Very slow waiting for the order almost 30 minutes food cold

Ordered through Wolt. I regularly receive different deliveries from this KFC than what I ordered. Yesterday I ordered again, the fries were missing, the ketchup was included. The Pepsi was without sugar, I didn't order it. The coleslaw was missing. I haven't been as disappointed as yesterday in a long time. No more lunch comes from here, it's a shame.

Hot wings are rubbish. Barely any chicken, mostly coating, not spicy. Order from Rooster via Wolt instead, for hot wings at least.

Crispy cheese tasted like vomit!

One of the worst KFCs I've visited so far. The entire order was incorrect, drinks were dispensed incorrectly and when we complained they said "we're out of cola"... you can't just give them table water! The burger was missing chilies and the fries were cold... all the tables were dirty! Never here again

i was the only one in line earlier today which was surprising so i expected to get my food quickly & not only did it take around 15 minutes but it was cold and the drink had no ice and the fries were cold and tasteless?

There were missing items from our delivery. When they brought this to my attention, we had to call four times. But they still didn't manage to deliver our order. We had to repeat ourselves several times because they didn't understand. The bag tore because sauce was spilled inside and we didn't get our food.

Employees are overwhelmed and take more orders than they can prepare. I decided to ask for my money back. The employee didn't pay any attention to anyone and some complained. Another employee is constantly on the phone and the manager simply wasn't helpful.

Worst KFC of all time... I really understand a lot of things, but what we experienced here is simply a complete impudence. First we were ignored at the checkout for 10 minutes, then we had to wait almost an hour for the food to be ready, after which orders that came after us were prepared before our order. In addition, the employees couldn't speak a word of German and couldn't get anything done. We actually ordered the food to be eaten on site. The employee packed it up to take away and then unpacked the food again because she couldn't read properly... One star is definitely too many here.

The KFC at Skyline Plaza is a convenient option for quick food, especially for mall visitors. Ordering through terminals makes the process efficient, but there can be longer wait times during lunch times. There are certainly better options in the food court

This kfc is different from other kfc, they are not offering original chicken kfc. Their bucket is completely out of standard. They are offering mix chickens.

Very loud and dirty dining area. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for a small menu with fries, 1 burger and 3 wings. The food was still half cold. You get food, but I wouldn't call it enjoyment.

Nothing seems to work here. Neither the machines to take the order , nor the staff and definitely not the food as there was a smell in the food.

Essen ist in gewohnter KFC Qualität. Wer hier bestellt sollte allerdings Zeit mitbringen, da man bis zu 20 Minuten auf sein Essen warten kann. Am besten vorher schauen wie viel los ist.

Standard KFC. Allerdings sind die Wartezeiten jenseits von Gut und Böse. Ich habe in der Mittagspause für einen Chilli Cheese Crunch (der kleinste Burger bei KFC wohl gemerkt) um 11:30 Uhr über 20 Minuten gewartet. Die Mitarbeiter sind total überfordert. Nochmal würde ich in einer Mittagspause nicht mehr hier bestellen. Ich kann ja nicht die gesamte Pause hierfür aufwenden. Ich würde nicht mal sagen, dass das Personal inkompetent ist. Es sind nur viel zu wenige Mitarbeiter dort, die das Ganze nicht in einer angemessenen Zeit bewältigen können. Man dachte sich wohl; kleiner Laden=wenige Mitarbeiter. Die Größe sagt aber nichts aus über die Nachfrage. Bei der Nachfrage im Skyline Plaza musst du einfach viel mehr Personal stellen. Insbesondere in den Mittagszeiten.

3 automatische Kassen, ca. 45 Minuten Wartezeit für "fast Food" und 2 total überforderte Mitarbeiterinnen. Die Schlange wächst und Menschen werden ungeduldig. Lieber überall anders essen, als hier.

Малий формат закладу. Відсутнє зовнішнє меню. Замовити можливо тільки через автоматичний екран. Вибране меню не зовсім відповідає відпускній упаковці. Персонал був привітним, але дуже втомленим так-як дуже багато бажаючих і двоє людей персоналу просто фізично не встигають.

Übliche systemgastronomie Qualität soweit in Ordnung leider öfters etwas längere wartezeiten das Essen ist etwas zu fettig hier benötigt man etwas längere abtropf Zeiten bevor es zum Kunden gegeben wird. Fazit dreieinhalb Sterne aufgerundet 4-Sterne soweit okay.

I have an experience with the KFC chain that lasts more than 4 years I have never complained about the quality of food or anything related to them but my experience with this place was very bad. The quality of their food was bad and their hygiene was not perfect

The chicken tastes still great. But the fries were cold and really 👎 bad. The service was apathic and lifeless. Actually also bad. Next time I buy just chicken to go.

Die cryspys sind zu klein in Vergleich zu anderen kfcs. Immer wird etwas vergessen.
