Very kind and friendly employees. Clean and nice McDonalds. The menus are rich.

He's like everyone. Yes, in general it looks clean normally. They tend to be friendly. I miss a better coffee corner

Frankfurt Airport has two McDonald's. The one located in Terminal 2 is the best equipped and also larger. It is located on the top floor, with a play area for toddlers, a brunch-relaxation area with a view of the runways. It's better in summer because the terrace is open for photography enthusiasts.

Despite the best breakfast time, the McCafè was not in operation at 8:30 a.m. This was not pointed out during the ordering process at the terminal. So instead of a great barista cappuccino, we got a cappuccino with concrete foam from the vending machine - and for the same price (which I would also find ok for barista quality). My learning: check beforehand whether the portafilter machine is in operation.

Apart from the fact that McDonald's breakfast everywhere, in every branch, absolutely sucks 🤮 I also think it's really shitty that you can't get anything else before 10 a.m. Not even a milkshake!

I'm really disappointed because I didn't get everything I ordered. I was missing three burgers and since we were in a real hurry, we didn't see what was missing until we were on the train. Now we're driving through Germany hungry and McDonald's has once again got something without any service. Mucho grazias, we think it's great. If I could I would give minus 5 stars. :(

Cold fries, small burgers, nothing new!!!!

Didn't dissapoint and is a reliable place to get a decent coffee. I like the breakfast options but the rest of the menu is less exciting and often bland.

The woman at the checkout is very rude and can't do her job and doesn't say the price or discuss it. She has glasses on and is small. I wouldn't actually give it a star

No straw for customers and incorrect menu output. What is ordered: Double pack of McMenu with 2x McRib. Output is: 1x McRib and 1x Hamburger Royal Cheese. Employees are not helpful

4:30 nice that it was already open. However, the Franzbrötchen was very disappointing. For €1.79 a half-unbaked, raw-tasting loaf. The simple coffee was ok.

Generally disappointed by fastfood like McDo, but this was by far the best experience. The new mc B burger was fresh, tasty meat. Really not what I'm used to. Very clean place, and the staff (mostly female) was very cheerful and friendly. Great management of this place! Located next to the car rental desks.

Convenient free shuttle bus to airport. Clean comfortable and modern designed rooms. Perfect for early morning flights.

The employees are completely useless, 1 works while 5 watch.. These employees are not even fit to work at a McDonald's, they always close 20 minutes before closing time. The products delivered are most of the time wrong. The service and employees are pathetic as well as rude and arrogant

Always annoying - while you wait, you can watch as one or the other employee prefers to feed their cell phone and show commitment instead of joining in, serving and relieving the burden on their colleagues. You spend more time and more energy NOT working. Such a general loser attitude. If you think you're too good to work or think you're too good for a decent job, then you should leave it alone and be consistent enough not to live at other people's expense. It's hard work, but acting like a complete idiot shouldn't be an option!

Terrible! cinnamon roll was cold. The cinnamon roll I ordered for breakfast was cold. This was the first time I had eaten at McDonald’s from various countries. Another English-speaking black lady wanted to spend money on dipping sauce, but there was nothing she liked. She wanted a refund, but the clerk refused to refund her money. After two people changed, no one paid attention to her. Finally, she went to the counter to find another one. After complaining, the money was returned to the black lady. The black lady said you can't force me to buy something I don't want. Germans have a terrible work attitude. They even refuse to refund money at McDonald's. There is no service at all and the bread is cold. Usually McDonald's employees are very friendly, how could a German McDonald's be like this? This is not McDonald's at all. Tourists please be careful.

The place closes five minutes before the end of opening hours... Even if an employee is asked to open it again, this is refused. Even for a bus driver who has been on the road for a long time.

Food is getting worse and prices are getting more and more expensive. Sometimes I don't understand why you even go there.

The food was what you would expect from a typical McD. What made the place different were the staff. With my phone out of charge, I was scrambling to get enough juice to board my train, the staff were very helpful and took the time to set up my charging connection too! All these despite the language barriers.

Previously the WORST McDonald’s ever with Luke warm food and the absolute worst Fillet-o-Fish I’ve ever had - today denied entry 15mins before the 1am closing time!!!!!! Absolutely Pathetic service. Hate that this is the only place open when I finish work late at the airport!

Directions: Arrival A, down the stairs, past the lost property office through the glass door, where you go to Sixt and other car rental companies, keep right there.

Ordering went quickly. However, quality and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. However, we were able to leave the store without any food poisoning or illnesses.

Staff did not feel responsible for collecting money from this bar when ordering two coffees and were unable to give advice due to the foreign language. Unfortunately it came up empty after about 10 minutes. Coffee would have been for take away as the ambience looked unclean.

A completely normal visit to Meggen, the service was completely normal + the waiting time and the food was also OK as you are used to at Meggen. So it doesn't always seem to be as bad as many people write here.

Very bad service staff! I only needed a bottle cap of water to feed my kitten, but the receptionist refused me twice and said I had to pay for a few drops of water, an ironic rule! Even though the faucet was right in front of me, she still refused me. I don't know if it's a rules problem or a human problem.

The fact that McDonalds doesn't have such a good reputation has been proven once again. We waited forever for the food. The fries were inedible. Ordered takeaway because you're in a hurry. Food was cold and the packaging was dirty, it looked so disgusting as if someone had used the packaging to kill themselves... A weight was mega disgusting I could throw everything away thanks for nothing.

Very dirty!:-( Cleaning only seems to have a "superficial" priority here! Staff at the tables seem completely unmotivated. Everything in slow motion, no smile, no word = nothing! Tables are carelessly "cleaned" (one rag for everything) , the dirt is pushed onto the floor and then swept up again later with the broom! This way you can also keep yourself busy and pass the time! Or carry the tablet from one car to the other, one at a time in an endless loop The MA didn't do anything else in the 1 hour I was there! Very restless, just completely overcrowded! Food was hot but completely mushy. Simple mass processing without heart and mind. I'm served, thank you never again!

True with the children they wanted to buy 2 menus. Waited 30 minutes. And when I asked, they said I would have to wait another 20 minutes. I told the saleswoman straight away that I wanted my money back. So never again here.

The filthiest McDonald's restaurant I've ever been to. Mc cafe is just decoration. The ice cream cafe was out at 12 p.m.. The latte with caramel looks so great on the beautiful advertising sign from Mc Cafe, then you get it from a paper cup and a piece of cake from the bag.. Thank you

Everyone is friendly, eats fresh. It's a good way to pass the time and eat something. However, eating takes ages. The employees would rather have fun with each other than worry about the food

Longer waiting time, even when only 3 more orders were displayed. Tables and benches were partly a bit dirty and not wiped. Great food, quick and good breakfast before the flight.

The food was fine but it took around 15 minutes for the staff to make a few croissants. The resturant was extremely dirty, with some leftover not being cleaned off. The one at terminal 2 is nicer, recommend that one more.

15 minute wait time, at least. So, be sure to pay attention to your flight and train times and take the last

Even though they prepared the wrong order that I requested, they give me the correct one too late as if they were right.

Breakfast at 5 a.m.: quick preparation, the tables and seats seem reasonably clean, the ordering terminals mostly work. The scrambled egg and cheese wrap was okay, just unfortunately cold, and the bacon toast was a disgrace both in terms of appearance and taste.

Unfortunately, service is getting worse, more and more homeless people are now finding their way into the restaurant and there are no more soft drinks with the breakfast duo, it's getting worse and worse.

Only coffee is ok. The only thing you can recommend.

The Big Mac remains a reliable choice, the fries are unmistakably crispy and the ambience is predictably pleasant. Of course, there are no culinary surprises here, but sometimes that's exactly the point. However, a little more creativity in the menu or a surprising new offer couldn't hurt to freshen up the routine. All in all, a solid “Okay” from me.

A pretty good McDonald's, actually. Normal prices and acceptable quality - within the chain itself. There is a lot of variety of burgers. I ordered a beef one with bacon and a sauce whose name I don't remember. Effective and correct service.

Here, too, the McCafe is just an exhibition kitchen. Of course the coffee doesn't come from the portafilter machine but from the back of the machine. Oat milk is already gone by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday mornings.

Typisch McDonalds halt. Selten aber irgendwann verspürt man Lust auf Burger und Co. Dann ist es okay. Aber das war's dann auch für lange Zeit. Die Preise inzwischen schrecken aber mächtig ab. Da die Preisentwicklung so weiter geht, kommt McDonald auch nicht mehr in Frage. Schädlich ist es billiges Fastfood das nicht gesund ist. Dafür viel Geld zu bezahlen macht einfach keinen Sinn.

Insanely rude girl working at the McCafe. Prior to our visit we had been stuck in the airport due to the strike and had been awake for 24 hours - we got lunch and feel asleep on the couch where we had been eating our food - a girl comes and shakes my friend to wake her up, and tells her that this isn’t a hotel. My friend just woke up from a very short nap but tried explaining to her that we had been stuck in the airport all night and day, and hadn’t been able to sleep at all due to the strike - the employe couldn’t care less, and says that we haven’t been in the airport all night? My friend tries to explain that we did buy food, but we were exhausted but she didn’t show any kindness at all. We both understand that ofc non paying costumers shouldn’t be laying in their furniture, but we did buy a lot of food (we didn’t eat either for 15 hours due to the strike, there wasn’t any food options from 8:00 pm) and with the strike we would expect some people to show just a little kindness. We totally understand that it isn’t allowed to sleep in the area, but the rude talking and the whole wake up was extremely uncomfortable - the rest of the staff in the restaurant were very nice.

Standing in front of the door at 11:30 p.m. and being refused entry to the McDonald's! To make matters worse, the door is open until 1:00am!? This is how you drive away the last loyal customers...

I landed at about 6am on a layover and unfortunately struggled to order at another restaurant because the lady there was not speaking English, which I found odd at the airport, however McDs was familiar and had the self order machines which I was able to choose language and do everything in a language I understood, I had the best coca-cola I have ever had in my life and the food was nice too.

Bestellung war bereit vor 3 min. Es war aber nicht vollständig. Man muss an der E-Kasse Zucker bestellen bei Mitnahme. Bei Abholung ist aber nichts dabei nicht Mal in dem Becher.

Essen zum mitnehmen war super. Das Essen war noch heiß, so wie es sein sollte.

Train station terminal underneath the airport. Order from the kiosk and the worker will quickly prepare your meal. It's easy.
