meinen Kassenbon und sagte ihr ausdrücklich, dass ich keinen Speck möchte. Sie nahm die Bestellung einer anderen Person an und machte, was ich verlangt hatte. Ich korrigierte ihren Fehler, und sie zeigte nur ein Gesicht. Schauen Sie sich Ihr System an, bevor Sie reagieren. Tun Sie nicht so, als wären Sie schlau, wenn Sie es nicht sind. Die Burger sind hier nicht besonders gut, Sie haben einfach nur Glück, dass Sie am Flughafen sind. Ich glaube, ich habe nicht verstanden, was Sie Ihrem Manager gesagt haben. Es war eindeutig Ihr Fehler, deutsche Dame.

Sehr sauber. Essen kam super schnell - alles warm und kross. Das Essen war sogar auf dem Tablett schön angerichtet, nicht einfach draufgestapelt. Bedienung extrem freundlich - hat mich später beim Vorbeigehen sogar gefragt, ob alles OK ist. Geräuschpegel sehr gering, trotz vieler Personen rundherum. Wer am Flughafen Zeit totschlagen muss und Bock auf Fastfood hat - uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Eine der Angestellten war heute um 13 Uhr so ​​unhöflich und unverschämt, dass sie dringend Hilfe braucht. Die Inhaber sollten sie entlassen, wenn sie den Laden behalten wollen.

Romantische Atmosphäre, ich habe hier mit einem Mädchen ein Big-Mac-Menü gegessen, und nach dem Essen war sie schon meine Freundin.

Ich musste 19 Minuten warten, bis die Bedienung mein Essen brachte, während Gäste nach mir bereits bedient wurden. Ich verstehe, dass viel Arbeit anfällt, aber als ich freundlich fragte, ob ich mein Essen selbst abholen könnte, sagte sie laut: „Ich habe doch schon gesagt, dass ich zu Ihnen komme“, obwohl ich vorher gar nichts gesagt hatte. Das war wirklich unhöflich.

Spielplatz ist toll aber einige Funktionen sind kaputt. Könnte eine Reinigung vertragen.

Die Angestellten dort sind zwar nicht unhöflich, aber sie schauen einen seltsam an. Auf Fragen reagieren sie sarkastisch. Offenbar sind die Leute, die bei diesem McDonald's arbeiten, sehr unglücklich.

Macht den Laden einfach dicht! Die Angestellten sind völlig inkompetent, ständig verwirrt und Bestellungen sind unvollständig. Man wartet ewig auf seinen Kaffee, obwohl kaum jemand da ist! Eine Frechheit!

Meine Freundin hat heute zum ersten Mal einen Matcha Latte in Ihrer Filiale bestellt. Leider war das Getränk aufgrund der extremen Süße ungenießbar. Auf Nachfrage erklärte das Personal lediglich, dass das Pulver vorschriftsmäßig angerührt wurde. Unter gutem Service hätten wir verstanden, dass uns eine Alternative angeboten wird.

Typisches McDonald's Essen ABER die Pommes waren sehr weich oder lätschig. Das konnten wir nicht essen. Früher war das bei McDonald's besser.

Rude service. Didn’t offer a sauce for my meal and made me purchase a ketchup packet.

Another one from this chain. Everything was clean and fast. I did get the feeling that the hamburgers were smaller.

There is no table service. Waiters are hanging around the counter chatting. Ordered coke without ice, got with. As I complained at the counter, no excuse. NEVER EVER!!!!

You know what to expect at McDonald's, and that's perfectly fine. The food was exactly as you'd expect. But I especially want to highlight the service! Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly. One employee brought our food to the table with a smile. Even after we'd finished, she was incredibly attentive: she cleared tables, cleaned, and cleared ours too—all while still smiling. That's what I call top-notch service and genuine friendliness! Worst, never come here. 1. Eggshells still in the McMuffin -> I'm going to file a complaint with McDonald's headquarters. 2. The packaging is extremely poor. Half the packaging is empty. 3. The McMuffin packaging is also poor. There's about 1/8 of a bacon in the Bacon Egg McMuffin. Hahahaha. The hygiene is beyond words. You can tell how sanitary they are just by looking at the eggshells still in the McMuffin.

The staff there urgently need basic training (breakfast).

Well, you shouldn't have opened the store today at all. Half the menu was unavailable, and what was served was almost inedible. The fries were cold and soggy, the Big Mac lukewarm and dry as the Gobi Desert. The Royal TS was out, so I ordered a Royal Cheese instead, which wasn't related to the Gobi Desert, but had apparently spent the evening in the fridge... With the crowds and the throughput, it should be possible to offer reasonably freshly produced goods.

I'm sorry, but this is an absolute dump. We placed our breakfast order shortly after 10 and decided to pay in cash. The cashier was incredibly stressed because she said they were busy, which wasn't the case. She told us at the beginning that we had to wait a moment so we could pay. The branch is on the second basement level of the City Mall, near Terminal A. The location on Google Maps isn't really accurate, so I had to search for a long time.

I have ordered food with Cocacola, they have filled cocacola cups with ice aside and they are waiting for orders. My Cocacola was completely water because it’s been waiting with ice for while, when i asked to change it, the stuff made fund of me and spoke to me a bit harder and one other lady said this company should bring us bottles instead of the machine. The service was extremely unfriendly, and we didn't receive our €5.70 change. We ordered from the terminals and paid in cash at the counter, as my father, who is from the USA, wanted to pay. A very unfriendly lady came to us and said that food isn't brought to the table here, but it wasn't exactly the case. She then charged us and didn't give us the change. So, all in all, an unpleasant situation. The food was otherwise good.

Warning: Food poisoning. We ate here and my boyfriend had a burger that tasted strange even while eating it. This resulted in severe food poisoning! We vomited all day, so we were unable to leave our hotel and even had to extend our stay. We'll never come back here. We completely agree with the other reviews regarding the lack of hygiene.

I asked if the cheese was plant based in the McPlant burger and 2 workers told me it was. So I ordered it. But while waiting for my burger to be made I had a strange feeling so I checked online and saw that it wasn’t. To be honest this is partly on me for not thoroughly checking beforehand. I was in a hurry to catch my train and thought of asking as the quickest option. I told them the cheese had dairy and the manager came and made sure I didn’t get cheese in my burger. The reason I’m writing this review is that no one took responsibility for this. I told the manager that he should probably train his staff better. But he insinuated that it was my fault for not checking the ingredients before hand on the screen (which I didn’t know I could do). Anyways, all this to say: be more professional. If you don’t know, double check rather than give whatever answer makes your job easier.

Standard MC was a stopover on the way to Frankfurt Airport. We landed at night, and luckily, MC was nearby.

Incompetent, except for the manager. After problems with the app, I had to discuss things with several unfriendly employees without any help or support. Absolutely terrible service.

On Tuesday around 5:00 p.m., we visited a busy McDonald's restaurant. We placed our order via a terminal, as recommended. We chose the "dine in" option and paid cashless. Our order was served at our table within five minutes. I've never experienced such speedy service at any other restaurant. However, the staff seemed unmotivated, and the restaurant wasn't neatly organized.

Service is much better again thanks to experienced staff. Soft drinks are finally available for breakfast, and the homeless problem has improved somewhat.

Unfortunately, it was very dirty, with food lying all over the floor and seating scattered everywhere. I wouldn't recommend it!

Risk of confusion! Here are photos of the McDonald's in Terminal 2 – but that's not the one on the visitor's terrace! The large one with the adjacent McCafé and children's playground in Terminal 2 is only open until 10 p.m. daily!

I ordered breakfast this morning and had to wait a full 15 minutes for the food, especially for an airport meal. Way too long! When the food finally arrived, three drinks were missing, and the large cappuccino was smaller than the small cappuccino. There was a hair in the Sprite that was ordered later. The manager was also arrogant and asked me what I wanted. That's completely unacceptable! Better avoid.

The food came very quickly. Staff very friendly and competent. Therefore 4 stars.

Disappointing and disrespectful treatment of young customers – 0 out of 5 I called McDonald's at Frankfurt Airport without knowing it was a branch inside the airport. I'm a teenager and wanted to order food for my parents and me. An employee answered the phone, and I politely asked if they offered home delivery. She replied, "Yes, of course, just order." So I started ordering – first for myself, then for my parents, who were sitting next to me. Suddenly, she interrupted me and said something like, "That's enough now, you won't eat it all anyway." I was surprised and told her I was ordering for my parents. My mother overheard the conversation and joined in. She asked why people spoke to customers like that. The employee suddenly changed her tone and said, "By the way, we don't deliver. And we don't accept orders from children." Then she simply hung up. I find this behavior completely inappropriate and disrespectful. If they had said from the beginning, "Sorry, we don't deliver," or politely pointed out, "If you're a minor, please have your parents call," everything would have been fine. My parents would have simply taken the order. But letting me order first, then belittling me, and finally fobbling me off with, "We don't accept orders from children" – that's simply unprofessional. I'm not a small child and I want to be taken seriously – especially when I communicate politely and clearly. That's not how you treat customers, young or old. Conclusion: 0 out of 5 stars. A very disappointing experience.

The owner apparently doesn't need any sales. I stood behind a family from abroad for 10 minutes while ordering. Very normal at an airport. What isn't normal is that four employees, including the shift manager, are standing next to me, doing absolutely nothing but not deeming it necessary to take my order. So I left again. 👍

Classic experience nothing else

I was there last year, but forgot to leave a review last time. The staff are quite friendly, and the food was good too. If you get off the plane hungry, it's nice that at least McDonald's is still open so you can get something to eat quickly.

Nice seating. Unfortunately, there were no windows and no real light. What struck me as particularly tragic, however, was one unfortunate incident. When I ordered a hot apple turnover, I was told upon pickup that they were out of apple turnovers and I could only have a vanilla turnover. So far, so good. I bit the bullet and took the replacement. However, just a short time later, I witnessed a customer after me actually receiving an apple turnover. This very disappointing experience was not even made up for by the mediocre vanilla turnover. But it's a McDonald's, you can have it if you can live with the fact that it's fast food.
