They throw people out of the lad shortly before 2 p.m. and close it Man can't even finish eating! Today is July 16, 2024 About 20 were thrown out

The manager is stupid and doesn't know how to manage the staff.

It's the worst. Unless you want to ruin your mood, don't go here even if there's nothing to eat in the airport. There are some reviews about paid ketchup, and among the McDonald's around the world I've been to, this is the first one that sells ketchup for 50 cents, but if it's a policy, there's nothing you can do about it. But if they tell you to pay money to buy it, shouldn’t you sell it for money?? No intention to take orders, no guidance, just ignores people. If you want to pay with cash, you will have to face the staff and be treated rudely, so brace yourself. All the employees are grumpy and unfriendly. They just openly ignore the customers (not only me but everyone waiting). If you don't want to work, I hope you don't work. Don't upset the feelings of other people traveling.

3 out of 5 ordered pieces are correct. I expected a worse result because it is McDonalds.

This branch was disastrous. The staff was extremely incompetent and barely spoke German, making communication a nightmare. The shop was dirty and left a completely unkempt impression. I had to wait over 30 minutes for two cokes and despite repeatedly asking, I didn't get them even though I had already paid. Instead of helping, an idle usher stood by and did absolutely nothing to improve the situation. This visit was an absolute disgrace. This branch definitely doesn't deserve a recommendation.

McDonald's with playground that is indoor and for every child and every age. There is cool down area, a small balcony to walk on, and separate coffee shop with gouches. The menu is different than other McDonald's have, more healthier I would say. Only thing that I complained about was the wrap ..it smelled like a perfume or body odor and it was pretty bad. The other things was a customer won't get punkte there they gotta go to Terminal one.

Food is fine but attitude/incompetence of the staff is at this location is abysmal Dear McDonald's staff, two pieces of feedback - have the basic courtesy to not SCREAM at customers - do not provide option for table service if you don't offer one. We don't want to be screamed at for not coming to the counter after choosing table service at the kiosk

After being mishandled by the sheraton at the airport and having a difficult day of meetings I needed some quick comfort food. I'm not really a big McDonald's fan but on this occasion the service was quick, good value and delivered exactly what I ordered. Would visit again when in the same situation

I took a Mc Crispy, the cheese was really cold and everything tasted not good. After an hour or so, I threw up.

8pm on a Thursday evening and closed, don’t rely on this venue for dinners

The bread was cold -as per cold from the fridge- , the cheese was still perfectly square (not melted). Manager denied even in front of evidence (= putting his fingers in the burger and giving it back to me saying it wasn’t). Could I do anything except leaving and loosing 15€ ? Unfortunately not. Unfortunately my review will not change anything either.

Tragedy! Basic menu taste really bad, nuggets full of oil. Worst taste in my life. I ask for ketchup for frise (i don't get any with order), i heard "0,50€ !! No free ketchup" Bad Food, unpleasant service.

The staff here are so rude and impolite! They don't even know the first thing about customer service. It's really frustrating.

Never again! This "restaurant" here is by FAR the slowest and the employees are unmotivated and rude. Really bad! Employees act stupid when you ask them about coupons. Wouldn't work there. Such a desert of service is really unbelievable. The employees work as if they were paid 2 euros an hour. Maybe that's true then I would understand. Never again.

I went here to eat with caution due to the poor reviews. Everything was good up to the point that I received my food and sat down to eat. The food was good, service was good until everyone in the restaurant had to get out because they were closed. It was 1:51 pm and this is happening. So we all left and ate in the terminal.

Great location inside airport. Large and clean. Great value menu. Hamburger buns were fresh.

One of the worst McDonalds in the worst airport in the world. The food is decent but the service is trash. They only give you 1 ketchup packet with your meal and charge you for extra ketchup. Talk about stingy! The lady also yells at you if ask for more ketchup!

We could get a quick breakfast for a good price. It was a good system to book on line and pay and just pick up the food. It was not bad at all.

Coffee tasted like ashes. I asked for it to be changed and they told me to go buy it somewhere else if I didn't like it!! Terrible customer service directly from the manager! What a shame.

Habe mir eine Latte Macchiato bestellt beim McCafe. Wurde an den Schalter für allgemeine Bestellungen verwiesen und habe extra nachgefragt, ob das auch das McCafe gilt- Antwort „ja“. Bekam dann nach 10 Min. einen Riesenbecher voll bis obenhin mit 90% Kaffee und ein etwas geschäumter Milch. Der kam aus der „normalen“ Maschine im Hintergrund und nicht von der schönen Baristamaschine mit frisch aufgeschäumter Milch. Schmeckte furchtbar. Hab reklamiert, ohne Erfolg und die Plörre stehen gelassen. Der Kaffee käme aus der gleichen Maschine wie im McCafe. Da war aber niemand zu sehen- kann man ja sehen Schraubt doch das Schild McCafe ab und verkauft die Baristamaschine. Ist nur Deko. Und ein Stockwerk höher bekommt man beim Italiener guten Kaffee von netten Personal.

Dass der McDonald's am Flughafen am Morgen nur Frühstück anbietet, ist uns unverständlich. Wir hätten gerne vor unserem Abflug noch ein komplettes McDonald's-Menü gegessen!

I was excited to try McDonald’s in Germany and came across one near Z terminals near gate Z58. All counters did not work and pointed to kiosk, I am not stupid but I could not figure out how to use it, plus i couldn’t read since it was in German. I asked the lady if the kiosk had English option, she said “yes” and left before I could ask her anything.. I went back to try again, and watched other people struggle.. I came back to ask her to help me order and she kept ignoring me and running around talking to her coworker and some other guys that came to personally order coffee from her.. looked like she knew them and was avoiding me standing and calling for her help. I left, I ordered at the next location but the experience was terrible and Germans are absolutely ignorant and have no service skills. I’ll try to avoid traveling trough Germany at all costs going forward

Nicht ganz so leicht zu finden, befindet sich im Terminal 1 - Ebene 0 - Bereich A. Qualität ist ganz in Ordnung, um 1:00 Uhr wird bereits für 2 Stunden geschlossen, innen ist es relativ warm.

When I arrived in Frankfurt at 6am it was still closed. When it opened I had the best coca-cola Ive had in a long time, but the food was basic, I did find the staff unfriendly but after a while I realised that everyone working at the airport was unfriendly so I realised its just cultural differences. Whats nice is that you can use a machine to place your order and it translates to english so all you'd have to do is just collect your food.

Food was ok like another McD 🤣 lot of sitting place, good for waste time and eating while waiting for flight.

My family and I chose to get breakfast from this McDonalds while going back home to the States. They are truly understaffed as there was only one person taking orders and it took so long to not only place my order but to get my order as well. I was shocked that the meal did not come with hash browns but my family and I just ate what we received.

I visited this McDonalds as I had a layover in Frankfurt. I have had significant health challenges and try to eat a plant based diet. I was so impressed that their plant-based burger was comparable in price to an all meat burger. Well done McDonald's in helping to encourage a more sustainable and healthy alternative.

Typischer McDonalds mit effizientem Service. Öffnungszeiten auf Maps stimmen überhaupt nicht. Sitze hier am Samstag um 19:30Ihr und das Restaurant ist geöffnet,

Defekte Bestellterminals, halbgare Kost (lauwarme Scheiblette wie aus der Verpackung), unsauberes und verschlissenes Mobiliar. Es ist ein Massenbetrieb in einem dunklen Loch, der seine besten Zeiten hinter sich hat.

The black lady who took my order (that was in the morning of the 28th of July, around 9 am) shouts at the customers and is extremely impatient. The rest of the staff were nice and presentable as far as I have dealt with. Nevertheless 5 stars. I don't take her shouting personally (sorry for her). But the nuggets were amazing. The fries as well. Probably the best I ever had. The McFlurries had a weird texture unique from elsewhere I've tried in North America and MENA. Not better than other McFlurries, but not bad, and crazy portion size! If you ever had to wait here, you must try out their nuggets and fries!

Ketchup is extra, coffee tastes like hot water, long line and they do not have some items. What a disappointment

Went to this Maccas near the German cafe/restaurant inside Frankfurt’s airport before our flight. When I ordered I asked if the Mango Banana Smoothie contained milk/dairy and the manager who was also the cashier looked at me and laughed and questioned me why would a fruit smoothie contain milk or dairy...and kept looking at me in a weird way and said, ‘no haha, no .. why would we put milk inside a smoothie.. haha....no there won’t be any milk...’.. and he kept repeating that... 🤦🏻‍♀️.. I almost fainted. Why on earth there are naive people believing there’s no milk inside smoothies.. smoothies is just the name of an ice blend drink, you may put fresh or frozen fruits with juice, yoghurt or milk.. or coconut water or anything you like. I don’t think it’s a joke especially I am one out of X number of people out there suffering lactose intolerance... Seriously I won’t feel embarrassing if I have to ask the same question again but I would be embarrassed if I not asked my question and have to rush to toilet during my jam packed 12 hrs flight.

国際線コンコースの３Fに店舗があり、メインコンコースが２Fであることからすると少し奥まった場所になります。その為か、入口 のゲートがそのままマックの「M」のマークに形作られており、黄色の電飾が煌々と輝いていました。価格は世界標準のビックマックで比較すると日本よりは2割ほど割高です。私が訪問した時は夕刻のディナータイムでしたがその割のは空いていたのでラッキーだった感想です。

Stood in line for 5 minutes at self serve Kiosk, wouldn’t take a credit card without a PIN (never had a pin for a credit card, ever), then said go to open cashier, that was a 35 minute wait, then 22 minutes more for my order.... over an hour for a fricking McDonalds Hamburger????? Get a clue folks!

Only place open early in the morning and I needed a coffee...the service was the worst. The cashier - wish I got her name- was rude to every person that came up and she did not understand. She even called customers derogatory names if they walked away. The manager, an older person was at the coffee counter around the corner and laughed or ignored the situation. If this is how McDonald's wants to portray their service overseas and Germany wants to display their attitude, I will dinner a different lay over country.

位於法蘭克福機場第二航廈樓上，在接駁電車 對側，裝潢上偏現代風格，明亮且乾淨。點餐也可以電子點餐，如果有德文障礙不失為一個好方法。但信用卡需要預借現金密碼唷。

一大早到機場,飛機delay,要出去的話 又剛好在上班交通尖峰,所以就所幸拿好車子之後留在機場裡面吃早餐.本來沒有打算上來的,只是一樓的麵包店咖啡機壞了,叫我上二樓. 我一上來才發現原來還有三樓.看到麥當勞就想說吃個麥滿芬. 三樓的位置很好, 可以看機場的飛機起降,位子相對也比較多樣可以選擇. 如果碰到相同的情況 可以上來這裡吃個早餐在出去會比較好
