McDonald's in Frankfurt am Main

Very good McDonald's in terms of quality. Waiting times can be a bit longer during peak hours. The children's play area could use an update, hence only 4 stars for ambiance. I've never had anything to complain about, though. I come here often.

Burgers cold, tables and floor sticky – unfortunately disappointing.

From the beginning, we carefully and politely asked if the 7 different TinyTAN Happy Meal figures were available and if we could get them. The employee said yes, they were all available. We then ordered 7 Happy Meals on the screen and paid. When we picked them up, we mentioned it again, but suddenly a manager came over and repeatedly said "no, no, no." We couldn't understand why the selection wasn't possible, even though we had asked right from the start. The manager finally said he would give us as many different figures as possible. At home, however, we discovered that we had received several duplicate boxes. He promised us we could come back on Saturday to exchange them. My daughter was disappointed, but she was looking forward to the appointment. So we came back today. Unfortunately, the same manager didn't bother us, and another employee told us they were out of figures and that an exchange wasn't possible. We only came because we were promised an exchange. Of course, we didn't have great expectations, but the situation was very disappointing. We would like to point out: We had a similar situation at McDonald's Hauptwache, and they helped us very friendly and without any problems. For children, a small toy like that sometimes means a lot. We don't really want to mess around with such things. But it's important for children – simply because they're children. We've been here many times. But we won't be coming here again.

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I was urgently looking for a restroom, but their washroom was out of order. I noticed that there was a staff restroom right behind, but I wasn’t allowed to use it, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, I ordered a Pepsi and a milkshake but was only given one straw. When I asked for another, the staff refused, saying they don’t provide more than one. This is not the level of service I would expect from such a popular food chain like McDonald’s.

This morning a woman and I stood at the checkout for at least 10 minutes while the cashier looked at us and didn't even try to come up to us and ask what we would like to order, but no, instead she was there complaining that it was busy so she couldn't serve us, it was a 3 minute thing, there were only two of us, instead she answered cheekily and said no, then why are you here, you want to earn money but can't do your job properly.

New owner since April, a lot has happened, food is quick and warm, clean and always in a good mood and seems to be a good team, would gladly come again

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The quality of the fries is terrible, and the Big Mac isn't any better... The staff are unmotivated and rude.

I ordered a milkshake and was absolutely disappointed. The shake smelled disgusting and tasted sour—clearly spoiled. This shouldn't happen at a major chain like McDonald's. Never again!

2025-07-22 The downward trend continues. Big Mac almost without lettuce and onion pieces. Substitute burger slightly better but just as careless. When complaining, they mumbled something about 12.5 grams of lettuce... Apparently, there's a staff shortage today. No table service. Restrooms are closed. Burgers are carelessly prepared. Cheese is half-baked. Order was shown as ready for pickup, but it wasn't actually ready.

Not only are prices rising, but you're also getting less and less here. The ice cream cone is only half full...

At the mc Drive they didn't let us order anything and we recently got food poisoning.

My son and I ate there last Saturday. I ordered and paid, and the cashier gave us a table sign (150). It wasn't until almost 40 minutes later that the table server asked me to come forward. Then an employee said someone had said "pack up"; she didn't want to say who had said it. My son had waited with me at the table for 40 minutes. And on the tray was this order slip, and it also said "table." Because I was waiting at the table for the food, the food was cold. Yes, after 40 minutes the food is cold. What I didn't understand was why the table server didn't bring the ordered food to the table. They had seen us the whole time. The sign (150) was easily visible on the table and on the edge of the table. Why did he ask me to go to the service desk, where I was told why they hadn't brought it to me? Um... OK, so the table sign is a take-out item. Thanks for the table sign 150. I'm looking forward to new pointless table service signs. It's just a shame for the environment. Since I couldn't use it, I threw it in the trash outside. Has anyone by any chance already received a complete table sign collection like this?

Workers are very cheeky😔 and don't want to go to the cash register at all, so if you want to pay in cash at the cash register, have fun waiting 30 minutes until someone comes to take your order👎🏻

So very unfriendly to each other... And the food is getting smaller and smaller... I accidentally ordered the wrong sauce. The employee was immediately frustrated, became loud and threw the wrong sauce on the biden and gave me a new one after a long discussion.. as if I was begging. Crazy, what happened to the branch.

Unsatisfactory experience I was really disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's. The waiting time was unreasonably long even though there was hardly anything going on. The fries were now green too. The staff seemed disorganized and not very friendly. When my food finally came, the burger was cold and carelessly put together, the fries were limp and unsalted. To make matters worse, the order was also wrong - I specifically ordered without cucumber, but it was still there. For the prices that McDonald's now charges, I expect significantly better service and quality. Unfortunately, that was definitely my last visit to this branch.

I'm at Mcdonalds and the man at the checkout wants a euro for a bag because I bought the tuna cans and rolls somewhere else! Hygienemangel. Der Filalleiter war stark erkältet und hielt sich nicht an die Hygienevorschriften. Nach dem Nase putzen oder Husten in die Hand wusch er sich nicht die Hände und fasste weiter das Essen und sonstiges an. Er schniepfte und hustete die ganze Zeit weiter. Nach dem Ansprechen des Themas weil wir es ecklig fanden, sagte der Filialleiter nur geh nach Hause. Das war sehr unfreundlich.

Super passive aggressive staff caught. I ordered a McFlurry. When I went to pick it up I noticed that they had put Smarties in it and not Oreo like I ordered. I asked the waitress about it and said that she could just put a few Oreo sprinkles on it. Instead I got a new ice cream with at least 80% Oreo sprinkles with just a little bit of ice cream! So McDonald's is overpriced anyway, now I've deleted the app and my account too. Without the discount points from the app, I wouldn't shop anyway. I'd rather pay a little more and eat somewhere friendlier.

First we were given a cold wrap for breakfast, when I returned it the staff brought me the wrong wrap. We exchanged this and were given a stupid saying. To top it all off, there was a black hair in the food. NEVER AGAIN. !

Easily the worst McDonald's in the area. If you want to pay full price and only receive half of your order, you've come to the right place. Excellent service...

We often pass by this Mcdonald's. The place is very convenient in this mall and you don't have to wait long for the food you order. The place is clean and tidy.

I paid full price even though it wouldn't even be that expensive if I ordered it the way I got it. They didn't even add paper, which they normally put in so much that my grandma in Bolivia could make it out of it. Impudence!

My negative review is aimed at the unfriendly lady with short blonde hair who refused to correct the order that her colleague had taken incorrectly. The reason: Otherwise she would have to throw the burgers away. After a short back and forth, she agreed to correct the order. We were then served food on a dirty tray with chewing gum stuck to it. Such a person should not and should not work in the catering industry where hygiene should be a priority!

3 Stunden vor Ladenschluss wird die Hälfte des Restaurants mit Speerband abgesperrt für Besucher, die Stühle werden auf den Tisch gestellt und es wird „gereinigt“. 3 Stunden vor Ladenschluss wohlgemerkt!!! Das ganze Restaurant ist oft sehr Dreckig, auf den Tischen stapeln sich die vollen Tabletts, die niemand wegräumen will. 1,5 Stunden bekommt man essen nur noch zum mitnehmen!!! Wenn man die Mitarbeiter auf die Öffnungszeiten hinweist, wird man oft unhöflich abgewiesen.

Wo soll ich anfangen… Ich frage mehrfach nach einer größeren Tragetasche und keiner versteht nur 1 Wort deutsch… dann kommt noch hinzu das die eine Mitarbeiterin aus welchen psychotischen Grund auch immer einfach mein Deckel eindrückt ( jedes der Druck Felder auch zum trinken) heißt Deckel konnte nicht richtig geöffnet werden und war nicht dicht !!! Wieso dürfen solch Leute dort arbeiten ???

Über Uber Eats bestellt, 3 von 5 Burger haben gefehlt, die Nuggets waren nicht wie bestellt plant based. Wie kann man so viel falsch machen in einer Bestellung? 🥲

Fehlt Immer mindestens ein Produkt Die Pommes werfen die einfach rein wollte mitnehmen und Kriege für dort essen 0 Sterne.

Kleine McDonald's Filiale. Wie auch viele andere Filialen dieser Kette funktioniert das Bestellen an den Automaten nur zum Teil. Personal ist zum Teil sehr langsam und unorganisiert , was sich auf die Qualität des Essens und der Getränke auswirkt. Unnötige Wartezeiten muss man einplanen.

Fehlender Rettungsweg: Der ausgeschilderte Notausgang ist abgesperrt und damit nicht nutzbar (siehe Fotos). Ein Gast verwechselte ihn mit dem Ausgang und es war nicht möglich die Tür zu öffnen. Die Toiletten sind nicht nutzbar. Offensichtlich möchte man sich die Kosten hierfür sparen...

Leider waren Coockies ausverkauft, dafür haben wir dann Getränke bekommen. Seltsamerweise war eine Rückerstattung des Gelds für die bezahlten Coockies nicht möglich.

Der erste McD weltweit der Slow Food anbietet. Ein Wahnsinn in welchem (Nicht-) Tempo und mit welcher (Nicht-) Motivation hier gearbeitet wird.

Wirklich ein super Service und immer gute Milchshakes! Vor allem die blonde Vorarbeiterin mit dem Kurzhaarschnitt war trotz viel Stress sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch bei komplizierteren Bestellungen!

Ich weiß nicht ob es ein generelles Mc‘ Donalds ist, aber ist kriege von dem immer Bsuchschmerzen und Durchfall, ich finde, dass Gesundheitsamt sollte mal dort vorbeischauen

Dieser McDonald’s kommt erstaunlich gut mit großen Anstürmen von Besuchern zurecht. Respekt.

Ich habe zum mitnehmen bestellt 5 mal diese Smart Menü oder wie das heißt die haben ein Burger vergessen für die Pommes kein ketschup gegeben obwohl man dafür bezahlt.immer wieder dasselbe ich esse oder kaufe da nie wieder was zum Essen

Das Restaurant war sehr schmutzig. Wartezeit lange und Fanta statt Cola bekommen. Personal wohl sehr ausgelastet.

Sehr laut weil sehr viel los, die wartezeiten sind relativ okay für die vielen Menschen die da reingehen. Das Essen war frisch und lecker zubereitet.

Es hat vor allem am Wochenende und Sonntags länger offen als alle anderen Futterläden im NWZ. Super! :)

War dort mit meiner Freundin. Haben uns eine Fanta/Sprite & 2×Oreo-Milkshakes geholt. Haben an einem der Automaten zum Mitnehmen bestellt und haben auf die Bestellung gewartet. Das Personal war relativ freundlichen und schnell, wirkte nur etwas demotiviert. Die Tische wirkten klebrig und wir haben uns nicht soooooo wohlgefühlt. Zum Mitnehmen ok, (der Geschmack war toll) aber nicht zum in-dem-Laden-essen.

Gibt schönere Filialen, zumal diese hier ziemlich dunkel liegt am Rande des Nordwestzentrums. Wartezeit war ziemlich lang.

Es ist wirklich sehr schlimm dort zu essen! Ich konnte nicht den Automaten richtig bedienen und die Kassiererin wollte mich nicht bedienen und meinte, dass ich nur an dem Automaten bezahlen konnte und nicht am der Kasse was echt komisch ist. Nach mühseligen Probieren ging es dann irgendwie. Jedoch musste ich etwa 30 Minuten auf mein Essen warten und es gab fast gar keinen Sitzplatz. Die Mitarbeiter sind eine echte Frechheit! Dadurch, dass es so voll war, konnte man nicht entspannt essen. Das Essen war zwar in Ordnung, aber ich kann es echt nicht weiterempfehlen! 😡
